Here:
hey
anyone
in
person
that
would
like
to
speak
during
the
public
comments.
Please
come
to
the
podium
state,
your
name,
the
time
you
reside
you'll
be
provided
after
three
minutes
to
speak
if
you're
attending
virtually
please
type
yes
and
the
resolution
number
in
the
question
and
answer
box
any
items
not
listed
on
the
agenda,
you
may
speak
during
public
comments.
You'll
be
raised
from
an
attendee
to
a
panelist
when
you're
raised,
please
state
your
name
and
the
town.
You
resigned.
A
H
H
H
H
H
He
was
a
really
she's.
I
learned
a
lot
from
pop
she's
great
and
I
spent
two
years
working
on
bid
documents,
specifications,
reading
drawings,
putting
them
out
for
public
bid
a
lot
of
the
resolutions
that
were
prepared,
probably
for
projects
this
evening.
I've
done
some
of
those
quite
a
bit
actually.
H
Then
there,
after
two
years
of
working
and
purchasing,
I
saw
an
opportunity
to
move
the
facilities
as
a
project
coordinator
and
then
been
in
facilities
for
four
years.
I've
worked
a
lot
of
projects
for
the
county
supply
capital
projects,
roof
replacements,
hvis
hvdc
parking
lots,
which
is
one
out
here
at
short
field,
just
trying
to
finish
up
so
I've
come
a
long
way
in
nine
years.
I
Manager,
I
just
want
to
mention
that
I
had
the
pleasure
of
serving
with
mr
palermo
when
we
both
were
getting
started
in
elective
life
on
the
k-8
school
board
in
hamilton
township
many
years
ago
and
was
a
pleasure
to
serve.
I
You
are
very
dedicated
to
the
community,
obviously,
and
your
construction
experience
at
that
time
was
of
value
to
us
there
and
to
see
you
know
what
skills
you've
you've
gone
to
through
your
experience
here
in
the
county.
I
think
it'll
serve
us
well
in
this
position,
some
big
shoes
to
fill.
I
mean
the
fact
that
jerry
was
a
mentor
that
might
be
a
couple
strikes
against
you
just
kidding,
which.
D
I
But
I
think
you're
going
to
be,
I
think,
you're
going
to
be
a
great,
a
great
leader
for
us
here
in
the
county
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
you
stepping
into
the
role.
C
Yeah
one
question
and
and
a
comment
first
I'll
make
a
comment.
I
heard
a
lot
about
you
from
from
jerry.
If
you're
going
to
be
great
for
this
position,
if
amy
likes
you
I
liked
and
so
for
the
question,
are
you
an
eagles
fan.
H
A
G
A
J
K
Can
I
just
make
one
one
comment:
absolutely
finished
goes
for
swiss
and
and
I've
got
some
city
here
you
know
I'm
listening
to
them.
So
the
one
thing
if
you,
if
you've
been
some
of
you,
have
been
municipal
officials,
which
means
you
you
are
like
department
heads
back
in
your
in
your
town,
you
so
you
meet
with
your
professionals
and
you
you
get
a
chance
to
hear
them
talk
technically.
K
They
keep
like
you,
don't
really
chris
isn't
even
talking
technically,
but
obviously
I
get
a
chance
to
be
with
him
very
technical
as
as
jerry
is,
and
so
I
can
speak
for
from
that
side.
If
you
go
go
through
a
project
with
him,
you'd
see,
you
know
he,
for
example,
we
were
talking
about
when
he
was
in
ability
trades.
K
He
was
a
mason,
so
he
goes
through
those
I
mean,
that's
very
impressive
to
me,
it's
impressive
when
they
really
get
into
their
technical,
as,
as
you
know
as
doug,
does
they
get
into
their
technical
issues
and
they
can
make
them
understandable
for
people
that
relate
people
like
myself,
I
don't
I
don't
do
this
for
a
living,
but
you
know
over
the
time.
I
guess
I've
listened
to
them
enough
to
fully
understand
a
lot
of
that
stuff,
but
they
make
it
very
very
easy
to
understand
when
they
explain
things.
K
I
want
to
complement
both
of
these.
You
guys
they've
come
through
the
system
and,
as
you
know,
as
chris
said,
he
started
as
a
truck
driver,
and
you
know
he
he's
he's
now
the
division
director
he
voted
for
him
and
he'll
do
a
great
job
as
w
as
a
county
engineer
so
and.
K
A
You
thank
you
very
much
appreciate
it.
Okay
now
we'll
have
another
interview
of
metaphor.
F
M
Good
afternoon,
jerry
thanks
for
the
introduction,
so
I've
been
a
lifelong
resident
of
atlanta
county.
I've
worked
for
the
county
for
a
total
of
27
years.
I
graduated
from
the
university
of
delaware
with
a
bachelor's
degree,
civil
engineer
and
I've
had
my
profession,
new
jersey,
professional
license
since
1999..
M
So
my
first
five
years,
I
basically
did
highway
design
and
since
around
2000
I've
been
the
bridge.
M
J
Thank
you
doug
before
I
vote
on
your
appointment
today.
How
did
the
plans
for
the
8th
street
bridge
go?
Did
you
get
them
out
this
week.
J
M
But
yeah
it
should
get
out
this
week,
hey
I'm
looking
for.
J
J
C
You,
commissioner,
yeah
just
one
question
now:
you're
going
to
be
the
county
engineer:
yeah
who's
going
to
be
the
dam
engineer.
M
I
I
was
going
for
amy
to
bring
it
in
right.
I
will
say
that
you
know
the
lake
lenski
dam
has
been.
You
know
on
topic
over
the
years
and
I
think
especially
of
the
last
three
years.
We've
really
had
the
heat
turned
up
to
make
movement
happen
there,
and
I
know
that
we,
as
elected
officials,
probably
are
demanding
more
of
your
attention
than
you
might
want
to
give
with
having
some
regularly
scheduled
meetings
and
things
like
that.
I
But
I
think
that
you
have
done
a
good
job
of
keeping
really
nice
agendas
and
keeping
those
meetings
focused
and
straight
and-
and
I
think
that's
why
we're
we're,
making
the
good
progress
that
we're
making
that,
in
addition
to
you,
know
all
of
the
skilled
professionals
that
we
have
on
that
committee.
So
so
it
has
been
good
leadership
there
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
I'm
sure
you're
going
to
continue
on
in
this
project,
at
least
for
some
time.
I
Yes,
looking
forward
to
your
continued
leadership
there,
and
you
know
the
the
addition
of
the
of
your
replacement
as
well
and
their
expertise,
I'm
sure
you're
going
to
continue
to
do
great
work
there.
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Any.
L
Have
a
chance,
I
I
just
want
to
again
thank
you
in
person
for
the
the
work
and
effort
that
was
put
into
the
whole
public
bridge.
You
know
that's
been
a
long
time
coming,
I
believe
they're
halfway
through
last
time,
I
spoke
to
mayor
baberson
and
she
was
happy
with
the
communication
that
the
town
was
receiving
from
the
county.
So
thank
you
for
for
that,
and
I
appreciate
all.
A
F
F
N
Good
afternoon,
madam
chair
members
of
the
county
commissioners,
I
am
delighted
to
be
here
this
afternoon
and
I
would
like
to
thank
coming
executive
dennis
levinson
as
well
as
administrator
until
russell
for
the
confidence.
In
me.
I
am
a
resident
of
atlanta
county
for
the
last
30
years,
or
so
after
graduating
from
college.
I
had
a
job
with
sans
casino,
and
now
my
jersey
girl,
I've
had
a
very
distinguished
career
in
healthcare.
N
In
addition
to
my
korean
hospitality
industry,
as
well,
as
you
know,
being
part
of
different
restaurant
initiatives
in
the
county
over
the
course
of
my
career,
I've
also
helped
different
executive
roles
within
publicly
traded
companies
such
as
united
healthcare.
My
last
role
was
vice
president
of
transportation.
N
So
I'm
delighted
that
today
you
are
considering
my
nomination
and
that,
hopefully,
with
my
track
record
in
being
of
service
to
others,
giving
back
over
the
last
since
I've
been
here,
I'm
not
been
part
of
the
county
in
one
way
or
another,
from
the
work
at
the
hispanic
alliance
of
balani
county
back
in
the
day
to
serving
on
the
iolani
county,
women's
commission
and
serving
in
20
years
as
a
policy
maker
and
university
transit
into
my
retirement,
and
you
know
other
board
services
that
I
have
in
terms
of
private
and
study
boards.
N
A
Thank
you
for
all
the
past
time
and
commitment
you've
put
into
the
county
any
comments
from
our
commissioners.
I
Yeah
just
first
of
all,
I
want
to
say
thank
you,
because
I
think
it
was
within
the
last
five
years
now
that
time
goes
by
so
quickly.
I
You
know
we
were
facing
some
serious
challenges
with
new
jersey,
transit
and
started
to
shut
down
and,
as
many
of
us
were,
making
trips
up
to
newark
for
some
of
those
meetings,
you
were
sitting
there
and
helping
to
fight
for
us,
and
I
think
that's
important
for
people
to
know
that,
no
matter
where
you
were
in
the
state,
you
were
always
fighting
for
atlanta,
county
and
orlando
county
residents.
I
I
think
that
your
service,
both
professionally
and
and
in
the
boards
that
you've
been
on
in
the
past,
will
serve
this
board.
Well,
I
really
appreciate
that
you
use
the
words
cutting
edge
stay
on
the
cutting
edge
because
while
and
this
is
no
criticism
of
of
our
our
staff
and
our
board
of
is
at
atlantic
community
college,
but
we
need
to
continually
be
on
the
on
the
cutting
edge
and
we
need
to
be
staying
on
our
toes
in
order
to
keep
that
enrollment.
I
You
know
we've
seen
we've
seen
decline,
so
we
have
to
figure
out.
How
do
we
get
it
back
up
stabilized
and
make
it
a
place
that
we
have?
We
attract
students
to
come,
and
then
you
know
like
yourself
and
many
others
to
stay
here
in
our
community
and
give
back.
So
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
that
perspective,
especially
with
some
of
the
cutting
edge
work
we
have
going
on
now
with
our
new
up
and
coming
cyber
security
and
esports
programs.
I
I
think
there's
a
lot
that
we
can
do
professionally
and
in
the
community
with
those
programs.
So
I'm
hoping
you'll
you'll
help
keep
that
in
the
forefront
as
well
and
again
accentuating
the
existing
programs.
We
have
like
culinary
white
nursing
and
things
like
that.
So
please
keep
that
in
the
forefront
of
your
mind
as
you
go
into
the
service
on
the
board.
Yeah.
N
I
look
forward
to
the
opportunity
to
partner
with
my
fellow
trustees,
but
also
with
you
know
that
dr
java
and
meeting
the
staff
there
yeah
great.
E
O
O
A
Okay
eddie?
Is
he
still
talking?
Okay,
his
mouth
was
going
to
maybe
talk
to
somebody
else
there
anything
from
the
public,
yeah,
okay,
well,
we'll.
J

Amending
resolution
number
12
adopted
january
14,
2020
number
130,
adopted
march
29
2022
and
number
325
adopted
june
21
2022
a
grant
agreement
with
the
new
jersey
department
of
transportation
for
the
fiscal
year,
20
annual
transportation
plan
to
include
the
jimmy
lee
drugs
section,
one
improvements
project
and
the
amended
application.
No
additional
calls.
F
A
G
A
J
A
J
A
Yes,
ocean
carries
jerry
jerry,
just
real
quick.
Do
we
have
an
update
on
how
many
atlantic
county
residents
roll
or
have
benefited
from
the
emergency
rental
assistance.
K
Yes,
I
can
get
if
we
get
from.
You
know
acia
to
our
administrator.
Okay,
if
you
like,
how
can
we
get
that
for
you,
yeah
yeah?
That
would
be
great.
A
F
J
A
G
H
There's
a
lot
of
sight
issues
at
the
animal
shelter
now
that
that
building
was
done,
I
believe
in
95,
so
we
we
have
a
lot
of
conditions,
we're
trying
to
resolve
okay.
So
it's
not
just
six
parking
spaces.
We
have
a
concrete
compactor,
that's
in
the
back
and
it's
placed
in
the
back
where
there's
grass
around
it.
So
when
our
public
works
comes
to
pick
the
compactor
up
in
the
winter
time
they
get
stuck
in
the
puddle.
So
we're
extending
the
parking
lot
back
to
the
compactor.
H
We're
going
to
take
that
pad
up
for
a
new
pattern,
also
the
parking
where
the
parking
lot
the
employees
where
they
park,
there's
not
enough
room
for
them
to
back
up
without
hitting
the
curtain.
They
actually
have
to
do
a
k
turn
to
get
out.
So
we're
going
to
remove
that
curve
and
we're
going
to
push
it
back,
so
they
can
back
up
and
leave
also
in
the
back
of
the
property.
H
This
was
an
existing
condition.
There
is
a
attempt,
there's
a
road,
temporary
stone
road
that
goes
through
the
back
of
the
property
well
over
time.
That
road
is
settled
and
we're
trying
we're
going
to
restore
that
road.
We're
going
to
raise
the
elevation
up,
we're
going
to
put
some
additional
drainage
back
there,
because
what
happens
in
the
winter
time
now
this
year,
we've
haven't
had
a
lot
of
rain,
but
we
had
in
the
past
and
when
I
was
there
last
winter,
it
was
completely
flooded
with
no
drainage
whatsoever.
H
So
I'm
going
to
try
to
take
care
of
that
problem
and
then
the
last
problem
is
the
the
parking
lot
for
customers
when
they
come
in
that's
beginning
to
deteriorate,
so
we're
just
going
to
mill
and
pave
that
parking
lot
and
restrike
that
make
it
at
least
match
the
other
side.
So
it's
a
lot
more
involved
than
just
six
parking
places.
It's
it's!
It's
it's
a
small
area,
but
it's
a
lot
of
work
to
be
done.
H
C
I
mean
that
area
is
basically
built
on
on
the
marsh
where
the
old
sewer
plant
was
for
100
years.
So
I
can.
I
can
see
there
being
a
lot
of
issues
underground,
that
gravel
road
is
that
being
used?
Are
you
paving
that
or
just
grab
one
again
so.
H
H
Actually,
no,
no,
unfortunately,
not
because
recently
I
just
found
out
pleasantville
has
adopted
a
new
flood
in
the
zone
right
so
that
generator
now
has
to
be
six
feet
so
and
now
we
just
did
some
boring
tests
out
there
to
see
the
ground
sampling
and
all
that
to
see
what
type
of
structure
we
can
actually
build.
So
we
just
thought
we
could
put
a
generator
in
that's
not
the
case.
Now
it's
going
to
be
this
okay!
G
A
E

G
J
F
A
O
I
So,
just
really
quickly,
if
we
can
just
go
back
to
creed's,
I
guess
question,
which
is:
why
didn't
esl
manner
get
any
funding,
and
my
my
guess
from
my
recollection
selection
on
that
jerry
is.
It
was
four
towns
that
have
municipal
alliance
well,.
K
He
was
programmed
or
applied,
yes
yeah.
He
was
taught
he
was.
He
was
talking
about
the
the
four
the
410,
which
is
the
drug
drug
and
alcohol,
correct.
I
K
Yeah,
you
know
they,
they
were
part
of
somebody
and
they
dropped
out
and
I
they're
they're
on
you
have
you
have
carriages
or
jennifer
peelhouse
right.
L
Hey
how's
it
going
brian
wilson,
atlanta,
county,
miss
alliance
coordinator.
This
grant
was
open
to
active
and
interested
municipal
alliances.
Estelle
matter
was
not
interested
due
to
stamping
issues,
so
they
are
not
participating.
I
O
O
I
L
Well,
they
are,
they
do
participate
in
the
regular
municipal
alliance
grant.
This
is
an
additional
grant
for
the
municipal
alliances.
A
A
G
A
Second,
you
must
remain
second
in
any
comments
from
the
commissioners
saying
hearing
none
anything
from
the
public.
J
E
F
I
F
A
A
Seconded
any
comments
from
the
questions
anything
from
public
okay.
J
A
J
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Risley
who's
chaired
that
special
committee.
We
were
reviewing
the
resolution
that
commissioners
are
gonna,
go
forward
since
he's
having
audio
problems.
He
just
sent
me
a
text,
so
I'm
going
to
read
his
text
that
the
committee
has
decided
that
they
thought
we
should
not
consider
that
that
resolution
and
that's
what
he
texted
me.
So
I
wanted
to
give
that
report
in
lieu
of
his
audio
problems.
A
Copies
of
written
communication
petition
any
commissioner
comments
on
anything
that
they
may
have
read.
Let
me
see:
okay,
good,
we'll
now
open
the
public
portion
public
comments
portion.
Anyone
in
person
that
would
like
to
speak
during
public
comments.
Please
come
to
the
podium
and
state
your
name
in
the
town
you
reside,
you'll
be
provided
up
to
three
minutes
to
speak
if
you're
attending
virtually
please
type.
P
So
I've
been
there
every
day
to
the
convention,
and
yesterday
we
had
our
vice
president
came
into
town,
and
I'm
told
that
we
still
have
secret
service
walking
around
the
convention
and
no
one
knows
what
it's
for
so
there's
speculation
that
may
be
a
surprise
guest
coming
into
our
town
into
our
county
tomorrow.
So
nobody
knows
who
I
won't
speculate
right
now,
but
I
did
hear
some
rumors
about
who's
going
to
be
coming
in.
So
somebody
that
requires
secret
service.
C
P
P
He
had
a
special
little
hookup.
I
don't
know
what
it
was,
but
it
was
pretty
cool.
So
it
was.
We
have
a
lot
of
our
leaders,
the
secretary
of
housing
was
there
is
here
in
town
as
well,
so
there's
a
lot
of
leaders
in
our
county
and
they're
going
and
free
within.
You
know
a
lot
of
the
casinos
and
a
lot
of
local
businesses
which
are
just
helping
our
local
economy.
So
good
things.
A
P
A
I
Order
chair,
I
just
want
to
recognize
trying
to
pull
the
information
off,
but
unfortunately
I
can't
get
it
right
now,
but
I
I
believe
commissioner
risley
has
has
spoken
to
this
in
the
past,
but
I
I
do
know
the
I
think
a
former
press
release
went
out
about
the
south
jersey.
I
think
it's
the
transportation
planning
organization,
I
think
you're
getting.
I
Yeah
about
getting
to
the
financial
solution
yeah,
I
know
he
has
spoken
to
it
in
the
past.
I
just
want
to
recognize
that
you
know
that
information
they
go
out
publicly
and
again
recognize
the
effort
that
that
has
been
certainly
put
forward.
I
I
also
wanted
to
recognize
gilda's
club
held
their
their
annual
dragon
boat
festival
out
at
lake
lenape
and,
as
you
all
know,
we
had
to
approve
the
special
ordinance
to
be
able
to
move
to
the
other
side
of
london
p,
because
the
renovations
going
on
at
the
park,
which,
by
the
way,
are
looking
amazing
but
the
dragon
boat
was
thankfully
very
awesome.
I
L
I
For
for
all
the
work
that
they
put
in
in
making
that
side
of
the
of
the
park
work,
so
thanks
jared
said
on,
I
also
wanted
to
say
buena
festa
to
mount
st
carmel
and
hamilton.
Our
own
bertina
was
in
there
cooking
with
the
sons
of
italy
putting
his
public
service
in
there.
It
was
a
really
great
festival
all
week
in
hamilton
and
I
think
jimmy
we.
We
had
a
couple
requests
for
some
roads
to
go
in
our
roads
and
bridges
lists
from
the
procession.
I
So
we'll
have
to
take
a
look
at
that,
but
I
did
want
to
just
recognize
again:
it's
the
oldest
and
longest
running
italian
heritage
carnival
in
the
country
right
here
in
atlanta
county.
So
it's
pretty
pretty
awesome
and
then
first
week
in
august
we
all
have
national
night
out
coming
up.
I
A
B
I
wanted
to
bring
up
or
actually
ask
a
question
about
the
buildings
that
they're
pursuing
into
the
city
of
northfield
for
assisted
living
behind
the
nursing
home.
Now
I
spoke
to
a
gentleman
from
the
archdiocese
of
camden
yesterday
again
about
this,
and
he
said
that
he
has
proposed.
He
said
a
few
meetings
with
the
city
of
northfield
and
I
wanted
to
get
ask
if
there
are
any
comments
about
that
from
you.
K
That
they
would
like
to
build
senior
housing
over
by
the
nursing
home.
They
sent
an
original
plan
and
the
plan
was
next
to
what
would
be
transportation
units.
So,
if
you
familiar
with
with
the
bike
path,
it
would
be
as
you're
facing
pleasant
on
the
right
side
of
the
bike
there
and-
and
there
were
conversations
about
you
know-
that's
probably
the
wrong
location
for
a
number
of
reasons.
Access
is
not
as
good
and
miss
brennan
and
several
other
northfield
residents
believe
that
there
might
be
part
of
the
cemetery
there.
K
Even
though
there's
no
recorded
record
of
that,
and
so
we
asked
the
diocese
to
look
on
the
other
side
of
the
pad
closer
to
the
nursing
home,
and
so
they
did
a
rendition
and
submitted
it
to
the
city
to
see
again,
it's
fine
with
it
we're
very
supportive
of
the
program
so
originally
and
miss
brent's,
mentioning
assisted
living.
The
housing
is
going
to
be
housing
for
senior
citizens.
K
E
K
If
there
was
a
way
to
do
some
assisted
living
and
what
his
name
is
jamie
reynolds,
so
mr
reynolds
said
that
in
the
funding
that's
presently
available
for
senior
housing,
they
allow
for
some
of
the
units
to
be
assisted
living.
So
technically
you
you're,
independent
in
the
type
of
housing
and
building.
If
you
needed
services
they
are,
are
now
able
to
get
money
for
certain
units
to
provide
those
services,
and
so
what
what
this
would
afford.
K
Those
individuals
was
the
ability
to,
for
example,
if
they
needed
therapy,
they
could
go
into
the
nursing
home
to
use
the
therapy
for
the
service
that
we
have
there
and
and
the
other
services
at
home
delivery
meals,
we'd
be
able
to
provide
the
home,
delivered
meals,
the
services
for
in-home
care.
We
had
through
work.
You
know
through
the
office
on
18,
which
is
part
of
intergenerational
services,
so
that
the
marriage
is
a
fantastic
marriage.
I
mean
I
I
mean
I
I
could
go
back
almost
30
years.
K
When
we
had
this
conversation
with
the
prior
county
executive
and
administrator,
we
had
proposed
putting
housing
back
there
to
do
to
do
assistant
living
I
mean.
So
it's
not
a
an
idea
that
hasn't
been
you
know
thrown
out
before,
and
the
town
is
very
supportive
of
it
at
the
present
time.
So
right
now,
that's
that's
it
they're
they're,
doing
schematic
drawings.
Now
working
up,
you
know
what
would
be
the
drainage
as
well
as
where
the
housing
would
sit.
The
drainage
would
sit.
K
B
So
I
I
want
to
I
want
to
answer
what
first
of
all
I
I
live
in
this
town,
I
live
right
across
the
street
and
I'm
the
one
that
complained
about
them,
putting
the
facility
on
the
graveyard,
and
we
know
it's
a
graveyard
and
what
I'm
saying
is-
and
I
I
spoke
to
jamie
reynolds
yesterday
about
this.
B
My
whole
issue
is:
is
the
traffic
problem
and
now
you're
saying
and
jimmy
reynolds
said
yesterday.
This
was
all
going
to
be
assisted
living.
There
would
be
no
traffic
issues,
but
we've
heard
all
that
before,
and
that
is
not
true
because
as
you're
saying
now
that
it's
going
to
be
like
a
gradual
thing
or
maybe
some
assisted
living.
E
B
B
I
can't
figure
this
out
and
I
I
know
you're
you're
you're
trying
to
assist,
but
there
is
no
open
space
in
this
city
and
it's
out
it's
just
unbelievable-
that
this
is
still
going
on,
and
I
know
for
a
fact
and
because
I
talked
to
vince
mazzy
on
the
phone
yesterday
that
they
had
asked
originally
the
saint
giannis
church
to
put
it
behind
there,
which
would
be
a
much
better
location
because
there's
no
house
very
little
houses
back
there.
B
This
is
a
traffic
driven
street
already
with
the
buses
there's
how
many
buses
over
there
and
it's
it's
ongoing
all
day,
long
between
with
the
county
trucks,
the
county
buses,
the
county
employees
from
all
up
and
down
this
street.
It's
like
a
drag
race
and
it
is
just
out
of
control
and
we've
attempted
many
times
to
to
try
to
get
the
police
over
here.
B
I
just
want
to
know
where
any
of
this
is
go
and
how
did
it
get
this
far
already,
that's
my
opinion,
my
opinion,
multiple
people
and
I'm
I'm
blasting
it
out
on
facebook.
I
do
not
want
anything
else
on
this
street
you're
already
constructing
or
getting
ready
to
construct
a
10,
000
square
foot
warehouse
that
you're
claiming
that's
not
going
to
be
any.
It's
not
going
to
be
any
traffic,
but
we
know
that's
not
going
to
be
true
either
because
it's
it's.
K
Well,
I
mean
I
can't
talk
about
the
traffic,
I
mean,
there's
a
schematic.
Once
we
get
the
schematics
about
the
parking
I
mean
I've
seen
I've
seen
the
joins,
but
I
haven't
seen
the
final
schematic
drawings.
I
mean
I've
seen
the
initial
renderings
by
their
their
design
team,
with
respect
to
taxes
that
was
discussed
with
the
town
they
they
will.
They
do,
they
do
pay
taxes
and
they
they,
whether
they
call
it
a
pilot.
K
Whatever
you
want
to
call
it,
they
they
do
afford
payments
to
the
attempt
and
we,
but
that
was
part
of
the
discussion
that
they'd
have
with
us.
We
set
the
meeting,
you
know
with
the
mayor
and
he
put
a
committee
together
and
that
was
discussed
with
with
with
them
through
the
diocese,
so
they
there
will
be.
They
will
be
thanks
and
something
to
be
down.
Thank.
B
B
It's
just,
I
don't
understand
a
connection
between
the
county
and
the
archdiocese
and
why
they're
trying
to
stuff
something
in
to
that
property
over
there
and
put
70
places
for
I
don't
know
if
god
only
knows
how
many
people
are
going
to
be
in
this
facility,
it's
not
just
going
to
be
one
person,
and
we
already
know
the
the
the
archdiocese
has
multiple
facilities
around
here
and
they
charge
upwards
of
four
to
six
thousand
dollars
a
month.
So
how
is
that?
A
K
You'll
be
able
to
see
them
and
the
course
and
the
cost
right,
46
thousand
dollars-
that's
that's
not
even
5
thousand
boardwalk,
four
to
six
thousand
dollars
a
month,
so
I
mean
they'll
they're,
normal
they'll
be
normal
rents
and
they
they
do
get
the
certificates
which
allow
for
some
of
the
payments
of
30
30
nowhere.
So
if
I'm
at
a
certain
income
level,
a
certificate
would
pay
70
percent
of
my
rent,
I
would
pay
30
percent
of
my
rent.
So
these
these
are
not
exclusive
appointments.
Thank
you.
Just
for
the
public's.
I
Benefit,
can
you
possibly
just
take
through
the
the
planning
process
for
a
project
like
this?
I
would
imagine
at
the
municipal
level
it
goes
through.
It
goes
through
planning
and
zoning
approvals
right,
and
then
I
imagine
we
have
some
kind
of
planning
or
zoning
approval
if
it's,
if
it's
on
our
property
or
not,
can
you
just
take
through
for
the
public.
K
Benefits
so
under
normal
circumstances,
you
know
the
county
does
not
have
to
go
and
get
municipal
approvals.
County
government
ever
since
I
can
remember
always
goes
for
municipal
approval,
so
everything
we
do
in
the
town
goes
through
the
town.
In
this
particular
case,
the
the
decision
to
call
the
county
with
a
county
executive
was
because
they
saw
that
we
had
a
nursing
home
and
they
did
some
other
inquiry
inquiries
about.
What
else
is
on
this
campus
and
one
of
the
things
we
have
on
the
campus
is
the
office
on
asia.
K
They
thought
it
was
a
good
idea
to
to
explore
that
concept.
It's
a
great
concept,
I
mean,
I
hate
to
say
it
as
the
office
on
aging
director.
At
one
time.
I
don't
know
how
many
times
I
was
involved
in
these
kind
of
conversations
so
obviously
asked
us
to
go
through
our
normal
process,
so
our
normal
process
was
called.
The
mayor
said
to
the
mayor
of
the
thief
that
the
diocese
he
called
to
say
they'd
like
to
put
the
I
think
it's
70
units
on
our
property.
K
K
The
mayor
decided
to
put
a
committee
together
to
really
explore
this
in
more
detail
and-
and
then
mr
reynolds
put
together
the
plan
that
initially
the
initial
plan
that
if
it
was
approved,
we'd
go
to
their
design
team,
and
so
that's
what
we
did.
We
had
a
second
meeting
with
the
committee
that
the
mayor
put
together.
We
showed
them
that
that
plan.
Actually
the
diocese,
showed
him
the
plan.
We
were
obviously
we're
a
participant,
so
we
were
at
the
meeting
and
so
that's
where
we
are
they.
K
The
committee
would
like
to
see
what
the
full
plan
would
look
like,
and
so
that's
what
they're
doing
now
they're
doing
the
schematics,
which
includes
the
drainage,
which
is
which
is
a
big
issue
and
and
where
the
position
of
the
building
would
be
on
our
property
and
and
the
relationship
to
the
to
the
nursing
home.
And
so
that's
what
we're
waiting
for
now
and
that
does
yes,
it
does
have
have
a
public
portion
of
that
for
for
review.
C
Mr
bells
yeah
a
couple
questions
one:
how
long
has
the
county?
How
many
years
has
the
county
owned
these
properties
on.
K
And
you
know
we
own
from
across
the
street
all
the
way
through
to
brunei.
I
mean,
like
you
know,
even
that
wooden
area
we've
actually
discussed
with
them.
The
wooded
area
that
was
discussed-
we've
discussed
that
on
with
many
people
that
that
wooded
area
that
doesn't
lend
itself
to
what
they
would
like
to
do
with
the
nursing
home.
I
think
that's
the
issues.
C
Right
and
just
follow
the
question:
how
would
that
work
with
the
county
lease
that
property
to
them
or
the
county
selling,
that
property,
giving.
K
K
K
K
K
A
Thank
you
jerry.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
okay,
so
we
have
something
else
that
I
would
like
to
speak.
We
have
been
out
of
a
public
session
for
a
while
now,
so
I
am
going
to
ask
that
michelle
michelle
post
we'll
bring
her
up,
but
if
you
can.
Q
Oh
hi,
I
think
the
question
was
just
addressed,
but
I
was
a
little
confused
about
when
the
diocese
approached
you
did.
They
say
you
know
we
will
buy
the
land,
I
mean
I
don't
understand
like.
Wouldn't
they
wouldn't
they
give
you
an
indication
of
of
what
they
were
expecting
to
give
in
return
for
the
land.
K
Well,
the
initial
the
initial
discussions
were.
Would
you
allow
us
to
to
consider
putting
this
this
concept
on
your
property?
We
said
yes
and-
and
we
still
haven't,
got
to
work
through
all
the
details,
because
we
don't
know
how
much
land
they
need
and
then
you
know
we've
got
to
put
a
value
on
that
and
then
obviously
the
tam
wanted
to
know
whether
they
want
to
pay
taxes.
K
So,
yes,
we
never
discussed
with
them
the
the
the
actual
payment.
But
what
we
discussed
was
the
concept.
Does
the
concept
make
sense?
Does
it
does
this?
Does
having
having
a
a
senior
housing
complex
with
the
potential
for
some
of
the
units
to
be
assisted
living
be?
Is
it
a
functional
use
of
the
space
to
be
near
the
nursing
home
and
the
office
on
aging?
We
thought
it
was
a
great
idea
and,
like
I
said
here,
we've
discussed
this
over
over
my
time
as
as
a
as
as
a
member
of
county
government.
K
That
concept
has
been
thrown
around
many
times,
and
so
this
gave
us
an
opportunity.
So,
yes,
we
still
have
to
go
through
how
much
land
where
it's
going
to
be
situated,
you
know,
does:
does
the
drainage
fit?
Doesn't
the
drainage
fit?
You
know
we
have
to
look
at
the
traffic
issues,
like
mr
brennan
said,
but
once
that's
all
done,
we'll
probably
you
know
be
there'll,
be
a
value
to
that
and
we'll
have
that
discussions
with
the
diocese
and
as
as
the
as
the
town
did
about
the
taxes.
K
Q
I
mean,
would
you
be,
would
you
be
willing
to
say
that
you
would
not
you
know,
would
you
be
willing
to
promise,
you
would
not
give
the
land
away.
A
Okay
for
the
good
of
the
order,
I
just
want
to
mention
that
a
a
new
suicide
in
crisis
lifeline
for
those
who
may
not
be
aware,
starting
this
past
saturday
july
16th,
a
new
program,
was
implemented
where
an
individual
or
someone
you
know
who
is
having
a
suicidal
thoughts
or
experience
a
mental
health
or
substance
abuse
crisis
can
call
or
text
988.
A
C
Just
that
feature
will
also
allow
you
to
text
back
and
forth
with
a
counselor.
Instead
of
just
you
know,
the
younger
younger
generation
would
rather
text
than
talk
yeah
yeah,
that's
what
they
say
they
could
do.
They
do
both
and
get
into
a
whole
conversation
about
that,
and
you
know,
and
it
doesn't
matter
where
you're
at
you
could
be
in
florida
or
you
can
be
in
atlantic
city,
and
you
never
thought
you
can.
A
The
new
prosecutor
is
going
into
a
number
of
items
that
he's
addressing
and
we
were
over
in
atlantic
city
and
he
did
have
a
psa
about
it.
Talking
about
how
he's
coordinating
between
the
city
between
the
courts
and
the
in
the
individual,
so
he's
got
a
lot
that
he
is
addressing
and
we're
very
happy
to
see
it.
It
looks
like
it's
going
to
be
very
successful
too,
but
it's
all
in
it's
atlantic
city
police.
It's
the
prosecutor's
office.
A
Again
it's
the
courts
and
trying
to
get
the
the
individuals
that
are
repeat
they
really
look
at
that
strongly
because
that
seems
to
happen
a
lot
in
atlantic
city
and
we
were
down
with
the
courts
too
from
for
the
coba
type
when
everything
was
shut
down.
So
a
lot
of
the
people
weren't
even
going
to
court
that
had
to
they
had
you
know
a
number
of
substances,
substance
summoned
so
with
that
some
of
them
were
up
to
like
a
hundred
more
sometimes.
C
Well,
yeah
they
basically
they
put
a
ban
on
issuing
warrants,
we're
not
showing
up
for
court.
So
now
that,
now
that
the
cover
restrictions
are
over
they're
going
to
to
issue
the
warrants
and
they're
going
to
push
for
the
incarceration
of
the
repeat
offenders,
you
know
it's
a
lot
of
it's
petty
theft
in
the
in
the
walk.
You
know
shoplifting
and
everything,
but
it's
over
and
over
and
over
and
over
and
over
again-
and
you
know
they
they
go
in
and
steal
one
of
them
handbags
or
gucci
or
something
like
that.
C
A
Bucks,
they
go,
sell
it
and
then
they
come
back.
They
don't
get
anywhere
near
what
you
know
the
person's
own
guys
down
on
the
bike.
I
understand
they're
going
to
go,
sell
it
and
then
you
know
they
might
get
a
summons
and
then
they're
back
again
doing
the
same
thing.
So
this
is
something
that's
really
going
to
be
looked
at
and
stressed,
and
you
know
it's
nice
to
see
that
you
know
everybody
working
together,
trying
to
get
that
fixed
good
program.
P
Yeah
also
for
those
that
are
riding,
I
know,
that's
a
big
thing,
even
in
government
township,
now
there's
a
lot
of
folks
riding
the
atvs
without
helmets
and
riding
up
and
down
across
the
streets
and
those
type
of
things
that
are
affecting
the
quality
of
living
in
the
cities
and
towns.
You
know-
and
I
love
his
language
because,
as
he
said,
he's
offering
people
to
get
help
first,
we're
going
to
try
to
help
you
right.
First,
if
you
don't
want
the
help
right
right
and.
I
I
Yeah,
that's
it
right.
I
just
thought
it
was
a
great
five
years
that
psa
is
posted
on
the
prosecutor
office,
facebook,
page
and
a
big
other
social
media
outlet.
So
we
would
encourage
everybody
to
share
it
and
help
get
the
word
out
on
that
program
for
sure
and
I'm
hoping
we'll
get
the
new
prosecutor
in
here
at
some
point
so
yeah
to.
C
Are
here
I'm
going
to
buy
back
over
to
indiana
township
the
the
bike
path,
county
bike
path
and
them
set
center
ballards?
Are
they
should
they
be
up?
I
see
that
they're.
A
lot
of
them
are
down.
They
used
to
be
up
and
have
a
lock
on
them
to
keep
vehicles
from
going
onto
the
bike
path.
D
They
may
have
put
them
down
to
do
the
cutting
the
grass.
C
A
D
So
jerry
griffin,
the
almost
former
director
of
facilities-
and
I
wanted
to
take
this
moment
to
thank
people-
I
thank
chris
palermo
for
stepping
up
and
I'm
sure
he'll
do
a
great
job
of
facilities.
I
want
to
thank
everybody
here
of
course,
especially
mr
levinson
gerry
delaso,
of
course,
my
boss,
diana
rotala,
jim
all
the
commissioners.
D
It's
been
an
honor
and
pleasure
to
work
for
atlantic
county
for
the
last
little
over
19
years.
So
I'm
going
to
miss
you
all
we're
going
to
miss
you
too,
while
I'm
on
the
beach.
K
K
Chris
will
do
a
good
job
and,
and
hopefully
jerry,
as
they
said,
to
jerry
you'll
you'll
be
fired
somewhere
around
three
or
four
months
and
they'll
want
to
come
back.
So
we
said
you
know
we'll
always
have
a
spot.
