Soul
to
both
in
the
union
of
both
groups
or
only
Union,
we've
spoken
to
the
state,
as
I
told
you
why
we
do
I
went
back
spoke
with
the
new
executive
director
spoke
with
the
new
executive
director
and
sanity.
Wait
has
somebody
ever
seen
they
they
did
miss
stories,
he
or
she
can
a
they.
They
said
once
you
point
67
to
explain
they
sent
down
here.
They.
F
They
actually,
they
got
a
an
attorney
involved,
who
met
with
the
groups
with
the
with
the
one
group
and
I
guess
they
came
to
the
conclusion
that
they
are
one
unit
and
they
were
happy
to
proceed
as
one
and
murmuring
would
set
the
table
and
successfully
knew
if
she

a

So
there
was
no
change
in
the
status
of
the

from

of
Law
and
Public

Office
of
the
Attorney
General
amount
not
to
exceed
eleven
thousand
seven
hundred
and
sixty-five
dollars.
A
C
657
we
had
exceptions
from
the
New
Jersey
Department
of
Law
and
Public
Safety
from
the
sexual
assault
response
team,
forensic
nurse
examiner
program,
grant
funding,
eighty-six
thousand
nine
hundred
and
forty
two
dollars
County
in
kind
match.
Twenty
one
thousand,
seven
hundred
and
thirty
six
dollars
low
sugar,
where's.
I
So
I
felt
that
it
would
be
good
to
just
say
it
plainly.
What
the
county's
policy
is
that
we
are
not
going
to
throw
against
the
Attorney
General's
directive
as
to
other
counties
in
New.
Jersey
are
blatantly
doing
caveman,
County
and
Sussex
County
and
Atlanta.
County
is
not
doing
that.
I.
Think
it's
good
for
our
all
of
our
communication.
Of
that.
A
B
I
have
a
lot
of
you
today
that
has
written
to
all
of
us
by
the
executive
I'd
like
to
read
that,
in
your
record,
dear
fielders
I
received
a
copy
of
resolution,
659
sponsored
by
fielder
Fitzpatrick
resolution,
delineates
the
ethnicity
of
our
County
population.
What
possible
purpose
could
this,
sir
I've
spent
month
months
fighting
a
fabricated
allegation
of
racism
in
this
administration,
and
now
this
I
cannot
think
of
anything
more
divisive
or
useless
than
to
include
such
a
Mystics
in
this
resolution.
B
Racism
is
an
unfortunate
reality
in
Atlantic
County.
We
work
hard
to
be
inclusive
in
our
actions.
Support
this
so
again,
I
must
ask
what
this
field
of
Fitzpatrick
hope
to
accomplish
in
pointing
out
the
number
of
whites,
blacks,
Hispanics
and
Asians,
etc?
Who
live
in
Atlantic
County?
What
relevance
does
this
have
to
this
revolute
resolution?
B
D
B
For
a
resolution
to
support
Denis,
Levinson,
County,
Executive
and
I
think
that's
what
hit
me
about
this
resolution,
because
I
don't
know
what.
If
anybody
knows
what
287g
is
there's
nothing
to
do
with
the
ethnic
makeup
of
account.
What
I
do
know
is
that
that
ethnic
makeup
was
correctly
stated
here,
and
this
is
what
we
should
reflect.
The
fine
275
thousand
residents
are
in
Atlantic
County
and
102
thousand
of
them
are
on
some
type
of
social
assistance.
B
So
the
final
statement
in
this
resolution
is
I
believe
now,
therefore
be
resolved,
that
the
Board
of
Chosen,
Freeholders
Atlantic
County
supports
tennis
Levinson's
declaration
that
the
administration
to
the
county
of
Atlantic
has
no
intention
to
enter
into
an
agreement
under
287
G.
He
never
made
that
declaration.
He
just
did
it.
He
just
decided
not
to
be
involved
in
the
to
it.
B
27G
authorizing
of
sheriff's
officers
in
certain
functions
of
us,
so
I
think
it's
better
served
to
say:
where
is
the
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
supports
all
law
enforcement
officers,
federal
state
county
and
municipal,
upholding
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
Therefore,
it
be
resolved
that
the
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
supports
the
County
administration's
policy
of
executing
services
in
a
non
sanctuary.
Cabin
and
I'd
like
to
amend
the
resolution.
J
I
First
off
we
agree
that
I
never
wanted
love
as
his
name
on
this
resolution,
but
as
a
matter
of
compromise,
that's
what
happened.
Secondly,
our
chairwoman
strongly
advises
that
we
include
data
in
our
resolutions.
She
likes
that.
So
that's
why
that's
there.
And
thirdly,
we
should
all
be
aware
of
the
demographic
makeup
of
our
counties
so
that
our
social
services
and
representatives
and
leadership
represent
or
are
reflective
of
that
demographic,
and
that
is
why
believe.
B
I
B
I
A
A
D
The
whole
campaign
we
make
it
a
big
campaign
issue
and
the
people
that
what
they
resolution
before
this
board,
and
now
you
want
to
continue
to
come
up
with
all
types
of
different
areas
to
diminish
whatever
that
she
wants
to
do.
A
resolution
now
I
think
what
should
have
happened
Frank
as
the
former
chair
I,
think
it
is,
should
have
been
some
discussion
rather
than
the
come
here
to
do.
D
E
D
B
That's
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
we
have
a
difference
of
opinion
on
who
is
inciting
racism
and
I.
Think
the
statistics
here
are
trying
to
depict
the
county
as
being
insensitive
to
race
to
any
type
of
racism.
This
to
me,
is
something
that
was
unnecessary.
If
the
resolution
had
just
said,
we
want
to
commend
the
county
executive
for
not
engaging
with
287g.
That
would
be
one
thing,
but
to
infer
that
the
county
is
insensitive
gang
by
these
statistics
is
infuriating
to
me,
not
Dennis,
Levinson.
D
D
E
D
Here
and
grandstand
on
a
resolution
again
the
campaign
talked
about
institutional
racism.
Then
he
went
to
call
with
courage
in
the
n-double-a-cp.
He
thought
he
was
being
called
a
racist,
accelerate
sent
this
the
census
tells
a
whole
different
story.
We
all
know
that
you
don't
participate
in
the
census
like
we
should
be,
and
a
lot
of
people
aren't
counted
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
all
of
our
responsibility
get
those
counts
up
and
people
count
me
personally.
B
G
K
E
K
E
K
There
are
other
reasons,
a
time:
I,
don't
remember
the
county
executive,
making
any
such
declarations
other
than
just
simply
not
signing
an
agreement,
but
there's
a
cost
involved
with
deputizing
and
training
officers
as
well
I
mean
that
may
be
why
I
had
a
little
reason
that
I
mean
this
isn't
specific,
we're
not
involved
between
a
17
obviou.
When
we
talk
about
ice
coming
in,
we
also
said
that
I
guess
this
Attorney
General's,
the
one
who
says
we
can't
contact
ice
but
advise
contacts
us
we're
gonna.
Let
them
take
the
felons
out
of
the
county,
jail.
K
A
D
Mentally,
if
I
mention
I'm,
not
gonna,
sit
here
and
be
the
death,
but
again,
if
this
have
been
on
the
agenda
prior
to
last
Tuesday's
elections,
they
probably
wouldn't
even
be
a
discussion
because
they
afraid
they
might
have
lost
votes
along
the
way.
The
fact
of
the
matter
is:
is
this:
this
just
does
not
just
show
up
on
the
agenda
today.
D
It's
been
on
the
agenda
for
the
last
weekend
and
whenever
the
attendant
came
out
again
I'm
only
saying
to
my
colleagues,
it
was
that
such
a
big
issue,
all
he
has
to
sponsor,
could
we
take
it
off,
pull
it
and
have
a
discussion
about
that.
That
was
my
whole
conversation.
Whether
we
agree
with
this,
the
data
numbers
are
not
again.
D
D
This
data,
or
not,
we
understand
that
the
census
allow
the
determines,
how
much
funds
etc.
You
get
in
your
district,
however,
nobody's
living
in
a
perfect
world.
What
is
this
for
freedoms?
What
does
the
county
exactly
except
but
I,
think
as
a
courtesy
among
colleagues,
I
think
the
primary
thing
would
have
been
to
ask
them
to
pull
it.
G
E
D
D
K
D
As
you
may,
I
just
wanted
to
raise
that
issue,
but
Frank
all
due
respect.
As
a
former
chairman
yo
I'll,
give
you
a
lot
of
credit
and
a
lot
of
respect
for
you,
but
I
think
the
right
thing
with
it
would
to
do
was
to
tie
back
to
sponsor
and
as
didn't
before,
not
because
many
Levinson
decided
to
settle,
let
it
down
here
today
to
the
freeholders
day.
Now
we
make
it
a
dog
and
pony
show.
K
D
K
A
B
D
G
D
Which
brings
me
back
to
my
other
question
that
F.
In
fact,
there
was
a
consideration,
to
wit,
nor
the
second
pull
the
resolution.
Whatever
she
needs
to
do
my
colleague
to
go
back
to
either
make
a
new
resolution
or
amended
resolution
opposing
either
brother
then
vote
it
up
or
vote
them
down
at
this
particular
time,
not
saying
that
you
cannot
bring
it
back
the
fact
the
matter
isn't
that
maybe
need
some
more
language
them.
Some
more
conversations
just
for
suggestion,
cuz
I,
don't
want
rich
raising
the
voice
at
me
again.
A
D
A
J
G
I
I
K
I
just
I
mean
I
think
it's
a
fact
that
the
county
executive
at
this
time
has
not
signed
a
287g
agreement
in
this
horizontal
I
know
has
no
interest
in
signing.
What,
at
this
time,
I
don't
understand.
Why
I
mean
it
hasn't
happened,
I,
don't
understand
why
we
need
to
need
to
vote
on
supporting
his
decision
to
not
reciting
something
degree,
because.
I
K
I
G
B
He
may
have
sent
something,
but
he
didn't
release
a
declaration
and
what
I'm
saying
is
that
this
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
should
support
all
law
enforcement,
as
as
stated
federal
state
County
Municipal,
upholding
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States
of
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
and
therefore
let
it
be
resolved
that
the
board
chose
to
three
other
supports
the
county
administration's
policy
of
executing
services
as
a
non
sanctuary
gem.
That's
my
amendment.
D
That's
all
that
and
I
support
the
law
enforcement
all
that
other
stuff,
but
I'm
not
getting
in
this
back
and
forth.
We
all
took
the
whole.
This
is
what
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States
and
the
Constitution
state
of
New
Jersey.
So
once
again
participation
plan
with
workers
and,
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
stood
will
be
at
and
you.
D
G
G
J
C
C
G
A
G
G
C
G
G
D
A
E
A
C
A
G
E
G
C
E
A
J
J
County
administration's
been
discussing
with
Valerie
Township
some
resolutions
that
they
want
to
pursue.
So
at
the
moment,
our
discussion
on
what
we
were
doing
now,
we're
not
going
to
do
a
speed
bus
at
the
moment,
so
Jerry
Smith
administration's
Minister
their
discussion
and
whatever
we
are
going
for
with
all
the
sign
is
in
the
signalization
that
that
was
recommended
by
John
Peterson
we're
gonna
go
ahead
and
still
purchase
that
equipment
to
get
out
there,
because
it
still
should
be
out
there.
Irregardless
of
what
transpires
long
term.
J
A
I
attended
the
veterans,
Advisory
Board
meeting
quite
busy
I
think
we
have
a
full
board
now.
There's
people
there
very
active
board,
there's
one
thing
they
brought
up.
There
was
a
mission
act
of
2018,
which
is
that
actually
adding
services
for
the
veterans-
and
this
went
into
effect
this
June.
So
because
it's
so
new
a
lot
of
many
organizations,
businesses
aren't
aware
of
it.
So
they
do
tell
people
to
go
to
our
website,
make
sure
that
you're
informed,
for
instance,
there's
some
additional
pharmaceutical.
A
You
know
things
added
to
this,
so
when
someone
went
to
the
pharmacy
the
pharmacy
was
not
aware
of-
and
this
is
all
local,
so
they
really
are
asking
people
to
become
aware
of
that
within
the
veterans
community
there's
also
a
car
dealership,
that's
asking
they
wouldn't
do
any
money
to
our
veterans
that
people
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
how
to
work
that
out
and
contacted
you
and
breakfast
to
this.
So
every
car
that's
sold
a
certain
percentage
is
going
to
go
to
the
Metro
Board
very
nice.
A
Also
mental
health
I
attended
that
this
week
schools
are
getting
much
more
involved
in
the
mental
health
issues,
they're
adding
services
and
partnering
with
community
organizations
and
working
with
parents
and
students,
and
that
so
that's
you
know
really
great
news,
because
our
youth
really
do
need
the
center
permeate.
So
they
talked
a
little
bit
about
early
intervention.
They
brought
in
very
much
about
listen.
How.
A
Is
for
our
youth
so
that
we
really
seem
to
be
addressing
that
one
other
thing
they
brought
up
was
the
courting
issue
which
I
found
interesting.
It's
pretty
big
in
our
area
and
it
really
came
to
fruition
after
Hurricane
sandy
with
all
the
first
responders
going
into
some
of
these
homes
and
they
couldn't
get
into
them
or
was
very
dangerous,
and
every
time
you
bring
this
up
someone's
like
the
I,
am
an
end
to
this.
A
A
I
H
I
We
also
all
received
a
letter
priority.
The
executive
director
of
the
CR
da
talking
about
bathroom
renovation
that
they
want
to
do
on
the
boardwalk
and
Matt's
presentation
was
really
good.
He
talked
about
it
plainly.
We
want
to
talk
about
clean
and
safe,
and
we
know
research
shows
that
women
make
a
lot
of
the
vacationing
decisions
and
households
for
a
long
to
put
her
child
on
the
potty.
D
With
harmless,
there's
all
kind
of
issues
yeah,
but
they
wanted
to
share
services
the
partnership,
the
way
the
shell
once
made.
Now
that
surplus
I
don't
know
for
the
fact
that
County
could
use
money.
I,
don't
know
if
there's
anybody
in
the
department
but
Jerry.
We
certainly
ask
that
you
take
a
look
and
I,
don't
know
the
discussion
if
any
you
had
would
see
already
at
this
point,
I
saw
that
same
letter,
I
think
it's
a
win-win
for
everybody.
D
D
The
destination
the
opportunity
from
Walters,
the
patient,
mother
CRA,
the
city
of
Atlantic
City,
the
County-
everybody
takes
a
part
in
it.
We
did
all
folks
about
how
we
try
to
improve
the
quality
of
life
soda
when
you
use
a
bathroom,
the
way,
nasty,
dirty,
smelly,
rusted
there
except
Frank,
but
yeah
Oh
seriously.
I,
don't
know
we're
good
luck
with
the
county,
but
is
something
we
need
to
tell
okay,
let.
