Ordinance
amending
various
sections
and
subsections
in
chapter
97
of
a
lani
county
code
inside
of
parks
just
said
new
site
means
amid
the
method
or
fee
payments
and
to
amend
provisions
regarding
applications,
regulations
and
requirements,
including
insurance
requirements
for
special
events
with
alcohol
and
County
Parks.
First
read.
D
A
E
We
previously
in
the
chapter,
allowed
the
Wine
Festival
in
these
landing
as
a
specific
event,
but
not
not
generally
allowing
other
events,
so
we
know
there's
some
interest
in
other
people
having
events
at
the
park
that
you
know.
Certainly,
alcohol
as
part
of
the
event
is
an
attraction
for
them,
so
we've
been
working
on
ordinance.
Amendments
with
mr.
Ferguson
has
been
really
in
that
process,
supporting
the
families
of
Township.

extreme
sort
of
or
know
that
this
was
always
was
reviewed
by
the
kind
of
kill
review
committee.
Calm
parts
of
the
works
was
there
along
with
County
Council.
There
were
a
lot
of
questions.
A
lot
of
things
were
hashed
out
and
I
forgot
I
said
that
there's
still
something
to
did
the
Lord's,
you
need
to
agree
on
and
it
took
a
while,
but
there
is
no
first
Street.
I
Thank
you
for
your
potato
Thank
You
mr.
Chen
just
two
comments
here.
This
is
one
of
the
ongoing
process,
the
counties
to
move
it
to
a
few
years
ago
to
take
the
pass
abuse
and
a
lot
of
our
facilities
and
make
them
active
uses,
not
only
it's
generating
income,
but
also
allowing
the
opportunity
for
everyone
across
the
cab,
not
only
from
an
opponent
utilize,
these
facilities,
they're
a
beautiful
in
nature.
It's
an
opportunity
for
everybody
to
use
it
and.
J
J
To
the
debtor,
going
on
around
your
building,
you're
gonna.
Take
it
because
I
don't
want
you
to
pick
it,
not
you
per
se,
you
down
start
picking
and
choosing
Ernie.
You
got
to
give
it
to
private
hard.
You
don't
have
it
if
I,
if
I'm
using
the
building,
they
ought
to
be
specified
from
the
beginning
and
I
can
understand
the
outside
areas,
like
you
said:
family
Union,
whatever
birthday
party
something's,
totally
different,
but
it's
we're
going
to
do
that.
I.
Think!
That's!
J
A
good
sign,
I've
had
some
reservations
from
day
one
on
the
coordinates
and
I
voted
first
first
reading.
Yes,
what
I
wrote
first
reading
this
time,
however
I
think
you
know
the
Pertino
makes
clear.
It
is
a
start
in
the
right
direction
if,
in
fact,
we're
going
to
really
serious
talk
about
the
improvements
at
Lake
Lenape
that
improvement
is
we've
been
kicking
around
starting
the
dining
halls,
etc.
It
was
really
serious
about
doing
this.
That's
not
right
a
little
bit
of
time
right
to
bullet
sort
of
speak,
put
the
money
up,
put
the
kitchen
in.
G
J
Serious
about
making
money
is
money
generated
process.
I
think
it's
good
for
everybody,
I'm,
going
to
support
our
first
reason
and
we'll
talk
about
the
others
and
again
I
want
to
go
back
to
Jerry
chairman
to
talk
about
the
financing
for
the
kitchen
and
ribbon,
except
at
some
point
down
the
road.
If
we're
serious
about
doing
it.
This
is
a
good
step
to
do
like.
K
To
see
James
one
point,
he
asked
us
to
put
something
together:
the
condition
under
which
we
bought
the
plot
these
people.
Exactly,
as
you
see
it
mistake
to
help
pay
for
it
in
the
state
they
50%
of
the
purpose
of
plate
Lumpy's.
The
second
thing
was
is:
if
we
we
got
the
property,
we
would
leash
the
property
out
to
a
potential
profit,
making
organization
where
the
county
can
make
some
money.
K
We
we
through
parks
and
worked
on
a
document
that
the
law
department
offers
from
the
state
so
they're,
pretty
close
to
having
a
final
document
that
we
will
be
sent
back
to
the
budget
subcommittee.
The
other
thing
you
need
subcommittee,
as
we
do,
is
the
impressive
and
presenting
more
budget
to
the
balance
of
the
board.
F
A
To
feel
that
there
should
be
bonds,
deposits
and
insurance
ready
group
that
comes
in
whether
it's
outside
or
inside,
because
we
do
not
know
we
do
not
know
what
possible
damage
could
be
done
and
I
just
think
that
as
we
get
through
this
first
reading
in
the
second
reading,
leaning
more
in
that
direction,
if
I
may,
sir
I
just
believe
that
you
know
you
just
don't
think
about
just
contaminate
the
water
dropping
something
in
the
ground,
there
should
be
a
bond.
There
should
be.
K
A
I'm
all
for
having
a
party
but
I
mean
I'd
like
to
know
that
we
got
an
ROI
on
this
yeah
I
know
we
got
this.
One
group
that
really
wants
come
in
and
I
think
we
got
to
go
in
a
proactive
way
as
far
as
I'm
concerned.
This
is
a
way
to
diversify
our
tourism
economy,
so
I'm
supporting
it,
but
I'm.
Also
on
the
side
of
the
freeholders
answer.
The

I
did
prepare.
A
form
of
a
resolution
was
one
that
was
submitted
by
the
freeholder
for
reasons
that
have
to
do
with
content
and
the
manner
in
which
the
language
was
was
prepared.
I
am
told
that
by
the
premotor
that
I
did
that
for
work,
that
my
assistants
was
not
requested
and
that
I
had
no
authority
to
do
so,
which
is
not
true.
I
am
the
Legislative
Council
for
the.
Q

Q
A
better
opportunity
of
passing
with
the
other
three
order,
members,
as
you
can
see,
from
the
language
of
the
resolution,
of
the
school
of
political
rhetoric
battle
for
language
and
as
some
possibly
slanderous
remarks
about
the
people
in
it,
and
we
don't
do
that
with
our
resolutions.
My
solutions
are
active
legislation,
not
the
campaign.
Q
B
C
Q
I
A
F
A
Reason
that
Rogers
our
solicitor,
the
solicitor
of
all
your
towns
of
all
your
boards,
your
planning
boards,
your
zoning
boards
as
the
absolute
authority
to
put
language
into
resolutions
and
motions
that
is
seen
fit
by
the
lawyer.
That's
why
we
have
a
solicitor.
Otherwise
we
don't
need
them
there,
we'll
just
go
put
our
own
resolutions
up
and
vote
on.
Here
is
my
directive
from
free,
elder
Fitzpatrick.
Please
find
attached
freeholders
the
bylaws
as
they
appear
on
the
website.
A
As
we
have
discussed,
the
deadline
for
the
agenda
is
shown
on
68
know
where
these
bylaws
is
counsel,
given
the
opportunity
to
editor
change
the
content
of
proposed
resolutions
for
board
members.
That's
an
accurate,
taking
verbiage.
A
proposed
resolution
to
gain
support
is
the
tail
wagging
the
dog,
oh
really.
A
J
J
A
We
can
do
that.
Thank
you
me,
but
I
might
just
like
to
say
that
this
board
is
not
going
to
become
a
political
grandstand
time,
while
I'm
here
and
will
clarify
what
is
legal.
What
is
rhetoric
and
what
is
imbued
in
the
trick,
not
the
tradition
but
the
actual
legislation
and,
if
necessary,
will
clarify
it
all
the
resolutions
go
through
our
solicitor
as
they
do
through
all
your
boards.
You
can
challenge
it
on
any
any
which
way
you
want
I'm,
not
questioning
that
I
just
want
to
hear
what
his
letter
says.
We
didn't
hear
it.
A
Resolution
was
a
little
tongue,
everybody
solution
that
was
out
of
the
bull
to
the
to
the
integrity
of
this
board.
What
does
his
resolution
say?
I'm
allowed
to
be
read.
If
we
have
it
do
we
have
it,
we
have
it
it's
on
the
agenda.
Okay!
Well
then,
madam
clerk,
if
you
would
okay,
we'll
bring
it
up
on,
will
read.
Thank
you.
Okay,.
H
N
B
A
R
R
A
Been
around
a
long
time,
you've
been
around
a
long
time
and
I,
and
you
know
what's
going
on
here,
so
I
appreciate
you
making
video
authorization
all
right.
That's
fine!
All
I'm
saying
is
we're
not
going
to
talk
about
ex-presidents,
releasing
deserters
we're
not
going
to
talk
about
releasing
people
that
have
tuned
the
integrity
of
the
United
States
that
are
running
for
Senate.
We're
not
going
to
talk
about
anything
about
the
next
president
and
it's
going
to
be
in
any
resolution
of
this
real.
R
Mr.
chairman
I've
just
mentioned,
as
I
mentioned,
that
the
reorganization
made
sometimes
there
is
rather
tough
language
and
put
in
resolute
as
I
put
it.
You
we
evoke
their
round
for
a
while
soft
language
put
in
resolutions,
sometimes
telling
governor
corzine.
What
to
do.
There
was
the
language
regarding
the
Regional,
Greenhouse,
Gas,
Initiative,
etc,
etc,
and
there
was
a
difference
between
getting
the
legal
opinion
as
far
as
something
being
unlawful
and
if
that's
the
case,
that
should
be
obviously
changer
acted
upon.
R
M
F
G
My
name
is
Fred
Akers
people,
a
part
of
our
watershed
association
and
it's
kind
of
a
point
of
information.
There's
a
time
constraint
and
a
target
for
this
kind
of
resolution.
It's
very
important
and
the
the
target
is
the
Bureau
of
Ocean
Energy
Management,
because
they
are
requesting
from
the
comment
in
their
review.
Inspired
by
the
president
Trump's
afraid
we.
J
J
It
is
somewhat
hard
for
some
people
to
swallow
when
you
begin
to
start
calling
in
division
mains,
how
I
use
myself
as
an
example
folks
can't
say
what
I
say
and
do
what
I
do
because
I'm
just
as
crazy
as
the
next
person,
but
that
doesn't
make
it
right,
and
so
what
happened
is
I
would
hope.
Moving
forward.
That
has
this
been.
J
J
That's
why
I,
and
so
with
that
being
said,
all
of
us
have
some
type
of
an
agenda,
no
matter
where
the
request
comes
from
or
what
point
we're
trying
to
make,
but
if
we
want
things
to
pass
on
a
bipartisan
basis,
this
call
to
give
and
take
you
gotta
give
up
something
to
get
something.
It's
called
forestry
I
might
not
like
he
could
you
call
me
early,
but
my
name
is
Ernest.
J
That's
not
going
to
stop
me
for
voting
on
your
ordinance
of
resolution,
but
the
point
is:
we've
got
to
come
to
the
conclusion
that
all
resolutions
even
go
to
our
knees.
Now
the
outside
entity
I,
don't
give
a
rat's
ass,
who
it
is.
It
can't
go
through
outside
entities
without
going
through
the
proper
channels
of
our
attorneys.
F
J
F
F
J
So
what
happens
is
we
need
to
pick
up
the
phone
and
call
each
other
and
a
lot
of
communication?
I,
don't
agree
with
you
say,
but
we
can
agree
to
disagree
and
so
saying
that
and
then
I
said
to
my
colleague
over
the
weekend
and
I
recommended
that
we
remove
the
name
she
chose
not
to
do
it.
I
understand
her
point
I'm
going
to
support
the
resolution,
hoping
that
from
this
day
forward,
you
understand
that
we
work
together
for
the
good
of
the
county
and
you
don't.
P
J
What
I
say
it
on
that
degree
what
you
say,
but
let's
go
to
our
attorney
and
get
the
legal
interpretation
not
an
outside
entity
that
just
not
really
being
paid
to
do
this
job,
because
the
holy
table
theory
say
what
we
want
to
say
that
both
we
take
place.
It
affects
the
people
in
Atlantic
County,
so
we
got
it's
very,
very
campus.
How
we
do
it
I
would
agree
that
down
low,
so
earthly
good.
But
that's
my
first
adventure
but
I.
Don't
look
me
with
the
immigration
plan,
but.
J
J
D
And
that
is
very,
very
important
and
dear
to
my
heart
when
I
am
elected
I'm
here
for
everyone
in
this
county
and
I
cannot
put
opinions
out
there.
Statements
out
there
that
others
may
be
opposed
to
so
I
am
NOT
gonna
vote
for
if
they
spawn
that,
because
I,
don't
I
feel
that
I'm
here
for
everyone
about
that,
we've
had
cast
administration's
that
have
done
the
same
thing
with
the
offshore
drilling
and
then
you
know
years
later
there
was
like
the
recent
past
point
as
well,
but
we
don't
put
those
things
in.
D
D
M
F
M
M
A
Correct
because
it
was
going
to
directly
affect
their
ability,
we're
getting
a
message
to
that.
So,
if
you
don't
think
there's
anything,
do
you
think
there's
anybody
understood
what
the
visiting
is
not
against
offshore
drilling
here.
Well,
anybody
in
this
room
we're
not
talking
about
the
substance
of
your
resolution,
we're
talking
about
the
forum,
and
that
is
exactly
what
it
says
here.
M
A
I
A
I'm
I'm
of
a
mind
to
say,
needs
to
be
reworked
in
language
that
is
palatable
from
the
things
you
do
it
as
soon
as
possible
through
our
solicitors
approval.
We
have
another
resolution
sitting
right
on
here,
the
next
one
down
which
talks
about
all
kinds
of
drilling
and
seismic
sonic
blasting,
which
is
what
you
have
to
do.
A
J
J
M
J
You
would
not
have
any
objection
so
removing
the
language
that
house
ELISA
I.
Think
that
your
point
is,
you
want
to
get
the
resolution
pass
because
it's
the
right
thing
to
do
when
you,
then
you
don't
want
to
do,
is
to
set
up
a
and
I've
lined
up
one
two,
three:
six
boat:
we
didn't
get
anything.
So
what
happens?
Is
the
Oh
about
a
word?
He
patrol
move
the
language,
move
the
resolution
and
hope
that
our
colleagues
to
support
the
resolution.
So
that
is
my
recommendation
to
you.

B
B
D
Cape
will
come
to
our
attention
because
everything
is
going
on
in
the
country
right
now
with
this
being
brought
up
about
the
offshore
drilling,
but
recently
it
was
in
the
newspaper
about
two
weeks
ago
that
congressman
little
Biondo
had
requested
a
public
hearing
in
Cape
May
with
the
Bureau
of
Ocean
Energy
Management
Group,
seismic
airgun.
It
that's
what
you
have
to
do
fire
they
have
to
go
out
there
and
you
know
test
the
waters
and
I'm
going
to
have
mr.
D
Akers
describe
this
a
little
bit
more
technically
than
I
can,
but
what
they
do
is
it
goes
out
and
it
it
is
a
very
loud
noise
and
we'll
be
on
crack.
Your
eardrums,
if
you
had
it,
is
heard
from
like
2,500
miles
away
so
here
to
say
like
Los
Angeles,
that
can
be
heard.
It
goes
down
and
hits
it
bring
the
message
back
up
as
to
what's
there,
these
seismic
air
guns
go
out
on
ships,
there's
quite
a
few
of
them.
They
send
them
out
every
and
correctly
for
everyone.
D
When
you
get
up,
I
have
no
problem
with
that.
I
think
it's
everything
like
10
to
12
seconds.
One
is
being
shot
off
and
they're
being
shot
off
throughout
the
day
and
they
go
weekly.
They
go
monthly.
They
think
you
know
goes
for
very
long
just
some
time
that
this
is
going
on
out
of
the
ocean.
There
is
a
lot
of
information
out
there
about
that.
Obviously
there
are
some
groups
and
say
this
is
not,
does
not
hurt
anything
I
think
you
know,
but
there's
you
know
quite
a
bit
of
scientific
information
that
it
does.
D
There
are
some
alternatives
that
are
being
studied
right
now
to
seismic,
then
using
seismic
airguns.
They
are
not
approved
yet,
but
they
are
in
the
works
and
basically
right
now
they're
positive.
There
isn't
enough
data
out
there.
There
hasn't.
This
is
nothing
studied
for
a
long
enough
time
to
go
out
there
and
say
that
this
is
okay
to
keep
doing
seismic
airgun.
So
at
this
time
I
have
asked
you
know
I.
D
G
Association
I
do
know
quite
a
bit
about
this
to
try
to
bring
the
river
Harry
back.
That
has
disappeared
from
waters.
I've
engaged
in
national
fisheries
management,
with
the
mid-atlantic
I
volunteered
to
be
on
one
of
their
advisory
panels,
which
is
called
the
ocean
and
eco
social
planning,
an
ecosystem
advisory
panel,
and
they
tasked
us
to
take
up
a
policy
to
create
a
policy
for
the
mid-atlantic
Christian
Maddox
accredits,
which
is
in
charge
of
protecting
fish
in
troubled
waters.
G
They
have
a
policy,
that's
opposed
and
specifically
the
seismic
testing.
They
have
taken
our
advice
on
this
policy
and
they
have
submitted
comments
already
to
agencies
that
need
permit
to
do
this
because
the
seismic
testing,
it's
so
devastating
to
the
marine
environment-
that
if
you
want
to
do
it,
you
have
to
get
a
permit
to
take
more
emails.
If
your
cables
permit
to
do
it,
so
you
don't
need
to
know
that
the
technical
part
of
it,
the
ocean,
among
many
other
things,
is
an
acoustic
environment.
There's
an
acoustic
level
to
it.
G
To
this
to
the
legislation's
I've
known
Frank
LoBiondo
for
many
years
and
he's
clearly
created
some
determined
advocate
for
the
environment
and
I
think
this
bill
is
a
strategic
action
on
his
part
to
try
to
make
a
law
against
seismic
testing,
which
would
essentially
prevent
all
sewer
oil
and
gas
drilling.
Because
that's
the
exploration
part,
it
was
the
seismic
testing.
So
I
think
this
that
you
know
this
is
a
good
action.
G
You're
taking
I
also
want
to
thank
you
for
doing
this,
not
because
I
see
a
kind
of
a
problem
with
the
fatigue
of
the
advocacy
against
offshore
gas
and
oil
drilling,
because
back
in
2014
there
was
seismic
testing
proposals
from
Rutgers.
You
know
often
from
Ocean
County,
and
there
was
a
big
you
know
up
or
the
public
was
edgy
so
about
the
problems
of
it
at
all,
and
then
neither
bomb
administration
proposed
to
do
it
from
in
the
South
Utley,
who
are
South
Virginia.
I
G
And
again
the
big
you
know,
upwelling
of
resolutions
and
public
comments
and
business
petitions
and
all
kinds
of,
and
now
we
have
a
new
administration.
It's
like
all
of
that
other
stuff.
All
of
us,
thousands,
hundreds
of
thousands
of
comments
against
oceans,
really
got
thrown
out
the
window
and
we
have
to
start
over
again.
So
you
guys
are
kind
of
in
a
leadership
position
to
do
that.
G
But
one
thing
I'm
going
to
ask
is
make
sure
when
you
publish
it,
that
you
go
and
enter
it
to
the
Bureau
of
Ocean
Energy
Management
in
the
comment
part
on
their
documents,
and
they
have
a
document
open
to
public
comment
and
how
comments
need
to
get
in
there
I
mean
you
could
send
them
to
the
governor
go
to
the
president.
They
really
need
to
go
in
there
and
we
need
to
overwhelm
the
fear
of
Ocean
Energy
Management
they're,
losing.
D
F
D
D
O
But
it's
a
big
part
of
Atlantic,
County
and
big
part
of
the
recreation.
We
have
ten
dangers
to
be
endangered
or
threatened
species
living
back
there,
and
we
just
agree
that
this
is
a
great
resolution.
We
are
against
any
seismic.
As
Fred
said,
we
don't
really
know
and
agree
that
we
don't
really
know
the
effects
of
even
the
size
in
the
past
act
of
it
and
the
sound
and
it
just.
O
It
really
creates
a
problem
in
the
marine
environment,
especially
for
the
whales
and
dolphins,
since
they
use
the
who
stakes
for
their
calling
and
their
reproduction
and
everything.
So
it's
really
a
bad
thing
for
that
part,
and
we
also
leading
to
if
it
goes
through
and
the
soil
exploration
and,
of
course,
I
could
have
a
really
devastating
impact
on
not
only
animals
that
I'll
make
for
me
and
tourism,
so
we
are
definitely
against
it
and
I'm
support
this
resolution.
Thank
you.
O
H
A
B
J
Whose
integrity,
of
course
yet
chairman,
certainly
to
the
audience's,
you
know
Governor
Chris
Christie,
on
his
way
out
of
the
office
couple
weeks
ago,
pocket
vetoed
a
bill
that
passed
by
both
houses,
the
assembly
in
the
assembly
there's
Senate
assembly,
a
bipartisan
support,
they're
talking
about
urban
growth,
and
it
was
a
bill
to
support
urban
growth,
tax
credits
in
the
Atlantic
City
and
their
foot
area.
How
did
the
FAA.
A
J
F
J
You
know
chris
Christie
also
signed
package
bills.
One
is
way
out
giving
a
five
billion
dollar
tax
incentive
to
Amazon's
to
come
in
New
Jersey
and
it
look
like
we
wanted
to
play
some
things
to
people,
but
not
it's
in
the
final
weather.
It
happens
that
I
did.
It
is
different,
but
yesterday
I
noticed
that
Governor
Murphy,
who
hardly
came
out
and
supported
the
the
bill.
F
J
But
it's
interesting
that
this
resolution
is
on
being
attended
today,
because
governor
Murphy
will
be
in
Atlantic
City
to
marvel
at
the
windmills
and
I
had
always
had
on
hand
delivering
in
the
resolution
if,
in
fact,
was
always
seeking
to
certainly
supported
urging
him
to
revisit
that
as
I
legislators
to
reintroduce
it.
I
had
the
opportunity
last
week
to
talk
to
senator
now
senator
Chris
Brown
about
it,
Senator,
Tom
Kane
and
a
couple
other
senators
that
we
won't
recycle
in
college.
They
indicated
they
supported
the
first
time
anything
come
back.
J
They
was
supporting
again,
and
so
since
it's
a
hot
item,
we
need
to
hit
a
hit,
the
iron,
why
it's
hot
and
hoping
that
you
get
the
support
from
our
governor
and
legislators.
But
if
we
sit
by
and
do
nothing,
it
will
be
interesting.
Let
me
just
say
this
opposing
and
some
of
you
know:
I
didn't
get
the
opportunity
to
serve
on
governor
Murphy's
transition
team
for
urban
growth
because
you
created
a
transition
team,
urban
growth
and
it
was
a
bill.
A
It
is
uniquely
important
to
Atlantic
County,
because
this
bill
would
have
put
that's
one
of
two
mounts
perimeter
around
the
airport
and
our
buildings
are
going
off
at
the
Aeronautics
tech
center,
and
this
is
definitely
the
time
for
us
to
have.
Instead,
so
everything
you
said,
I
agree
with
grill
a
date:
yeah,
hey.
H
Just
actually,
just
last
week
ahead
on
a
couple
of
members
of
the
public
asked
about
why
it
this
is
so
important.
Why
hasn't
been
done
twice
the
county,
stepping
off
by
CHT,
stepping
up
and
I?
You
know
I
did
reach
out
to
its
mr.
Kyle
for
some
updates
on
what's
going
on,
but
it's
actually
all
of
this
resolution
that
it's
an
aviation
of
district,
it's
not
just
for
the
airport
and
there's
a
lot
of
miss
reception
out
there.
That
was
so
far
about
to
the
next
event
is
for
the
next-gen
park.
H
You
know,
is
it
that
stops
and
starts
for
ten
years?
It's
not
still.
It's
still
not
coming
to
fruition
that
that
I
wanted
just
to
clarify
that
it's
just
in
the
aviation
district,
as
you
said,
she
was
outside
of
the
airport.
F
B
M
B
D
B
A
B
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
board
chosen
for
County
Atlantic
endorses
the
got
high
murmur
fee
proposal
and
encourages
state
legislators
serving
Atlantic
County
to
support
any
necessary
legislation
to
implement
the
proposal
and
be
it
further
resolved
that
a
copy
of
this
resolution
be
sent
to
all
the
municipal
clerks
in
Atlantic
County,
the
Atlantic
County
League
of
Municipalities,
the
Atlantic
County
mayors,
Association.
The.
A
D
Mention
us
to
our
solicitor,
you
know
organ
plus.
Anybody
else
has
statements,
there's
a
lot
of
talk
about
this
right
now,
because,
obviously
it's
major
concern
for
all
of
us,
especially
like
New,
Jersey
and
New
York
company.
You
know
number
of
states.
This
is
really
going
to
affect
all
of
our
constituents
and
you
know
people
from
the
state
the
charitable
contribution,
some
of
the
things
I'm.
Reading
on
that
they're
still
questions.
D
Q
Q
A
M
E
Q
E
E
So
you're
basically
saying
that
99%
of
our
taxpayers
would
benefit
essentially
and
hamsa.
Chakra
expect
the
Treasury
website
the
average
residential
tax
toe
in
Fayette
County
is
around
six
thousand
dollars.
So
it's
really
meaningless
to
a
majority.
Lynwood
and
1/4
come
close.
Long
quarter.
Difficulty
comes
out
to
nine
thousand
nine
hundred
on
average.
E
E
E
H
It's
real
updates,
yeah
I
mean
some
of
my
she's.
Just
for
the
verbage
of
the
resolution
itself,
you
know
very
rarely
would
allow
any
hope
for
anybody
says
a
blank
slate
word
says
any
necessary
legislation
to
implement
a
month.
Sure
this
again,
there's
no
legislation
that
were
specifically
supporting
or
opposing,
and
my
understanding
is
that
the
signatures
only
doesn't
allow
the
charitable
contributions
offsets
the
income
tax.
It
would
happen
to
some
sort
of
state
legislation
right
now.
We're
talking
about
a
governor
and
United
States.
H
L
Chairman
I'm
opposed
as
well
the
various
reasons
that
are
already
giving
there,
but
it's
illegal.
It's
not
legislation,
I'm,
not
gonna,
go
there
planning
County
government,
you
know,
has
been
held,
I
think
in
high
esteem,
for
the
reasons
that
we
don't
go
there.
We
don't
do
these
types
of
things.
We
don't
think
it's
political
mismatch,
so
on
so
forth,
when
we
we're
above
that-
and
we
deal
with
issues
that
are
immediately
germane
to
Atlantic
County
Lanikai
residents
and
that's
where
we
should
be
focused
so.
A
J
Mostly
said,
I
would
suggest
to
my
company
that
we
tape
either
vote
it
down
and
come
back
with
some
stronger
language.
I.
Think
really
it's
a
good
gesture.
You
don't
let
me
out,
they
pass
to
something.
They
may
not
even
get
it
ain't
at
this
time
now
they
may
be.
The
main
item.
Eve
discontent
governor,
talked
about
a
better
living
legislator,
boys
to
what
everything
he
recommended
us
in
fights
coming
in
said
the
president
just
because
they
say
that
necessary
mr.
Goss,
to.
A
A
J
And
it
reports
special
committees
Jeremy.
Yes,
this
week
the
Jeff
Committee
met
with
representatives
from
the
jjcc
I
believe
it's
all.
We
met
regarding
Harbor
fields
and
the
incident
that
took
place
out
there.
It
was
myself
Maureen
and
field
Risley
alone
with
Jerry
Durazo
and
representatives
of
the
state.
My
opinion
very
project.
I'm,
sorry
I
was
solicited.
Oh,
he.
J
We
had
a
meeting
regarding
the
incident
that
happened
at
harvest
Hills.
They
indicated
they
did
meet
the
mayor
of
a
carver
city
of
members
of
City
Council
to
talk
about
measures
and
things
that
was
going
to
take
place.
Safety-Wise,
perhaps
that
that
incident
doesn't
happen
again.
While
we
were
there
a
couple
weeks
ago,
three
or
the
Risley,
and
I
they
went,
saw
a
new
cameras
since
then,
if
them
some
additional
things
that
we're
not
privileged
to
talk
about.
J
We
all
agree
that
certain
things
that
we
cannot
tell
the
public,
what's
one
a
little
bit
other
than
there
are
some
major
things
taking
place
at
Harbor
feels
for
an
example.
We
talked
about
the
light,
the
cameras
we
talked
about,
the
fencing
he
did
tell
us
that
we
could
tell
you
that
they're
doing
additional
training
with
the
employees,
etc,
and
so
I
thought
that
meeting
was
a
very
productive
over
there,
because
we,
the
free
other
board,
was
going
to
move
to
subpoena
the
individuals
to
come
here.
J
But
the
way
it
worked
out,
I
think
it
was
a
better
productive
meeting
that
we
didn't
have
to
do.
A
dog
and
pony
show
that
we
wanted
to
talk
about
policies
and
not
politics,
so
we
kept
all
that
other
stuff
out.
I
would
yield
to
my
other
colleagues
who
was
there
and
asked
a
lot
of
questions
on
behalf
of.
L
D
And
a
lot
of
communities
we're
trying
to
keep
them
out
of
jail.
You
are
not
convicted
criminals,
they
have
not
been
convicted
of
anything,
but
they.
You
know
that
we
use
the
the
ankle
bracelets
in
different
ways
and
getting
them
back
into
the
community
and
the
community,
helping
these
individuals
out,
so
that
that
was
something
that
they
reiterated
as
well,
and
we
did
bring
some
of
the
questions
to
them.

Q

It
also
should
be
noted
the
state
of
New
Jersey
the
amount
of
respect
that
they
have
for
Jerry,
that
Raza
when
they
could
enough
about
Jerry,
and
they
were
amazed.
You
know
it
turns
up
the
communications
and
jerry's
up
little
stuff.
They
keep
him
informed.
He
keeps
them
informed.
That
goes
a
lot
a
long
ways,
because
when
you
talk
to
the
administration
and
the
other
hand,
don't
know,
what's
going
on
the
level
of
respect
they
had
progeria,
okay
I
always
feel
Jerry
work
event,
but
being
a
visit
back,
it
cannot
go.
We
just
Jerry
everything.
J
A
E
E
And
just
from
licata
local
advisory
council
and
articles
and
drug
abuse,
just
a
quick
reminder,
starting
when
next
Wednesday
the
7th
February
7th
March
7th
in
April
4th.
We
have
free,
narcan,
trainings,
10
a.m.
to
noon
on
10
West,
Jimmy,
Leeds
Road
in
Galloway,
and
we
are
part
sponsor
with
the
urban
treatment
Association
on
offering
that
training
and
offering
a
free
narcan
kick
to
anyone
who
attended.
So
just
something.
D
Except
a
couple
of
notes,
just
so
everyone
knows
we
are
still
doing
the
the
flu,
the
flu
shots
within
the
county
as
long
as
supplies.
Last
we
are
doing
them.
You
know
it's
very,
very
important,
we're
all
watching
the
news
to
see
what's
going
on.
In
addition
to
that,
we're
doing
free
BP
screenings
during
the
Heart
Month,
which
is
this
month,
and
so
with
all
that
information
is
on
our
website
as
well.
D
In
addition,
February
7,
if
we
brought
this
up
once
before
and
involved
with
the
disability,
Advisory
Board
the
emergency
preparedness
for
people
with
functional
needs,
they
have
between
February
7th
10:30
to
12:00
news,
the
ordinance
Center
for
Independent
Living
and
Jimmy
Leeds
wrote
in
Galloway.
So
it's
individuals
with
disabilities
or
invites
attend,
there's
no
cost
for
the
event,
but
allows
us
to
live
office
of
emergency
management
evaluation.
There
go
backs
the
register.
The
register
ready
database
of
tips
for
sheltering
in
place.
So
there
we
have
confirmation
of
that
as
well,
and
Greenwater.
F
L
Q
L
There
bit
about
eight
or
ten
bicycle
racks
that
will
go
in
and
backer
and
marketing.
Now
that
total
project
federal
government's
gonna
give
us
is
to
over
to
our
thousand
dollars.
So
this
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
that
goes
on
now.
If
we
don't
applying
it,
it
certainly
will
go
some,
but
there's
a
lot
of
money
that
pose
from
the
federal
government
and
state
government
arose
bridges
all
kinds
of
pedestrian
projects,
so
it.
P
I
Full
of
patina,
just
one
I,
just
came
out
of
Rick
Toby
a
heavy
AC
way,
and
he
wanted
to
extend
this
invitation
to
the
freeholders
again,
who
are
the
sod
waste
or
wastewater
treatment
facilities
out
there?
Anyone
has
any
questions
or
any
interesting
love.
This
people
come
out
sometimes,
if
you're
interested
in
going
out
and
see
that
please
contact
him.
He'll
set
up
an
appointment
that
just
give
you
guys
and
see.
If
anybody
has
been
out
there,
a
unique
operation,
that's
which
season
yard
I,
know.
I
A
R
All
attractive,
but
then
I
stopped
trying
to
make
it
a
little
I'll
call
it
bipartisan
fact-finding
and
hopefully
it'll,
be
well-received.
In
that
way,
there
was
a
statement
made
recently
in
esto
manner
that
a
county
freeholder
had
heard
that
mayor.
Teasin
Fitz
has
a
plan
to
combine
testo,
Manor
and
Weymouth,
which
was
news
to
many
people.

F
N
I'm
Ivy
Toland
from
Northfield
and
at
Christmastime
we
all
have
a
the
Northfield
Democrats
sponsored
the
stop.
The
heroin
program
for
Christmas
party
for
the
children
and
I
want
to
thank
all
of
the
people
on
the
board
that
helped
out.
It
was
wonderful,
but
today,
I
just
want
to
thank
one
person
in
particular
who's
sinking
down
in
her
seat.
Right
now,.
N
The
jail
they
let
the
the
warden,
let
the
the
the
guards
grow
their
beards
in
December
and
they
had
to
pay
for
it,
and
the
women
were
able
to
wear
stud
earrings
instead
of
having
no
jewelry
on
and
they
also
paid
for
it
and
I
got
a
call
from
the
schmidtke's
who
runs
stop
the
heroin
and
at
first
Jerry
had
told
me
that
she
thought
we
can
come
up
with.
They
would
come
up,
get
them
$200
and
every
time
I
come
in
here
and
talk
about
it.
N
N
If
I
could
just
a
couple
other
things,
another
group
that
that
really
helped
up
with
Egg
Harbor
Township,
the
Key
Club
one
of
our
one
of
our
members
reached
out-
and
she
said
we
don't
know-
can
we
help
or
not.
But
who
knows
and
when
I
got
to
the
to
the
hall
that
day
I
was
late
and
it
was
like.
Oh
my
god,
how
are
we
going
to
set
this
up?
N
We
had
two
hours
and
said
because
it
went
from
a
church
service
to
a
kids
party
two
hours
later,
and
there
were
about
a
dozen
kids
that
came
from
Egg,
Harbor
Township
and
these
kids,
no
matter
what
you
want
is
done.
They
were
doing
it,
you
didn't
even
have
to
ask
and
they
just
and
when
you
didn't
need
them,
you
didn't
even
know
where
they
were.
They
were
just
kind
of
melded
into
things,
but
it
was
just.
N
P
F
G
I
had
an
opportunity
to
go
beyond.
Oh,
yes,
he
takes
some
risk
by
his
positions
on
the
environment,
the
parties,
but
he
told
me
and
others
to
it.
They,
the
coastal
states.
His
colleagues
on
the
coastal
states
are
the
ones
that
get
what's
going
on,
no
matter
their
party
affiliation
and
he
was
working
hard
to
craft
a
coalition
with
them
cuz.
They
see
the
water
water,
they
know
what's
going
on
and
so
he's
nobody
can
anytime
here,
help
us
out
and
I'm
thinking
that
yeah
I
mean
I
follow.
A
A
Thank
you
would
like
to
make
know
that
today
we
got
word
that
a
one
of
our
most
cherished
residents
of
Atlantic
County,
John,
Falmouth
Erie,
passed
away.
Many
of
us
know
him
to
be
the
oldest
Purple
Heart
recipient.
He
is
there,
you
know,
even
though
he
lost
his
sight
last
year.
He
is
still
there
in
every
single
Memorial
Day
every
Veterans
Day
event
over
there
at
MacArthur
Park
there
and
when
McKinley,
whatever
it's
called
Atlantic
City
in
the
area
for
the
it
and
hoping
he'll
be
missed
a
moment
of
silence.
Please.
