couple
presentations.
We
always
enjoy
doing
that
and
let's
begin
with
our
resolution
number
of
186.
B
A
D
D
And
surgery
and
director
of
nurse
recruitment
and
whereas
Atlanta
care
services,
Community
impact
and
prominence
as
an
advanced
Medical
Center,
has
been
greatly
enhanced
during
Miss
Herndon's
tenure.
As
president
and
CEO,
she
has
maintained
a
personal
approach
with
patients,
families
and
employees
during
her
entire
40-year
career
at
Atlanta
care
that
has
solidified
the
land
of
Care's
role
as
a
fundamental
partner
in
the
Atlanta
County
community
and
whereas
Miss
Herndon
has
extensive
involvement
in
professional
organizations,
boards
and
Community
organizations.
D
She
has
volunteered
her
time
as
a
board
member
for
the
Stockton
University
Foundation,
the
Atlantic
City
police
foundation,
the
Atlantic
County
Economic
Alliance,
and
the
Ocean
First
Bank,
Advisory,
Board
and
whereas
Miss
Hernan
has
led
Atlanta
care
as
a
premier
health
care
provider
and
a
critical
community
business
partner
in
Atlanta,
County
and
Beyond.
She
has
received
numerous
Awards
and
recognitions
in
the
business
community
and
the
Atlanta
County
Community,
including
induction
into
the
Atlantic
County
Women's
Hall
of
Fame.
Now.
D
H
Chairman,
yes,
sir,
first
of
all,
let
me
thank
my
colleagues
for
certainly
supporting
the
secondary
resolution.
It
would
be
remiss
if
we
did
not
recognize
the
pillow
in
our
community.
40
years
is
a
long
time
to
deal
with
anybody.
We
always
say
the
church
world,
the
tricky
trustees,
the
slippery
deacons
and
click
over
here
and
the
click
over
there,
but
being
in
the
medical
field
and
the
impact
you
had
in
our
community.
H
A
surrounding
community
of
Atlantic
County
under
your
leadership,
I
believe
two
additions
have
been
done
in
Atlantic
City,
certainly
in
the
mainland
as
well.
Work
continues
to
take
place
in
these
facilities,
but
your
work,
it's
where
you
started.
H
It's
the
old,
Theory
and
I
always
say
this.
It's
never
where
you
start
is
where
you
finish
and
I'm
short
after
40
years.
You
said
enough
is
enough
to
finish,
especially
when
you
get
angry
folks
in
the
community
with
misinformation,
you
never
ran
away
from
an
issue.
You
tried
to
attack
it
or
at
least
address
it.
Head
on,
you've
been
in
the
community.
You've
been
a
part
of
the
community,
whether
it's
you're
attending
funeral
service
for
members
that
work
for
your
staff,
but
just
in
the
community
alone.
H
It
says
a
lot
and
so
I
thought
it's
not
robbery
that
we
put
a
resolution
together
to
honor
you
and
to
tell
you
how
much
we
really
appreciate
the
community.
The
service
you've
given
to
our
community
I'm
sure
you're
not
going
away
you're
just
going
to
give
that
headache
to
somebody
else,
and
certainly
we
certainly
believe
at
least
I
do
believe
that
all
that
knowledge
and
all
that
good
wealth
that
you
have
you'll
pass
it
down
to
your
successor,
but
you're,
leaving
Atlanta
care
in
good
hands.
H
H
Just
recently
in
Atlantic
City
most,
you
know
the
new
opening
of
the
facility
at
Ohio
in
Atlantic,
where
a
resident
doctors
Etc
will
be
participating,
but
anytime
the
community
is
called
on
Atlantic
Air
and
on
Lloyd
she's
been
there.
Atlantic
has
been
there.
You
have
a
good
staff
around
you
I'm
sure.
H
Somebody
be
glad
to
see
you
go,
but
most
of
them
probably
be
happy
if
you
stay,
but
at
some
point
in
life
you
got
to
know
when
there's
enough
yeah,
probably
now
you
want
to
go,
enjoy
your
your
lifetime
and
no
babies,
no
kids
anyway,
but
personally
I
want
to
say
thank
you.
We've
agreed
to
disagree
on
issues,
but
we've
never
been
disagreeable.
I've
always
thought
that
you've
had
the
community
at
heart
and
you've
done
your
right
thing.
H
So
I
wish
you
well
and
your
retirement,
or
we
still
have
your
number.
We
just
hope
you
don't
change
it
because
you
got
a
lot
of
contacts
in
there.
So
congratulations
and
certainly
I
wish
you
well
in
your
retirement
and
I,
don't
know
if
anybody
else
will
say
anything.
Yeah.
L
F
So
I
first
would
just
want
to
thank
you
know,
congratulate
you
on
on
your
retirement
and
for
all
day,
and
thank
you
for
all
the
contributions
you
made
to
the
Health
and
Welfare
of
our
community.
F
C
Thank
you
just
just
to
Echo
the
comments.
My
colleagues
here,
but
to
also
say
I
mean
I.
Don't
think
there
was
ever
an
event
in
the
county.
I
went
to
that
I
didn't
see
you
there,
but
as
a
female,
a
strong
female
leader
of
business
in
the
county,
I
know
I've,
certainly
looked
up
to
you
and
and
by
the
way,
many
other
strong
female
leaders
at
Atlanticare.
When
I
when
I
worked
at
Atlanticare.
C
It's
just
it's
been
really
a
wonderful
thing
to
see
how
you
have
led
with
such
Grace,
always
so
calm
and
poised,
and
but
always
with
with
the
grit
needed
to
make
the
decisions
needed,
and
it's
certainly
something
that
I
have
watched
and
I
know
many
other
young
women
in
the
county
have
watched
and
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
for
being
that
leader
and
setting
that
example.
A
Thank
you.
Anyone
else,
I,
don't
think
it
could
have
been
said
any
better
than
what
you
what
you've
all
said,
I
just
want
to
equity
everything,
you've
said
and
as
a
group
as
a
body
as
a
governmental
body.
We
certainly
are
very
proud
of
you
and
what
you've
done
with
the
institution,
and
we
do
have
a
plaque
up
here
and
I'd
like
us
all
to
be
in
the
picture.
If
we
could
Tara
can
we
do
that
tonight.
B
L
L
L
L
L
I
think
that
one
of
the
things
that's
always
been
incredibly,
we
know
this
from
serving
the
public
that
you
know
being
in
a
partnership
with
government
and
doing
what
surrounding
is
really
incredibly
important.
I
am
the
transition
I
live
in
Brigantine
I'm,
not
going
anywhere.
My
cell
phone
is
still
there
I.
I
A
H
D
D
M
D
He
has
stress
efforts
to
utilize
de-escalation
techniques,
while
interacting
with
the
community
and
whereas
training
techniques
have
been
implemented,
where
other
officers
can
intervene
during
an
interaction
to
assist.
Many
community
outreach
activities
have
been
expanded
to
include
pizza
with
a
cop
coffee
with
a
cop
Community
walks,
a
pal
wrestling
program,
expansion
of
NCO
program
appearing
at
Civic
and
Community
meetings,
acting
as
liaison
with
the.
I
D
N
N
You
had
25
promotions
within
the
force
last
month
and
now
we
have
two
shifts
of
community
officers.
Can
you
explain
that
ncos,
and
so
they
go
from
what
time
in
the
morning
to.
N
.
and
in
case
anybody
doesn't
know
this
or
the
officers
building
relationships
with
people
in
Atlantic
City,
which
is
a
wonderful
thing
and
everywhere
I
go
around
the
city
and
the
area
I
see
you
you're
very
busy
man.
It
took
us
three
tries
to
get
here
and
I
want
to
also
acknowledge
after
during
covid
things,
your
your
hands
and
and
the
horse's
hands
were
basically
tied,
really
couldn't
do
too
much.
N
But
since
the
pandemic
ended
and
you've
been
concentrating
on,
you
know:
cleaning
up
the
Atlantic
city,
streets,
homeless
and
people
with
addiction
offering
alternatives
to
incarceration.
You
really
see
a
difference
in
the
street
and-
and
we
appreciate
it
very
much
very,
very
much
Atlantic
City
is
the
economic
driver
of
this
County
and
it
has
to
be
clean
and
safe
for
us
to
grow
forward.
So
thank
you
for
your
work
and
we
appreciate
it.
H
Discussion,
I'm
not
coming
no
chairman,
if
I
may,
oh
first
of
all
any
other
time,
I
call
Chief
Sarkis
he's
on
his
way
to
a
meeting
for
some
reason.
He
decided
to
come
here
late
today,
I,
don't
know
how
I
beat
you
at
the
building,
but
visit
me.
Congratulations
when
Karen
called
talk
about
Chief
sarkos,
let
me
say,
Chief
circles
prior
to
being
acting
or
at
least
being
officer
in
charge,
was
doing.
H
A
fine
job
came
highly
recommended
by
former
Chief
Henry
white
he's
worked
in
the
community
has
been
he's
given
his
Service.
He
tells
me
the
story
when
he
started
out
as
a
class
too
again.
It's
not
where
you
start
is
where
you
finished.
H
The
fact
of
the
matter
is
this
is
he
is
have
some
very
tough
challenges,
not
just
in
the
police
department,
but
in
Atlantic
City.
The
Atlantic
City
is
not
unique
to
any
other
town.
It
seems
that
Atlantic
City
is
always
the
highlight
of
the
headlight
of
something,
but
he's
always
out
there
with
his
men
and
women,
making
roll
call
whether
it's
early
morning,
late
night,
a
leader,
leads
away
and
shows
the
way
and
Jim
has
done
that
continue
to
do
that.
H
There's
days
we
disagree,
but
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
is
that
I
know
he
has
the
men
and
women
of
the
police
department
and
the
residents
of
Atlantic
City
at
heart.
H
He
loves
what
he's
doing
and
we
had
a
meeting
the
other
day
and
I
said
to
him,
as
the
chief
may
not
always
have
to
do
what
you
want
to
do,
but
you've
got
to
do
what
needs
to
be
done
and
it's
not
always
making
it.
It's
not
always
easy
making
a
decision,
because
it's
not
always
a
popular
decision
right,
but
you
got
to
make
those
decisions.
H
That's
why
you're
in
charge
I
hope
he
passed
me
on
my
back
next
week
after
he
gets
his
new
contract,
but
I
mean
they've
been
fighting
over
this
contract
for
a
while,
but
he's
deserved
whatever
he
gets
again.
The
police
department
is
in
good
hands,
I
think
most
of
the
men
and
women
in
your
department
would
have
tested
that
I
have
not
seen
a
chief
other
than
chief
White.
In
my
final
conclusion,
then
chief
White
who's
pushed
for
more
promotions
and
more
High
reads
than
Jam
soccer.
H
So
again,
congratulations
when
Karen
called
it
was
a
no-brainer.
We
were
going
to
hold
this
until
the
next
meeting
only
because
you
were
late,
but
you
got
in
before
it
came
up
again.
J
J
Might
not
show
up
anyway,
just
want
to
say
congratulations!
G,
you
know,
I've
worked
alongside
the
chief
watched
watched,
the
club
through
his
career
involved
in
you
know
a
few
not
for
profits
with
them.
The
only
place
he's
not
is
at
home
he's
always
out
somewhere
and
nine
times
out
of
10.
It's
not
during
the
day,
while
he's
working,
it's
with
his
wife,
which
is
great,
you
know,
keeping
your
family
above
you
know.
J
I
know
you
thought
that
getting
promoted
to
Chief
was
the
Pinnacle
of
your
career,
but
actually
today
is
going
to
work
a
lot,
but
you
know
we
look
forward
to
you
know
a
lot
of
great
things
that
you're
doing
over
there
in
Atlantic
City.
You
know
and
we
we
sponsored
a
resolution
way
back
when
to
you
know,
ask
the
state
to
move
forward
and
you
know
make
it
achieve
for
whatever
reason
they
were,
you
know
dragging
their
feet.
J
You
know
going
through
the
minutiae
state
government
does,
and
you
know
we
were
very
happy
to
see
that
that
you
got
promoted.
Sorry
there
isn't
the
crowd
that
you
had
with
your
promotion
but-
and
you
know
first
first
Chief
or
any
public
included
that
I
know
that
have
a
Supreme
Court
Judge.
That's
where
I'm.
A
In
you
know,
really
awesome
so
keep
up
the
great
work
really
proud
of
you.
Anyone
else
all
right,
Mr.
F
Kern
yeah
I
mean
helpful.
Generally.
Today
we
have
two
great
great
leaders
in
our
community
with
us
Chief.
You
have
so
many
challenges,
but
you
have
just
you
head
on
you
face
them,
but
what
I
really
like
is
that
they
can
now
the
box
too.
You
bring
people
together,
you
don't
just
sit
there,
make
decisions
on
your,
you,
listen,
you
listen
to
the
community
and
you
bring
people
together
and
you
know
it
truly
truly
shows
and
thank
you
so
much
for
everything
that
you
do.
Congratulations.
N
N
A
Well,
I
can
tell
you
that
the
Atlantic
City
Press
did
get
that
right,
because
I
saved
the
article
from
February
February
the
6th,
and
it
was
very
complementary
of
you
and
I
think
we
all
we
all
Echo
the
same
thing.
I
have
a
tremendous
respect
for
police
officers,
because
I
don't
think
I
could
do
that
particular
job
and
it's
a
it's.
A
very
unique
calling
very
unique,
calling
and
I've
looked
at
a
lot
of
professions
in
my
life,
but
I.
A
D
A
B
G
O
Atlantic
City
Police
Department
their
hard
work
and
dedication
I
mean
they
deserve
all
the
credit,
but
I
greatly
appreciate
your
recognition.
I
can
tell
you
this.
This
is
definitely
a
partnership
and
it's
the
Partnerships
that
make
what
we
do
successful.
When
we
really
cherish
the
partnership
we
have
with
local
government
with
County
government,
state
government,
federal
government
and
I
just
want
to.
O
Thank
you
all
the
Commissioners
here
for
the
partnership
we
have
with
all
of
you,
I
think
it's
daily,
my
communications
with
every
level
of
County
government
accounting
prosecutor,
the
county,
Warden
County,
director
of
Public
Safety
County
OEM
I
mean
it's
just
such
an
integral
part
of
what
we
do
in
ensuring
that
Atlantic
City
is
safe
and
secure
and
I
can
tell
you
from
the
men
and
women
Atlantic
City
Police
Department.
It's
not
lost
on
us.
O
M
O
State
of
industry,
but
thank
you
very
much
for
this
recognition.
I
greatly
appreciate
it,
and
we
will
definitely
continue
to
work
to
do
everything
we
can
to
make
Atlantic
City
the
best
place
it
can
be
so
I
mean
it's
be
the
true
queen
of
resorts
that
we
know
it
is
and
always
will
be.
Thank
you
awesome.
Thank
you.
B
H
The
chairman,
before
we
move
on
and
I
meant
to
say
this
in
my
comments
about
Chief
soccer.
If
you
remember
last
summer,
when
the
big
incident
broke
out
in
Wildwood,
yes,
but
the
car
spinning
around,
he
had
no
hesitation
to
send
the
men
and
women
from
the
Atlantic
City
Police
Department
down
there
to
help
with
the
crowd
control.
H
That's
a
leader
most
folks
that
sit
down,
don't
answer
their
phones
but
didn't
think
twice,
because
other
folks
lives
was
in
Jeopardy
and
he
sat
right
up
to
the
plate
and
by
the
way,
let
me
also
recognize
Sergeant
law
law
over
there
and
Kevin.
He
used
to
be
in
the
office
with
me
many
years
ago,
but
he
got
a
promotion
so
he's
hanging
out
with
the
chief
Nashville.
It's
like
the
chief's
right-hand
man,
but
good
to
see
you.
H
Thank
you
Jim
yeah!
Thank
you,
oh
by
the
way,
if
they
don't
want
to
stay
Lori
and
if
the
chief,
if
y'all,
want
to
leave
I,
don't
think
the
chairman
of
us
would
mind
if
you
want
to
stay
and
see
how
we
do
it.
I'll
be
offended.
A
A
Commissioner
days,
discussion,
I
think
it's
very
self-explanatory.
Our
Prime
victims
week
that
we
support
those
that
need
supporting
you
know
it's
a
it's
just
very,
very
important.
We're
glad
that
you're
here
to
accept
this
certificate
on
behalf
to
Atlantic
County,
and
we
certainly
appreciate
what
you
do
and
keep
doing
it
any
other
comments
or
discussion.
A
Q
Yeah,
thank
you.
My
name
is
Trisha
Hayek
I'm,
the
director
of
big
witness,
Atlanta
County
prosecutor's
office
I'm,
actually
embarking
my
24th
year.
Wow
and
I
have
my
colleague
here
also
Christy
Gardner
I
just
want
to
mentioned
her
she's
embarking.
Q
Under
prosecutor
Randalls
and.
I
Q
Have
the
chief
Pat
Snyder
here
with
me,
so
you
know
it's
a
thankless
position
that
we
do.
You
know
one
week
isn't
enough,
but
at
least
something
for
everyone
to
come
together.
I've
been
blessed
in
this
leadership
to
try
to
bring
all
municipalities
together
to
support
and
recognize.
So
we
did
a
police
magnet
campaign
this
year
and
hopefully
all
patrol
cars
used
to
see
them
out
in
the
Atlanta
County
area.
They
have
magnets.
Q
You
know
honoring
Prime,
victims,
right
tweet
and
we
have
two
Billboards
throughout
the
county.
One
is
by
it's
on
Route
40
going
East
and
we
have
101
Route
30
going
East
as
well.
So
thank
you
again
for
this
opportunity.
Q
S
Just
take
a
couple
words,
thank
you
for
having
us
I,
really
appreciate
it.
I'm
Chief
Pat
Snyder
from
the
prosecutor's
office
I,
was
recently
appointed
in
January
prior
to
that
I
spent
14
years
in
homicide.
So
this
is
very
much
near
and
dear
to
my
heart,
as
I've
spent
countless
times
and
and
telling
loved
ones
that
unfortunately,
they've
lost
someone
in
that.
Why
and
and
that's
one
comment
that
I
would
like
to
make
that
we
couldn't
do
it
without
the
victim
Witness
counselors
that
we
have
in
our
office.
S
They
are
so
vitally
important
because
it
allows
the
investigators
to
do
their
jobs
and
field
those
calls
I
know.
You
said
something
about
like
the
anger
that
a
community
might
experience.
Well,
the
anger
that
a
victim,
Survivor
experiences
is
so
vitally
important
to
have
professionally
trained
personnel
and
because
of
of
funding
that
we
receive
we'd
like
to
thank
you
for
that,
because
it
helps
and
you're
helping
the
wage.
So,
thank
you
very
much
and
we
appreciate
the
the
certificate
and
the.
J
Before
we
take
the
vote,
I
I
know
Amy
wanted
to
have
them
speak
before
we
say
anything,
but
just
I
mean
they're,
very,
very
modest,
in
what
they
say
to
see
these
guys
in
action.
You
know,
sitting
in
a
courtroom
with
you
know,
could
be
a
homicide.
Victim's
family
could
be,
you
know,
a
child
that
was
raped
with
their
family
and
the
emotions
and
them
trying
to
keep
them
calm,
and
they
do
a
phenomenal
job
and,
like
Chiefs
later
said,
you
know
it
allows.
J
You
know
the
court
process
to
work
but
also
allows
the
investigators
to
do
what
they
do
and
how
they
keep
it
together
is
beyond
me.
You
know
doing
it
29
years,
24
years,
you
know
you
take
this
stuff
home
with
you.
You
know
you
see
it
when
you're
sleeping
you
see
when
you're
awake,
you
never
know
when
that
phone's
going
to
ring
it's
a
tough
job.
J
You
know
like
Chief
Snyder.
You
know
many
occasions
where
you
know
I
had
a
knock
on
someone's
door
and
tell
them
they.
They
lost
a
loved
one,
and
you
never
know
what
your
reaction
is
going
to
be.
You
know
the
reaction
could
be,
you
know
they
break
down
crying,
they
start
fighting
with
you,
you
never
know
it's
just
our
emotions
and
the
job
they
do
I
mean
a
certificate.
Just
really
isn't
enough.
You
know
really
thank
you
for
what
you
do.
J
Your
jobs
are
are
so
important
to
us
here
in
the
county
and
to
the
the
victims.
They
count
on
you
guys,
they're
girls
again.

D
Ordinance
providing
for
various
2023
Capital
Improvements
and
the
acquisition
of
various
Capital
Equipment
buying
in
the
county
of
Atlantic
state
of
New
Jersey
appropriating
27
million
475
000,
therefore,
and
authorizing
the
issuance
of
26
million
one
hundred
one
thousand
dollar
bonds
or
notes
to
finance
part
of
the
call.
Sarah
final
rebate.
D
A
That's
always
happy
to
see
us
constantly
do
some
good
things
for
our
community
college,
which
is
something
we're
all
very,
very
proud
of
any
other
comment,
a
public
comment.
M
F
A
N
M
A
And
this
covers
a
lot
of
different
things
too.
It's
it's
amazing
what
it
covers,
yeah.
A
D
D
M
P
D
V
V
Mr
chair,
yes,
yeah,
chair,
I,
know
this.
This
program
goes
up
to
to
age
24.
So
a
lot
of
these
individuals
are,
you
know,
already
out
of
out
of
school.
Most
likely.
Is
there
any
follow-up
with
them
to
help
them
find
employment
with
any
of
the
skills
or
experience
that
they've
gained
over
the
summer
or
to
put
them
in
touch
with
someone
to
further
train
them?
Yes,
again,.
W
V
W
W
And
so
they
had
death
counselors.
So
anybody
who
goes
to
these
programs
when
you
only
would
be
followed
up
by
a
counselor
anyway.
So
so
just
so
you
know
if
they
have
the
youth
program,
which
is
16,
as
you
know,
16
to
18
and
then
and
then
you
have
this
program
which
is
16
to
24.
right
same
thing,
all
participate
at
the
Workforce
Development
board,
or
either
training
or
education.
V
M
W
Get
money
for
you,
that's
the
other
thing
that
it
gets
confusing.
They
have
youth
money
and
then
they
have
the
Youth
Corps,
and
then
they
have
shower
youth.
So
so
a
big
chunk
of
money
that
goes
for
youth
at
a
school
youth
goes
through
ideal.
It's
a
whole
other
set
of
funds
ready
to
apply
for
summer
youth
as
well
right,
but
then
they're
like
I,
said
they're
they're
earning
a
certification
that
you
know
they
can
go
out.
J
D
M
A
D
N
D
A
C
Did
discuss
this
one
in
our
budget
subcommittee
and
Mr
Dorko
I
think
was
the
one
speaking
to
how
great
the
service
has
been
with
Atlantic
Coast
alarm
and
that
this
contract
not
only
covers
like
calls
for
service
and
their
response,
but
also
the
continual
upgrading
of
equipment
and
addition
of
equipment
as
needed.
C
So
I
know
it's
a
it's
a
big
number.
But
again
the
feedback
in
terms
of
quality
of
service
has
been,
has
been
positive
and.
F
A
U
You
hear
me,
my
name
is
Kathleen
spaeth
and
I
live
in
Linwood
in
Atlantic
County.
Yes,
is
it
common
for
a
competitive
contract
like
this
for
Atlantic
Coast
alarm
to
be
a
five-year
contract.
W
Yes,
well
usually
competitive
with
other
I,
don't
understand,
Jim
Thunder
he's
back.
W
E
The
state
statute-
that's
48,
colon
11
Dash,
it's
4.5
allows
for
a
competitive
contract
and
it
gives
the
Contracting
entity,
in
this
case
the
county,
more
flexibility
to
have
a
contract
for
a
longer
period
of
time
than
it
would
otherwise
be
the
case.
Now,
there's
a
stricter
requirement
in
going
through
it.
E
You
have
to
name
a
a
panel
of
people
that
review
the
responses
when
they
come
in,
they
have
to
grade
them,
and
the
criteria
for
grading
has
to
be
part
of
the
RFP
when
it's
put
out.
But
again,
this
gives
the
county
the
added
flexibility
to
extend
out
for
longer
periods
of
time.
Where
normally
on
these,
you
might
have
a
lot
of
these
agreements
or
a
one-year
agreement,
or
maybe
a
couple
of
years
at
most,
and
in
this
case
for
reasons
that
have
already
been
stated
by
Mr
fedorco.
E
It
really
makes
sense
to
have
this
contract
in
place
to
do
it
as
a
competitive
contract
in
the
habit
for
that
a
length
period
of
time.
So
you
know
we,
we
urge
you
to
approve
the
resolution
and
approve
this
contract.
Thank
you.
Thank.
A
A
Mr,
chair
I,
think,
what's
important,
which
hasn't
been
said
is
the
infrastructure
that
goes
along
with
this
contract.
You.
J
Know
the
it's:
it's
not
just
the
camera
that
you
see
when
you,
you
know,
walk
into
the
room
or
the
computer
that
the
monitor
that
someone's
watching
that
on
you
know
it's
the
wiring
in
the
wall,
it's
it's
so
much
and
it's
and
it's
vital
to
the
operation
of
the
county.
You
know,
especially
with
you
know,
remote
access
from
all
the
different
buildings
that
the
county
owns
and
to
do
it
on
a
yearly
basis.
Instead
of
an
extended
period
of
time,
would
end
up
costing
the
county
so
much
more
money
right.
C
U
Are
you
know
doing
it
publicly?
I
couldn't
attend
the
mean
publicly.
Forgive
me
for
doing
this.
Virtually
I
wanted
to
ask.
I
I
saw
the
resolution
language
and
thank
you
for
justifying
why
it's
a
five-year
contract-
and
it
is
a
very
large
amount-
it's
4.3
million
dollars.
So
in
the
past
have
it
sounds
like
commissioner
Gatto.
You
mentioned
that
you've
used
Atlantic
Coast
alarm.
Was
that
a
one-year
contract
or
was
it
a
five-year
contract?
U
W
W
M
W
U
Right
would
you
mind
just
answering
for
me
because
I'm
not
familiar
how
many
buildings
does
this
contract
cover
roughly
approximately.
W
U
F
U
K
I,
don't
have
the
exact
number,
but
it's
it's
probably
25
at
least
Plus,
plus
the
Old
Courthouse,
which
we
just
did
for
for
the
municipal
courts.
Every
building
that
the
county
owns
has
some
kind
of
security
in
it.
W
There's
a
fire
or
something
like
that:
they,
regardless
of
whether
there
really
is
a
fire
or
not
the
alarm,
goes
off
they
be.
They
usually
feed
everybody
to
the
building,
basically
they're
they're,
the
first
ones
to
hear
they
go
there
to
make
sure
to
ensure
whatever
occur.
They're
they're
there
too,
to
make
sure
that
the
alarms
are
working
correctly
there
at
the
resettle
yeah.
D
B
D
A
J
X
V
C
It
I
mean
we
talked
about
the
price
we
talked
about
the
price
compared
to
now
the
Press
not
being
a
daily
delivered
paper,
now
being
a
three
day
a
week,
mailed
paper
and
talked
about
the
laws
that
are
required
in
terms
of
paper
publication
versus
what
we're
allowed
to
do.
C
Digitally
talked
about
some
proposals
to
changing
the
law,
especially
for
communities
here
in
southern
the
southern
part
of
the
state,
where
you
know
if
the
Press
is
really
kind
of
our
only
option,
except
for
maybe
some
weekly
papers
and
in
some
local
towns.
So
we
talked
about
kind
of
all
of
these
challenges
as
compared
to
the
price
you.
C
Of
beholden,
this
is
a
two-year
contract,
the
160.
right,
but
it
is
our
only
kind
of
option
to
to
meet
the
legal
requirements
for
the
the
advertisements
that
we
have
to.
We
have
to
publicly
make
so
we
did
reach
out
to
John
donadio
and
who
else
did
I?
Well,
you
you
should
have
to
oh.
W
C
Berg
at
Senator
palestina's
office,
I
I,
followed
up
immediately
after
our
subcommittee
meeting
and
we
are
trying
to
to
figure
out
some
ways
to
address
it
and
what
this
board
could
potentially
put
forward
in
terms
of
a
resolution
to
talk
about
the
challenges
and
the
options
we
need
to
consider,
especially
digital
advertising.
Right.
C
V
Fantastic
I
mean
that
was
my
follow-up
yeah.
You
know
what
other
and
I
know
the
legal
ramifications.
I
think
you
know
that
we
had
to
follow,
but
you
know
whatever
you
talked
about
proposed
changes
because
yeah,
you
know
from
just
I
was
talking
to
a
I,
went
to
abse
Academy,
immediate
event
on
Friday
night
talking
to
a
reporter
in
the
state,
and
this
is
unfortunately
going
to
be
the
trend
moving
forward
through
a
lot
more
digital
content
actually
doing
videos
from
his
house
as
a
reporter.
W
It
was
a
deal
which
2016
that
the
bill
actually
said
that
the
counties
have
these
municipalities
could
use
their
websites
and
other
other
meetings
right
and
it
was
fought.
You
know
the
bill,
never
passed,
yeah,
that's
changed
from
seven
years,
but
you
know
what
happens
is
we're
right
in
the
middle
of
and
obviously
Tom
is
on
there.
She
can
date
how
she
works
with
the
Press
on
this
sure,
but
and
Diana
went
through
it
with
me
again
yesterday
you
know
the
legal,
the
legal
ads
or
we
are
requirements.
W
C
You
the
correspondence
we
were
having
it
just
because
of
you
know,
obviously
so
yeah
I'll,
let
you
know
it'll,
be.
V
H
So
Mr
chairman,
yes
just
to
piggyback
on
that
and
chairwoman
mcgow
correct.
That's
that's
as
she
said.
That's
a
Statewide
problem
right,
so
today's
paper
came
out
yesterday
because
I've
seen
the
paper
in
a
long
time
because
you're
only
getting
it
three
days
a
week,
so
they're
able
to
first
publication
and
we
got
and
it
was
more
literature
and
the
other
day
than
ever
seen
whether
it
was
junk
mail
or
not.
It
was
in
the
paper
right.
So
that's
a
big
hit
for
everybody.
H
So
if
somebody
misses
something
because
they
missed
the
deadline,
because
now
we're
only
getting
three
days
a
week
and
you
can't
get
online,
maybe
chairwoman
would
suggest
doing
a
resolution
at
the
next
meeting
is
sent
to
the
state
as
well.
To
get
more
attention,
I
mean
I
know
you
talked
to
your
Senator
locally,
but
I
think
it's
a
Statewide
problem.
Yeah.
C
I
also
reached
out
to
John
donatio
at
the
New
Jersey
Association
of
counties
who
also
has
been
advocating
for
this
as
well,
and
they
intend
to
kind
of
pick
up
their
kind
of
strong
charge
behind
it
after
we
get
through
budget
season
and
I
think
that
would
probably
be
a
good
course
for
us
to
do
as
well
like.
C
Let's,
let's
get
through
that
and
then
partner
with
njac,
because
I
think
that
makes
our
voice
stronger
in
that
sense
and
it
might
it's
something
we
maybe
bring
up
at
a
southern
New
Jersey
Commissioners
meeting
as
well
to
talk
about
all
of
us
coming
together.
H
C
So
yeah
so,
like
I,
said
we're
gathering
information
we
Jerry
gave
us
the
information
on
the
bills
that
had
been
put
forth
previously
and
and
gotten
fall
at
John
came
back
with
also
some
additional
history,
but
we'll
use
all
of
that
to
put
together
a
resolution
to
advocate
for
it,
but
again,
I
think
we
should
it's
I
think
we
got
to
get
a
lot
of
information
together,
yeah,
it's
a
work
in
progress,
yeah
I.
N
Just
want
to
say
that
it's
really
our
region,
it's
because
up
north
you
have
the
Starlight
exactly.
You
still
have
Asbury
Park,
Press
and.
I
I
I
A
J
Thanks
Mr
bows
yeah,
so
my
only
question
before
we
vote
on
this:
does
this
have
to
be
a
two-year
deal?
I
mean
with
all
the
changes.
This
is
just
recent
with
the
Press
changing
you
know.
As
of
like
you
said
today
with
it
going,
and
we
don't
know
where
we
don't
know
where
it's
going,
I
mean
everybody
I've
talked
to
and
said:
listen
I'm,
not
getting
it
I'm,
not
waiting
and
and
getting
really
old
news
in
the
mail.
J
You
know
my
mail
comes
sometimes
five
six
o'clock
at
night,
you
know
so
I've
had
a
subscription
for
the
press
for
as
long
as
I
can
remember,
I
don't
have
one
anymore.
So
if
there's
any
way
that
this
could
be
a
one-year
deal
until
we
figure
out
what
the
heck's
going
on
top
of
the
price,
basically
doubling
that's
what
I
would
be
in
favor
of
I
I
can't
support
this
yeah.
C
It's
not
a
bad
idea
and
just
to
kind
of
piggyback
on
your
point,
like
I've,
been
a
digital
subscriber
of
the
press
for
my
adult
life,
I've,
never
gotten
paper
delivery,
I!
Don't
like
paper.
Obviously
by
my
comments
earlier
in
the
meeting,
I
I,
you
know,
but
that's
how
my
generation,
I
guess
you
know,
reads
and
particularly
coming
out
of
covid.
You
know
the
digital
world
that
we're
in
it's
just
a
reality
that
we
have
to.
We
have
to
adapt
and
change,
and
the
state
has
to
go
along
with
us.
So.
B
C
H
W
N
Go
ahead
that,
even
though
the
paper
paper
only
comes
out
three
days
a
week
and
it's
mailed
to
you,
a
digital,
Edition,
correct
and
I
did
actually
read
the
legal
ads
today
online.
N
W
Could
they
could
they
vote
on
this
and
then
have
a
caveat
that
they
would
vote
for
the
two
years?
With
the
with
the
caveat
that,
after
like
November
December,
we
would
come
back
to
the
board
for
a
December
meeting
to
determine
whether
or
not
anything
is
changed.
You
should
give
us
a
chance
to
work
with
the
state
I'm
just.
T
Says
I
was
going
to
suggest
chairman
Risley
that
we
talk
about
whether
or
not
it's
got
to
go
back
out
to
bid
if
you're
going
to
do
it
one
year,
a
one-year
termite
to
me.
That's
what
I
think
I'm
hearing
but
I,
don't
I
don't
want
to
cross
lines
with
County
Council
in
his
office
because
obviously
they
have
so
many
dedicated
to
just
bidding.
T
Immediate
reaction,
is
you
either
table
it
and
look
at
whether
or
not
you
got
to
put
it
back
out
the
bid?
If
the
body
the
board
wants
to
look
at
a
one-year
term,
I,
don't
know
if
you
see
it
different
than
Jim
I'm
open
to.
E
R
I
could
just
mention,
too,
that
this
is
an
amount
not
to
exceed.
It
doesn't
mean
we
have
to
spend
this
amount
with
them.
It's
display
advertising,
so
it
depends
whether
or
not
there's
display
advertising
that
we
need
to
do.
Sometimes
the
election
offices
like
to
do
displays,
rather
than
just
put
them
in
the
legal
sections
intergenerational
recently,
did
one
back
when
the
paper
still
had
a
paper.
R
X
X
X
We're
going
to
have
some
yeah
we're
going
to
have
something.
It's
just
I
think
the
concerns
you're
hearing
on
here
is
about
the
term
with
all
the
changes
that
could
occur
and
we
don't
know
we
have
to
wait
to
see
if
the
state
changes
I
understand
that
you
got
to
put
this
stuff
being
a
lead
for
in
a
printed
newspaper
and
have
yeah.
You
know
the
fact
that
you
did
do
it,
so
the
public
had
a
chance
to
sit,
get
all
that,
but.
W
No,
let
me
just
say
to
see
if
you,
if
we
let's
just
say
that
if
we
were
impacted
by
anything
that
they
did
with
after
after
Michigan
and
we
talked
to
Hancock.
Of
course
you
made
your
change
that
that
impacted,
and
we
wouldn't
have
to
use
this.
It
was
another
way
to
always
the
same
thing
correct,
so
we
wouldn't
use
this
because
it's
we're
not
committed
to
having
to
use
every
single
dollar.
That's
the
issue:
okay,
I'm,
comfortable
building
in
favor.
W
To
provide
display
advertisements,
that's
what
this
is.
That's,
why
we
were
saying
legal,
the
legal,
the
legal
ads
or
in
the
law
that
that's
what
we
were
talking
to
so
therefore,
we
we
have
to
deal
with
the
law
tells
us
to
do
display
ads.
We
have
to
dig,
if
you're,
not
in
the
law,
so
that's
what
we're
bidding
bidding
display
at,
not
the
legal
ads,
because
the
legal
ads
are
in
the
walk.
We
don't.
We
don't
have
to
do
anything
other
than
meet
the.
What
the
law
says.
J
But
we
legally
don't
have
to
put
a
display
ad.
It's
it's
intergenerational
Services
want
to
put
a
display
ad.
It's
if
it's.
If
wants
to
put
and
I
had
out
it's
it's.
The
clerk's
office
wants
to
say
you
know.
Voting
is
on
Tuesday,
you
know,
and
this
is
how
you
do
it
there's
no
legal
requirement
that
they
have
to
put
that
ad.
That
display
ad
correct.
It's
just
a
splashing
is
yeah.
That's
correct!
Wherever
it's
going
to
be,
that's
correct!
That's
what
I
thought
yeah!
I
W
To
see
change
so
it's
like
when
Palmer
was
saying
she
has
to
do
those
legal
Acts
who
he
doesn't
have.
She
now
has
to
negotiate
with
the
press
to
I
guess
to
do
it
digitally
there
is
no
place
for
our
really
like
performance
in
in
the
Press.
You
have
those
legal
ads
into
back
in
the
Press.
You
don't
see
them
all
the
time.
So
that's
the
issue
paper
doesn't
come
out
every
day
right.
The
display
ads
again
are
not
in
the
law.
You
you
got
to
bid
a
display
at
it.
That's
what
happens.
H
Here,
right
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
we're
still
gonna
have
to
vote
up
or
down
so.
P
C
H
C
There
has
to
be
different
and
better
ways
that
we're
allowed
to
do
that
and
that's
what
works.
We're
exploring.
Yes,.
B
B
D
M
D
D
A
D
D
X
Yeah,
yes,
this
one
question:
Jerry:
could
you
could
you
give
our
guys
to
explain
why
we're
doing
the
contract
extension
for
this
for
the
for
this
particular
contract?
Why
are
they
requesting
the
time
extension
to
September.
P
Okay,
so
this
this
is
the
hip
that
included
Bargain,
Town,
Road,
Zion,
Road
and
Ocean
Heights
Avenue.
It
was
delayed
because
of
the
Parkway
overpass
work.
Okay,
so
that's
why
we
had
to
extend
it.
J
Yes,
Jerry,
I
and
I
guess
really
to
the
Doug.
J
If
someone
could
go
out
and
check
out
the
design
Road
portion,
especially
between
Old
Zion
and
Fire
Road
Laughlin
Road,
we're
gonna
call
it
where
they
just
put
all
the
ramps
in
for
driveways.
They
I
guess
drug
their
bucket
on
the
newly
paved
asphalt
and
it's
all
scored
and
scraped
up
and
and
before
we
sign
off
on
paying
them
for
that.
J
I
think
that
they're
going
to
need
to
fix
that,
because
that's
just
going
to
create
problems
down
the
road
on
the
Brand,
New,
Day
Ever,
there's
got
to
be
15
or
so
driveways
that
you'll
see
scores
in
the
roadway
that
are
probably
anywhere
from
a
quarter
to
a
half
inch
or
so
deep
all
over
the
road.
A
C
Mr
chair,
just
in
our
discussion,
we
learned
that
that
we-
actually,
you
know,
send
like
a
mobile
unit
out
so
that
the
folks
on
the
western
end,
who
don't
have
an
actual
Atlanta
County
Library,
but
still
benefit
from
some
of
our
services
through
this.
C
And
we
did
ask
Gary
to
kind
of
put
the
word
out
to
our
other
departments
that
if
there's
any
other
mobile
units
they're
going
out
to
communities,
let's
try
to
align
everybody
to
go
out
at
the
same
time,
so
that
our
residents
can
take
advantage
of
a
multitude
of
County
Services
at
you
know,
while
they're
coming
for
one
or
the
other.
So
very.
C
We
renewed
our
request
to
Administration
to
consider
a
sponsored
education
program
for
nurses,
so
we'll
continue
to
push
for
that
as
well.
A
M
B
A
X
I
Sure
there
is,
there
are
a
few
changes
from
last
from
the
last
contract,
which
would
include
a
a
change
to
compensatory
time,
for
it
happened
to
our
on
call
for
minimum
of
seven
days
per
month
they
were
getting
four
compensatory
hours
now
they're
getting
five
June
cage
has
been
added
as
a
holiday,
the
the
the
salary
guys
going
from
two
tier
to
one
tier
since
most
of
the
employees.
I
There
now
are
on
a
single
tier
and
the
the
total
cost
for
the
contract
over
the
course
of
the
four
years.
261
667
four-year
average
cost
about
4.29,
and
there
would
there
was
something
added
to
this
contract.
It
wasn't
the
last
contract
regarding
licensing
the
state
of
New
Jersey
has
passed
a
law
which
was
signed
by
the
governor
that
that
goes
into
effect
in
January
of
2024,
which
would
require
all
law
enforcement.
I
Everyone
employed
as
a
foreign
law
enforcement
officer
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey
to
go
through
a
state
police,
training,
commission,
certification
and
licensing
course.
So
as
of
1124,
every
single
law
enforcement
officer
want
to
go
through
this
course
be
certified
and
licensed
by
the
police
training
commission.
In
order
to
continue
to
work
as
law
enforcement
officers,
there
is
no
word
at
this
point.
If
that's
going
to
cost
the
law
enforcement,
if
there's
anything
or
if
the
state
is
doing
it
as
part
of
training.
I
So
at
this
point
you
don't
have
any
kind
of
fee
schedule.
There
may
not
be
anything
but
that's
something
new
and
which
will
require
them
to
have
this
licensing
to
proceed
forward
as
Law
Enforcement
Officers.
So
that's
that's
something
new
and
we
don't
have
all
the
information
on
it
yet,
but
it
does
go
into
effect
in
January.
H
So
Mr
chairman
yeah,
we
vote
on
this
I'm
just
going
to
throw
this
footnote
in
the
essentially
talk
about
contracts.
It
goes
to
show
that
the
administration
is
still
working
with
various
unions.
Yes,
to
come
to
some
type
of
agreement
on
these
contracts,
somehow
no
longer
than
others.
I
did
have
a
conversation
with
judge
again
this
morning
it
seemed
to
be
some
movement
with
the
teamsters
seem
to
be
in
some
movement
with
I.
Believe
ask
me
and
a
couple
of
other
unions.
H
Everybody
has
not
gotten
back
everything,
but
it
looked
like
we're
hitting
in
a
good
direction.
We
just
hope
it's
sooner
than
later,
I
know
there's
some
other
issues
still
out
there
regarding
the
nursing
home,
those
who
are
not
in
unions,
so
you
guys
that
we
talked
about
so
it
least
tells
us
some
movements
taking
place,
which
it's
a
good
thing.
H
We
just
hope
that
the
communication
doesn't
break
down,
but
the
conversations
I
like
with
Jerry
and
as
recently
as
last
date
with
Marcus
from
the
team
system
just
got
to
presented
back
to
their
membership.
They
seem
to
be
heading
in
the
right
direction.
So,
let's.
M
A
D
D
A
Her
course
she's
second,
by
accusation
or
recurrence
discussion.
We
all
know
what
this
is
about.
Of
course,
the
County
Government
I
always
encourage
my
colleagues
if
they
can
to
attend
the
various
seminars
that
njac
puts
on
and,
of
course,
the
various
seminars
that
the
polygamous
fatalities
puts
on
they're,
certainly
low
worth
attending
I
know
it's
difficult
many
times
to
to
get
out
to
these
things
during
the
day,
but
they
are.
They
are
worthwhile
and
so
a
good
expenditure
of
your
time.
M
K
M
A
D
X
The
board
don't
have
any
yeah.
Thank
you.
I
have
two
of
them.
The
solid
waste
advisory
committee
met
a
little
while
ago.
There
was
some
concerns
in
one
of
our
public
meetings,
where
we
had
some
questions
that
the
Commissioners
had
that
we
would
like
answers
to.
X
We
were
sent
them
over
in
committee
over
to
the
ECUA
eacua
has
given
us
a
response
back,
so
the
committee
is
going
to
review
the
responses
then
you'll
get
the
rest
of
the
Commissioners
will
get
a
formal
response
to
the
letters
that
were
all
set
and
the
information,
so
you
could
share
and
you'll
all
have
it.
X
There
should
be
meeting
again
shortly.
We
may
have
another
committee
meeting
tomorrow.
I
think
yes,
the
next
second
committee
I
have
is
the
bridges
and
Rhodes
committee
which
we
went
over.
There
is
a.
There
is
a
multitude
of
projects
that
were
awarded
through
the
winter
financing
is
in
place,
you're
going
to
be
seeing
construction
all
over
Atlantic,
County,
Western
and
Eastern
and
bridges.
It's.
I
X
Thing
some
of
the
delays,
of
course,
through
the
covet
process
and
the
state
approval
process
and
review
Islands
or
you
don't
have
to
tell
you
about
all
the
apartment
and
you
have
to
do
to
do
particular
projects,
but
we're
pretty
excited
so
we're
letting
the
public
know
you're
going
to
be
seeing
constructions
signs
all
over
and
it
needs
to
be
done,
don't
be
calling
yelling
about
you
can't
get
through,
but
you're.
L
X
A
There
as
well,
thank
you
anyone
else.
No
one
else
has
any
topics.
I
want
to
talk
about
one,
that's
moving
into
unfinished
business,
which
is
really
what
it
is
unfinished
business.
Let
me
start
off
by
saying:
there
was
an
article
in
the
Press
I
guess
we
all
saw
it.
It
said
Clash
over
trash
and.
A
I'd
like
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
this,
it
states
in
the
article
which
I
take
disagreement
with
that
says
the
campaign
Marks
One
front
of
a
dispute
between
the
acua
and
the
County
Commissioners,
with
anxiety,
rising
over
rate
hikes
and
the
future
of
waste
disposals
in
the
county.
Now
we've
asked
some
questions
and
that's
what
we're
here
to
do
we're
here
to
ask
questions
we're
here,
to
ask
tough
questions,
we're
here
to
ask
the
questions
to
to
the
follow-up
question
to
the
follow-up
question,
to
get
to
get
what
we
need
as
answers.
A
A
Every
member
of
this
governing
body
is
going
to
receive
a
copy
of
their
minutes.
Gonna
receive
a
copy
of
the
coming
agenda
and
then
we're
going
to
keep
the
solid
waste
Committee
in
play
that
all
questions
that
we
have
as
a
governing
body.
So
it's
literally
respecting
our
committee
system
will
go
through
the
committee
to
the
AC
way.
If
we
have
more
questions
and.
A
And
I've
discussed
this
with
Rick
dovey
I
would
like
to
appoint
our
vice
chairman,
Mr
Parker,
to
be
an
ex-officio
member
of
the
acua,
your
school
teacher,
and
you
know
how
to
take
copious
notes
and
so
we're
expecting
big
things
out
of
Youth,
and
we
certainly
appreciate
your
volunteering
to
do
this
and
I
think
it's
a
great
idea.
A
Things,
you
know
happening
the
AC
way,
but
you
know,
as
far
as
my
own
personal
opinion,
I
think
the
acua
generally
done
a
very
good
job
over
the
years
done.
A
A
very
good
job
and
they've
got
a
lot
of
challenges
to
confront
same
some
of
the
same
challenges
we
have
in
the
county,
with
hiring
and
so
on,
and
so
forth
and
they're
going
to
be
looking
for
ways
to
extend
the
life
of
the
landfill,
and
that
will
mean
no
doubt
shipping,
some
of
the
trash
out
to
a
different
County
so
that
we
can
extend
the
length
of
our
language.
So
these
are
all
issues
we
all
care
about
deeply
and
we're
going
to
continue
to.
V
Be
involved
special
days.
Thank
you.
Follow
up,
I,
appreciate
that,
thank
you
and
again.
So
this
is
how
democracy
is
supposed
to
work.
We're
not
asking
questions
just
to
be
confrontational,
correct
we're.
Sometimes
we're
asking
questions
based
on
the
information
that
we're
proving
to
sometimes
we're
asking
questions
that
are
asked
of
us
by
our
constituents
and
it's
our
duty
as
elected
officials
to
follow
through
and
ask
this
question
sometimes
I
ask
questions
later.
V
N
Yes,
oh
no
I'm,
sorry
I
knew
this
bro
yeah.
C
You
know
just
supposing
and
I
do
appreciate
your
comments
too,
on
the
on
the
ACA
issue,
Mr
chair,
but
it
should
be
made
clear
that
we
can
be
involved
as
we
want.
We
can
take
as
many
notes
as
we
want.
We
can
ask
as
many
questions
as
we
want,
because
we
can
put
on
as
much
pressure
as
we
want.
We
don't
have
the
this
ultimate
decision
making
which
actions.
A
Moving
into
new
business.
M
N
And
something
interesting
is
Camden.
County
Commissioner,
John
Young
proposed
a
regional
jail
up.
I
knew
that
would
pop
up
so
I
thought
that
might
be
of
interest
to
us.
Since
you
know,
we
voted
down
the
jail,
expansion
and
Cumberland
asked
us
to
partner
with
them
before
we
decline
stopped.
So
we
are
not
the
only
ones
having
issues
in
that
area.
I
thought
that
was
pretty
interesting.
N
A
U
I'm
sorry,
commissioner
I'm
trying
to
type
a
yes
in
the
Box
in
the
virtual
and
it's
not
happening.
This
is
Kathleen
Spades
from
Linwood
I
wanted
to
go
back
and
I
understand,
you're,
giving
us
an
update
on
the
discussions
and
the
questions
that
you're
asking
of
acua.
But
you
talked
about
there's
a
solid
waste
advisory
committee
meeting
that
meets
from
the
Atlantic
County
Commissioners.
Are
those
meetings
open
to
the
public?
So
we
can
hear
the
discussion.
M
X
Information
back
and
answer
get
questions
answered,
as
we've
done
with
the
acoa
on
this
particular
case.
Get
our
facts
and
find
things
together.
Put
them
in
a
report
then
give
them
to
the
entire
board.
So
that's
our
opportunity
to
to
sit
down
and
discuss
these
things
as
far
as
it
being
the
public,
no
they're,
not
public
meetings.
There
are
work
session
meetings.
We're
only
permitted
to
have
so
many
Commissioners
attended
as
well.
X
It's
not
like
it's
a
full
board.
We.
X
A
T
I
was
going
to
say,
I
I,
don't
think,
there's
four
more
minutes,
but
obviously
you
get
a
final
product
when,
whatever
the
result
of
that
particular
committee
comes
before
you
and
tells
you
what's
going
on,
that's
that's
I
think
what
Miss
faith
is
dropping
at.
How
do
you
know
what
the
result
is
and
that's
the
mechanism
when
you
have
that
discussion
about
the
topic
amongst
the
entire
board
in
a
public
meeting
correct.
U
So
so
what
Mrs
faith
is
driving
at
I
can
speak
for
myself,
but
I.
Thank
you
solicitor
for
interpreting.
For
me,
what
Mrs
faith
is
driving
at
is
that
if
I
wanted
to
see
what
the
discussion
was
and
what
their
end
results
were
for
the
solid
waste
advisory
committee
or
any
of
the
other
committees
that
the
commission
has,
how
would
I
request
that
information.
M
T
H
Q
U
Answering
this
for
me,
so
if
a
person,
if
a
person
safe,
unfortunately
had
to
miss
a
commissioner's
meeting,
but
if
there
was
any
discussion
under
reports
of
special
committees,
this
is
the
time
in
the
place
where
it
would
be
presented
right.
So
yes,
and
then
I
would
assume.
Then
the
after
this
Solid
Waste
advisory
committee,
discussion
and
meeting
tomorrow
that
there'd
be
an
update,
maybe
at
the
next
Atlantic
County
Commissioner's
meeting
in
this
area,
where
we're
right
now
under
reports
of
special
Committees
of.
T
But
yes,
but
once
they
basically
once
they're
done
their
work
of
putting
their
ideas
on
what
they
want
to
convey
to
the
rest
of
the
body.
Yes,
you
would
hear
in
this
meeting
at
about
that
portion
of
the
meeting.
I
just
don't
want
to
sound
misleading.
In
terms
of
saying
it
will
definitely
be
the
next
meeting
that
that
occurs.
No.
T
U
C
Mr
chair
just
to
remind
the
public,
our
videos
are
on
YouTube.
The
public
misses
a
meeting.
They
can
certainly
go
watch
the
meeting
they're
on
the
County
website
on
YouTube
on
the
County
website.
M
A
B
G
If
not
Scott
likes
to
recognize
today,
1968
today
was
the
day
that
Dr
Martin,
Luther
King
assassinated
and
I
want
to
point
that
out.
Not
so
much
to
remember
how
he
was
killed
was
to
kind
of
commemorate
how
he
lived.
So
we
can
all
take
the
time
out
to
remember
Dr,
Martin,
Luther,
King
and
all
that
he
stood
for
just
have
a
moment.
J
Mr
balance
yeah
I
just
want
to
wish
all
of
our
colleagues
the
public
when
it
came
today.
Hey
Happy,
Easter
season,
Passover,
Holy,
Week
and
some
will
be
yours.
Yeah.
F
Yeah
I
just
want
to
make
mention
that
April
is
autism
environment,
Awareness
Month,
which
was
recently
changed,
autism
and
acceptance,
and
for
those
who
may
not
know
autism
acceptance
month
occurs
every
April
and
aims
to
show
support,
inclusion
and
acceptance
for
those
diagnosed
with
autism,
autism
spectrum
disorder.
Asd
is
a
group
of
neurological
disorders
that
affect
brain
development
and
clean
lead
to
challenges
with
social
skills,
language
communication
and
behavior.
F
So
it's
very
important
time
for
us
to
look
at
autism
acceptance
here
now
and
again:
I
roll
anyone
that
observing
Easter
Happy
Easter.
C
Mr
chair,
yes,
just
because
now
I
want
to
annoy.
C
No
I
seriously
recently
learned
of
some
services
that
are
available
to
Atlantic
County
residents,
60
and
older.
To
get
your
estate
planning
documents
done
a
will,
a
living
will
and
a
power
of
attorney
free
of
charge
via
a
grant
that
we
offer
apparently
through
South,
Jersey
Legal
Services.
There's
a
number
you
can
call
to
make
the
request
for
the
grant
and
it's.
C
1-800-496-4570,
that
number
is
on
the
website
of
South
Jersey,
Legal,
Services
LLC
and
on
their
Facebook
page.
They
recently
did
an
informational
post
about
it
and
so
we're
taking
advantage
of
it
and
I
encourage
the
rest
of
the
families
out
there
to
do
the
same.
You're.
