B
C
Thank
you
well,
good
evening
members.
It's
good
to
see
everyone
along
today
to
our
council
meeting
and
we'll
give
everyone
a
warm
welcome
to
Louisiana
chamber
and
some
online
as
well
good
to
see
each
one
here.
Firstly,
can
I
just
put
on
record
again
as
a
counselor
condolences
to
the
people
of
christlog.
We
did
write
to
the
murder
and
received
correspondence
back
and
we
just
want
to
put
on
rack
harder
thoughts
and
our
prayers
with
those
involved.
C
Not
only
those
who've
lost
slogans,
but
those
who
are
still
in
hospital
and
struggling
at
this
time
we
did
write
and
we
also
opened
a
book
of
condolence
and
I,
encourage
all
members
this
week.
If
you
can
take
a
moment
and
saying
that
it
closes
on
the
Thursday,
the
27th,
so
just
gonna
put
that
in
record.
Please
members
also
tonight
members
who
want
to
give
Welcome
to
our
new
deputy
chief
executive,
Sharon,
Stoops
you're,
very
welcome
to
your
first
Phil
council
meeting.
C
I,
know
you've
been
out
and
about
most
of
us
before
and
I
think
are
still
talks.
People
so
you're
very
welcome
along
tonight.
At
their
first
meeting
members,
it's
been
a
busy
few
weeks
and
a
lot
of
good
things
have
been
happening
this
last
few
weeks,
but
just
to
give
a
brief
on
someone
as
I
say,
we're
delighted
that
we
have
had
some
great
successes
across
our
Borough
I
just
want
to
mention
a
couple
of
them
at
South,
Texas,
Leisure,
Center,
but
a
great
morning
over
there.
C
If
we
were
over
a
couple
weeks
ago
and
in
the
accents
level
and
inclusive
Sports
facility
accreditation,
I'm
just
watching
record,
our
thanks
to
staff
also
shytelex
hosted
an
international
netball
match
which
is
good
to
see
our
Center
on
the
map
with
an
apple
against
Chicago,
Northern
Uganda,
and
then
we
have
other
exciting
Internationals
coming
up
in
the
future.
So
it's
a
fantastic
to
see
also
that
to
do
with
the
site
lyrics.
They
also
got
the
award
for
get
out
and
get
active,
which
was
good
to
see.
C
So
we
just
want
to
record
our
thanks
to
her
staff
involved
in
this.
We
also
had
a
great
night
on
Saturday
night
for
those
who
were
there
anyway,
Reserve
or
Gosford
one
two
and
I
think
our
chair
was
our
country,
the
staycation
awards,
Gosford
Park
won
their
award
and
also
for
the
Chinese
play
park.
So
it's
some
great
events
have
been
happening.
I
see
a
couple
of
lights
on
councilor
Alderman,
Wilson,
yeah,.
D
It's
very
much
Lord
mirror
and
it's
just
to
follow
on
and
I'd
congratulary
tone
and
especially
from
India
for
Gosford,
and
it
was
really
really
heartening
and
rewarding
for
the
staff
to
see
the
level
of
work
to
put
in
there
being
recognized
and
not
prestigious
manner,
not
that
prestigious
event.
It
was
really
just
to
pass
on
me.
D
Thanks
to
all
the
staff
was
over
yesterday
with
my
youngest
with
her
well,
he
boots
on
and
we're
having
a
great
time
in
it
and
I
met
some
of
the
staff
there
and
I
just
was
able
to
have
a
good
chat
with
them
and
they're
really
really
thrilled
with
it.
I
think
it's
a
great
endorsement
of
the
work
that's
gone
on
and
one
of
the
guys
who
were
talking
just
generally
about
you
know
the
the
fact
that
you're
in
covert
Gosford
remained
open
and
he
says
they're
good.
D
There
was
there
as
he
was
going
home
with
a
face
flying
off,
and
they
were
that
busy.
It
was
just
insanely
busy
and
the
work
I've
done
so
that
hasn't
gone
unnoticed
and
obviously,
as
we've
emerged
from
covert
and
the
park
has
continued
to
thrive
and
with
that
then
comes
unemanced
amount
of
work
and
keeping
the
park
serviced
and
keeping
it
open,
and
it
was
just
really
to
pass
on
me
regards
to
all
the
staff
at
Gosford
and
for
the
work
that
they've
done.
It's
great
to
see
them
acknowledged.
C
Thank
you,
Alderman
Wilson,
Deputy,
Norbert,.
E
Yes,
indeed,
learn
more,
thank
you
for
bringing
in
on
certainly
and
the
Crown
Plaza.
On
Saturday
night
we
had
a
fantastic
night
as
a
council
group
r,
as
a
council
delegation,
it
was
really
I.
I
could
guess.
Like
my
colleague,
Alderman
Wilson
said
it
was
really
best
of
thanks
to
the
staff
and
it's
fantastic
to
see
them
been
rewarded
on
nights
like
Saturday
night,
so
I
would
want
to
be
associated
with
everything
of
all
the
Muslims
said,
and
there
will
hopefully
be
very
many
more
of
them.
Thank
you.
F
Lord
mayor,
yes,
I'm
quite
happy
to
be
associated
with
the
remarks
that
have
been
made
in
relation
to
go
outside.
I
have
no
doubt
there's
an
old
saying
that
anyone
success
is
usually
claimed
by
everybody,
but
failure
is
usually
an
orphan
and
I'm
very,
very
delighted
that
this
has
indeed
happened
for
Gosford
and
Racket
Nation
for
it
in
in,
in
the
appropriate
way
the
staff
there
that
have
certainly
put
their
time
and
effort,
and
indeed
right
down
from
the
directors
when
I
for
stress
this.
F
In
in
all
my
culture
about
10
12
years
ago,
there
was
a
degree
of
skepticism
as
regards
whether
we
should
embark
on
that
path.
I'm
delighted
that
we
did
and
the
later
that
we
did
and
we
have
within
our
district.
Something
not
is
a
jam
not
only
for
for
the
people
within
this
community,
but
indeed
those
that
come
and
visit
Gosford
on
a
weekly
basis.
F
When
we
are
considering
this
and
considering
Gosford
I
think
we.
We
need
to
be
mindful
of
the
fact
that
it
brings
a
lot
of
people
to
the
area
and
we
equally
need
to
be
conscious
that
such
people
that
come
to
the
area
we
want
to
have
them,
spend
some
time
in
the
area
and
indeed
particularly
in
Market
Hill
as
a
an
area
that
has
a
great
number
of
facilities,
a
great
number
of
good
shops,
some
of
the
top
shops
in
in
Northern
Ireland.
F
Indeed,
one
of
the
the
shops
that
I've
mentioned
in
opening
announcements
in
relation
to
it,
it
was
home
first,
they
won
and
a
tremendous
award
last
week,
so
Market
Hill
is
on
the
map
and
Gosford
has
been
a
key
part
of
that
and
I'm
delighted
that
we
are
able
to
say
thanks
to
all
those
involved,
and
particularly
the
officers
that
are
working
on
the
ground,
and
we
certainly
Endeavor
to
make
sure
that
the
Gosford
is
continued
to
be
developed.
F
C
The
alderman
Spears,
who
remembers
I
was
when
we
would
often
wee
bit
there,
but
we're
just
going
to
finish
with
a
couple
more
and
then
I'll
bring
in
country
mark
on
Dr
Michael
and
just
to
put
a
record
again,
there's
nice
to
stuff,
but
a
fantastic
night
for
junior
sports
awards
good
to
see
it
on
again.
It
was
over
250
guests
and
it
was
a
good
success
and
winners
and
12
calories
and
also
for
nine
parks
and
spaces
with
their
green
flag
Awards.
C
So
there's
a
lot
of
positive
things
going
on
this
last
couple
of
weeks,
I
was
good
to
see.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
have
a
recorder
thanks,
but.
C
D
H
It
onto
the
junior
Sports,
Awards
winners,
thank
you,
Manson
diem
and
also
the
extensive
list.
That's
before
us
in
terms
of
opening
announcements,
really,
you
know
Wonderful
achievements
right
across
the
border
and
any
number
of
fields,
so
just
showcasing
how
successful
labora
is
and
congratulations
to
all
those
who've
achieved.
Thank
you.
Lord
mayor.
I
Thank
you,
Lord
Mur
and
yes,
I
want
to
concur.
Also
with
the
previous
remarks
on
the
I
just
want
to
pay
attribute.
Lord
Murrow,
you
mentioned
the
get
active,
ABC
staff
for
the
work
to
do
with
disability.
Sport
ni
on
a
particular
Lord
I
could
pay
attributed
Rand
mcgrum.
Your
last
week
received
an
award
from
the
cedar
foundation
for
his
work
with
inclusive.
It
works
initiative
on
the
Southern
Cross,
so
just
to
congratulate
the
team
involved
and
especially
around
McQueen.
Thank
you.
Lord.
C
Will
not
mention
that
there
again
the
champion
of
my
team,
but
it
was
a.
It
was
a
good
good
to
see
the
word
there.
Okay,
members
we're
going
to
move
on
to
our
apologies
and
I've
been
notified
from
councilor
Barry
who's,
an
apology
tonight,
the
members
just
to
give
you
an
update.
Council
of
Barry
did
have
a
spell
back
in
hospital.
C
H
C
Thank
you,
councilor
Michael,
okay,
members
will
move
on
to
agenda
item
two
and
2.1.
The
minister
of
council
meeting
was
held
on
the
26th
of
September
and
to
be
taken
the
shred
and
approved
as
a
crack
record.
C
C
Thank
you,
members,
Declarations
of
interest.
The
only
would
take
from
the
floor
or
how
many
taken
as
we
go
along.
You
know.
Thank
you.
Members.
Members
agenda
item.
Four
are
committee
amounts
configure
a
proposure
and
a
secondary
the
minutes
of
the
performance
and
Order
committee
held
on
the
27th
of
September
to
be
taken,
the
read
as
approved
on
a
cracked
record,
cursor
Hogan,
okay,
sorry
you're,
a
chair
of
that
one.
J
C
K
C
C
C
Thank
you,
members
all
agreed
yeah
agreed.
Thank
you.
Okay
members.
The
minutes
of
the
economic
development
regeneration
committee,
which
is
held
on
the
11th
of
October
2022
again
to
be
taken,
has
improved
as
a
crack
record
and
it
asks
Alderman
Burns.
C
Thank
you,
Alderman
Burns,
Alderman,
Spears,
I,.
F
Just
want
to
record
an
interest
in
neidam
on
that
agenda.
Arma
parents
give
a
Heritage
Kim.
Thank
you,
foreign.
M
Thank
you,
Lord
Mary,
just
a
brief
query
in
relation
to
EDR
90th
to
2022
a
Christmas
campaign,
events
digressing
slightly,
but
is
there
anyone
able
to
give
me
an
update
in
terms
of
Christmas
trees
and
a
new
arrays?
The
point
back
in
June
about
a
tree
for
Alec,
Moore
and
I
know
that's
been
ongoing
for
some
time
and
I'm
just
wondering
I'm,
not
sure
who
that
maybe
across
to
Jonathan.
But
it's
just
a
query.
The
group
have
been
out
there
that
have
some
money
for
a
switch
on
are
wondering.
C
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Mcelroth
Jonathan
for
bringing
in.
C
E
Er
I
wish
there
is
something
under
EDR,
97
2022,
and
that
was
just
again
to
record
thanks
to
our
staff
and
I'm
thinking
of
our
our
strategic
director,
Olga
and
I'm
thinking
of
Lisa
Umali
and
several
others
in
terms
of
the
work
that
they
put
in
to
organize
and
the
two-day
trip
that
Alderman
Burns
and
myself
and
others
went
on
to
England
last
week
as
part
of
the
scope
and
exercise.
As
as
we
seek
to
develop
the
agritech
on
food
Hub
within
our
Bora,
certainly
learner.
E
C
Thank
you,
Debbie
lordmer,
I'm
sure
that'll
be
passed
on.
Thank
you.
Okay
members,
members
of
the
governor's
resources
and
strategy
committee
held
on
the
12th
of
October,
begin
to
be
taken
unapproved
as
a
cracked
record,
but
Sherlock
was
called
Holderman.
C
O
Thank
you,
Lord,
mayor
and
good
evening,
members
and
an
application
was
submitted
to
the
Arts
Council
of
Northern
Ireland
for
funding
for
Rural
engagement
arts
program
to
take
place
from
November
22
through
to
September
23,
and
a
letter
of
offers
now
been
received
for
7
800
pounds
to
support
the
program,
and
the
decision
before
members
is
to
accept
the
letter
of
offer.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you,
brown
Oliver,
Baxter,.
P
Thank
you,
chair,
I
am
more
than
happy
to
propose
this
one.
It's
it's
good
to
see
it.
I
know
the
Arts
Council
is
probably
from
my
experience
and
Community
was
one
of
the
harder
more
difficult
organizations
to
get
from
the
fountain
applications
pass
from.
So
it's
good
to
see
that
you
know
it's
a
relatively
small
amount
of
money,
but
it's
good
to
see
it's
going
to
put
back
into
the
community
so
more
than
happy
to
propose
that
I,
Am
Lord.
C
N
I
Thank
you
Lord.
Thank
you.
Lord
Mark,
yes,
I
just
want
to
welcome
this
initiative
on
the
it's
great
for
real
community,
so
just
get
to
welcome
the
initiative.
Thank
you.
Q
It
was
just
a
second
The
Proposal,
but
I
don't
know
wanted
to
just
to
welcome
you
know,
reading
through
the
detail
of
the
report.
You
know
and
it
seems
to
cover
a
good
good
area
and
especially
and
focusing
on
the
rural
areas
so
happy
to
sack
of
that.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you,
so
I
have
a
proposing
sector
just
check
over
all
agreed
read.
Yes,
thank
you.
Members
are
scheduled
correspondence
in
6.1
to
6.3,
are
corresponding
seeking
comments
in
response.
So
if
anyone
has
common
responsibility
like
to
put
on
those
send
them
through
to
our
Democratic
services,
Deputy
Lord
mark.
E
C
G
This
item
came
to
committee,
came
to
council,
maybe
a
year
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
when
we're
in
the
chamber
downstairs
in
relation
to
this
I
proposed,
but
where
I
think
my
concerns
and
concern
of
radisson's
occupant
that
moves
the
house
of
the
snow
ski
walk,
this
muskegiant
business,
ski
Meadows,
as
in
relation
to
the
through,
where
of
that
road
through
this
state
and
the
potential
for
traffic,
counting
measures
on
that
road,
I
believe
at
the
time
we
might
have
written
correspondence
to
the
department
in
relation
to
loudashi
and
I
propose
that
we
do
so
again
on
this
issue,
then
the
potential
traffic
common
measures
along
if
members
look
at
their
the
appendix
are,
will
be
the
dashed
yellow
section
on
that
road.
G
G
C
You
thank
you.
Councilor
hargret,.
J
Yeah
chairs,
just
an
item
6.2
and
I-
was
one
I
wanted
to
propose
that
we
support
the
latter,
both
Council
about
the
establishment
of
a
passport
office
in
the
north
and
write
a
letter
of
our
own
to
the
minister,
Simon
coveley
and
in
April
of
this
year,
over
182
000
passports
were
waiting
to
be
processed,
and
it's
clear
that
there's
need
for
a
passport
office
in
the
north.
Families
must
have
missed
the
way
I
learned
holidays
and
despite
the
office
employing
extra
staff.
So
the
opening
of
the
office
would
definitely
get
the
pressures.
J
The
Charlotte
and
recently
supported
a
motion
call
in
for
the
opening
of
an
office
in
the
north
and
in
the
census
16th.
It
was
a
63
raise
of
passport
application,
passport
applications
in
the
north
over
the
last
10
years,
and
this
year,
more
people
in
the
north
applied
for
an
Irish
one
than
a
British.
One,
so
I
think
there's
a
clear
need
for
a
passport
office
here
and
it
would
create
excellent
employment
opportunities
as
well,
so
just
want
to
make
that
proposal.
Thank
you
for
my
average.
C
This
was
previously
a
motion
that
was
through
this
Council,
so
I
think
they'll
keep
exactly
we
have
already
written
in
responses,
but
I
also
team.
We
have
to
compare
a
lot
in
the
morning,
they'll
be
able
to
read
written
on
this
issue
and
practice
that
Alderman
Barr.
M
Thank
you,
Lord
Martin,
obviously
I'm
going
to
speak
against
the
proposal.
Hopefully
tomorrow
we
can
find
it
if
the
latter
has
already
been
written.
I
was
going
to
propose
I'll,
be
right
to
the
minister
down
south
to
say
that
this
Council
does
not
support
the
passports
coming
up
our
passport
office
pm
and
The
Sovereign
Nation
of
Northern
Ireland.
M
There
is
probably
a
solving
the
rate
or
not
to
ask
him
maybe
to
consider
the
Republic
of
Ireland
coming
back
into
the
Commonwealth
I'm
sure
that
would
be
go
down
pretty
well,
but
happy
to
send
a
proposal
if
we
haven't
done
so
already.
Thank
you.
Lord.
R
Thank
you
Lord,
mayor
and
I.
All
these
are
shouting
about
all
over
the
place.
Minds
going
back
to
6.3.
Do
you
want
to
finish
some
of
the
others
and
come
back
to
me
or
I'm
contempt
away?
Thank
you,
Lord,
we'll.
P
Yeah,
thank
you.
Lord
man,
I'm
sure
that
bemused
of
the
fact
that
this
motion
came
not
that
long
ago,
another
members
that
have
been
in
the
chamber
her
in
the
meeting,
the
maybe
would
know
that
this
was
discussed
and
it
was
battered
off
I.
Imagine
the
terms
of
the
latter
was
that
we
wouldn't
be
exceeding
to
that
I,
don't
even
know
if
the
latter
was
actually
written,
I'm,
just
not
exactly
sure
of
what
the
outcome
of
the
motion
was,
but
it
certainly
wasn't
supportive
and
there's
an
overrunner
majority
that
we
wouldn't
support.
C
L
You
Lord
I'm
happy
to
Second
the
sentiments
of
his
proposal.
However,
I
think
I'm
content
we
had
for
the
chief
executive
to
come
back
to
us
and
advise
my
recollection
is
that
there
was
a
ladder
drafted
actually
to
to
both
passport
officers
in
relation
to
it.
So
I'm
content
to
read
with
that,
but
in
terms
of
sentiments
that
we
do
need
a
passport
office
here
more
more
than
happy
about
that.
C
J
C
R
Thank
you
Lord
mayor,
and
it's
just
going
back
to
item
6.3
with
regards
to
the
the
traffic
on
lisneski
Liam
I
discussed
this
on
behalf
of
local
residents
up
great
length
of
the
planning
committee
about
my
concerns
about
the
traffic
and
about
this
road
safety
and
and
so
forth.
R
I'm
going
back
quite
a
while
now
I
as
it
says
on
that
you
know
the
original
plan
and
application
was
approved.
Now,
I'll
be
honest
with
you.
I
have
read
this
letter
a
number
of
times
and
whether
or
not
it's
just
me
but
I
am
not
clear
in
my
mind
exactly
what
it
is
they're
seeking.
What
they're
asking
for
are
they
look
into
your
man?
The
previous
planet
and
I
would
just
like
to
go
back
to
the
department
rather
than
approving
this
tonight,
and
just
asking
for
more
clarity.
R
If
someone
was
to
contact
myself,
I'm
the
one
at
the
end
of
the
day
as
a
DEA
member
as
those
others
that
are
going
to
get
the
concerns
from
residents,
if
there's
any
amendment
to
this,
so
whilst
I'm
not
going
against
what
a
counselor
Lavery
has
suggested,
but
I
would
just
like
more
clarity
on
what
it
is.
They
actually
got
the
department
they're
asking
for.
C
Yeah
and
I
think
there
is
a
bit
of
in
that
so.
C
G
C
Know
the
members
in
general
and
also
herself
is
put
in
and
but
fade
those
three
I
think
put
an
email
as
well
as
as
we're
looking
comments
put
sensory
to
democratic
services
from
this
here
as
well
members.
So
we've
taken
on
blocked
in
Section,
1
to
6.3
items
for
Newton
again,
then
is
6.4
to
6.9,
and
we
have
country
macfeld.
E
Yes,
lordmer
and
I
want
to
raise
something
under
item
6.6
in
the
removal
of
Street
lighting
columns
on
unfortunate
members.
It's
no
real
surprise.
The
contents
of
the
latter,
because,
first
of
all,
we
had
some
of
the
local
DFI
officials
hiding
behind
the
criteria
in
terms
of
the
removal
of
these
lighting
columns,
and
now
we
have
the
department
at
Central
level,
also
hiding
behind
the
criteria
on
lordmer
behind.
E
K
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor
I,
just
wanted
to
make
reference
to
6.4
I
had
raised
it
last
month
and
I'm
happy
with
response
and
thank
the
chief
executive
for
writing.
Thank
you.
C
L
C
S
Yeah
thanks
Lord
and
mine's
on
6.5,
on
6.7
and,
first
of
all
and
Jonathan.
Thank
you
for
writing
to
the
department
on
on
this
matter,
which
obviously
is
about
access
and
inclusive,
inclusive,
okay,
very
disappointed,
but
not
surprised
by
the
reply.
S
S
But
obviously,
as
we're
aware,
there
is
a
scheme
out
there,
which
you
know
is
is
is
in
in
in
in
all
our
areas,
which
I
again
I
think
we
should
still
be
fighting
for
because,
as
I'm
sure
you'll
agree
Jonathan
there
is
places
where
we
could
do
with
this
scheme
within
our
approve
access
and
inclusivity.
So
I
I,
don't
think
we
let
that
that
that
go.
Jonathan
I
think
we
we
do
have
to
really.
You
know,
go
back
to
them
and
say:
look
thanks
for
your
letter.
But
realistically
it
doesn't
say
a
lot.
S
Apart
from
this,
there's,
there's
no
money
and
just
just
before
genre,
to
play
6.7
a
welcome
that
the
letter
from
from
the
minister
in
relation
to
the
verges
and
Roger
I
suppose
from
your
point
of
view,
is
how
you
obviously
put
that
press
release
like
you
know,
on
the
path
of
our
Borough
because,
provided
you
know,
visible
lease
players
and
things
were
me
and
cut
it's
just,
but
letting
the
general
public
know
that
it's
it's
being
that
I
grew
for
a
reason,
because
we
know
the
debate
has
been
in
this
chamber
for
many
years
now,
but
not
getting
grass
cutting
things.
S
But
this
is
definitely
obviously
a
move
towards
protecting
our
environment
and
diversity,
but
I
think
the
message
needs
to
be
clear:
Roger
for
the
general
public.
That's
what
this
is
about.
So
thank
you.
Armor.
N
Thank
you
chair
and
just
to
update
members
in
relation
to
item
6.5
Thursday
of
last
week,
officers
received
an
email
from
the
Department
advising
not
the
access
and
inclusion
program
actually
has
opened
opened
last
Thursday
and
it
closes
for
applications
on
the
17th
of
November,
I
and
I'm,
aiming
to
take
a
report,
personality
and
November
to
update
members
and
in
relation
to
potential
schemes.
So
remember
that
it
has
moved
from
the
ladder
that
was
received
on
26th
of
September,
making
sure.
C
Thank
you
and
councilor
flaggerid.
B
About
that
it's
regarding
the
6.5
Jonathan.
Thank
you
very
much
for
the
conversation
earlier.
You
know
the
best
issue
of
the
access
I'm,
an
interest,
everybody
something
I've
been
asked
for
quite
a
long
time
and
I
was
hoping.
I
was
hoping,
Beyond
hope
that
there
would
be
some
good
news
and
something
would
come
out
of
it.
B
So
I'm
really
delighted
to
hear
that
there
is
because
I
think
it
cannot
be
underestimated
so
important,
this
Sundays
and
for
all
of
our
consistent
July,
I'm
unable
to
disabled
people
of
all
ages
and
all
abilities
participate
in
all
the
wonderful
facilities
we've
heard
about
even
the
start
of
the
meeting
times
like
wherever
actually
is
performing.
We
we
have
a
long
left
already
Jonathan
of
beneficial
projects
that
have
been
delivered
by
respond
and
to
offered
a
Lurgan
and,
of
course,
the
first
mobile
agency
consumed.
B
B
Now
I
know,
officers
have
been,
you
know,
looking
at
projects
and
stopping
on
under
different
guidance,
but
when
you
just
assume
that
this
will
be
the
staff
in
the
round
across
Department
sort
of
a
general
sort
of
accessibility
matters.
Given
some
of
the
information
that
we
have
our
city
and
lately.
N
Thank
you
chair.
Thank
you,
Christopher
family,
your
question.
Yes,
as
I
said,
the
the
projects
that
we
have
delivered
on
previous
years
have
certainly
seen
them
huntsman's
in
relation
to
a
wide
range
of
different
dimensions
across
our
parks
and
Open
Spaces,
as
well
as
our
facilities
again
in
relation
to
the
closing
date
of
the
Saturday
of
November,
we've
already
engaged
with
relevant
officers
and
also
other
hands
of
Department
across
across
Council
and
Rich
to
potential
and
projects
that
could
avail
foreign.
J
Thank
you
Lord
mayor.
It
was
just
on
item
6.8
on
the
letter
from
Ferman
Council
on
the
door,
Donahue
kiss
I,
don't
need
to
say
I'm
watching
this
video,
because
we're
all
fully
aware
of
the
justice
for
Noah
campaign
and
the
campaign-led
Byers
mother
and
Aunt
I
just
want
to
propose
that
we
quote
the
first
three
sentences
in
the
top
of
that
and
the
right
arrived
as
the
Secretary
of
State
asking
for
the
psna
to
withdraw
the
pii
certificate.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you
and
a
proposal
there
and
Holland.
L
Yeah,
thank
you
Lord
mayor
and
just
picking
up
on
the
the
Street
Layton
issue
raised
by
the
deputy
Lord
mayor
and
I
know.
What's
initiative
readers
previously,
but
even
trying
to
back
through
the
the
departmental
website,
I
can't
and
to
face
if
it
was
either
Peter,
Robinson
or
Conor
Murphy,
who
were
the
regional
development
ministers
at
the
time
that
the
policy
was
changed
to
do
away
with
Street
Lighting
in
in
rural
areas,
such
as
what
the
deputy
Lord
mayor
says.
L
I
think
it's
back
to
our
learned
colleagues
in
the
assembly
if
they
were
there
and
to
review
the
policy
and
would
ask
that
if
the
deputy
law
admirers
wanted
to
propose
over
the
second
they'll,
be
raped
to
the
minister
and
ask
for
a
formal
review
of
the
policy
and
that
it
isn't
a
a
the
policies.
Included
are
reviewed
to
ensure
that
in
those
areas
referred
to
would
be
included.
E
Yes,
Lord
mark,
thank
you
for
letting
me
back
in
and
I,
certainly
like
most
of
the
comments
from
Castro
Hamlet
and
would
be
very
happy
to
Second
his
proposal,
because
I
think
it
is
rural
communities
that
are
suffering
and
this
with
this
type
of
wrong
decision
to
very
happy
to
second.
T
Thank
you,
Lord
mayor
for
letting
me
in
and
again
it's
in
6.6
is
relating
I
wanted
beside
my
own
area
around
our
Crossroads
and
I
have
reported
that
lights,
not
working
in
2017.,
and
they
took
until
maybe
2018
the
event
of
2018
to
get
them
fixed
and
only
lasted
a
short
time.
They've
finally
removed
the
latent
columns,
May
2019,
along
with
my
election
posters,
by
the
way,
but
a
and
Australia
to
put
up
next
time.
T
If
I
stand,
a
number
of
severe
accidents
have
happened
at
this
Crossroads,
where
a
lot
of
damage
has
taken
place
and
the
motivation
one.
The
open
rates
on
both
shelter
had
to
be
replaced,
and
that
was
at
the
late
time
and
it
is
a
very
dangerous
Crossroads.
So
I
welcome
all
the
reports.
Comments
on
this
instant.
Thank
you.
C
U
U
Thank
you,
Lord
can
I
refer
to
six
by
six
again,
they
removal
estate
Landing.
This
is
something
that's
been
ongoing
for
for
many
years,
and
I
am
certainly
well
informed.
Us
to
put
the
criteria
is
just
like
every
other
member
in
this
in
this
chamber,
and
you
know
it
goes
back
now.
The
responses
we're
getting
from
the
different
departments
and
like
this
is
not
a
straightforward
just
of
10
dwellings,
Within
200
meters.
This
is
about
actually
removing
previous
columns.
U
I
think
we
we
should
not
let
this
Google
Go
Lightly
that
we
need
to
and
I
know,
there's
a
proposing
a
secondary
to
send
them
right
to
the
department
that
this
is
outside
of
the
criteria.
This
is
a
about
removing
existing
street
lights
and
then
they're
at
this
stage.
When
they
remove
them,
they
then
say
Oh,
but
it
doesn't
make
criteria.
U
So
we
are
now
we've
been
looking
to
the
position
for
us,
the
apartment
or
the
drd
could
come
around
anytime
and
decide
to
remove
lights,
I,
I,
I,
don't
remember
an
official
of
the
identification.
Tell
me
one
time
about
a
particular
light
and
the
words
he
said
to
me
was
Alderman.
Anderson
a
wooden
race
are
the
issue
because
that
late
is
earned,
doesn't
meet
the
great
area,
so
there
are
a
number
of
flights
throughout
the
province
that
don't
meet
the
criteria
but
they're
not
taking
them
up
taking
them
away.
U
In
this
case,
this
particular
case,
it
is
a
housing,
cfdac
and
I
would
certainly
support
the
comments
from
the
W
Lord
mayor
and
other
members
that
this
needs
to
be
taken
taken
up
again
and
maybe
to
go
down
the
lane.
This
differentiates
between
the
criteria
plus
Nexus
on
what
it
was
in
the
past
when
the
legs
were
first
put
there.
So
thank
you
very
much.
H
Proposal,
but
also
just
to
remind
members
of
in
terms
of
the
quality
of
responses
from
the
department
and
writing
to
ministers
just
to
remain
members
up
because
of
the
dup's
boycott
of
the
executive.
There
won't
be
any
ministers
and
post
after
Thursday,
so
I,
don't
think
there'll
be
any
Improvement
in
the
quality
of
responses
from
the
Department
to
our
ministers
after
Thursday.
Obviously,
we
all
know
that
all
departments
are
underfunded
and
I
run
another
a
deficit
at
the
moment,
thanks
to
the
dep's
boycott
of
the
executive.
C
F
Nordimer
I
wasn't
going
to
speak
on
the
latter
issue
that
have
been
discussed
in
relation
to
a
lighting,
but
I
will
make
a
comment,
because
if,
in
a
fact,
we
are
embarking
on
a
new
era
whereby
Street
Lighting
in
rural
areas
are
potentially
likely
to
be
revised
as
a
consequence
of
maybe
a
late
being
substandard,
as
it
appears
to
be
the
case
of
the
t-junction
up
canal,
I
I'm
long
enough,
an
elected
representative
to
have
had
fortunate
to
have
had
many
rural
areas
lit
up
that
don't
currently
meet
the
present
criteria
and
I
would
be
horrified
and
I.
F
F
The
issue
that
I
wanted
to
speak
on
was
in
relation
to
Verge
management
and
I.
Understand
that
the
issue
of
planting
wildflowers
and
biodiversity
and
all
those
matters
that
everybody
seems
to
be
extremely
interested
in
and
I
know
their
Council
have
embarked
on
on
some
work
and
not
failed,
and
that
is
to
be
welcome
and
I
refer
to
one
particular
location
which,
yes,
in
part,
it
was
a
success,
namely,
as
one
leaves
Market
Hill
and
the
Nuri
Road
Junction
and
comes
out
onto
the
Nuri.
Road.
F
You'll
find
this
as
portion
of
land
alone
there
and
we've
always
well
manicured
and
looked
after,
and
there
was
last
year
or
this
current
year,
a
bit
of
it
that
had
some
a
biodiversity
plants
planted,
and
that
was
good,
but
slightly
on
further
along
the
road.
Just
as
one
is
between
the
new
road.
The
current
air
class
Road
and
the
old
Market
Hill
Road,
which
is
along
the
front
of
the
houses,
does
this
strip
of
grass.
No.
F
If
we
run
a
competition
for
the
best
Dawkins
in
the
country,
I
suspect
it
would
win
it
and
it
was
the
area
that
was
defined
that
wasn't
to
be
touched
and
it
wasn't
to
be
cut
and
the
Dawkins
was
well
I'm,
not
that
tall,
but
they
were
nearly
as
tall
as
me.
They
wouldn't
be
as
tall
as
the
chief
executive,
but
they
were
nearly
as
tall
as
me
and
I
think
you
know
we
need
to
be
reeled
when
we
talk
about
introducing
biodiversity.
F
If
you're,
a
farmer
and
a
white
breeds
I
understand,
you
have
a
duty
occur
to
remove
them.
So
I
think
when
we,
when
we
get
down
to
this
in
reviewing
this
policy
and
for
a
future
year
next
year,
I
don't
want
to
see
that
competition
for
those
darkens
along
that
road
being
continued,
I,
want
them
cut
and
that
we're
put
them
on,
kill
them
and
and
have
some
real
biodiversity
and
plants
alone
outstretch
of
the
road.
Thank
you,
Lord.
C
I
would
tend
to
agree
with
children,
Spears
and
I.
Think
I
could
challenge
it
to
a
certain
area
and
learn
bound
bridge
where
the
probably
ordinary
just
told
the
chief
executive
have
took
photos
and
emailed
them
in
this
week.
But
it's
in
the
exact
same
issue,
and
so
we
would
tend
to
see
members
of
the
third
order
and
secondary
for
two
letters,
one
in
the
river
street
lights,
one
on
the
motion
of
Justice
funeral
Donahue.
We
all
agreed-
and
he
said
the
corresponds
and
move
on
then
they're.
Just
from
thank
you.
C
K
C
That's
your
mckenz
street.
Thank
you
all
agreed.
Thank
you.
Okay
members.
We're
going
to
move
into
our
confidential
section
of
just
secret
propulsion
or
sex
and
a
secondary
window
and
committee
for
consideration
of
confidential
items.
I
can
nearly
talk
here,
Kaiser,
McDade
and
Alderman
Spears.
Thank
you.
C
Members
and
listeners
to
auto
feed
in
accordance
with
schedule,
six
of
the
Local
Government
Act.
We
will
now
be
moving
to
the
confidential
session
of
the
council.
This
means
it
will
be
turning
off
the
public
audio
feed.
The
meeting
this
will
be
returned
when
the
meeting
industry
started
can
I
ask
ICT
officers.
Please
turn
off
the
audio
feed
and
confirm
to
me
when
the
confidence
sections
meeting
can
begin.
A
C
Thank
you,
okay,
members,
we're
now
back
assuming
live
and
we
have
a
few
items
of
aob.
The
first
item
is
Cosby.
This
is
his
last
council
meeting
and
we
just
want
to
put
it
on
record
from
May
from
eligibility,
but
my
own
personal
best
wishes
to
you
concert
Cosby
as
you
take
up
a
new
role
and
she'll
tell
us
about
it
at
the
moment.
C
I
want
to
wish
you
Sarah,
Harry
and
George
for
the
very
best
in
your
mural
and
I
know
we'll
be
seeing
they'll
be
seeing
a
bit
more
of
you,
which
you'll
be
pleased
about
if
you've
had
a
successful
career
in
Council
on
their
first
Lord
bar
here
at
the
uabc
council
after
your
Shadow.
So
we
thank
you
for
all
your
efforts
from
not
only
from
our
own
party,
but
also
on
behalf
of
the
council
and
I.
V
For
permitting
me
the
time
just
to
make
what
will
be
a
very
personal
statement
to
the
chamber
this
evening
and
for
your
kind
words
and
I
suppose
reflect
on
what
I
might
say
well,
I
suspect,
maybe
and
knowing
when
people
have
left
this
chamber
before.
This
might
actually
feel
like
doing
the
eulogy
on
funeral.
V
But
here's
hoping
that
it
doesn't
turn
out
to
be
the
case,
but
I
do
want
to
just
make
a
few
remarks,
as
this
will
be
my
official
last
full
setting
of
Council.
Of
course,
I
will
fulfill
my
duty
next
week
as
a
member
of
the
planning
committee,
and
that
will
be
my
last
problem
meeting
of
count
shop.
V
However,
I
want
to
say
at
the
outset
a
number
of
thanks
if
I
can
first,
and
that
is
to
the
electorate
of
portadown,
who,
on
three
occasions
elected
me
to
this
place
and
formerly
Craig
Alvin
kinechelon,
always
one
for
some
statistics.
My
first
preference
vote
in
2011
was
actually
237.
and
the
ground
total
of
237,
and
it
was
thanks
to
transfers
from
Alderman
Anderson
who
mopped
up
nearly
every
other
vote
in
Porter
die
in
that
year.
V
That
I
managed
to
scrape
in
on
the
last
count
in
2014,
that
vote
had
actually
almost
quadrupled
to
954
and
then
I
was
hugely
honored
and
proud
to
receive
some
2076
votes
from
the
electorate
of
portadown
and
no
I
haven't
misquoted
the
statistic
because
the
2077th
vote
was
my
own
when
I
voted
for
myself.
That
day
too,
so
I'm
hugely
thankful
to
the
people
of
portadown.
For
sending
me
here
entrusting
me
with
their
vote
on
to
represent
them
in
this
forum
for
almost
the
last
12
years.
V
The
the
other
things
that
I
do
have
just
in
relation
to
this
evening
is
actually
to
the
Press,
because
there's
been
a
lot
of
speculation
online
about
my
career
and
I'm.
You
know
very
humble
that
so
many
people
actually
have
taken
interest
in
my
career
these
days,
but
just
want
to
say
to
the
Press.
They
have
given
me
absolute
space
and
there's
been
no
speculation
on
their
part
and
I've
I.
V
Very
much
appreciated
that
and
appreciated
the
Privacy
that
that's
afforded
me
and
my
family,
despite
others
declaring
what
my
job
was
going
to
be
and
what
the
salary
skill
was
going
to
be.
On
social
media
and
others,
that
is
just
tainted
the
transition
for
me
and
for
my
family
I.
V
Just
to
my
colleagues
in
the
U.P
I,
appreciate
the
trust
that
you've
put
in
me
in
relation
to
the
number
of
positions
that
I've
held
in
Council,
having
taken
on
the
role
of
presiding
counselor
in
Shadow
year
and
taking
on
the
role
as
the
first
Lord
mayor
of
this
Council
and
with
the
opportunities
that
came
with
that
I
do
hold
the
title
of
being
the
first
and
still
believe
it
or
not.
V
The
youngest
Lord
mirror
that
this
Council
has
had
and
I'm
hoping
that
sometime
before
that,
that's
broken
so
I
appreciate
the
the
support
and
the
trust
that
was
put
in
me
by
my
colleagues
here
to
council
officers.
V
I
can't
function
as
a
counselor.
We
can't
function
as
counselors
Without,
You
functioning
as
officers,
and
sometimes
we
take
for
granted
the
support
that
has
been
provided
to
us
as
elected
members,
and
that
is
from
the
chief
executive
right
down
to
those
officers
that
are
working
on
the
ground
and
the
LA
dealing
with
issues
and
responding
to
queries
that
members
would
bring
to
them.
V
And
the
professionalism
and
dedication
that
they
have
and
that
they
have
given
to
this
council
is
huge
and
I
have
benefited
greatly
from
their
help
and
support
dealing
with
constituency
cases
and
getting
delivery
for
the
elect
for
the
electorate,
both
in
my
DEA
and
across
the
borough.
V
So
I
send
to
them
my
most
sincere
thanks
and
they
look
forward
to
joining
their
ranks
in
two
weeks
time
when
I
cross
the
to
the
dark
side
of
somebody
referred
to
it
as
the
other
day
and
I
certainly
would
wouldn't
call
it
that,
that's
for
sure,
and
not
now
anyway,
but
hey
also
to
my
family,
be
an
elected
member
and
I.
Look
across
the
chamber
and
everybody
here.
Most
of
us
here
have
put
our
name
on
a
ballot
paper
and
I
admire
anyone
who
is
prepared
to
do
that.
V
Having
done
it
on
three
occasions
myself
and
knowing
the
stress
and
the
strain
that
comes
with
family
life
and
trying
to
fulfill
your
duties
as
an
elected
member,
I
came
here
as
a
25
year
old
single
and
they
and
to
be
honest
with
a
lot
more
her
than
I
will
leave
with
that's
for
sure
and
to
be
honest,
getting
married
and
having
two
children
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
hair
loss.
It's
been
in
this
chamber,
for
so
long
has
done
that,
that's
for
sure,
and
hopefully
remained
by.
V
That
is
the
case
when
we
hear
Tales
of
Dawkins
and
wagweeds
from
Alderman
Spears
I
am
reminded
why
I've
actually
made
the
jump
to
the
dark
side,
if
I
can
call
it
that
this
evening,
but
three,
the
Fulfillment
of
my
duties,
it
doesn't
come
without
its
fair
share
of
criticism
and
on
for
sure
of
criticism
as
well.
V
On
May
12
years
she
had
been
subjected
now
to
two
death
threats:
I've
been
subjected
to
very
personal
graffiti
attacks
on
some
very
liables
and
slander's
comments
across
social
media,
and
that's
not
sadly,
Mama's
unique.
To
me.
There
are
others
across
this
chamber
can
attach
to
the
seam
the
latest
death
threat.
I
got
not
many
of
you
will
know.
V
This
was
received
in
2020
at
the
height
of
the
covert
pandemic
when
everybody
was
dealing
with
and
trying
to
respond
to
the
needs
within
our
community
at
that
time,
and
we
sat
for
weeks
with
the
police
at
our
house
checking
every
morning
every
evening
on
with
new
security
measures
at
home,
and
whilst
they
accept
that
people
will
have
differences
with
me
and
have
had
before
my
family
went
through
a
period
of
of
Hell,
to
be
honest
and
to
my
shiam
I
have
put
the
needs
of
this
place,
and
sometimes
the
needs
of
my
constituents
above
those
of
my
family
and
I
am
not
prepared
to
do
that.
V
I
have
been
proud
to
serve
the
people
of
portadown
and
it
has
been
the
honor
of
My
Life,
but
I
have
given
a
lot
of
time
and
effort
here
and
at
this
point
in
time
for
me,
with
two
small
children,
three
and
four,
a
wife
on
some
of
my
closest
relatives
in
feeling
health,
I
I'm,
refocusing
my
time
and
my
energy
to
them
and
to
their
needs
and
to
support
them
as
best
as
I
can
I
am
committed
to
this
Borough
I'm
committed
to
this
Council.
V
That
is
why,
when
I
looked
at
the
opportunities
that
have
Arisen
over
recent
months
within
the
community
development
department,
specifically
I
looked
at
them
and
thought
I
give
off
about
some
of
these
things.
An
awful
amount,
maybe
I,
should
try
and
do
something
about
them
and
I
am
going
to
be
a
proud
member
of
the
Community
Development
Department
and
work
under
the
direction
of
Sheamus
and
the
team
there.
V
There
absolutely
will
be
difficult
times
ahead
for
this
Council
financially
and
for
our
communities
in
relation
to
cost
of
living
and
and
some
of
those
other
difficult
decisions
that
we
have
to
made
to
be
made
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
the
task
to
try
and
raise
to
those
challenges
also,
we
would
will
be
very
difficult
and
I
know
that
members
across
this
chamber
will
go
in
to
deal
with
some
of
those
decisions
and
we'll
feel
the
weight
of
having
to
make
those
decisions
as
well.
But
they
will
do
it.
V
I
know
have
no
doubt
from
a
player
of
of
knowing
I'm
failing
what
is
right
and
what
is
the
right
thing
to
do?
V
V
But
I
will
do
the
last
two
things.
If
I
can
is
that
this
Council
would
rally
behind
our
local
hospital
craigavon
hospital
and
lobby
as
hard
as
you
can
for
the
much
needed
capital
investment
on
the
site
at
craigavon,
Area
Hospital,
the
state
is
in
dire
need
of
significant
capital,
investment
and
I.
V
Think
as
Council,
we
have
been
quiet
on
that
and
I
think
we
could
do
a
whole
pile
more
to
push
that
agenda
and
because
it
is
one
of
the
most
vital
services
that
operates
within
arbora
and
it
is
currently
in
its
in
its
form
with
the
old
old
and
aging
Wards
is
not
fit
for
purpose
anymore
and
needs
significant
Investments,
so
I
would
I
would
hope
that
that
would
be
something
to
take
forward,
and
one
of
the
pat
projects
is
the
portadown
Riverside
and
I
know
that
will
be
delayed
slightly
by
some
of
the
work
and
I
had
hoped
in
2019
that
we
would
have
seen
that
delivered.
V
That's
not
going
to
be
the
case,
but
I
mentioned
and
being
proud
of
this
place,
and
one
of
the
things
I'm
actually
most
proud
about
is
that
it
was
me
that
brought
the
proposal
that
we
would
put
aside
some
money
for
this
Council
to
rule
out
the
defibrillator
scheme
and
I
was
pleased
with
everybody
was
fit
to
rule
when
behind
and
support
that,
because
the
scheme
is
now
ruled
out
with
74.
V
successful
applications
across
this
Borough,
and
that
was
a
decision
that
we
made
together
for
the
good
of
our
Borough
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
an
extra
74
defibs
will
save
lives
across
our
boroughs.
So
the
work
that
we
do
does
save
lives.
It
impacts
on
people's
lives
and
we
should
never
take
that
for
granted
either
I
will
buy
out
from
here
and
I
know.
Some
of
you
will
be
glad
to
see
the
back
of
me
and
I.
V
Don't
doubt
that,
for
a
second
and
to
be
honest,
I
might
be
a
bit
pleased
that
I
don't
see,
as
many
of
you
as
I,
maybe
will
know
either
and
I'm
looking
down
on
my
own
benches,
mainly
on
that
front.
V
But
the
last
piece
of
thanks
that
I
do
want
to
give
is
to
God
and
because
it
is
with
his
strength
and
his
grace
that
I
function
on
a
daily
basis.
And
it
is
he
that
engage
both
me.
My
wife
Sarah
and
my
two
children
and
our
family
life
and
I'm
grateful
to
him
for
the
calling
that
he
put
on
my
life
and
to
come
into
this
place
and
for
the
opportunities
that
I
have
had
done.
Reflecting
back.
V
Having
met
President,
Obama,
President
Biden,
our
new
King
on
four
occasions,
I'm
the
garden
party
in
Buckingham,
Palace
hosting
the
hosting
Michael
D
Higgins
for
the
official
opening
of
the
tmac
center,
despite
the
fact
that
somebody
once
accused
me
of
kicking
him
when
he
fail.
That's
not
true
the
true
story
behind
that
actually
is.
V
He
had
put
in
my
foot
when
he
fell
and-
and
you
know,
I
have
fond
memories
of
all
of
those
all
of
those
things,
but
some
of
the
some
of
the
greatest
highlights
I
have
as
being
out
in
the
community
with
those
who
are
working
to
better
the
lives
of
the
people
that
live
around
them,
and
we
have
a
huge
community
and
voluntary
sector
in
this
Borough
and
going
out
and
spent
time
with
them
would
do
anybody's
heart
good,
and
we
should
be
very
proud
of
the
input
they
have
across
this
for
a
I
did
say
at
the
just
a
short
time
ago.
V
F
Lordmer,
it's
a
probably
ironic
that
I'm
the
first
person
to
start
to
speak
and
in
relation
to
a
a
counselor
Crosby
I
is
the
alderman
Crosby
I'm,
not
sure.
F
He
he
was
always.
He
was
always
very
willing
to
give
advice,
not
that
many,
a
time
I
wasn't
her
intercepted
mood
to
accept
it
like
money,
always
within
the
in
the
chamber,
but
I
mean
so
much
for
that.
But
someone
said
to
me
one
time:
what
was
the
best
Game
Keeper
that
they
ever
knew,
and
the
answer
was
someone
that
had
originally
been
a
butcher.
F
So
a
consular
Crosby
is
now
gone
on
into
a
life
within
Council
and
working
for
the
council
and
working
for
this
community
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
he
will
be
as
diligent
as
he
was
a
counselor
out
of
every
a
confidence
in
that
and
I
you've
always
got
to
be
very
careful
of
what
you
say
and
when,
because
there's
an
election
coming
up,
I
I
don't
intend
to
be
a
candidate
again.
F
So
I
don't
want
to
be
saying
anything
that
will
be
held
against
my
party
in
a
future
election
by
blowing
the
the
Horn
of
a
consular
Prospect.
But
in
any
event,
I
must
say
that
him
and
I
had
on
occasions
friendly
discussions.
We
had
equally
a
a
more
stretch,
discussions
on
on
various
occasions,
but
in
any
event,
I
am
one
of
these
people.
F
That
simply
believe
that,
if
you
have
nothing
good
to
say
about
anyone
saying
often
and
I
would
have
every
confidence
that
anything
I
say
and
that
I've
been
that
I
wish
a
counselor
Crosby.
Well,
as
he
moves
into
a
new
life,
he
did
make
a
few
very
important
points
and
it
happens
us
all,
and
that
is
it
does
have
a
a
major
effect
on
you
know.
F
When
we're
serving
the
community,
we
tend
to
put
things
that
we're
doing
for
the
community
before
before
nearly
anything
else
in
our
life
and
the
detriment
of
her
family
and
others,
and
there's
probably
no
elective
representative
that
hasn't
had
that
experience
and
you
know
could
say
that
in
hindsight
and
I
I
totally
agree
they're.
You
know
it's
something
that
it's
a
bit
of
a
disease
been
on
a
council
and
being
in
public
life,
and
you
become
part
of
it.
F
You
have
this
desire
that
drives
you
to
to
serve
the
community
to
serve
the
aspiration
that
you
have
for
the
community
and
there
is
a
driven
force
behind
that
and
I
have
no
doubt
that
that
was
evident
in
Consular
Crosby's
activity
within
this
chamber
I
he
had
a
greater
knowledge
of
standing
orders
than
I
think
the
chief
executive
on
most
dollars
I'm
not
so
sure
that
that
was
always
welcome.
But
in
any
event
a
I
wish
him
well.
I
wish
him
well,
as
he
moved
forward
in
a
new
chapter
of
his
life.
F
You
know
to
on
occasions,
maybe
to
give
a
political
opinion
and
I
would
hope
that
he
would
take
my
advice
in
this
and
not
to
stay
clear
of
given
such
political
advice
in
in
future
and
of
no
doubt
that
he
he
will
know
and
follow
that,
but
in
any
event,
on
my
own
behalf
on
behalf
of
the
party,
I
I
wish
him
well
and
I'm,
looking
forward
to
who's,
replacing
them
and
just
live
and
hope
that
he
doesn't
get
as
many
votes
as
he
got.
The
last
election.
G
Lord
mayor,
thank
you
and
I'd
agree
with
the
previous
speaker,
certainly
on
behalf
of
my
group
and
which
country
Cosby
all
the
best
for
the
tax
help
us
Nero.
Certainly,
we
won't
become
strangers
to
us.
I
know
he
will
bring
his
experience
and
his
hard
work
and
attitude
and
a
lot
new,
the
new
role
as
well
and
also
in
terms
of
his
replacement.
C
H
All
the
best
in
his
career
change,
he
come
on
to
the
Greg
Gavin
Council,
the
CM
times
myself
in
2011
and
we've
sort
of
sparred
in
the
chamber
and
whatever
over
the
years
and
well,
it
may
not
have
always
been
a
pleasure.
It
certainly
has
always
been
interesting
and
I'd
just
like
to
wish
him
all
the
very
best
in
the
future.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you,
control,
Holland
and.
L
Yeah
thank
you,
Lord
mother,
and
to
councilor
Crosby
or
Crosby,
whatever
you
prefer
to
be
a
address,
but
can
I
first
of
all
wish
you
Sarah,
Harry
and
George,
and
all
the
very
best
in
in
the
future
and
I
think
there
wasn't
any
of
us
sitting
around
the
table
tonight
whenever
you
talked
about
the
impact
on
public
life
and
on
family
life
and
that
it
went
through
on
every
one
of
us
and
can
I
suggest.
Maybe
that
is
a
heart
and
gift.
L
We
give
counselor
Cosby
a
copy
of
the
standing
orders
and
because
at
least
whenever
he's
take
them
with
them
and
whenever,
whenever
he's
gone,
but
I
think
as
we
wrapped
up
a
previous
discussion,
Alderman
Spears
said
that
we
may
fight
like
cats
and
dogs,
but
we
end
up
agreeing
in
the
end
and
I
think
hey.
That
could
be
true.
L
Whenever
we
talk
about
a
counselor,
Cosby
but
I
suppose
there's
a
couple
of
things
that
I
would
look
forward
to
seeing
how
the
chief
executive
and
the
head
of
Community
Development
succeed
in
keeping
the
then
Darren
Cosby
and
Lane,
maybe
better
than
Alderman
Baxter
was
able
to
do
on
some
occasions
and
but
also
to
see
Dan
a
come
before
committee
and
we'll
give
them
a
a
bit
of
a
going
over
and
again
and
see
how
he
see.
Harry
cops
but
not
came
in
all
fairness.
L
I
wish
you
a
every
success
and
health
in
the
years
ahead.
I
know
it
was
a
an
honor
for
me
to
join
you
and
welcome,
and
president
and
Mrs
Higgins
to
Katie
it's
actually
seven
years
ago
for
the
the
opening
of
the
the
Tommy
Merkin
Center
and-
and
you
know,
you
heard
the
the
highest
office
that
we
have
in
nespara
and
I
I
know
it's
something
that
you
would
look
back
on
with
a
great
pride
own
in
the
years
to
come,
and
maybe
like
another
man
in
another
place.
P
Thank
you,
Lord
Brooke,
and
just
to
start
with.
This
is
a
genuine
thing
that
happened
this
evening.
They
come
into
this
chamber.
Darren
Cosby
had
not
had
won,
but
his
two
copies
of
starting
order
on
his
desk,
and
he
said
to
me:
I
gave
two
copies
of
starting
orders
here
and
I
said:
can
I
have
one?
He
says?
P
I
can
tell
you
that
I'll
not
be
across
someone
as
much
detail
that
the
councilor
counselor
Cosby
was
because
I
always
I
was
about
the
detail
with
great
detail
and
has
kept
me
in
Jack
and
I've
tried
to
keep
him
in
check,
and
he
mentioned
earlier
not
having
any
error
because
of
this
place.
P
Well,
they
can
tell
you,
that's
why
you
don't
have
any
hair
because
he's
sitting
the
mermaid
and
sometimes
they
can
tell
you
it's
as
a
group
leader,
it's
not
always
easy
to
tell
darn
will
be
to
maybe
not
not
just
say
as
much,
maybe
as
you
had
plenty
and
so
I
failed
and
not
unfailed
miserably
and
down
the
years,
but
I
can't
say
this
has
been
a
great
sense
of
support
to
me
here.
P
Certain
on
the
right
hand,
side
I
was
always
across
the
detail
and
as
always
right
here,
I
take
it
in
the
things
he
does
even
tonight.
I
think
the
latest
piece
that
he's
left
certainly
has
been
very
good
and
very
articular
and,
as
he
always
is
so
he's
going
to
be
a
great
loss.
He
also
is
a
party
and
I
say
that
hand
on
heart,
there's
some
nights,
maybe
I.
Think
of
myself.
P
You
know
some
wonder
if
Darren's
coming
in
tonight,
and
sometimes
I'm
saying
to
myself
so
I
hope
he's
not
coming
tonight,
because
there's
a
controversial
one
here
and
who
made
who
made
the
elephant,
we
made
the
oven
the
parts
of
discussion
that
we
don't
need
to
try
and
get
something
across
the
line.
P
But
honestly
I
say
that
hand
on
heart
he's
a
real
asset
and
it's
going
to
be
a
huge
loss
for
us
on
these
benches.
The
first
time
I
joined
the
eup
I
think
it
was
2010
or
2011
I.
Think
me
and
Darren
possibly
was
the
same
meeting.
We
both
went
to
on
the
first
night
and
and
from
there
we
have
forged
a
great
friendship
he's
not
just
a
colleague
but
but
he's
a
friend
and
they
I
was
Grim's.
P
Mom
and
I
was
riding
for
him
and
Sarah
just
just
a
few
years
back
so
a
volume
as
a
friend
and
the
volume
as
a
colleague
and
but
not
only
on
here,
in
the
on
the
benches
in
the
dup,
but
also
as
Darren
moves
to
pastures,
he's
not
altered
even
here
as
a
counselor,
but
he's
also
leaving
a
job
in
the
YMCA
and
I
can
tell
you
as
YMCA,
but
probably
as
his
first
love
in
in
comparison
to
the
two
jobs
that
he
held.
But
it's
all
about
to
see
him.
P
P
There
wasn't
a
time
when
Darren
Antonio
but
the
way
MCA
and
about
the
help
and
support
that
he
would
need
and
I
remember
before
the
building
was
upgraded
and
we
had
us
tortured
all
for
for
tens
of
paint
and
for
lumps
of
carpet
and
all
that
he
could
get
together
to
try
and
make
the
place
usable
for
the
young
people
in
Florida
down
and
they
handed
to
the
department
and
he
handed
ministers,
and
he
handed
us
all
to
try
and
get
that
new,
build
and
complete
there
and
put
it
down
in
front
of
us
who
have
been
to
the
new
YMCA
building.
P
It's
a
great
legacy
and
the
Donald
t-shirt
is
out
himself,
but
but
he
probably
delivered
with
the
constant
emails
and
all
the
lobbying
that
they
deliver
government
ministers
during
the
years
and
that's
a
huge
facility
there
and
a
real
good
today
on
a
real,
fantastic
Legacy.
But
it
is
behind
so
I
know.
It
will
not
only
be
sad
to
leave
here,
but
it'll
also
be
sad
to
leave
the
YMCA
as
well.
He
also
mentioned
that
in
2077
books,
when
he
was
in
in
Portland,
was
himself
I
would
only
be
sure
the
other
one
was.
P
The
wife
was
was
Sarah's
vote,
but
sometimes
it
wouldn't
be
so
sure,
because
I
think
with
two
young
children
and
the
amount
of
time
in
Africa
that
the
town
puts
into
his
role
here.
I
think
this
ship,
a
great
hobby,
to
have
him
home
and
generally
from
the
bottom
of
a
heart
tree.
P
You
know
you
might
do
anything
good
things
and
with
very
little
pleasure
to
do
one
bad
thing
and
the
next
thing
you
know
there's
stuff
about
you.
All
over
the
social
media,
there's
memes
made
up
about
you
and
there's
all
sorts
of
lies
and
everything
told
on
its
own,
the
hustle
and
bustle,
but
you
do
create
a
thick
skin
over
the
years
and
no
date
on
as
he
takes
off
his
new
role.
He'll
have
a
thicker
skin,
maybe
the
most
common
and
freshness
new
role.
P
I
was
going
to
wish
his
new
bosses
tonight
and
Sheamus
and
increase
the
newspaper
all
the
best
of
luck,
you're
going
to
need
it,
but
that
wouldn't
be
fair,
because
one
thing
you
will
get
retirement
is
focused
on
something
you
will
get
100
commitment
and
loyalty
to
that
role
and
I
can
say
actually
a
transition
even
from
a
few
weeks
ago,
when,
when
he
made
up
his
mind
and
done,
the
interview
and
I
went
for
the
job
that
his
Mains
now
definitely
focused
as
it
always
has
been
in
the
community
and
that's
what
his
background
is:
community
youth
work
and
all
that
I
don't
know
we'll
take
all
that
experience.
P
He
has
ended
up
during
an
ABN
accident,
he'll
be
an
excellent
pencil
officer.
So,
just
on
behalf
of
the
dup,
we
wish
you
all
the
best
darn
and
I
mean
I'll,
be
a
stranger,
certainly
to
me
as
a
as
a
close
friend,
but
there's
all
here
we're
going
to
miss
you
on
the
benches
and
certainly,
as
those
Larry
said,
your
replacement's
going
to
have
big
shoes
to
fill
and
I.
Don't
know
who's
going
to
be
sitting
on
this
this
seat
and
come
next
month,
but
well
I.
Just
hope.
P
It'll
be
a
bit
easier,
a
bit
easier
for
me
sitting
in
this
position,
but
I
wish
you
I,
wish
you
all
the
best
in
the
future.
Thank
you.
Robert.
C
Thank
you
welcome
back,
sir,
and
thank
you
each
one
for
your
your
word,
sir,
and
this
was
I'm.
Glad
casual
calls
me
if
you're,
who
believe
at
All
Saints
even
deliver
before
all
these
tributes
and
the
the
world
of
the
Sheamus
and
the
team
there,
but
that
we
would
do
wish
you
well
and
your
new.
So
remember
just
one
other
item
tonight
on
this
country:
Michael
Linton.
I
Thank
you
Lord,
my
look.
It's
been
a
long
waiting.
I
don't
want
to
keep
it
a
bit
much
longer,
but
look
briefly
just
want
to
have
a
few
words
here,
and
none
of
you
know,
and
many
occasions
have
been
valuable
on
the
Open
Water
Swimming
zones
on
the
shores
of
blackmail
and
protect
Oxford
Island
in
March
of
2021
I
presented
a
proposal
for
CF
recreational
zone
for
swimmers
and
paddle
boarders
were
part
of
the
shore
would
be
demarcated
with
signage
and
boys
to
protect
swimmers
from
motorized
boats.
I
Whoever
earlier
this
year
in
2022
deer,
opened
a
consultation
on
building
water
on
a
building
water
review,
invading
groups
and
parties
to
form
a
response.
This
review
is
carried
every
six
years.
Andira
are
aware
of
the
marked
increase
in
interest
in
Open
Water
swimming
and
over
the
past,
especially
over
this
last
few
years.
I
This
would
be
six
nominations
of
these
states
were
a
large
number
of
people
are
bathing,
and
indeed
the
one
spot
I
can
see
that
is
benefit
from
Open
Water
Swimming
is
has
been
asked
for
England
I've
spoken
with
departmental
officials
in
this
review,
and
they
are
still
happy
to
accept
a
response
from
this
kind
so
either.
Are
you
therefore
proposed
that
this
potential
brings
back
a
report
on
this
review
on
formulated
response,
which
needs
to
be
agreed
of
all
kinds
of
due
course?
I
C
Okay,
thank
you,
councilman
and
here's
a
request
for
report
to
come
back
downstairs
members.
Thank
you
all
for
your
time
tonight
we've
had
quite
a
long
meeting,
but
thank
you.
We've
got
there
and
which
is
all
good
a
few
days
over
there
next
weekend
the
kids
are
off
school
and
stuff.
I
hope
we
all
have
a
bit
of
a
break.
Thank
you.
