Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
I
just
would
like
to
have
a
moment
of
silence
for
the
many
people
that
and
families
that
are
involved,
the
tragic
you
know,
accident
in
miami
with
the
building
collapse.
A
A
A
A
Here:
okay,
anyone
that
would
like
to
speak
during
public
comments.
Please
type!
Yes
in
the
question
and
answer
box
you'll
be
raised
from
an
attendee
to
a
panelist
when
you're
raised,
please
state
your
name
and
the
town
that
you
reside.
B
Purpose
of
our
special
meeting,
the
purpose
of
this
special
meeting
for
the
board
is
for
the
board
to
consider
resolution
number
85
of
2021
to
adopt
the
amended
county
budget
resolution.
Number
85
2021
has
been
amended
pursuant
to
new
jersey,
statutes,
annotated,
40,
a
colon
4-9
by
resolution
number
265
of
2021.
A
Thank
you
and
I
do
want
to
as
we
go
into
reading
the
resolution.
Thank
our
staff,
the
administration,
bonnie
diane,
jerry
everybody.
You
know
what
they
had
to
put
into
this
to
get
it.
You
know,
through
you
know,
to
the
stage
we
will
now
have
resolution
265.
C
D
So
just
just
a
reminder,
if
I
may,
madam
chair,
this
is
the
amendments
as
a
result
of
what
will
be
changing
the
budget
to
put
the
american
rescue
act
dollars
in
and
that's
why
we've
kind
of
been
on
this
waiting
game
for
the
guidance
so
that
that
is
what
this
specific
amendment
is
for.
B
C
C
A
E
Commissioner,
thank
you.
Okay,
a
long
time
ago
when
we
were
first
considering
the
budget,
I
had
asked
for
money
to
be
set
aside
for
food
distribution
in
the
first
two
quarters
of
2021,
I
had
asked
for
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
and
I
believe
I
was
told
that
ten
thousand
dollars
would
come
from
the
acia.
Did
that
happen.
A
E
B
B
E
A
Okay,
the
emotions
been
made
in
second
as
amended.
This
is
the
final
reading.
D
Just
again,
you
know
want
to
thank
our
our
budget
team,
not
only
for
the
work
that
they
did
getting
us
to
the
point
of
having
our
introduced
budget
ready,
but
the
due
diligence
that
they
did
in
making
sure
we
were
taking
advantage
of
every
dollar
of
that
american
rescue
act.
It
it
did
have
an
impact
on
our
bottom
line,
to
the
amount
that
we're
raising
by
taxation.
It
did
lessen
that.
D
So
that's
a
good
thing,
and
I
just
also
want
to
remind
everybody
that
the
county,
executive's
message
with
regard
to
the
budget
is
on
our
website.
You
can,
just
simply,
you
know:
google,
atlantic
county
budget,
2021
and
it'll
come
up
and
it'll
give
again
all
the
highlights
that
we
went
over
in
february
to
talk
about
what
we
accomplished
and
how
we
got
where
we
were
going
with
this
this
new
budget.
A
Yeah
yeah
do
we
have
any
other
commissioner
comments?
Yeah.
You
know.
I
absolutely
agree,
commissioner
gatta
they
and
it
took
a
lot.
I
mean
they
got
it
at
the
last
minute
they
had.
You
know
our
staff.
Our
team
had
to
put
a
lot
of
time
and
commitment
into
getting
this
right.
So
we
all
do
appreciate
that.
Is
there
any
comments
from
the
public?
I.
A
C
Yeah,
I
also
I
kind
of
want
to
follow
up
on
commissioner
gatto's
comments.
I
mean
it
does
appear
that
the
overall
county
budget
looks
like
it
has
an
increase
in
spending,
but,
as
she
said,
it's
important
to
point
out
that
the
amount
to
be
raised
by
taxation
is
reduced
as
a
result
of
this
money
from
the
american
cares
act,
and
this
is
a
prudent
budget
that
definitely
sets
us
up
to
be.
C
You
know,
conservative
and
fiscally
responsible
moving
forward,
and
you
know,
doesn't
lead
us
to
major
holes
in
the
budget
as
we
progress
in
the
years
to
come
as
well.
A
Thank
you,
commissioner,
dave
any
other
comments
from
our
commissioners,
dean
or
nearing
and
okay.
So
now
any
comments
from
the
public.
E
C
B
C
A
Yes,
motion
carries.
That
concludes
the
written
portion
of
our
agenda,
we'll
now
open
the
public
comments
portion,
anyone
that
would
like
to
speak.
Please
type,
yes
in
the
question
and
answer
box
and
then
you'll
be
raised
as
an
attendee
or
as
a
panelist,
and
please
state
your
name
and
city
that
you
come
from.
