wait

see
how
many

the

and
I'll
also
be
these
people
about
renewable

and
some
people
from
the
community
participating
this

and
today,
at
this
cortical

they're
trained
on

immediately

I
think
this
is
notable

A
Anyone
attend
these

and
listen
to
us
make
resolutions
for
job
training.
We
always
questioned
the
validity
of
the
results
of
the
training
and
this
particular
program
is
pre-loading.
They
have
the
job
before
they
start
the

So
it's
a
really
good
thing,
because
utility
does
and
I
just
thought.
We
should
bring
that
to
public

near
the

about
three

four
different

we're
happy
to
say
that
we
got
a

this,
and
hopefully
it
will
improve
our

A
question
please:
yes,
sir,
my
name
is
Michael
price
I'm,
a
resident
of
that
Parker

Could
you
explain
a
little
bit
more
about
this
lease?
How
long
is
the
lease
for
is
Anna
closed-end
lease?
Will
you
be
able
to
purchase
these
golf
carts
afterwards
and
why
60?
Why
so
many
golf
carts?
You
can
answer
that
anymore.
You'd,
like
yeah,
okay,.
K
A
J
A
K
The
American
Oh
doing
that
daily,
okay,
we
have
manager
for
since
2007
we
have
found
that
60
is
the
appropriate
number
to
rent.
There
was
a
provision
of
rent
released,
well
police
police,
because
there
are
times
when
now
we
have
actually
are
waiting
for
the
courts
to
come
in
for
the
best
foursome
through
t
office.
It
actually
works
out
perfectly,
but
16
points.
A
Okay
dish
very
calculation,
mister
priced
and
is
two
dollars
and
forty
one
cents
a
day
for
three
years:
the
viability
of
the
golf
course
we
try
not
to
be
a
burden
to
the
taxpayers.
Sixty
is
the
necessary
amount
for
us
to
operate.
The
golf
course
the
enemy
team
holds,
and
you
can
be
any
idea
that
budget-wise
what
the
golf
course
did
last
year,
I
believe.

I
know
I'll
get
your
phones
but
Thank
You,
Lewis
chairman,
it's
okay,
you
can
sit
the
front
I'd
like
you
to
sit
right
over
here,
might
just
show
a
fraidy
noise.
Let
me
make
this
clear
that
isn't
clear.
We
come
to
all
these
meetings.
You
know
John
lady
is
an
executive
director
who
landed
county
improvement.
Authority
improvement
authority
is
the
managing
agent
for
the
golf
course
and
many
other
things
that
we
can
talk
about
at
a
different
meeting.
That's
why
he
is
speaking
on
behalf
of
the
doctors
so.
K
As
I
said
annually,
we
need
the
County
Administration
Building.
He
got
the
budget
saying
you
need
here.
It's
projections
we
meet
with
Don
time-to-time
Bath
County
objective
is
to
a
minimum
at
the
end
of
the
year,
so
that
operating
expenses
do
not
exceed
revenues.
We
make
adjustments
during
the
year
as
we
go
along
to.
A
So
I
mean
there
has
to
be
a
management.
I'm,
thrilled
or
I
understand
your
question
as
a
business
person,
but
you
know
the
amount
I'm
going
to
make
an
assumption
here
now.
The
amount
that
we
take
15,000
is
minimally
what
we
need
to
expend
on
the
management
of
the
course
itself.
Now,
regardless
of
whether
we
had
a
P&L
or
not,
we
would
have
no
choice
other
than
before
we
took
it
over.
I
can
tell
you
that
we
had
an
executive
director
there
and
he
was
making
about
78.

The
you're
right-
but
you
know
mr.
chairman,
on
that
also
from
the
packet-
and
it's
is
probably
one
of
those
things
where
kind
of
winds
up
being
a
shared
situation
but
from
2013
till
now,
even
though
it
was
supposed
to
be
an
annual
renew,
it
really
only
came
out
to
being
done,
I
think
twice,
because
this
renewal
is
actually
in
all
of
2017
and
then
eighteen,
then
nineteen,
twenty
twenty-one
I
mean.
T
A
A
A
A
Even
know
what
is
93
it's
over
here,
it's
retired
open
space
funder.
You
can
only
use
it
for
recreational
and
on
me,
but
you
know,
I,
don't
want
to
build
many
bakeries
and
golf
courses
and
nothing's
in
any
conference.
Cape
a
Atlantic
camping,
whatever
I,
think
it's
ridiculous,
but
we
got
it.
People
like
it.
You
know
it's,
it's
it's
a
low-cost
recreation.
So
you
know
a.
T
T
A
Your
we
had
I
mean
there's
no
alternative
I.
If
we
were,
if
we
were
given
a
choice
between
taking
a
five-year
contract
with
ABC
corporation,
why
you
giving
them
fired
this.
Is
us
we're
managing
our
own,
our
own
government?
Here
we
got
faith,
you
know,
listen
if
the
public
sees
something
on
coming
straight.
A
T
T
A
E
A
L
L
A
A
T
A
G
A
T
T
T
Q
N
M
M
Essentially
we
want
to
try
to
do
this
and
splendid
facilities
that
the
city
has
to
offer
and
I
tried
to
have
a
breakout
bunch
of
for
Atlantic
City
as
a
gambling
Center,
but
also
as
to
serve
other
purposes
professional
partners
in
this
case,
there's
a
lot
of
discussion
about
global
warming,
believe
it
or
not,
but
there's
a
lot
of
discussion
groups
are
moving
all
over
the
country,
all
in
the
world
to
discuss
rising
sea
level,
conditions,
erratic
weather
patterns,
etc.
It's
with
us
we're
facing.
M
So
the
question
is:
what
can
we,
with
our
splendid
facilities
in
Atlantic
City,
be
able
to
offer
groups
all
over
the
country,
if
not
the
world
an
opportunity
to
come
to
our
wonderful
resort,
use
the
meeting
facilities
that
are
readily
available
and
take
up
this
lesson
discuss
it
in
a
matter
of
a
way,
that's
beneficial
to
all
concern,
and
this
is
going
to
go
on
for
years
to
come.
It's
not
no
end
in
sight.
So
there's
a
lot
of
business
to
be
gained
and
a
lot
of
good
discussion
to
be
had,
but
thinking
this
up.
M
M
E
A
H
A
Just
made
a
little
light
comment
that
we
all
want
clean
water,
clean
air.
We
don't
want
to
address
these.
We
have
great
facilities.
We
have
the
first
wind
farm
in
South
Jersey.
You
know
we
have,
you
know
Co
generating
station,
so
it's
just
good
I
think
it's
a
good
idea.
I
can't!
Thank
you
all
all
right,
171.
A
A
And
seconded
so,
the
idea
behind
this
is
that,
as
you
know,
our
legislation
for
2%
public
safety
interest
arbitration
cap
and
is
expired
and
the
governor
and
this
administration
has
not
reinstated.
I
was
conceived
in
the
strangeness
in
legislature,
both
sides
DNR's
and
as
we
try
to
go
over
the
cost
of
and
off
carts
to,
the
cost
of
all
business
in
the
county,
certainly
with
Jerry
how
many
19
collective
bargaining
units.
K
A
Think
there's
four
or
five
and
public
safety
people.
If
this
arbitration
capper
is
lifted
and
we'd
have
to
deal
with
significant
percentages
above
that
our
budget
would
be
running,
you
know
in
the
wrong
direction,
so
we're
simply
urging
the
support
and
continuation
of
this
formerly
state
mandated
arbitration
capital.
N
A
That
directors
and
executives
across
the
state,
including
our
executive
and
have
reached
out
to
the
front
office
I,
don't
know
if
they've
reached
out
to
the
legislature.
But
you
know
what
this
is.
What
this
action
is.
We
are
backing
up
the
letter
of
the
administration
Road,
because
our
contracts
come
on
board
and
I
mean
if
everybody
else
has
got
to
have
their
feet
held
to
the
fire
at
2%.
That's
somebody
making
27
thousand
a
year.
They
can
only
get
a
2%.
Why
should
it
go
6,
8,
10
percent
you
know,
and
for
public
safety?
N
A
H
A
C
This
is
more
critical
than
ever
because
last
year,
or
the
year
before
of
the
Legislature
passed
an
amendment
that
extended
the
2%
cap
on
cam
cover
not
done
discounting,
but
to
the
sheriff's
office,
the
constitutional
officers,
including
the
prosecutor's
office.
We
have
I
think
three
contracts
with
the
Sharpe's
office
covering
like
rank-and-file,
sergeants
and
lieutenants
and
captains.
We
have
I
think
at
least
two,
if
not
three
contracts
in
the
prosecutor's
office.
Both
of
those
offices
are
subject
to
the
2
percent
cap,
not
just
in
the
overall
County
budget,
but
in
their
individual
budgets.
C
When
salaries
take
up
I'm
going
to
ask
the
Bateman
material
correct
me
on
what
the
dumper,
but
roughly
sixty
sixty-five
percent
of
total
budget.
How
do
you?
How
do
you
keep
that
in
sync
and
keep
that
within
the
time
if
minors
do
not
settle
voluntarily
go
dangerous
to
arbitration
and
arbitrators
have
carte
blanche
to
award
whatever
they
might
reward?
You
know
something's.
C
C
The
interest
arbitration
cap
to
begin
with
there
being
a
mentally
opposed
to
this.
There
was
a
report
that
was
done
by
the
committee
that
was
part
of
the
initial
legislation,
but
I
could,
at
the
end
of
last
year,
the
division
of
local
government
services.
I.
Think
mr.
Cunningham
was
was
on
on
that
committee.
The
management
side
of
that
committee
released
the
report.
The
report
was
very
compelling.
C
The
unions
raised
all
types
of
hell
over
it
because
they
want
the
report
release
the
comment
actor
that
was
will
then
you
know,
let
us
know
how
you
you
view
this.
They
never
did.
The
figures
speak
for
themselves.
The
interest
arbitration,
captain's
work
or,
in
the
period
of
time
that
it
was
enforced.
C
Unfortunately,
it's
not
out
there
now
any
contract
that
ended
as
of
2017,
and
we
have
several
of
them
are
still
arguably
subject
to
the
cabinet,
but
any
new
contracts
coming
on
board
or
they
end
at
the
end
of
this
year,
you
know,
would
not
be
covered
by
the
capital.
U
forward
in
place
of
the
county,
which
already
you
know,
has
difficulty
sometimes
with
the
cap.
C
Do
the
need,
but
I
won't
get
into
the
whole
thing
about
breathable
basic
line
at
all,
like
that
you're
all
familiar
with
that
it's
just
problematic,
so
really
the
Legislature
should
do
something
well,
whether
there's
the
will
power
to
do
anything
in
light
of
opposition
that
the
unions
are
preparing
or
placing
it
in
the
in
the
way
of
this
remains
to
be
seen.
I
myself
am
NOT
optimistic
that
anything's
going
to
get
done
with
this
legislation.
Legislature
possible,
say
so.
N
Mr,
curry
other
good,
is
it
fair
to
say
we
passed
this
resolution
today
and
you'll
see
anything
happening
no
time
soon
and
then,
even
if
we
pass
and
when
the
union
contracts
come
up,
for
example,
if
that
camp
is
not
in
place.
What's
your
argument,
chip
at
that
point
in
the
legislature
is
doing
absolutely
nothing
well,.
N
Of
no
no
I
say
not
to
go
for
them.
The
question
I'm
asking
we
passed
this
today
and
all
we
did
was
get
a
vote
to
say
that
they
should
keep
the
captain
place.
So
legislators,
the
governor
in
front
offers
everybody
up.
That's
absolutely
nothing!
My
question,
I
guess
to
you,
would
be
what
happens
when
those
union
contracts
in
the
county
comes
up,
there's
no
catch.
What
do
you.
C
Arbitrator's
under
Title
34
are
required
to
consider
I
think
it's
seven
or
eight
factors
that
they
must
consider
an
additional
one
was
added
when
the
interest
arbitration
letters,
cap
legislation,
first
passed
back
in
2010,
2009
or
2010,
was
either
the
first
or
second
year
of
the
first
term
of
the
Christie
administration,
and
there
was
this
additional
element
that
was
added
to
us
called
the
Santori
factors
that
has
now
been
eliminated
just
to
continue
there.
It
was
a
sunset
provision,
so
as
of
December
31st
2017
spotted
in
order
to
put
it
back
in
the
place.
C
That
would
have
to
be
new
legislation
to
reinstitute
that
and
to
add
that
arbitrators
are
still
required
to
follow
the
other
statutory
factors,
one
of
which
is
the
2%
tax
levy
cap,
which
they
have
to
take
into
consideration.
But
it's
a
big
difference.
All
they
have
to
do
is
take
that
into
consideration.
It
doesn't
have
you
be
the
main
factor
under
the
legislation
as
I've
had
access
and
arbitrators
were
commanded
bow
shall
not
make
any
award
the

Now
they
don't
have
that
constraint
upon
them
anymore
and
while
they
have
to

give
consideration
to
each

the

there's
no
definitive

prohibits

T
Question
regarding
the
lack
of
legislation
takes
us
back
to
some
other
earlier
deceptions
of
this
year
with
other
proposals
from
other
free
owners
that
may
not
have
had
an
exact
piece
of
legislation
introduced
and
bring.
Those
were
generally
moved
aside
because
of
a
lack
of
legislation
in
order
to
directly
address
it
and
certainly
to
go
to
pre
order
courses
point
when
there's
not
even
a
piece
of
legislation,
you
really
have
no
guarantee
of
further
action,
so
I'm
just
renewing
a
procedural
concern.
T
Aside
from
the
merits
of
saying
the
public
safety
employees
take
the
front,
for
you,
know
budgetary
issues
and
obviously
every
it's
all
part
for
everybody
and
again
there's
no
easy
solution.
There's
no
good
solutions,
it's
at
least
bad,
but
I'm,
also
just
lifting
up
the
consciousness
on
the
procedural
unprecedent
side.
For
that,
thank
you.
O
Nikola
today,
Mays
Landing
I
just
have
a
question
about
this,
nothing
to
intensive.
Hopefully
my
question
is
more
or
less
because
I
don't
know
the
history
of
this,
and
maybe
the
freeholder
board
isn't
exactly
the
people
to
ask,
but
is
the
the
2%
arbitration
Kappa
arbitrary
or
like
what?
How
did
2%
end
up
being.

Time

on

on
proud
land

I
know
people
need
our
services
seen
before.
So
you
know
as
we
you
know,
the
resolution
is
at
staged
in
a
way
the
county
in
all
counties
take
pride
in
our
responsibility
to
protect
and
enhance
the
health,
welfare
and
safety
of
our

A
You
anything
else.
In
committees,
reports,
grover
committees,
a
little
bit
of
business
business.
They
not
they've
all
received
direct
communications
tourists,
pilots.
Anyone
wish
to
speak
of
any
correspondence
Eve
this
week
a
couple
weeks,
none
over
to
the
public.
The
public
wish
to
meet
ladies
feel
free
to
come
forward.
V
And
I'm
just
curious,
because
I'm
one
of
the
people,
shelters
and
I
would
like
to
know
I
know
there
was
a
call
for
me.
April
10th,
meeting
about
the
possible
Oversight
Committee
I
wanted
to
know
the
progress,
and
that
was,
and
if
there
is
a
committee
I
want
to
public,
is
it
as
a
text?
I
would
like
to
know
who
do
I
please
like
interested.
V
Think
I'll
be
honest:
I
have
concern
about
adults,
warranty
for
attending.
That's
correct.
Someone
and
Jerry
sent
me
email
of
state
guidelines
or
quarantine
in
the
phone
and
I.
Don't
feel
that
I
should
be
the
person.
Please,
like
the
shelter
manager
arrived
back
online
because
there
was,
it
was
a
scratch.
N
V
W
I
don't
know
if
you're
familiar
with
the
disbandment
of
the
state
SPCA
as
of
August.
First
cruelty
investigations
will
be
conducted
by
the
prosecutor's
office,
so
I
would
suggest
that
any
concerns
that
you
have
regarding
any
treatment
of
animals
or
cruelty
should
be
addressed
to
out
the
prosecutor.
Okay,.
V
W
Actually,
over
the
weekend
we
had
a
Earth
Day
event.
We
had
conducted
an
open
house,
we
have
twenty-one
animals
adopted
over
the
weekend.
We
did
utilize
our
volunteers
to
promote
the
animals.
We
were
at
the
boardwalk
Honda
just
last
month,
boardwalk
Honda
posted
an
adoption
event
for
the
Atlantic
County
Animal
Shelter,
and
we
would
not
have
been
able
to
do
that
without
the
help
of
our
volunteers.
We.
V
I
think
that
that's
great,
but
that's
just
an
example
of
a
concern.
What
if
it's
not
animal
cruelty?
It's
just
a
concern
like
as
of
right.
Now
the
volunteers
are
still
not
allowed
in
the
building.
You
know,
I,
don't
want
to
hold
this
thing
up.
I
just
want
one
person
that
I
can
go
to
it.
Conserves
volunteers.
V
I'm
not
trying
to
be
rude,
but
we've
already
closed
all
that
I
already
you're
talking
about
the
budget
right.
So
you
have
you
had
four
years
volunteers
that
were
able
to
get
the
dogs
in
and
out
of
the
kennels
they
want
them.
Now
you
have.
Our
tax
dollars
are
now
paying
for
a
volunteer
coordinator.
To
do
this
job
I
mean
you
talk
about
a
budget
that,
to
me
was
an
unnecessary
expense
on
taxpayers.
V
X
X
I
went
attending
and
it
was
there
doing
a
reanalysis
of
their
flood
insurance
rate
maps
and
what
I
found
out
is
what
I
do
before
is
a
half
there
sandy
hurricane
sandy
and
the
flooding
rule
when
it
FEMA's
existing
rate
maps,
so
they
hired
consultants
and
they
redid
them,
and
then
New
York
City
in
particular,
has
appealed
what
they
did
and
they're
redoing
it.
It's
going
to
be
a
five-year
process,
I'm,
not
sure
what
the
ramifications
of
that
will
be,
whether
it
will
reduce
insurance
rates
or
increase
insurance
rates.
X
There
were
maybe
25
people
at
the
meaning
of
this.
Jones
was
I,
guess,
accounting,
accounting,
representative
I
recognized
there,
and
people
at
the
shoreward
were
asking
questions.
Well,
the
army
fort
built
the
dudes
hire
exactly
reduce
or
insurance
rates
for
people
to
do,
and
I
have
my
interests,
obviously
here
to
ask
if
they
were
in
a
bottle
kind
of
current
flooding,
where
this
storm
surge
meets
the
river
flooding.
X
You
know
further
inland,
so
I
just
wanted
to
tell
you
about
that,
because
you
may
hear
more
about
later,
so
you
can
be
informed.
Also
another
little
tidbit
habits
in
the
aging
infrastructure
department.
The
power
lines
going
from
being
a
little
bit
across
today
are
deteriorating
badly
and
the.
But
if
you
do
plays
by
Atlantic
City
Electric
able
to
find
what
that
plan
is
they're
going
to
build
coffer
dams,
this
trail
we
have
the
basis
for
the
new
platform
and
then
the
following
year.
J
J
This
is
Patrick,
did
a
presentation
on
what
her
beliefs
were
in.
You
know
encouraging
the
creation
of
area
Oversight
Committee
for
the
animal
shelter.
Q
N
J
A
N
Stated
by
Hannah
invited
mr.
price.
He
did
that
every
little
meeting
and
there
was
a
suggestion
to
talk
about
either
Oversight
Committee
boil
advisory
board.
Chair
of
the
Human
Service
Committee
we
called
the
reading.
We
met
at
the
meeting.
President
was
Jerry
Durazo
mr.
Ferguson
real
dependent
and
which
is
a
member.
That
committee
was
unable
to
attend.
The
final
analysis
of
the
meeting
came
down
to
one.
There
will
be
no
oversight
debate.
N
Well,
you
can't
have
an
oversight
committee
because
we
have
not
any
County
at
all,
but
I
never
start
one.
We
don't
have
that
authorization,
but
we
do
have
a
chair
and
the
Health
Committee
any
complaints.
When
does
the
Hellman
shelter
cetera
they
can
make
those
requests
recommendation
was
suggested
in
the
committee.
G
N
It
was
enlightening
to
me
by
County
Administrator
at
the
meeting
of
Governor
Christie
on
his
way
out
of
the
office.
Pocket
vetoed
a
whole
lot
of
bills,
but
this
one
can
particularly
bill.
He
signed
that
gave
authorization
to
the
county
prosecutors
to
oversee
a
bomb
shelters,
infant
fact
and
Jerry
police
record
I'm
using
the
wrong
term.
If
there's
something
illegally
alleged
illegal
is
going
on
or
should
be
investigated,
I
suggested
that
the
committee
that
would
be
far
as
I
was
concerned
and
I'd
read
I
believed
all
agreed.
N
That
would
would
be
the
unofficial
official
whenever
you
want
to
call
it
Oversight
Committee,
because
the
prosecutor
Trump's
all
of
us
no
question
about
the
administrator
over
there,
the
County
Administrator,
exactly
the
price
of
Trinity
Trump's,
all
of
us,
and
so
we
agreed
that
we
would
meet
once
the
prosecutor
is.
The
title
pick
is
designated
to
be
over
the
ownership
that
we
would
meet
for
tea.
They
will
complaint
recommendation.
We
would
take
it
out
of
its
just
suggestion
box.
N
We
would
look
at
it
once
we
get
a
green
light
or
a
nod
from
the
prosecutor's
office.
We
would
then
move
out,
but
the
question
is
still:
there
will
be
no
Oversight
Committee.
We
don't
have
that
authority.
The
bottom
line
is
the
safe
haven.
If,
in
fact,
you
don't
trust
anybody,
others,
the
freehold
is
the
executive
director
over
there
or
you
don't
trust
the
ASPCA.
None
of
us
only
the
sea
can.
J
N
N
N
A
J
All
these
all
these
boards
and
committees
today
that
we've
heard
are
not
open
to
the
public.
It's
wait
or
something.
No,
no,
no
I'm
just
saying
say:
for
instance,
the
police
advisory
committee
me
as
a
member
of
the
public,
do
I
have
a
right
to
attend
those
meetings
and
see
what's
going
on
the
team.
Look,
they
do
okay.
So
if
it
was
a
human
services,
Advisory
Committee
do
I
in
the
same
phrase,
have
a
right
as
a
citizen
to
come
and
see.
What's
going
on.

about

anything
no
DG
a

You

go

Prosecutor

An
agency
I've
spoken
to
his
sculptures
I
think
I've
mentioned
a
three
on
misspoke
I've
spoken
the
canary
shell.
Now
he
said
that
they
will
be
making
it
designation
soon,
it'll
better
snow
and
they
will
participate
in
your
community
meetings

every
whenever
you
all
don't

we'll
have

R
Doing
who
sits
and
comes
and
I
am
very
familiar
with
this
I've
been
doing
obedience,
training
for
38
years,
okay,
I
know
what
I'm
looking
at
I
then
went
into
the
shelter
asked
to
see
the
manager
who
did
not
know
I
was
coming.
I
was
a
little
taken
aback,
but
she
agreed
to
give
me
a
tour.
I
went
everywhere
through
that
shelter
up
and
down.
I
have
a
very
good
attention
to
okay.
Now,
okay,
so
everything
was
good.
I
talked
to
volunteers.
R
The
place
was
spotless,
not
even
a
fingerprint
on
a
glass
door,
the
linens
were
clean,
were
being
clean,
stacked
neatly,
the
food
was
organized
stacked.
Neatly
people
were
coming
in
and
out
happily
looking
and
dogs
it.
It
was
a
good
experience
when
an
organization
receives
concerns
about
something
going
on.
They
react
there
and
they
do
things
to
make
corrective
actions.
When
you
made
your
concerns
about
the
volunteers
situation,
the
county
reacted,
they
hired
a
volunteer
coordinator.
They
created
a
very
complete
volunteered
handbook
right
to
HR
for
a
living.
I
read
the
handbook,
it's
really
good.
R
So
those
those
concerns,
in
my
opinion
that
are
handled
and
I,
don't
know
what
personally
happened
between
certain
people
there,
but
the
bottom
line
is
the
shelter
looks
like
it's
doing
a
good
job.
It's
clean
the
people
coming
and
going
we're
happy.
They
were
taking
dogs
out
and
come
with
them,
which
is
the
purpose
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
publicly
I
did
what
I
said.
I
was
going
to
do,
and
my
conscience
is
clear
about
that.
V
No,
this
is
on
this.
This
way
you
guys
won't
have
to
deal
with
me
anymore.
Let's
say
you
go
in
there
and
you
do
exactly
what
you
said
and
I'm.
Not
just
none
of
this
is
personal,
but
what
if
there
are
certain
things
that
you're
not
aware
of,
can
people
bring
it
to
your
attention
and
then
look
into
it
because
nobody
ever
came
to
me
I
have
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
concerns.
V
I
still
have
concerns
that
I
know,
but
nobody
comes
to
me
like
who
this
is
what
I'm
saying
like
you
walk
in
there
yeah
but
I'm
happy
it's
clean,
but
there's
a
lot
of
things
that
you're,
maybe
still
not
aware
of
or
if
you're
at
least
aware
of
it.
Then
you
can
make
your
own
decision.
That's
who
I
want
I'm
all
about
facts,
I'm,
not
about
any
nonsense.
None
of
this
is
personal
to
me.
Well,.
R
I
think
that
mister
dole
also
answered
your
question
and
said
that
the
management
of
the
shelter
ultimately
reports
to
him
Jerry
when
I
first
became
a
freeholder
I
asked
you
for
an
organizational
chart
right
that
I
could
see
who
goes
how
it
works
and
it
flows
from
the
animal
shelter
through
public
health
up
to
jury.
And
that's
that's
it.
