A
In

with
the

Building

still
winter
building
in
Northern
Europe
and
the
county
clerk's
office
in
Minas
Landing.
B
Pointing
we
are
thankful
for
this
nation,
which
we
are.
A
D
A
Right
before
we
begin
I
just
want
to
say
hi
and
everybody
we're
very
excited
to
be
in
Linwood.
This
is
part
of
our
effort
to
bring
our
government.
You
know,
residents
across
the
county
and
Romina
is
accessible
and
transparent
as
possible.
I
see
many
of
our
officials
from
Glenwood
that
over
here
so
I
don't
know.
Councilman
Maddox
give
our
clerk
lien
Eppley
and
new
Councilwoman
burns.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
hosting
us
here
today.
Do
you
want
to
come
up
and
say
anything,
give
us
a
little
quick
update
about
what's
happening
in
Linwood.

155
commending
resolution
number
133,
the
doctor
did
April
10th
2018
towards
authorize
the
county
to
make
purchases
through
the
state
of
new
jersey,
cooperative
purchasing
program,
total
of
inventory
about
nine
million.
Eight
hundred
eighty
four
thousand
four
hundred
seventy

A
D
C
C
A
I
Bring
it
out,
however,
quickly
that's
one
opportunity
for
success
from
the
stratification
and
it's
good
for
a
couple.
Other
reasons.
Number
one
invalidates
the
efforts
that
we
have
underway
with
research
park,
the
creation:
what
was
your
application
to
do?
Three?
What's
called
the
smart
Airport
assistance
program,
the
goal
is
to
expedite
smart
airport
technologies
and
UAS
technologies
to
market
more
quickly
through
these
business,
accelerators
and
incubators.
Our
partner
on
this
is
the
national
air
spec,
you,
okay,
it's
the
very
space
and
it's
time
to
think
about
this.
I
This
is
an
organization
that
works
with
NASA
parts
of
NASA.
Langley
also
works
with
the
FAA
and
said
they
asked
us
without
here,
Atlanta
County,
to
be
a
partner
on
this
grant.
Application
work
with
this
NJIT
is
involved
with
this
Embry
Riddle
office,
we're
also
in
the
river.
By
the
way,
it's
recently
signed
go
on
as
a
research
board
at
the
park,
so
this
would
basically
take
small
businesses,
assist
them
in
getting
established
systems,
developing
new
technologies
and
what
we
actually
grow
and
need
to
be
here.
They
stay
here.
I
G
I
A
I
To
the
granted
quarter
is
a
dollar
for
dollar
match
you
get
maximum.
In
fact
you
go
to
the
suburb,
fifty
thousand
or
more
changes,
or
we
may
not
reach
that.
So
with
roughly
right
now
we
have
convinced
$100,000
from
Atlantic
County
over
three
years.
Cape
May
is
convention,
two
hundred
thousand
dollars-
that's
JTA,
has
put
their
toe
in
the
water
and
said
they
come
up
with.
Fifty
thousand
have
received
a
perfect
living
on
that,
though
everything
authorities
talk
about
a
fifty
thousand
dollar
commission,
the
ACA
might
come
to
another.
I
I
I
We've
gotten
letters
of
support
from
that
voters
in
support
of
Waukee
longer
support
delivering
so
well
that
you
are
but
I
compared
distress
that
this
is
important,
because
this
shows
we're
doing
will
be
talked
about
coming,
for
you
will
be
getting
that
what
we're
doing
yeah
so
you're,
not
success
in
this
application.
We
got
other
things.

L
If
our
attorney
is
indicating
and
vote
on
a
resolution,
one
six
and
one
therefore
I
have
to
sign
an
affidavit.
That
I
was
able
to
understand
the
English
language
that
pertains
to
this
resolution
and
that
I
understand
that
correctly
and
if
I
chose
not
to
vote
on
it
today
and
my
balance
of
sign
the
affidavit
in.
L
Thank
you
so
much
Roger,
madam
chair
I
would
like
to
make
a
motion
to
table
this
resolution
until
the
next
meeting.
If
it's
not
time
sensitive
I
have
not
had
the
opportunity
to
review
it,
I
certainly
would
support
it,
but
I'm
not
in
the
position
to
do
it
today.
So
therefore,
I
would
make
a
motion
resolution.

Second,
any
further
comments
on
that
I
just
want
to
make
mention.
We
talked
about
its
Women's
History
Month
at
our
last
meeting
in
the
resolution
there
couple
of
stuffs
that
are
quite
to
us
locally
I
just
wanted
to
highlight
so
in
the
2010
u.s.
census.
Women
represent
51.6
of
Atlantic
County's,
nearly
two
hundred
and
seventy-five
thousand
person
population,
which
reflects
our
county
of
Atlantic
employee
population
of
women,
which
is
at
fifty
two
point,
one
percent,
which
is
a
very
exciting
time.
A
Serious,
apparently
very
excited
about
fellow
women
serve
in
19
of
21
counties
in
New,
Jersey
43
of
the
hundred
and
thirty-five
New
Jersey
County
three-quarters
are
women,
five
of
which
serve
as
regular
chairs.
Atlantic
County
has
the
distinction
of
being
one
of
those
five
and
there
are
76
female
mayor's,
three
of
which
are
in
Atlantic
County
and
there's
a
lot
of
other
information
in
there.
But
those
were
just
some
of
the
more
localized
actually
wanted
to
point
out
in
just
another
reminder
that
we'll
be
having
the
first
chair
women's
young
leaders
luncheon
at
ACCC.
A
Next
week,
we've
invited
our
young
female
leaders
from
every
single
high
school
across
the
county
to
join
us
and
interact
with
not
only
a
female
freeloaders,
but
the
members
of
our
Advisory
Commission
on
women.
So
we're
very
excited
about
that.
I'll
just
do
another
plug
that
it
is
not.
So
if
you
want
to
go
on
a
vector,
a
and
sponsor
a
student,
that
would
be
wonderful.
A
C
A
A
D
D
Nine
and
a
half
here
on
the
board
here,
I,
don't
ever
believe
that
we
had
a
resolution
that
we
had
to
David
Thomas
ourselves.
So
the
understanding
there
are
so
mr.
Stephen
I
would
ask
to
serve
in
the
future
if
there,
if
we
need
to
have
the
affidavits,
that
we
have
advanced
knowledge
of
that
and
possibly
before
we
bring
it
on
to
the
agenda
of
the
good
idea.
D
Myself
personally,
obviously
I
was
the
Equal
Employment
Opportunity
Officer
for
one
of
my
past
employers,
but
I
didn't
think
that
we
had
me
out
of
David
eyes.
Didn't
here,
I
would
have
to
say
it's.
Let
me
embarrassing.
I
think
that
we
know,
of
course
our
least
a
student
member
here
is
the
one
that
found
this
self-proclaimed
leads
to
students
brought
me
the
sharpest
tool
in
the
box.
Come
on
the
fool
you
but
I'm
glad
we
waited
did
we
do
it
right.
So
the
future.
M
A
A
G
F
Meant
to
be
april,
4
7
p.m.
at
mount
sinai
baptist
church.
I
have
invitations
and
flyers
for
all.
The
members
of
the
board.
I
also
have
business
cards
for
one
of
the
hosts,
who
is
a
worker?
Who
is
one
of
the
senior
organizers
for
New,
Jersey,
Revolution
radio?
Some
of
the
speakers
who
are
going
to
be
include
Henry
Hank
green
black
men.
We
infamous
New
Jersey
wheat
man
and
professor
said
yeah
from
Stockton.
As
many
of
you
know,
Stockton
has
a
candidate
science
minor,
so
this
legislation
is
coming.
It's.
A
G
K
Ask
you
maybe
have
a
moment
of
silence
in
remembrance
of
those
lives
that
were
lost
at
the
mosque
in
Eugene.
The
last
week
I
saw
almost
all
of
us
were
invited
to
a
prayer
vigil
this
afternoon
in
Atlantic,
City
I
was
personally
asked
by
several
members
of
the
Islamic
community
to
express
my
condolences
and,
as
a
teacher
I
think,
I
teach
an
incredibly
diverse
population,
and
that
was
a
topic
of
conversation.
K
It's
right
over
by
the
curriculum
of
the
Middle
Ages,
which
is
the
other
or
each
nation
of
islam,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
do
teach
them
is
that
the
three
major
religions,
Judaism
Christianity
and
Islam
law,
can
trace
their
roots
back
to
Abraham.
So
we
have
a
lot
more
in
common
than
that
people
actually
recognize
and
I.
Just
would
like
us
to
realize
that,
and
maybe
this
moment
of
silence
in
remembrance
of
the
victims
will
help
us
remember
that.
A
B
B
A
A
Every
year,
I
had
a
dress
that
had
learned
for
me
to
eat
plenty
this
year
and
they
sold
out
was
here,
which
I
think
was
a
first
in
it
in
a
couple
of
years,
so
they
raised
over
two
hundred
and
thirty
thousand
dollars
for
students
for
scholarships
for
the
culinary
program
and
just
a
lot
of
really
hard
work
by
many
of
our
employees
and
volunteers
at
NCCC.
So
just
want
to
congratulate
them
and
thank
them
for
the
work
that
they
do
and
also
just
want
to
mention.
A
This
morning,
I
had
the
opportunity
to
welcome
to
New
Jersey
Association
election
officials
to
Atlantic
City
they're,
holding
their
annual
conference
here
at
Caesars.
So
we
have
election
officials
from
all
over
the
state
of
New
Jersey
here
and
one
of
the
things
they're
taking
a
look
at
is,
of
course,
you
know
being
able
to
cast
a
secure
ballot
in
a
confidential
and
safe
way
with
integrity,
and
you
know
new
advances
in
an
election
process.
