very
Happy
events
to
do
today.
D
Miss
New
Jersey
on
June
17
2023
at
Resorts,
Casino
Hotel
in
Atlantic
City.
Now
there
for
be
it
resolved
by
the
Atlanta
County
Board
of
Commissioners
hereby's
congratulates
Victoria
mozitis
on
earning
the
title
of
Miss
New
Jersey,
2023
and
wizards
her
well.
In
this
role
and
in
the
upcoming
Miss
America
competition.
A
A
A
F
F
All
those
things
that
Atlanta
County
has
to
offer
led
me
to
start
my
literacy
program
and
eventually
become
the
state
spokesperson
for
the
largest
scholarship
provider
for
women
in
the
country,
and
so
I
I
owe
so
much
to
being
here
in
Atlanta,
County
and
living
here,
and
it's
a
great
honor
and
thank
you
so
much
for
having
me.
Thank
you
tonight.
C
G
Not
saying
we
haven't
had
nobody
from
Atlantic,
County
I
think
there
was
another
missing
Jersey
representative:
they
don't
be
in
the
family,
but.
C
J
A
Yes,
Risley,
yes,
the
other
happy
event
we
have
today
is
we're
honoring
resolution.
374
I,
understand
motion
without
that
and
we
have
our
Atlantic
County
circuits
office,
Atlantic,
County,
Circuit,
Jim
curse
here
with
us,
and
some
of
the
staff
I
believe
is
here
and
he
has
brought
great
honor
also
to
Atlantic
County
who's
being
ranked
as
the
number
one
surrogance
office
in
the
state.
So
that's
that's.
Quite
an
honor
Jim.
I
C
I
I
I
want
to
have
to
say
the
probate
court
is
a
success
because
of
the
assignment
judge,
Michael
blay
and
our
Probate
Judge
Sue
Shepherd,
but
I
want
to
make
a
special
thank
you
to
this
board
for
the
way
you
have
supported
us
and
also
executive
Levinson
and
the
County
Administration,
because
anytime
we
have
needed
anything.
We
can
call
Jerry
del
Rosso
Diana
Bonnie
our
Treasurer,
who
is
here
Jim
Ferguson
anyone
we
have
needed.
We
have
been
able
to
lean
on
and
we
lean
on
every
Department
in
the
county.
I
I
I
know
you
have
a
hard
job
to
sit
here
and
balance
all
the
competing
interests,
but
you
do
a
terrific
job
up
here
and
to
maintain
the
Surplus
that
you
do
and
to
keep
taxes
under
control
and
you've
done
all
these
are
extraordinary
things
and
they
become
routine
in
Atlantic
County.
Because
of
the
quality
of
the
work
this
board
does
nobody
could
do
anything
here
without
your
support
in
Atlanta
County
government.
So
thank
you
to
the
board
for
and
thank
you
for
this
great
honor.
It
means
the
world.
Congratulations.
H
A
C
D
A
H
Thank
you,
Mr
chairman.
As
you
know,
you
probably
got
copies
of
my
resume.
Yes
included,
so
I've
been
with
Atlantic
County
government,
since
1986.
I
started
two
weeks
out
of
the
college
from
the
University
of
Delaware
with
a
degree
in
geography
and
I
spent
most
of
my
life
in
the
planning
department,
my
working
life
in
the
planning
department,
so
I'd
like
to
say
that
I
I
know
a
lot
about
or
a
little
about
a
lot
of
things.
H
I
can
go
through
my
you
know:
General
project
history,
if
you'd
like,
but
you
know,
I'm
looking
forward
to
the
the
opportunity
we
have
a
great
great
group
of
people
over
in
the
department
of
regional
planning,
Renee's
doing
a
great
job
and
she's
been
really
great.
With
me
and
I
appreciate
that
I
appreciate
the
confidence
that
the
county
executive
has
placed
in
Me
by
nominating
me
for
this
position.
It
basically
started
from
the
bottom
and
worked
my
you
know,
self-hop
over
the
years
and
I've
been
involved
in
a
lot
of
different
different
projects.
H
So
I
look
forward
to
the
the
opportunity,
I
like
to
say,
I'm,
pretty
good
with
people
so
I
like
working
with
the
staff
over
the
years
I've
run
into
a
lot
of
great
department,
heads
division,
directors,
staff,
people.
That
taught
me
a
lot
and
I'd
like
to
think
at
this
point
in
my
career.
I
can
really
share
that
with
with
the
younger
members
and
the
staff,
and
you
know,
help
the
county
and
move
the
county
forward.
A
H
H
H
You
know
we
were
getting
a
casino
a
year
being
built
Showboat,
you
know
all
the
casinos
were
coming
to
town
developers
couldn't
get
in
the
door
fast
enough,
and
then
we
went
through
the
early
90s
where
we
had
kind
of
a
Slowdown,
and
then
it
was
a
realization
that
you
know
we
really
needed
to
diversify
the
economy,
and
then
a
move
was
made
to
established
the
economic
Alliance
and
Lauren
Moore
Lauren,
as
many
of
you
know,
used
to
be
the
director
in
the
office
of
planning
when,
in
the
mid
90s,
when
I
was
a
junior
staff
member
there
and
you.
H
Think,
that's
that's
a
big
thing
and
we're
working.
You
know
our
department
Renee
and
myself
and
others
are
working
with
Lauren
the
airport
sjta
Steve
Mazer.
H
We
just
had
a
meeting
about
the
emphasis
on
cargo
facilities
out
at
the
airport
and
they're,
going
to
learn
more
in
the
ACA
proceed:
the
175
000
U.S,
Eda,
Grant
and
they're,
going
to
consult
with
art,
Michael
Baker
International
to
do
a
corridor
study,
basically
from
White
Horse
Pike
along
Pomona
road
to
the
expressway
to
come
up
with
right
away
with
some
general
improvements
that
are
going
to
be
needed
to
support
this
effort.
So
I
think
diversifying
the
economy
is
like
a
big
one.
H
Another
thing
that's
coming
around
is
the
state
plan.
We
just
got
an
invitation
to
participate
in
a
meeting
we're
going
to
have
a
meeting
in
a
couple
of
weeks
with
the
office
of
playing
advocacy.
So
that's
coming
around
again
the
last
time
the
state
plan
came
around
and
it
it
was
2001
and
then
under
the
Christie
Administration
in
2011
they
did
a
draft
plan
that
was
never
adopted.
So
basically
it's
been
22
years
since
they've
done
from
that.
H
Those
are
those
are
you
know,
two
big
issues
and
I
also
believe
Solid
Waste
Management
for
the
future
is
going
to
be
a
big
deal.
You
know
the
landfill's
got
about
five
to
eight
years
from
what
I've
heard
through
our
slack
meetings-
and
you
know
so-
there's
gonna
and
there's
a
lot
of
changes
going
on
in
technology
and
how
they
handle
waste,
solid
waste.
H
So
moving
forward,
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
things
going
on
with
that
we're
looking
at
it
within
our
department,
we
have
a
solid
waste
plan
that
tnm
did
back
in
2009
that
we're
looking
to
update
for
the
future,
but
you
know
that
that's
changing
rapidly
as
well.
So
that's
going
to
be
a
big,
a
big
thing
on
the
horizon.
H
And
the
the
sjtpl
is
doing
a
freight
study,
I
forgot
to
add
for
the
Ford
County
region,
Atlantic
cage,
some
Cumberland
and
Salem
to
study
Freight
throughout,
but,
like
I
said,
Atlantic
County
has
its
own
specific
study
going
on
or
we'll
have
going
on.
For
that
you
know
the
area
around
the
airport,
which
will
be
important.
H
J
A
M
Thank
you
to
the
board
for
having
me
thank
you
to
Administration
for
seeing
something
in
myself
that
maybe
I
didn't
see.
You
know
three.
M
Four
years
ago,
I
appreciate
all
the
opportunities
I've
been
getting
I've
been
two
years
here,
as
the
division
director
for
public
health
have
to
be
honest,
when
I
stepped
in
the
role
we
thought
covid
was
winding
down
and
maybe
I
could
be
able
to
get
to
know
Public
Health
again,
because
I
had
been
here
in
the
90s
and
a
lot
had
changed
since
I
had
been
here
but
covet
kind
of
took
over
and
had
to
handle
all
that
so
I'd
say
maybe
within
the
last
year
or
so
I've
been
able
to
really
get
to
know
the
staff
get
to
know
what
we're
going
to
work
on
where
we
need
to
refocus,
and
you
can
probably
see
in
my
resume
prior
to
coming
here,
I
was
in
intergenerational
Services.
M
I
would
say
that
I
think
everything
I
did.
There
is
what
enabled
me
to
be
here
today
to
be
able
to
even
entertain
the
idea
of
running
a
division.
You
know
investigating
cases
of
abuse
and
neglect.
You
have
to
be
a
really
good
negotiator.
You
have
to
be
able
to
look
at
people's
strengths
and
build
that
up
also
recognize
their
weaknesses
and
find
a
way
to
support
people
through
making
change
real
change.
So.
I
N
I
think
the
big
one
that
has
been
what
is
the
lead
I
think
for
a
while
you've
now
passed
your
test
right,
I.
M
Passed
part
one:
okay,
good
right
excitement
for
all,
because
I
had
been
there.
You
know
time
and
time
again,
with
the
Department
of
Health
I've
been
working
very
closely
with
the
Department
of
Health,
though
they
don't
review
the
exam
results
and
always
feel
very
encouraged.
They
feel
that
I
came
on
board
jumped
in
at
a
very
difficult
time,
so
they
thought
I
had
the
leadership
skills
but
I
just
had
to
get
through
this
test.
M
Part
two
I
took
it
keep
waiting.
We
were
supposed
to
know
by
June
30th,
it's
the
Department
of
Health,
so.
C
C
M
C
M
Yeah
so,
but
I
feel
very
supported
by
the
Department
of
Health
and
I,
felt
that
that
was
I
should
just
stick
with
it
and
not
worry
about
a
written
exam.
If
they
feel
that
you
know
I'm
doing
what
they
need
to
be
done
and
that
I'm
doing
what
administration
needs
to
be
done,
then
I
better
just
keep
putting
the
work
in
yeah.
D
A
D
D
N
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
to
the
board
that
we
did
get
more
for
this
grant
this
year
than
we
did
right
and
pretty
pretty
sizable
amount.
So.
A
And
we
discussed
all
these
resolutions
pertaining
money
and
our
budget
committee.
D
A
A
A
D
A
A
C
C
D
A
O
K
Got
to
get
them
to
work
Karen,
but
they
also
pay
them,
so
they
get
paid
while
they're
at
school
to
do
the
work
that
they're
doing,
which
brand
new
concept
I
deal
with
a
lot
of
good
things.
I
was
able
to
take
after
the
graduation
they
had
before
graduation
as
an
attendance
and
the
next
day,
I
met
my
friend
and
took
a
tour
of
the
building,
and
there
was
a
lot
of
pretty
positive
things
going
on
over.
There
he's
continuing
to
expand
its
programs
and
Outreach,
so
I
think
it's
a
admirable
that
we're
on
board.
D
D
A
A
A
A
A
A
D
E
Fine,
yes,
that's
that's!
That's!
That's
the
design
and
I
know
sometimes
that's
hard
to
make
that
distinction,
but
she's
wanting
a
division
be
free
for
me.
Right
I
get
it.
We
could
have
hired
a
health
officer
we
with
even
with
Patty
diamond.
We
could
have
hired
a
health
officer.
She
was.
She
was.
A
department
agency
had
been
a
division
records
I
understand.
Thank
you
just.
K
K
A
And,
of
course,
committees,
yes,.
P
And
this
one
in
General,
Roberts
Community,
recently
met.
We
discussed
the
progress
on
all
the
projects
that
we
have
going
on,
which
are
many,
but
I
saw
them.
It's
a
laundry
list.
A
lot
of
those
now
are
finally
in
the
process
you're
going
to
see
a
bunch
of
them
following
drop,
it
offers
I
know.
We
will
discussed
here
as
as
members
that
clean
up
some
of
the
old
ones.
We
deal
a
lot
with
them,
hurting
permitting
issue
to
deal
with
all
the
same
agencies.
P
Vinelands
Kappa,
you
can
go
back,
you
know
guys
are
aware,
but
there
is
quite
a
few
projects
in
the
pipeline
that
our
Highway
Improvement
programs
are
in
full
swing.
You
ever
see
in
construction.
Now,
all
over
Atlanta
County
that's
going
to
continue
so
the
board.
You
guys
all
received
a
copy
of
the
updated
list
of
of
where
we're
at
do.
You
have
any
particular
projects.
I
know
a
lot
of
people
contact
me
and
they
go
this
County
Moon
I
had
a
gentleman
call
me
County,
Road,
631,
going
to
be
eight
they're.
P
P
That's
the
way
it's
going
to
go
work
with
us,
but
in
the
end,
as
you
see,
I
noticed
Route
30
in
the
State
of
the
State
of
New
Jersey
I
won't
tell
if
there's
days
until
a
lot
of
projects
on
Route
30
on
the
western
end
too,
to
complete
all
that
their
work
all
over
the
place,
Route
54,
North
and
South.
That's
a
separate
project
than
the
one
from
that
short
and
I'll
have
to
tell
you
guys
you
deal
with
the
state
of
New
Jersey
I'm
like
I,
feel
it's
like
nothing.
P
P
N
P
K
Share
three
of
you
to
Jerry,
if
I
could
I
haven't,
had
a
chance
to
really
talk
to
you
for
a
little
while
Jerry
with
Hamilton
Township
receiving
the
great
money.
I
know
we
we
want
that
project.
Could
you
give
us
any
updates
on
where
that
stands,
because
I
know
we're
supposed
to
be
working
somewhere
in
conjunction
with
Hamilton
Township
on.
E
E
It
turned
out
that
this,
the
grant
that
actually
they
were
given
actually
helps
to
replace
the
trained
Trestle
itself.
So
they
have
to
make
some
decisions
on
whether
or
not
you
know
they.
They
want
a
freestanding
Bridge.
They
want
to
replace
the
pilings.
I
mean
those
are
some
of
the
internal
decisions.
They've
got
to
make
and
then
we're
required
to
give
them
surveys.
Things
like
that
from
our
side,
and
we
have
an
agreement
with
state
state-owned
is
technically
I,
think
they
own
the
Trestle.
E
We
have
an
agreement
to
use
the
address,
so
there's
some
internal
kinds
of
issues
that
we
have
to
work
through
in
terms
of
giving
them
permissions
to
the
state
so
that
they
could
do
the
work
there
and
then
there's
some
issues
with
the
only
electric
that
we
have
rights
of
way
across
the
roadway.
E
From
now,
we
purchased
the
straight
railroad
station
there
from
the
family
that
known
that
there's
some
electrical
who
actually
company
owns
some
of
the
right-of-way
along
the
roadway
from
the
from
the
railway
station
to
The
Trestle
and
then
there's
some
lamio
up
on
the
other
side.
So
we
have
to
do
some
work
with
them.
Okay,.
N
I
wanted
to
discuss
this
emergency.
Unfortunately,
I
missed
the
meeting
General
work
meeting
but
I
think
they're
also
looking
for
some
commitment
from
the
county
that
says,
let's
make
decisions
together
on
what
this
is
going
to
look
like
and
feel
like,
because
we
own
some
land
at
one
end,
and
you
know
it's
a
significant
grant
that
should
very
easily
cover
the
planning
and.
O
N
Think
the
majority
of
the
construction
right
but
I
think
they're
looking
for
commitment
of
whatever
the
estimates
that
isn't
going
to
be
covered
by
the
brand
is
the
county
willing
to
partner
with
the
township
to
fund
the
rest
of
that
construction?
So
I,
don't
think
they're
going
to
get
an
answer
and
we
need
an
answer
on
that
and.
E
A
While
we're
on
the
topic
of
Grants,
it
should
be
mentioned
that
the
county
received
three
leap:
Branch,
absolutely,
yes,
and
the
one
that,
of
course,
that
I
was
looking
at
was
the
147
thousand
dollars
into
the
study
of
consolidating
to
centralize
this
fashion
for
a
fire
and
EMS.
That's
right,
that's
a
big
home
run
for
us
and
we
can
get
going
with
that
project.
A
We
were
with
the
sj2o
new
location.
A
little
choices
are
executive
director.
He
is
trying
to
retire
we're
trying
to
find
a
replacement.
So
I
mentioned
this
again
publicly
that
we
are
looking
for
an
executive
director
of
the
soundtrack
developed,
Economic
Development
District.
We
thought
we
had
a
gentleman
lined
up
and
unfortunately
he
declined
that
once
again
with
that.
So
we're
in
the
pursuit
and
there's
more
interviews
and
hopefully
we'll
find
the
right
person.
K
I
made
Mr
chair
with
one
of
the
other
lead
grants.
We
also
received
working
with
Timothy
kreischner
and
the
McKee
City
betterment
part
I
know
you
guys
heard
me
talk
about
the
PC
Batman
Park.
Quite
often
so,
I
took
Timothy
out
there
to
look
early
on
in
a
project
before
we
got
started
said
I,
don't
know
if
this
is
Facebook
share,
service
and
involved,
he
has
gotten
involved
and
they
received
the
grant
that
they
just
approved
for
high
school
field
lights.
N
A
Anything
else
under
a
new
business
I'd
like
to
bring
up
one
topic,
commissioner
bows
is
the
chair
of
the
jail
committee.
A
That
Pusher
balance,
the
chairman
of
the
jail
committee
and
I,
think
it
would
be
appropriate
for
us
to
have
a
meeting
soon
situation
the
jail
there.
I
know
that
when
it
comes
to
juveniles
or
looking
at
resolutions
at
our
next
meeting
in
other
places,
because
Harbor
Fields
apparently
is
overflowing
with
the
juvenile
there
so,
but
as
far
as
our
jail
in
the
county
here
I
know,
a
prosecutor
has
been
doing
a
lot
of
work
and
I
think
we
should
review
that
situation.
So
when
it's
convenient,
Frank
I
think
we
should
I'm
fine
with
that.
J
Brought
that
up
when,
when
the
warden
was
in
here
for
whatever
meeting
where
we
were
at,
he
was
here,
and
we
brought
that
up
with
with
the
new
initiatives
and
he
said
they're
fine,
so
we're
going
through.
E
Something
that
we
don't
know
about
I
think
all
right.
Well,
let
me
do
you
I
mean
from
the
point
of
view
of
okay,
see
it
as
I
am
going
to
be
talk
about
this
Steve
from
the
point
of
view
of
the
glancing
dogs.
E
E
So
that's
just
where
the
law,
the
law
means,
so
they
they've
done
a
an
analysis
of
the
number
of
their
children.
We
made
this
decision
that
all
young
females
would
be
placed
outside
a
facility.
There
were
seven
beds,
they
they
are
not
comfortable
keeping
females
in
there.
They
they
do
not,
and
they
have
not
been
able
to
get
the
appropriate
staff
to
house
females
at
harborfields.
We
have
20
beds
for
males.
We
are
at
20,
that's
right
now
we
did
it
20
badge
for
probably
the
last
two
and
a
half
years.
E
Every
youth
that
is
checked
up
now
that
is
detained
cannot
go
out
on
a
conversion
program
is
placed
at
some
other
location.
There
are
only
Seven
Counties
now
with
detention
facilities.
We
have
kids
in
Essex
I
think
we
have
six.
We
have
kids
in
ocean,
we
had
kids
in
Morris
and
unfortunately,
Mars
had
some
staffing
issues,
so
they
asked
us
to
take
every
kid
out
of
there,
so
we've
moved
them
to
other
facilities,
and
just
recently,
Jimmy
Jim
spoke
with
the
County
Council
Bergen
County.
E
We
have
a
young,
a
gentleman
who's
coming
back
for
murder
who,
from
George,
he's
being
actually
indicted,
I,
guess
right
and
will
be
and
will
be
placed
in
Bergen
and
we've
had
your
conversations
with
them
and
coming
before
the
board.
I
guess
next,
I
guess
on
the
18th
at
the
next
meeting,
you'll
get
the
Essex
County
and
the
Bergen
County
agreements.
E
There
are
no
choices,
I
mean
we
I
a
gym
myself,
you
know
had
a
meeting
with
judge,
Lee
show
how
because
the
court
administrator
and
then
Court
staff
that
they
deal
with
this
issue
so
on
a
regular
basis.
E
If
a
child
is
picked
up
after
hours,
courts
have
a
person
who
does
what
they
call
a
risk
assessment,
and
so
they
go
through
a
series
of
questions
with
the
police
if
they
score
at
a
certain
level,
they're
eligible
for
a
diversion
program
and
the
staff,
you
know
work
with
the
diversion
staff
on
placing
that
kid
in
the
appropriate
program
and
and
the
and
the
judge.
Obviously,
if,
if
in
fact
they
do
not
meet
that
score,
they
will
be
detained
in
our
particular
case
here.
Can
I
detain
them
local?
E
Actually,
that's
that's
what
you're,
here
and
and
and
the
crimes
you're
not
going
down
I
mean
I,
can
tell
you
this
they're
we're
not
the
only
County
I
mean
we.
We
always
I
mean
it's
ironic.
I
can
remember.
When
I
first
started
in
County
government,
every
Everything,
the
county,
you
know
we've
everybody
considers
us
a
small
County,
but
we're
really
a
small
version
of
your
large
counties.
I
got
to
be
very
honest
with
you
in
terms
of
numbers,
so
we
always
somewhere
coming
between
10..
E
There
are
these
nine
large
counties
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
They
all
they
all
Pierce
500
000
residents.
Then
then
there
is
one:
that's
around
465
485
thousand
we're
like
275..
We
always
sit
right
in
that
in,
for
whatever
the
reasons
are
in
crime,
you,
you
name
it
I'm
crime
issues,
issues
of
Youth,
low-income,
you,
you
name
it
all.
The
all
the
years
of
the
world
we're
a
small
microcosm
of
those
much
larger
towns.
E
E
I
gotta
be
honest
with
you.
It's
very
difficult
today
answer
that,
because
most
of
these
crimes,
you're
with
guns,
I
mean
the
the
youth
that
we're
we're
detaining
or
in
there
for
murder,
and
you
know
the
aggregated
assaults
and
the
and
the
possessions
of
weapons
I
mean
you
know,
commission
ballot,
you
probably
see
sees
those
reports.
E
E
I
would
tell
you
since
2004
2004
is
when
they
started
what
what
is
considered
bail
reform.
It's
called
jdai
children,
detention,
Alternatives,
initiative,
jda.
It
is
what
will
be
belly
for
for
you.
We
were.
We
were
averaging
34
kids
a
day
we
dropped
immediately,
probably
to
10.
You
know
over
the
course
of
like
let's
say
you
know,
12
13
months
and
so
I
would
say
number
of
years.
We
were
like
three
and
four
kids
a
day.
E
E
G
G
Let
me
just
say:
I
can
tell
you
from
the
Atlantic
City
point
of
view
all
the
trouble
we're
starting
to
have
with
all
these
young
kids,
others
guns
whatever
case
breaking
and
car
steel
and
God
they
put
in
front
of
the
temporary
right.
So
it
becomes
an
inconvenience
unfortunate
for
the
parents
because
then
they
got
to
travel
outside
the
county.
Go
see
their
kids,
the
old
folks
that
you
do
the
crime.
You
do
the
time
until
it's
your
kid
hey,
but
you
talk
to
Bergen
County
you're
talking
about
at
the
tip.
G
J
E
J
A
G
J
Are
we
housing
any
Adam
County
people
in.
E
E
A
J
E
B
E
E
Say
in
Eagle
state
state
raise
their
their
rate.
Me
John
remembers
that
they
went
from
like
96
to
146
or
whatever
the
numbers
that's
up,
and
they
and
they've
kept
more
inmates
in
our
facility.
They
they
do
come
with.
The
way
that's
been
working
is,
is
the
you
know,
rewarding
and
Morty
Kelly
when
he
gets
to
a
point
where
he
thinks
there's
too
many,
you
know
he
calls
and
they
send
the
bus,
but
for
the
most
part
they
will
have
up
to
50.
A
Else,
one
just
one
item,
but
tomorrow
we'll
be
meeting
with
Atlantic
King
Community
College,
the
education
committee
meeting
with
the
college.
A
To
talk
about
primarily
how
this
County
government
can
help
the
community
college,
it's
a
marketing
program
how
to
help
the
college
women's
enrollment
situation.
Of
course
all
Community
College
enrollments
are
down.
We
know
that,
but
I
think
that
there
are
some
things
that
we
can
do
together
between
the
county
and
the
college
to
increase
enrollment.
There
I
think
we
have
a
marketing
project
to
do
meeting
with
them
tomorrow
at
two
o'clock.
K
K
I'd
like
to
know
one
from
the
last
meeting
we
had
what
have
they
done?
Yes,
you
know
what
they
sat
around
and
said
good
idea.
Good
idea,
I
want
to
know
a
woman
check
in
to
find
out
how
we've
done
some
of
those
great
ideas.
You
know
that
they
were
supposed
to
be
implementing
and
there's
been
some
issues
that
I'm
not
going
to
bring
up
again
here,
because
we
know
what
they
are
and
I'd
like
to
hear.
K
What's
you
know
in
the
real
world,
you
know
there's
consequences
for
your
actions
and
if
you
don't
do
such
a
good
job,
there's
consequence
is
there.
So
my
understanding
there's
been
some
issues
that
need
to
be
discussed
from
my
understanding
we've,
given
you
know
we
may
have
given
contract
extensions
and
races.
A
G
I
will
say
this
and
I
want
to
once
again
thank
Frank
for
young
to
come
over
to
me.
One
thing
you
got
to
stop
doing
is
coming
back
with
a
bunch
of
themselves.
That's
right!
It's
always!
Yes!
Yes,
yes,
and
all
due
respect,
you're,
the
nice
guy
and
nice
people
finish
last
well.
What
happens
is
Mr
chairman
follows
your
respect.
G
G
I
know
how
frustrating
it
is
yes
and
I've
heard
the
comments
coming
back
that
basically
they
laughing
at
us
absolutely
because
all
we
do
is
agree
to
the
lip
service.
Absolutely
and
nothing
is
really
being
done
and
nobody's
being
held
accountable
and
everybody
wants
to
be
nice
and
listen.
Everybody
wants
to
see
the
college
do
well,
no
question
about
it,
but
you
have
to
make
a
decision
and
put
your
foot
down
and
can't
keep
it
just
go
along
and
get
along.
G
K
So,
if
just
so
so
this
board
is
clear,
I'll
be
at
that
meeting
as
well
chairs
education,
schools,
I,
already
told
you
what
my
focus
is
going
into
this
meeting.
If
I'm
not
happy
with
what
I
hear
from
that
meeting,
I
will
be
bringing
those
meetings
to
this
meeting
in
the
future
and
they
will
be
asked
to
come
and
sit
in
front
of
our
meeting
where
there
is
accountability.
Excuse
me
because,
from
my
understanding
there
is
no
accountability.
Yeah.
O
G
G
But
man,
but
on
due
respect,
Karen
as
Commissioners,
we
have
authority,
it's
called
subpoena
and
he's
only
talking
about
the
issues
that
we
keep
raising
yeah
everyone's
answers
them
right.
The
problem
is,
and
I
said
this
to
the
chairman
and
I
discreet
with
him
and
I
told
you
they
should
have
come
to
us.
We
shouldn't
have
gone
to
them.
A
L
Yeah
we've
looked
at
it
I
can,
generally
you
have
subpoena
power
to
look
at
anything
within
the
County
Government.
The
the
college
itself
seems
to
be
its
own
entity
that
we
find
that
you
do
funds.
So
it's
not
as
clear
as
a
motive
outline.
What
you
can
subpoena
is
certainly
anything
related
to
your
funding.
I
would
think
you.
A
G
Don't
need
to
be
weak
and
we're
not
saying
Mr
chair
with
all
due
respect.
It's
a
peanut
powder
with
the
consent
of
the
county
executive
and
the
sport
coach
on
that
gives
them
some
Authority.
We
can't
tell
them
how
to
run
a
day,
diet
day
operation,
but
as
the
elected
official
who
vote
on
trustees
on
the
board,
we
have
a
right
to
ask
them.
Questions.
N
A
N
N
It's
really
distinct
questions.
One
I
mean
when
I
sat
on
ACC
committee
I
asked
about
marketing.
None
stop.
I
gave
numerous
ideas
on
things
they
could
do.
That
would
get
them
free
marketing,
like
Community,
floats
and
every
parade
that
we
have
in
Atlanta
County.
They
were
doing
The
Capes,
you
know,
have
all
these
people
with
capes
on
these
handing
out
information.
You
know,
and
they
always
said
we
got
it
under
control
with
the
enrollment
we'll
get
it.
N
You
know
we
got
the
marketing
fine,
so
I
can't
wait
to
hear
they
have
some
new
ideas
and
some
some
new
stuff
coming.
Your
way
I
cannot
wait.
My
other
question
is
if
the
county
has
the
opportunity
to
partner
with
a
community
college
for
marketing
for
a
moment
when
are
we
going
to
start
marketing
our
own
County
for
a
destination?
I
mean
we've
been
talking
about
that
here
for
a
few
years
and
I'm.
A
Was
just
I
was
suggesting
which
I'm
going
to
suggest
tomorrow
to
meeting
after
certain
things
we
can
certainly
do
together
if
you
go
on
the
Cape
May
County
website,.
C
N
G
Mr
Jim
going
to
expect
I
know
he
has
been
something
perhaps
merging
the
community
college
would
probably
stopped
it
or
something
that
was
a
but
I.
Think
that's
the
last
thing
that
may
still
be
something
if
they're
not
going
to
to
to
step
it
up
and
increase
their
roping.
Maybe
we
need
to
really
talk
about.
Maybe
some
kind
of
partnership
like
Cumberland
County
Deerwood,
was
that
road
College
of
South
jerseys
at
least
take
a
look
at
not
just
say
no
right.
It's
always
about
Territorial
and
I
got
my
territory.
G
You
got
yours
right
and
if
it
ain't
working
out
for
the
for
the
students,
maybe
we
need
to
go
another
Direction
and
you're
right
that
Cape
May,
County
site
says
a
lot
I,
don't
know
if
I'm
speaking
out
a
term
but
I
just
heard
that
Maureen
Hayne
was
made
surrogate.
Yes,
you
said
that
she
had
to
give
up
the
commission
to
see.
Yes,
yes,
she
was
a
big
fighter
down
on
the
board,
yeah
sure.
So
that
was
a
big
loss.
I
guess
she
probably
liked
being
a
Sarah,
compatible,
I'm
sure.
A
E
There
is
something
about
ACC
on
our
website:
I
mean
Linda
may
be
on
she
could
she
could
address
some
of
that
I,
don't
think
it's
worth
it,
but
if
they
really
wanted
to
and
if
they
really
wanted
to
do
more
on
our
website,
I
mean
Linda's
gone
out
to
everybody
and
there's
everybody
I
mean.
So
it's
not.

A
N
Communications
I
received
the
invite
from
the
Hamilton
sustainable
team
for
the
second
annual
commemoration
of
the
ATV
train
wreck
at
Mays
Landing
at
The
Trestle.
Since.
N
About
it,
it'll
be
held
August
11th
at
6
PM,
which
is
the
anniversary
of
the
train
wreck.
I
would
highly
recommend
if
you
didn't
get
to
go
off
of
that.
Last
year
it
was
the
first
year
they
actually
did.
The
commemoration
acting
site
really
really
fascinating,
really
interesting
to
walk
around
that
train
station.
I
really
would
love
to
see
us
do
something
with
it
in
the
future.
But
the
story
of
the
train
wreck
is
really
a
really
incredible
part
of
our
history
and
I'm
sure.
N
All
of
you
know
Mario
dicolo
from
May's
Landing,
she's,
very
passionate
about
it.
She
wrote
a
book
called
between
the
shore
and
the
city
tragedy
of
east
landing,
which
is
available
on
Amazon.
If
anybody
is
interested,
it's
a
really
great
book
taking
story
of
what
happened
with
the
number
of
Irish
immigrants
that
were
on
that
train
and
across
their
lives
that
day,
so
I
definitely
recommend
and
invite
everybody
to
down
to
that
ceremony.
N
A
G
Yeah,
it's
just
his
little
coming,
I'd
have
to
say
good
I'm,
just
a
reminder:
I'm
just
a
reminder
that
the
national
levels
confidence
will
be
held
in
Atlantic,
City
decided
to
Varsity
the
next
two
or
three
days.
So
we
got
this
from
all
over
the
country.
Republican
Democrats,
Independents
Etc
a
lot
of
securities
to
have
a
little
College
impact.
Different
and
I.
Don't
know
what
hotels
yeah.
G
L
N
Order
it's
Mount
Carmel
week,
so
they
should
go
to
Hamilton.
G
B
They
also
have
all
of
their
Chiefs
and
staffs.
You
know
some
others,
it's
quite
it's
a
big
conflict.
K
A
N
Go
to
the
order
I
just
wanted
to
give
a
shout
out
Elena
of
the
greater
Atlantic
City
Unicode
chapter,
which
is
Italian
American
Service
organization
is
holding
their
annual
scholarship
and
on
Thursday
night,
where
they
will
be
awarding
22
thousand
dollars
in
scholarships
to
Local
Atlanta
County
students
from
all
over
the
county.
This
is
something
that
they
do
annually
and
I'm
very
proud.
Member
I'm
also
now
President.
N
At
Atlantic,
City
Country,
Club
yeah
would
like
to
look.
You
know
that
you're
coming
I'll
add
you
to
the
list.
It's
a
sick,
yeah,
this
Thursday
yeah,
but
all
of
that
is
raised
through
charitable,
giving
throughout
the
county.
So
just
a
shout
out
to
the
organization
that
the
students
say
they
did
a
great
job.
B
Very
involved,
but
really
but
seriously
it's
a
big
undertaking.
It
starts
today
or
tonight
right
and
it's
a
huge
undertaking.
There's
a
lot
of
people
very
committed
to
it.
