Absolutely

but
I

Yes,
okay,

Final
reading.
G
Yeah,
I
think
this
is
this
is
a
great
ordinance
you
know
to
be
able
to.
You
know,
spend
20
25
cents
on
the
dollar
to
have
this
improvement
done
at
our
county.
High
school
is
wonderful,
the
amount
of
students
that
will
be
able
to
get
trained
there,
especially
in
the
the
new
fields
that
we're
talking
about
adding
on
there
to
help
improve
the
diversity
of
the
county.
I
think
it's
going
to
be
wonderful.
C
D
Capital

Therefore,

we
see
pursuant
to
the
federal
american
rescue
plan,
act
of
2021.
C
D
C
C
B
C
D
C
F
D
I
I
believe
one
year
it's
two
10
31
an
extended
10,
31
22.
So
it's
one
year:
okay,.
C
C
G
Hey
jerry,
what's
our
stock
like
now
with
salt,
we
had
a
pretty
mild
winner
last
year.
I
think.
F
We
did
discuss
this
in
the
in
the
budgets
of
meeting
two
commissioner
ballas
and
basically
we're
filling
it
to
our
average
level,
and
then
we
we
have
on
order
as
needed
and
they
they
would
only
charge
upon
delivery.
G
D
E
We
say
it's
a
change
order:
8
100
as.
E
J
A
These
are
there's
going
to
be
a
couple,
there's
going
to
be
a
final
change
order
that
closes
it
all
out,
but
these
are
bits
and
pieces
hardware
that
had
to
be
ordered
during
the
actual
installation
of
the
racks
we're
submitted
for
payment
and
they
have
to
go
through
the
resident
engineer,
our
inspectors
to
get
approved,
and
then
they
come
through
for
these
change
orders.
So
the
work
is
complete.
There's
no
more
work
to
be
done.
A
There
will
be
one,
I
believe,
only
one
final
change
order
that
will
tie
out
everything
and-
and
we
can,
if
you
want
then
go
over
everything-
that's
that
has
been
involved.
I
don't.
A
G
Madam
chair
commissioner,
yeah
also
to
either
john
or
jerry,
I
mean
in
reading
the
description
unless
I
got
it
wrong.
This
was
a
designer
I
imagine
with
the
with
the
m
and
the
v
being
sharp
and
dangerous
shouldn't
that
cost
be
born
on
whoever
designed
that
or
the
manufacturer.
A
Those
those
were
special
designs
asked
for
by
the
municipalities,
the
grant
money
went
to
the
municipalities,
and
so
so
the
my
understanding
is
that
those
that
that
is
borne
by
the
grant.
We
did
get
an
expansion
of
the
federal
aid
grant.
I'm
not.
I
am
not
up
to
date
completely
on
the
numbers
and
how
they
worked
out.
But
the
answer
that
I
know
of
is
that,
yes,
those
designs
were
done
by
the
municipality.
They
requested
them
specifically
as
opposed
to
standard
racks
right
off
the
pun
intended.
A
But
but
I
do
not
know
what
all
the
details
of
that
are,
but
I
can
have
them
for
you
for
the
next
meeting.
If
you
will
or
if
you
get
a
final
change
or
I'll,
be
glad
to
get
that
together.
G
F
J
F
Under
it
from
an
engineering
and
like
a
program
management
perspective,
if
I
understand
it
now
the
amount
of
federal
tax
dollars
being
spent
on
a
bike
racks,
we
won't
even
get
into
that
discussion,
but
I'm
pretty
sure
all
of
this
is
is
federal.
Grant
money.
Yes,.
I
A
A
Every
year
to
administer
federal
transportation
funds
was
available
to
do
that
and
back
then,
I'm
not
sure
where
the
request
came
from,
but
it
was
requested
that
the
county
would
administer
those
funds,
and
that's
I'm
not,
I
don't
know
the
decision
process
there.
I
just
know
that
we
were
opted
in
to
do
that
administration
and
that's
what
we've
done
to
the
best
of
our
family.
There's
a
is
a
litany
of
things
that
were
very
difficult
on
this
project.
A
I
I
just
raised
that,
for
one
reason
this
is
that
we're
it's
not
like
we
we
wanted
to
do
that.
We
were
asked
to
do
that.
We
did
that
if
we
turn
that
down
more
again,
then
I
don't
get
the
bike
racks
and
you
got
mike
margie
and
and
vendor
elected
officials
here,
complaining
that
we
turn
it
down.
So
I'm
just
that's,
I'm
just
that.
That's
the
point.
C
D
D
G
B
To
jerry,
I
know
we're
in
a
pandemic,
I
know
things
are
tough
and
getting
people's
heart.
I
get
all
that.
Is
it
time
for
us
to
take
a
good
hard
look
at
the
salary
structure
there,
the
nursing
home,
look
at
all
the
salaries.
G
I
B
B
E
The
commissioner
said
so
the
record's
clear
we
are
looking
at
all
the
salaries.
There's
a
committee,
that's
formed
by
this
board
of
commissions
we're
looking
at
it.
We've
been
in
contact
with
the
administration
from
the
bottom
up,
not
so
much
from
the
top
down.
But
it's
you
know
we
talk
about
the
bottom
up
and
jerry
has
been
providing
this
information.
I
don't
know
if
all
the
commissioners
have
been
given
the
data
information,
but
going
forward.
E
I
think
we're
still
in
talks
with
unions
within
in-house
anyway,
as
you
indicated
whether
it's
the
nursing
home,
whether
it's
your
welfare
workers,
whoever
the
case
may
be,
we
agree
across
this
board.
I
believe
that
the.
E
Are
low
and
it's
not
just
in
the
county,
we're
having
the
same
problem
in
the
city
and,
unfortunately,
the
old
saying,
is
you
get
what
you
pay
for
them?
Damn
days
are
over
with
folks
come
to
work.
They
work
hard.
They
still
living
below
the
property
rate,
as
we
know
going
15
hours,
but
my
favorite
quote
has
always
been
this.
E
E
So
I
think
the
administration,
in
conjunction
with
the
commissioners,
are
trying
to
figure
out
what
is
the
best
method
to
try
to
raise
all
the
salaries,
whether
you
picking
up
the
trash
on
route,
9
right
or
you're
at
the
nursing
home,
it
has
to
be
across
the
board
where
everybody
can
come
together,
nobody's
going
to
get
rich
working
for
the
county.
However,
we
need
to
make
sure
we
make
our
employees
understand.
We
appreciate
what
they
do
and
I
agree
with
what
you're
saying.
B
I
would
agree
with
you
what
you
said
as
well.
I
just
think
that
the
nursing
home
is
a
very,
very
high
priority.
You
know
we
have
to.
We
can't
have
any
mistakes
there.
No,
you
know
we're
dealing
with
people's
lives
if
a
pothole
doesn't
get
filled
in
that's
one
thing,
but
if
we
don't
have
the
proper
staffing
at
the
nursing
home
that
just
leads
to
all
kinds
of
problems
lawsuits
you
know
issues.
So
that's
what
I'm
very
concerned
about.
C
D
C
D
K
Yeah,
I
just
want
to
say
that
the
senior
citizens
advisory
council
and
the
works
with
the
department
of
aging
and
they
are
doing
a
really
great
job,
keeping
people
engaged
and
and
supporting
all
the
services
that
go
out
to
our
seniors.
Doing
a
really
good
job
and
this
money.
C
Helps
with
that,
thank
you,
and
I
agree
I
mean
all
of
these
resolutions
that
we're
doing
are
showing
you
know
all
of
the
services.
Many
of
the
services
should
say
not
all
that
we
do
provide
in
this
county.
Do
you
have.
F
F
For
example,
we're
gonna
get
more
out
of
them,
because
they're
gonna
be
able
to
combine
kind
of
the
two
the
work
the
two
departments
would
have
been
doing.
So
it's
a
pretty
cool
new
album.
F
D
J
Yeah
jerry-
I
know
this
may
or
may
not
be
connected,
but
I
know
this.
This
talks
about
funding
for
transportation
and
also
the
nutrition
sites.
I
know
recently
that
the
nutrition
sites
are
planning
to
reopen
to
in-person
meals,
they've
been.
J
C
C
C
B
C
F
D
I
We've
had
a
contract
with
either
sjta
or
the
new,
the
owner,
sjta
sold
the
building,
whether
it
was
a
garage
to
jamaal
or
so
we
have
spaces
over
there
75
spaces
we
used
to
have
about
110
and
employees
can
park
there
and
we
pay
for
their
parking.
And
then
the
courts
have
jurors
go
there.
So
when
they
have
their
mass
jury,
when
they
do
jury
selection,
everybody
parks
there
and
they
go
over
to
the
courthouse.
So
once
they
select
the
jury,
then
they
park
over
north
carolina
because,
obviously
it's
limited
then.
E
E
Many
spaces
empty.
Couldn't
we
reduce
the
amount
of
spaces
in
the
new
york
avenue
garage,
even
those
under
new
ownership,
and
have
them
use
that
lot?
That
surface
light
bring
the
quest
from
the
court
out.
Are
you
familiar
with
what
I'm
talking
about
current
questions
by
the
law?
Firm
right?
No!
No!
No!
You
were
back
right.
This
is
on
arctic
avenue.
E
I
E
E
I
E
I
E
G
They're
them
empty
spots
are
for
panel
drawers,
so
you're,
seeing
a
lot
of
them
that
are
empty
nail,
but
once
they
seat
the
drawers,
then
they're
assigned
to
them
spots
that
are
empty.
So
that's
why
they
have
to
be
empty
because
of
trials
over
there.
E
G
E
J
G
I
E
I
like
to
see
that
as
long
as
I've
been
there
and
we
took
that
bar
off
that
corner
piggies
bar
and
all
that
I've
never
ever
seen
that
parking
lot
before.
I'm
not
I'm
not
doubting
you,
but
maybe
I'll
miss
this,
because
y'all
go
home
at
the
end
of
the
day,
I'm
still
out
there.
I
I've
never
seen
that
light
fall
on
any
given
day,
but
the
reason
that
I
was
just
asking
the
question
trying
to
save
a
couple
of
dollars
if
we
did
not
need
to
use
all
the
spots
on.
E
B
C
C
D
C
K
I
J
C
C
Yes,
motion
carries
at
this
time
I'll,
entertain
a
motion
to
combine
and
adopt
resolution
numbers
549
to
552..
They
are
appointments
and
reappointments.
Second,.
C
B
C
Would
you
mind
reading
the
resolution.
D
Customers
manage
their
energy
use
by
implementing
energy
efficiency
programs,
assisting
customers
with
switching
to
solar
power
and
other
energy
usage
use
strategies
to
make
their
energy
consumption
more
environmentally
friendly.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
atlanta
county
board
of
commissioners
support
atlantic
city,
electric's,
clean
energy
effort
and
their
programs
to
make
atlantic
county
citizens
more
aware
and
more
environmentally
friendly
in
their
consumption
and
use
of
energy.
C
Thank
you.
I
just,
I
think
we
all
may
have
seen
the
article
that
linux,
the
electric
have
put
out
there
on
their
programs
they're
looking
forward
to,
and
I
just
thought
it
would
be
nice
to
their
great
partner
with
our
county.
K
No
no
chair,
it
would
be
a
really
great
opportunity
for
the
county
to
partner
and
also
go
through
some
of
those
audits
and
figure
out
where
we
can
use
more
energy,
efficient
equipment
and
systems
to
help
move
that
along.
As
long
as
we're
congratulating.
I
So
again,
in
line
with
that,
we
we've
sat
down
with
several
entities
that
provide
free
audits
and
we
have
to
do.
As
you
know,
we
we
have
an
ordinance
that
says
we
do
everything
in
a
formal
manner,
so
our
purchasing
agent
is
finalizing
the.
What
would
be
the
specifications
to
have
an
audit
done
by
all
of
our
buildings
work
with
that?
Just
with
the
commission,
you
know
energy
efficient,
ndac
lighting.
You
know.
G
Just
wanted
to
say,
you
know,
first
of
all,
congratulations
to
atlantic
city,
electric
they're,
a
great
community
partner,
they've,
been
involved
in
so
many
different
things
supporting
so
many
different
charities
here
in
atlanta
county.
Every
time
you
know,
I've
been
in
different
fundraisers
atlantic
city
lecturer
is
either
a
major
sponsor
or
some
type
of
a
sponsor
of
that
and
they're
always
coming
up
with
something
a
little
a
little
more
better
in
the
county.
You
know,
especially,
you
know,
work
how
well
they
work
with
the
different
solar
companies.
G
We
have
an
array
of
different
solar
companies
here
in
atlanta
county
to
provide
the
solar
to
the
residents
and
the
working
relationship
that
they
have
with
each
and
every
one
of
these
companies
to
make
sure
that
that
solar
is
getting
up
and
approved
and
running
and
onto
their
grid
and
improving
the
grid
and
I'm
sure,
you've
seen
all
the
the
new
infrastructure
that
atlantic
city
electric
has
put
in
with
the
big
metal
poles
and
the
metal
poles
going
from
their
substation
all
the
way
down
port
republic
all
the
way
into
atlantic
city.
C
H
That
was
just
you
know.
Jerry
touched
on.
It's
not
something
new
that
the
atlantic
county
government
has
done.
We
undertaken
these
energy
audits
and
stuff
for
years
through
different
departments
as
technology
changes.
Of
course
you
have
to
stay
with
the
time,
some
of
them
switching
and
some
of
the
leds
and
stuff
that
you
know
we're
taking
advantage
of
now,
facilities
has
been
doing,
and
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
we
pointed
that
out
as
well.
H
It's
nothing
I
know
we're
all
of
us
worry
about
a
buck,
and-
and
I
know
the
county
administration
gets
tired
of
hearing
us,
sometimes
because
we
chase
after
more
on
that,
but
they've
been
very
proactive
and
they
always
have
because
they
know
we're
looking
they're
looking
as
well.
So
I
just
want
to
make
that
on
the
record,
so
you
guys
always
think
that.
K
C
B
Sure
thank
you
well
good
news
for
a
change.
I
attended
the
sjedd
meeting
last
night,
south
jersey,
economic
development
district,
and
this
is
the
tenth
year.
I've
served
on
that
bahadi
to
represent
the
county
and
I
will
say
it's
been
really
one
of.
B
B
Atlanta
county
believe
that
2015
we
made
a
loan.
We
made
a
loan
to
the
district
so
that
they
could
get
the
house
in
order
and
be
able
to
break
ground
on
the
new
aviation
park
that
we
have.
That
was
a
four
district
four
county
project.
It
was
not
atlanta
county
project.
So
in
order
to
get
that
going
and
to
get
the
grant
money
going
to
get
everything
going
at
aviation
park,
we
had
to
complete
two
pages
of
specifications
laid
down
by
the
inspector
general
united
states.
B
So
was
a
rather
interesting
time
and
I'm
happy
to
report
a
number
of
things
number
one:
the
district
paid
off
a
another
loan
list
last
night
also
the
loan
that
the
atlantic
county
improvement
authority
made
will
be
paid
off
two
and
a
half
years
early.
B
We
have
unmodified
qualified
reports,
unmodified
opinions,
which
is
the
highest
depend.
You
can.
F
B
The
district
will
be
totally
debt-free
next
year,
we'll
make
our
last
payment
and
we've
shaved
off
about
two
and
a
half
years
on
the
loan
that
lennon
county
improvement
authority
keep
to
the
to
the
district
serving
in
the
on
the
district
is
interesting
because
you
know
it's
not
just
about
atlantic
county
there's
three
other
counties
involved
and
you
have
to
be
involved
and
show
interest
and
work
together
as
a
unit
to
make
things
happen,
and
last
night
the
district
unanimously
approved
our
application
that
max
slusher
was
talking
about
for
the
buildback,
better
regional
challenge
grant
if
we
were
able
to
get
this
even
phase
one
and
all
the
other
phases.
B
E
Business
or
not,
but
I
believe,
on
saturday
or
sunday,
dr
gabba,
from
atlanta
k,
community
college
was
inducted
to
the
ruckus
hall
of
fame
alumni,
and
so
I
would
ask
this
board
next
meeting,
we
prepared
a
proclamation
on
resolution,
acknowledging
that
she
is
our
president
of
our
community
college.
E
It
speaks
by
him
because
when
you
can
look
at
folks
in
your
own
communities,
who've
made
a
great
contribution
and
touch
the
lives
of
so
many
young
people
and
to
be
inducted
into
rutgers
hall
of
fame.
I
think
it
says
a
lot
and
I
asked
that
the.
E
We
can
do
a
if
you
don't
mind,
pass
or
to
the
attorney
to
a
proclamation
or
resolution
and
try
to
have
her
at
the
next
meeting.
C
Thank
you
great.
Do
we
have
any
other
new
business?
Okay,
cnn
we've
received
copies
of
written
communication
and
petitions
any
commission
or
comments
if
you've
received
anything.
K
Okay
about
the
opioid
settlement,
so
the
state
is
the
one
who
responds
to
this.
I
mean
the
county
responses,
not
not
us
individually,.
C
Okay,
okay,
thank
you.
We
have
any
other
communications
that
they
want
to
bring
up.
Okay,
I
will
now
open
to
public
comments
portion.
Anyone
would
like
to
speak.
Please
come
to
the
podium
state,
your
name
in
the
town.
You
reside
if
you're
attending
virtually
please
type.
Yes
in
the
question
and
answer
box
you'll
be
raised
from
an
attendee
to
a
panelist
when
you're
raised
state
your
name
and
the
town
you
reside.
L
L
Well,
I
did
a
little
bit
of
checking
and
to
remove
political
road
signs.
It's
been
ruled
upon
by
the
united
states,
supreme
court
and
new
jersey
state
supreme
court
that
political
road
signs
are
protected
under
the
freedom
of
speech.
Act
to
set
foot
onto
public
property
to
remove
road
sign
is
a
crime.
It's
a
class
b
misdemeanor
the
county
under.
I
assume
mr
ross's
direction
has
been
driving
around
collecting
road
signs.
L
This
is
a
picture
of
a
county
dump
truck
with
road
signs
in
the
back
of
it.
You
think,
after
all,
we've
heard
tonight
about
how
we
don't
have
enough
money
that
we
got
money
for
a
truck
that
uses
more
than
five
more
than
a
gallon
of
gas
to
drive
five
miles
and
an
employee
to
do
it.
L
We
got
money
to
drive
them
around
and
pick
up
road
signs,
which
is
again
a
crime,
and
I
would
like
to
have
somebody
explain
to
me
how
this
road
sign,
which
is
a
roofing
contractor,
and
there
are
hundreds
of
these
that
have
been
around
the
township
for
this
particular
one
has
been
there
for
at
least
six
months.
Why
is
this
sign?
Okay,
but
my
signs
are
not
okay,
the
county
collects
road
signs
and
they
put
them
right
over
here
in
the
yard
that
you
can
go
pick
them
up
again.
L
In
the
last
week
I
have
collected
106
of
my
signs
from
the
county
yard.
There
are
five
of
my
opposition
signs
in
the
yard.
I
don't
want
to
say
I
may
be
paranoid,
but
it
seems
a
little
one-sided.
Mr
ballas
there's
a
few
of
your
signs
in
there.
Mrs
fitzpatrick
there's
a
few
of
your
signs.
In
there
I
mean
I
get
that
they
pick
them
up
from
both
sides,
but
I
have
written
permission
from
property
owners
to
to
post
my
sign
in
their
yard.
L
I
I
I
can
tell
you
right
now:
I've
been
passed
a
lot
of
signs
that
they
have
not
picked
up
on
our
roads,
which
means
they
haven't
been
in
that
area.
So
they
don't
drive
around
looking
for
science
questions
and
if
they
are
they,
I
can
tell
you
right
now.
If
I
know
about
it,
I'm
I'm
going
to
have
the
department
and
take
action
you're
supposed
to
do
that
in
the
course
of
your
job,
but
they
see
the
sign,
take
it
down
and
that's
it.
I
H
If
I
can
jerry,
I
think
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
clear.
The
county's
been
picking
them
up
on
the
county
right
away
on
county
roads,
johnny
right
away
on
campus.
I
H
You
got
a
house,
you
have
a
house,
I'm
a
homeowner
and
I
have
a
sign.
That's
five
feet
off
four
feet
off
the
road
in
front
near
my
mailbox
near
the
street,
we're
not
going
in
the
somebody's
yard
to
pick
up
a
sign
as
a
county
crew
on
a
county.
H
H
Of
the
road,
I
know
we're
talking
about
semantics
here
a
little
bit,
but
I
want
to
be
clear:
we're
not
going
in
if
somebody
has
a
house
there
and
the
signs
are
out
near
the
street
and
it's
two
feet
off
the
road
near
his
mailbox:
we're
not
stopping
on
a
county
road
to
pick
up
the
guy
to
pick.
L
I
So,
if
you
said
to
me
today,
would
we
be
on
somebody's
property?
We
could
be
if
it
if
it
is
creating
an
issue.
Now,
I'm
not
saying
this
is
creating
an
issue,
but
to
go
to
that
point.
Could
we
go
on
private
property
as
long
as
it's
in
our
right
of
way?
I
mean
so
I
went
to
photojimmy
here,
but
I
can
only
tell
you
this
most
recent
cases
that
I
was
asked
to
look.
E
At
so
so
let
me,
I
think
I
have
a
little
bit
experience
in
what
this
gentleman
is
talking
about,
and
I
was
a
county
employee
at
the
time
and
we
were
instructed
to
go
out
and
move
political
science,
and
I
don't
know
if
you
remember
this
jerry,
I
called
you
and
denny,
and
I
told
him
I'll
be
damned
if
I
was
going
to
touch
anybody's
political
signs.
E
There
has
been
for
years
the
county's
point
or
position.
You
can't
be
in
the
right
with
that.
I
think
we
all
would
agree
whether
you
democrat
republican
independent,
if
you
come
up
to
an
insect,
you
can't
see
the
hell
around
you.
You
don't
want
some
big
five
by
five
sign
that
you
can't
see
with
damn
cars
coming
out.
I
get
that
part,
but
it
was
a
little
teeny
sign
down
at
the
bottom.
E
We're
wasting
a
lot
of
time,
taking
people's
signs
up
somebody
paid
for
those
signs,
and
so
again,
when
I
was
on
work
for
public
works,
I
refused
to
do
it
after
you
suspend
me
and
find
me,
but
I'm
not
touching,
I'm
a
political
junkie.
That's
what
I
do
I
run
for
public
office.
My
signs
were
out
there
many
times
I've
gone
to
the
county
yard
to
get
my
signs,
but
I
made
it
very
clear.
E
E
So
what
happens?
Is
it's
silly
season?
We
get
it
and
every
year
it
gets
worse
and
worse.
There
was
a
law.
That
said,
you
can't
post
signs
on
lightbulbs.
Remember
that
folks,
ain't,
sad,
whether
it's
a
political
sign
it
was
a
power
wash
sign,
was
a
roofing
sign.
It's
got
to
be
consistent,
we're
going
to
take
the
ball
up
and
down
so
I
get
it
ben
did
that.
But
my
point
was
no
labor
in
my
personal
opinion
should
be
taking
up
signs.
E
The
supervisors
of
those
units
should
be
doing
that
it
takes
those
because
those
kids
get
out
there
and
they
get
into
a
confrontation
with
a
candidate,
and
they
only
really
go
on
that
job
right.
Let
the
supervisor
take
that
that
flat,
but
anyway,
find
out
what
law
this
gentleman
is
referring
to.
If,
in
fact,
you're,
not
you
personally,
if
we're
intruding
on
somebody's
right
and
they
have
the
right
way
to
put
them
there.
But
again,
I
think
all
of
us
for
safety
issues.
C
L
The
the
ntsba
national
transportation
safety
board
is
not
it's
conducted,
a
study
and
that
study
had
determined
that
road
signs
that
have
three
feet:
three
square
feet
or
less
in
size,
even
on
the
side
of
the
road,
have
zero
impact
on
traffic
and
had
zero
liability
and
and
do
not
raise
accidents.
You
said
three
feet
three
square
feet
or
less,
which
is
the
small
sign,
the
small
size,
but
I
was
talking
about
them
big.
L
I
know
the
four
by
four
ones,
you're
talking
about
that's
another
issue,
that's
not
what
I'm
talking
about
obstructing
view
is
is
not
what
I'm
talking
about
and
as
far
as
the
right
of
way
goes,
it's
not
your
property
that
that
first
15
feet,
there's
an
easement
on
people's
private
property
that
allows
the
county
city
or
whoever
to
go
on
to
do
utility
work
and
safety
work.
That
does
not
make
it
your
property.
That's
why
you
have
to
shovel
your
sidewalk
because
you
still
own
it.
L
L
Just
here
to
tell
you
and
let
everybody
know
they
should
be
public
know
that
I
have
written
permission
on
certain
properties
to
post
my
signs.
I
am
putting
game
cameras
on
those
signs
and
if
I
see
someone
removing
them,
I'm
going
to
file
criminal
charges,
I
let
it
be
a
county,
employee,
a
supervisor
or
a
guardsman.
It
makes
no
difference
to
me.
C
E
H
That's
all!
Oh,
yes,
we've
got
a
lot
of
all
signs,
put
sign
everybody
if
we're
going
to
make
we're
going
to
do
determinations
on
what
we're
pulling
it's
all
or
it's
none
or
gonna
have
to
talk
about
the
policy
that
you
guys
come
up
with
from
the
legal
standpoint
that
you
stand
behind.
Yes,
in
fact,
commercial.
H
G
F
I
just
wanted
to
comment
as
well,
and
I
think
commissioner
ballas
was
just
sitting
on
it.
I
mean
the
state
has
been
worse
than
ever
this
year.
Taking
signs
off
of
state
roadways.
I
live
on
route
50
in
maine's
landing.
I
put
signs
in
my
yard
along
route
50
every
year
for
the
last
13
years.
This
is
the
first
time
they've
been
removed
from
my
yard.
F
It
is
absolutely
out
of
control
this
year
I
don't
know
what's
going
on,
but
to
the
gentleman
I'm
sorry,
I
can't
see
you
just
know
that
it
is
happening
everywhere.
I
don't
know
why,
as
commissioner
corsi
said
it's
silly
season,
but
it
is
very,
very
frustrating
because
all
of
us
have
been
there.
F
All
of
us
have
had
to
go
to
the
yard
and
get
our
signs,
it's
a
very
frustrating
process
and
it's
a
huge
waste
of
time
and
resources
from
the
volunteer
and
political
side
and
from
the
employee
side,
whether
it's
state
county,
whatever
it's
really
really
ridiculous.
So
I
just
want
to
commisery.
I
know
that
might
not
be
much
help,
but
it
is
very
frustrating.
L
All
I'm
asking
is
for
the
county
to
stop
breaking
the
law
and
stop
using
county
resources
to
do
it.
That's
all
I'm
asking
for
I'll
deal
with
the
state
and
I'll
deal
with
my
city
on
their
own,
but
I'm
just
asking
the
county
to
stop
breaking
the
law
for
all.
If
we're
all
frustrated
by
it,
you
guys
have
the
power
to
stop
it.
