From YouTube: 10.30.18 Freeholder Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
But
the
exact
the
state
of
New
Jersey
had
it.
Where
was
this
meeting
Delaney
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders,
was
bribed
in
the
following
manner,
published
the
press
of
Atlantic
City,
the
current
daily
journal
having
a
cassette
news
and
read
postings
on
the
bulletin
boards
and
office
buildings
in
Atlantic
City
here
in
the
clerk's
office,.
B
A
C
A
C
D
A
C
C
F
Mr.
chairman
and
I'd
like
to
take
a
moment
to
introduce
some
of
the
others
with
me
today
representing
a
CIT,
we
have
our
business
administrator,
mrs.
Lisa
Mooney,
our
architectural
team
of
Mary,
Marie,
being
Tommy
Sykes
and
mark
Petrelli.
They
were
working
together
and
have
been
working
with
us
for
about
a
year
on.
F
F
A
CIT
has
been
a
member
of
the
equation
group
since
its
founding,
and
we
have
been
involved
in
meetings
with
the
economic
development
committee
from
the
county,
as
well
as
the
other
educational
institutions.
They
tend
to
make
sure
that
we're
all
aligned
with
and
supporting
the
same
vision
for
economic
development
in
Atlantic
County,
our
Chairman
mr.
mica
has
numerous
conversations
about
workforce
with
me
and
for
the
alignment
of
what
the
needs
of
the
county
will
be
with
the
training
needs
for
young
people
and
adults
in
the
future
within
the
county.
F
So
I
want
to
begin
by
by
showing
a
little
bit
about
who
we
are,
what
we
are
and
then
talk
a
little
bit
about
our
needs.
Okay,
all
right
did
that
I
gave
you.
She
told
securing
our
children's
future
bond
Act,
which
is
on
the
about
this
initiative,
as
you
know,
provides
for
five
hundred
million
in
state
funds.
F
350
million
would
be
for
K
through
12
security
projects
and
the
expansion
of
career
technical
schools.
The
shops
allows
the
classrooms
at
the
County
vocational-technical,
so
there
are
21
schools
throughout
the
state
like
a
CIT.
They
are
specialized
schools
that
provide
a
career
focused
education
for
the
students
in
the
respective
counties.
50
million
would
be
prepared,
Technical
Education
projects
at
the
County
College's
and
then
another
100
million
for
water
infrastructure
projects
at
schools
throughout
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
This
bond
act
actually
started
a
little
larger.
F
It
was
about
a
billion
dollars
when
it
when
it
started
and
governor
Murphy
did
reduce
the
amount
to
five
hundred
million
then
would
be
shared
between
communities.
That
I
just
discussed
the
good
thing
about
this
funding.
If
we
are
successful
in
securing
the
funding
is,
this
is
75
percent
grant
twenty
five
percent
local
match,
typically
County,
Elena
and
Bonnie
Lin
Dallas
here
are
a
County
Treasurer.
She
sits
on
our
board
as
well
at
the
tech
school.
Typically,
we
get
40
percent
pet
services,
the
county
funds
actually
bonds
for
the
entire
amount.
F
Sixty
percent
of
funding
comes
from
ana
county
and
forty
percent
from
the
state.
This
is
a
grant
for
seventy-five
percent
of
the
funding,
so
we've
been
involved
in
a
long-range
planning
for
a
number
of
years
because
of
our
growth
and
we've
experienced
tremendous
growth
in
the
last
ten
years,
in
particular,
where
we
are
about
150
percent.
In
terms
of
the
role
we
plan
for
it,
the
good
news
is
the
state
funding
actually
started
to
catch
up.
F
As
you
know,
it
was
frozen
in
2008
last
year
our
state
funding
increased
significantly
and
we
were
able
to
give
most
of
that
money
back
to
Senate
districts
and
the
form
of
tuition
relief.
I
want
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
a
CIT
I'll
move
over
here,
so
about
standing
in
front
of
anybody,
so
something
most
of
you.
If
not
all
of
you
have
been
the
worst,
a
freeholder
for
this
Factory
and
currently
where
they
were
recently
had
over
a
press
conference
with
Atlantic
Electric,
which
is
one
of
our
our
partners
as
well.
F
So
this
is
a
shot
in
the
front
of
our
building
as
it
exists
right
now.
This
is
a
new
entranceway,
the
expansion
project
that
we
did
in
2012
included
connecting
three
separate
buildings
that
were
built
in
1974
and
up
needed
to
be
93,
and
then
we
did,
in
addition
in
2012
to
connect
those
buildings
to
accommodate
a
full-time,
comprehensive,
Career
and
Technical
High
School.
So
basically,
these
are
our
current
programs.
We
have
Air
Force
Junior
ROTC.
F
We
have
an
aviation
Studies
program
with
Atlanta
Community
College,
where
the
students
spend
part
of
the
day
at
Atlantic,
Cape
and
part
of
the
day
in
a
CIT.
Our
goal
is
to
provide
an
opportunity
for
those
students
to
get
an
associate's
degree
in
aviation
studies
and
our
high
school
diploma
upon
graduation.
We
have
an
automotive
technology
program,
the
students
get
their
ASE
certifications
and
if
you
go
to
an
auto
repair
facility,
you'll
see
those
ASE
certifications
on
the
wall.
It's
a
very
important
process
for
the
students
to
go
through
building
technology.
F
We
have
carpentry
plumbing
and
electrical
in
those
programs.
Computer-Aided
drafting
in
this
cat
is
a
program
that
allows
students
to
go
into
industry
using
the
AutoCAD
and
other
design.
Programs
were
going
to
to
college,
to
study
architecture
or
continue
in
that
program
for
advanced
drafting
skills.
Cosmetology
is
one
of
our
most
popular
programs.
In
fact,
we
just
renovated
that
area.
F
This
summer
we
have
three
full
cosmetology
shops
right
now,
culinary
arts
is
another
very
popular
program
in
our
school
and
we
have
a
great
teaching
kitchen
and
a
lot
of
demand
for
students
to
come
into
that
program.
Dental
assistant,
we
have
a
specialized
dental,
assisting
area,
health
sciences,
I
should
say
fashion,
decoration
and
design.
We
have
two
to
fashion
areas
and
once
again,
students
have
directly
in
the
world
work
or
they
go
on
to
study
in
New,
York
or
Philadelphia
for
careers
in
fashion.
F
Health
Sciences
in
medicine
is
another
one
of
our
very
large
programs
that
prepare
students.
They
take
a
sequence
of
courses,
anatomy
and
physiology
medical
terminology.
They
experience
a
lot
of
the
careers
in
the
health
care
industry
and,
as
you
know,
health
care
is
one
of
those
areas
identified
in
our
economic
development
plan.
F
Hospitality,
travel
and
tourism.
Actually
we're
hoping
to
bring
this
back.
When
there
was
a
downturn,
the
casino
industry.
We
saw
very
little
interest
in
it
and
that
program
we're
hoping
that
it
it
expands
in
the
future.
Information
technology
is
computer
science
and
we
have
a
very
large
computer
science
program.
In
fact,
it's
it's
so
large
we're
going
to
be
able
to
split
it
into
two
separate
entities,
one
for
coding,
more
of
the
hardware,
software
track
and
one
more
for
design
and
that
part
of
the
industry.
F
So
a
lot
of
students,
of
course,
are
interested
in
computer
science,
math
engineering
and
sightings.
It
is
our
STEM
program.
We
have
a
rather
unique
program.
It's
a
four
year
program.
It
is
fought
by
a
civil
engineer.
We
have
two
female
teachers.
One
is
the
civil
year.
One
is
a
has
a
master's
in
architecture,
so
students
go
through
a
four
year
program
in
engineering.
They're
exposed
all
aspects
of
engineering,
in
fact
Larry's
our
advisory
board.
We
have
a
medical
assisting
program.
Students
in
effort
goes
directly
to
the
world
of
work.
F
They
they're
in
your
doctor's
offices
in
the
hospital.
In
fact,
you
probably
would
have
a
hard
time
getting
to
a
medical
office
and
when
it
does
that
one
of
our
graduates
there
and
we
have
a
performing
arts
academy.
As
you
know,
we
have
a
very
nice
Performing,
Arts
Center
and
students
not
only
are
involved
in
dance
and
drama
and
vocal,
but
they
also
have
the
technical
skill
so
that,
in
behind
the
scenes
with
Lady,
sound
and
set
construction,
our
present
enrollment
is
a
little
over
1,600
students
and
we
have
a
functional
capacity
for
sixteen
eight.
F
Capacity
right
now
we
have
an
unmet
demand
of
about
600
students.
We
calculate
that
by
we
get
over
at
and
applications
of
year
for
450
seats
in
our
freshman
class.
In
fact,
when
I
leave
here
tonight,
I'll
be
going
to
back
the
hcit.
We
have
our
second
open
house
and
we
typically
get
over
a
thousand
people
at
yield,
two
sessions
of
it
at
the
house,
so
we're
bringing
in
close
to
2,000
people
one
of
those
two
minutes.
F
F
This
is
an
enrollment
chart
by
sending
district,
so
it
gives
you
a
glimpse
of
where
our
students
are
coming
from.
One
of
the
things
that's
unique
about
ACIP
is
a
very
diverse
student
body.
As
you
can
see,
they
come
from
all
over
Atlanta
County,
our
largest
sending
this
room
is
greater
a
part
of
a
regional,
but
that
also
makes
up
three
placements.
So
we
have
a
large
number
of
students
from
Pleasantville
land.
Pretty
much
follows
the
population
centers
of
the
county.
F
F
We
actually
have
which
is
kind
of
interesting.
We
have.
We
have
a
lot
of
females
and
that's
good
in
some
we're
always
trying
to
get
more
females
in
a
non-traditional
areas
like
engineering
and
information
technology
and
also
into
the
trade
areas.
So
we
work
very
hard
to
expose
females
to
those
types
of
careers.
So
the
new
programs
that
we
are
looking
at
if
we
are
successful
in
receiving
grant
funding,
would
be
aviation
mechanics,
which
will
be
directly
aligned
to
what
you
are
already
doing
with
aviation
industry.
F
It
would
also
be
aligned
with
the
program
that
Atlantic
Cape
will
establish
so
our
students.
Typically,
what
happens
is
in
the
programs
where
we
are
aligned
with
them
indicate,
and
there
were
many
of
information
technology
culinary
aviation.
Now
our
students
will
go
in
with
advanced
standing,
which
will
save
them
time
and
save
their
parents
money
as
well
as
they
achieve
those
college
credits
and
a
technical
area
going
into
Atlantic
Cape
Exercise
Science
is
another
area
in
the
Health
Sciences
area
that
we
feel
there
is
a
need
and
we're
hearing
the
demand.
F
F
F
F
We
would
establish
a
new
welding
shop
that
would
support
our
aviation
industry
as
well
as
teaching
and
welding
to
the
high
school
and
adult
students
and
then
HVAC
our,
which
is
meeting
ventilation,
air
conditioning
and
refrigeration.
We
have
a
plumbing
program
right
now,
but
we
would
like
to
add
in
the
HVAC
our
as
a
separate
program
and
once
again
there
is
tremendous
demand
for
that
as
well.
F
So
with
that,
we
had
the
newer
programs
and
then,
of
course,
expanding
our
programs
ability
of
technology.
We
would
look
to
the
number
of
students
in
those
areas
of
the
support
areas
to
facilitate
the
larger
enrollment,
and
that
is
the
milling
technology,
culinary
arts,
dental
or
health
sciences
and
medicine.
We
have
a
lot
of
applications
in
these
areas:
hospitality,
travel
and
tourism.
As
I
said,
we
would
like
to
make
sure
that
we
are
serving
the
needs
of
the
largest
industry
in
our
economy.
F
F
This
is
a
very
collaborative
process
to
try
and
figure
out
where
we're
going
to
go.
One
of
our
challenges
that
they're
going
to
show
it
into
addresses.
We
took
over
the
old
special
services
building.
That's
a
part
of
the
reason
why
we've
been
able
to
accommodate
additional
enrollment,
but
that
building
is
about
250
yards
from
the
other
building.
So
right
now
we're
bossing
students
back
and
forth,
which
is
a
tremendous
cost
that
a
waste
of
money
we
they're
going
to
show
how
we're
going
to
try
and
fix
that
problem.
F
H
Working
actively
working
inside
we're
quite
a
few
years
at
Eastern
IT
over
the
last
few
years,
we've
been
fighting
every
empty
closet
and
first
space
with
a
great
new
classroom.
So
every
summer
now
we've
done
three
projects.
My
brother's
got
me
try
to
accommodate,
as
he
tried
to
mention
me.
If
the
major
Spacely,
let
me
show
you
those
new
buildings
and
conceptual
sketches.
Really
it's
dealing
with
those
areas
that
there's
such
demand
in
the
area,
whether
it's
aviation
HVAC,
our
diesel,
welding
exercise,
science,
culinary
arts
and
we're
trying
to
figure
out
ways.
H
How
do
we
best
do
this?
We
do
it
in
both
buildings.
This
is
the
main
building
in
the
new
building,
but
then
there's
the
support
space.
Yeah
I
don't
want
to.
We
always
I'm
an
educational,
planner
I'm
dealing
with
the
unfunctional
capacities
and
it's
passive,
generating
mitosis
workspaces.
You
know
new
parking,
the
storage
area,
Chris
Wagner,
would
tell
us.
We
definitely
do
lots
of
storage
to
dinner,
but
you
know
additional
administrative
spaces.
We
need
to
accommodate
the
students
of
chemistry.
What
they're
going
to
lunch?
H
Senate
period
just
have
a
bunch
about
noon
time,
if
that's
at
all
possible,
so
you
know
massaging
and
my
firm
really
looked
into
these
things.
It's
like
so
what's
the
project,
you
know
in
a
nutshell,
it's
basically
it's
a
three-story
addition,
it's
about
hundred
thousand
square
little
orange
Egyptian
and
then
it's
a
multipurpose
building
up
at
a
lot
of
different
uses
and
it's
going
to
be
connecting
the
what
we
refer
to
as
the
South
annex
with
the
main
building
super
green
there's.
H
Together,
so
the
students
get
one
for
the
other,
but
but
but
part
of
this
is
also
additions
and
alterations
of
the
main
building
and
they
see
we're
going
to
try
to
keep
we're
trying
to
keep
in
our
plan
aviation
usage
because
they
are
tied
to
the
original
building.
You
know
as
opposed
to
CMS,
so
we're
gonna
have
these
pedestrian
links
from
the
main
building
and
the
South
way
to
this
new
facility
and
then
there's
alterations
and
renovations.
H
At
some
of
the
academic
areas,
we've
been
working
very
closely
with
the
administration
on
what
those
areas
are
and
then
there's
always
the
magnetic
fields
we
can
attract.
We
have
a
plan,
an
additional
part
of
this
mission,
so
we
would
expand
this
program
so
I'm
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
this
site
and
plans
that
I
asked
me
to
talk
about
our
talk
about
that
plant.
Exterior.
D
H
H
H
H
H
Of
the
South
link
with
the
lower
level,
which
it
will
have
windows
and
you'll,
see
in
a
plan
they
proposed
in
there,
but
we
had
students
through
this
building
right
now.
There's
a
bottleneck
here,
getting
that's
betrayed
wings,
so
we
came
up
with
a
plan
to
cut
through
here,
so
it
makes
it
easier
for
students
to
get
through
and
and
the
plan.
So
again,
this
is
the
main
level.
This
is
the
same
level.
That
is,
the
south
wing
you
can
see.
Is
the
traffic
pattern
basis
here?
H
Basically,
czarnian
and
locker
rooms
support
spaces
along
here,
whether
it's
a
trainer
inner
city
than
this
cafeteria
that
have
served
me
most
of
the
students
in
the
South
building
and
a
couple
of
culinary
arts
labs
so
we're
in
the
kitchen.
Okay
and
then
there
are
some
classrooms
here
that
we
have
a
multi-purpose
like,
let's
say
it's
a
tonight
and
you
know
there's
something
going
on
in
the
gym.
We
can
close
these
walls.
We
have
a
large
leading
space.
H
H
Go
up
the
steps
coming
across
here
into
this
classroom,
but
it's
science
areas
right
here,
obviously
two-story
gym
and
we
have
it
where
you
can
actually
get
out
onto
the
bleachers
from
that
level
within
restaurants,
event,
making
it
accessible
and
then,
in
the
lower
level
we
have
storage
areas.
Wait,
leaves
athletic
storage,
a
regular
screw
and
healthy,
more
competent
health
sciences.
H
This
is
an
interesting
slide.
There
is
a
need
in
the
community
for
a
it's
hard
to
get
pool
time.
My
first
assignment
for
the
practice.
It's
used
all
the
time.
I
know
I,
guess
that
has
school
has
coolant,
that's
very
busy.
They
seen
high
school,
but
there's
a
possibility
of
adding
an
inkling
here.
That
would
be
at
the
lower
level
of
the
viewing
area
but
main
level
here.
So
that
is
an
option
and
another
Tom
mark.
You
might
have
talked
a
little
about
the
exterior
sure.
I
Were
a
great
differentiation
of
a
story
and
it's
substantial.
So
what
we
look
at
is
very
simple,
very
strong
government
with
normal
materials.
The
exterior
is
what
we
call
the
mainstream.
It's
a
way
to
satisfy
the
Leeds
criteria
for
energy
efficiency,
with
a
simple
exterior
skin
that
has
a
great
durability,
quality
and
other
materials
in
the
building
block.
I
So
that
concrete
advice,
clean
strong
finishes,
we're
looking
for
something
that
actually,
you
know
just
link
it
we're
reaching
and
we're
pulling
north
and
south
together,
and
we
want
this
building
to
be
the
identity
of
that
and
that
linear,
walk
walkway
that
comes
in
great
on
one
side
and
enters
and
a
different.
The
other
actually
pulls
us
together
and
we
use
the
leaders
formats
and
overlooks
to
the
fields
as
soon
as
the
highlights
of
the
building.
This
is
a
building.
That's
also
designed
for
community
uses
that
Jim
locks
out
at
night
very
easily.
I
B
Your
uses
of
a
CIT
it's
going
to
still
focus
on
specialized
curriculum
and
vocational
training,
as
opposed
to
just
another
school
where
someone
doesn't
like
teachers
of
the
school
administration
that
they
will
to
rush
the
wash
we're
not
in
competition
in
any
way
our
original
purpose
I
would
imagine
I
would
let
you
speak
to
that.
That's
one
of
the
issues
I've
always
heard
I
know
we
had
that
conversation,
absolutely
pendants
with
conditioners.
F
In
fact,
we're
expanding
on
that,
so
every
student
who
comes
to
our
school
is
involved
in
a
career,
technical
programs
for
four
years
and
the
way
the
way
our
school
works
is
that
they
have
that
program
every
day
for
80
to
88
could
be
80
to
90
minutes
a
day
for
four
years.
So
it's
not
a
one
period
to
period
the
pre-period
according
to
the
climate
during
the
school.
F
This
is
a
program
that
enables
students
to
to
receive
40
credits
in
career
technical
education
during
the
time
they're
there
so
to
meet
all
the
high
school
graduation
requirements
and
they
have
to
also
meet
the
requirements
for
their
career
technical
area
and
the
certification
requirements
for
that
area.
So,
for
instance,
and
cosmetology
the
students
have
had
over
a
thousand
hours
in
order
to
have
the
certification
they
actually
have
to
spend
more
time
in
their
senior
year.
F
F
You
know
the
equipment
that
we
have
there
in
fact
had
one
of
individuals
from
the
casino
industry
in
the
other
day,
and
they
could
agree.
If
you
are
our
kitchen
facilities
compared
to
others.
You
know
the
ones
that
they've
seen
in
industry
same
with
other
it's,
it's
thousands
and
thousands
of
dollars
and
equipment
every
year
to
maintain
that
all
our
students
are
in
Career
and
Technical
programs.
F
We
are
a
school
for
a
student
who's
career
focused
as
a
good
idea
of
what
they
want
to
do,
whether
it's
in
our
Academy
programs
with
a
general
idea,
I'm
gonna,
doing
something
medical
or
something
very
specific,
like
I,
want
to
be
a
cosmetologist,
because
we
have
to
get
them
started
on
that
certification
fresh
in
the
year.
So
students
have
come
to
us
our
students
who
want
that
type
of
experience.
It
is
different.
We
expect
more
from
them
because
they
have
to
take
more
classes,
I
think
what's
important.
A
F
Absolutely-
and
you
know
the
students
today
in
our
school,
they
are
prepared.
If
they
choose
to
go
to
college,
they
have
the
academic
courses,
the
majority
of
students
and
go
to
college,
so
they
will
have
the
they
will
have
algebra.
They
will
have
the
language
that
they
need
if
they
want
to
go
to
college,
so
that
pathway
is
there
for
them.
They
want
to
go
directly
into
the
world
of
work.
They
have
the
skills
to
do
that.
In
fact,
we
have
one
of
our
major
initiatives.
F
This
year,
we've
always
had
a
strong
work
program,
we're
putting
more
students
out
in
the
industry
this
year
and
then
we
ever
have
before
we
are
really
focusing
on
getting
students
out
there
and
getting
that
on
the
job
experience
in
their
senior
year.
So
it's
a
very
much
a
different
type
of
program
for
students
who
are
interested
in
career
technical
education.
Some
students
are
not.
Some
students
want
to
take
all
the
humanities
classes
they
can
in
high
school.
J
J
J
A
Know
I
don't
know
that
it's
in
our
purview
to
getting
covered
in
individual
school
districts
in
Atlantic,
County
and
I'm
not
here
to
criticize,
but
it
discussed
this
actually,
as
we
all
had
with
the
districts.
You
know
the
population
of
Atlantic
City
changed
between
you
know,
2001
and
2011,
and
the
job
market
changed
and
families
had
to
find
other
places
to
live.
A
But
I
do
believe
that
you
know
they
have
to
individually
search
their
own
districts
as
to
what
spaces
they
should
downsize
with
I
know
on
the
island
down
Beach
for
years
they
closed
schools
down
the
neighborhood,
would
regenerate
and
build
schools.
Margate
must've
closed
an
open
that
better.
You
know
five
different
times
they
expanded
and
contracted.
That's
the
only
thing
that
I
would
say
is
that
you
know
take
a
look.
We've
been
talking
about
diversity.
A
A
lot
last
few
weeks,
take
a
look,
the
demographic
of
this
high
school,
and
you
realize
that
over
60%
apartment
already
qualified
the
opportunity
that
it
gives
to
you
know,
students
you
know
indifferent
and
in
different
areas
of
the
county
that
wouldn't
otherwise
be.
There
is
tremendous
I
mean
that's
one
thing
we
can't
do
not
because
if
you
take
a
look
at
it
dr.
Gunther,
what
are
we
about?
65%
minority?
A
A
So
you
get
all
the
image
button.
Your
question
not
to
divert
from
your
question
is
one
that
I
dealt
with
and
you've
been
deal
with
this
year
and
it
is
it's
sort
of
seems
to
be
a
burden
upon
the
sending
districts
have
lost
400
students
still
need
to
keep
their
lights
on.
So
it
was
a
tremendous
relief
to
see
me
tuition
reduction
because
this
high
school
was
unfairly
funded
for
eight
years.
A
A
G
F
I
know
you
saw
things,
but
the
reality
is
that
there
is
tremendous
need
for
hold
on
a
minute
Land
Academy.
Either
berries
were
confident
that
you
would
have
facility
use
of
that
or
people
would
have
to
with
swing
teams,
and
things
of
that
nature
have
to
pay
whether
that
would
completely
offset
the
cost,
probably
not,
but
we
would
have
in
facility
abuse,
but
that's
something
was
put
in
as
an
option.
You
know
the
thing
you
have.
The
statistic
that
we're
very
proud
of
is
every
our
graduation
rate
hovers
between
nineteen
hundred
percent.
F
You
know
we
really
connect
kids
with
things
they
want
to
do
and
the
issue
the
other,
the
other.
We
understand
the
other
school
districts
and
whether
they
have
level
enrollment
or
the
AB
declining
enrollment
for
us
and
I
know
for
the
other
educators
in
Ada,
County
really
looking
to
do
what's
best
for
the
student.
So
we
know
we
get
a
thousand
applications
of
gear
and
it
will
be
450
students.
We
will
not
be
able
to
accommodate
all
1,000
who
apply.
F
We
just
can't
build
a
facility
of
that
big,
couldn't
come
to
you
and
ask,
but
we
do
try
and
accommodate
the
students.
That's
why
we've
done
everything
to
use
all
of
the
space
that
we
have,
and
you
know
that
we
have
the
faculty
there.
You
have
that's
different
than
a
regular
School
District
in
many
of
their
is
that
all
of
our
faculty
have
worked
in
that
industry
for
teaching
career
technical.
You
saw
our
electrical
teacher,
who
is
a
female
electrical
electrician?
F
F
And
the
focus
too
is
to
have
students
who,
if
they
don't
go
directly
in
the
world
at
work,
our
goal
is
that
they
stay
within
that
focus
that
they've
started
in
high
school
and
that
they
come
back
so
in
Atlantic
County
and
contribute
to
our
economy.
So
we
we
have
students
who
have
actually
been
an
RIT
program
or
engineering
program
have
done
an
internship
with
the
FAA
Tech
Center,
one
way
to
college
and
now
work
at
the
FAA
Tech
Center.
B
B
F
Kind
of
follows
the
patterns
of
the
size
of
the
schools.
You
know
there,
you
can
see
that
in
some
schools
have
some.
They
have
some
career
technical
programs
that
they
are
operating
as
well
in
some
of
the
areas
that
are
not
as
equipment
focus.
So
there's
a
program
for
engineering
called
project
and
either
way
that
a
lot
of
schools
will
develop,
doesn't
have
to
be
taught
by
an
engineer
can
be
felt
by
the
math
teacher
or
we
feel
secure
technical.
K
F
It's
used
in
very
specific
ways:
I
know
academic
remediation
and
opportunities
for
students,
but
we,
the
one
area
that
we
do
receive
funding
from
these
communities.
Our
business
administrator
shil,
which
I
mean
as
well,
is
that
Perkins,
which
is
the
federal
funding
which
allows
us
and
and
comprehensive
schools
as
well
to
start
new
programs
that
buy
equipment,
which
is,
you
know,
very,
very
vital
source
for
us
for
both
a
high
school
program
into
post-secondary
programs.
Where
you
see
fundings
of
serious
so.
G
K
K
F
You
know
we
can't
supplant
what
we
can.
You
can
add
to
our
program
with
that
funding
example
and,
as
the
chairman
said,
getting
the
funding
this
year
to
get
us
back
and
we're
not
there.
Yet
we
should.
They
are
phasing
this
in,
so
we've
been
getting
more
funding
than
you
see,
funding
as
it
gets
these
and
we've
been
able
to
reduce
our
tuition
costs
to
the
Senate
districts.
You
know
we'll
have
some
increases
in
areas,
but
the
additional
funding
our
tuition
is
calculated.
A
L
F
A
A
Better,
but
in
Auto
Collision
technology
instead
of
fender
benders,
there
is
such
a
need
for
that.
I
mean
I.
Had
this
just
franchise
hunter
in
the
Northeast
I'm,
not
gonna,
go
it's
not
precision.
What's
the
matter
Pleasant
elegant,
but
a
talib
element,
they
cannot
find
anybody
to
man
their
shop,
so
I
think
canvassing
the
workforce
needs
on
an
annual
or
semiannual
basis
should
maybe
be
helpful
in
designing
their
curriculums.
Absolutely.

Please

sir
Creek

once
tonight
in
Cumberland

yes,

My
question
goes
to
both
528
529
I,
wasn't
sure
if
that,
if
the
original
bidding
was
done
site
by
site,
that
just
so
happened
that
one
place
was
a
better
deal
for
the
other
sites.
But
then
people
on
528
were
a
better
deal
for
Jeffries
towers,
or
was
that
split
up?
You.
K
Couple
of
questions
actually
cherries
I
spoke
with
well,
it's
unscientific
for
a
couple
Steve
years
who
attended
the
gallery
Township
site
and
the
temperature
manager
as
well-
and
there
was
some
concerns
as
far
as
the
kitchen
is
that
part
of
the
contract
is
the
Jesus
acquired
to
clean
up
the
kitchen.
After
all,
meals
are
served,
you're.
N
Supposed
to
clean
the
equipment
and
everything
correct,
in
other
words,
you
think
what
may
comes
in
from
the
county.
We,
you
know,
we
have
shaving
dishes
there,
set
it
up,
we're
supposed
to
clean
up
after
we
leave,
and
then
somebody
comes
and
picks
up
the
equipment
back
from
the
kitchen
that
show,
because
it
was.

we're

the

Isn't

We
have
a

and
vividness
I,
think
three
or
four
parking

convenient.
They
do
fit

here
and
536.
If
you
remember,
536
was
gateway,
is
paying
who
was
their
pro

a
parking

I
think
they
lease
space
of

That's
on
that
bucket,
okay,
Joey.
C
D
J
We
talked
about
this
in
the
budget.
Today
the
bid
came
in
at
seven
sixty
four
and
what
four
years
ago
was
estimated
to
be
750,
so
that's
great,
and
what
this
is
going
to
do
is
six
months
after
the
work
starts,
we're
going
to
have
a
fully
functioning
commercial
check,
the
kitchen
Atlanta
P,
which
will
be
available
for
citizens
and
will
have
a

there
to

it,

all
those
in

say
aye
aye
opposed-
are
any
of
the
appointments
and
reappointments
the
next
three
resolutions
present
in
the
audience
today.
Seeing
none
I'll,
take
a
bunch
to
the

and
adopt
those
booth
in
second,
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye

all
the

C
D
J
So
this
this
bill
passed
the
Senate
recently
and
it's
before
the
assembly
and
what
it
is
basically
is
Volkswagen
a
lawsuit
from
their
emissions
fraud
that
happened
a
few
years
ago
in
New.
Jersey
is
getting
money
from
that.
So
with
New
Jersey
wants
to
establish
a
network
of
charging
stations
for
electric
vehicles.
There
will
be
six
hundred
stations,
six
hundred
outlets
among
300
stations,
to
alleviate
what
they
call
range
anxiety
and
that's
when
people
are
afraid
or
anxious
about
purchasing
electric
vehicle,
because
they
don't
think
be
able
to
get
far
enough
on
a
charge.
J
So
there
will
be
charged
charging
the
stations
throughout
the
state
and
the
reason
this
is
important
for
us
here
at
Fayette.
County
is
because
we
are
a
driving
destination.
We
have
many
many
more
cars
and
buses
coming
here
that
we
have
living
here.
They
pollute
our
air
with
electric
vehicles.
We
cannot
alleviate
that
New
Jersey
Transit
is
going
to
start
revamping
their
bus
inventory
I
believe
in
2022,
and
this
bill
is
encouraging
them
to
purchase
electric
vehicles
when
they
do
that,
and
it's
just
moving
us
forward
into
the
21st
century.
L
You
chairman,
oh
yeah,
I,
think
er
I
would
like
to
see
our
state
even
go
a
lot
further
like
this
New
York
State
offer
tax
incentives
for
people
to
buy
hybrids
and
electric
vehicles
I've
displayed
for
many
many
years
that
we
need
to
move
towards
more
Irish
and
letters.
One
thing
to
keep
in
mind,
though,
with
this
legislation
is
that
yet
the
other
side
of
the
cookies
ought
to
say
is
that.
L
A
J
K
A
virtue
of
the
fact
that
the
legislation
talks
about
public
and
private
sector
investment
as
well
also
encouraging
them
that
that
partnership
engines
all
I
think
on
a
more
broad
scale,
though,
is
that
we
need
to
kind
of
look
at
how
we
we'd
be
playing.
I
mean
we
just
own.
The
regional
planning
to
make
you
know
these
things
be.
K
Equal
is
even
lower
I'm,
not
sure
that
the
definition
of
the
different
types
of
the
luxury
vehicles,
but
something
neighborhoods
area
there
may
be
limits,
are
lowered
to
make
it
a
little
more
conducive
and
see
for
anything.
For
that
legal
force.
Electric
vehicles
to
be
talking
more
like
electric
golf
carts
and
go
up
to
you.
D
K
B
Your
comment
filiberty
no
yeah,
generally.
Obviously
it
makes
sense
to
support
the
legislation.
Hopefully
it
comes
out
trend,
whatever
change
something
mm.
So
it's
something
that
we
should
obviously
support.
You
know
the
location
of
these
facilities
and
they,
when
they
talk
about
300
300
statewide,
is
not
much
and
I
know
that
meaning-
and
it's
just
a
start
for
them
to
do
that.
I'm,
assuming
they're,
trying
to
read
through
here
some
of
the
locations
on
the
parkway,
the
expressway
a
little
badge
of
the
service
areas
where
they're
probably
talking
about
filling
it.
B
A
The
300
comments
we're
certainly
we
pride
ourselves
in
Lana
County
has
been
one
of
the
greatest.
If
not
the
greatest,
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
we
already
have
some
charging
stations
that
are
ACA.
We
have
them
in
different
locations,
so
we
are
already
on
the
leading
edge
of
this
and
I
think
it's
a
great
resolution
to
support
will
call
the
roll.
C
J
K
I
mean
that
kid
I've
been
the
last
meeting.
You
know
we
talked
about
we're
waiting,
some
I
guess
the
commenter
answers
some
of
the
questions
in
the
cab
that
you
provided.
I
forwarded
that
to
the
members
of
the
Katie,
as
you
requested,
they
both
expressed
that
they
would
like
to
be
able
to
sit
down
not
only
with
the
County
Council,
but
our
preordered
sister,
as
well
for
your
guy,
who
expressed
was
out
of
town,
would
be
able
to
attend
to
these
meeting.
K
J
Just
want
to
state
that
I
did
provide
written
answers
to
all
the
questions.
My
position
isn't
going
to
change.
I,
don't
understand
why
we're
having
trouble
moving
in
a
more
transparent
place
where
we
would
be
supporting
survivors
of
sexual
harassment
and
assault
instead
of
protecting
perpetrators,
I
would.
J
K
We
went
in
the
other.
Other
changes
to
Konami
code
came
up,
I
mean
there
was
one
in
particular
that
the
two
went
on
for
months
and
months
and
months
I
mean,
if
that's
your
true
intention,
I
understand
why
you
would
want
to
continue
without
having
your
questions
and
would
dress
up
in
the
committee
setting
of
those
systems.
That's
a
true
intention
of.
J
B
There's
always
there's
always
information
on
them,
especially
when
they
deal
with
the
state
of
injuries,
are
known
for
public
Dean's
that
I'm
going
to
make
sure
that
there's
no
issues
with
us
that
we
don't
qualify
was
what
state
regulations
are
100
or
local
as
far
as
mean
generally
anytime.
There's
public
funds
use,
oh
here,
put
it
out
there
because
that's
what
it's
supposed
to
be
to
me.
I
could
care
less.
But
from
the
legal
perspective,
we
open
ourselves
up
to
some
litigation
money.
B
A
A
Else
wish
to
speak.
I
would
just
like
to
say
that
I
also
take
objection
that
anybody
tries
to
hold
anything
back
here,
transparently,
I
did
a
little
research
and
I'm
going
to
ask
our
counsel
to
answer
a
direct
question.
Mr.
Steele,
in
the
county,
in
under
the
state
statute,
signed
by
to
the
Caribbean
2002
on
Oprah
and
open
meetings,
is
there
any?
Is
there
anything
that
we
settle
in
a
courtroom
that
is
unknowable,
including
including
novice
closure
agreements?
A
J
A
D
A
Me
there,
okay,
so
everybody
in
the
public
understands
and
and
the
streaming
people
over
there
and
our
our
cameras.
They
doing
that
here,
good
to
see
you
buddy
Atlantic
County
has
full
transparency
on
any
settled.
A
Sexual
harassment
suits
or
any
type
of
suit
whatsoever,
including
non-disclosure
agreements,
but
the
state
of
New
Jersey's
legislature
does
not
the
governor
does
the
county?
Does
every
municipality
does,
but
the
guys
that
dreamt
up
legislation
that
we
asked
them?
Why
are
you
doing
it
because
we
can
now?
Finally,
we
have
a
Senate
bill
that
is
going
to
put
them
under
the
same
rules
as
we
are.
We
want
nothing
more
than
to
advocate
for
the
rights
of
victims
and
here,
but
here
it
is
even
in
this
bill.
A
If
something
is
settled,
as
you
pointed
out
privately,
it's
usually
at
the
request
of
the
accuser
that
does
not
want
to
be
disclosed,
so
even
in
this
bill,
they're
still
preserving
the
right
of
the
accuser
to
not
have
that
discoverable.
However,
the
accuser,
knowing
this
with
good
counsel,
will
say:
I
do
not
want
a
private
settlement.
A
A
H
A
A
Well,
it
put
it
like
this:
it's
only
because
it's
covered
it's
covered
in
state
statute.
That
has
to
be
changed.
That's
a
function
of
the
law
that
is
followed
in
jurisprudence
by
the
defendants
attorneys
and
by
the
plaintiff
attorneys.
So
the
reason
and
an
freely
Fitzpatrick
believe
we
could
all
get
behind
something
right.
A
K
A
You
and
I
think
that's
just
a
way
that
we
should
do
it
and
then,
whatever
the
committee
comes
on
with,
we
will
support
but
to
indicate
that
we
aren't
transparent.
It
is
the
only
thing
we're
not
transparent
about
is
backed
up
where
the
law
handcuffs,
the
transparency
and
in
this
state
government
up
to
now,
they've
been
completely
allowed
to
not
disclose
anything
which
is
ridiculous,
so
all
right
anything
else
on
their
old
business.
A
O
O
A
A
I
was
the
one
that
came
up
a
set
review
committee
because
we
were
thinking
about
privatizing
different
assets
of
this
county
with
a
little
like
our
budget
was
going
completely
down,
which
thank
God
it
we
battled
a
little
bit
and
then,
at
the
end
of
the
year,
we
evaluate
those
committees
that
we
never
met
with,
will
eliminate
them
next
year,
because
they
have
no
purpose
and
maybe
a
new
one
will
come
up.
That
would
have
to
do
so.
Your
suggestion
is
good.
They
have
to
the
meeting,
will
look
at
those
meetings.
A
B
B
A
A
Out
so
unfinished
business
new
business,
how
that
was
new
business,
okay,
I'm,
sorry
written
communications
correspondence.
Any
one
of
us
would
talk
about
any
correspondence
that
we
received.
Recently.
Okay
and
I
won't
open
up
to
the
public
and
then
one
of
the
public
wish
to
speak.
Please
don't
feel
free
to
come
forward
Creed.
You
can
speak
even
though,
of
course,
he's
not
here.
M
Creepo,
what's
it's
like
cumberland
avenue,
its
chairman
all
seriousness?
I
was
back
and
forth
on
whether
I
would
hire
about
this
or
not
particularly
for
mr.
steno.
Is
it
the
understanding
that
there
is,
or
there
is
not
a
state
law
that
would
forbid
the
county
from
disclosing
non-disclosure
agreements
made
outside
of
a.
M
D
M
M
D
P
P
P
The
process
of
does
not
go
public
unless
the
person
who's
involved
once
what's
it
to
go
public
more
often
than
not
you
don't,
because
if
it
was
contained
within
the
within
a
internal
process,
there
usually
is
a
reason
for
it.
Sometimes
the
person
doesn't
want
any
information
at
all:
I'm,
not
finished
I'm.
Sorry,
sometimes
the
person
doesn't
want
any
information
about
a
harassment
of
that
nature
becoming
public
and
for
a
lot
of
good
reasons
and
stoppies
could
mean
what.
M
M
M
If
that's
not,
it
wouldn't
otherwise
be
known,
and
the
employer,
in
this
case,
Miss
Smith,
is
being
told
you'll
receive
X
in
return
for
signing
the
NBA,
a
lot
of
people
may
choose
to
sign
the
NBA,
even
if
they
were
okay
with
it
being
made
public,
because
that
makes
it
easier
in
what
is
already
a
very
difficult
situation.
Mr.
