What's

November

except
under

motion

Bible
councilman,
Thomas
motioned
by
councilman
Robert,
any
objection,
any
discussion,
no

No

December

motion
by
councilman
Thomas,
second,
by
councilman
Robert,
any
objection,
any
discussion,
discussion
motion
path,
this
time,
number
five
before
I
get
started.
B
I
want
to
thank
everybody
for
coming
out
and
I
want
to
wish
each
and
every
person
Mr
Mitchell
wish
you
all
the
happy
happy
New
Year
look
forward
to
beginning
this
year,
looking
forward
to
being
as
prosperous
as
we
can
in
terms
of
communicating
working
together
and
getting
things
done
within
this
Parish
so
again,
Doug.
Thank
you
all
for
coming,
and
we
appreciate
you
all
being
here
tonight.
Chairman's
report
I
have
a
few
things
I'd
like
to
discuss
in
my
Chairman's
report.
B
B
We
stopped
the
cleaning
and
cutting
the
grass
on
that,
because
we
don't
have
servitude
it's
from
what
I'm
hearing
I'm,
not
sure,
but
if,
if
I
am
maroon,
allow
me
to
well
give
me
an
answer
on
what
what
is
it
and
why
is
it
we
cutting
and
not
digging?
We
need
to
dig
that
that's
the
water
come
off
of
one
Hood
subdivision,
if
I'm
not
mistaken
in
that
area,
that
we
need
to
dig
that
ditch
they
got
a
tree
over
the
ditch
right
now.
B
Yeah
well
coming
off
smoking
to
the
track
coming
from
one
Hood.
We
need
that
we
need
it
clean
and
we
need
the
grass
cut
on
it.
So
I
like
to
offer
motion
that
this
be
done
in
a
timely
manner
that
we
get
that
done.
We
don't
have
no
servitude
on
that.
Okay,
all
right!
Excuse
me
all
right,
I'm
asking
that
you
get
a
servitude
from
Atlanta
on
the
Mr
Francis
that
he's
willing
to
give
you
a
servitude
to
do
that,
and
we
can
get
that
job
done.
Okay,.
B
He
can
do
it
whenever
we
get
all
that
in
line,
then,
let's,
let's
try
and
and
get
that
done.
It's
been
there
for
quite
some
time
have
a
motion
by
Mr
Thomas,
second
by
Mr
robare
to
Bayou
McCall
from
bun
Hood
to
going
to
watch
smoke
bin
to
clean
that
ditch
and
cut
the
grass
any
objection.
Any
discussion
motion
pair
the
next
thing
I
have
is
the
I'm
suggesting
State
Highway
we're
having
trouble
with
the
ditches
on
State
Highway.
We
we've
been
talking
to
soon.
B
We've
been
talking
to
some
of
the
guys
from
the
state
to
clean
the
highway
ditches
we've
been
taking
care
of
our
ditches
in
our
area
and
we
hadn't
been
able
to
get
to
the
state
highway
dentists,
and
particularly
one
of
the
dishes
that
2088
Highway
308
that
ditch
hadn't
been
dug.
It's
been
quite
some
time
and
I'm
asking
DPW
supervisor
to
look
into
a
contact
in
the
state
to
see
if
we
can
get
not
just
there.
B
The
943
also
need
taken
in
itself,
I'm
asking
DPW
director
to
contact
DPO
dop
to
to
see
if
they
can
get
see.
If
we
can
get
some
help
in
terms
of
digging
those
stitches
because
they
haven't
been
dug
in
quite
some
time
and
I
think
the
water
is
coming
back,
but
it's
not
getting
back
from
the
state
highway
up
into
to
ours.
B
We've
been
cleaning
hours,
pretty
pretty
regular
on
rotation,
but
we
haven't
had
any
cooperation
from
the
state
highway
department
to
in
cleaning
those
State
Highway
along
La,
One
South
alley,
one
North,
943
308,
speed,
Highway.
We
can't
get
it
and
we're
not
required
to
go
and
clean
those
ditches.
So
I'm
asking
that
the
DPW
director
of
somebody
from
Administration
talked
to
someone
from
DPW
I
mean
from
dot
to
see.
B
If
we
can
get
somebody
to
come
out
and
clean
clean
those
ditches,
we
can
start
the
process
and
I
know
it's
not
going
to
take
overnight,
but
at
least
we
can
start
the
process
in
terms
of
getting
getting
someone
looking
at
getting
this
done,
because
this
has
been
an
ongoing
situation
for
us.
The
the
State
Highway
50
is
not
being
dug
like
they
should
be,
and
I
know
it's
not
just
here.
It's
pretty
much
everywhere
we
go,
but
I'm
accent
that
we
get.
B
We
put
some
light
on
this
starting
this
year
in
terms
of
getting
that
getting
those
getting
those
dishes
done
and
also
getting
with
some
of
the
farmers.
If
we
can
to
to
try
and
get
to
get
some
help
any
questions
anything
to
Regina.
You
have
anything
on
that.
B
D
The
only
comment
may.
C
D
That
we're
already
talking
to
Aaron
elizarre,
with
dotd,
with
the
state,
Regina
and
I,
both
in
communication
with
him
and
and
we'll.
We
will
talking
to
him
about
some
other
ditches
to
address
la-1
going
towards
White
Castle
and
a
crossover
called
with
the
install
before
they
do
la
one
going
towards
White
Castle.
D
So
we'll
we'll
address
those
highways
that
you
just
mentioned
and
bring
that
because
it
to
his
attention,
because
we
did,
we
did
have
some
issues
on
308
and
la
four.
B
D
B
They're
having
trouble
with
the
with
the
state
highway
and
getting
somebody
to
come
out,
and
but
we'll
do
we'll
put
that
I've
I've
seen
on
his
I
guess
months
ago.
B
State
just
saw
that
it
was
skipping
skipping,
but
we
need
particular
to
get
some
of
the
juggle
neck
ditches
that
we
need
to
get
it
clean
so
that
water
can
drain
off
off
of
wherever
it
needs
to
be
at
well,
because
we're
getting
water
in
places
that
we
never
have
and
due
to
some
of
the
I'm
not
exactly
sure,
due
to
some
of
the
State
Highway
ditches
that
that
they've
not
been
dubbed
that
the
water
is
backing
up
to
in
certain
places.
B
So
I'm
gonna
accept
you
all
take
care
of
that
situation
get
to
whoever
we
need
to
get
to
in
the
state
highway,
and
thank
you
very
much
one
other
thing
I
have
is
the
I
have
a
help.
Safety
concern
with
the
big
pile
of
trash
in
the
Eben
and
I'm,
actually
that
we
take
care
of
that
and
moving
that
I'm
gonna
make
a
motion
on
that.
B
We
move
this
immediately
to
get
it
out
the
way,
because
it
is
the
same
thing
out
there
within
that
area:
the
triceps
they
have
in
that
curve
and
I
know
we
didn't
put
it
there
and
whoever
put
it
there
on
that
show,
but
we
need
to
get
it
moved
so
I'm
I
need
to
make
an
emotion
that
we
get
this
get
this
movement.
A
C
B
C
Was
moving
it,
but
you
need
to
contact
the
sheriff's
department
first
and
report
it
and
let
them
try
to
hand
it
because
in
the
past,
we've
done
that
from
private
businesses
and
places
and
they'll
get
them
to
come
out.
There
put
the
trash
inside
the
Junctions
a
lot
of
times.
People
will
flip
trash
outside
of
the
dumpster.
If
there's
a
dumpster
lot,
any
other
cameras,
I
would
suggest
doing
that
right.
First,
but
if
not
yeah.
D
You
this
on
Louisiana
Watershed.
Initially
we
on
bonadonna
Catawba
we're
still
waiting
on
one
of
the
little
item
that
I
think
it's
OCD
that
has
a.
D
Issue
with
the
contract
or
or
the
bidding
on
the
on
the
project,
Dean
made
a
call
the
other
day
and
they're
trying
to
get
that
finalized,
so
hopefully
that
in
another,
probably
by
the
end
of
January,
we'll
have
some
kind
of
answer.
So
we
can
move
that
project
forward
and
start
getting
something
done.
I
know
some
of
the
residents
up
in
that
area
with
with
this,
just
recent
rain
had
called
me
on
on
some
issues
up
in
that
area,
so
that
that
should
be
right
around
the
corner.
D
D
Besides
the
Louisiana
Watershed
initiative
this
month
round
two,
we
should
have
some
information
for
our
next
meeting
in
reference
to
where
we
need
to
go
and
how
to
proceed
to
further
look
at
drainage
projects.
For
us.
D
On
the
west
side,
it's
going
to
be
into
low-income
to
moderate
income
areas,
so
we'll
we'll
be
looking
at
some
targeted
projects
on
this
side
of
the
river
and
we'll,
and
if
you
guys
got
some
ideas
of
some
other
projects
besides
ours,
we're
glad
to
sit
on
and
discuss
that
with
y'all
see,
which
ones
are
the
most
important
ones
to
go
after
the
other
deal.
Is
the
dotd
grant
that
we
went
after?
D
There
were
six
projects
that
were
put
in
with
the
state
and
and
as
I
understand,
and
there
was
only
six
projects
and
there
was
some
talk
of
funding
all
six
projects,
so
we're
waiting
to
hear
from
that.
D
The
processes
not
as
fast
as
all
of
us
would
like
it
to
be,
but
it's
promising
to
where
we
may
end
up
having
that
project
and
reference
they're
addressing
I,
think
it's
the
Bayou
McCall
Canal
that
we
looking
at
addressing
from
inside
the
city
limits
close
to
a
mile
in
the
area
that
part
of
Donaldsonville
address
drainage,
tube
Port
Byron
smoke
bin.
All
of
that
inside
of
that
area
of
concern.
D
So
it's
promising
that
we
we're
looking
forward
to
getting
getting
that
project
to
I
know
things
was
we're
all
looking
for
those
things
to
move
faster
than
we
would
like
it.
But
it's
the
process.
B
D
Partial
of
it
is
it's
a
main
drainage
on
the
oh
yeah.
All
of
these
projects
are
pretty
much
addressing
drainage
in
the
down
Seville
area.
Yeah
he's
in
the
city
of
lemons,
okay,
yeah,
okay,.
B
People
are
yeah
exactly
yeah,
and
that
is
key
and
we
we
look
forward
to
doing
the
the
job
of
making
sure
that
we
keep
the
water
off
of
the
folks
people.
That's
in
the
you
know,
City,
Limits
and
also
in
on
our
screen.
So
these.
D
Know
they
are
good
projects
in
reference
to
if
we
get
these
things
done,
yeah
DPW
can
also
Focus
their
attention
on
some
of
the
other
outline
areas
which
that
that's
that's
something
that
we
need
to
focus
on
pretty
much
so
yeah.
Well,.
B
You
very
much
we
have
a
report,
trainers
and
vegetation
report,
Miss,
Regina,
Thomas
supervisor,
three
DPW.
A
The
vegetation
Crews
we've
been
having
them
picking
up
debris
and
tires
they've,
been
hand,
cleaning
and
raking
ditches
off
Robin
Lane
the
loop
945
Luke
Acosta
and
Santa
Miko.
We
have
one
tractor
up
and
running
I've
been
closed.
A
copy
of
the
upcoming
work
projects
that
we
all
will
be
working
on
the
next
couple
of
weeks
and
also
your
litter.
Your
little
your
recycle
and
little
report
is
in
included
for
the
year
of
2022.
B
B
A
B
B
A
Also,
he
includes
a
summary
report:
the
litter
entire
pickup.
B
B
Mr
I
have
a
question
the
machine
over
there
on
on
the
evangelists
I
noticed
it's
been
there
quite
some
time.
It's
broke.
We
just
parked
in
there.
A
So
we
had
to
get
in
what
we
need
to
get
in
to
finish
doing
away.
