B
She
is
a
psychiatrist
and
outside
of
her
practice.
She
went
and
saw
a
need
for
mental
health
professionals
at
the
arlington
free
clinic
and
so
outside
of
her
own
profession
outside
of
her
everyday
job.
She
went
and
started
to
gather
mental
health
professionals.
There
started
a
it
was
a
workshop
for
domestic
violence
survivors
and
that
sort
of
thing,
and
we
have
andrea,
moreska
and
linda
dunphy,
who
started
project
peace
in
arlington
county.
B
It's
a
community
coordinated
response
to
address
domestic
violence
and
that
really
took
a
lot
of
vision
because
it
really
involves
you
know
the
different
venues
in
arlington,
the
non-profits,
the
shelters
and
the
county
resources
to
pull
together
to
really
address
this
issue
in
arlington.
So
it's
those
sort
of
visions-
and
you
know
these
women-
I
mean
they
spend
their
lives,
doing
this
to
help
women
and
children
in
arlington,
and
it
really
means
a
lot
to
us.
So
we
it's
important
for
us
to
acknowledge
their.
You
know
the
changes
they're
making.
A
The
award
for
this
year's
woman
of
vision
went
to
lillibeth
borashaw,
who
spearheaded
the
integration
of
mental
health
services
at
the
arlington
free
clinic,
including
a
women's
wellness
group
and
domestic
violence
workshop.
We
caught
up
with
her
after
the
event
to
find
out
what
it
meant
to
win
the
award.
C
There's
so
many
people
that
do
so
many
things
in
this
county.
It
just
never
occurred
to
me
that
I
did
anything
particularly
special.
I
think
I
did
what
any
good
caring
doctor
would
want
to
do
for
her
or
his
community.
What
I
was
nominated
for
was
that
I
established
a
psychiatric
clinic
at
the
arlington
free
clinic
that
included
psychiatrists,
not
just
counselors.
