A
Ahead,
okay,
good
morning,
everyone,
my
name,
is
donna
bailey,
and
I
chair
this
committee
and
we
are.
This-
is
november
the
2nd
2021
our
committee
meeting.
We
have
a
quorum,
so
we
can
continue
if
you
are
not
speaking.
If
you
would
be
nice
enough
to
mute
your
microphone,
that
would
be
really
helpful.
A
A
A
Those
minutes
are
passed
now,
we'll
go
into
the
discussion
period
and
from
the
city
from
the
city,
which
is
an
annette,
mosley
and
she's
going
to
bring
us
up
to
date
on
everything
cool
in
city,
land.
E
Good
afternoon
a
couple
of
covered
related
points
for
you,
as
you
may
be
aware,
and
the
county
has
in
fact
extended
the
mass
mandate
till
the
end
of
november
and
the
city
will
be
following
suit.
There
had
been
discussion
of
if
it
had
been
lifted.
E
We
plan
to
meet,
have
our
meeting
at
the
banquet
hall,
but
for
now
we'll
be
holding
in
place.
Good
news
is
that
the
covet
numbers
have
been
decreasing
in
our
area,
but
not
quite
enough
to
remove
the
mandate
as
of
yet
we
only
have
one
council
meeting
in
november
and
the
next
isn't
until
mid-december.
E
So
hopefully,
by
the
time,
this
commission
meets
again
we'll
know
whether
it
will
be
in
person.
Secondly,
an
update
regarding
arpa
funding.
We
are
currently
still
accepting
applications.
E
The
deadline
to
get
those
applications
in
is
november
15th
and
the
full
body.
The
full
council
is
scheduled
to
review
those
applications
in
early
january.
That's
it
for
now
from
the
city.
Well,.
A
Thank
you
antoinette
next.
Anybody
have
any
questions
for
her
by
the
way
before
I
move
on.
No
okay
is
demp
on
the
call.
F
All
right,
we
had
a
successful
southern
conference
media
day
last
week,
went
really
well
kind
of
excited
to
start
kick
off
the
basketball
season.
As
you
know,
the
asheville
championship
will
be
next
week,
the
friday,
the
12th
and
sunday,
the
14th,
so
that
we're
excited
for
that
again.
F
The
teams
are
minnesota
south
carolina,
western
kentucky
and
princeton,
and
in
a
lot
of
ways
people
would
say,
but
western
kentucky
is
very
excited
about
calming
south
carolina
is
very
excited
about
calming,
so
I
feel
like
we'll,
have
a
good
start
to
an
event.
That
is,
you
know
it's
not
a
one
and
done
it's
a
multiple
year
event,
and
so
we're
excited
about
the
exposure.
Also
that
that
event
will
bring
to
us.
F
F
F
So
we're
excited
about
that
event
and
having
that
event
it
the
first
year
we
had
the
event
we
had
12
teams.
Two
years
ago,
2019
we
had
12
mats,
so
we're
trying
to
figure
out
what
how
things
work
and
what
we
need
for
this
year.
So
we're
excited
about
that
in
january,
usually,
the
weekend
of
january
7th
through
the
9th
we
have
gala
gymnastics.
F
I
think
we,
I
think
I'll,
let
you
guys
let
everyone
know
last
month
that
that
event
is
not
going
to
be
held.
It
is
a
family-run
event.
The
two,
ladies
that
run
the
event
they're
mother
and
father-in-law's,
and
mother,
grandparents
and
children
all
come
in
and
one
of
the
the
particip
or
one
of
the
owners.
Husband,
is
a
physician
and
just
did
not
feel
at
this
time
with
transmission
rates
still
trending
in
the
in
the
children's
area
that
they
wanted
to
risk
the
health
of
not
only
the
participants
but
also
the
organizers.
F
But
we
were
able
to
fill
that
event
with
a
national
cornhole
league
open
event.
So
we're
excited
about
that
to
be
able
to
fill
that
in.
It
won't
be
the
quite
the
numbers
that
the
gala
gymnast
gala
gymnastics.
F
Participants
then
we
move.
We
move
right
through
there's
a
potential
event
that
could
be
here
in
february
and
then
southern
conference
tournament
will
be
right
around
the
corner.
So
that's
march
3rd
through
the
7th,
the
semifinals
did
change
so
now:
they're
4
and
6
30,
so
that
they're
televised
and
then
the
championship
will
be
on
monday,
the
7th
at
7
pm,
and
it
will
be
televised
on
the
I
guess,
the
flagship
espn
station
espn
so
and
when
we're
working
on
some
other
events
for
moving
forward.
F
One
of
them
was
a
women's
wrestling
event
because
it's
a
emerging
sport
for
the
ncaa
and
naia.
So
I
I've
been
responding
back
and
forth
with
an
email
there,
so
very
excited,
and
hopefully,
when
I
see
you
or
hopefully
we'll
we'll
have
even
more
information
in
the
next
week.
So
thank
you.
A
Great
thanks
stem
that's
it's
great
schedule,
especially
after
all
the
conditions
you've
been
working
under
marshall
how's,
the
cdb
going.
G
We're
doing
great
good
afternoon,
everyone
we
too
have
a
busy
month
in
november,
lots
of
travel
and
client
engagement
next
week,
connie
and
I
attend
imax
americas
in
las
vegas.
It's
the
largest
trade
show
in
the
meeting
planner
exhibition
world,
and
they
have
about
six
thousand
registrants
this
year.
Typically,
they
get
between
seven
and
eight,
so
it's
our
largest
investment
and
looking
forward
to
a
full
plate
between
the
two
of
us.
We
already
have
80
appointments
to
see
clients
over
three
days
and.
D
G
Go
into
national
tour
association,
we're
attending
that
as
we
do
annually
and
then
the
week
following,
we
have
our
48
hour
fam.
We
have
12
customers
coming
in
from
various
market
segments
and
showing
them
what
asheville
is
all
about.
This
is
the
first
we've
had
since
the
pandemic.
G
We
had
three
that
had
to
cancel
in
the
last
year
and
a
half
so
excited
about
that,
and
then
last
week
of
the
month
in
early
december,
we're
at
travel
south
international,
which
is
a
an
international
trade
show
of
receptive
operators
and
international
buyers,
mainly
in
the
leisure
market.
So
that's.
What's
going
on
travel,
wise
and
happy
to
report
our
our
lead
level
and
interest
level
in
the
month
of
october
and
improved.
G
If
you
recall
the
month
of
september,
which
I
reported
last
month
was
about,
we
were
about
60
of
2019
pace
and
happy
to
report.
We're
back
to
100
of
2019
pace
in
terms
of
new
lead
room
nights
coming
into
the
community,
so
feel
good
about
that
and
I'll
be
glad
to
take
any
questions.
But
if
not
thanks
for
the
opportunity
to
share
what's
going
on.
B
Thank
you
there's
my
mic.
I
just
noticed
in
the
newspaper
that
you
have
exceeded
expectations
for
august
and
how
many
new
room
nights
or
rooms
do
we
have
coming
online.
This
fall.
B
G
Yeah,
so
we
just
toured
a
candlewood
suites
on
tunnel
road
that
just
opened
about
120
rooms.
There
is
a
town
place,
suites,
just
off
the
exit
at
miraman
avenue,
that's
right
at
100
rooms
as
well.
I.
B
And,
and
with
these
additions,
this
brings
us
up
to
a
total
of
how
many
hotel
room
nights
not
including
airbnbs
but
available
for
events,
and
things
like
this.
F
A
G
I
I'd
say
we're
ahead:
I'm
hoping
to
get
some
good
education
on
that
next
week,
donna
at
imex,
they
generally
report
on
the
you
know
the
current
stats,
but
you
know
based
on
just
some
peers
around
the
region.
We
are.
We
are
faring
better.
G
The
probably
the
main
trend
that
everyone's
seeing
is
smaller
events,
so
similar
types
of
or
similar
amounts
of
of
leads
just
smaller
events,
more
regional
and
not
a
tremendous
amount
of
the
mega
shows
which
we
don't
as
a
city
participate
in
too
many
of
the
you
know
mega
conventions
anyway.
So
I
think
that
I
think.
G
For
our
hotel
and
and
venue.
B
Well,
I'm
I'm
really
anxious
to
know
how
we're
going
to
anticipate
once
we
get
the
civic
center
back
in
full
little
availability
that
we're
going
to
be
able
to
continue
to
build
the
rooms
and
fill
the
build
their
arena
and
the
palace
wolves.
B
So
I'm
looking
forward
to
these
these
issues
to
come
forth
and
I
think
the
city
should
be
more
aware
of
what
we
are
working
on
from
the
city
council
standpoint
that
we
are
constantly
trying
to
develop
our
tourists
to
participate
with
the
civic
center
and
with
thomas
look
so
having
those
rooms
available,
makes
the
package
even
more
greater
and
the
need
to
succeed
and
putting
the
pressure
on
everybody
on
this
commission
and
chris
to
to
make
it
happen.
G
F
G
To
start
this
quarter
with
about
an
18
month
to
two
year,
build
embassy
suites
right
across
the
street,
from
the
what
den
described
as
the
the
new
doubletree
that
used
to
be
the
hyatt
place.
G
F
Yeah,
I
think
it's
any
time
now
is
what
I've
been
told,
but
I
just
want
to
point
that
out
too
to
answer.
Yvonne's
question
is
you
know,
there's
more
inventory
and
the
old
bank
of
america
building
is
being
converted
already,
so
lots
of
lots
of
action
going
on
downtown.
G
Yeah,
that's
the
the
new,
the
restoration
next
to
the
to
the
s
w
that
should
be
open
about
next
summer.
A
C
C
D
I
don't
have
the
information
other
than
the
symphony
kicks
off.
What
november
20th
thomas
wolfe
season
ticket
sales
are
going.
Well,
I'm
not
sure
how
single
ticket
sales
are
doing,
but
so
november
20th
at
thomas
wolfe.
A
C
C
Our
no-show
rate
was
not
nearly
as
high
as
it
has
been
of
late,
so
we
were
closer
to
a
7
to
10
no-show
rate
per
night
instead
of
a
25
to
30
percent
no-show.
So
we
were
pretty
full,
which
was
great.
It
was
his
first
arena,
headlining
shows
and
conveniently
three
nights
sold
out
that
sold
out
in
about
17
18
minutes
and
he
kind
of
blew
up
pretty
quickly,
and
hopefully
we
can
turn
this
into
a
thing
that
happens
every
year.
No
guarantee
on
that,
but
we're
trying
coming
up.
C
We've
got
a
show
tonight:
a
band
camp
c-a-a-m-p
which
is
sold
out
in
the
thomas
wolfe
tattoo
convention
later
this
month.
A
couple
more
concerts
with
the
avett
brothers
jason
bonham's,
led
zeppelin
experience,
toby
mack,
jeff
dunham
sold
out
in
the
arena
november
is
a
crazy
month
for
us.
We
have
more
events
booked
than
days
at
the
moment.
So
it's
kind
of
crazy
around
here.
Nobody
really
got
any
sleep
last
weekend.
C
Looking
forward
february
march
april
are
really
lining
up
right
now
we
just
announced
at
the
same
time
this
meeting
started
two
night
arena
concert
run
with
humphreys
mcgee
in
february,
which
is
resuming
what
they
had
been
doing
with
us
every
year,
for
I
think
three
or
four
years
before
covet
shut
us
down.
C
We
also
confirmed
a
separate
two
night
arena
concert
run
for
march
last
week
and
a
separate
two
night
arena
run
for
april
last
week
that
we'll
be
announcing
in
the
next
couple
weeks.
So
things
are
looking
up.
We
also
have
a
really
large
event
in
february
that,
barring
one
or
two
more
small
things
that
will
come
together
or
not
this
weekend,
we'll
be
announcing
on
tuesday
next
week.
Hopefully
so
things
are
really
coming
around
yeah
coming
event
wise
and
then.
G
C
Tickets
went
on
sale
today,
potentially
might
have
been
yesterday,
but
socon
tickets
are
now
up
and
available
as
well.
So
things
are,
things
are
coming
any
questions
on
upcoming
events.
B
F
Hey
chris
socon
tickets
went
on
sale
yesterday
and
there
are
no
courtside
seats,
which
is
incredible
because
when
we
started
that
program
four
years
ago,
we
sold
four
so
we're
already
out
of
court
side.
C
All
right,
so
I
wanted
to
we
added
this
venue,
coveted
policy
discussion,
point
mainly.
A
C
Kind
of
get
y'all's
thoughts,
opinions.
We
have
no
intention,
at
least
on
the
staff
side,
of
changing
our
code
policy
anytime
in
like
the
immediate
future,
but
just
to
give
a
brief
history
of
how
we
got
to
where
we
are
and
we're
now
trying
to
think
of
like
what
is
our
exit
plan.
And
how
is
that
going
to
work?
And
what's
the
timing
of
that
so
late
july,
our
buddy
delta
variant
showed
its
head
and
kind
of
changed
the
world
of
music.
C
We
were
one
of
those
venues
that
kind
of
all
came
together
in
about
a
three
day
period
prior
to
a
three-night
sold
out,
run
with
widespread
panic
and
we've
been
operating
under
that
policy,
since
so,
in
order
to
enter
proof
of
vaccination
or
proof
of
the
negative
tests
within
72
hours
is
required
to
get
into.
C
Right
now,
which
was
not
the
case
whenever
we
set
this
policy
in
place,
there's
also
the
county
wide
mass
mandate.
When
we
put
the
policy
in
place,
there
was
no
masking
mandate
at
all,
so
we
felt
like
this
was
the
way
to
help
people
feel
safe
around
it.
Also,
we
had
lots
of
discussion
with
the
county
on
how
to
have
the
large
mass
gatherings.
G
C
Mandate's
currently
in
place
through
november
30th.
In
addition
and
really
you
know,
it
depends
on
the
show
right
so
like
we
haven't
had
a
symphony
event
yet,
but
I'm
imagining
when
we
get
to
november
20th
for
that
first
symphony,
show
policing
masking,
is
going
to
be
very
easy.
No
problem
people
will
probably
comply
and
it'll
be
a
very
easy
conversation.
C
If
someone
takes
the
mask
off,
hey
put
it
back
on
well,
we've
had
rock
concerts
this
past
weekend
with
billy
strings,
where
it's
a
big
3500
person
general
mission
floor
plus
another
two
or
three
thousand
people
in
the
seats.
This
is
not
physically
possible
to
police
the
masking,
and
it's
honestly,
you
know,
15
20
of
the
crowd
might
have
masks
and
that
might
be
gracious
and
but
they're
going
through
the
proof
of
vaccination
and
negative
tests,
we're
offering
rapid
tests
at
the
door.
C
C
What
we're
starting
to
run
into
now
as
we're
booking
and
announcing
our
spring
season
is
everyone
wants
to
know
when
our
policy
is
going
to
go
away
or
what
the
policy
is
going
to
be
in
say
april
or
may
it's
really
heavily
affecting
our
like
dance
cheer.
Our
youth
sporting
events,
which
that
season
typically
is
in
the
spring,
with
the
exception
of
the
grapple
wrestling
that
dent
brought
up,
which
is
in
december,
because
everybody
has
different
policies
and
a
lot
of
the
youth
sporting
groups.
C
Have
you
know,
like
a
state
body
or
a
national
body
and
they're
kind
of
following
those
guidelines
which
don't
require
proof
of
vaccination
or
negative
tests,
basically
just
require
whatever
local
required
mandates
are
and
where
the
challenge
is
with
dance
and
cheer.
If
you've
got
a
20
person
team,
for
example,
one
person
test
positive
or
can't
can't
get
a
negative
test
or
can't
prove
vaccination
status.
C
So,
I
guess
I'm
just
kind
of
curious
on
what
people's
opinions
are
on
like
how
tight
should
the
venue
be?
Should
it
just
be
for
gatherings
over
x
number
of
people?
Should
it
be
for
certain
types
of
gatherings?
Should
we
just
follow
county
mandate
for
trade
shows
and
sporting
events,
but
then
for
bigger
ones,
where
people
are
shoulder
to
shoulder
different
differently?
A
F
Well,
I
mean
one
of
the
one
of
the
things
that
we're
you
know
we're
talking
about,
or
we
have
to
deal
with
is
right
now
with
high
school
sports.
There's
no
testing,
so
you
know
we're
looking
at
a
grapple
event
where
you
know
is
not
buncombe
county
is
not
testing
any
of
their
student
athletes.
F
They
will.
They
started
reference
season.
Yesterday,
they'll
wrestle,
you
know
there
there
will
be
an
event
in
inca
before
our
event.
There
will
be
an
event
at
several
high
schools,
there's
no
testing
of
the
the
athletes
themselves.
F
F
It's
going
to
be
hard
for
us
to
keep
any
youth
sporting
event
where
we're
requiring
100
facts.
You
know
our
my
thought
for
wrestling
as
the
wrestlers
themselves
and-
and
you
know
they
are
going
to
be
temperature
tested
they're
going
to
have
all
the
the
other.
You
know
they'll
be
masked
until
they
wrestle.
F
So
it's
the
same
guidelines
as
what
I
think
we
have
to
kind
of
go
with
what
guidelines
are
given
with
the
governing
bodies
that
oversee
these
sports
because
they're,
you
know
they're
national
events
and
we're
not
going
to
be
able
to
recruit
events
it
we
can
do
whatever
we
want
to
do
with
spectators
in
terms
of
masking
you
know
if
the
mass
mandate,
I
don't
think
anybody
has
a
problem
with
the
mass
mandate.
F
I
think
it
is
going
to
get
harder
and
harder
to
do
vaccination
and
and
and
or
test
as
we
move
along.
You
know
it's
just
you
know
one
of
the
comments
fletch
had
a
little
while
ago
is
you
know
eventually
this
is
gonna
kind
of
become
almost
like
a
seasonal
flu.
F
F
I
think
it's
gonna
affect
attendance
for
the
grapple
and
then
you
know
I
know
with
with
socon
that
you
know
we.
You
know
when
you
have
elite
a
conference
who
has
teams
from
virginia
south
carolina
alabama
georgia
tennessee,
you
know,
they're,
you
run
into
a
situation
where
they're
just
you
when
you're
recruiting
events
like
that
you're
recruiting
team.
Are
you
recruiting
teams
that
are
in
states
that
have
other
ideas
and
other
thoughts?
F
I
want
us
to
be
as
cautious
as
possible
for
our
community,
but
you
know
we.
We
do
risk
the
ability,
not
only
this,
but
you
know
chris,
and
I
talk
about
it
every
day,
concerts
and
things
that
we
that
we
could
lose.
But
you
know
I
think,
for
youth
sports
events.
We've
got
to
go
with
what
you
know
their
their
governing
bodies
are
going
with,
especially
in
terms
of
participants.
F
Well,
the
county
and
city
mandate
doesn't
is,
is
for
masking,
so
I
mean
we
and
you
know
so
what
for
a
wrestler
they're
used
to
masking
they
just
take
the
mask
off
when
they
wrestle,
because
it
actually
becomes
a
hazard.
If
someone.
B
A
F
A
C
Part
of
the
challenge
we
run
into
is
confusion
on
the
patron
side.
So
when
we
went
when
we
went
to
the
proof
of
acts
negative
tests,
we
required
it
for
all
events
to
make
it
easy
and
sweet,
because
everyone's
going
to
call
the
box
office
with
questions
and
that
way
the
box
office
is
always
giving
the
correct
answer,
because
it's
the
same
so
some
venues
are
out
there
fighting
the
good
fight
of
just
doing
whatever
the
individual
promoter
wants.
So
today
it's
vaccination
only
tomorrow
it's
facts
or
negative
tests.
The
next
day.
C
No
one
cares
it's
just
masking,
because
that's
the
only
government
requirement
you
know
so
it
gets
confusing
and
it's
hard
for
the
patron
who's
coming.
So
we
went
with
just
like
a
solid
line
to
make
it
easy
across
the
board,
but
eventually
we're
gonna
have
to
walk
back
out
of
that
and
what's
what's
the
right
steps
to
go
with.
D
Yeah,
so
for
so
what
I'm
hearing
is
on
the
performance
side?
Some
performers
are
being
wanting
it
on
demps
side,
the
participants
aren't,
but
so
that's
under
their
control.
D
C
C
Not
really
no
like
right
now
we're
requiring
also
bands,
performers
etc,
to
show
proof
of
vaccination
negative
tests,
for
example
all
the
craft,
fair
vendors.
When
we
had
the
craft
fair
a
couple
weeks
ago,
we
went
through
and
checked
everyone
required
a
test
for
those
that
couldn't
provide
proof,
so
we've
been
doing
it
for
any
everyone,
vendors
stagehands,
anyone
in
and
out
of
the
building
at
the
moment.
C
B
C
Whenever
it's
a
middle
ground
type
of
show
that
perfect
the
pressure's
coming
a
little
bit
from
the
public,
but
a
little
bit
from
the
band,
the
promoters
in
all
cases
want
everything
gone,
because
the
states
that
have
all
the
covid
restrictions
gone
from
their
venues
are
selling
the
most
tickets
right
now.
So
therefore,
getting
the
restrictions
gone,
equals
sales
equals
get
them
gone
as
fast
as
you
can
right.
C
B
C
I've
been
asked
about
six
times,
specifically
for
our
mastodon
and
opath
show,
which
is
heavy
metal.
How
soon
restrictions
are
going
to
go
our
restrictions
going
to
be
gone
in
january?
Maybe
we
should
move
it
to
january.
If
restrictions
will
be
gone,
then
you
know
lots
of
questions
about
restrictions.
D
G
C
It's
an
assumption
that
it
was
a
county
call,
but
really
it
was
a
call
we
made
in
conjunction
with
the
county
to
make
the
county
feel
good
about
us,
coming
back
to
life
and
being
open
and
having
large
gatherings
and
everything,
but
also
to
help
make
sure
that
we
never
got
to
a
point
where
there
are
mass
gathering
restrictions
as
far
as
total
percent
capacity.
Again,
you
know
if
we
can
help
prove
everyone
that's
getting
in
is
cleared.
F
But
I
think,
having
a
different
participant,
because
I
mean
she
lost
a
cheerleader
in
the
last
week
to
another
venue
because
of
the
the
participant
aspect
of
it.
I
don't
think
anybody.
F
I
mean
people
do
question
the
the
spectator,
but
it's
a
lot
easier
to
to
to
administer
that
it's
a
lot
easier
to
justify
that
than
when
you're
doing
something
with
participants
that
is
different
than
what
they're
doing
in
a
in
in
a
venue.
That's
less
than
you
know,
five
minutes
away.
A
C
I
mean,
I
think
we
would
still
need
to
do
it
for
the
events
that
were
already
on
sale
with
so
like
when
you
buy
a
ticket
right
now
you
have
to
click
on
this
thing
called
health
check
through
ticketmaster,
which
basically
said
I
agree
to
proof
of
vaccination,
negative
tests,
etc,
because
if
we
take
that
away
then
at
that
point
somebody
that
only
came
because
of
the
proof
of
vaccination
or
negative
tests,
wouldn't
they
be
entitled
to
a
refund
because
you're
no
longer
doing
it.
C
C
But
if
we
don't
require
it
now,
when
you
buy
a
ticket,
but
then
we
do
when
the
show
comes
then
again
shouldn't
we
be
offering
a
refund
to
people
that
don't
feel
comfortable
coming.
So
it's
it's
that
weird.
When
do
you
stop?
When
do
you
start-
and
I
know
we're-
not
gonna,
there's
no
solution
today,
but
it's
like
that's
probably
like
our
number
one
issue
that
we're
dealing
with
right
now
is
like
what
is
covet
in
four
months,
and
I
know
we
all
have
never
been
able
to
predict
come
in
yet.
C
H
H
So
I
don't
know
that
this
is
something
that
we
just
roll
back.
It's
it's
it's.
I
feel
like
we're
kind
of
in
this
place
now
for
a
year
or
two,
and
at
least
that's
what
all
of
they
feel.
I
don't
know,
that's
what
they
say
who,
but
who
knows,
as
as
you
said,
but
I
I
feel
like
just
watching
like
the
big
stadiums
and
messaging,
all
these
places
they're
very
strict
with
what
they
allow
patrons
right,
they're
making
everyone
get
tested,
and
I
don't
know,
of
course
that's.
D
A
whole
that's
a
whole
city,
man,
new
york
city.
Exactly
that's
that's
for
our
city
yeah!
Well,
I
I
you
know,
I
don't
think
we
want
it
to
boil
down
to
business
versus
public
health,
but
that
is
the
perception
and
I
would
hate
to
see
it
be
that
someone
decided
that
business
is
more
important
than
public
health.
D
Would
you
would
you
maintain
if
you
get
got
rid
of
the
vaccination
required?
Still
try
to
maintain
chris
county
does
away
with
the
mass
mandate.
Would
scenario
do
away
with
vaccination,
but
still
try
and
have
a
mask
requirement
within
the
civic
center?
C
But
again
you
go
back
to
some
events.
It's
actually
realistic
and
some
it's
not.
I
mean
when
we
have
a
concert
on
new
year's
eve,
which
is
just
general
admission
and
everyone's
out
years.
Even
I
think
you
can
imagine
how
realistic
it
is
to
keep
masks
on
people
all
night
and
like
if
they're,
holding
a
beer
in
their
hand,
which
most
people
are
the
majority
of
the
time
they're
standing
inside
this
building.
Are
they
actively
eating
or
drinking
yeah?
So
it's
the
mask
feels
I
don't
want
to
say
this
the
wrong
way.
C
But
the
mask
feels
less
important
to
me
personally
than
the
proof
of
acts
negative
test,
because
that's
kind
of
like
your
clear
check
that
people
are
either
vaccinated.
So
they
have
a
better
chance
of
not
contracting
or
not
getting
it
in
a
bad
way
or
they've
proved
that
they
have
cleared
a
negative
test
either
right
there
at
the
door
or
in
the
last
two
days.
D
A
B
A
C
Yeah
I
mean
the
best
for
business
and
public
health
solution.
Is
you
change
it
for
every
single
event
based
on
what's
best?
For
that
event,
most
realistic,
but
then
it's
just
very
confusing
one
for
staff,
two
for
the
actual
operation
and
three
for
public
and
but
there's
venues
out
there
that
are
doing
it
so
there's
models
there,
there's
other
venues
that
are
working.
A
C
Way,
interestingly
enough
aeg
and
live
nation
had
announced,
I
don't
know
a
couple
months
ago
that
starting
october
1st,
they
were
vaccine
only
and
they've
already
walked
that
back
and
so
now
I
think
starting
january
1st
they're
going
to
start
accepting
vaccine
or
proof
of
negative
tests.
So
I
mean
it's
constantly
influx
right.
D
C
A
The
date
is,
is
the
hard
part
you
know
so
to
your
point
to
john's
point,
if
you
take
the
date
out
of
the
equation
now
it's
more.
Where
are
we
at
that
particular
time
with
with
an
out
you
know
a
non-refund
policy
you're
buying
it
under
knowing
these
conditions.
F
B
F
F
So
I
I
think
letting
you
make
that
decision
versus
you
know
having
a
universal
decision,
because
everything
is
different
and
you
know
if
you
feel
like
it's
a
an
event
that
presents
a
lot
of
exposure.
Then
you
can
be
tougher
than
you
know,
because
I
mean-
and
but
I
mean
it
it
doesn't.
I
mean
I,
I
think
that
even
if
we
go
to
a
no
mask,
I
think
there
may
be
the
look
of
okay.
Well,
if
it's
a
crowd
above
a
certain
mountain,
there
could
be
a
mask.
F
So
even
if
the
county
and
city
roll
back,
the
massmen
could
potentially
have
a
mass
mandate
for
crowds
greater
than
500,
or
something
like
that,
so
yeah
still
could
be
different
things
yeah,
but
I
think
giving
you
the
authority
since
you
you
made
the
decision
based
on
what
promoters
were
asking.
Is
us
trying
to
micromanage
it.
A
I
don't
think
chris
is
asking
us
to
micromanage
it.
I
think
what
he
was
asking
is
for
some
thoughts
on
it
there
his
team
has
just
you
know,
they've
gone
over
it
and
over
it
and
talked
to
other
venues,
and
sometimes
in
a
discussion
like
this,
because
we're
on
the
ground
in
this
city,
somebody
like
john,
comes
up
with
a
whole
new
concept
that
hasn't
been
considered.
So
that's
really.
D
C
Yeah,
I
mean
ideally
yes,
just
because
it's
so
much
easier
to
do,
but
I
would
say
it
doesn't
have
to
be.
I
mean
every
event
is
like
like
temp
is
just
saying:
every
single
event
is
different,
so
it's
not
like
we're
doing
the
same
exact
thing
every
event
anyway.
B
C
This
said
six
by
six
by
six
bag,
and
I
measured
it-
you
know
like
we
need
to
make
sure
all
that
information
is
right.
It's
just
easier
if
it's
universal
okay,
like
ideally
like
we'll,
come
up
with
something
that
is
like
this
is
the
youth
sports
policy,
and
this
is
the
meetings
and
this
is
trade
shows,
and
this
is
concerts
and
special
events.
C
But
I
I
don't
know
I
don't
know
what
that
looks
like
and
we've
kind
of
talked
circles
around
it
here,
but
we
had
not
talked
about
basing
it
off
of
the
numbers
without
a
date
which
I
think
is
like
a
really
like.
We
should
dig
deep
into
that,
because
that's
a
great
in
and
out
and
it
seems,
refund
safe.
D
Well,
finally,
chris,
I
think
well
well,
yes,
this
is
a
problem.
I
want
to
commend
you
and
the
staff
for
taking
this
position
to
begin
with
on
the
vaccine
requirement.
I
think
it
was
taking
the
high
road
showing
a
greater
interest
in
the
public
health,
then
in
business,
and
while
it
creates
some
problems,
it's
a
good
problem
to
have
it.
A
Yeah
yeah
anything
else
on
this
discussion
or
we
will
chris.
Do
you
have
anything
else?
You
need
good.
Okay,
one
of
the
things
we
talked
about
was
our
three
different
sub
meetings,
and
I
think
we
has.
Every
of
all
the
commissioners
do
you
know
have
they
put
their
hats
in
for
a
particular
subcommittee
me.
C
A
So
if
you'd
look
at
it
and
try
to
get
that
done,
maybe
by
the
end
of
next
week
it
would
be
appreciated
anything
else
that
I
haven't
covered
that
needs
to
be
covered.
I'm
looking
at
the
agenda,
it
looks
like
we're
any
new
business
for
any
of
the
commissioners,
the
commission,
no
okay.
Our
next
meeting
will
be
december.
The
7th
12
o'clock
virtual.
A
Thank
you
all
for
the
meeting
motion
to
adjourn
john.
Thank
you.
We
are
adjourned.
Thank
you,
so
much
all
for
taking
the
time
to
be
on.
