Description
Recreation Committee - July 13, 2023
A
A
B
And
Father
and
Son
the
holy
spirit,
amen,
Heavenly
Father
guide
us
today
to
do
the
business
of
the
parish
doing
a
responsible
way,
a
respectable
way,
help
watch
over
this
parish
as
we
grow
and
have
challenges
and
guide
us
in
making
the
right
decisions
for
this
Parish
got
a
thing.
We
pray,
amen,
amen,.
C
A
A
It,
let's
see
public
comment
period
if
you'd
like
to
comment
well,
you
can
comment
for
three
minutes.
Please
sign
a
card,
bring
it
to
the
front,
no
director's
report.
E
Worked,
yes,
hi,
everyone
good
to
see
you
all
I
just
have
a
couple
of
items:
I
wanted
to
kind
of
make
you
aware
of
before
we
go
into
it,
a
couple
of
events
that
we
have
going
on
and
then
some
other
exciting
news.
First
up
out
on
July
28th.
That
is
the
date
of
our
senior
sock
hop
this
month.
E
It
is
a
luau
theme,
so
I
expect
y'all
rocking
your
Hawaiian
shirts
and
lays
when
you
come
out
so
we'd
love
to
see
y'all
there
at
11
o'clock
on
July
28th,
that's
a
Friday
and
then
the
very
next
day
we
have
the
first
of
our
two
Ascension
for
youth
fests,
we're
partnering
with
the
sheriff's
office
for
the
and
then
for
the
first
one
with
the
city
of
Gonzales
and
oxychim,
as
well
as
the
Ascension
Parks
foundation
and
some
other
local
Community
Partners.
E
That
will
be
at
jambalaya
Park,
so
we're
working
with
the
city
on
that
one
and
it'll
be
right
behind
City
Hall
so
worth
some
Inflatables,
some
backpack
and
school
supply,
giveaways
and
different
Health
vendors
and
other
folks
around
to
to
help
out
the
community
and
then
the
following
week.
E
We'll
be
doing
the
same
thing
in
Donaldsonville
at
the
wag
Center,
along
with
the
Sheriff's
Office
CF
and
shell,
for
that
one
and
those
both
of
those
events
start
at
10
A.M,
so
the
first
one
July
29th,
the
2nd
August
5th
and
then
the
next
weekend
we
got
we're.
Gonna
have
a
busy
four
weeks
right
there,
the
very
next
weekend
we
will
be
doing
a
Purple
Heart
ceremony
at
Veterans
Park.
E
So
we
are
working
with
the
Veterans
Park
Foundation
to
make
the
Veterans
Memorial
Park
the
city
of
Gonzalez
and
Ascension
Parish,
Purple,
Heart,
Park,
City
and
Parish.
So
we're
we're
going
to
be
doing
a
a
big
ceremony
that
day
starting
at
10
o'clock
and
that
is
on
August.
The
12th
also
really
excited
to
announce
that
youth,
Legacy
duplessis
Park,
the
new
playground
editions
are
up
and
open
and
they
are
fantastic.
If
you
haven't
been
out
there,
it
really
is
super
awesome.
I've
tested
every
bit
of
it
myself
and
councilman.
E
Wagaspack
I
think
we're
gonna
I'm
gonna
challenge
you
at
some
point
to
one
of
these
I
know:
I'm
gonna
lose,
but
no
it's
fantastic,
and
so
we
opened
a
big
inclusive
park
with
all
the
ramps
and
features
to
allow
everybody
with
without
disabilities
to
play
and
be
together,
and
it's
been
awesome
going
out
and
checking
on
it
and
seeing
all
the
families
and
all
the
local
community
out
there
participating
in
that
big
inclusive
playground.
E
And
then
we
also
have
a
challenge
course
with
a
fitness
challenge
course,
which
is
basically
like
this
big
Ninja
Warrior.
Of
course,
almost
and
then
a
youth
Fitness
playground
just
on
the
other
side
of
it
as
well.
So
we
packed
a
whole
lot
in
right
there
and
it
and
that
actually
made
it.
We
were
talking
to
the
folks
at
game
time
and
they
were
telling
us
that
this
is
now
the
largest
inclusive
and
fitness
playgrounds
in
the
state
of
Louisiana.
E
So
we
are,
it
wasn't
necessarily
on
purpose,
but
we
knew
we
wanted
to
go
big
and
make
a
big
statement
with
this,
and
it
looks
like
we
succeeded
and
with
all
that
we
are
serving.
We
are
now
a
national
demonstration
site
and
actually
right
before
y'all
came
in
I
just
got
a
package
and
opened
it
up.
They
sent
us
this
nice
little
award,
saying
that
we
are
now
a
national
demonstration
site
through
playcore
and
game
time.
E
So
we're
really
excited
to
be
a
part
of
this,
so
super
pumped
y'all
really
need
to
go
out
and
see
it.
If
you
have
not
already
and
spend
some
time
out
there,
the
last
little
announcement
is
that
we
will
be
opening
the
we
also
added
another
playground
next
to
Richard
Brown
Community
Center
in
Geismar,
and
that
will
be
opening
here,
they're
supposed
to
finish
it
up.
Hopefully,
tomorrow.
If
not,
they
will
finish
by
next
week
and
we'll
probably
be
planning
the
ribbon
cut
info
very
soon
as
well,
and
that
would
be.
A
It's
exciting
yeah,
a
lot
of
good
news,
great
work
y'all
because
that
was
I've
been
out
of
that
duplexes
Park
and
it's
gorgeous
absolutely
gorgeous.
The
next
item
is
General
business,
a
update
on
process
on
progress
of
recreation,
construction
projects.
If
Michael,
if
there's
something
you
want
to
talk
about
specifically
I'll,
let
you
go
ahead
and
do
that
and
then
everybody
can
take
a
look
at
this
and
answer
any
questions.
I
know
we
got
this
in
our
packets
here
earlier.
E
F
You
guys
hear
me
so
Michael
stole
my
glory
on
some
of
these
for
the
updates,
but
just
to
expand
on
what
he
was
talking
about
at
the
youth
Legacy
duplessis
I've
been
out
there
pretty
much
every
other
day
since
it
opened
it's
like
my
new
little
baby,
I've
seen
a
lot
of
of
families
that
have
you
know
children
in
wheelchairs
or
with
disabilities
that
have
been
out
there
using
that
playground,
and
it's
just
it's
impressive
guys.
If
you
want
to
go
out
there
and
check
it
out,
it's
pretty
nice.
F
We
we
do
have
a
few
things
that
need
to
be
fixed
out
there.
We
know
that
the
timer
system
seems
to
be
malfunctioning
in
some
areas,
so
we're
going
to
address
all
of
those
things.
I
just
made
a
punch
list
for
it,
so
we'll
be
going
over
that
and
fixing
all
the
little
things
that
need
to
be
fixed.
F
The
Richard
Brown,
as
he
said
that
should
be
completed
tomorrow
afternoon.
They'll
take
the
fencing
down
and
it
should
be
open,
open
and
we'll
again
do
another
final
walk
through
and
address
any
items
that
are
that
are
not
correct
or
need
repair.
F
Butch
Gore
so
we're
doing
a
Park
renovation
at
Butch
Gore,
where
we're
putting
in
some
turf
on
the
softball
fields
in
the
back
the
floor
in
the
back
where
the
concession
stands
are
and
that
one
should
be
going
out
to
bid
in
two
weeks.
So
we
have
the
90
documents
complete
and
we'll
be
moving
forward,
we'll
meet
and
discuss
the
last
final
little
touches
on
that
and
then
it'll
get
posted
for
bid.
So
that
should
be
breaking
ground.
Hopefully
in
October.
A
May
I
ask
a
quick
question
on
that:
one
more
on
it.
I
was
just
and
it
may
just
be
a
typo
I
noticed
the
budget
was
for
a
million
dollars,
but
the
anticipated
construction
costs
are
1.75
million.
Are
we
three
quarters
of
a
million
short,
probably.
E
We'll
know
when
the
we'll
know
when
the
actual
documents
are
completed-
and
we
start
to
put
this
out
to
bid
we'll
have
a
better
idea
when
it
comes
up
there.
But
we
are
thinking
we
are
going
to
be
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
short
on
that.
A
Man,
what
kind
of
money
is
he
getting
paid?
Three
quarters
of
a
million's
a
little
bit
all.
E
I
want
to
wait
and
see
what
it
actually
is
before
I
say
too
much
about
where
we're
going
to
go
with
that,
but
we
should
be
able
to
either
transfer
from
our
fund
balance
from
last
year
that
we
had
left
over
still
to
go
into
that
or
we
may
even
be
able
to
fundraise
some
of
this
through
well,
not
us,
but
the
parts
Foundation
may
be
able
to
do
that.
We've
had
some
conversations
with
them
on
some
things
too,
so
there
are
some
other
options
on
on
all
of
these
projects.
E
Actually,
so
you'll
probably
see
a
couple
that
where
that's,
it
may
look
like
a
typo,
but
there
are
some
that
just
we
had
something
set
to
it.
It
got
a
little
bit
bigger
because
it
needed
to
because
it
was
more
work
needed
to
be
done,
so
we
may
have
to
adjust
it,
but
that
original
budget
is
what
was
proposed
last
year
in
the
initial
budget,
to
you
guys,
okay,.
A
Mr
councilman
Robert.
C
A
C
And
we
looked
at
all
grants
and
everything
involved
with
that
and
with
that
particular
project,
there's
no
more
grants
that
could
apply
to
that.
There.
E
Near
School
correct
no,
it's
often
this
is
often
Santa
Mall
off
of
Harry
Savoy.
C
Room,
okay,
just
gonna,
say
bring
this
up
a
lot,
but
the
whole
sidewalks
thing.
If
you
incorporate
some
sidewalks
to
some
type
of
main
intersection
or
something
you
could
get
a
grant
with
that
tied
to
it.
No.
E
F
I
understand
too,
when,
when
you're,
seeing
the
the
anticipated
construction
costs,
those
are
our
best
guess.
Construction
costs
so
they're,
not
necessarily
from
an
engineer
or
specific
to
like
the
actual
scope
that
we're
designing
on
the
project.
I
mean
that
was
just
like
initial
thoughts
on
what
do
we
think
this
might
come
out
to
be
if
we
get
everything
we
want
on
our
wish
list.
So
just
FYI.
D
F
One
thing
I've
noticed
since
we
started
is
so
we're
starting
to
look
at
the
projects
more
of
addressing
everything
all
at
once,
as
opposed
to
you
know,
you
don't
want
to
go
out
there
and
just
look
at
you
know
putting
in
a
restroom.
You
need
everything
that
goes
along
with
that
and
we're
starting
to
look
at
these
projects
as
like
whole
sites
renovation
like
the
entire
site
and
take
into
account
everything
at
that
one
time.
C
E
E
So
maybe
a
playground
at
one
location,
but
the
next
edition
of
this
you
see
will
probably
be
x-park
Renovations,
where
it
has
a
combined
restroom
bathroom
whole
thing
where
we
go
out
and
do
a
master
plan
for
that
where
we
go
ahead
and
go
get
an
engineer
to
look
at
all
or
an
architect
to
look
at
everything
that
needs
to
be
done
at
this
site
that
we
were
recommending,
so
that
we
can
then
go
put
those
pieces
in
like
that,
as
opposed
to
just
one
thing
here.
One
thing
there
later
and
doing
it
individually.
F
Leads
me
to
my
next
update,
which
is
the
Lamar
Dixon
gym.
The
old
gym
needs
some
repairs
and
that
would
need
to
be
done
before
basketball
season
starts
so
Michael
and
I
have
had
a
discussion
and
I
think
we're
going
to
push
that
until
after
basketball
season.
That
way,
we
make
sure
that
we
address
any
and
all
problems,
not
just
the
ones
that
are
the
major
issues
right
now
and
have
to
come
back
and
readdress
it
later.
F
F
Dutchtown
Splash
Pad,
so
I'm
hoping
to
have
a
groundbreaking
on
that
around
October,
so
not
sure
when
the
completion
is
going
to
be
there's
going
to
be
some
lead
time
on
the
materials
and
I
mean
the
equipment
that
we're
ordering
for
that
location,
but
we're
definitely
going
to
try
and
break
ground
and
get
as
much
done
as
we
can
starting
in
October
of
this
year.
Just
wanted
to
give
you
all
that
update
south
Louisiana.
A
F
Have
some
leaking
like
some
water
intrusion
issues?
Some
of
it
is
coming
from
Windows,
some
of
it's
coming
from
the
roof,
some
of
it's
coming
from
the
sweating
of
the
AC,
just
because
it's
not
properly
insulated
there.
So
we
need
to
do
all
of
those
things
before
we
can
replace
the
floor.
F
The
court
on
that
old
gym
and
we
also
have
some
areas
around
the
around
the
bottom
of
the
building
where
the
water
is
coming
into,
so
we're
looking
at
maybe
putting
some
kind
of
solution
on
that
parking
area,
and
that
was
one
of
the
things
that
if
we
were
to
do
it
right
now
that
that
may
have
been
pushed
out
of
the
project.
So
that's
one
of
the
reasons
why
we're
looking
at
it
for
next
year
so
that
we
can
address
all
of
those
at
once.
Okay,.
E
And
it's
nothing,
that's
necessarily
going
to
hold
back
anything
with
the
season.
It's
nothing
pressing
exactly.
There
are
issues
that
need
to
be
resolved,
but
they're,
not
major
leaks.
That's
usually
only
happening
under
heavy
heavy
rainfall
with
wind
that
it's
coming
in
through
that
way.
So
that's
the
only
thing
and
then
yeah
we
are
still
having
some
issues
with
the
the
Ducks
leaking
or
sweating
basically
and
coming
down.
E
F
We
do
have
some
softball
field
Renovations,
that's
going
on.
We
are
putting
some
LED
lights
out
there
and
currently
that
job
is
awaiting
the
equipment
to
be
delivered.
So,
hopefully
they're
scheduled
for
September
to
start
changing
those
lights
out
and
then
we'll
have
to
we're
bidding
out
some
backstops
separately.
What
we're
going
to
do
is
we're
going
to
demo
the
backstops
on
the
softball
fields,
from
Dugout
to
Dugout
and
put
a
nice
little
brick
backstop
with
the
netting
as
opposed
to
the
fencing.
F
C
C
C
Then
so
that's
not
a
standing,
seam
roof.
The
screws
are
visible
from
the
top.
Yes,
okay,
so
so,
okay,
yeah.
F
And
some
of
them
were
sealed
with
like
a
some
kind
of
epoxy,
was.
C
Put
in
well,
you
have
these
companies
that
can
come
through
and
they
can
really
take
every
one
of
their
screws
out.
They'll
put
like
a
white
coating
and
I
mean
if
it's
done
correctly,
and
it's
done
right.
It
could
last,
but
no
you're
right
I
mean
without
a
standing
same
roof,
you're
not
going
to
have
that.
C
F
There's
some
areas
where
the
wind
has
actually
damaged
and
some
of
the
metal
is.
A
F
The
last
one
I
have
for
you
guys
is
the
cinema
Rec,
Center
and
airnesium,
which
is
also
part
of
the
library
project.
It's
all
being
constructed
as
one
project
with
Lincoln,
and
we
are
at
the
point
now
where
the
GMP
I
think
we've
agreed
upon
a
guaranteed
maximum
price
with
them
and
they
will
be
working
to
get
the
contract
in
place
and
I
will
be
working
to
get
a
temporary
construction
Drive
constructed
out
there,
hopefully
that
we
can
start.
A
E
At
youth
Legacy
is
that
one
more.
A
E
Is
that
where
you're
looking
yeah,
that's
something
that
we
had
talked
about
with
a
few
people
and
we
have
not
and
I
think
the
reason
that's
behind
is
only
because
we
had
had
it
on
our
last
list
of
wanting
to
do
that
and
what
we
did.
We
were
waiting
until
the
playgrounds
were
finished
and
those
kind
of
ran
a
little
behind
on
that.
Just
in
the
length
of
time
it
took
to
finish
building
it
and
we
didn't
want
to
put
the
that
stuff
up
after
without
that
and
we
have
not.
Actually.
E
This
is
not
a
budgeted
project
this
year
and
it's
going
to
come
out
of
our
site
work
at
parks
budget,
because
it's
just
it's
not
going
to
be
all
that
much
I
think
we're
thinking
just
several
thousand
dollars,
as
opposed
to
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars.
So
we've
talked
to
some
folks.
We
have
a
design
ready
to
go.
I've
met
with
some
members
of
the
disc
golf
community,
so
we
just
need
to
get
out
there
and
actually
get
to
it.
Now
that
the
playgrounds
are
finished,
so
we
do
have.
C
A
We
have
any
other
questions
about
the
recreation
projects.
2023
nope
sounds
great
great
job
y'all,
moving
on
update
on
field
remediation
at
Prairieville,
Park,
Jack,
Robinson
and
Southwood
Park
just
want
to
see
where
we
are
on
that
when
we
can
expect
what
we
can
expect
in
the
next
coming
months.
Yeah.
E
So
we
are
actively
making
some
big
moves
out
at
all
of
these
and
I'm
gonna.
Let
I'm
gonna
toss
it
over
to
Jeff
our
Turf
sports
turf
specialist
over
here
to
talk
more
about
all
of
that,
but
I
know
just
to
kind
of
give
you
a
couple
of
things
and
well
actually
I
don't
want
to
steal
it.
I
stole
all
of
Rachel's
I'll,
let
tough
talk
and
then
I'll
fill
in
if
I
need
to.
G
All
right
good
evening,
everybody!
So,
just
a
few
years
ago
the
administration
team,
Ricky,
Michael
and
Michelle
have
dedicated
Recreation
Department
resources
for
increase
in
playing
conditions
of
all
our
Fields.
My
predecessor
began
at
Stevens,
Butch,
Gore
and
Cinema
parks
working
on
the
dirt
and
improving
dirt
conditions.
G
Finally
got
the
first
sprayer
in
so
we've
been
picking
up
where
he
left
off
since
I
started
over
a
year
ago.
Just
this
year
alone,
we've
applied
16
000
pounds
of
fertilizer
to
all
our
ball
fields
across
the
parish.
G
We've
done
wall-to-wall
applications
and
then,
once
those
were
completed,
we
have
gone
out
and
spot
fertilized
our
thin
areas
in
the
ball
fields.
Just
last
the
week
before
Fourth
of
July,
we
received
the
air
fire
that
had
been
on
order
since
the
fourth
quarter
of
2021.
G
So
we
immediately
hooked
it
up
and
went
to
work,
so
we
verified
every
field
as
of
today
across
the
parish
except
modest,
and
then
we
plan
on
starting
that
process
all
over
again
next
week,
we're
in
the
process
of
acquiring
proper
quotes
and
whatnot
for
requisitions
of
sand.
So
we
can
top
dress.
G
I've
already
got
a
hold
of
purchase
orders
for
additional
fertilizer,
another
16
tons
of
fertilizer.
Of
course,
we
are
at
the
mercy
of
Mother
Nature.
We
do
not
have
any
irrigation
on
any
field,
so
the
timing
of
applying
fertilizer
or
granular
is
when
the
rain's
coming
and
we
got
to
keep
our
fingers
and
toes
crossed
that
we
do
get
adequate
amount
of
rain.
G
However,
in
the
meantime,
what
I've
done
is
I've
gone
and
found
a
blended
custom
blend
liquid
fertilizer
and
when
we
can't
fertilize
with
granular
due
to
the
weather
or
lack
of
rain
we've
gone
out
with
a
liquid
fertilizer
and
which
is
a
urea
ammonium
nitrate
solution,
along
with
ferrous,
sulfate
and
manganese,
and
we've
applied
that
at
a
rate
of
0.2
pounds
of
nitrogen
per
thousand
square
feet,
and
just
now
over
the
equivalent
we've
applied
over
two
thousand
pounds,
which
would
be
the
equivalent
of
granular
fertilizer
in
a
liquid
form.
G
C
C
So
it'll
be
done
on
the
next
round.
Yes,
maybe
toward
the
beginning
or
why
isn't
it
being
done?
I
guess,
modest.
G
E
So,
for
just
real
quick
on
similar
to
that
for
a
lot
of
these
things
and
what
Jeff
didn't
say
is
basically
the
way
when
we
came
in
and
started
looking
at,
transforming
these
fields.
Obviously
we
started
where
we
have
league
and
program
participation
first
right,
so
we
put
our
biggest
emphasis
on
Stevens,
klua
and
Butch
core
parks
and
Paula
Clark,
trying
to
make
sure
that
those
are
getting
up
and
running
the
way
we
needed
it
for
that,
so
we're
going
to
continue
to
go
out
from
there.
E
Those
still
aren't
where
they
need
to
be
but
they're
getting
much
closer
and
then
we're
going
to
we're
kind
of
going
out
from
there
because
we
have
to
be.
You
know
aware
of
what
resources
we
have,
including
staff
and
and
supplies,
and
as
you
heard
I
mean
the
top
dresser
came
in
right
before
the
era
fire
did
the
air
fire
took
over
a
year
and
a
half
to
come
in
and
top
dresser
wasn't
much
less
than
that.
E
So
there
were
still
some
equipment
that
we
were
waiting
on,
because
we
didn't
have
anything
like
this
before
as
we're
going
into
this,
as
we've
mentioned
before,
like
well
manicured
sport,
specific
Fields,
so
we
are
getting
there
on
these
and
we
get
a
lot
of
use.
I
mean
it'd,
be
a
lot
easier
if
we
kicked
people
off
for
months
at
a
time
and
and
did
that,
but
then
we'd
have
a
whole
other
problem
of
them
not
being
able
to
be
used.
E
So
you
know
Prairieville
Park
in
particular
that
one
that's
where
all
our
adult
leagues
go
on
and
they
have
expressed
to
us
very
very
clearly
and
very
often
that
they
just
want
to
be
able
to
play
and
they
want
to,
and
they
play
pretty
much
year
round.
Very
little
breaks
almost
nightly.
So
it
gets
a
lot
of
wear
and
wear
and.
C
It
would
be
done
correct,
yep,
yeah,
absolutely,
but
I
mean
I,
get
for
your
your
resources
that
cost
them
more
money,
you're
going
to
have
to
use
the
facilities
that
bring
in
money
with
these
teams
that
play
right,
but
in
the
same
sense
you
know
we
have
the
equipment,
let's
yeah.
Definitely.
Thank
you,
sir.
Thanks.
A
Okay,
very
good,
moving
on
update
on
concessions
at
Recreation
facilities.
Where
do
we
stand
on
that
and
I
wonder
after
we
find
out
I
had
an
idea,
I
think
we've
discussed
it
a
little
bit.
E
So
again,
the
the
permit
application
is
ready
for
all
that
the
ordinance
has
been
passed,
we're
we're
ready
for
folks
to
come
in,
and
you
know
after
our
last
discussion,
we
actually
reached
out
to
quite
a
few
folks
in
the
parish
and
still
nobody
is
here:
they're
they're
not
coming
for
one
reason
or
another.
There
are
a
few
reasons
as
to
why,
but
you
know
we're
we're
it's
not
like
we're
asking
much
on
our
permit.
E
We
may
be
asking
more
for
them
to
actually
provide,
but
we
can't
really
sacrifice
what
we're
asking
in
terms
of
health
code
licenses
and
stuff
like
that,
so
we
we
kind
of
got
a
little
bit
of
ran
into
a
wall
there
trying
to
work
this
out
with
some
folks
and
we
we
haven't
really
had
any
success
on
that.
Can.
A
C
A
A
A
It
and
I
would
think
if
we
could
do
non-cash
sales
that
would
cut
down
on
the
risk
of
somebody
saying
you
know,
I
just
saw
the
people
were
robbing
things
all
the
time
now,
which
is
insane,
but
I
would
cut
down
on
that
kind
of
risk.
It
was
all
you
know:
Touch
free
purchasing,
type
of
things
or
cards.
E
We'll
definitely
go
back
and
look
at
it.
I
think
we
need
to
kind
of
get
with
Administration
and
finance
and
see
what
that
would
look
like
on
that
end
and
as
far
as
us,
owning
and
selling
just
to
kind
of
see
how
that
shakes
out.
But
we
will
absolutely
do
some
research
and
look
into
that.
A
Okay
and
let's
see
the
final
one
was
I
I
put
this
on
here.
I
asked
this
to
be
put
on
here,
because
I
know
we're
working
on
it,
but
I've
got
several
calls
from
people
recently
asking
do.
We
have
volleyball
in
the
parish
and
I'd
already
talked
to
you
about
it,
but
I
think
people
would
like
to
know.
Where
would
what
we're
doing
with
that?
We're
not
just
sitting
idly
by
correct.
E
Yeah,
so
we
don't
have
it
currently,
we
are
not
offering
it,
but
there
are
a
couple
of
organizations
in
the
parish
that
do
and
we
are
actually
looking
hopefully
to
bring
to
the
next
committee
meeting
a
new
cea
with
a
group
to
partner
with
on
some
additional
programming,
and
one
of
those
things
in
particular
is
volleyball.
E
They've
run
a
successful
adult
volleyball
league
already
out
of
the
the
more
the
Lamar
Dixon,
and
so
we
would
be
wanting
to
expand
they've
tried
kind
of
they've
dabbled
an
offering
for
youth
I
think
we
would
actually
absolutely
push
that
and
try
to
make
that
be
a
thing
so
that
we
could
offer
recreational
volleyball
kind
of
in
the
off
season.
E
I
mean
I,
think
that's
kind
of
what
we
would
have
to
look
at
trying
to
to
figure
out
when
they
could
do
that,
because
most
of
our
volleyball
players
play
either
club
or
for
their
schools
or
something
like
that.
But
we
definitely
are
on
it.
We
are
looking
into
it,
and
that
is
absolutely
one
of
the
first
ones
we
will
get
pushed
out
as
soon
as
we
can
here.
Okay,.
