A
B
I
I
was
pretty
incredulous
and
you
know
I
you
know
asked
a
few
times.
Are
you
sure
you're
not
kidding
me?
You
know
this.
Is
this
doesn't
happen?
You
know
this
is
what
happens
to
other
people,
so
you
know
I
was
very
excited
when
it.
Finally,
you
know
dawned
on
me
that
yeah
this
is.
This
is
really
true.
This
is
gonna
happen,
so
I
was
very
excited.
C
The
reason
we
did
this
contest
is
because
it's
fun
it's
exciting.
It
brings
a
lot
of
community
players
together
and
gives
us
an
opportunity
to
talk
to
folks
about
energy
efficiency.
Many
people
are
aware
of
makeover
contests.
They've
seen
things
like
that
on
television
before,
but
our
focus
on
energy
allows
us
to
talk
about
home
performance
with
energy
star
and
to
really
again
engage
the
community
around
energy
efficiency
in
their
home.
I.
E
C
So
the
laymans
were
chosen
as
our
grand
prize
winners
and
what
they
will
receive
is
a
home
energy
makeover
worth
up
to
ten
thousand
dollars,
so
we're
giving
them
improvements
and
the
products
that
are
associated
with
those
improvements
in
this
particular
house.
We
chose
it
because
it's
actually
kind
of
typical
of
the
older
building
stock
in
the
arlington
community.
It's
a
1940s
home,
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
we
can
do
in
this
house,
related
to
air
sealing
and
some
insulation
and
other
work
that
will
improve
the
home.
A
bunch.
B
During
the
summer
and
the
winter
we
have
a
big
temperature
differential
that
happens
between
the
basement
and
the
upstairs.
We
have
three
stories
in
the
house
and
it
it
might
be.
You
know
eight
or
10
degrees
difference
when
you
go
from
one
level
down
to
the
next
to
the
next,
and
you
can
just
feel
the
heat
coming
down
from
the
attic
in
the
summer,
and
so,
if
we
could,
you
know
change
that,
so
that
the
house
is
more
comfortable
on
all
levels
and
then,
if
we
could,
you
know
make
that
better.
B
That
would
that
would
be.
You
know
a
real
improvement.
