Any

Chairman's
announcement
and
Report
I
have
two
things:
I
have
I'd
like
to
just
welcome
everybody
here
today.
B
It's
very
good
to
be
here
tonight:
I
have
the
grass
cutting?
Are
we
up
to
date?
Miss?
Are
we
up
on
Nebraska.
B
The
I
would
I
would
ask
I
would
ask
that
this
past
weekend
we
had
to
hard
rain.
B
Are
there
anything
that
we
can
look
at
on
Mississippi
Street
across
from
the
pub
it's
at
the
pub
across
from
the
restaurant
street,
from
the
bank
from
the
bank
to
the
to
the
restaurant
from
from
One
bank
to
another
bank
in
that
area
we
I'm
asking
I'm
asking
you
all
to
look
into
the
flooding
in
that
area.
The
water
is
Rising
real,
real,
very
fast.
Okay
and
that's
that's
been
an
ongoing
situation.
B
I
would
actually
be
looking
to
see
if
we
can
resolve
that
study
water,
but
after
an
hour
hours
or
two
hours
it
does
go.
It
does
go
away
right
as
it
rains
and
rains
hard.
It
fills
up
real
fast
man.
You
see
my
story
is
getting
to
get
into
some
of
the
building.
You
all
know
what
building
I'm
talking
David.
E
B
Koki
on
down
to
to
the
bank,
to
the
First
Bank.
E
B
Thank
you,
David
Mr
Gene.
Thank
you.
Okay,
I
have
a
number
five.
The
chairman
announcement
a
report
number
six,
the
discussion
of
closing
the
on
Tebow,
David
or
Virginia.
E
Man
Regina
talked
about
this
and
right
now
the
mayor,
Leroy,
Solomon
and
them
have
a
a
grant.
Application
in
for
Tebow
drive
to
close
that
in
so
we're
working
through
the
Louisiana
Watershed
initiative
to
get
a
grant
to
close
that
in,
along
with
a
couple
other
large
dishes
that
take
the
large
Culvers.
This
way
you
know,
taxpayers
don't
have
to
pay
for
anything.
E
You
know
you
know,
what's
closing
that
in
so
a
matter
of
fact
on
the
27th
we
have
another
lwi
meeting
and
reference
to
the
city
has
four
projects,
and
we
have
four
projects
that
we
put
in
for,
and
it's
high
on
the
chart
for
for
them
to
look
at
possibly
giving
us
those
grants
to
address
each
each
and
every
one
of
those
projects.
B
E
We
submitted
that
in
the
first
round
with
lwi
and
we
we
were
high
on
the
chart
with
that
too,
but
we
missed
it
because
of
everybody
was
rushing
to
put
in
the
applications
for
that
and
I
think
the
we
didn't
have
enough
time
to
put
the
BCA
in
for
that
project.
So
we
lost
all
on
out
on
that,
but
we
also
gained
two
projects
to
the
first
round
and
the
second
round
is
dedicated
to
a
low
to
Modern
income
area.
E
So
that
puts
us
right
in
in
a
pot
to
get
those
projects.
So
we're
looking
good
for
those
projects-
and
we
had
a
meeting
this
past
month
month
in
some
corrections
on
some
of
the
projects,
but
we
were
also
having
another
meeting
on
the
27th,
so
I'm
not
quite
sure
what
time
the
meeting
is,
but
we're
going
to
have
some
more
discussions
on
that.
We
also
put
in
a
grant
for
for
St
Jude's
subdivision.
There
was
a
a
Grant
application
that
came
available
for
for
that
area
too.
E
B
E
E
Regina's,
really,
on
top
of
all
of
that
and
I
mean
she's,
doing
fantastic
job,
responding
to
all
the
the
knees
and
and
I
mean
she's
just
really
on
top
of
it,
man,
I'm
gonna
tell
you
I.
B
C
D
B
Yeah,
well,
that's
that's
the
reason
I'm
getting
there.
Is
it
any
closer
than
the
last
time
we
talked
in
getting
this
project
on
the
way.
B
But
again,
though,
thank
you
all
and
I
look
forward
to
getting
this
project
completed
and
getting
it
behind
us.
It's
been
on
the
table
for
a
little
bit
and
please
Mr,
Castor
salmon
would
very
much
appreciate
it.
So
thank
you.
That's
all
I
have.
D
Thank
you,
drainage
report,
we're
finished
digging
the
bag
ditch
by
Saint
Jude
subdivision.
We've
completed
digging
the
side,
ditch
by
Saint
Jude
that
ties
into
the
back
ditch.
While
we
were
digging
in
the
Breezeway
on
La
3089
at
La,
70,
we're
finished
that
and
we're
moving
on
to
the
project
on
La
945.
D
B
Regina,
what's
the
what
are
some
of
your
worst
spots
up
I'm
looking
at
this
junkyard
go
ahead
and
break
down
the
different
places,
and
the
number
of
ties
that
we
normally
pick
up
in
that
area
has
just
been
a
consistent
with
the
Petty
Band
and
Highway
308
or
whatever
High
rate.
D
B
Are
we
willing
to?
We
normally
acceptable
we're
not
around
with
the
room,
no
we're
just
leaving
there,
we
will
leave
it
there
and
we
would
take
it.
D
We
take
the
tire
with
her
with
the
rim
on
it
and
we
break
it
down
ourselves,
but
as
far
as
the
recycle
center,
you
have
to
bring
them
in
without
the
room.
Okay,
all
right,
thanks!
Well
I
just
wanted
to
announce
that
reiterate
again
about
the
recycle
center.
The
recycle
center
is
open
the
hours
of
operation
on
Monday
through
Thursday,
from
7
to
4
pm,
and
if
anybody
have
any
cause
any
drainage
issues,
any
issues
we
would
like
for
them
to
call
the
call
center.
That's
225-450-1200
all
right.
One.
B
Other
question
on
the
the
grass
cutting
on
Steve
Highway:
we
have
a
contract
with
the
state
on
how
much
of
the
highway
how
much
of
State
Highway
we
was
the
what's
the
length
or
miles
or
whatever
it.
