Normally,
we
don't
have

many
people,
but
again
we
appreciate
you
all
being
here
also
like
to
just
render
take
the
opportunity
to
congratulate
my
alumni,
Louisiana
State

on
the
national
championship,
women,
basketball,
coach.
B
A
I
just
like
to
say
thank
you
LSU
and
go
Tigers.
Thank
you
very
much.
We
have
a
report
by
the
drainage
and
vegetation
report.
Miss
Regina,
Thomas
supervisor,
three
DPW.
C
Our
vegetation
crew,
they're
on
the
second
rotation
of
grass
cutting
they've
just
finished,
cutting
highway
405
and
currently
on
La
943
Highway
1
North.
We've
skipped
that
area
because
of
the
overlay
and
all
the
traffic
backup
that,
where
they
Overland
the
road
at
as
soon
as
they
give
us
the
go
ahead,
we're
going
to
go
back
and
catch
that
area
and
next
week
weather
permitting
we
will
start
spraying.
C
We
have
completed
the
install
of
the
additional
covers
running
under
Highway
One
by
bold
Seafood.
This
will
help
relieve
some
of
the
water
off
of
the
port
Barrel
area.
The
Catawba
Street
area
that
flows
into
Bayou,
McCall,
David
and
I
also
are
looking
at
the
Improvement
the
flow
of
the
water
on
the
other
side
of
the
tracks
by
Bayou
McCall,
where
the
ditch
runs
under
the
track.
C
We've
replaced
the
cover
that
runs
under
Mount
Olive,
Church
Lane,
that
intersects
with
Highway
1
North.
They
were
damaged
and
we
did
the
installation
before
they
did
did
the
overlay
of
the
road
we
will.
We
will
be
replacing
the
culverts
that
run
under
Evan
Hall
Road
off
of
Highway
943
and
I
would
like
to
thank
David
David
wall
for
assisting
me
with
the
project
for
on
Highway
One
Aaron
Ellison,
with
dotd
Joey,
turo,
Joy,
Broussard,
Road
and
Bridge,
and
pavement
crew
at
DPW
East
for
getting
the
covers
installed.
C
Also,
we
have
working
on
the.
We
know
that
we
know
in
the
back
of
the
brewery,
we're
working
on
getting
servitude
from
the
residents
to
clean
that
out
and
that
runs
on
off
of
off
of
9
43,
and
once
we
get
that
cleaned
out,
it'll
help
relieve
some
of
the
water
off
of
the
new
off
of
the
new
road
on
the
backside
and
off
of
9
43,
where,
when
it
rains
the
water
overflows
the
road,
once
we
get
all
that
clean
and
that'll
release
some
of
that
water.
C
We've
been
getting
a
little
better
with
the
with
the
trash,
as
opposed
to
what
we've
been
having
from
last
year
at
the
beginning
of
the
year.
Up
until
now,.
B
B
C
Whatever,
okay,
and
also
we
have
the
foundation
completed
for
the
recycle
center,
the
fence
has
been
ordered
and
they're
still
working
on
getting
the
rest
of
the
stuff
together
for
the
recycle
center.
C
C
A
That's
it
I
got
a
few
things.
I
like
to
first
thing,
I
have
is
the
notice
that
the
mentioned
the
digging
in
quarter
barrel,
you
on
the
crossroads,
all
right?
What
what
exactly
or
are
you
doing
with
the
dirt
the
dirt
that
come
out
to
the
resident,
a
lot
of
keep
it
or
do
the.
C
If
the
resident
wanted
that
what
they
do
is
they
come
to
the
to
the
job,
they
sign
the
whole
homeless
paper
and
we
dump
the
dirt
wherever
they
want
it
at
so
with
the
whole
harmless
paper.
That's
just
saying
that
they're
responsible
for
the
dirt
and
that
we're
not
responsible
for
anything
that
happens.
You
know
once
we
dump
the
dirt,
so
any
Resident
that
wanted
they
can
get
the
dirt
some
of
them.
If
we
dig
it
in
front
at
home
they'll,
let
them
know
that
they
want
it.
A
A
A
The
grass
cutting
rotation,
what's
the
how's
that
going
yeah.
C
C
A
C
A
A
C
C
I
think
once
they
put
it
together,
then
we'll
know
what
you
know.
If
that,
what
need
to
be
what
covers
need
to
be
changed?
You
know
that
part
of
that
with
the
Florida
water,
but
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
that
ditch
at
the
end
of
the
road
that
runs
through
the
back
and
it
ties
into
the
we
know
we're
trying
to
locate
the
residents
to
get
servitude.
So
we
can
clean
that
out
going
that
way.
Also
so
that'll
help
once
that
water
make
it
to
the
end
it'll
get
out
a
little
quicker.
A
I
I,
like
it
excuse
me,
I
like
to
thank
Mr,
denino,
Jeffrey
de
Nino
for
his
patient
and
understanding
in
terms
of
us
working
diligently
and
working
hard
on
getting
that
stuff
done.
It
wasn't
an
easy
task
to
get
those
Engineers
back
there
and
to
figure
out
what
was
going
on
and
what
needed
to
be
done
so
I
just
like
to
give
you
just
thank
you
and
boy
space,
and
at
this
point
that's
that
would
be
it
any
questions.
B
C
C
B
B
Does
that
keep
up
the
good
work
with
the
litter,
keeping
the
litter
up
and
I'd
love
to
see?
That
report
see
what
type
of
differences
we
do
have
okay
and
which
areas
have
the
biggest
difference
in
see?
If
those
are
the
areas
that
I
put
signs
up
or
whether
we
just
claim
them
or
how
we
can
go
about
to
prove
more
so.
C
D
B
Have
a
place
to
actually
bring
something
that
they
can
afford
to
bring
in,
they
will
and
they
don't
want
to
throw
inside
their
room
either
so
yeah
keep
it
open.
Let's
keep
getting
those
reports
and
those
numbers
in
it
also.
