Family
very,
very
much
I,
especially
thank
the
people
with
intellectual
and
developmental
disabilities,
who
have
allowed
me
to
work
with
them
over
the
years
and
who
have
shown
me
and
everyone
and
say
caleta
tremendous
kindness
and
patience
as
we
figured
out
the
best
ways
to
serve
them
and
include
them
and
find
places
for
them
in
the
community
that
are
accepting
and
they've
always
been
so
accepting
of
us
so
I
want
to
thank
them
very
much.
Thank
you.

Know
in
the
years
I've
been
in
service
here
in
the
county
in
each
place,
I've
worked
with
people
who
have
intellectual
disabilities
they're
the
most
loyal,
trustworthy,
consistent
employees
that
you
can
ever
find,
because
once
they
have
a
job,
they
want
to
do
it.
Well,
they
work
to
do
it
well,
so
finding
that
right
niche
is
important,
but
once
you
have
that
person
you'll
have
them
for
life,
because
they'll
do
such
a
great
job.
For
you,
oh.
E
It's
just
wonderful.
She
feels
good
about
herself
because
she's
working
and
she's
interacting
with
people
all
the
time
she
gets
home
and
she's
able
to
complain
about
work
as
everyone
else
does
she's
tired
from
all
the
work
she
puts
in,
but
she
feels
good
that
she's
contributing
to
society,
and
she
knows
that
she's
able
to
do
this.
This.
