From YouTube: Solar Lease – Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville
Description
March 31, 2022
Request for proposals: Harrah's Cherokee Center Asheville, Solar PV Lease
A
If
you
didn't
catch
it
on
the
window
here,
I
would
like
you
to
sign
in
on
the
chat
with
your
name
company
and
contact
details
that
will
get
added
to
like
the
official
pre-proposal
meeting
attendance
list.
That'll
get
posted
later
to
help
subs
find
you
or
you'll
find
subs
and
all
that
good
stuff.
Now
without
further
ado,
we'll
kind
of
jump
right
into
it.
A
Please
be
aware
that
the
bids
and
all
addenda
future
agenda
addendum
that
come
will
be
posted
on
the
city's
bids
page,
which
is
ashevillenc.gov
forward,
slash
bids
or
the
long
version
department
purchasing
bids.
It's
also
in
the
advertisement.
If
you
need
that
and
our
bid
number
298
cp
22
pv
lease
that
just
means
it's
a
capital
project
from
the
fiscal
year
22
and
a
short
name
here,
I
will
get
a
real
project
number
somewhere
down
the
road,
but
once
you're
in
there
request
for
proposals
will
take
you
to
this.
A
If
you
haven't
already
seen
it
again
so
we're
here
for
the
harris
cherokee
center
asheville,
which
is
the
asheville
civic
center,
are
also
known
as
it's
a
solar
pv
lease
project
pursuant
to
general
statutes.
We
have
to
advertise
blah
blah
blah,
but
essentially
what
we're
doing
is
we're
seeking
proposals
from
qualified
solar
energy
lessors
to
install
own
operate
and
maintain
a
rooftop
solar,
photovoltaic
system
on
the
city
of
asheville
property,
an
energy
release
agreement
system
for
its
electricity
output
for
solar
agreement
authorized
north
carolina
session
law,
2017-192
or
house
bill
589.
A
Please
be
aware
that
you
must
be
approved
by
the
north
carolina
utilities
commission
to
be
considered
for
proposals
and
registered
as
an
electric
generation
lessor.
So
a
couple
key
dates
for
you
all.
We
issued
this
on
march
17th.
A
A
We
will
record
and
we'll
post
this
in
an
addenda
too.
So
if
you
want
to
come
back
and
re-watch
it
later,
you
will
be
able
to
site
visits.
Those
are
still
available
and
you
just
need
to
reach
out
to
me.
My
contact
information
is
further
down
and
we'll
get
something
set
up,
I'm
usually
pretty
flexible
and
can
move
meetings
around
to
accommodate.
I
am
sorry
I
was
out
yesterday.
I
think
I
got
some
phone
calls
to
try
to
make
something
happen,
so
I
apologize
for
that.
A
A
That
gives
us
a
couple
days
to
get
answers
put
together
and
out
to
you
guys
in
that
final
addendum
that
will
be
posted
on
april
18th.
So
we
have.
B
A
If
we
need
to
actual
proposals
will
be
due
on
april
29th
again
by
the
end
of
day,
I
believe,
that's
a
friday,
if
I'm
not
mistaken
and
we'll
get
busy
trying
to
sort
through
those
as
soon
as
we
can
and
try
to
get
something
started.
I
think
some
of
these
solar
lease
projects
tend
to
go
in
negotiations
for
a
while,
but
I
think
we're
willing
and
ready
and
we've
got
some
of
our
pre-work
done
to
hopefully
get
this
move
around.
A
I
know
it's
a
whole
new
concept
in
north
carolina
really
the
last
couple
years
here.
So
I'm
hoping
a
lot
of
bugs
have
been
worked
out,
but
we'll
see
what
happens
again.
The
pre-proposal
meeting
today
and
the
site
visits
are
not
mandatory,
but
you
are
definitely
encouraged
to
come
out
and
take
a
look
when
it
actually
comes
to
submitting
proposals.
A
We've
got
a
few
specific
ways.
We
need
you
to
do
that
if
you're
sending
regular
mail,
please
use
this
address,
make
sure
it's
an
attention
to
me
and
our
kind
of
bid
solicitation
number
is
on
there.
So
we
know
what
it
actually
is.
A
Please
be
aware
that
fedex
ups
or
hand
delivery
isn't
a
different
is
a
different
address.
You're
welcome
to
do
that
in
person
at
asheville
city
hall,
where,
on
the
first
floor,
suite
100
anytime
between
8
30
and
5
pm
on
a
general
day,
if
no
one's
there,
for
whatever
reason,
you're
welcome
to
give
it
to
the
security
staff.
That's
there
we're
also
willing
to
let
you
email
the
proposals,
but
please
be
aware.
Sometimes
stuff
gets
caught
in
filters
and
never
sees
the
light
of
day
again.
A
So
definitely
follow
up
with
me
with
a
phone
call
or
another,
just
regular
email
if
you've
submitted
that
to
our
capital
projects.
Email
address
here
just
to
make
sure
that
we've
caught
on
to
that
again
make
sure
it
says
proposal
in
the
subject
line
company
name
and
again
that
solution
bid,
solicitation
they'll
go
to
a
generic
email
account
and
you
know
they
have
to
know
where
to
send
it
to
so.
I
would
appreciate
that
again.
A
My
name
is
austin
hamilton
architecture
background,
but
I'm
a
project
manager
with
the
city
of
asheville's
capital
project,
building
construction
division.
I've
got
some
other
team
members
with
us
here
today
from
the
city
angelica
driver.
She
is
with
our
abi
office
she'll
in
a
minute
talk
about
our
api
program
and
how
that
might
apply
to
this
particular
project.
We've
got
bridget
herring
on
the
line
and
she
is
a
sustainability.
Analyst,
I
believe,
is
our
current
title
for
our
sustainability
department
and
kind
of
our
owner
department
lead
for
this
project.
A
I'm
not
sure
if
anybody
else
from
our
team
jumped
in
walter
ear
may
be
on.
Eventually
he
is
our
building
construction
program
manager,
and
then
we
have
some
someone
from
the
actual
civic
center.
The
assistant
gm
chastity
may
be
on
at
some
point
or
you
might
meet
her
if
you
come
out
to
a
site
visit.
C
C
If
you
have
subcontracting
opportunities,
we
have
a
lot
of
discussion
about
this
particular
project
because
it
is
kind
of
so
extraordinary
and
specialized.
So
we're
not
sure
if
there
would
be
any
subcontractors
that
would
be
involved
in
this
project.
Therefore,
we
set
a
participation
goal
of
zero
percent.
However,
if
you
do
end
up
subcontracting,
I
think
probably
the
easiest
thing
would
be
to
reach
out
to
me.
I
put
the
information
in
the
chat,
but
I
would
want
to
see
documentation
of
your
outreach
efforts
to
minority
women-owned
businesses.
A
Okay,
do
you
have
any
questions
for
her?
I
know
it.
This
is
yeah
again
it's
an
interesting
one
how
this
gets
installed
if
you're
doing
it
all
in
the
house.
I
imagine
some
of
you
are
different
size
companies.
Some
of
you
will
plan
to
hire
subs
out,
but
we
do
ask
please
do
as
much
participation
as
you
can
angelica's
here
for
everyone
to
help.
You
find
vendors.
If
you
need
to.
I
know,
we've
got
a
few
licensed
electricians
that
are
certified
and
some
other
things
like
that.
A
A
Some
peculiarities
in
here
just
or
particulars
you're
welcome
to
read
through
these.
I
won't
waste
y'all's
time
going
through
them,
but
you
know
drug
free,
workplace,
stuff,
miscellaneous
requirements.
A
If
you
haven't
paid
your
city
taxes,
you
you're
gonna
be
in
trouble
which
probably
doesn't
apply
to
most
of
y'all.
Just
know
that
you
know
we
will
review
all
responses
for
for
responsiveness
and
you
know
evaluate
sort
of
in
a
criteria
that
we've
laid
out
at
the
end
of
the
proposal
here.
But
that
is
subject
to
change.
D
A
So
that's
our
actual
advertisement,
so
we'll
actually
jump
into
this
specific
project
now
be
aware
that
city,
you
know,
has
a
roadmap
to
100
renewable
energy
goals
or
we
have
the
goals
and
we
have
a
round
map
laid
out
that
you're
welcome
to
review
our
plan.
A
I
know
this
particular
project
isn't
going
to
get
us
all
the
way
there,
even
for
this
building
alone,
but
be
aware
that
we
are
targeting
an
80
carbon
reduction
and
100
renewable
energy
by
2030,
which
is
a
it's
a
huge
lift,
but
we're
going
to
do
what
we
can
to
get
there
and
keep
on
going
past
there.
So
scope
services-
we've
identified
one
facility
at
this
time
to
kind
of
trial
out
this
lease
process,
and
it
is
the
harris
cherokee
center
asheville
arena
building.
A
A
It
is
in
a
duke
energy
progress
region,
although
I
think
they
are
in
the
midst
of
kind
of
converging
those
together
on
the
back
end,
although
when
I
go
on
the
website,
it
still
shows
those
as
two
different
entities
but
be
aware
there
may
be
some
interesting
things
happening
there
on
the
back
end.
I
know
there
was
a
few
kind
of
little
quirks
for
each
one
when
we
were
doing
some
other
solar
projects
rate
tariff
classification.
A
Our
contract
demand
at
this
building
is
up
to
912
kilowatts.
I
do
not
think
any
system
size
on
this
particular
roof
will
reach
that.
You
could
surprise
me
but
know
that
our
goal
is
not
to
meet
100
percent
of
our
goal.
With
this
particular
project,
we're
going
to
do
multiple
strategies,
we're
going
to
do
what
we
can
with
the
space
that
we've
got
and
that's
kind
of
our
intention
here,
but
the
big
key
is,
I
don't
think,
there's
any
panel
on
the
planet
that
would
reach
our
max.
A
So
you
should
be
free
to
put
anything
that
you
feel
like
you
can
propose
up
there.
The
current
roofing
membrane
is
a
supreme
affiliate
here.
It
felt
back
pvc
60
mil
it
was
installed
in
2009.
It
has
a
20
year,
warranty
on
it,
so
it's
getting
close
to
its
stay.
I
think
substantial
completion
was
2010,
but
we
are
considering
kind
of
doing
a
side-by-side
project.
A
Please
be
aware,
though,
that
any
and
all
modification
penetration
interfacing
with
that
current
roof
membrane
must
be
done
in
a
way
that
is
are
completed
in
the
coordinates.
So
this
is
the
manufacturer,
so
we
don't
avoid
that
warranty.
So
that
does
mean
it
must
be
a
suprema
certified
roofer
and
any
penetration
or
any
kind
of
detail
you
use.
There
must
be
one
of
their
specifically
outlined
uses
or,
and
then
they
need
to
approve
it
as
well
so
slip
sheets
boots,
whatever
it
is
accessory
wise
needs
to
be
approved
by
them.
A
A
It
really
helps
to
get
on
site
and
take
a
look
at
this
for
yourselves
and
again,
I'm
available
to
meet
y'all
out
there
to
take
a
look
at
that,
and
then
you
know
there
is
a
large
building.
There
is
some
technical,
exterior
vertical
walls
that
you
could
could
use
if
you
think,
there's
a
need
for
it
or
an
ability
to
use
it
and
make
it
make
financial
sense.
So
I
just
put
that
on.
A
So
there's
quite
a
bit
we're
asking
for
you
to
do
here.
A
I
don't
even
know
if
I
should
go
into
all
this
right
now
without
going
into
questions
first,
but
I
will
say
we're
looking
for
quite
a
bit.
There's
there's
a
lot
that
goes
into
putting
solar
on
a
building,
and
you
all
know
that
already
so
we're
asking
for
a
good
bit
of
that
to
happen
here,
helping
us
get
or
helping
yourself
get
through
the
interconnection
process
since
you'll
still
technically
be
the
owner
of
this.
A
We
can't
help
with
the
city
permitting
side,
help
facilitate
that
and
be
aware
that
all
kind
of
city
permits
are
waived
or
the
fees
are
waived
for
city
owned
projects.
So
you
should
be
able
to
get
through
that.
A
Yeah
we're
and
we're
hoping
that
we'll
utilize,
the
north
carolina
solar
rebate
program,
that's
currently
being
offered
by
duke
energy.
I
think
they've
just
renewed
that
for
another
year,
so
we
should
be
good
there,
and
I
haven't
heard
about
that
closing.
So
I'm
hoping
that'll
help
with
the
upfront
cost.
So
please
make
sure
that's
incorporating
your
financial
analysis,
so
I'm
going
to
kind
of
run
through
the
proposal.
Submission
contents.
If
no
one
has
any
questions
that
wants
to
stop
me.
E
Yes,
hi
also,
thank
you
just
about
the
roof
membrane.
You
said
it
has
about
10
years
left
in
its
warranty
or
less.
A
I
would
say
a
more
realistic
solution.
We
might
be
willing
to
let
it
run
under
the
the
company
or
the
proposal,
but
we'd
probably
be
willing
to
pay
like
a
larger
down
payment
up
front
to
go
and
incorporate
that,
and
that
way
it's
still
run
under
someone.
But
it
I
have
to
check
with
my
purchasing
department
to
make
sure
that,
because
it
that
might
hit
into
a
construction
category
at
some
point
which
would
require
us
to
bid
this
a
little
bit
differently.
A
A
E
Another
question
would
be
in
order
to
do
a
net
benefit
analysis.
Would
you
be
able
to
provide
us
with
12
12
months
of
your
actual
electric
bills
and
pdf
formats?
So
we
can
do
the
analysis.
A
E
We
we
find
it's
helpful
to
understand
your
your
peak
demand
and,
as
you
can
imagine,
peak
demand.
Shaving
is
a
might
be
a
very
key
driver
for
the
economics.
A
A
A
At
the
same
time,
we
did
it's
going
to
be
a
challenge,
probably
to
do
a
ballasted
system
here,
but
I
think
that's
what
we're
going
to
get
into
negotiations
about
how
we
might
could
achieve
that
the
city
definitely
willing
to
pay
larger
down
payments
if
we
have
to
to
make
something
work
economically,
we
understand
that's
a
little
bit
too
to
a
larger
extent.
They
have.
F
Oh
just
a
quick,
quick
clarification
on
what
ant.
What
tony
was
saying
with
regards
to
the
the
billing
data,
if
we
are
doing
some
type
of
net
benefit
analysis,
the
rate
structure
is
such
that
there's
on
and
off
peak
kilowatt
hour
usage.
A
Okay,
basic
statement
of
interest
again
must
be
approved
by
the
north
carolina
utilities.
Commission,
we
want
references
to
similarly
finance
projects
in
in
north
carolina
or
you
know
in
this,
in
this
kind
of
region
insurance
policy
to
cover
property
damage,
as
outlined
in
city
requirements,
down
below
team
qualifications,
capacities
and
references.
You
know
I
get
a
lot
of
rfps
rfqs
that
show
a
beautiful,
wonderful
team
and
they're,
not
always
the
people
responsible
for
the
projects
or
involved
in
the
projects
that
are
shown
in
the
project
parts.
A
A
Definitely
current
and
pending
projects
that
you've
got
coming
up.
So
we
can
help
understand
your
capacity
and
those
kind
of
things
we're
asking
for
two
to
five.
Similarly
sized
projects,
if
you
don't
have
that
propose
what
you
can
and
we'll
take
into
account,
we
are
looking
for
a
high
level
technical
design,
very
high
level.
Okay,
we
don't
get
into
two
specific
things
here
yet,
but
we're
trying
to
try
to
make
the
case
essentially
for
this
facility
and
for
this
for
this
method.
A
I
I
don't
know
if
I
need
to
go
into
every
line
here.
I
would
appreciate,
if
y'all
read
through
this,
but
but
you
know,
identify
those
potential
impacts,
get
us
as
much
information
as
you
can
to
help
us
make
the
decision
structural
considerations
that
we
need
to
think
about
for
whatever
solution,
wrecking
solution,
you're
proposing
and
that
way
we
know
what
we're
going
to
need
to
follow
up
on
at
a
later
date
here
and
if
you
want
to
get
go
ahead.
E
D
Connection
pre-request,
that's
usually
typically
for
for
utility
scale.
We
have
done
it
for
some
rooftop
projects,
but,
along
with
the
secure
futures
requests,
we
will
need
account
information
to
do
that
with
duke
okay.
A
Financial
plan
is
probably
going
to
be
a
huge
part
of
this.
We
need
to
know
what
those
upfront
costs
are
going
to
look
like
for
the
city,
how
that
north
carolina
rebate
or
from
duke
is
going
to
apply
to
that.
A
Definitely
no
ongoing
costs
for
those
lease
payments
and
we're
expecting
that
to
be
on
an
annual
basis.
There's
a
few
annual
discount
things,
and
just
some
other
specifics
to
we're
asking
you
to
include
in
this
seems
pretty
typical
from
what
I've
understood
again
identify
any
other
incentives
that
we
might
see.
A
And
then
make
sure
that
just
the
total
cost,
including
all
you
know,
maintenance
annual
inspections,
all
that
kind
of
stuff
are
included
there,
we're
looking
for
a
full
turnkey
here.
E
Unfortunately,
as
you
may
well
be
aware,
things
took
a
turn
in
the
senate
and
it
may
happen
in
the
future,
but
currently
is
still
in
place,
and
I'm
wondering
if
you
want
us
to
include
that
as
a
factor
in
the
cost
or
or
not
as
it
may
potentially
get
rolled
back
at
a
future
date.
A
A
A
We
also
want
your
kind
of
full
project
management
plan,
anticipate
a
schedule.
If,
if
things
were
all
beautiful
and
supply
chains
were
beautiful,
I
understand
that
could
get
a
little
a
little
off.
But
you
know
we
want
a
basic
outline
of
that.
What
your
operations
maintenance
plan
is
going
to
look
like,
or
what
you
typically
offer
again
that'll,
be
all
in
negotiations
for
what
that
actually
turns
into.
A
Costs
involved
with
that,
whether
it's
going
to
be
on
us
y'all,
we
anticipate
it
would
be
on
y'all
and
that
would
be
included
in
there.
But
I
won't
make
any
assumptions,
and
I
know
that
sounds
a
little
vague
now
that
I'm
saying
it
out
loud,
but
we
are
we're
looking
for
something
clear
on
that.
I'm
happy
to
you
know
if
you
come
up
with
the
questions
while
you're
developing
that
please
send
them
my
way
via.
A
We'll
get
them
answered
for
you
any
exceptions.
If
you
look
and
see
requirements
or
or
statements
that
you
need
to
make
to
our
actual
requirements,
they
need
to
be
listed
out.
I
think
there's
you
know
injury
incident
reports
that
that
kind
of
stuff,
if
anything
like
that's-
happened
if
you've
been
sued
any
time
recently.
That's
that's
what
that's
talking
about
and
then
again
our
asheville
business
inclusion,
which
is
our
mwb
program
considerations,
if
applicable,
again
a
0
goal,
but
we
are
asking
you
you
can
provide
outreach
you
can
provide.
A
You
know,
sub-consultants
that
you
plan
to
be
part
of
your
project
team.
You
know
anything
like
that
and
that
can
be
little
jobs.
That
can
be
big
stuff,
however,
you'll
see
fit.
But
if
you
have
any
conclusions,
we'd
love
to
see
them.
A
I
won't
go.
I'm
not
going
to
read
over
the
city
requirements,
but
definitely
look
through
this
to
make
sure
if
you
need
to
disclose
any
of
them
to
us
insurance
requirements
right
here.
That's
probably
part
of
the
negotiations
too,
because
if
it's
above
these
thresholds
for
the
anticipated
cost
of
the
system,
we'll
probably
have
to
cover
it.
That
way,
as
well.
A
Let's
get
through
that,
this
is
just
an
example:
evaluation
criteria,
so
we're
going
to
put
together
an
in-house
team
to
review
all
the
proposals.
This
is
kind
of
a
basic
outline
of
how
we
might
go
about
it,
but
please
be
aware
that
percentages
may
change
a
little
bit.
We
might
add
some
categories
and
we'll
try
to
have
that
locked
in
before
the
proposals
get
in
to
make
it
a
fair
scoring,
but
just
know
that
it's
not
going
to
100
be
the
financial
part
of
it.
A
It's
going
to
be
the
approach,
how
much
power
you're
able
to
generate
or
anticipate
you
generating,
which
can
be
a
few
things.
How
well
you
understand
what
we're?
After
so
we
have
a
few
appendices.
We've
got
the
site
map
and
roof
plans.
We
have
some
record
drawings
for
when
that
roof
was
installed.
A
If
you
feel
like
there's
a
detail
or
something
you
need,
that's
missing
feel
free
to
reach
out
and
I'll
see.
If
I
can
find
anything,
I
think
I've
got
all
the
ones
that
are
relevant,
that
roof
warranty
that
you
must
comply
with
is
in
there
and
then
again.
Just
the
usage
data
is
what
we
had
at
the
time.
A
I
think
when
we
were
pulling
all
this
duke
was
in
the
middle
of
one
of
those
transitions
and
we
were
having
an
interesting
time
pulling
our
typical
export
out,
so
we'll
try
that
again,
with
actual
costs
again
just
an
overview
of
the
actual
site.
This
is
the
thomas
wolf
auditorium
that
was
talking
about
it's
kind
of
a
join
to
it.
That's
not
a
candidate
right
now
and
I
don't
think
it
ever
will
be
until
it
unless
it's
demoed
and
rebuilt.
A
So
this
is
our
actual
proposed
roof
area
and
again
if
these
walls
are
made
available.
Although
this
thomas
wolf
is
large,
you
know
it
is
an
option.
I
think,
to
get
some
there
as
well.
There
is
a
substation
right
behind
here.
That's
going
to
be
an
interesting
challenge,
they're
in
the
process
of
relocating
that
across
the
street,
since
it's
like
10
feet
away
from
our
building,
even
though
it's
high
voltage,
that's
it's
probably
five
years
down
the
road,
but
it
is
something
to
consider
during
installation
and
bringing
cranes
in
and
whatnot.
B
A
Of
that
process,
but
we
do
need
there
just
be
aware
that
there
are
some
pretty
dangerous
overhead
lines
here.
A
A
A
A
A
Again,
I
could
probably
find
a
larger
plan
set
if
you'd
like
to
look
at
it
again:
suprema
yeah.
It
shows
substantial
completion
date,
2010
with
a
20
year
warranty.
We
expect
pvc
to
last
longer
than
that
and
it's
in
good
condition.
Last
time
we
looked
at
it,
we
have
been
in
a
few
conversations
with
suprema
about
putting
one
of
their
fluid
applied
systems
on
to
not
replace
this
warranty,
but
to
actually
extend
it
out
longer,
which
is
probably
the
direction
we
would
go.
A
So
there
is
a
little
bit
of
conversation
with
that
already
and
we
we
know
no
one
wants
to
put
a
solar
system
on
a
roof
that
has
10
years
warranty
left,
even
though
it
might
have
over
20
years
of
life
left.
So
we
definitely
anticipate
that
and
are
willing
to
negotiate
how
that
gets
taken
care
of.
A
And
again
yeah:
this
is
the
export
we
were
able
to
get
at
the
time.
That's
just
those
are
our
total
consumption
and
then
our
demand,
which
I
some
of
those
days,
are
pretty
high
up
there.
I
will
say
a
lot
of
the
events
that
happen
at
this
facility
are
at
night
and
that's
probably
when
the
highest
electric
usage
is
so,
although
the
net
metering
option
will
be
good
to
help
overall
meeting
the
price
of
the
command
is
going
to
be
an
interesting
one.
A
I
will
point
out
that
this
is
the
only
two
years
we
can
get,
and
this
is
all
during
covid.
So
there's
we've
just
now
started
getting
back
to
events
like,
I
think
we
have
a
50
events
in
the
month
of
april
or
something
like
that
so
more
than
two
on
some
days,
so
things
are
going
to
pick
up
and
go
from
there.
A
So
we'll
see
how
that
arranges,
I
could
try
to
find
some
more
historical
data,
but
just
know
that
again,
I
I
don't
think
we'll
ever
hit
this
with
a
system
on
the
roof,
but
it
is
like
it's
a
baseline
for
an
empty
building.
At
this
point
as
the
as
the
month
roll
on
here,
I
could
try
to
get
the
last
few
months
as
well,
which
is
was
probably
more
representative
of
what
we're
seeing
out
there,
and
that's
all
I
have
in
the
rfp
here.
A
So
I'm
I'm
happy
to
take
questions
whether
you
have
them
now
or
if
you
re-watch
this
later
and
come
up
with
some
new
ones
or
get
on
site
again.
Let
me
jump
back
up
to
those
key
dates.
A
Doing
them
before
the
deadline
to
submit
questions,
but
I
will
leave
it
open
all
the
way
until
the
proposals
are
due,
but
just
know
it's
going
to
get
really
interesting.
When
I
can't
answer
questions
that
you
have
when
you
get
out
there
on
the
28th
that
you
need
answered,
so
try
to
do
those
as
soon
as
you
can,
if
you
need
to
but
again
deadline
submit
questions
is
april
13th.
A
That
is,
I
think,
exactly
two
weeks
from
now
by
end
day,
final
addendum
will
be
posted
by
the
18th,
and
I
think
I
will
get
that
usage
posted
here
in
a
day
or
two
so
yeah.
There
will
probably
be
two
when
we're
all
said
and
done
and
proposals
due
april
29th
by
end
of
day,
so
I'll
hang
around
for
a
minute
and
ask
any
questions
again.
If
you
haven't
already,
please
go
in
the
chat
and
sign
in
with
your
name
company
or
firm
and
your
contact
information.
A
B
Same
here
I
I
do
think
that
we
may
have
some
pre-coveted
data
from
the
hvac
monitization
project
that
we
did.
I
think
they,
the
designer
asked
for
some
questions
as
they
were
designing,
so
we
might
have
something
from
18,
18
19.,
so
we'll
look
into
that.
Okay.
A
So
I'm
gonna
turn
my
camera
off,
but
I'll
hang
around
for
a
minute.
I
appreciate
everybody
joining
us
today
and
we
look
forward
to
seeing
some
proposals
for
you.
