►
From YouTube: Public Works – Building A, Roof Replacement
Description
May 21, 2021
A
So
we're
here
today
for
the
public
works,
building
a
roof
replacement
project,
hopefully
you're
all
in
the
right
place.
We're
gonna
go
over
the
project
manual
here,
mostly
the
instructions
to
bidders.
I
will
go
over
the
scope
of
work,
take
a
look
at
the
plans
and
hopefully
have
some
time
for
some
questions
afterwards.
Hopefully
this
won't
take
too
much
of
your
time
today,
but
I
appreciate
you
being
with
us
just
for
your
records
a
bit
advertisement
number
for
this
project.
A
298-Cp21-B2000
roof,
if
any
of
you
care
to
know
what
that
those
numbers
mean
feel
free
to
ask
me
at
the
end
here
I'll.
Let
you
know
big
due
date
for
this
project
is
going
to
be
6.
10
of
21.
will
go
over
some
more
specific
details
on
that
later
as
well
rei.
Engineers
is
the
designer
for
this
project.
A
We
have
paul
whitley
from
rei
with
us
today.
He's
a
project
manager
with
them
he'll
be
helping
us
answer,
questions
in
case
I
haven't.
Let
you
know
who
I
am.
I
guess
that
might
be
important.
I'm
austin
hamilton,
I
am
a
project
manager
with
the
city
of
asheville's
capital
projects,
department
I'll,
be
managing
this
project.
A
My
contact
information
is
here
feel
free
to
send
me
any
and
all
questions
for
this
project,
especially
as
they
relate
to
the
bids.
I
should
be
the
one
channel
you
go
through
and
I
will
forward
questions
to
rei
appropriately,
the
one
exclusion
of
that.
If
you
have
any
questions
about
our
asheville
business
inclusion
program,
our
abi
program,
you
can
direct
those
to
rosanna.
A
A
I'm
going
to
leave
the
scope
of
work
for
paul
to
go
over
once
I'm
done
going
through
the
instructions
here.
This
is
going
to
be
a
formal
bid.
So
please
be
aware
of
that
again.
We
issued
this
bid
advertisement
on
the
13th,
but
today
is
the
20th.
I
believe,
let's
make
sure
yes,
so
we're
at
the
right
place
again.
This
will
be
recorded,
so
you
guys
can
watch
it
again
later
or
forward
it
to
subs,
or
you
know.
However,
you
would
like
to
do.
B
A
A
We
do
have
a
stairwell
in
the
southwest
corner.
That
takes
you
up
to
the
main
roof
area,
which
is,
I
think,
where
the
the
base
of
this.
The
main
base
of
this
scope
of
work
will
be
deadline
to
submit
questions
is
going
to
be
may
28th
at
5
00
pm.
That's
the
end
of
the
day,
I'll
kind
of
put
those
together
over
that
weekend,
I'm
pretty
sure
that's
a
friday.
A
It
is.
It
is
a
friday,
so
I'll
put
those
together
over
the
weekend,
get
them
to
engineer
and
we'll
try
to
get
them
posted
the
next
monday
or
tuesday
get
those
out
there
as
quick
as
we
can
again
bids
are
due
to
6
10
at
3
p.m.
A
This
is
a
formal
bid,
so
they
will
need
to
be
sealed.
We'll
go
over
those
details.
We've
got
our
current
substantial
completion
deadline.
This
is
a
desire
to
get
this
squeezed
in
in
this
roofing
cycle.
In
this
roofing
season,
technically
asheville's
first
frost
happens
around
mid-october
around
the
15th.
A
Maybe
the
13th,
you
know
we'll
see
how
it
plays
out.
So
you
know
our
desire
is
to
get
it
done
now.
If
enough
of
you
send
me
rfis
before
the
bids
are
due
to
say
that
that
is
absurd
and
no
not
no
way
possible
for
anybody.
A
Covert
requirements
are
kind
of
you
know,
they're
kind
of
coming
to
an
end
right
now,
so
that's
kind
of
why
we've
been
virtual
for
the
last
year
or
so,
and
this
will
probably
be
the
last
virtual
meeting
we
have
to
do
apparently
last
week,
cdc
issued
the
guidance
that
we
can
lose
our
masks
and
social
distancing
if
we've
been
vaccinated.
A
A
I
will
I'd
be
happy
to
take
more
questions
about
that.
If
you
have
any
again,
all
questions
should
come
to
me
directly
via
email
and
any
questions
really
that
arise
in
this
meeting
or
site
meetings
need
to
be
submitted
in
writing
via
email
to
me
to
get
posted
an
addenda
later.
A
That's
pretty
basic,
so
actually
the
receipt
of
bids,
so
we're
going
to
do
a
two
envelope
system
for
this,
since
it
is
formal
one
envelope
needs
to
contain
your
bid
bond.
The
other
envelope
needs
to
contain
your
completed
bid
form
and
your
avi
documents.
It
needs
to
be
notated
on
the
envelopes
and
that's
a
big
big
key
thing
here.
If
you
do
mail
them
to
us
and
they
end
up
in
the
same
envelope,
you
need
to
make
sure
that
you've
got
on
the
outside
of
the
main
envelope
that
hey,
there's
two
other
envelopes
in
here.
A
So
we
know
we're
allowed
to
open
it.
Otherwise,
we're
going
to
say
that
you
don't
have
a
big
bond
and
we're
not
going
to
be
able
to
open
your
bid.
I
don't
like
throwing
bids
out
like
that.
It's
not
a
great
way
to
do
business,
but
it's
unfortunately,
as
a
you
know,
government
procure
here,
we've
got
to
do
it
the
right
way.
A
I've
seen
most
of
you
before,
so
I
think
most
you're.
Familiar
with
this.
I
realize
that
our
bid
instructions,
the
better,
keeps
changing
because
we're
trying
to
clarify
it
as
much
as
possible
and
make
it
so
anyone
can
do
it,
but
again
we
want
to
make
sure
our
bid
numbers
are
on
there.
Two
envelopes
write
it
out
to
me
here.
Just
follow
this
exact
instruction,
we'll
all
be
fine.
A
A
So,
if
you're
going
to
do
it
that
way,
do
it
early,
if
you
overnight
it,
we
have
a
separate
address.
That's
one
of
our
water
department,
warehouses
and
they're
standing
by
they
anticipate
receiving
bids.
So
I
would
call
them
the
day
of
after
the
fedex
or
ups
delivery
and
confirm
whether
or
not
they've
received
anything
if
they
haven't
and
we'll
move
forward
with
mid
opening.
A
A
A
So
if
you
have
any
questions
on
that,
please
give
me
a
call,
otherwise
that
should
be
pretty
straightforward.
We'll
have
somebody
standing
out
there
at
3
pm
to
open
that
box
and
bring
them
inside
for
our
recorded
opening.
It's
gonna
be
the
youtube
method
still
because
we
haven't
officially
made
the
change
over
with
the
new
code
restriction
changes
so
be
aware
that
it
should
be
in
here
somewhere
that
web
address.
A
There
you
go
so
we're
still
calling
the
temporary
bid
opening
process
but
it'll
be
live
streamed
on
our
youtube.
Channel
purchasing
will
be
the
ones
opening
they'll
confirm
that
we
have
the
correct
envelopes
and
it's
a
responsive
bid
and
you've
done
all
the
forms.
A
A
Please
note,
but
for
doing
site
visits
separately
from
one
another,
you're
always
gonna,
ask
questions,
I
get
it,
and
sometimes
I
can't
help
but
answer
them,
but
please
be
aware
that
any
official
answer
has
to
be
given
in
writing.
Otherwise
it
applies
to
the
plans
and
the
specifications
that
are
in
these
bid
documents.
A
B
A
It
showed
that
in
our
construction
contracts
we
do
have
a
4.6
percent
disparity
for
black
asian
and
native
american-owned
contractors,
so
that
is
something
we
are
actually
are
actively
trying
to
target
and
that
can
be
done
through
a
various
different
ways.
It's
either
a
gc
having
that
designation
or
reaching
out
and
finding
subs
they
can
do
it.
I
know
we
sometimes
have
hard
times
with
that
up
here,
but
it's
still
something
we're
trying
to
do.
A
I
mean
the
study
kind
of
proves
that
those
businesses
do
exist
here
and
that's
how
we
can
say
that
there's
a
disparity,
so
we
ask
you
to
use
our
actual
business
inclusion
program
and
the
forms
below
there's
we'll
go
into
those
more
detail,
but
it's
something
we
need
to.
We
need
to
do
and
if
they're
getting
pretty
serious
about
it
and
that
it
keeps
getting
harder
for
me,
because
people
aren't
kind
of
following
the
rules.
So
we
need
to
keep
your
eye
on
that
and
do
it
the
right
way:
payment
performance
bonds.
A
I
have
inkling.
This
will
be
over
300
000,
so
we
will
need
those
be
prepared
for
the
contracting
part
of
that
we
will
need
a
bid
bond
as
well.
I
might
have
skipped
over
that.
A
A
I'll
try
to
find
it
we'll
get
back
to
it
there.
It
is
next
one
down.
Of
course,
big
bond
cash
cashier
check
a
certified
check
of
the
better
made
payable
to
the
owner
and
the
amount
not
less
than
five
percent
of
the
mail
that
bid.
These
will
be
required
and
again
separate
envelope.
A
Let's
get
that's
done,
so,
let's
get
that
you
can
always
come
back
and
read
this
again.
This
is
posted
on
our
asheville
bids
page.
You
can
just
find
our
bid.
Posting
number
you
got
your
advertisement
request
for
bids
is
what
we're
looking
at
now
that
contains
our
project
manual,
equal
opportunity,
employer
drug-free
workplace
by
bidding
you're
kind
of
agreeing
to
all
this
be
aware
of
that
minimum
number
of
bids.
A
We
do
need
three
bids
to
qualify
for
this
one,
since
it
is
a
formal
bid
if
less
than
three
competitive
bids
have
been
received
from
red
people
and
qualified
contractors
regularly
engaged
in
their
respective
lines
of
endeavor,
the
owners
shout
again
advertiser
bid,
so
we
will
re-bid.
If
that's
the
case,
we
will
be
able
to
accept
one
if
it's
it's
less
than
that,
but
I've
seen
a
pretty
good
turnout
today.
So
I'm
hoping
we
get
nice
a
lot
of
bids
and
nice
good
prices,
here's
the
actual
bid
form
that
you'll
include
in
here.
A
This
has
changed
just
a
little
bit
like
it
has
every
time,
but
it's
pretty
straightforward
check
how
how
you're
making
your
bed
security
here
acknowledge
all
the
addendums
that
you're
going
to
have,
or
at
least
have
one,
because
we
have
to
post
the
attendance
sheets
your
base
bid
is
what
paul
will
go
over
here
in
a
minute,
and
we've
got
six
alternates
on
this
project
that
he'll
go
over
as
well,
when
you're
filling
these
out,
you
kind
of
need
to
strike
through
or
how
does
it
say
to
do
it
now,
yeah
strike
through
what
it's
not
or
circle,
the
one
that
is
and
get
those
numbers
here.
A
We
do
have
a
little
bit
of
unit
price
work
that
this
is
to
be
included
in
the
base
bed.
So
if
you
say
we're
going
to
need
500
board
feet
of
replaced,
wood
blocking
and
you
put
the
estimated
unit
price-
and
we
don't
end
up
using
that-
then
we're
going
to
deduct
it
from
the
contract.
When
we
settle
at
the
end,
you
must
list
your
subcontractors.
A
We
had
a
to
throw
out
a
bid
recently
where
someone
failed
to
list
an
electrical
contractor
on
its
very
small
scope
of
the
work
is
probably
a
500
sub
on
a
12
or
1.2
million
dollar
project,
but
we
still
had
to
throw
it
out
so
we've
gone
ahead
and
thrown
electrical
and
masonry
in
here,
because
we
expect
those
to
be
used
if
you're
going
to
do
that.
In-House.
B
A
Can
list
your
yourselves
again
if
you're
self-performing,
that's
fine?
We
do
have
some
tree
trimming
in
the
scope
of
work
here,
but
we
don't
really
need
it
on
this
actual
subcontractor
list.
Those
are
going
to
have
to
be
one
of
the
six
pre-approved
vendors
they
are
listed
above
in
the
scope
of
work.
The
advertisement,
I
think,
they're
in
the
written
specifications
as
well
a
big
proposal.
Signature
form
got
bumped
to
its
own
page
this
time
around,
but
make
sure
that's
done.
A
It
needs
to
be.
You
know
either
a
witness
if
you're
a
proprietorship
partnership
or
a
test
too.
If
your
corporation,
I
thought
that
used
to
have
to
be
notarized,
but
I
don't
see
that
anymore,
all
right,
our
asheville
business
inclusion
program.
Again
we
saw
that
4.6
disparity
in
those
three
categories:
the
black
american
owned
asian
american,
owned
native
american
owned
businesses.
A
We
ask
that
you
fill
out
these
forms.
Actually
it's
a
requirement.
You
have
to
include
these
forms
with
your
bid
and
we
either
need
to
see
forms
one
three
and
four,
which
is
your
good
faith
efforts,
your
your
envy
utilization
commitment
and
your
what's
number
four.
That's
good
faith
efforts
if
you're
self-performing
all
of
the
work,
which
is
a
possibility
but
unlikely
you
would
just
have
to
fill
out
form
two
and
so
every
time
I
receive
bids.
B
A
That
way,
you
at
least
have
an
idea
of
what
you're,
including
here,
bid
our
affidavit.
One
here
is
your
checklist.
This
is
how
you
can
score
points.
This
is
a
building
construction
program,
and
so
you
have
to
score
50
points
or
build
a
construction
contract,
so
you
have
to
score
50
points
to
qualify
each
one
of
these
check
boxes
is
basically
worth
10
points,
and
it
could
be
something
as
simple
as
attendance
to
the
pre-bid
meeting,
which
you're
doing
right
now,
so
that
technically
counts.
That's
10
points
check.
A
You
need
to
at
least
check
five
of
these
to
qualify,
so
that's
one
two
would
be
if
you're
self-performing.
This
is
just
an
affidavit
saying
that
you're
planning
to
self-perform.
If
you
give
me
this
form-
and
I
we're
halfway
through
construction-
and
I
see
a
sub
on
site
who's-
not
you
we're
gonna
have
a
little
bit
of
an
issue
and
our
enforcement
is
gonna
is
gonna.
Do
something
about
it.
So
just
be
aware
of
that
affidavit
three
here
is
you
know
your
your
outreach
form.
It
shows
who
you've
reached
out
to
the
description.
A
A
Them,
I'm
sorry
affidavit
three,
so
this
is
the
people
you've
actually
reached
out
to
are
gonna.
Do
the
work
and
you're
committing
to
using
them
the
dollar
about
dollar
amount
of
contracts,
the
descriptions
and
the
company
themselves?
B
A
In
this
is
the
outreach
that
you
did
try
to
complete,
so
this
is
everyone
you
made
a
phone
call
to,
and
hopefully
you
can
find
some
subs
that
meet
the
meet.
The
disparity
five
is
not
required
in
this
submission,
but
this
is
what
you
would
submit
when
you
go
to
do
your
pay
apps.
This
just
shows
who
you've
actually
paid,
and
it's
how
we
log
it
later.
A
A
Then
I
got
an
example
contract
in
here
be
aware
that
there's
some
probably
liquidated
damage
numbers
in
here
and
other
little
things
like
that,
but
these
are
all
to
be
negotiated.
So
don't
let
any
of
that
scare
you,
this
sample
contract
is
attached
to
just
about
every
bid
that
we
do
so
it's
not
really
applicable
yet,
but
everything
in
here
is
negotiable
to
a
degree
and
if
we
can't
negotiate
and
come
to
an
agreement,
then
we'll
move
to
the
next
better,
which
is
just
fine.
A
So
I
will,
I
think,
that's
all
I've
got
there's,
probably
one
more
form.
I
want
to
show.
A
It's
thinking
about
it,
I
promise
there
we
go
your
roof
manufacturer's
acknowledgement
paul
did
we
actually
want
to
include
this
in
the
bid,
or
are
we
saying
that
we
need
this
before
a
contract.
A
Okay,
so
we
would
like
to
see
this
I'll
I'll
confirm
that
in
an
agenda
later,
but
this
just
basically
states
that
you
are
certified
to
install
the
the
manufacturer
that
you're
planning
to
to
put
in
here
for
us
so
make
sure
that
is
filled
out
I'll
I'll,
attach
it
again
and
I'll
put
it
on
its
own.
Just
so
it's
easier
for
you
guys,
access
later
and
with
that,
I
will
turn
it
over
to
paul
to
kind
of
go
over
the
scope
of
work.
A
I'm
gonna
stop
sharing,
so
he
can
take
over
and
then,
if
we
have
time
afterwards
I'll
still
answer
some
questions
about
instructions.
If
you
have
some,
I
know
that
abi
form
stuff
didn't
really
come
out
of
me
as
cleanly
and
as
clearly
as
I
had
hoped
it.
So
if
you
need
some
clarification,
let
me
know,
but
without
further.
B
B
B
All
right,
perfect
tell
you
what
let
me
jump
up
here
to
a
general
roof
plan,
real
quick.
What
we're
planning
to
re-roof
this
year
is
the
asheville
public
works
building,
so
it's
a
pretty
decent
sized
building.
B
All
the
eight
areas
are
lightweight
concrete,
with
a
existing
single
ply,
roof
with
ballast
on
it
that
we
will
be
removing
the
area
b
is
a
metal
panel
that
we
will
be
replacing
so
that
kind
of
gives
you
guys
a
general
overview
of
it
of
the
roof
area.
I'll
go
down
and
review
the
summary
of
work
at
this
point
in
time,
and
if
anybody
does
not
have
a
copy
of
the
specification
and
needs,
one
feel
free
to
shoot
me
an
email
or
it
can
be.
B
B
We
will
be
replacing
all
the
sheet
metal,
flashings
and
trim
and
providing
a
complete
watertight
20
year
warranty
roof
system
area
b1,
which
is
a
the
center
area
in
that
main
building,
is
we're
going
to
remove
and
dispose
the
existing
roof
system,
including
flashings
and
sheet
metal
down
to
the
existing
insulation
system.
That
will
remain
those
that
is
a
metal
panel
roof
at
this
point
in
time,
we're
going
to
prepare
existing
low
slope
roof
and
provide
steep
slope.
B
Let's
see
that
is
not
an
adequate
statement,
we're
going
to
be
basically
putting
a
new
panel,
a
new
ice
and
water
shield
over
that
system.
As
you
can
see
from
our
roof
system
layout,
let's
see
on
b1,
it
has
an
existing
steel
deck.
We
are
leaving
the
existing
roof
insulation,
we'll
be
putting
an
additional
roof
sheet
metal
panel
underlayment
and
then
a
new
roof
panel
secure
it
with
barium
plates
under
the
fasteners.
B
I
will
correct
that
summary
of
work
for
that
area
and
and
this
and
provided
in
an
addendum,
so
that
is
updated
for
everyone.
Roof
areas
b2
through
b14,
which
what
root
various
those
are
would
be.
B
Those
are
down
here.
So
these
are
these
higher
panel
metal
panel
buildings
they're
higher
level,
and
these
are
at
a
lower
ground
level.
B
We
will
be
removing
those
remove
and
replace
exposed,
fasteners
with
oversized
fasteners
color
to
matching
existing,
remove
and
repair,
replace
exposed,
flashing
sealant,
and
then
we
are
also
going
to
clean
and
seal
all
the
gutter
joints
and
downspouts.
B
B
We
will
be
doing
some
skylight
restoration,
which
is
providing
silicone,
dense,
rubber,
extrusion
overlay
at
the
aluminum
to
glass
joints
in
the
skylight,
we'll
also
be
trimming
back
some
trees
and
shrubs
around
the
facility,
they're
overhanging,
the
building
the
roof.
We
have
provided
bidders
that
you
can
contact
that
have
worked
with
the
city
and
are
familiar
with
the
area
and
their
processes.
B
There
was
no
as
no
asbestos
containing
materials
were
tested
for
it
with
it
being
a
existing
single
pile
roof
up
there.
There
was
no
no
as
best
as
containing
materials
that
need
to
be
tested.
B
We
do
have
some
allowances
that
need
to
be
contained
in
your
base
bid.
There
should
be
a
twenty
thousand
dollar
contingency
allowance,
as
well
as
a
two
hundred
dollar
cubic
foot
of
deteriorated
lightweight,
concrete
repair
and
a
400
foot
of
deteriorated
wood
blocking
allowance
that
should
be
provided
in
your
base
bit
unit
prices.
B
The
fourth
would
be
replacement
of
masonry
through
wall
flashing,
so
that
would
basically
be
a
linear
foot
price
that
could
be
utilized
to
deduct
out
of
the
base
bid
any
of
the
through
wall
flashing
that
needed
to
be
removed.
There
needed
to
be
reduced
from
the
base
bit.
A
B
Gone
over
a
chunk
of
that,
our
as
we
talked
about
our
roof
system
is
going
to
be
a
fleece
back
tpo
system,
as
you
can
see,
basically
just
fully
adhering
it
to
the
deck.
As
we've
talked
about
already,
we've
got
our
roof
panel
replacement.
B
So
our
alternates
for
the
roof
are
for
the
building
alternate
number
one
would
be
provide
a
roof
replacement
of
standing
seat,
metal,
roofs
and
sheet
metal.
Utilizing
a
green
copper
metallic
finish,
such
as
antique
copper
coat,
as
provided
by
marriage
on
sections
b
2
through
b4.
B
Those
are
smaller
areas
up
on
the
main
roof
and
that
we
are
in
the
base
bid
we'll
be
changing,
fasteners
and
doing
doing
more
detail.
Work
alternate
two
will
be
doing
the
same
sheet.
Metal
for
areas
b5
through
b14
alternate
three
will
be
providing
a
skylight
replacement
in
lieu
of
the
restorations
that
will
be
replacing
the
skylight
in
lieu
of
doing
the
restoration
piece
alternate
four
is
providing
an
80
mil
tpo
membrane
in
lieu
of
the
60
ml
that
specified
and
providing
a
30
year.
Warranty
in
lieu
of
the
20.
B
alternate
five
would
be
provide
the
green
metallic,
let's
see
so,
providing
the
green
copper
metallic
finish
roof
panel
for
building
or
for
for
area
b1,
which
is
that
main
area
in
the
center
and
then
alternate
six
would
be
properly
clean.
The
exterior
walls
and
provide
fluid
applied
water
repellent
as
specified.
B
Well,
details
they're
they're
fairly
straightforward.
If,
if
anybody,
if
you
guys
look
at
it
and
have
questions
on
the
details,
please
do
not
hesitate
to
ask.
Typically,
we
don't
go
through
every
single
detail
for
for
these
during
a
pre-bid.
But
if
you
get
up
there,
you
do
your
site
visit
and
you
have
questions
on
stuff.
Please,
you
know
shoot
shoot
me
two
questions
in
writing
and
we'll
get
all
those
answered.
B
Time
all
right,
I'll
kind
of
move
on
from
there
a
little
bit
work,
restrictions
and
austin
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong,
but
we
are
typically
going
to
work
normal
business
hours
and
if
the
contractor
should
elect
to
work
saturdays
or
sundays,
then
you
need
to
notify
the
owner
and
rei
engineers
at
least
48
hours
in
advance.
B
So
if
we've
got
some
weather
delays
or
anything
like
that,
just
give
us
a
heads
up:
hey,
we
are
we're
working
and
we
need
to
work
saturday
sunday,
there
was
a
question
asked
as
far
as
building
elevations
some
of
them
and
I
apologize
jumping
around
as,
as
you
can
see
on
my
screen,
the
main
roof
area
is
30
foot
tall.
B
It
drops
down
on
some
of
the
lower
ones.
We've
got
a5
and
17.
16
was
on
the
lower
section
here.
16
was
here,
and
these
areas
were
17.
getting
into
our
metal
roofs.
The
metal
panel
in
the
center
is
that
the
ridge
is
38
and
it's
basically,
you
can
access
it
from
the
main
roof
area,
the
alternates
for
replacement
and
the
base
bit
areas
the
the
upper
metal
areas.
Those
are
fairly
tall.
B
Those
get
up
to
about
60
feet,
so
there's
one:
that's
60,
we've
got
a
35
and
then
some
of
the
lower
ones
are
about
15
and
16
foot
off
the
ground.
Some
are
13.,
so
that
was
kind
of
some
general
elevations.
Those
are
on
the
roof
plans.
Just
so
you
guys
will
have
that
information.
B
We
will
be
needing
to
provide
a
two-year
contractor's
warranty
as
best
as
free
warranty
and
20-year
roofie
manufacturer's,
warranty,
material
storage
and
staging
that
would,
if
you
guys
will
look
while
you
are
there
doing
your
walk
down,
and
if
you
have
any
questions
on
that
and
austin
can
can
chime
in
with
this
as
well.
We
will
be
fairly
limited
with
the
area
that's
available,
I
believe,
see
yeah
that
doesn't
really
show
up
too
well.
B
B
You
know
the
good
thing
is
we're
not
looking
at
needing
a
whole
lot
of
insulation,
which
is
kind
of
hard
to
come
by
at
this
point
in
time
as
well,
and
you
know
so
kind
of
look
over
some
proposed
staging
areas
that
you
would
have
and
ask
those
questions.
After
your
walk,
downs,
access
to
the
roof
should
be
be.
A
contractor
provide
an
extension
ladder
that
should
be
taken
down
and
secured
every
night.
The
contractor
will
need
to
provide
a
portable
toilet
facility.
B
B
Your
your
visits,
if
you
guys,
are
interested
in
coming
out
taking
a
look
at
the
site
if,
for
some
reason,
you
need
to
make
an
additional
site
visit
after
that,
just
communicate
that
with
us
as
well,
but
during
those
visits,
if
and
austin
may
be
able
to
work
with
you
as
far
as
getting
roof
access
for
the
site
visits
without
having
to
have
an
extension
ladder,
but
it
would
not
hurt
to
make
sure
you've
got
one
just
in
case,
you
can't
have
something
lined
up.
B
That's
really
what
I've
got
to
cover
if
anybody's
got
any
questions
I'll
be
happy
to
try
to
answer
them
as
far
as
from
the
technical
side,
and
I
think
austin's
willing
to
take
any
questions
that
y'all
may
have
from
the
from
the
bidding
standpoint
purposes.
A
Yep
and
paul,
if
you
want
to
stop
presenting
I'll
jump
back
on
mine
and
put
the
some
3d
satellite
image
up,
it
might
help
explain
some
of
these
things
a
little
bit
there.
A
A
B
A
That's
those
kind
of
making
their
way
around
as
far
as
lay
down
goes.
He
was
correct.
This
is
a
tight,
heavily
used
building.
Still,
this
is
all
employee
parking
back
here
we
might
be
able
to
get
you
up
a
space
or
two,
but
it's
probably
unlikely.
A
This
is
all
employee
area
as
well,
and
these
are
people
who
work
at
the
public
works
department.
They
they
kind
of
park
all
their
vehicles
here
gone
for
the
whole
day.
We
have
a
few
visitor
spaces
here
that
you'll
use
when
we
come
to
our
site
visits
you're
welcome
to
park
in
any
space,
labeled
visitor
as
far
as
construction
lay
down
again
the
roof
carefully.
A
It's
it's
built
in
the
90s,
but
just
be
aware
of
that.
As
long
as,
if
we've
got
aggregate
piled
up
and
we've
got
our
excuse,
me
ballast
piled
up
and
rolls
of
roof
membrane
we
might
get
in
trouble
there.
You
are
welcome
to
use
these
grassy
areas
in
front
all
those
these
the
satellite
image,
it's
kind
of
showing
it
all
covered
by
trees.
It
is
decently
open.
I
think
you'd
be
welcome
to
park
vehicles
here
and
all
that
as
long
as
we
repair
the
grass
afterwards.
A
A
No,
I
think
that's
about
it
again.
Try
not
to
guess
on
those
api
forms.
Rosanna
can
help.
You
fill
them
out.
If
you
need
her
or
I
can
as
well
here's
our
important
dates
again
I'll
leave
this
up
on
the
screen
for
a
minute.
I
will
leave
it
open
to
questions
if
you
want
to
interrupt
or
throw
it
in
the
chat
window
here,
but
otherwise
I.
