Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
well,
thank
you
for
coming
to
the
greenway
committee.
This
is
our
monthly
meeting
and
we
are
virtual,
I'm
not
sure
if
all
of
our
who
all
our
attendees
are
there.
Let
me
I
will
call
each
one
of
our
committee
members
and
ask
them
just
make
a
hello
comment.
A
A
C
A
D
A
D
E
A
A
Okay,
have
you
all
read
the
minutes
from
the
last
meeting?
A
H
A
F
First,
I
would
like
to
welcome
everyone.
I
would
like
to
welcome
haley
burton
to
the
meeting
today.
F
Haley
works
with
us
in
the
transportation
department
and
does
most
of
her
work
with
the
transit
division,
but
is
working
with
us
part-time
and
hopefully
we
will
be
able
to
grab
more
of
her
time
as
time
goes
on
haley.
Would
you
like
to
introduce
yourself
and
say
a
few
things
about
about
yourself
to
the
committee.
I
Sure
I
think
we
mostly
covered
everything
transit
projects
coordinated
with
the
city,
I've
been
with
the
city
since
april
and
I'm
originally
from
north
carolina,
but
either
side
of
the
state
in
wilmington
but
happy
to
be
in
asheville
and
yeah.
I'm
just
excited
to
work
with
you
all
moving
forward,
mostly
we'll
be
transit
so
but,
as
lucy
said,
going
to
work
a
bit
on
greenways
moving
forward,
wonderful.
A
F
F
For
the
french
broad
river
west.
We
anna
sexton,
and
I
went
out
there
this
week
with
our
capital
projects,
manager,
rooney
sullivan
and
al
kopp,
from
the
parks
department
who
initiated
the
the
meeting
for
us
to
go
out
there
so
that
the
parks
department
could
have
a
review
of
what
was
going
on,
and
I
think
this
picture
pretty
much
sums
it
up
that
we're
working
on
right
now
are
the
big
retaining
walls
on
the
northern
end
and
the
big
diggers
and
the
entire
greenway
at
this
point
is
graded.
F
The
asphalt
won't
come
until
the
springtime.
We
are
having
problems
with
people
coming
onto
the
trail,
even
though
we
have
both
ends
posted
as
closed
and
for
the
most
part.
C
F
And
so
we're
doing
our
best
to
put
the
word
out
with
our
social
media
and
such
that
you
know
please
stay
out
while
we
finish
this
and
we
promise
it
will
be
all
yours
when
we're
done.
F
F
Great,
but
it's
going
really
well,
it's.
F
But
it
is
it's
pretty
nice,
the
swannanoa
river
greenway
is
going
really
well.
I
don't
have
any
huge
news
for
that,
except
that
we
are
talking
with
duke
about
the
lighting
on
it
and
we
are
at
90
review
and
going
through
some
permits
with
the
various
departments
in
the
city
and
we
met
with
msd
who,
even
though
we
sent
out
the
designs
earlier,
just
recently
noticed
a
problem
area.
F
It's
actually
on
the
spur
trail
that
goes
from
the
main
greenway
up
to
wood
avenue,
and
so
we
met
with
them
and
our
consultants,
and
I
think
that
the
design
issues
are
are
not
too
complicated,
but
we
do
need
to
make
some
minor
changes
to
this
third
trail.
F
Merriman
avenue
engagement,
meeting
the
transportation
department
at
the
city,
along
with
some
other
partners,
members
of
the
mmtc
and
asheville
bikes,
to
be
specific,
as
well
as
mountain
true
chris,
has
also
joined
in
with
the
effort,
are
holding
a
public
meeting
to
ask
the
public
how
they
would
feel
about
some
any
ways
to
make
merriman
avenue
a
safer
court
or
to
to
be
on
as
a
pedestrian
cyclist
in
your
car.
And
we
have
this
project
page,
which
is
linked
into
the
agenda
so
that
you
can
see
it.
F
But
our
suggestion
is
that
we
convert
merriman
avenue
from
a
four-lane
road
like
this
to
a
three-lane
road,
so
one
lane
in
each
direction
with
the
turning
lane
down
the
middle,
which
would
give
us
room
to
put
dedicated
bike
lanes
on
each
side
of
the
road
and
will
provide
more
space
for
pedestrians
to
be
able
to
walk
on
the
sidewalks
without
cars
whizzing
by
and
this
meeting
will
be
on
february,
28
at
the
north
asheville
community
center
on
larchmont.
F
So
that's
where
above
the
post
office
on
merriman,
where
the
fire
station
is
there's
a
community
there.
So
you're
welcome
to
come.
There'll!
Be
an
online
survey
as
well,
so
you
don't
have
to
be
there
to
be
able
to
provide
comment,
but
if
you
would
like
to
come
and
give
your
opinions
at
the
meeting,
that's
one
way
we
will
be
there.
F
The
nasty
branch
greenway
is
also
still
under
design,
we're
like
at
99
and
getting
our
permits.
It's
all
going
really
well
and
we,
our
estimated
construction,
start
dated
still
this
spring.
F
The
north
rad
tip
greenway,
let
me
get
that
out,
is
the
one
mile
section
north
of
the
rad
tip.
It
starts
approximately
at
hill
street
or
the
white
duck
taco
on
riverside
drive,
and
this
work
is
based
off
of
a
feasibility
study
that
was
done
by
the
county.
My
computer
is
very
slow
getting
this
map
up.
That
was
done
in.
I
think
it
was
2019.
F
Let's
see
it's
gonna
take
a
long
time,
but
lucy
do
you
want
me
to
pull
it
up?
If
you
can
head
it
up
faster,
let
me
know
and
I'll
stop
presenting
for
you
to
show.
I
just
wanted
to.
Oh
here
it
comes
in
it.
F
I
just
wanted
to
remind
everyone
we
have
talked
about
this
before
in
the
greenway
committee,
but
the
city's
preference
and
the
what
we
hope
will
be
a
successful
engineering
study
will
allow
a
riverfront
greenway
on
the
southern
section
of
this
one-mile
area,
that
is,
behind
the
businesses
along
the
river
all
the
way
to
pearson
bridge
road,
which
is
a
little
bit
more
than
halfway.
F
But
at
that
point,
because
the
railroad
crosses
over
and
moves
from
in
front
of
the
properties
along
the
road
here
to
behind
the
properties
on
every
property
north
of
peterson
bridge.
F
We
feel
the
best
alignment
would
be
then
to
move
up
on
at
grade
crossing
along
the
road
and
then
have
the
greenway
between
the
road
and
the
businesses
as
the
multi-use
path
from
this
section
to
the
intersection
of
broadway.
F
This
is
where
ginger's
revenge
and
cheap
joe's
art
supply
and
steam
studios
and
the
french
burned
chocolate
lounge
are
in
this
building,
and
it's
also
at
this
intersection,
where
woodfin
or
the
county's
greenway
begins
and
continues
along
highway.
251
riverside
drive
through
woodfin,
so
their
their
timeline,
if
all
goes
well,
is
approximately
the
same
time
as
ours.
So
within
a
couple
years,
the
hope
is
that
we
will
have
the
greenway
all
the
way
from
amboy
road
to
the
woodfin
office
campus
or
where
msd
headquarters
are
so
fingers
crossed.
All
of
this
goes
well.
F
This
study
is
a
300
000
study.
We
are
hoping
to
get
the
request
for
letter
of
interest
out
within
the
next
two
or
three
weeks.
That
would
mean
that
we
would
be
negotiating
with
the
selected
consultants
within
the
next
two
months
and
then
probably
see
them
begin
their
studies
within
four
months.
From
now.
F
C
F
F
Right
yeah
we're
aware
that
they're
doing
their
project,
which,
if
all
goes
well,
they
will
let
that
project
in
2024..
F
So
we
are
really
happy
to
get
our
studies
done
before
their
project
is
left
so
that
we
can
guide
them
with
our
preferred
design.
And
our
other
thing
is
that
this
multi-use
path,
section
of
the
greenway
will
be
built
with
that
road
project.
F
So
we
will
have
a
project
page
up
before
next
month's
meeting
and
you'll
be
able
to
see
this
feasibility
study
there
and
our
timeline
and
any
of
the
other
pertinent
information
as
we
go
through
the
engineering
study.
F
Moving
on
to
the
last
one,
the
reed
creek
feasibility
study,
that
is
taking
a
look
at
the
rest
of
the
reed
creek
greenway,
so
the
reed
creek
greenway
that
exists
is
the
majority
of
the
middle.
The
only
things
that
are
lacking
on
this
greenway
corridor
are
the
southern
section
from
elizabeth
street
to
clingman
avenue
and
the
northern
section,
which
is
wt
weaver
boulevard
to
the
intersection
of
broadway
and
riverside
drive,
which
is
the
end
of
the
north
branch
of
greenway
too.
By
the
way.
So
here
is
a
map.
J
F
This
is
the
part.
This
green
line
here
is
the
existing
reed
creek
greenway.
It
parallels
broadway
avenue,
and
this
section
the
red
line
is
the
southern
part
of
reed
creek.
That
still
needs
to
be
designed,
and
this
section,
this
red
line
is
the
northern
section
that
needs
to
be
finished.
So
these
are
the
two
sections
that
we
will
be
looking
at
for
the
feasibility
study.
F
The
other
thing
this
map
shows
you
is
the
connectivity
of
this
greenway
once
it
will
be
done
how
we
will
have
in
the
north
round
tip.
We
will
have
this
loop
of
greenways
from
north
asheville
to
downtown
very
exciting
stuff,
and
it
is
part
of
the
river
to
ridge,
greenway
network
that
we're
trying
to
get
done.
F
A
C
B
With
chocolate,
planning
and
design,
and
here
with
my
co-worker
christy
stout
and
kim
williams
and
you'll,
mostly
be
hearing
from
me
and
kim
williams
today,
so
I'll,
let
him
do
a
little
bit
of
introduction
of
herself
when
she
starts
talking
just
to
save
a
little
bit
of
time,
and
we
were,
I
can't
remember
when
we
were
before
the
green
bay
commission.
It
seems
like
it's
been
a
while
ago,
so.
B
C
B
And
start
with
the
just
the
close,
the
gap
network
in
general
and
our
task
from
the
outside
of
this
project
was
to
identify
the
city-wide
network
that
lets
people
walk
from
their
home
to
key
destinations
and
that
can
essentially.
B
B
C
B
To
that
the
first
being
the
ada
transition
plan-
and
that
is
looking
at
how
do
we
improve
the
existing
sidewalks
and
sometimes
greenways
that
we
already
have
on
the
ground
if
you've
walked
around
asheville?
You
know
that
we
have
some
tricky
places
on
existing
sidewalks
and
sidewalks
that
are
no
longer
really
sidewalks.
B
B
And
to
talk
a
little
bit
more
about
that,
we'll
go
through.
H
Sounds
great
so
what's
in
the
greenway
plan,
so
this
is
an
update
to
a
2012
plan
and
it
looks
like
where
greenways
can
go
in
the
city
and
analyzes
that
old
system.
H
Here
you
see
the
vision,
but
an
important
part
of
this
plan's
update
is
that
there
is
an
expanded
network,
so
there
may
be
greenways
proposed
for
revised
greenways
and
also
they've
been
defined
a
little
bit
better,
so
they've
been
given
different
types
or
typologies
and
also
we're
asking.
This
is
a
critical
point
too,
where
you
can
weigh
in
on
prioritization
of
those
premiums.
B
H
H
One
size
fits
all
and
this
kind
of
defines
different
quarters
based
on
constraints
or
opportunities,
you're,
looking
at
different
things
from
the
spine
anyway,
arterial
greenway,
neighborhood
greenways,
which
is
a
new
proposed
on-street
greenway
using
current
low
traffic
streets
and
then,
lastly,
natural
surface
trails,
which
there's
been
a
few
in
the
city.
But
this
is
launching
the
astrology
program
as
part
of
the
type
of
this
whole
system.
H
So
quick
just
blurb
about
asheville
and
page,
you
can
read
more
about
it.
We
have
some
links
you
can,
you
can
go
to,
but
asheville
and
page
really
started
a
few
years
back.
There
was
a
greenwave
warmer
that
talked
about
how
this
initiative
was
happening
elsewhere,
like
in
knoxville
and
a
special
speaker.
H
It
has
really
evolved
as
part
of
the
gap
planning
process.
Different
stakeholders
were
engaged,
including
some
organizations
that
have
stepped
up
to
lead
astral
on
bikes.
H
And
a
few
other
organizations,
and
then
obviously
the
city.
So
there
was
an
initial
look
at
different
cubs
where
natural
surface
trails
could
go
and
the
idea
is
to
expand.
More
connectivity
within
the
city
can
be
done
for
a
lot
less
costs
than
greenways
can,
and
so
these
options
are
being
pursued
right
now.
If
you
want
to
go
the
next
slide,
the
city
is
working
with
asheville
and
bikes
and
pisco
sorba
to
work
with
a
professional
trail
builder
to
identify
different
types
of
natural
surface
trail
hubs.
H
H
So
you
can
actually
look
at
all
those
hubs
and
their
current
state
of
planning
on
the
astral
invites
website,
that's
linked
here
and
then
there's
also
a
story
map
or
a
website
that
was
originally
developed
by
this
team
as
part
of
the
gap
process.
So
just
check
that
that
out
we
won't
go
a
lot
more
into
natural
surface
trails,
but
just
know
that
we're
also
looking
about
at
that
as
part
of
the
system.
B
B
B
Need
to
get
to
and
how
do
we
bring
them
into
national
compliance
and
some
of
the
things
that
we're
looking
at
here,
existing
facilities,
removing
obstacles
and
barriers
either
sidewalks
that
are
too
narrow
or
have
obstacles.
We
all
know
about
the
telephone,
poles
and
signs
in
the
middle
of
our
sidewalks
we're
looking
at
sidewalks
in
poor
condition.
B
The
middle
picture
is
a
sidewalk
that
is
just
deteriorating.
When
I
mentioned
earlier,
there
are
some
places
where
sidewalks
are
going
for
sidewalks.
D
C
Also,
looking
at
curb
ramps,
the
picture.
B
B
Perspective,
the
pedestrian
plan
is
looking
at
all
of
those
new
facilities,
and
where
do
we
have
missing
missing?
What
do
we
have
gaps
in
our
network
and
those
can
be
sidewalks
or
crossings
that
we're
thinking
about
the
vision
for
the
pedestrian
plan
is
that
people
can
walk
from
their
house
to
key
destinations
or
along
a
network
of
streets
that
are
designed
for.
B
B
B
So
let
me
talk
a
little
bit
about
pedestrian
network
planning
in
general,
so
what
we
know
is
that
we
have
places
where
people
need
to
walk,
but
the
facilities
are
missing.
This
is
an
example
of
thompson
street.
B
We
know
that
the
city
has
many
places
to
walk
already,
but
they're
not
they
may
be
difficult,
particularly
for
people
who
have
disabilities
so
they're
folks,
who
have
a
hard
time
using
what
we
do
have
on
the
ground.
B
B
Allows
this
cross-city
travel
and
like
the
image
that
lucy
showed
earlier,
we're
building
out
that
downtown
loop.
That's
going
to
be
a
first
big
first
key
to
that,
and
we
also
know
that
there
are
lots
of
needs
and
that
we
can't
do
everything
at
one
time.
So
we
had
to
come
up
with
the
prioritization
process
and
one
thing
that's
different
between
this
plan
and
previous
plans
that
the
city
has
done.
Is
this
one
really
has
looked
like
we've?
You
do
not
even
want
to
know
all
of
the
details.
B
We've
gone
to
got
into
in
terms
of
prioritizing
the
corridors
to
come
up
with
a
guide
for
the
city
to
say,
here's
what
we
need
to
start
tackling
first
and
then
the
other
thing
that
we
know-
and
this
is
an
important
part-
that
we
want
to
communicate
to
the
community
as
well
as
you
all,
is
that
we're
talking
about
prioritization
and
you'll,
see
coming
up
that
we
have
a
priority.
B
We
have
prioritized
projects,
but
we
want
to
communicate
that
prioritization
does
not
always
equal
the
order
of
construction,
even
though
something
is
prioritized
and
we
feel
like
it's
pretty
important.
There
may
be
other
things
because
of
opportunity
because
of
funding
sources
because
of
the
complexity
of
the
project,
that
a
less
prioritized
project
may
be
done,
first,
which
it
just
happens,
and
I
think
that
what
we've
learned
from
other
city
plans
is
when
we
say
this
is
going
to
happen
in
year.
C
D
B
And
what
are
the
areas
with
the
greatest
equity,
so
the
destination
and
equity
and
our
foundation
there-
and
this
is
where
we
started-
is
those
who
have
who
have
to
walk
need
to
be
able
to
reach
essential
resources
and
essential
resources
might
be
well.
Let
me
go
talk
about
equity,
first,
so
equity
in
terms
of
equity.
You
looked
at
median
income,
bipod
black
indigenous
people
of
color
percent
poverty,
households
without
vehicles,
senior
households,
houses
with
disability
and
households
with
limited
english
proficiency
and.
B
B
B
Do
people
most
need
to
go,
and
this
is
the
destination
the
destination
piece
of
this
work
that
we've
done
and
it's?
How
do
we
get
people
to
essential
services?
So
when
you
think
about.
B
We're
meaning
grocery
store
grocery
stores,
schools,
health
care
place,
hospital
pockets.
B
B
And
so
we
looked
at
all
of
those
places
and
kind
of
scored
the
road.
So
if
an
area
has
more
key
destinations,
it
pops
up
hotter
on
those
maps
that
we
were
showing
and
I'll
come
back
to
that,
and
then
we
combine
them.
So
what
we
have
is
the
destination,
which
is
the
map
on
the
far
left,
and
you
I
mentioned
those
hot
spots
so
downtown
and
surrounding
downtown
is
a
hot
spot.
So
it's
shiloh
so
is
oakley.
There's
some
areas
in
south
asheville
that
start
to
pop
some
areas
in
west
asheville
that
pop
those.
I
B
And
we
see
what
really
shows
up
again
downtown
a
ring
around
downtown
and
some
of
those
other
neighborhoods
that
I
mentioned,
and
one
thing
that
we
were
surprised
about.
I
think
some
I'll
just
speak
for
myself.
Sometimes
I
have
a
view
of
south
asheville.
I
think
oh
south
asheville
is
where
all
the
rich
people
live,
but
there
really
are
some
pockets
that
popped
up
and
helped
us
think
differently
about
south
asheville
in
terms
of
access
and
connectivity.
B
So
then
we
went
into
the
safety
and
connectivity,
scores
and
christy
is
actually
going
to
take
over
and
talk
through
these
pieces.
E
Yep,
yes,
okay,
great
so
yeah,
I
I'm
gonna
walk
through
the
last
couple
of
scores
that
we
added
up
to
get
our
priority
list.
The
safety
score.
Our
goal
with
that
was
to
identify
areas
in
the
city
where.
E
Unsafe
walking
conditions
due
to
vehicle
exposure
and
that
photo
on
the
right
is
on
tunnel
road
at
kenworth
road
and
it's
missing
a
crosswalk
and
you
can.
E
And
navigating
where
to
cross
and
how
to
cross
and
there's
no
accessibility
so
the
way
we
did
this
score
is
we
looked
at
four
factors
and
the
goal
of
these
factors
in
developing
them
was
to
determine.
E
E
Is
a
lot
harder
if
you
run
into
an
obstacle
across
than
lexington
downtown,
so.
E
E
C
D
E
E
I
E
A
road
like
murdoch
shown
in
the
top
right
photo:
it's
a
lower
speed,
little
volume
road,
two
lanes
that
had
a
safety
score,
one
versus
patent
avenue
out
by
haywood,
six
lane
cross
section,
high
speed,
high
volume
and
a
crash
cluster.
So
that
is
a
safety
score
of
7..
E
So
we
scored
every
roadway
that
was
seen
as
a
critical
link
and
then
one
of
the
issues
with
the
safety
scores.
We
don't
have
traffic
data
for
every
road
in
the
city,
so
anything
under
9000
vehicles
is
all
in
the
same
category
and
we're
like
well,
a
two-lane
road
like
a
cul-de-sac,
isn't
the
same
importance
as
something
like
hillside.
C
E
So
what
we
did
is
develop
a
list
of
one
of
the
key
roadway
links
that
actually
people
need
to
continue
on
their
way
to
make
a
viable
transportation
commute
by
foot.
So
we
categorize
roads
similar
to
how
you
categorize
roadways,
where
you'll
have
a
spine
or
the
way
we're
categorizing
greenways.
You
have
a
spine
and
then
a
secondary
spine,
which
becomes
like
an
overlapping
route
and
then
in
the
graphic
you
can
see
there.
There
are
sidewalks
that
connect
out
to
suburban
neighborhoods
or
parts
of
the
city
that
are
a
little
less
dense.
E
E
C
E
We
combined
all
those
and
then
we
wanted
to
also
look
at
the
known
concerns
that
the
public
had.
So
we
wanted
to
let
that
weigh
in
as
well.
So
during.
C
Comments
in
this
chart.
E
E
Were
very
concerned
about
they're
like
this
is
dangerous
and
we
heard
from
over
75
people
in
individual
comments.
E
In
the
survey
we
gave
those
a
plus
three
on
public
input,
and
these
are
for
the
sidewalks
and
ada
sections
roadways
like
merriman
avenue,
louisiana
avenue
came
in
and
then
we
just
had
a
ranking
so
anywhere
from
one
to
three
points:
extra
for
rows
that
were
mentioned
in
the
survey
and
then
when
it
wasn't
a
road.
But
it's
a
greenway
comment.
E
We
looked
through
and
compiled
all
those
two
and
had
them
in
order
of
public
comment
and
that'll
be
in
the
report,
and
when
you
go
back
to
this
powerpoint,
you
can
take
a
look
at
some
of
the
comments
we
got.
I'm
not.
C
E
So
we
combined
all
that
for
the
ada
pedestrian
corridors,
the
the
streets.
There
was
a
max
of
20
points
and
from
there
we
took
anything
that
scored
over
11.
and
we
broke
it
into.
Are
they
on
ncdo
t
street
and
are
they
on
the
pedestrian
plan
or
the
ada
plan?
So
we
have
four
project
groups.
We.
E
E
Available
for
the
public
to
look
at
the
ncdot
streets
were
broken
out
because
they
tend
to
be
the
higher
volume
higher
speed.
You
know
like
more
of
a
safety
issue,
but
also
the
partnerships
for
funding
are
different
with
them,
so
we
really
wanted
to
have
a
separate
list
to
really
coordinate
with
ncdot
on
priorities.
So
that's
why
we
separated
those
out
and
then.
E
It's
a
bit
of
a
different
process
that
kim's
gonna
go
through,
so
I'm
gonna,
let
her
jump
in
and
we
won't
be
going
through
all
the
results
for
the.
H
All
right
thanks
chrissy,
so
one
thing
I
wanted
to
mention
introduce
myself
first
kim
williams.
I
work
for
equinox
here
in
asheville,
I'm
a
senior
recreation
and
environmental
planner.
We
do
a
lot
of
greenway
planning
and
design.
I
was
also
on
the
greenway
steering
committee
for
six
years,
and
I
I
want
to
mention,
since
we're
talking
about
prioritization,
that
we
didn't
really
for
the
six
years
that
I
was
on.
The
committee
have
a
very
objective
way
to
rank
and
prioritize
how
greenways
were
to
move
forward.
H
It
was
more
of
a
gut
feel
or
you
know,
opportunities.
So
I
do
think
this
is
a
great
time
to
look
at
prioritization
and
have
some
good
methods
and
tools
to
really
objectively
rank
greenway
projects
and
say
why
they're
currently
so
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
greenway
prioritization
and
the
steps
to
refine
the
plan.
So
the
first
step
was
to
refine
the
network
by
looking
at
available
land
and
future
development,
topography
and
other
environmental
conditions.
H
So
the
greenway
alignments
that
maybe
seen
the
past
few
years
were
slightly
adjusted
if
they
seemed
infeasible
or
other
opportunities
were
explored
if
they're,
if
it
could
be
rerouted
to
certain
places,
we
also
looked
at
the
equity
and
destination
scoring
that
tpd
developed.
So
one
thing
we
wanted
to
analyze
is:
are
there
areas
of
the
city
that
aren't
currently
being
served
or
are
there
places
that
have
a
high
equity
and
destination
support
that
aren't
really
being
served
by
greenways?
H
We
looked
at
different
connections
and
availability
of
land
use,
so
there
are
actually
a
couple
new
greenways
that
were
added
looking
at
new
opportunities
for
right-of-way,
for
example,
we'll
be
talking
about
a
couple
of
rail
with
trail
options,
so
utilizing
railroad
right
away
as
a
potential
for
a
couple
of
major
lane
owners
that
could
potentially
serve
as
a
lot
if
they
allow
for
greenways
to
serve
as
a
major
connection,
and
again
we
looked
at
constructability
of
those
corridors
to
make
sure
that
they
would
actually
work
the
next.
C
H
Is
to
assign
different
types,
so
I'm
calling
them
typologies,
but
it's
basically
a
characteristic
of
different
green
ways,
so
the
top
one
being
the
spine
so
think
of
the
font
of
flora
or
the
hellbender
trail
system.
Those
are
regional
connections,
so
these
fines
will
serve
as
city-wide
connections
for
regional
connections
and
serve
the
most
people
and
you'll
see
at
the
bottom
there's
spine,
arterial,
neighborhood,
greenways
and
natural
surface
drugs.
H
So
again,
this
is
how
all
the
different
types
work
together.
The
spine
service
is
the
main
collector
kind
of,
like
you
think,
of
the
inner
stages
for
the
road
system.
That's
the
spine,
green
and
then
arterial
greenways
are
more
of
a
sector
connector
or
neighborhood
connector
connecting
north
south
west
east
parts
of
asheville
and
then
the
neighborhood
greenways
are
throughout
the
city
and
those
are
the
on-street
connections
and
then
again
the
natural
surface
trails.
H
H
The
first
is:
what
do
you,
what
do
you
think
about
the
greenway
psychologies?
So
we
have
a
document
link
here
within
this
powerpoint
that
we
want
you
to
click
on.
H
Several
pages
of
the
typologies,
an
example
just
shown
here
and
it
talks
about
how
each
typology
is
different,
based
on
some
standards,
standard
width,
surface
treatment,
you
know,
there's
probably
different
easement
requirements,
for
example,
the
greenway
spine
is
going
to
be
the
largest
easement
requirement,
and
also
just
a
larger
or
more
expensive
amenity
investment,
so
more
treadmills,
signage,
etc.
H
H
Going
to
ask
you
is
how
do
you
feel
about
the
top
10
projects?
Do
they
contain
everything
that
you
feel
are
the
highest
parade?
So
we'll
show
you
the
top
10
projects
and
then
any
other
comments
on
those
and
then
the
third
one
is
neighborhood
greenway
pilot
projects
you'll
get
to
see
all
the
neighborhood
greenways
and
we're
going
to
show
you
ones.
We
think
make
the
most
sense
to
be
pilot
projects
so.
H
Think
of
those
three
questions
and
feel
free
to
interrupt
at
any
time.
If
you
want
a
clarifying
question
that
don't
mind
yourself,
so
the
first
set
of
questions
was:
what
do
you
think
about
the
typologies
and
the
details
of
those?
So
again,
click
on
that
link
previously
to
see
to
see
all
the
details,
but
this
is
a
quick
overview
of
each
typology,
so
the
greenway
spine
again
is
those
major
connectors
through
the
city
and
regionally
we're
proposing
at
a
14-foot
greenway.
Now
I
know
that's
that's
hard
to
build
in
nashville.
H
We
don't
see
a
lot
of
that
built
so,
but
that
is
kind
of
the
goal
and
the
target,
because
these
people
tend
to
carry
a
lot
of
people
and
need
that
level
of
service
an
example
being
a
greenway
spine.
Is
the
river
arts
district,
wilma
daiquin
greenway.
Now,
in
that
case,
that
we.
C
H
Have
necessarily
a
full
14
foot
treatment
or
if
it
can't
we're,
also
proposing
that
these
fine
greenways
have
alternate
like
cycle
tracks
or
other
facilities
that
really
can't
accommodate
for
an
increased
level
of
service.
So
again,
14
feet
can't
be
met.
Think
of
alternatives,
paralleling
outstanding
forward,
like
some
of
the
examples
of
the
greenway
spine
and
here's
a
full
list
of
of
all
13
proposed
greenways
and
everything
I'll
note.
That's
in
a
dark
bowl.
Color
are
the
part
of
the
top
10
projects,
I'll
just
go
through
them
quickly:
airport
road!
H
That's
an
opportunity
that
possibly
the
city
could
work
with
the
county
on
as
part
of
the
chair
to
use
multi-use
path,
beaver
lake,
merriman,
beaver
lake
side
path.
Extension
you'll
see
that's
just
a
very
small
segment
on
the
north
and
that's
to
next
to
the
beaver
dam
greenway
that
the
town
of
woodfin
will
be
designing
and
building,
and
that
will
happen
in
the
next
few
years,
the
s3
or
the
french
broad
river
north.
H
That's
the
project
that
lucy
has
talked
about
earlier,
that
canes
from
the
existing
woolen
dyke
and
greenway
all
the
way
up
to
the
municipal
boundary
of
woodfin,
but
then
ncufeu
will
be
doing
a
section
of
that
comedy
creek
greenway
I'll
point
that
out
real
quick
on
the
screen,
you'll
be
able
to
see
a
little
highlight.
That
is
this
section
right
here,
and
that
is
because
I'm
sorry
this
is
harmony
creek
west
right
here
and
then
how
many
creeks
east
is
over
here.
H
Oh,
we
have
the
french
broad
greenway
carrying
crowd,
no
one
section
that
river
really
will
be
working
on.
So
it's
just
that
little
tiny
piece
that
hasn't
been
built
near
carrier
park,
south
asheville
railway
trail
owlplus.
That's
this
section
now
so.
H
Name
again,
the
south
asheville
railway
trail,
okay,
so
that's
s7,
that's
the
section
over
in
south
asheville,
so
there's
two
opportunities
that
the
plan
looks
at
that
has
the
real
withdrawal.
You
probably
heard
rail
a
rail
trail,
that's
reusing,
an
old
railroad
bed.
This
is
actually
using
the
corridor
of
an
active
rail
line.
So
there
was
early
discussions
with
the
company,
blue
or
southern
railroad,
and
they
are
actually
open
to
the
idea.
But
we'll
consider
will
be
needed
a
much
better
study
of
the
area
and
probably.
H
With
them,
so
both
us
both
s7
and
s12-
are
those
rail
with
trail
opportunities,
the
other
one
being
the
west
asheville
rail
trail.
That's
in
this
area,
the
swannanoa
river,
west,
greenway
and
east.
So
pretty
much
all
this
lana
noah
section
is
considered
to
be
a
very
high
priority
that
will
be
in
the
top
10
projects
and
then
the
tunnel
road
greenway.
C
H
Within
that
study
presents
opportunities
for
a
multi-use
path,
and
if
you
want
to
refer
to
that,
it's
on
the
french
product
npo's
website,
as
as
our
supporters
that
it
goes,
I
covered
the
west
national
royals
trail
and
then
the
the
last
one
we
haven't
talked
about
is
the
west
asheville
greenway,
and
that
is
the
greenway
that
will
be
built
as
part
of
the
I-26
corridor.
H
The
next
type
of
greenway
is
the
arterial
greenway,
so
this
is
a
little
bit
smaller,
typical
12
foot
greenway,
and
these
are
more
of
your
neighborhood
greenways
that
you
know
just
travel
through
different
neighborhoods
or
in
other
cases.
If
it
looks
a
little
bit
longer,
it
just
has
a
much
more
constrained
forwarder,
so
it
can't
meet
the
full
typology
of
the
spine
details.
H
So
an
example
of
that
would
be
the
reef,
creek
greenway
or
a
glass
creek,
and
I
won't
go
into
all
of
these,
but
I
will
point
out
the
different
ones
that
are
listed
in
the
top
10.,
so
beaucatcher
greenway
is
listed
in
the
top
10,
because
obviously
it's
got
most
of
its
funding
and
his
design
completed.
So
the
next
ones
in
the
top
10
are
hendersonville
road
multi-use
path
and
the
jake
rusher
greenway
and
I'll
go
into
that
in
the
top
10.
H
But
that
kind
of
serves
a
southern
section
of
the
city,
the
reed
creek
greenway
project,
so
north
and
downtown
extensions
rhododendron,
creek
greenway,
which
is
a
highlight
that,
for
you.
H
F
H
Smith
mill
creek
greenway,
which
runs
a
long
patent
right
here,
and
we
connect
into
that
greenway
we
talked
about
that
will
be
built
by
the
iphone
6
project
and
then
sweet
and
creepy
greenway,
so
originally
they're,
all
sweetie
creek
was
proposed
as
a
multi-use
path.
I
believe
that's
this
road,
potentially
ncdot
is
going
to
be
removing
that
as
a
project
but
to
make
connectivity
to
the
whole
system.
We
still
think
that
this
section
really
makes
sense.
H
So
the
last
typology-
and
we
won't
get
into
unpaved
trails
or
natural
surface
trails,
but
the
last
typology
for
a
greenway
is
a
neighborhood
greenway,
and
this
is
again
a
completely
new
concept,
that's
being
proposed
in
this
plan,
and
that
is
on-screen
race.
This
is
happening
a
lot
in
other
communities,
seattle,
portland
different
communities-
I
think
within
western
north
carolina-
are
starting
to
adopt
these.
H
Sometimes
people
call
bicycle
boulevards,
but
the
idea
is
to
have
low
traffic
streets
that
feel
feel
safe
or
need
safety
improvements
and
their
shared
streets,
but
possibly
new
amenities
could
be
incorporated
into
them
to
make
them
safer.
Like
traffic
calming
methods,
traffic,
diversions,
painted
surfaces
and
then
wayfinding
is
a
critical
part
of
that.
H
H
So
one
thing
we
want
to
mention
that
we
do
feel
that
there
needs
to
be
a
deeper
planning
study
for
just
neighborhood
greenways,
so
possibly
in
every
greenway
plan
that
looks
at
a
few
corridors
and
gets
into
the
design
details
in
a
lot
more
extensive
ways.
You
know
our
look
was
a
very,
very
high
level,
but
there
is
a
lot
of
precedent
for
this
and
design
standards
that
can
be
referenced.
H
B
H
Next
steps
to
refine
these
neighborhood
greenways
is
again
to
develop
that
plan.
Look
at
a
comprehensive
signage,
signage
and
branding
system
for
the
neighborhood
greenways,
a
very,
very
typical
and
critical
part
of
any
neighborhood
program.
So
you'll
see
some
examples
earlier
when
I
showed
you
the
typologies
link
to
that
document.
This
page
is
represented
on
that.
So
you
can
read
more
about
different
types
of
methods
that
can
improve
neighborhood
greenway
systems
and
then
traffic
conditions
are
a
major
consideration
as
well.
H
H
Are
the
traffic
conditions
appropriate?
Is
it
important
for
the
destination
equities
for
you?
We
showed
you
earlier.
What
does
the
community
say,
especially
the
legacy
neighborhoods,
which
are
some
of
the
you
know,
areas
throughout
the
city
and
then
support
existing
plans
and
goals?
H
H
H
Otherwise,
if
you
don't
develop
this,
there's
not
a
lot
of
ideal
walkable
options
to
get
down
here,
like
just
kind
of
taking
a
shot
on
it
and
getting
rid
of
it.
H
H
A
I
H
H
H
H
Each
of
these
are
very
critical
and
important
just
want
to
know
of
greenway
the
whole
core
to
where
there
are
sections
that
are
under
construction
soon,
but
there
are
other
sections
that
will
be
longer
term,
for
example,
from
missilia
park
out
number
two
is
the
bow
catcher
greenway
right
here:
three
reed
creek
greenway.
H
So
that's
both
sections,
north
and
south
right
here
and
right
here,
the
downtown
connection,
french,
broad
river,
greenway
new
york.
So
that's
the
city
implemented
section
so
again,
there's
a
section
from
pearson
bridge
north
that
will
be
ncdot.
H
H
So
the
county
actually
may
be
involved
in
some
completion
of
that
segment,
because
they've
submitted
for
funding
to
study
that
greater
detail.
But
the
city
is
looking
at
to
make
sure
that
it's
connected
to
critical
parts,
which
is
harmony,
creek
greenway
and
the
harmony
creek
park,
which
is
down
off
the
pumpkin
river.
H
Number
six
is
the
west
asheville
rail
trail
and
deeper
view
connector.
So
these
are
two
combined
projects.
So
number
six
is
the
this
color
is
the
railway
trail
and
then
we
also
included
this
short
segment
which
connects
to
deeper
view,
affordable
housing,
complex,
there's,
a
larger
area
that
area
both
of
these
segments
have
a
very
high
connectivity.
H
So,
combining
those
two
projects
together
will
make
sure
that
areas
of
the
city
that
most
need
connectivity
will
get
it,
and
it's
also
a
really
great
cross
city
option
to
connect
number
seven
is
south
hendersonville
road
multi-use
path
and
j
pressure,
greenway,
so
hendersonville
road
had
a
corridor
study
gun
that
presented
a
multi-use
path
along
the
majority
of
it.
So
you'll
see
that
that's,
that
was
in
the
arterial
technology.
H
But
what
we're
saying
is
as
a
quick
win,
you
can
build
one
section
of
hendersonville
road's
multi-use
path
and
there's
also
an
easy,
easy
way
to
have
a
green
wave
built
along
an
area
that
has
jake
rusher
park.
We've
looked
at
that
and
there's
plenty
of
room
for
that,
and
it's
mostly
within
city
property,
because
it's
within
the
park
property,
so
you've
never
been
down
there
check
it
out.
Big
brushes
got
a
lot
of
opportunity
there
and
that
would
basically
connect
you
from
like
julian
park,
eventually
to
jj
fresher
that.
H
Dunder
and
creek
is
number
eight,
so
this
is
this
segment
right
here.
That
would
connect
you
to
the
existing
comedy
creek
greenway
there's
an
old
armory
there.
It
would
travel
up
to
west
national
park
and
the
city
currently
is
looking
at
one
section
to
implement
sooner
than
later,
so
there
will
be
another
section
from
asheville
park
north
and
there
already
is
actually
some
secured
easements
within
that
section.
H
Number
nine
is
south
asheville
royal
trail
and
combining
that
with
that
sweden
creek
road
segment.
So
here's
the
sweden
creek
road
segment,
but
once
you
get
to
where
the
railroad
gets
close
to
speed,
you
could
hop
into
that
right
away.
H
They
have
a
very,
very
large
ride,
away
all
around
the
railroad
about
100
feet
or
more
on
each
side
of
the
railing,
and
then
it
travels
all
the
way
down
and
actually,
if
you
connect
right
into
what
I
was
talking
about
right
around
like
julian,
they
have
a
railroad
line
that
actually
keeps
going
this
way
but
is
being
decommissioned.
So
this
is
a
less
active
rail
line
and
the
railroad
mentioned
that
this
one
they
probably
would
feel
more
comfortable
using
gravel
trail.
But
they're
open.
H
And
it
would
connect
to
the
west,
asheville
greenway
and
the
industrial
economy.
H
So
there
will
be
a
final
survey
going
out
to
the
public,
which
we
would
ask
you
to
take,
and
there
will
also
be
the
unique
links
sent
to
you
to
make
sure
that
we
understand
the
boards
and
commissions
and
your
specific
feedback.
So
look
for
that
to
come.
C
H
Comments
you
want
to
provide
ideally
some
of
the
questions,
we're
asking
you
today.
H
You
can,
let
us
know
sooner
than
later
through
through
lucy,
but
any
other
comments
you
can
provide
in
the
great
next
screening
community
and
then,
when
we're
looking
for
draft
plan
comments,
those
will
be
provided
lucy
and
then
in
april
the
plans
will
be
finalized
and,
lastly,
it
will
go
to
council
in
may
so
with
that,
unless
there's
anything
else
to
be
or
lucy
you'd
like
to
chime
in
you
can
discuss
some
of
these
questions
or
anybody
needs
clarifying
questions
for
anything.
J
I
have
a
couple
questions
in
the
main
spine
greenway,
the.
J
Yes,
you
show
a
sure
lighting
on
the
on
the
spine
greenway,
and
this
is
something
that
our
group
has
talked
about
quite
a
bit
that
we
really
felt
was
important
as
we're
looking
at
greenways
as
not
only
a
recreation
but
also
as
a
mode
of
transportation.
So
people
can
get
to
work.
You
know
in
the
mornings
and
at
night,
but
I
noticed
that
the
next
level
down
you
did
not
put
lighting.
C
J
H
Yeah,
I
think
that's
the
kind
of
comments
we're
looking
for
you're
correct
mike
and
that
we
didn't
say
it's
unnecessary
design,
detail
for
arterials,
the
idea
being
that
your
majority
of
your
investment
just
needs
to
happen
on
the
spines
as
far
as
amenity
investment
at
minimum.
But
you
definitely
provide
that
as
a
comment.
If
you
think
we
should
be
seeing
lagging
on
ontario's
as
well.
C
A
C
A
J
So
they're
a
little
bit
more
dangerous
at
night,
the
main
spine
ones.
Generally.
You
know
you
can
see
from
the
road
and
there's
more
visibility
and
they
have
spillover
lighting
from
the
road,
but
the
artillery
ones
are
often
more
shaded
and
a
little
darker
and
just
a
little
bit
more
dangerous.
So.
A
H
Back
to
that
list
of
questions
and
yeah
see,
if
you
all
have
any
specific
thoughts.
H
H
So,
ideally,
you
can
provide
any
comments
to
lucy
about
the
top
10
projects
and
what
should
be
on
the
top
10
list
in
the
next
week.
B
H
Yeah,
so
the
reason
why
we're
asking
for
more
immediate
response
in
the
top
10
projects
is
each
one
of
the
top
10
projects
will
have
our
project
page
within
the.
C
C
A
C
H
To
revise
those,
so
these
are
the
projects
that
you
know
you
can
use
these
project
pages
to
go
to
the
public
and
show
them
about
about
the
projects.
It's
basically
a
talking
point
page
for
each
each
major
project.
C
C
H
And
that
becomes
a
category
yeah.
If
that
becomes
an
issue
lucy.
We
can
talk
about
that.
I
think
you
know
we
want
to
keep
moving
so
that
we
can
get
that
into
the
final
draft
plan,
for
you
to
review.
A
D
B
That
we
eventually
will
have
a
tool,
a
online
tool
for
everybody
to
be
able
to
kind
of
zoom
in
and
see
a
little
bit
more
they'll.
Be.
B
Process
and
kind
of
we'll
have
it
out
in
two
different
ways.
So.
B
E
A
B
Wait
we'll
be
releasing
all
of
that.
I
don't
have
a
schedule
directly
up
in
front
of
me,
but
we're
gonna
be
the.
B
J
That
that's
farther
along!
Are
we
looking
at
having
lighting
along
that
right.
C
F
A
H
Yeah,
that's
the
whole
reason
why
we're
developing
standards.
I
think
it
would
be
really
helpful
in
the
future
to
know
yeah
these
types
of
things
from
the
get-go
so.
C
E
We
can
put
some
information
in
there
about
lighting
and
when
exceptions
may
be
more
reasonable,
like
if
it's
a
long
roadway
and
there's
still
over
lighting
right.
J
Also,
the
runaway
committee
has
been
looking
at
picking
a
standard
light
for
all
greenways.
Yes
in
the
signage,
so
we
we
definitely
want
to
make
sure
that
our
input
gets
included
from.
H
I'm
glad
you
brought
it
up
mike.
I
just
wanted
to
share
something
that
I've
been
learning
on
we're
helping
design
the
inca
heritage
trail
project
opening
good.
H
H
So
they
really
want
to
see
minimize
lighting,
but
if
not
at
least
dark
sky
lighting
can't
see
the
light.
J
Yes,
right,
yes
and
the
dark
sky
is
a
city-wide
initiative.
So
when
we
looked
at
the
lighting,
we
definitely
was
aware
of
in.
C
H
J
I
think
the
other
thing
we're.
C
J
C
J
Bench
or
bench
for
greenways,
we
haven't
gone
too
far
on
that.
We
did
want
to.
C
J
C
J
We'd
like
to
get
that
standard
in
there,
we
haven't
gotten
too
far
on
the
the
signs
yet
in
the
benches,
but
that's
something
that
we're
working
on
and
if
you
have
any
suggestions
or
recommendations.
That'll
always
be
appreciated.
I
H
H
I
know
that
there's
standard
city,
signage
for
all
parks-
that
is
you,
know
cross-border
standard.
It
doesn't
include
any
special
graphics
or
anything,
but
that
seems
you
know
like
french
fraud.
Greenway
is
an
example
of
that
where
it
has
its
own,
it's
a
great
blue
heron.
That's
just
something
to
consider.
I
think
that
helps
create
kind
of
a
aesthetic
feel
and
like
place
making.
If
you
have
like
a
symbol,
you
can
associate
with
that.
F
We
do
have
a
sign
standard
for
our
greenways
that
reflects
the
parks,
just
like
kim
said,
and
the
river
greenways
will
have
that
special
monument
style
sign
like
the
hair
and
sign
of
the
french
broad
river.
So
the
wilma
dykman
greenway,
which
doesn't
have
any
signs
up
yet
because
the
msd
will
be
tearing
up
this.
The
southern
section
and
the
northern
section
isn't
built.
F
Yet
when
we
do
get
around
to
making
that
sign
will
be
similar
to
that
other
side
of
the
river
with
the
rock
base
and
then
a
sign
going
up
that:
okay,
okay.
J
J
What's
the
sign
there's
a
park
sign,
I
guess
that
I'm
thinking
of
along
riverside
there's
the.
D
There's
the
french
broad
river
greenway
signage,
like
over
by
new
belgium.
That's
the
one
with
the
heron
is.
J
J
No
it's
kind
of
across
from
the
cottonwood
studios.
It's
over
no.
J
F
F
J
A
A
A
F
I
Yeah
so.
I
Transit
right
now
we
are
implementing
a
grant.
We
got
for
bus,
stop
improvements,
and
one
thing
that
we've
been
considering
as
part
of
those
improvements
is
different
lighting
options
and
obviously
like
in
some
options.
Some
cases
were,
you
know,
considering
making
a
street
lamp
request
from
duke
energy,
but
more.
What
we're
talking
about
is
thinking
about
either
solar
lighting
on
top
of
the
bus
stops
or
they
have
standalone
solar
lamp
posts.
I
I
But
I
guess
in
order
to
do
that,
can
you
give
me
a
sense
of
like
how
far
along
this
conversation
is
and
picking
a
standard
design
for
lighting
specifically.
F
We
picked
the
lights
for
the
I-26
connector
greenway,
which
are
different
than
the
ones
that
are
along
the
river
and
the
rad
tip,
and
I
think
actually-
and
I
agree
with
mike's
feelings
about
the
ones
that
are
down
in
the
rod
tip
looking
like
a
dead
tulip,
but
I'm
afraid
that
that
might
be
the
standard,
because
the
capital
projects
is
just
pushing
for
a
standard
and
they've
already
said
it
with
that.
One.
H
F
Yeah,
duke
energy
has
a
light
catalog
to
look
at
and
I'll
I'll
get
that
I'm
gonna.
Look
it
up
right
now
and
I'll
make
sure
I.
B
Just
with
the
folks
who
are
on
here
who
are
not
on
the
consulting
team,
which
is
just
a
few
of
you,
one
of
the
challenges
that
we've
had
is.
This
is
a
pretty
detailed
process.
B
So
now,
having
listened
to
our
presentation,
do
you
have
any
any
thoughts
or
comments
for
us
in
terms
of
just
communicating
this?
No,
we
could.
We
did
go
into
more
detail
with
you
all,
because
you
have
more
knowledge,
but
just
thinking
about
your
neighbors,
you
know
what
might
be
the
highlights
that
we
need
to
present
to
them
or
any
any
feedback
from
us
in
terms
of
how
we're
presenting
this
information.
J
I
think
the
presentation
was
very
concise
and
it's
really
well
put
together.
C
H
C
C
G
I
didn't
think
that
it
was
that
too
difficult
to
follow.
I
think
I
think
it
was
really
clear
as
well.
C
G
Well,
I
kind
of
I
feel
like
if
there's
if
there's
someone
who's
say
like
not
on
this
commission
or
a
committee
they're
gonna,
just
dial
into
whatever
is
local
to
them.
You
know
they're
gonna
they're,
just
trying
to
see
how
am
I
gonna
be
able
to
get
my
house
to
wherever
yeah.
I
think
what
you
laid
out
was
really
clear,
so
I
I
I
think
that
people
will
be
able
to
kind
of
minimize
it
down
to
what's
really
important
to
them
and
be
able
to
follow
it.
No
problem
at
all.
H
The
one
kind
of
missing
piece
that
we
didn't
explain
that
is
a
factor
in
how
greenways
get
built
is
what
ncdot
is
leading.
So
you
know
I
just
wondered
after
we
put
this
together.
That
is
a
part
that
we
just
mentioned
very
quickly,
because
that's
the
case
for
almost
all
head
bike
infrastructure
projects.
If.
E
G
Had
one
one
question
that
I
and
I
I
can't
believe
I
can't
I
don't
know
the
answer
to
this,
because
I've
dealt
with
that
26
so
much,
but
is
the
cycle
track
still
part
or
the
greenway
that
they
were,
including
as
part
of
riverside
still
part
of
the
package
for.
A
G
F
On
north
rampton
yeah,
I'm
still
trying
to
get
some
clarity
on
what
was
talked
about
with
the
d.o.t
and
julie,
and
I
don't
know
who
else
was
in
those
conversations,
but
I
certainly
wasn't
so
I
don't
know
what
the
expectations
are.
G
J
So
it
is
planned
in
their
sidewalk.
I
don't
think
that
there's
a
definitive
cross-section
of
what
that
road
is
going
to
look
like
yet
yeah,
but
it
is.
It
is
in
the
matrix
to
be
done.
Cool
yeah.
J
Yeah
originally
it
was
a
protected
bike,
lane
sidewalk,
but
they
haven't
come
to
a
final.
What
the
cross
section
of
that
road
is
going
to
look
like,
and
I
think
it's
still
waiting
for
the
city
and
everybody
to
negotiate
what
what's
included,
but
they
do
have
financially
had
planned
on,
including
a
a
sidewalk,
a
path
separated,
protected
and.
J
Everything
in
now
that
the
the
worst
part
along
the
railroad
tracks
that
was
really
tight
and
everybody's,
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
get
that
section
in
now
that
that
section
pulled
out
it'll
make
everything
much
easier.
F
Yeah,
it
makes
a
lot
of
sense
to
divide
it.
The
way
we
are,
but
that
being
said,
there's
still
a
lot
to
be
seen
about
the
feasibility
of
the
greenway
behind
the
buildings,
because
there's
the
stump
dump,
which
has
a
lot
of
mulch
and
yeah,
there's
just
a
lot
of
geotech
enough
to
be
studied,
but
we'll.
A
C
C
A
H
J
In
my
previous
home
in
my
previous
home,
I
lived
in
long
beach
and
I
was
two
doors
down
from
a
we
called
a
bike
boulevard
and
that
was
put
in.
While
I
was
living
there
and
vista
street.
They
had
turned
from
a
residential
street
and
like
every
third
intersection,
they
put
in
a
little
mini
roundabouts.
J
Really
well
because
it
slowed
everybody
down
so
that
people
were
just
trying
to
drive
through
and
make
some
time
decided
to
move
over
to
the
major
artillery
road
instead
of
being
on
that
road
on
the
road
that
has
now
all
the
the
bike
boulevard
that
has
all
the
little
mini
roundabouts
and
it
worked
out
really
well
it
it
displaced
a
lot
of
higher
speed
traffic
and
move
them.
Yeah.
J
Really
well,
and
I
would
recommend
you
take
a
look
at
what
they
did.
E
J
Are
well,
these
are
many
roundabouts,
so
they
didn't
affect
the
intersections
at
all.
They
didn't
affect
the
sidewalk
or
the
corners
at
all.
It
literally
was
just
a
10-15
feet
across,
so
that
the
cars
would
have
to
slow
down
to
make
it
around
it.
They
didn't
change
the
sidewalk,
the
the
crosswalks
at
all.
J
E
C
B
Bicycle
boulevards
and
they're,
pretty
simple,
but
they're
tying
into
their
bigger.
