There is an amazing ART bus design created by contest winner and 8th grade student Annemarie Dougherty who attends St. Agnes Catholic School. There was a fun ceremony to reveal the design attended by Arlington County dignitaries, staff and members of the general public, but the design has a serious message that the county wants to get across. Learn more about ART and PAL, and check ART bus schedules for your neighborhood at arlingtontransit.com. And remember the PAL message Predictable -- Alert - & Lawful on September 3rd when our kids head back to school.

Don't forget, September 2nd is Labor Day and all County offices will be closed.
