I think we just need to look at affordable housing being across the spectrum. I think in our business and the real estate business often talked about is workforce housing, so we needed every.

Strata service workers or clerical folks having those folks live close to their jobs, is better for the employers that decreed cuts down on transportation time. We think in that way it helped them helps the economy as well.

These people that are schoolteachers and work with the fire department or police department are simply going to graduate school and have one income. They should be afforded the same opportunities to live in places like that.
