A
Thank
You
Joey.
Could
we
get
a
report
from
the
engineers
and
the
contractors
to
give
the
freehold
of
board,
especially
those
representing
that
area?
Ain't
timeline
like
we
did
long
before
five
years
ago,
and
that
way
that
we
can
check,
check
them
out
a
little
bit.
Maybe
a
little
short
presentation
in
this
project.
H
C
C
Yes,
madam,
that's
a

yes

E
A
A
C
A
E
A
E
Correct
you
need
rice
just
so
you
know
the
one
that
there's
question
just
so
you
know.
Multi
companies
got
a
lot
of
work
for
us,
the
HVAC
area.
They
went
ahead
and
got
your
their
license.
They
questioned
the
license,
we
verify
Galatians,
we
verify
to
the
state,
they
need
all
the
conditions,
and
so
they
were
awarded
a
contract.
So
this
is
I'm
not.
C
A
C
A
A
C
A
Public
input
here
you
know
it's
rare-
that
we
get
a
point.
T's
come
to
our
meeting
and
I'm
thinking
about
asking
the
executive
to
at
least
have
somebody
come
here
when
we
do
these
things.
So,
but
maybe
after
I
talk
to
you,
nobody
else
will
come
so
since
you're
yeah
tell
us
what
you,
what
duties
are,
what
you'll
be
doing
on
the
Atlantic
Canada
Youth,
Services
Commission,
so.
F
This
is
going
to
be
doing
with
looking
at
youth
incarceration
in
our
county
and
providing
feedback
and
input
on
how
to
better
manage
our
rates
of
recidivism
and
making
sure
that
we
keep
our
youth
out
of
incarceration
and
for
those
of
you
that
don't
remember
who
I
am
I'm
a
teacher
and
a
public
education
advocate.
So
this
is
something
that's
been
dear
to
my
heart.
Regular
years.
A
Recently,
the
county
has
participated
in
I
would
say
a
very
high
level.
Increased
awareness
of
our
opioid
crisis,
I
mean
we
are
Dora,
vicinage,
Cape
May
in
Atlantic
and
our
administration.
Now
we
put
them
on
tests
to
try
to
really.
You
know
see
how
our
different
Commission's
and
our
different
boards
can
really
work
together
to
stop
this
opioid
addiction.
You
know
what
have
you
so
thank
you
for
your
service
here
in
the
comments
overall.
A
G
A
We
should
talk
about
it.
Basically,
if
you're
not
aware
of
what
this
is
and
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong.
Mr.
Speidel,
we
are
yes,
we
engaged
the
services
we
we
did.
An
exploratory
I
would
say
concept
for
abetting
here
on
privatizing
different
assets
in
the
county.
One
of
them
was
the
library
system,
and
we
had
a
variety
of
presentations
which
now
has
resulted
in
a
very
negative
residual
activity
by
these
individuals
with
our
library
employees.
So
we
want
to
give
them
an
official
or
not
discuss,
don't
call
us.
Thank
you
very
much,
we'll
call
you.
H
A
K
The
actually,
when
I
prepared
the
resolution
a
little
background
on
it,
so
you
ordinarily,
we
don't
pass
a
resolution
authorizing
the
discontinuation
of
any
interest
in
a
presentation
or
a
commercial
venture.
That's
been
presented
in
the
county
and
normally
would,
but
this
one
became
the
subject
matter
of
some
concerns,
particularly
with
the
library
toward
it
was
thought
that,
as
a
courtesy,
it
would
be
best
under
the
circumstances
to
announce
the
position
of
the
county
that
it
doesn't
have
sufficient
interest.
At
this
point,
I'd
take
another
up.
K
D
D
K
L
L
A
I
I
I
K
I
H
C
A
J
Yeah
after
when
I
received
information
from
the
National
Federation
and
the
legislators
requesting
that
we
do
something,
it
went
out
to
nerve.
You
know
requesting
that
you
can
use
the
National
Children's
Day
as
a
day
to
raise
awareness
against
human
trafficking.
Fifty
percent
of
human
trafficking
is
our
youth
I
believe
that
ages
ranged
from
14
to
18
years
old.
So
that's
50%
of
trafficking
trafficking,
I
attended
a
town
hall
a
few
months
back
that
our
prosecutor
had
put
on
in
Pleasantville,
and
there
is
quite
a
bit
of
police
presence
there.
There
was
people,
there
was.
J
You
know
a
number
of
presentations
throughout
the
evening
and
very
disturbing
to
find
out
some
of
the
numbers
and
increasing
efforts
that
go
on
in
New
Jersey
and
especially
in
Atlantic
County,
human
trafficking.
Much
of
it,
sexual
Intendant
can
be
labor
agricultural
labor,
domestic
people.
You
know
within
news
and
people,
domestic
servitude,
you
know,
etc.
So
it
encompasses
on.
You
know,
a
wide
range
and
it's
important
to
bring
awareness
to
it
and
put
out
the
red
flags.
J
When
you
see
it
because
chill
you
know
some
of
them,
just
they
don't
have
any
place
to
go
and
I
think
actually
Bennett's
got
to
bring
up
some
of
the
information.
She
also
recently
had
gone
to
a
seminar,
or
you
know,
raising
awareness
of
this,
because
there
is
so
much
in
2014,
I.
Believe
the
New
Jersey
Commission,
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
establish
the
New
Jersey
commission
on
human
trafficking.
I
think
a
lot
of
it
was
brought
to
the
eyes
of
many
because
of
Superbowl.
J
So
unfortunately,
that's
one
of
the
biggest
things
that
draws
human
trafficking
and
things
such
as
casinos,
which
is
why
we
have
so
much
so
I
I
also
brought
some
literature
on
red
flags.
So
if
anybody
sees
anything
you
know
it's
reporting,
you
know
which
is
very
important,
so
we
hold
about
it.
You
have
a
few
things
to
they
began
to
add
so.
B
Just
so
you
know,
one
of
the
things
that
they
did
say
was
that
someone
who
is
being
trafficked
is
a
victim
not
a
criminal,
and
they
took
a
little
bit
more
about
peaceable
exploitation.
But
in
that
you'll
see
people
get
arrested,
but
they
can
actually
get
those
particular
charges
and
sponge
that
they
found
out.
B
They
have
been
trafficked,
and
so
that's
something
that
we
can
be
telling
people,
because
we
do
have
a
youth
shelter
in
Atlantic
City,
and
that
is
one
of
the
ways
in
which
they
are
able
to
target
people
because
of
the
things
that
are
going
with
people's
homes.
So
I
just
have
some
statistics.
I
also
have
some
resources
that
we
can
take
back
to
our
residents
or
in
Spanish
as
well
as
English,
so
that
we
can
just
make
sure
that
we're
keeping
our
you
safe.
L
J
Yeah,
when
you
see
these
two
sit
out
there
and
you
go
to
these
seminars,
we
have
done.
It's
really
raises
up.
You
know
a
lot
of
awareness
that
we
need
to
continue
bringing
you
know
our
constituents
America
see
what's
out
there,
what
they
can
do.
There
are
800
numbers.
You
know,
there's
a
very
extensive
website.
New
Jersey
has.
It
was
quite
a
bit
of
material
out
there
for
town.
J
D
A
C
Boom
Bennett.
Yes,
of
course,
a
yes
hey.
Yes,
it's
Patrick,
yeah
shadow,
yes
card
yeah,
grizzly,
yeah,
10
per
meter;
yes,
2,
5
7
resolution
strongly
urging
cultural
diversity,
education
and
training
at
a
local
school
for
Rachael
II
inappropriate
remarks
at
a
recent
sports.
Amoy
competition
sponsored
earnest
quickly.
H
C
Whereas
at
a
recent
competitive
rowing
sports
event
at
Lakeland,
if
he
attended
by
local
school
district,
it
was
reported
by
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
that
a
couple
of
students
were
responsible
for
making
racially
disparaging
remarks
about
and
to
and
other
students
in
attendance
at
the
event.
And
whereas
it
was
further
reported
that
students
responsible
for
the
remarks
who
were
not
identified
were
white.
C
And
our
prime
concepts
of
widespread
concern
by
schools
and
discipline.
Structures
are
now
in
place
in
New,
Jersey
and
in
most
public
schools
to
deal
with
identify
harassment,
intimidation
and
bullying
actions
and
whereas
the
board
of
children,
pre
owners
of
the
county
of
Atlantic
recognizes
that
the
community
of
Atlantic
County
should
not
tolerate
or
accept
remarks
or
acts
of
this
kind
and,
to
the
contrary,
urges
that
mainland
regional
high
school.
M
You
chairman
I'm,
at
the
latest
point
I
think
most
of
us
understand
why
this
resolution
has
been
put
forward,
but
I
thought
it
was
awful
interesting.
Last
week,
I
wouldn't
receive
a
phone
call
from
the
superintendent
of
mainland
Rico
High
School.
When
the
resolution,
let
him
on
the
agenda
without
even
printed
and
began
to
question
why
I
was
putting
forth
a
resolution
talking
about
sensitivity,
etc.
I
wanted
to
know
why
they
were
being
singled
out.
Well,
they
will
be
a
single
up
because
it
had
to
be
responsible,
white
males
who
was
going
to
rope.
M
A
crew
team
who
made
racial
slurs
just
happen
to
go
to
Maine
Regional
High
School.
Some
of
my
colleagues
was
not
on
the
board
when
I
first
got
here
some
five
years
ago,
but
there
was
an
incident.
We've
got
an
Atlantic
City
High
School
and
Holy
Spirit
I
stood
a
basketball
tournament
with
the
kids
from
Holy,
Spirit
or
wearing
banana
outfits
and
monkey
outfits,
and
that
was
outraged,
and
this
board
passed
a
resolution
denouncing
it
and
certainly
put
you
on
notice,
as
well
as
other
schools
in
the
county.
M
That
is
unacceptable
and
not
it's
not
tolerated,
and
so
unfortunate
2018
we're
right
back
at
a
similar
situation,
not
a
basketball
game.
With
a
crew
incident
me
and
one
black
young
female
gets
on
the
jitney
and
two
white
males
again
to
make
racial
slurs,
whether
you
black
white,
Indian
etc,
is
on
acceptable
I
had
to
say
to
the
superintendent
of
mainland
Britain
high
school.
Just
imagine
if
effect,
that
was
his
daughter.
That
was
a
son
and
his
comment
was
why
why
why
you're
getting
involved?
M
Why
is
government
getting
involved
in
to
the
extent
that
you
gonna
pass
a
resolution?
First
of
all,
we
need
to
make
sure
they
understand
that
we
have
received
calls
some
of
us
some
of
us
rather
than
a
newspaper,
but
it's
unacceptable
whether
we
got
those
calls
or
not.
Something
has
to
be
done,
and
so
in
that
conversation
with
the
superintendent,
he
then
began
to
explain,
because
in
the
paper
they
only
said
that
you
guys
were
not
allowed
to,
but
just
being
the
less
to
rolling
lessons.
M
I've
come
that
wasn't
enough,
and
so
you
went
on
the
explain
that
they
are
in
the
process
of
now
bringing
in
people
to
do
diversity,
training
to
staff,
to
students
etc,
cross
the
board,
which
is
fine,
but
none
of
that
was
reported
so
far
as
giant
cube,
the
public
would
have
been.
Oh,
they
just
took
the
two
kids
that
made
the
remarks
in
you
know
in
the
discussion,
mainland
branch
have
been
that
way
see
through
of
AC
n-double-a-cp
through
the
leadership
of
Olivia.
Carlo
has
been
in
contact
with
the
school
district.
M
They
have
offered
to
send
people
in
to
do
the
classes
I
think
they
accepted
that
offer,
but
as
no
means
I
also
invited
to
submit
into
the
meeting
today,
because
it
seemed
like
he
had
some
real
concern.
Maybe
some
other
folks
have
talked
to
him
and
he
decided
not
to
come,
but
after
the
conversation
in
the
end
of
it,
he
basically
agreed
to
the
solution.
M
M
Did
when
I?
Finally,
when
he
called
the
office
I
called
him,
but
I
noticed
that
he
and
the
president
of
the
school
board
sent
a
letter
to
the
County
Administrator
and
a
letter
to
the
Chandler
pre-owned
port,
but
did
not
have
the
audacity
to
send
me
a
letter.
The
dentist
o-hall
send
it
to
the
port
freely.
Well,
how
I'm
responsible
evolution
at
least
a
key
anticipated
conversation,
he's
gonna
be
a
letter
but
be
as
it
may,
I
don't
get
caught
up
in
the
personalities
of
it.
M
I
think
that
what
we're
saying
today,
not
only
is
it
mainland
regional,
but
we
encourage
all
the
schools
in
Atlantic
County
to
began
diversity,
training,
sensitivity,
training
with
a
staff
with
these
students
across
the
board.
Unfortunately,
the
latest
happen
to
be
main
them
regional
and
that's
why
the
resolution
was
brought
forward.
I,
don't
think.
I
was
actually
singling
out
one
school
in
Atlantic
County.
M
It
just
happened
to
been
mainland
retail,
but
if
you
notice
the
resolution
said,
we
urge
all
principals
superintendents
in
Atlantic
County
Schools
to
begin
this
process,
and
we
certainly
hope
and
urge
them
to
do
something
we
can't
make
them
do
it
now.
What
we
just
certainly
urge
them
to
do
so
because
it's
not
good
at
all.
Finally,
let
me
just
say
to
my
colleagues:
I've
got
a
couple
calls
from
some
of
you
asking
me
about
the
resolution.
I
hope
that
is
that
more
self-explanatory.
M
M
Think
that's
the
superintendent
at
the
end
of
the
conversations
he
kind
of
agreed
with
the
spirit
of
the
resolution,
but
he
just
didn't
want
mainland
to
be
singled
out
as
a
yes,
it's
mentioned
in
it,
but
we
asked
them
all
school
in
Atlantic
County
to
do
that
and
I'm
sure
in
closing
chairman
I
am
sure
because
Atlanta
County
runs
a
CIT.
I
am
sure
that
we
don't.
M
F
Any
other
comments
of
the
Pope
I'm
sorry,
this
question
I
do
want
to
thank
you
for
funding
towards
this
resolution.
Coursing.
Did
you
make
a
mention
in
there
just
the
cultural
diversity
training,
or
did
you
also
mention
culturally
competent
curriculum?
We
had
an
issue
in
ventnor
with
a
teacher
teaching
about
the
African
slave
history
and
trying
to
call
out
good
points
of
being
a
slave
that
caused
some
issues.
M
You
raise
a
good
point
that
was
in
this
interesting.
That
was
a
big
issue
that
breeze
out
of
the
vent
in
the
school
system-
that's
not
in
there,
but
we
certainly
asked
our
solicitor
if
we
can
amend
that
to
be
a
part
of
this
resolution,
and
he
raised
a
good
point,
because
that
was
a
big
unfortunate
headline
in
the
newspaper.
Once
again,
they
talked
about
another
african-american
student.
They
happen
to
be
going
to
the
school.
M
K
I
I
I,
don't
know
that
we
want
to
get
involved
in
every
single
school
district
to
start
smelling
at
what
they
can
and
cannot
teach,
because
there
are
people
with
different
opinions
that
will
be
here
in
a
heartbeat
saying
that
you
know
there
are
certain
things
that
I
shouldn't
be
teaching
in
my
classroom
and
I.
Don't
know
that
I
want
to
open
that
door
with
this,
but
I
think
would
be.
What
are
this
down
to
much?
I
F
A
I
think
the
focus
of-
and
we
limited,
the
jurisdiction
authority
of
this
board
is
to
encourage
a
change
that
has
happened
not
once
but
twice
in
our
tenure.
That
is
a
blatant.
You
know
racial
slur
situation
that
the
school
seems
not
to
get
all
right.
The
banana
and
the
monkey
thing
was
just
ridiculous.
A
All
right,
you
know
it's
and
I
don't
want
to
go
on
my
own
personal
feelings,
but
and
I'm
not
going
to
repeat
what
is
just
hearsay,
but
enough
is
to
be
said
that
no
child
Italian
black
and
white
Indian,
whatever
my
daughter,
my
grandkids,
should
have
to
feel
bullied
by
words.
So
I
do
believe
that
if
we
start
to
go
your
points,
well-taken
I'm,
very
familiar
with
I
come
from
there's
20
features
in
my
family,
so
I
know
you're,
correct
curriculum
outlines
are
set
up,
but
individual.
You
know
people
that
set
up
the
curriculums.
A
They
haven't
waited
to
craft
it,
but
if
we
get
the
weeds
on
this,
that
hip
already
missed
the
thrust
of
the
resolution
and
I
would
recommend
that
we
asked
there
to
be
some
accountability
in
the
sensitivity
training
for
this.
You
can
put
there
for
the
teachers
as
well.
If
you
want,
but
let's
not
get
into
the
weeds
with
it,
because
then
we
lose
the
thrust
of
what
we're
doing.
That's
my
opinion
here.
If.
K
F
Of
breaking
down
the
misunderstandings
of
a
human
being
being
a
human
being,
is
developing
an
understanding
of
the
history
and
what
people
and
as
an
entire
race
or
ethnicity,
have
gone
through
to
get
to
this
point
in
time,
and
until
we
we
show
appreciation
for
historical
backgrounds
and
understanding
we're
not
going
to
completely
break
down
the
other
barriers
that
cause
these
bullying,
harassment
and
intimidation.
I.
A
Agree
and
I
agree
that
that,
without
a
doubt,
is
at
the
core
of
these
misconceptions,
but
the
ability
of
this
board
is
to
hold
the
feet
to
the
fire
on
this.
This
incidents
like
this
in
this
incident
and
I
think
it
makes
the
resolution
makes
that
point
queer
and
I'll
be
glad
to
entertain
any
other
changes
that
want
that
we
want
to
go
through
with
our
County
Superintendent,
our
superintendents.
A
N
Give
me
trouble
right
now:
it's
gonna
be
good
to
eat
here,
but
all
seriousness,
I
think
that
the
the
point,
though,
is
well
taken,
perhaps
with
a
separate
resolution.
Mr.
chairman,
as
you
were
talking
about
with
the
county,
superintendent
and
a
CIT
etc,
but
because,
obviously
it
would
be
I,
don't
think
we
could
say
anything.
Other
an
abomination
of
homicide
turned
around
and
tried
to
talk
about
the
good
points
of
slavery.
N
That
is
something
I
think
we
will
all
just
be
utterly
appalled
by
and
and
I
think
also
that
I
would
not
also
take
the
fourth
district
freeholder
in
any
way
is
saying
that
that
is
an
out
and
acceptable
range
of
curriculum
creativity,
and
so
therefore,
perhaps
a
separate
resolution
on
ethic
be
a
little
better.
Crafted
at
this
point
than
us.
Trying
to
do
it
right
now
here
today
would
be
a
better
way
to
go.
I
would
also,
however,
lift
up
for
anyone
who
may
have
a
concern
about
this
resolution
to
extreme.
N
Let's
keep
in
mind
that,
for
how
do
you
feel
high
school
with
their
lacrosse
team
that
the
whole
season
is
lost
for
the
whole
team?
There
is
a
slightly
different
fact
set
there,
because,
instead
of
knowing
who
to
two
individuals
were
and
therefore
being
able
to
take
action,
the
young
person
in
that
situation
that
come
forward
neither
did
any
of
their
teammates,
and
so
the
school
was
left
with
no
choice.
N
The
eyes
of
many
then
to
take
the
extreme
step
of
causing
the
whole
season
to
be
lost,
but
certainly
far
more
extreme
steps
could
have
been
taken.
No
one's
recommending
that
in
this
situation,
but
mainly
thinks
that
the
resolution
itself
is
too
much.
Let's
keep
in
mind
that
in
recent,
just
in
the
last
few
weeks,
far
more
extreme
measures
have
been
taken
in
order
to
address
abominable
situations,
Thank
You.
Mr.
chairman,
thank
you
all
right.
Any
other
comments.
A
I
I
You
know
an
order,
I
mean
if
this,
if
the
board
isn't
doing
it,
I
think
it's
the
parents,
the
citizens,
to
come
out
to
the
school
board
meetings
and
then
become
involved
along
that
level,
but
again
I'm
glad
to
the
HID
language
is
in
this
and
there
is
a
state
law
that
says
that
every
school
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey
should
be
teaching
harassment,
termination,
bullying
and
it's
very
specific.
It
goes
into
there's
a
long
list
of
characteristic
sexual
orientation.
Race,
calm,
creep
culture,
all
that
stuff,
so
you
know
future.

They
would
read,
whereas
the
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
of
the
county
of
Atlantic
recognizes
that
the
community
of
Atlantic
County
should
not
tolerate
or
accept
remarks
or
acts
of
misconduct.
The
contrary
urges
the
mainland,
Regional,
High
School,
consider
the
appropriate
discipline
and
strongly
recommends
cultural
diversity,
education
and
training
be
conducted
at
mainly
onew
to
high
school
and
all
other
schools
in
Atlantic
Canada.
That's
what
you
want.
It
reads:
well,.

Understanding
from,
albeit
a
very
quick
search
of
Google
to
a
site
called
military
comm
that
currently
under
New
Jersey
state
law,
the
child
born
or
adopted
before,
during
or
after
the
time
that
a
parent
has
been
declared
either
APO,
W
or
mi
a
since
January
1st
1960
will
receive
free
undergraduate
college
tuitions
in
New,
Jersey,
public
or
private
do
provide
copy
to
DD

horse.
There
is
also
war
orphans
tuition
assistance
that
is
only
five
hundred
dollars
a
year
is
in
place.
N
N
N
This
much
right
now,
when
you
got
off
of
me
now,
is
done
with
its
link
but
see
in
all
seriousness.
I
I
don't
want
to
delay
it
going
forward,
but
perhaps
if
somewhere
it
could
be
incorporated,
you
know,
whereas
there's
legislation
to
provide
free
tuition,
the
board
recommends
that
that
be
expanded
to
provide
ki
a.
We
will
down.
C
A
You
the
brings
us
to
the
end
of
our
printed
agenda,
and
now
we
will
have
reports
of
special
committees.
Anyone
in
special
committees
may
wish
to
make
report
today,
seeing
none
unfinished
business
and
the
unfinished
business
we
wish
to
discuss
a
non
new
business
time
marches
on
new
business,
okay,
written
communications,
anything
from
correspondence,
whether
it
be
electronic
snail
mail,
would
discuss
any
correspondence
today.
A
G
A
A
So
every
couple
of
years
there
is
a
resolution
that
there
is
a
legislation
that
comes
up
that
says
that
New
Jersey
will
change
its
twenty-one
County
governances
legislative
names
from
freeholder
to
something
else.
So
the
United
States
you
can
google
this
tree,
but
I
think
I'm
close,
there's
three
thousand
three
hundred
and
about
18
counties
calling.
A
They're
in
New,
Orleans,
they're
called
parishes
in
Louisiana
me
and
of
them
up
to
3,300
approximately
there's
only
twenty-one
they
call
freeholders
so
freeholders
and
people
probably
have
probably
equity
here
notice
this,
but
we'll
discuss
it.
There
was
a
fuel
system
when
the
English,
the
tram,
controlled
the
land
in
the
United
States
and
in
there
were.
This
were
the
landowners
and
the
serfs
landowners.
L
A
D
A
M
I
may
and
that's
been
kicked
around
around
the
state.
I
was
in
a
meeting
in
Trenton,
most
out
of
the
tournament,
and
a
couple
of
freeholders
raised
the
same
issue.
Actually,
the
doctor
was
into
me
and
they've
raised
that
issue,
and
you
see
that
argument
on
both
sides
that
we
really
wanted
to
be
objective.
Open-Minded
to
it.
However,
let's
keep
in
mind
if
in
fact,
we
mess
around
and
start
talking
about
changing
it
from
freedom
to
the
county.
M
Commissioners,
the
amount
of
money
it's
going
to
take
to
change
all
I'm,
all
kind
of
stuff,
I'm,
not
saying
that's,
not
doing
I'm,
not
saying
to
do
it,
but
just
take
into
consideration
what
is
pointing
to
download
cents
at
the
end
of
the
day,
but
every
town
every
County
is
crying
about
how
broke
down.
It
is
certainly
open
for
discussion,
and
you
see
our
state
legislators
going
at
it.
It
was
right
it
was
wrong
and
then
another
one.
M
He
talked
about
changing
free
illness
to
County
Commissioners,
and
then
you
had
in
the
Senate
that
says,
let's
change
senators
to
something
else.
So
now
you
get
caught
off
and
all
of
that
back
in
for
fights
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
at
anything.
We're
really
leads
just
keep
in
mind,
dollars
and
cents.
No
matter
what
you
do,
you
call
me
Mickey
Mouse.
They
love
me
and
do
the
job,
but
the
point
being
is:
is
that
just
take
into
consideration?
One
thousand?
Of
course
they
changed
all
that
basically.
G
A
M
M
But
this
part
about
it
that
you
can
close
the
scene
with
deafness,
I
know,
but
let
me
say
this
deep
I
can't
even
blame
this
others
Republicans
this
time
you
got
three
Democrats
in
charge.
Everyone
wants
to
control
every
damn
thing
happen
across
the
region
and
unfortunately,
the
residents
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey
is
suffering
because
in
house
politicking
in
that
palace
too.
D
A
E
M
Only
that
and
you
stop
putting
out
flyers
and
telling
people
we're
gonna
do
this
in
the
mall.
Then
people
running
the
business
of
it.
I'm
gonna
go
there
and
act
like
you
are
nothing
a
clown.
They
should
lock
everyone
that
behinds
up
I
mean
you
got
innocent
people
going
to
the
mall
just
a
fourth
day
out,
and
you
got
a
bunch
of
kids.
Just
just
want
to
go
in
there
and
be
an
obstructionist,
and
then
we
say
we
got
five
more
services
for
you.
M
What
kind
of
service
are
we
talking
about
and
I'm
going
to
put
you
on
the
spot
300,
but
my
point
and
you're
right,
but
it
is
frustrating
when
you
sit
and
you
keep
watching
these
kids
going
to
malls
and
in
the
streets.
I
mean
right
on
the
west
side
in
Atlantic
City.
For
the
last
four
nights,
it's
been
nothing
but
francs
for
what.
B
B
A
Know
fortunate
thing
is:
there's
very
little
that
we
can
do
to
interdict
in
the
family
structure.
That
is
certain
see
you
can
do
anything
you
want
on
the
social
services
side
and
there's
a
need
I'm
tending
to
agree
with
field
a
poor,
see
here,
because
what
I
heard
this
was
organized
by
instigators
that
we're
trying
to
obstruct.
He
knows
the
results.
Gonna
be
closed,
the
malls!
A
That's!
Why
that's
why
the
Barlow
got
out.
You
know
the
San
Francisco
49ers
wall
of
America.
They
got
started.
Gonna
have
them
open
just
20
years
ago,
because
they
couldn't
control
behavior
at
the
balls.
That's
why
you
got
these
big
shopping
centers
with
no
coverage.
That's
the
same
thing,
and
then
it
takes
an
asset
away
from
the
kids
wants
to
socialize.
Don't
have
anywhere
to
go,
but
I,
don't
know
what
I
mean
I'm
I'm
wide
open
to
figuring
something
out,
but
somebody's
got
to
connect
the
doctor.
A
H
I
think
one
message
is,
you
know,
number
one,
please
keep
shopping
at
the
mall,
don't
take
your
business
to
Cherry,
Hill
or
right.
You
know
any
other
stores
that
are
outside
of
Atlantic
County.
The
mall
is
working
with
the
police
department
to
look
at
improvements
that
they
can
make
one
of
glitches.
H
I
think
it
ended
with
the
implementing
about
like
a
loitering
policy
if
you're
underage
you
have
to
be
accompanied
by
an
adult
that
kind
of
thing,
so
they
are
taking
steps
to
work
with
the
local
police
department
in
that
nature,
but
the
number
one
thing
has
to
be.
You
know
it's
up
to
all
of
us
to
not
let
that
become
a
vacant,
rundown
property
that
now
just
becomes.
You
know
a
drug
counselor
or
something
terrible.
It's
up
to
all
of
us
to
infiltrate
with
the
good
and
push
the
bad
out.
H
M
D
H
M
D
A
H
She
was
found
that
today,
in
her
home
in
an
apparent
suicide-
and
this
is
a
woman
who's
55
years
old,
built
a
massive
Empire
sold
her
business
last
year
for
2.4
million
billion
dollars,
I
mean
on
top
of
the
world
married
with
a
from
all
accounts,
happy
family,
13
year
old
daughter
and
to
bring
life
and
I.
Think
it
just
is
a
reminder
that
none
of
us
know
what's
going
on
it
equals
homes
in
people's
heads
and
I
just
wanted
to
take
the
opportunity
to
remind
everyone
that
there
is
a
free,
24-hour
suicide
hotline.
H
It's
1-800
273
talk,
that's
one!
Eight
hundred
two,
seven
three,
eight
two
five
five
I
have
a
sign
in
my
yard.
That
says,
if
you're
looking
for
a
sign
not
to
commit
suicide,
this
is
it
and
trying
to
you
know
let
people
know
this
is
the
same
place
to
come
and
I
just
think
it's.
It's
a
it's
an
opportunity,
a
sad
one,
to
remind
people
that
there
are
people
everywhere,
I'm
ready
to
support
you
if
that's
the
option
you're
facing
and
that
there
are
other
alternatives.
