A
The
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice
to
this
meeting
the
lady
County
Board
Chosen
Freeholders,
provided
the
following
manner.
We
publish
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
mailed
to
the
current
Journal
Gazette
and
having
to
do
some
postings
home
folding
board
in
Atlantic
City
here
at
Stillwater.
It
is
a
County
Clerk's
office,
a
base
landing
for
you
all
right.
Opening
prayer.

Every
day
average
temperature
is
about
105,
or
so
these
guys
are
down
there.
For
11
days
we
got
into
the
playoffs,
we
beat
the
host
team
in
the
first
game.
The
second
meeting
were
able
to
beat
Tallahassee
Florida
and
put
us
in
the
finals
against
a
team
from
Hawaii
Hawaii
teens
12
year
olds,
where
in
the
world,
that's
Little,
League,
World,
Series
winners
for
the
same
league,
so
the
program
the
team
were
playing
was
really
good,
but
these
kids
and
the
parents,
which
is
so
important
that
acade
is
their
whole
summer
Dennis.
G
G
Gino
is
also
ok,
so
they
they
have
dedicated
their
lives
to
use
the
new
programs
in
Atlantic
County,
and
we
thank
you
very
much
for
that
and
the
dedication
that
you
all
gave
during
the
summer
summer.
But
this
is
wonderful,
I
mean
continue.
Great
I
mean
I,
think
they.
This
isn't
their
first
right.
They
they've
been
winning
through
different
age
groups,
yeah.
H
A
A
A
Little
detected
a
an
ordinance
in
its
second
reading,
now
welcomes
public
in
would
anyone
in
the
public
wish
to
talk
about
the
signalization,
which
means
are
going
to
put
a
controlled
traffic
signal
at
the
corner
of
Ocean
Heights
and
black
Monroe?
Today,
our
Township
any
public
input
seeing
none
and
you
free
all
the
comments
tampering
older
Risley.
K
We're
a
happy
report
that
were
very,
very
close,
this
right
away
part,
is
probably
critical
path,
so
the
partnering
that
your
property,
that
many
widening
is
really
the
Zionist
I'm
99%
done
environmental
permits
already
in
place
all
of
the
soils
work
to
to
do
the
structural
design
and
for
the
signal
it
is
all
time
we
wouldn't
make.
This
thing
happen
great
ways
the
last
piece
into
salvation.
They.
K
I
would
anticipate
that
this
is
a
another
spring
project.
You,
the
the
work
within
the
runway,
there's
some
some
storm
drainage
work.
There's
there's
a
bunch
of
curb
work,
the
widening
base
working
it
and
to
get
all
of
the
electrical
conduit
work
in
the
junction
boxes
and
then
similar
place.
We
do
that
gave
you
the
spring
and
then
we
can
pay
them
in
the
fall
right
after
the
summer.
We
get
the
traffic
we're,
not
the
road
unless
there's
a
unless
we
take
another
approach
to
it.
K
G
K
It
imagine
probably
two
years
that
corporate
and
she
came
to
us
and
an
agreement
was
put
together.
This
is
a
this
is
a
shared
I,
think
it's
a
50/50
right,
Jerry
fifty-fifty
on
this
particular
project
and
to
get
the
contract,
seeing
it
the
contractor
in
place,
and
then
the
environmental
work
took
some
time
so
I
was.
I
K
I
Thank
you,
I
just
wanted
to
say
another
comment,
those
that
we
met
with
in
the
township.
They
agree.
We
we
have
met
with
them.
Probably
before
mark
this
year.
They
came
up
with
Melissa
project
if
they
were
willing
to
pay
50%
for
us.
So
we've
been
following
their
recommendations
for
the
process
that
we
were
following
you,
so
the
first
one
was
Bruce
avenue
that
we
went
on
the
dogwood
road
I
mean
there's
been
a
bunch
of.
I

A
Moved
and
seconded
again
in
ordinances
final
reading
is
welcome.
He
called
a
comment
at
the
first
reading
of
this
ordinance.
We
established
the
fact
that
this
fee
was
going
to
be
put
in
place.
It
was
not
going
to
be
a
cost
to
taxpayers
and
it's
not
going
to
be
a
cost
to
users
of
the
Clarks
services
for
recording
it
was
going
to
be
used.

No,
but
but
they
want
to
remain
a
member
of
the
home
consortium,
and
so
this
is
so
it's
really
procedural
in
the
towns.
That's
this!
It's
the
same
20
22
towns
that
are
in
the
home
consortium,
its
instead
of
21
in
the
urban
county
and
to
worse
sorry,
20
in
every
county.
In
it's
a
war.
No
sorry,
instead
of
20
21
and
1,
it's
20,
and
so.

G
A
A
G
This
was
a
Unity.
Day
was
pradhans
work
where
this
one
came
from
Unity
Day
and
the
reason
for
it
was
to
bring
about
all
of
the
agencies
and
around
the
domestic
violence
come
together.
Work
together
towards
you
know,
doing
something
about
this
epidemic.
That's
going
on
and
you
know,
but
they
want
the
state,
the
county
and
the
local.
The
National
older
come
together,
who
work
together
with
this
there's
many
ways
that
people
are
affected
by
domestic
violence.
We
have
to
find
ways
to
allow
people
to
come
forward
and
we
have
some
with
a
bizarre.
G
They
have
hotlines,
you
fall
into
you
know
for
help,
and
if
you
know
something
that
needs
help,
they'll
call
it
find
out
what
you
could
tell
them
and
get
and
get
the
assistance
that
they
need,
because
most
the
time
they
don't
want
to
come
and
many
times
somebody
involved
in
domestic
violence.
It
is
a
mental
wellness
situation.
They
they're
caught
up
in
it
or
they're
afraid
to
get
at
it.
They
don't
know
get
out.
B
C
Q
A
Q
D
A
Move
then
seconded
and
the
public
input
on
this
coin
drop
freeholders,
all
those
in
favor
say
aye
I
pose
now.
That
brings
us
to
the
end
of
our
printed
agenda.
I'll,
take
reports
from
brildor
field,
our
participation
in
committees
and
we're
appointed
and
thrilled.
If
you
want
to
make
the
comment
on
a
committee,
oh.
N
P
E
That
we
have
less
people
using
with
services,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
buoyed
by
the
new
casinos
and
some
of
the
new
businesses
that
have
opened
up
here,
including
in
Buena
yeah.
So
that's
good
news.
The
bad
news
is,
we
don't
use
the
money
we
lose
it
and
we
still
have
tons
of
training
and
services
available
for
people
who
are
looking
for
work
to
change
careers
or
you
know,
maybe
advance
where
they
are.
E
We
know
that
there
is
a
shortage
in
medical
technicians
in
the
hospitality
arena
and
also
in
even
in
our
treats
skills
like
motor
mechanics
and
there's
programs
for
all
of
those
things.
So
just
trying
to
report
that
there
we're
still
looking
for
people
who
are
interested
in
leveraging
the
services
that
the
Workforce
Investment
Board
has
to
offer
and
lots
of
great
we're
continuing
to
go
on
their
perspective.
Girl.
C
E
A
E
E
Gabbe
and
Phil
were
sitting
right
next
to
me
and
that
same
time,
up
just
in
kind
of
science
question
and
a
lot
of
discussion
came
up
in
terms
of
what
the
schools
could
be
doing
to
approach
some
of
these
trainings
that
we
think
make
it
very
accessible
for
people
there's
a
lot
of
opportunity
there.
But
there
is
a
lot
of
conversation
happening
so
I
think
the
avenues
are
open.
A
E
Yeah:
okay,
yes
sure
I
brought
the
outlier
to
save
New
Jersey
beer.
You
might
be
seeing
this
floating
around
on
social
media
and
it's
not
a
joke.
The
department
head
of
the
the
ABC
alcohol
beverage
Commission
Dave
wriggles,
issued
a
special
bullying
authorizing
certain
activities
by
holders
of
limited
brewery
licenses
in
this
special
ruling.
E
Effectually
limited
what
our
local
breweries
can
be
doing
and
the
amount
that
they
can
be
doing
and
the
I
see
it
as
a
globe
to
not
only
breweries
but
small
businesses
to
partner
with
brewery
musicians,
all
kinds
of
artistic
County
things
like
that.
There's
we're
creating
an
industry
in
New,
Jersey,
I,
think
for
fresh
beer
and
another
kind
of
crashed
elements,
and
it's
my
opinion
and
I.
E
Think
the
upended
of
the
breweries
who've
now
gotten
together
and
created
a
petition
to
oppose
this
special
ruling
that
this
will
completely
their
ability
to
to
grow
and
to
grow
and
to
keep
advancing
that
in
how
this
one
guy
has
this
much
authority
in
the
state.
I
have
a
narrow
idea
and
I
think
that's
a
little
separate
problem
that
needs
to
be
addressed.
But
what
I
wanted
to
do
is
just
bring
attention
to
brew
independent.
That
work
is
where
you
can
go
to
sign
the
petition
I
signed
it
today.
Sarah
share
it
on
social
media.
E
M
E
R
The
distributors,
which
were
the
issue
at
the
time
that
we
had
the
flight
on
the
Salomon
distribution,
which
triggers
did
not
one
local
wineries
in
that
competitions,
but
I,
think
you
probably
maybe
have
something
same
same
kind
of
impact
I'd
like
to
see
us
reach
out
to
our
legislators,
because
a
resolution
itself
is
said
to
let
them
know
because,
honestly,
we
don't
pressure
them
the
same
way.
We
pressured
them
with
a
wine
industry.
R
The
legislators
are
going
to
let
this
guy
let
the
state
do
what
it
does,
because
it's
an
easy
way
for
them
not
to
have
the
list
of
the
people
locally,
but
you
can
have
somebody
that
doesn't
get
a
point.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
answer.
The
people
run
the
division.
They
can
enix
that
he
has
no
sense
of
at
the
end
of
business,
deal
and
I.
Think
it's
important
growing.
L
Dates
to
follow
up
that
I
was
contacted
by
others
and
to
already
galentine's
contact
with
certain
people
as
well,
and
I
wanted
to
do
some
more
research
to
understand.
I
guess
the
intent,
but
my
first
instinct
was
since
over-regulation
against
teachers.
I
was
over-regulating
stifling
of
small
businesses.
I
was
contacted
by
the
planner
reality
Township,
who
has
good
look
into
this,
see
what
you
can
do
she
had
some
concerns
with
impact
as
far
as
small
business
developers.
L
B
M
A
E
Q
Chairman
SMA,
so
I
do
represent
one
of
the
breweries
down
in
Hamilton
three
threes
and
we're
deeply
concerned
about
this
I've
spoken
with
a
number
of
other
brewery
owners
this
morning
and
throughout
the
last
22
hours
or
so
we'd
like
to
get
you
guys
involved
and
to
see
how
we
can
jointly
work
together
against
this
I've
spoken
with
other
small
businesses.
Everyone
is
very
concerned
about
how
this
will
impact
tourism
in
you
know,
in
the
area.
So
whatever
we
can
do
is
brewery
owners
to
work
with
you
guys
to
help.
Q
Q
K
R
Q
Q
That
everybody
does
agree,
but
there's
two
different
organizations,
two
different
guilds
right
now,
which
means
that
we
are
not
united
under
one
leadership.
Its
kind
of
split
by
how
large
of
the
breweries
are
so
some
of
the
larger
ones
that
you're
familiar
with
no
state
Cape,
May
and
Crickett
Hills.
Some
of
those
have
got
off
on
their
own.
They
believe
that
some
of
the
legislation
can
be
more
advantageous
to
their
business
model,
but
are
smaller
business
models
as
you've
seen
here
at
Wayne
County.
So
that's
where
the
division?
I'm
sorry.
A
It
thank
you
any
other
new
business
today
saying
none
who
all
receive
petitions
correspondence
letters,
our
constituents
freeholders.
Anybody
wish
to
discuss,
discuss
correspondence
today,
saying
none.
The
public
has
the
floor,
any
one
of
the
public.
Much
to
speak.
Please
come
forward.
Yes,
sir
I
believe.
T
It
started
we're
just
telling
Peter
bystanders
to
slow
down,
and
some
people
were
one
of
the
neighbors
even
craft
signs
to
slow
down
anywhere
in
the
locals.
It's
kind
of
fun
that
was
cool.
That's
olesco
beer
when
I
started
tearing
down
in.
Let's
help
you
guys
with
the
bar
success-
and
this
is
not
the
bar-
is
not
the
problem
that
barzmann
Erica's
longer
than
any
of
the
residents.
T
T
Last
winter,
neighbor
was
parked
in
his
driveway
and
he
woke
up
to
see
his
car
smashed
in
and
the
other
car
on
the
other
side
of
the
meadows
and
that
person
left.
It's
like
a
family
reported
accordingly,
but
unfortunately
Raghava
the
police
learned,
who
breach
and
showing
up
as
much
as
they
can
but
considers
like
to
traffic
officer
at
time,
galas,
nine
square
miles,
muscle
activities
on
the
weather's
fight,
we're
on
the
answers
we
usual
mind,
but
we
feel
I
live
out
there
who
like
to
keep
that
one
anyway.
T
Several
weeks
ago,
my
sister
was
standing
on
each
side
of
the
park
died.
Speeding
by
she's
like
slow
down.
He
stopped
and
told
her
to
go
eff
off
now
with
the
police
trying
to
get
after
as
much
as
I
can
as
locals.
We
can't
believe
the
same
thing
is
now
the
hitting
altercations
the
only
possible
way
to
stop.
This
is
what
either
permanent
speed
bumps,
which
I'm
all
I'm
percent.
T
More
than
most
of
my
neighbors
worried
about
that
too
or
temporary,
but
even
temporary
isn't
gonna
solve
because
that
accident
with
a
neighbor's
car
happened
in
February.
Something
needs
to
be
done
or
it's
something
awful
something
to
happen.
We
don't
care
about
the
noise
too
steep
on
something
I
mean
between
the
seagulls
and
the
motorcycle
stuff.
It
doesn't
happen.
We
need
a
permit
gala
to
not
constantly
be
patrolling
we're
out
we're
out
on
the
officers.
There's
no
way.
If
you
even
hire
another
cop,
you
go
out
there
patrol.
T
Would
it
be
more
expensive
than
just
put
three
steep
blocks
down
now:
Public
Works,
it
complains
about
it
because
they
the
speed,
bumps
to
be
hit
with
the
plows
or
the
occasional
times
it
snows
out
there
in
a
cloud.
Well,
those
plows
on
high
drop
list
it
and
hit
a
button,
and
if
they
don't
have
that
they've
got
struggling.
I
know
I've
worked
for
agrement
landscaping
from
time
to
time,
some
shovel
up
as
new
pumps.
They
can't
do
that.
That's
out
of
sheer
laziness,
so
we're
here
several
down
here.
They
tell
you
their
horror
story.
T
Since
there
are
horror
stories,
we
need
help
it.
We
need
it
before
next
season
and
it
doesn't
go
from
Memorial
Day
to
Labor
Day
as
Mott
Street
in
hazmat
fest
and
if
any
of
you've
been
the
monster
in
so
fest.
It's
an
amazing
time,
but
you
will
see
over
a
hundred
and
fifty
cars
head,
not
to
mention
that
the
fight
clubs
that
go
there
paint
rotation
so
for
us
to
live
out
there
and
not
literally
cross.
The
street
I
can
walk
my
dog
at
five
o'clock
in
the
morning.
B
U
U
That
would
not
be
a
problem,
but
not
very
many
people
go
with
25
and
it
wouldn't
be
even
a
problem
if
they
went
35,
but
many
of
them
are
going
much
faster
than
that,
and
so
it's
it's
and
and
the
police
do
come
down
the
road
sometimes.
But
it's
not
enough
to
to
keep
up
with
the
number
of
Cedars
that
are
on
the
road.
Also,
even
when
you
are
not
on
the
road,
the
speeding
affects
you
living
there.
U
I
was
in
my
shed
the
other
night
and
the
shed
literally
shook,
as
somebody
went,
flying
from
like
just
from
the
the
air
coming
off
the
car
as
it
zoomed
down
the
road,
the
trucks,
the
big
delivery
trucks
from
the
beverage
companies
they
we
keep
on.
Then
we
call
the
number
of
us
calling
the
beverage
companies
and
they're
pretty
good,
but
not
always
good,
and
when
they
fly
down,
there
were
two
chicks.
U
So
if
someone
were
to
have
whether
they're
coming
up
from
the
bar
and
maybe
a
few
or
down
to
get
to
the
half
whatever
they're
going
to
have
the
LG
takes,
is
just
a
little
blip
off
that
road
and
you
could
literally
crash
into
someone's
house,
because
we
some
people
are
right
on
the
road
and
so
I
just
think.
It's
a
safety
issue
and,
like
I,
said,
lived
there
a
long
time
arm
is
never
a
problem,
and
now
there's
there's
bands
there's
a
lot
of
activity.
U
It
brings
lots
of
people
down
and
they're
just
they're,
just
going
where
they're
going
and
makes
me
very
nervous
when
they're
leaving
I
mean
most
people
don't
go
down
there
to
drink
water
and
now
they're
flying
back
out.
It's
one
thing
to
drink
and
drive,
but
it's
another
drink,
driving,
speed,
okay,
so
I,
just
I
hope
that
we
could
get
the
speed
bumps
as
well.
I
think
would
be
a
great
way
that
they
can
go
down
and
have
a
good
time
and
we
can
feel
safe
living
there.
V
Villa
I'm
a
resident
down
there,
I've
had
a
home
down
there
for
years,
I've
been
nine
year
old
and
a
six
year
old,
daughter
and
a
nine
year
old
son.
So
when
I
go
down
there,
we
have
like
a
rule
you're
all
out
past.
The
piling
piling
is
really
close
to
the
road,
and
just
give
me
an
example.
My
daughter
said
she's
this
big.
We
told
her
about
the
road.
You
know
again,
you
know
I
pay
taxes
on
a
tax
payer,
it's
an
unsafe
row.
V
Speeders
we
get
the
bar
I'm
no
problem
with
the
bar
problem.
Is
everybody
hits
if
I
can
lack
of
better
words,
they
get
juiced
up,
they
get
out
of
the
bar,
they
come
in
fast,
but
then
they
come
out
faster.
So,
as
you
know,
as
a
taxpaying
resident
as
an
owner
with
two
young
children,
a
nine
and
six
year
old
kid,
my
daughter
was:
she
forgot,
the
piling
rule
my
wife's
car
was
parked.
There
I
mean
these
bikes
I'm
not
talking.
This
is
no
exaggeration.
These
bikes
do
8090
miles
an
hour
coming
out
of
it.
V
They
think
it's
if
you
have
to
have
speed
bumps,
because
honestly
I
mean
you
know,
somebody
gets
hurt
or
killed
and
we're
saying
this
and
we're
asking
for
it,
because
it's
serious
not
even
serious
I'm
familiar
with
other
Shore
communities.
My
parents
have
a
place
down
in
Rio
Grande
when
we
were
kids
and
they
had
speed
bumps
on
those
roads.
For
this
particular
reason,
there
was
a
place
called
Light
Horse,
Lighthouse
Point
down
there.
V
Shaul
crest
was
down
there
and
they
had
the
same
issues
when
we
were
young
and
the
town
or
the
community
I
don't
know
if
it
was
a
municipality
road
or
a
local
municipality,
Road
or
whatever,
but
they
put
the
speed
bumps.
You
got
to
do
the
speed
bumps
guys,
because
you
know
the
other
is
probably
two
weekends
ago
we're
down.
There
I
told
my
my
daughter
got
the
tiling
rule,
the
Viking
so
fast.
She
literally
jumped
turned
sideways
and
ran
right
into
my
wife's
car
and
smacked
her
face
in
the
car.
F
V
The
daylights
out
of
her
and
she
like,
ran
into
the
car,
but
she
was
literally
really
close
to
through,
because
our
houses
are
close
to
the
road,
not
to
mention
the
safety
issue
of
one
of
these
cars
go
off
the
road
they're
going
to
literally
take
our
house
out,
because
our
houses
are
up
on
pilings,
so
they're
going
to
knock
the
pilings
off
the
millions
eroding
the
houses
gonna.
You
know
you
can
take
old
family
out,
I
mean
the
thing
is
speed,
bumps
they're,
not
that
expensive
I
mean
we
pay
a
lot
of
taxes.
V
A
W
Million
Jarvis
I
have
been
over
much
pink
for
like
ten
years,
not
only
that,
but
it's
also
a
conservation
area.
It
is
part
of
the
ebony,
be
Forsyth
wildlife.
I
finish.
I
am
really
tired
of
seeing
smashed
Turtles
Terrapin
turtles,
which
are
protected
all
over
the
roads.
These
people
do
not
care,
they
do
not
care
about
our
environment.
They
do
not
care
about
our
families,
they
don't
care
about
anything
but
going
to
the
part
and
having
a
good
time
and
getting
there
as
fast
as
they
can
and
leave
its
nest.
W
I've
seen
as
many
as
scoops
of
25
to
30
motorcycles
at
one
time,
speeding
and
speeding,
speeding,
you
can't
get
them
to
slow
down,
they
don't
slow
down,
they
don't
care.
They.
We
have
to
have
something
in
place,
and
this
be
pumped
is
the
answer
to
slow
them
down.
I
can't
walk
my
dog
if
my
dog
sees
a
cat
across
the
road,
if
you
go
on
25,
you
have
you
have
a
chance
of
seeing
the
dog,
you
have
no
chance,
no
chance
of
seeing
anything
up
fast,
they're
going
down
the
road.
Thank
you.
K
J
J
O
J
J
I,
do
you
get
that?
But
but
now
it's
just
getting
waiting,
it's
just
getting
nuts
and
then
they
go
fired
up
in
the
floor
and
scream
down
a
road.
You
know
it,
but
it
looks
like
a
nice
robe
to
do
it
because
in
the
beginning
there
aren't
as
many
houses
in
and
as
you
would
so,
what
you
see
it
kind
of
appears
like
that
yeah.
This
is
fine.
J
F
There
aren't
sidewalks,
we
don't
want
them,
but
that
would
be
the
only
way
that
you
could
have
70
80,
mile-an-hour
cars
and
bikes
going
by
and
possibly
be
safe,
but
there
are-
and
this
is
the
kind
of
thing
that
we
are
begging
you
to
please
three
speed
ones
and
let
them
be
able
to
get
to
the
bar.
Let
them
be
able
to
do
whatever
they
want
to
do
we're
not
asking
for
that
to
change
just
the
way
they
get
there
and
back
so
that
nobody
has
to
die
because
of
what
they're
doing
so.
S
S
S
I
come
under
free,
unfortunately,
paving
that
way
he
paid
for
my
sweet
footing
that
were
McCready
able
to
scout
bro.
We
got
a
baby
out
of
that.
They
don't
that
rotate.
They
don't
want
folks
flying
up
and
down
the
roads
bumpy
into
what
they
say.
Any
cards
applied
them,
so
they
like
fast
forwarding,
I,
hear
your
concerns
and
yeah
and
I'm
passionate
about
it.
S
S
There
is
no
price
tag
we
can
put
on
nobody's
life,
but
listen
this
clip.
I
think
I
think
we
all
agree.
Something
has
to
be
done
down
and
then
I
just
take
one
exception.
With
your
comment,
when
you
talk
about
an
obsessive
to
this
one
that
when
you
talk
about
those
plow
in
the
roads
and
then
they
can't
use
the
hydraulics,
they
don't
look
to
ignore
them.
S
Something
to
that
extent
I
don't
agree
with
that
part,
because
if
three
or
four
five
six
inches
of
snow,
you
want
that
road
open,
so
you
can
get
in
and
out
a
speed
bump
was
certainly
hinder.
That
job
though
you
gotta,
you
grieve
that
you
do
your
shoveling.
It
sounds
cute
on
the
surface
of
it,
but
getting
to
the
road
to
do
the
cleanup.
The
speed
bump
might
become
a
problem,
but
more
important,
I.
Think
those
guys
and
ladies
and
Public
Works
do
a
good
job
filing
the
roads.
But
that
is
a
concern
for
me.
S
What
up?
What
are
the
alternatives
other
than
a
speed
bump?
I?
Don't
know!
Maybe
you
tell
me:
Galloway
only
has
one
or
two
cos
he
may
be
able
to
sit
down
there.
If
it's
a
county
road
I,
don't
know
our
department
does
speed
traps
give
our
tickets
for
speeding.
We
have
two
sheriff's,
but
I
have
no
idea.
S
Maybe
we
engage
in
a
detail
from
Galilee
to
the
police
department
and
start
the
process
of
ticketing,
and
that
folks
know
we're
serious
about
someone
that
that
I
don't
know
if
that
can
be
done
as
some
options
before
we
go
out,
and
it's
not
a
really
tough
people,
yeah
we're
gonna,
put
in
speed
bumps
and
it
doesn't
happen,
but
I
think
we
send
a
message,
particularly
in
a
tick
but
a
few
tickets
and
people
know
at
any
given
time,
there's
going
to
be
a
cop
down
there.
Whether
the
county
has
to
pick
that
course
up.
S
The
higher
police
officers
are
giving
us
a
ticket
because,
let's
put
ourselves
in
their
little
shoes
of
those
folks
who
live
on
my
extreme
we'd,
be
argue
the
same
thing.
We've
got
to
do
something
to
slow
it
down,
slow
that
traffic
down
and
it
don't
necessarily
know
we
don't
want
anybody
to
get
killed
out
there
telling
us
it
looked
up
what
the
lady
said.
The
cars
were
smashed,
something
come
out
of
the
trunk.
S
S
What,
if
what
we
don't
want
to
happen,
is
that
it
beyond
the
canyon
and
I
painted
some
kid
comes
out
of
a
yard
and
some
jerk
I'm
flying
up
the
street
hit
killed
this
kid
and
they
said
we
looked
to
the
three
other
going
to
the
county
and
they
kind
of
like
come
on.
Daphne
is
that's
the
rest
of
you,
don't
want
to
say,
but
I
would
suggestion.
S
I
Is
not
an
angel
we
didn't
ask
to
be
probably
I
would
average
say
we
have
a
suit
to
probably
a
month,
eight
down
asking
this
about
speeding
and
we
have
to
go
look
at
the
road
and
there
are
your
regulations
that
we
have
to
college.
So
what
I'm
listening
I'm
saying
this
I
will
actually
department
head
and
the
engineers
office
do
this
and
I
certainly
can
call
the
elevator
with
galleries
Administrator
and
asked
something
that
unfortunately,
the
Christie
county
doesn't
have
enforcement
authority
anywhere.
S
H
V
So
what
I
want
to
say
is
the
the
road.
The
you
have
to
understand
is
not
your
traditional
room.
You
can
have
cop
control
in
a
normal
Road.
If
there
wasn't
marks
on
both
sides,
the
cop
can't
patrol
he
considered
the
end
on
Route
nine
and
shoot
all
he
wants.
They're
going
to
speed
from
there.
The
bar
down
there
they're
going
to
speed
for
two
miles
before
they
get
a
cop
radar
said.
S
V
You
understand
so
that's
going
to
be
usually
because
they
can't
park
in
the
marsh
and
they
can't
they
can't
clock
them.
They're
not
gonna
park
in
somebody's
yard.
They
got
to
be
on
the
street.
There's
no
sidewalks,
it's
a
dead-end
street.
It's
there's
a
lot
of
roads
like
it
in
other
Shore
communities.
You
know
I
mean
there's
like
I
said:
Rio
Grande
was
one
that
I
could
think.
I
think
Strathmore,
there's
there's
ones
that
are
like
that.
V
A
L
S
L
A
That
we
had
designated
for
parking
I'm
sure
that
was
it's
on
our
atomic
maps,
so
we
did
do
something
down
there.
Okay,
so
I'm
just
saying
we're
familiar
with
the
problem
at
the
time
our
discussion
was
the
road
being
out
of
the
repair.
Is
it
it's
nice,
for
you
know
slowing
people
down,
but
it's
also
dangerous
for
school
buses,
another
kind
of
traffic
that
would
go
down
there
and
we
are
encumbered
by
laws
through
through
the
d-o-t
through
the
state.
A
Are
our
money
to
fix
roads
comes
from
the
state
of
New
Jersey
and
the
condition
to
them
has
to
be
evaluated
and
work
encumbered
with
keeping
them
in
good
repair.
You
know,
in
any
way
should
we
put
didn't
have
to
do
that.
We
had
to
do
that.
This
problem
is
a
little
unique
and
I
I.
Myself
actually
was
three
other
days
too
chewed
me
your
letter,
mr.
Boyer,
and
you
know,
I
did
make
some
calls
to
Galloway
Township
by
12
of
Tony
Campolo
the
enforcement
before
the
road,
which
is
a
separate
issue.
A
You're
talking
about
speed,
bumps
I,
understand
it.
It's
strictly
on.
You
know
on
the
responsibility
of
Galloway
Township
now
in
this
county
there
are
two
places
that
nobody
speeds
in
Atlantic
County
that
is
coming
off
the
long
port
bridge
in
Gulfport.
That's
coming
off
exit
29
in
the
summers
boy
it
took
10
years
for
me
to
know
you've
got
to
be
from
Mars
the
spoon
there.
You
will
get
a
ticket
and
they
ticket
their
mother
in
longer,
so
I
mean-
and
that's
not
a
quick
solution.
A
A
Anybody
in
the
county
of
every
County,
especially
me
and
Ernie,
but
he
knows
everything
there
is
to
know
all
the
regulations.
All
the
coordination
I
think
it's
right
that
we
should
not
put
this
on
the
back
burner
at
all.
I
think
if
you
look
right
into
it,
your
points
are
about
the
difficulty
of
officers,
setting
up
radar
guns
and
all
that
is
a
problem,
but
there
is
other
technology
as
well
that
can
possibly
be
remote
technology.
A
Either
this
this
role
control
my
speed
by
speed
cameras,
you'll
get
your
$300
ticket
in
the
mail
and
there
will
be
no
court
date.
You
don't
get
no
points,
but
it's
300
bucks.
Every
time
you
speak
so
I
was
just
in
my
little
spiel
here
saying
that
we're
all
taking
it
serious
you're
all
here
we
thought
two
people
show
up.
You
get
12
people
showing
up.
You
got
our
attention
or,
if.
T
A
So
we'll
go
on
to
it.
I
think
that
we
should
let
our
engineers
look
at
the
solution.
Talk
with
the
police
department,
you
have
a
great
chief,
go
out
there
and
gun
great
bear
out
there
and
like
get
some
things
in
place
immediately,
whether
it's
signage
warnings,
your
final
warning:
now
it's
not
going
to
stop
the
crazy
bikers
coming
out
of
there
all
the
gangs,
thinking
they're
invincible,
but
we
find
something
that
will
and
I.
Don't
know
what
the
antral
people
will
try
something
so.
U
Just
wanted
to
say
that
I
appreciate
I'll,
be
thinking
about
it
and
and
some
of
the
ideas
that
you
have
I
just
wanted
to
bring
to
the
top,
though
the
idea
about
a
precedent
and
the
idea
about
other
communities
have
called
and
asked
about
this.
What
there's
nothing
wrong
with
having
safety
be
a
precedent.
You
know,
there's
nothing
wrong
with
that,
because
safety
is
important
and
for
and
so
maybe
we
get
sleep,
speed
bumps
and
so
to
some
other
communities
that
meet
them,
because
it
makes
the
world
a
better
place.
There's
nothing
wrong
with
that.
U
A
A
And
the
capacity
the
bar
idea
was
a
very
smart
comments
that
was
made,
and
that
goes
to
these
horsemen.
That
goes
to
the
enforcement
that
is
under
the
jurisdiction
of
Galloway
Township
as
well,
and
then,
if
capacity
becomes,
you
know,
impediment
the
business
and
the
establishment
which
everybody
seems
to
life
still
has
to
share
some
responsibility
in
this,
and
they
can
do
it
by
heightening
the
awareness
inside
their
own
bars.
So
I
mean
they're
just
my
thoughts,
I'm
no
expert
but
I
mean
we
just
gotta,
pour
it
in
yeah.
E
E
E
Build
a
factory
and
I
think
you
know:
we've
gone
through
this
in
Hamilton
Township,
you
know
be
hosted
on
the
road.
We
heard
the
pros
and
cons
on.
You
know
what
happens
when
you
do
and
don't
do
that
it.
You
know
it's
a
lengthy
process
from
what
I
observed
to
get
to
that,
because
you
do
have
to
do
a
level
analysis
you
have
to.
You
know,
think
about
some
other
traffic
calming
things
that
were
mentioned
here
so
I
think
the
idea
of
China
you
mentioned
a
comprehensive
approach
to
slope.
E
Equal
fan
is
what
we
need
to
put
together
and
you
know
there's
things
we
can
do
quickly
to
your
point
in
order
for
C.
Just
getting
you
know
a
partnership
with
ticketing
that
can
be
done,
quick
and
easy,
and
immediately,
while
we're
kind
of
working
through
some
of
those
other
things
you
have
to
traverse
and.
A
I
just
think
that
we
can
get
creative
with
immediately
enforcing
this
bandwidth
with
officers
whether
we
have
to
put
it,
you
know,
put
a
little
offset
off
the
road
where
you
know
the
unit
has
to
be
behind
the
house
or
meeting
between
lots.
My
driveway
is
good
for
turning
forward
yeah,
that's
it
and
that
kind
of
thing
you
know.
T
The
bar
setting
was
entrapment
if
I
did
that
I
brought
that
up
and
the
bar
quite
often
like
city
like
take
pictures
in
the
road
I,
take
pictures
of
the
smashed
Turtles
all
that
stuff
in
the
hash
tag.
The
bar
on
Facebook
Instagram
partnering
and
tried
reaching
out
striking
batting
me
on
it
with
the
issue
and
just
removed
the
whole
thing.
So
you
can
look
on
Facebook
to
Elsie.
A
L
W
A
That
argument
there
was
a
sign
in
that
bar
and
I
have
no
words
in
this
race
all
right
now,
but
there's
a
sign
that
bar
tell
me
if
you
work,
if
you're
going
there
to
see
nature
and
you're,
not
in
the
bar
they're,
going
to
tell
you
Wolfe
County
property,
that
was
it.
That
was
an
advertiser
side
there.
Last
summer
we
got
rid
of
that
side
real
fast,
because
we'll
just
blows
up
that
area
and
limit
their
parking.
We
did
want
to
do
that.
A
L
Ones
I
mean
it
would
be
great,
I
mean.
Hopefully
we
can
deter
some
speeders
but
informational
opportunity.
County
Sheriff
officer
out
there
I
mean
that's
real
opportunity
there
to
hit
a
large
number
of
the
road
visitors
who
probably
are
routine
visitors
on
different
occasions
as
well.
Thankfully
I
mean
I've
had
conversations
with
people
that
they've
been
enforcing
as
much
as
they
can.
Mr.
Porter's
director
Jerry.
This
is
the
first
time
that
we've
heard
this.
Like
you
know,
I
mean
don't.
L
You
have
reached
out
and
I'm
thankful
now
that
there
are
several
residents
here,
that's
not
just
one
or
two,
oh
you
know
we
do
need
to
put
our
heads
together,
raise
from
opportunities
to
educate
the
public
about
it,
but
I
mean
temporary
about
basketball,
temporary
speed,
bumps
and
I
know
the
speed
bumps,
there's
a
difference.
The
speed
limit
is
25
was
supposed
to
see
limits.
Old
I
mean
that
may
limit
or
may
actually
add
to
what's
allowed
out
there.
So
you
know
I
would
like
to
see
this
move
faster.
L
S
S
E
S
S
T
Department,
rich
has
been
very
helpful
with
this
ever
since
last
summer.
I
imagine
with
you.
They
got
the
sign
up
there
several
weeks
ago
and
for
four
days
from
the
Monday
through
Thursday
it
was
fantastic,
but
on
Friday
Saturday
Sunday,
when
the
the
white
Mustang
in
particular
just
runs
it
closely.
He
thought
it
was
an
actual
radar
side.
He
was
trying
to
break
his
record
and
when
he
was
disappear,
sadly
disappointed
when
Ellen
kept
saying
25:
hey
they
don't
care,
they
do
not
care.
E
S
T
T
V
I
You
know
I
should
say
the
worst
thing
we
did
was
was
being
really
mean
the
executive,
wouldn't
let
us
pay
the
road
for
a
number
of
years.
Look
and
I'm
not
going
to
go
through
this
for
Public
Works
beat
me
up
constantly
poisonous
when
they
have
to
go
down
that
road.
In
the
way
they
work
down
that
road,
Watterson
I
mean
I,
don't
know
if
you
are.
V
A
Idea
is
here
are
to
come
up
with
speed
bumps.
Was
it
a
temporary
or
harmony
do
something
with
enforcement,
regardless
of
how
people
have
to
par
parity,
driveway
or
whatever
57
anymore,
get
me
more
get
more
enforcement
out
there,
maybe
from
the
county
we
have
a
Public
Safety
Director.
Now
we'll
get
him
engaged.
We
have
a
sheriff,
that's
very
proactive
and
we'll
see
what
our
jurisdiction
is.
But
look.
The
gala
T
of
object
is
work
as
a
phrase.
A
I
use
all
the
time
we
are
confined
by
certain
laws,
but
we
are
sure
that
we
can
get
a
solution
regardless
of
what
they
are
and
I
think
what
would
be
fair
if
we
often
agree
to
it
is.
If
you
want
to
come
back
here
in
a
week
or
have
somebody
give
us,
a
contact
number
will
tell
you
what
we're
trying
to
come
up
with.
A
S
Chairman,
let
me
just
say
that
I
am
excited
that
every
master
sees
ribbon-cutting
ceremony,
that,
after
the
county
gave
up
127
million
dollars,
he
was
able
to
be
acknowledged
and
recognized.
Columbia
heard
me
on
the
radio.
I
was
alternate
and
points
out,
because
we
put
up
129
minute
27
million
words
and
what
he
even
listed
on
the
program
was
the
county.
S
Unacceptable
if
he
came
a
political
event,
we
had
little
green
wall.
Other
speaker
that
had
none
of
sweeney
and
never
included
that
one
down
to
put
up,
but
they
all
had
all
the
say
some,
but
I
was
glad
that
our
Chairman
was
able
to
make
sure
that
the
county
executive
spoke
I,
think
it
was
good
for
the
city.
S
It
was
good
for
the
county
because,
again,
when
you
put
your
money
where
your
mouth
is,
you
can
talk
the
state,
the
college
now
I'm
heading
down
to
get
that
facility
I've
been
running
because
we
saw
the
deed
through
the
administration
we
bonded
it
and
we
finally
got
a
little
recognition.
What
they
attempted
to
do
is
some
of
you
know
when
they
did
the
groundbreaking.
We
would
love
that
I
called
the
Chairman.
If
you
don't
say
it,
I
will
I,
don't
want
you
to
talk.
S
Did
Kitty
speaked
on
the
ribbon,
cutting
and
and
I
think
people
even
know
it,
because
it
taxpayers
money
and
by
the
Catholic
we
wait.
The
fruit
bill,
apology
that
college
to
the
water
and
put
it
forward.
Somebody
else
to
think
that
well
grow
quickly
was
governor
Murphy
on
that
same
day,
did
a
press
town
for
the
convention
center.
They
talked
about
Workforce
Development,
which
meant,
if
you
annex
offended
you
go
through
the
program
you're
down
able
to
get.
S
S
You
can't
get
me
to
see
and
a
lot
of
stuff
in
conjunction
with
over
fifty
four
I,
think
it's
going
to
work
out
for
good
for
the
region
down
in
Atlantic
City,
but
the
builds
to
opening
casinos
open
Stockman's
on
board
knew
how
to
development
up
in
the
inlet
web
starting
to
see
things
move
forward.
Let
me
just
say
in
conclusion
that
I
would
commend
our
chairman,
the
kind
of
the
exec
and
others
who
were
able
to
reach
out
to
the
governor
and
others
to
talk
about
the
urban
zone
yeah
at
the
air.
S
That
meant,
if
the
government
and
then
certainly
said
the
swinging
them
and
not
move
that
bill,
we
have
an
empty
building
sitting
out
there
near
the
airport
and
wouldn't
dun
know
it
was
any
good.
They
did
everything
we
wanted,
but
it's
a
start
and
I
think
I'll
chairman
the
administration
should
be
commended.
A
To
make
so
what
Aaron's
talking
about
is,
there's
a
growth
zone
bill?
That's
going
to
go
around
the
airport,
it
probably
will
provide
about
7,000
jobs
in
the
next
seven
years
and
that's
in
the
Aeronautics
research
and
development
industry.
These
businesses
couldn't
move
into
the
airport
because
they
didn't
qualify,
so
they
extended
the
growth
seven
to
one
mile
around
the
airport.
E
E
There
looks
amazing,
it's
great
to
see
kind
of
that
new
demographic
in
the
city,
so
I
think
we're
going
to
see
a
lot
of
other
things,
kind
of
brewing
and
budding
up,
which
is
a
great
thing,
but
there
was
a
lot
of
commitments
made
by
all
these
speakers
who
wanted
to
come
pointing
to
other
empty
buildings
along
the
boardwalk
that
they
wanted
to
do
so.
Many
great
things,
so
probably
waiting
for
them
to
put
their
money
to
rhythm
was
at
the
Rivington
yeah.
N
M
L
Things
I
think
great
this
morning
and
have
time
to
research
of
anybody
else
here
heard
about
this,
but
New
Jersey
plans
to
raise
taxes-
all
not
just
our
gas,
but
on
aviation
too,
as
well
and
I'm
just
answered
by
being
attacked.
That
would
have
an
alluring
City
for
one
but
two
on
any
efforts.
We
have
to
bring
cargo
planes,
which
is
the
to
our
Airport
of
additional
carrier.
