So,
while
we're
all
here
with
certain
concerns
of
history,
older
board,
I
would
urge
everybody
to
get
a
hold
of
New
Jersey
Department
of
Transportation,
and
ask
that
why
in
Atlantic
County
you
don't
have
enough
money
to
fund
these
two
roads?
That's
my
correspondence.
Anybody
else
have
any
correspondence
I'm
free
over
there
Bertino.
B
Thank
You
mr.
chairman
point
to
this
application:
had--when
entry
viously
to
VOT
and
it
was
approved,
funded
this
secondary
response
to
us
in
the
letter.
K.
In
fact,
that's
what
took
the
county
by
surprise.
They
hadn't
proved
it
that's
why
we
put
it
in
our
quotient
added
ready
to
go,
and
then
we
received
a
letter
at
the
second
saying
that
the
money's
no
longer
there
as
well.
P
Receipt
said
that
it's
not
about
a
state
Moving's
doesn't
see
requirements,
even
though
they
pass
are
a
wall.
Basically
stating
that
up
sequence,
911
memorial
is
in
C
registry
of
9/11
memorials
the
state
of
New
Jersey
bridges,
no,
the
state
listed
as
a
registered
memorial,
yet
the
state
will
not
allow
them
for
roadway
signs
up,
indicated
location
up
in
the
world.
P
E
Jerry
norazo
about
the
dam
committee
there
continues
to
not
be
any
meetings
scheduled.
I
will
be
waiting
with
bated
breath
that
there
will
be
one
scheduled
at
some
point
this
week
for
next
week,
because
our
very
key
players
stapler
in
this
whole
process,
has
now
left
so
our
contractor
from
WSP
as
what
WSP,
and
so
they
now
need
to
select
a
new
person
on
or
dawn
to
get
them
up
to
speed
with
where
we
are
on
this
whole
project
and
hopefully
hit
the
ground
running
by
the
time
we
are
done.
A
All
right
meeting
up
to
the
public
here
see
a
lot
of
people
here
today.
Sorry,
we
don't
have
enough
seating
and
I
know
that
most
of
us
are
here
most
of
the
public
I
believe
is
here,
because
I
was
told
for
the
idea
of
resolution
supporting
the
Second
Amendment,
not
support
and
I
had
files
here,
supporting
it
and
files
here,
not
supporting
so
in
fairness
to
everybody.
If
somebody
would
like
to
come
forward
and
speak
in
the
public
on
a
subject
not
having
to
do
with
the
Second
Amendment
I'd
like
to
hear
that
first,
yes,.
Q
Marcus
came
from
local
331.
So
what
effect
the
committee
for
on
passing
a
contract
still
want
to
put
out
there
that
the
county
employees
are
the
least
paid
in
the
state
for
public
employees.
But
I
want
to
thank
you
for
your
due
diligence
and
what
you
care
to
I'll
pass
our
contract.
So
thank
you
to
all
those.
O
I
I
know
mr.
reassignments
I
wasn't
sure.
Thank
you
very
much,
but
we
would
like
to
meet
with
your
committee
as
soon
as
possible
and
the
reason
being
we
have
basically
done
calls
about
a
life-threatening
situation
at
the
county
jail
and
we've
been
consistently
calling
and
the
family's
been
calling
to
try
to
do
so
myself.
But
this
is
a
young
man,
that's
being
held
there
he's
waiting
to
be
sent,
but
his
health
has
been
deteriorated
to
be
was
in
process
of
going
through
surgery
on
the
issue.
I
So
it's
very
important
that
the
family
wants
to
have
that
time
to
see
that
person
make
sure
they
all
right
and
for
the
county
and
and
the
county
jail
to
make
sure
he's
getting
the
right
medical
attention
you
know,
so
he
can
continue
to
live.
So
that's
very
important.
So
we
found
it
was
good
necessary
to
bring
it
here
and
that's
a
human
rights
issue,
and
we
feel
very
about
that-
and
this
is
what
I
he
want
here.
He
brought
the
Titov
to
us
this
I'm,
a
family
member.
I
R
O
Know,
Tim
Carter,
Ventnor
City
a
couple
things
one,
especially
since
you
don't
have
enough
seats
for
everybody
in
the
freeholders
have
to
be
here
for
the
full
extent
of
the.
A
O
A
O
A
S
A
A
For
everybody,
this
list,
we
are
not
using
language
that
we
won't
be
anything
in
conflict
with
the
Constitution,
we're
not
redefining
things.
We
cannot
create
a
law.
We
cannot
change
the
law.
We
are
have
the
fiduciary
responsibilities
there
to
support
the
wishes
of
our
constituents
as
it
relates
to
the
law.
Only
and
I
think
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
is
an
unbelievable
editorial
on
February,
the
3rd
or
here,
if
you
didn't
read
it,
you
should
have
a
copy
of
said.
A
P
R
Up
in
upstate,
New
York
I
grew
up.
Around
guns,
I
grew
up
with
my
father.
We
have
drugs
in
my
house,
okay,
I
had
no
problems
with
guns
and
I
would
not
want
my
father's
guns
taken
away
from
him,
especially
when
his
gun
saved
my
life
and
the
reason
why
it
saved
my
life
was
because
I
am
a
victim
was
a
victim
of
partner
abuse
from
a
man
who
has
a
genetic
disorder.
His
double
chromosome
positive,
functional
issues
and
his
temper
was
very
short.
R
The
only
reason
why
I'm
alive
today
from
the
last
time
he
attacked
me,
was
because
his
gun
had
not
been
moved
into
my
house.
Yet
he
came
after
me,
beat
me
to
the
point
where
I
was
in
the
hospital
choked
me
to
the
point
where
I
passed
out
and
he
had
access
to
the
gun.
I
do
not
believe
I
would
be
alive.
R
R
Heartland
happens,
I
sit
there
on
Facebook
with
my
friend,
who
is
a
mother
of
the
student
who
luckily
survived,
but
we
went
through
it
minute
by
minute,
with
her
go
forward
again.
To
the
first
time
we
had
an
active
shooter
drill
in
my
school
I
had
a
student
taller
than
I
am
the
end
of
the
drill
on
my
shoulder
in
tears
because
he
was
so
afraid.
Okay,
again,
I
have
nothing
wrong
with
guns
III.
They
have
a
purpose,
but
there
are
specific
types
that
do
not
have
a
purpose
and
to
not.
R
A
A
U
Dutch
DEP
seek
in
New
Jersey
I
too
spent
time
in
the
service,
and
I
can
tell
you
this
I,
don't
know
where
gun
sanctuary
is
coming
from,
but
it's
not
us
a
sanctuary.
It's
about
the
Second
Amendment
rights
and
it's
what's
been
discussed
and
on
many
means
I've
traveled
around
to
I
love.
How
it's
the
lawyer
to
brings
up
the
fact
this
is
the
Second
Amendment.
We
can't
change
it
and
you
turn
on
the
radio
on
the
head.
U
I
appreciate
that
you
can
take
in
all
these
things
about
suicide,
and
then
it
comes
down
to
fact
and
you
look
it
up,
it
isn't
done,
it's
not
the
main
reason
and
if
you
want
to
get
into
that,
then
maybe
spend
the
efforts
on
gang
control.
But
that's
one
of
the
legal
cause
I
once
again
beg
that
we
pass
that
resolution
that
was
put
forward
and
I
appreciate
the
time.
A
V
V
I
want
to
thank
the
freeholders
for
your
decision
to
delay
voting
on
the
resolution
and
taking
the
time
that
you
need
to
care
opponents
of
the
resolution
and
for
people
to
write
letters.
I
actually
have
a
stack
of
25
letters
in
opposition
to
this
resolution.
I
bring
them
because
I
was
worried.
It
wouldn't
get
here
in
time
for
the
mail
I,
don't
know
who
I
should
give
them
to.
V
We
are
facing
that
gun
violence,
crisis
in
this
country
that
takes
a
hundred
lives
every
single
day
and
injures
200
more.
The
state
of
New
Jersey
has
one
of
the
strongest
gun
laws
in
the
nation.
Naturally,
there
are
eleven
point:
nine
s,
four
hundred
thousand
people
buy
guns
because
New
Jersey's,
fair
and
strong
gun
laws.
New
Jersey
has
five
point:
three:
yes,
four
hundred
thousand
people.
V
Ninety
five
percent
of
voters
support
background
checks
on
all
gun
sales
and
eighty
five
percent
of
voters
nationwide
support
red
flag
laws
that
buy
guns
not
only
into
the
crimes
of
passion
crimes,
but
also
people
suffering
from
depression
who
see
no
other
way
out
except
to
take
their
like
when
things
are
easily
accessible.
The
likelihood
of
this
happening
with
death
increases
I
spoke
with
Atlantic
County,
Sheriff
Eric
schechner.
Last
Tuesday.
V
He
also
told
me
that
red
flag
laws
have
several
steps
to
follow
before
a
gun
is
removed
from
the
law
for
gun
owner
and
one
of
the
includes
the
court
review.
So
our
love,
our
laws,
are
fair,
sound
and
protect
our
citizens.
They
are
in
accordance
with
our
Constitution
as
a
wife,
mother,
grandmother
and
lover
of
my
neighbor's
I
must
say
that
I
am
intimidated
by
this
resolution.
V
In
fact,
I
would
be
very
frightening
that
myself,
people
carrying
guns
in
the
community
that
I
live
in
and
that
I
love
I
believe
that
these
resolution
is
the
divine.
The
bullet
law
fostered
distrust
in
the
law
enforcement
and
may
deter
people
from
recording
individuals
that
may
push
themselves
so
I.
N
N
Word
sanctuary
and
all
this
doesn't
mean
that,
like
how,
with
New
Jersey
becoming
a
illegal
immigration
sanctuary
in
certain
cities
and
places
like
that
that
it's
the
same
thing
that
we're
going
to
house
fugitives
and
things
of
that
nature,
what
you're
not
understanding
is
is
that
the
word
sanctuary
is
more
like
being
done
friendly
to
law-abiding
citizens.
Criminals
aren't
a
law-abiding
citizens.
Criminals
are
the
ones
doing
the
shootings.
The
mass
shootings
things
that
nature
that
don't
abide
by
any
of
the
laws.
N
All
they
want
to
do
is
hurt
somebody
or
benefit
themselves
in
some
way
down
the
line,
but
I
won't
understand
why
most
of
these
things
that
you
guys
are
coming
out
with,
then
you
don't
want
law-abiding
citizens
to
own
a
gun
or
you
don't
want
them
to.
You
know,
be
able
to
enjoy
their
freedoms.
My
grandfather
didn't
fight,
not
one
but
two
world
wars
to
defend
all
of
our
honor
and
defend
our
freedom.
Since
why
all
of
you
can
live
in
peace?
All
of
you
can
live.
N
Knowing
that
you
can
sleep
safe
at
night,
I,
don't
know
about
any
of
you.
I
don't
carry
a
cop
in
my
back
pocket
and
I.
Never
will
because
well,
there's
too
many
people
in
this
earth
and
not
enough
cops
cops
can't
be
everywhere.
The
average
response
time
to
my
house
from
our
Police
Department
is
almost
15
minutes
and
they
lived.
Are
there
only
four
miles
from
you
know
how
long
it
felt
like
it
took
for
a
cop
to
come
to
our
place
and
we
were
getting
robbed
at
our
business.
N
It
felt
like
it
was
an
hour
now.
If
that
person,
who
robbed
our
place,
was
to
actually
go
and
point
a
gun
at
me
or
harm
me
or
something
all
of
you
would
have
blown
your
hands
for
sitting
here,
saying
that
we're
not
allowed
to
be
able
to
protect
ourselves
in
our
own
home
or
on
our
property.
This
is
getting
to
the
point
of
where
other
states
can
go
out
and
carry
concealed.
Carry
open,
carry
none
of
you.
You
know
what
I
bet
you
them.
A
lot
of.
You
have
probably
actually
traveled
to
these
states.
N
What
did
you
ever
feel
threatened?
I
doubt
it
because
you
want
to
know
why
you
probably
never
even
sold
your
crime
have
walked
right
past
many
people
that
had
concealed
carry
didn't
notice
it
and
went
on
about
your
business.
Just
like
everybody
else.
If
you
don't
like
guns,
you
don't
have
to
like
guns,
but
don't
force
people
that
actually
enjoy
shooting
and
enjoy
protecting
their
families.
To
not
have
it
going.
L
K
L
Does
hopes
that
you
vote
no
on
this
resolution
and
by
the
way,
those
who
say
that
we're
not
a
tree
audit?
My
father
was
a
World
War,
two
veteran,
my
husband's
retired
Army,
Air
Corps
and
we're
gonna
nurse,
so
we're
not
afraid
of
guns.
This
has
nothing
to
do
with
a
fear
of
guns.
What
you're
saying
is
that,
yes,
we
only
want
law-abiding
citizens
to,
but
you
have
to
understand
that
those
law-abiding
citizens
are
the
ones
who
commit
suicide.
Those
law-abiding
citizens
are
the
ones
in
the
moment
of
a
drug.
L
And
those
fine
guns
that
show
up
in
New,
Jersey,
they're
stolen
from
law-abiding
citizens
who
don't
bother
to
the
pop
up
their
guns,
so
I
mean
I.
Just
want
you
to
vote
on
this.
No
no
on
this
resolution
because
it's
basically
meaningless
and
it
will
confuse
people
about
whether
or
not
they
can
obey
the
laws
in
Atlantic
County
I
mean
it's
potentially.
V
V
Our
son
was
born,
my
husband
had
a
pistol
and
a
rifle
and
I
said.
Please
get
rid
of
my
broke
with
guns.
I
grew
up
in
Michigan
on
a
farm.
I
went
hunting
with
my
dad,
but
I
asked
him
to
remove
him
from
the
house,
and
he
did
because
I
didn't
want
to
take
any
chance,
but
I
just
think
what
you're
doing
is
you're
wasting
a
lot
of
time,
because
this
is
not
going
to
get
done
if
it
don't
get
done.
All
it
is
is
a
title
for
something:
it's
not
gonna
serve
a
purpose.
W
I
asked
mr.
demora
three
body
to
take
a
consideration.
This
is
about
safety.
This
is
about
the
citizens
of
Allen
County.
All
of
us.
You
know,
if
no
matter
who
is
in
favor
or
who
is
not
it's
about
safety
for
all
of
us.
Universal
background
check
is
needed.
Red
flag
law
is
needed.
Think
about
the
misty
violence.
W
All
the
life
that
we
can
say
I
mean
is
all
of
us
nobody's
telling
you,
okay,
you
cannot
have
to
burn
or
whatever
you
know,
that's
the
law
had
the
decision,
but
the
background
check
is
needed
and
the
red,
the
red
black
law
is
needed.
I
was
in
the
industry
and
in
Pleasantville
in
the
football
field
I
had
to
run
by
my
life.
W
That's
the
worst
feeling
in
the
Cold
War
I
mean
I,
couldn't
even
look
back
just
afraid,
because
we
didn't
know
what
was
going
on
the
dream
so
weights
later,
my
son
was
in
Pensacola,
it's
a
naval
base
working
for
they
say
eight
over
here
he
was
bigger.
I
was
terrified,
so
first
me
and
then
two
weeks
later
on
my
son
so
think
about
all
of
us.
Not
just
you
know
how
is
affect
your
house
paper,
you
have
affect
us
I'm
talking
about
for
all
of
us
for
our
safety
for
our
family
and
our
children.
G
P
X
How
are
you
my
name
is
Tommy
Franklin
I'm
reading
the
makeover
Township,
as
we
say,
we're
not
here
to
change
any
laws.
Okay,
important
this
resolution
and
we're
not
here
to
change
background
checks
in
New,
Jersey,
Azzam
they're
always
going
to
have
them
this.
This
resolution
does
not,
you
know,
give
us
the
opportunity
to
conceal
and
carry
okay.
X
This
here
just
gives
us
as
citizens
the
right
to
own
our
guns
with
any
future
laws
coming
down
the
road
for
us
to
stand
up
for
ourselves
and
say
you
know
no
more
or
look
into
these
laws
a
little
bit
better,
because
we
have
these
laws
coming
down
from
Trenton,
where
we
don't
have
a
setting
and
what's
going
on,
we
don't
have
to
say
all
the
sudden
burpees
sends
them
down.
There
are
new
laws,
so
this
basically
this
resolution
says
we
need
to
look
at
it
a
little
bit
more
before
we
can.
X
You
know
agree
to
these
laws
now
also
want
to
say
is
this:
is
my
grandson
Mason,
my
son
coaches
football
for
Pleasantville
High
School?
He
was
also
in
the
shooting
okay.
He
was
probably
20
yards
from
the
shooting.
Actually,
on
film,
okay,
now
there
was
also
I
believed,
as
I
told
the
officers
about
at
the
games
15
to
16
officers
there,
those
15
to
16
officers
could
not
respond
in
time
and
unless
so
many
innocent
people
out
there
defenseless,
because
they
were
unable
to
protect
themselves
and
the
children.
X
That's
what
we
need
the
Second
Amendment
for
he's,
not
afraid.
Okay,
he's
not
afraid
he
grows
up.
He
just
grown
up
around
guns.
My
son
has
grown
up
around
guns.
My
daughter
has
grown
up
around
guns.
We
hunt
we
fish,
it
is
our
heritage,
my
grandfather's
heritage,
my
great-grandfather's
heritage
when
he
came
over
from
the
boat
on
Italy
and
started
a
hog
board.
Okay.
X
Y
Y
Thank
you
for
having
me
I
want
to
talk
a
little
about
the
Second
Amendment
and
its
amendment
and
I
want
to
address
you
all
on
that,
because
I
took
law
courses
in
all
in
Texas
of
all
states,
and
so
I
know
for
a
fact.
The
Second
Amendment
other
amendments
and
our
Bill
of
Rights
are
not
unfettered
unlimited.
When
we
talk
about
these
issues,
we
talked
about
the
Constitution.
There
are
issues
by
which
we
as
Americans
are
protected.
Yes,
they
are
enshrined
in
our
Constitution,
but
they
are
not
fun
limited.
Y
Let's
took
a
look
at
this
put
this
resolution
and
this
is
why
I
existed
matters
to
me
as
someone
from
buying
land
in
Cumberland
County,
because
talk
about
the
Tenth
Amendment,
we
talk
about
federal
preemption,
the
Tenth
Amendment
is
about
federalism,
and
what
that
means
we
talk
about.
Federalism
is
that
there
is
a
federal
laws
and
their
state
laws
and
right
now
we're
discussing
a
local
resolution.
Now
what
this
resolution
went
to
the
sounds
of
it.
Y
What
I'm
hearing
that
this
resolution
is
attempting
to
preempt
federal
law
or
state
law,
because
what
you're
saying
is
I
want
some
safe
haven.
I
want
some
ability
to
be
able
to
push
back
against
what
I
think
is
coming
down
the
pipe
that's
gonna
endanger
my
rights
that
is
called
preemption.
It
is
unconstitutional
for
local
entities
to
do
that
against
the
state
or
the
federal
government.
So
you
can
continue
down
this
road
and
you
can
continue
to
push
things
that
are
unconstitutional
and
attending
the
absolutely
wrong
message.
Y
When
we
hear
about
a
sanctuary
in
Cape
May
County,
we
can
find
a
sanctuary
in
Atlantic
County.
What
we
hear
is
guns
are
free
roaming,
and
that
may
not
mean
what
you
are
saying
is
happening,
but
I'm
telling
you.
That
is
what
people
are
hearing
and
what
optics
and
that's
meant
that
matters
objects
matter.
That's
what
people
are
bossing
gossiping
about.
Y
What's
the
people
we're
talking
about
now,
tourism
matters
a
little
bit
too
much
for
this
county
in
Cape,
May
County,
for
you
all
to
pretend
that
when
word
of
mouth
doesn't
matter
because
the
people
do
not
go
see
visiting
those
bases,
that's
gonna
impact
your
economy.
So
you
need
to
be
hyper
aware
of
this.
So
I
just
wanna
leave
you
with
that.
No
one
is
coming
after
your.
Y
A
We
have
stayed
three
meetings.
There
is
no
law
that
can
be
changed
here.
The
10th
10th
amendment
isn't
relevant.
There
is
no.
There
is
no
try
by
this
realtor
Board
nor
ability
counties
are
creatures
of
the
state
okay.
So
we
can't
go
anywhere
above
that,
but
you
say
that
there
are
44
laws
in
the
pipe
right
now
it
may
infringe
upon
the
existing
rights
of
the
second
menu,
and
there
are
the
record
I.
A
A
A
Z
My
name
is
James
Casas
and
live
in
Egg
Harbor,
Township
and
I've
heard
some
of
the
the
opposition
of
some
of
these
laws
of
atonement,
we're
not
changing
any
laws.
Fortunately,
your
your
situation,
ma'am,
where,
where
she
was
assaulted
by
her
husband,
almost
beaten,
I'm
popping
SUSE
beer,
injury
right
now,
you're
talking
about
red
flags
Louis.
If
there
was
a
gun
in
the
house,
the
red
flag
law
will
remove.
The
gun
does
not
remove
the
abuser
so
for
every
gun
that's
removed,
the
abuser
stays
there.
Z
There
was
a
red
flag
law
that
was
in
Chicago
Illinois
that
was
taken.
The
man
had
his
guns
removed
and
three
days
later,
he
stabbed
his
mother
to
death
with
a
samurai
sword,
so
that
red
flag
law
had
absolutely
no
effect
is
protecting
the
life
of
that
woman.
And
when
you
say
red
flag
laws
are
not
our
constitutional.
There
are
unconstitutional
because
you're,
not
you
say
it's
fair,
because
it
goes
through
the
process
and
in
front
of
the
judge.
Z
As
far
as
children-
I'm-
sorry,
you
know
I'm
a
father.
My
wife
is
a
teacher.
You
know
the
likelihood
of
your
child
being
involved
in
a
school
shooting
purge
CDC
with
one
and
two
million.
Yes,
children
are
afraid
in
school,
because
they're
being
hypersensitive
to
the
possibility
of
a
mass
shooter
coming
in
and
they're
fearful
as
far
as
suicides.
There's
a
13
out
of
a
hundred
thousand
people
die
every
year
by
suicide.
Z
H
H
We
know
that
you
respond
to
public
opinion
and
many
of
our
group
are
in
the
process
of
writing
letters,
letting
you
know
their
views
months.
Man
is
not
encouraging
our
members
to
attend
these
meetings
because
we
value
the
safety
of
our
members
and
do
not
wish
to
place
them
in
an
intimidating
situation.
H
If
you
need
me
to
bring
a
petition
for
you
before
your
next
meeting,
I
will
do
so,
but
recognize
that
there
are
many
other
public
for
frightened
and
disturbed
and
need
time
to
respond.
I
would
like
to
thank
you
for
sending
this
resolution
into
committee
for
further
study
with
legal
experts.
I'm
sure
you
all
reach
the
conclusion
that
these
resolutions
are
legally
meaningless,
but
they
undermine
the
rule
of
law,
foster
distress
in
law
enforcement
and
may
deter
people
from
recording
individuals
who
may
hurt
themselves
or
others.
The
gun.
H
Violence
crisis
in
this
country
takes
100
lives
every
single
day
and
over
200
or
injured.
When
the
month,
when
democratically
elected
lawmakers,
take
action
to
improve
public
safety,
the
people
smarts
protect
our
communities
have
an
obligation
to
carry
out
the
law,
not
defy
it.
It
is
my
understanding
that
many
of
these
son
sanctuary
resolutions
are
in
response
Latian,
such
as
background
checks
and
red
flag
laws.
H
My
my
son
recently
has
a
very
good
friend
who
happens
to
live
in
Atlantic
County,
her
father
threatened
to
shoot
she
and
her
mother,
and
this
man
was
put
in
jail
and
hopefully
the
red
flag.
Once
went
into
place
and
his
guns
were
taken
away,
but
I'm
living
this,
my
son
went
to
have
dinner
with
them
the
other
night
and
I
thought
oh
mine.
What
if
this
guy
decides
to
take
out
revenge
when
my
son
happens
to
be
sitting
there.
H
Matter
we
cannot
afford
to
wait
until
someone
is
shot
chairman
of
guns
from
a
dangerous
individual.
If
someone
tells
you
that
gun
safety
laws
violate
the
Constitution,
they
are
wrong.
These
rules
have
been
ruled.
These
rules
have
been
ruled
constitutional
in
court
and
do
not
violate
anyone's
Second
Amendment
rights.
The
Second
Amendment
sanctuaries
want
you
to
pass
a
resolution
that
threatens
to
defy
state
law,
and
in
doing
so,
you
would
violate
yours
in
office.
AA
Since
I
am
a
resident
of
a
harbor,
township
I
just
want
to
clarify
a
couple
of
things
that
you,
the
other
people
have
spoken
on
already
assault
is
an
action
there's
no
such
thing
as
an
assault
weapon.
If
I
stab
you
with
a
pen
in
itself
and
if
I
run
you
over
with
my
car
I'm
committing
assault
by
motor
vehicle,
there's
no
such
thing
as
an
assault
weapon.
It's
it's
a
verb.
As
far
as
the
second
amendment
resolution,
I
do
feel
that
New
Jersey's
laws
already
violate
the
Constitution.
AA
Anything
passed
shall
not
be
infringed,
is
a
violation
of
the
Constitution
and
I
am
here
to
personally
speak
on
the
overage
of
domestic
violence.
Laws
I
have
been
falsely
accused
of
domestic
violence.
I
have
had
my
rights
violated,
I
have
had
firearms
confiscated
all
without
due
process,
all
out
of
spite
all
out
of
toxic
relationships,
and
people
already
said
women.
People
that
know
how
to
manipulate
the
system
can.
AA
AA
Had
there
been
six
million
armed,
Jews
I
very
seriously
doubt
if
they
have
would
have
loaded
themselves
on
the
cart
and
gas
themselves.
You
do
not
lose
your
rights
in
one
big
instance:
you
use
them
a
little
and
a
little
and
a
little
and
a
little
more
of
the
time,
and
when
all
your
rights
are
gone,
you
will
realize
the
one
that
was
protecting.
All
of
them
was
the
first
one.
V
V
V
S
All
right
so,
first
sanctuary
of
the
og
maker
from
Egg
Harbor
Township
sanctuary
a
place
of
refuge.
S
Oh
gee,
Meeker,
hey
egg
harbor
champion
sanctuary
a
place
of
refuge
or
safety.
The
Second
Amendment
is
what
we're
seeking
the
refuge
the
safety
of
the
Second
Amendment
anyway.
We
the
purview
of
this.
This
committee
is
Atlantic
County.
So
let's
pull
it
in
to
see
what
numbers
we
have
for
Atlantic
County,
you
know,
maybe
people
won't
feel
so
scared,
but
for
the
new
jersey
state,
health
assessment,
data
for
2017,
the
injury
causes
of
death
and
the
very
first
one
is
poisoning.
S
We
had
135
in
Atlantic
County
of
those
135
12
were
suicide,
related
121
were
unintentional
and
two
are
undetermined.
The
next
number
of
injury
deaths
was
motor
vehicle.
There
were
35
of
them,
so
so
far
the
you
know
it's
poisoning.
We
need
to
focus
on
on
that.
Those
that's
where
people
are
dying.
Next
is
the
firearms
with
27
of
those
27
13
were
suicides
Wow
12
of
those
to
us.
We
had
poisonings
that
were
12,
there's,
not
really
a
large
amount
of
handguns
that
are
used
for
suicide
they're
about
the
same
as
poisoning
and
suffocation.
S
There
were
12
suicides
in
Atlantic
County
as
well,
so
you
people
are
afraid
they're
going
to
use
them
for
suicides
in
Atlantic
County.
That's
not
the
case.
According
to
the
data
of
the
firearms
13,
where
homicides
and
one
was
intentional,
other
numbers
for
Atlantic
County
for
2019
suspected
overdose
deaths
were
166
in
2018.
It
was
190.
S
2017
is
169
again.
Those
are
our
higher
numbers
of
where
our
deaths
for
Atlantic
County
residents
are
happening.
We
need
to
focus
on
that
as
well,
where
you
know,
how
can
we
stop
these
over
so
or
ptosis?
Not
one
month
in
2019
had
two
zero
deaths
from
overdoses.
In
fact,
an
article
in
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
said
in
April
22
of
2019
special
counsel,
Jim
Johnson,
said
in
a
September
report,
the
state
of
Atlantic
City.
That
gangs
are
still
a
prominent
concern.
So
just
my
assumption.
S
Ok,
landok
county
from
the
New
Jersey
State
Police
Uniform
Crime
Report
of
2018
a
year
after
those
numbers
that
I
just
told
you
for
Atlantic
County.
The
highest
crime
report
was
on
larceny
1834,
burglary,
340,
assault,
154
robbery,
91,
auto
theft,
77.2
rape,
we
have
is
18
in
Atlantic
County.
We
could
be
raped
more
than
murdered,
which
is
6.3
and
it
doesn't
even
say
what
those
murders
how
they
were
created.
It
didn't
go
that
down.
Thank
you.
AB
It
doesn't
give
anybody
additional
legal
rights
to
use
guns
away.
What
it
does
do
is
it
creates
a
gray
area
that
people
will
market
it.
You
know
young
people
will
say
it's,
you
know
it's
sucking
sanctuary
the
opposed
some
people
will
say.
Oh
it's
terrible.
It's
going
to
be
marketed
in
both
ways
very
heavily,
raising
the
temperature
yeah
and
creating
a
very
gray
area
where
our
police
cannot
be
sure
or
not
be
sure
that
they're
not
being
taught
that
you
can
ignore
what
the
police
say
and
business.
AB
It's
not
accomplishing
one
thing,
one
way
or
the
other
and
what
it
is
doing
is
fraudulently
suggesting
that
the
whole
county
with
people
but
is
overwhelmingly
in
support
of
it.
That
I
think
it's
really
important
that
you
not
do
it
and
I
just
want
to
point
out
that
that
gray
area
was
proven
right
here
by
one
of
the
speakers
and
I
stood
and
I
will
quote
them
it's
to
stand
up
for
ourselves.
AB
AB
G
A
To
serve
the
public,
your
opinion
withstanding
and
whether
you
think
it's
meaningless,
where
some
people
thinks
it's
meaning
forever.
We
are
here
to
listen
to
our
constituents
and
we're
going
to
make
decisions
based
on
the
law
and
I.
Believe
someone
pointed
out
that
it
has
zero
legal
implications,
but
it
means
a
lot
to
people
to
know
that
their
elected
officials
are
listening
to
them,
for
whatever
their
belief
is,
we
are
going
to
do
the
best
that
that
and.
A
K
AC
Yes,
I'm
hello,
everyone,
my
name
is
sandy
Nickerson
and
I,
just
I'm
from
Absecon
here
in
Atlantic,
County
and
I
just
wanted
to
thank
all
the
freeholders
again
for
considering
this
resolution.
I
know
you're
putting
in
your
time
and
your
due
diligence.
Thank
you
for
taking
it
to
the
public
safety
committee.
We
greatly
appreciate
you
and
your
time
and
making
sure
that
this
is
absolutely
perfect.
I
just
wanted
to
bring
up
real
fast
back
to
Pearl
Harbor.
AC
AA
AC
We're
everywhere-
and
we
are
law-abiding
citizens,
we
are
not
white
supremacist,
we
are
single
moms.
We
are
not
the
militia,
we're
hunters
that
want
to
provide
food
for
our
families.
We
are
not
the
enemy.
We
are
senior
citizens,
nurses,
lawyers,
teachers,
blue-collar
workers.
We
are
responsible,
gun
owners,
firearm
safety
is
a
must.
We
have
no
problem
with
background
checks.
You
go
through
multiple
background
checks
when
you
become
a
firearm
owner
realizing
the
Second
Amendment
gives
us
the
right
to
own
a
firearm.
AC
AC
They
can
change
that
and
I
hate
to
see
this
focus
on
the
word
sanctuary,
for
instance,
egg
harbor,
township
s'
resolution
that
they
have
they
put
a
resolution
expressing
egg
harbor
township
committee
support
for
the
second
amendment.
They
didn't
put
the
word
sanctuary
and
it's
not
in
the
resolution.
If
you
look
at
the
resolution
from
pima
county,
they
said
it's
a
resolution
declaring
the
county
of
came
a
a
second
amendment,
lawful
gun
owners
sanctuary,
but
again
where
it
sanctuary
is
not
in
the
resolution.
AC
AD
One
one
final
little
item
that
really
hasn't
come
up
all
of
these
proposed
laws.
All
these
forty-four
new
laws
are
going
to
have
zero
effect
on
crime,
they're
going
to
add
zero
on
suicides.
The
only
people
affected
by
these
laws
are
those
of
us
who
are
law-abiding
gun
owners
that
are
not
the
ones
committing
the
crime.
F
In
other
words,
the
ones
that
are
on
the
books
now
that
are
helping
us
stay
in
a
civil
society
when
it
comes
to
guns,
are
not
under
threat.
The
present
ones
that
are
now
on
the
books
are
not
under
threat
by
this
resolution.
Is
that
correct,
that's
correct,
so
then
it's
must
be
some
kind
of
a
threat
in
our
future.
A
A
I
mean
you're,
perfect
Sam
Joe
three
years
ago.
They
wanted
to
have
casinos
in
with
Jersey
people
came
to
this
board
and
form
the
committee
that
we
would
show
support
against
those
changes
that
would
take
away
our
livelihood
and
whether
or
not
we
were
effective.
This
much
or
this
much
we'll
never
know,
but
it
certainly
was
reflecting
a
large
amount
of
people
that
were
concerned
about
casinos
in
with
Jersey.
A
We
have
laws
that
are
on
the
books
that
possibly
could
force
a
gun
owner
to
get
two
million
dollars
where
the
liability
insurance
for
20,000
a
year.
If
you
want
to
anytime,
we
have
laws
on
the
books
that
could
be
could
be,
furthermore,
make
it
possible
for
certain
people
to
own
Gus.
What
the
concern
is
here
that
those
votes
don't
go
to
his
back
to
dilute
the
Second
Amendment.
F
G
G
F
G
F
A
F
A
V
P
A
V
I
do
appreciate
that
Lana
County
has
at
least
thought
about
this,
given
it
some
look-see,
because
there
are
people
that
are
opposed
to
it,
for
as
many
valid
reasons
as
people
who
think
you
know,
we
got
to
stop
this
thing
in
its
tracks.
I
personally
am
opposed
to
it.
I
appreciate
the
fact
that
I've
had
and
I
hope
that.
M
S
M
M
That's
all
I
have
to
say,
but
what
a
couple
of
other
people
have
said
that
it
throws
up
this
great
area
that
people
and
I
spoke
to
earlier
right
that
people
are
thinking
that,
because
we're
town
passed
a
resolution
that
they
passed
a
law
saying
that
it's
okay
to
carry
a
gun,
it's
okay!
To
do
this!
It's
okay,
the
devil
and
that's
what
the
problems
go
today
that,
because
one
town's
doing
it,
one
cows
not
doing
it,
and
it's
like
where,
where
it
is
where's
the
banner.
G
M
If
somebody
said
this
is
just
Atlanta
County,
don't
don't
you
think
these
people
cross
over
the
boundaries?
We
don't
have
fences
all
around
the
county.
So
it's
it's
just
because
it's
it's
the
Kami
we're
just
one
piece
of
a
puzzle
and
I.
You
know
I'm
totally
against
funds
completely
I
mean
I.
Never
let
my
kid
use
them.
They
had
fingers,
they
could
use
a
finger
for
a
gun,
but
I
think
that
this
should
be
just
up
and
Trenton.
They
should
have
meetings
with
the
people
up
there
and
take
care
of
that
way.
Okay,
thank
you.
M
AA
Sir
Thank
You
mr.
chairman
I
just
wanted
to
comment
again
real,
quick
everybody's
talking
about
crime.
We,
the
people,
are
the
only
ones
that
are
going
to
stop
crime.
We,
the
people,
police
presence,
may
deter
crime,
they
may
respond
to
crime,
but
we,
the
people,
a
good
guy
with
a
gun,
is
the
only
thing
that's
going
to
stop
any
bad
guy
with
a
gun.
The
end.
K
AA
A
D
AA
T
T
You
know
the
mass
hysteria
that
you're
that
we're
getting
over
there
is
when
you
use
Bourbons
like
that
on
Facebook
on
your
on
your
web
sites
and
so
forth.
You
know
that's
where
the
mass
hysteria
comes
from
and
I
think
we
need
to
give
the
residents
a
little
more
credit,
because
you
know
I
think
they're
a
little
smarter
than
that
they
thought
they
don't
think
that
they're
just
going
to
put
a
gun
in
their
pocket
and
start
walking
around
just
because
we're
going
to
support
the
Constitution.
H
May
I
respectfully
just
correct
something
that
you
said
earlier.
You
mentioned
Janet
Yellen
yeah.
You
mentioned
that
insurance
policy
wanted
one
of
the
44
laws.
I've
done
a
lot
of
research
on
this
group
and
it
would
be
a
fifty
thousand
dollar
insurance
policy.
I
called
my
insurance
company
because
my
husband
is
a
gun
owner
he's
a
hunter.
We
have
quite
funds
on
our
property
that
are
very
secure
and
they
told
me
it's
actually
part
of
our
existing
policy,
so
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
the
public
understood.
H
H
M
M
P
M
M
O
O
This
has
been
come
to
become
a
very
emotional
thing
for
a
lot
of
you,
whether
you
agree
or
disagree.
Looking
forward
against
it
and
I
think
everybody
has
a
right
to
speak
their
mind
and
I
appreciate
the
gentleman
making
his
comment
without
Chairman
and
greed,
which
they're
not
certainly
have
a
right
to
speak.
What
you
think,
as
everybody
else
has
done
in
this
room
tonight
again
what
you
fought
against.
So
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it
is
my
intention
to
bring
it
out
of
committee
within
two
weeks.
O
However,
I
will
not
be
rushed
to
bring
it
out
of
committee
and,
if
I
am
not
satisfied
with
the
recommendation
or
how
attorney
has
not
given
us
all
that
we've
asked
for
or
think
that
we
should
have
it
we'll
wait
until
you
see
I
asked
this
question
a
couple
weeks
ago.
Have
you
notified
your
assembly,
people,
your
Senators
and
nothing
yet
to
get
an
answer
you
shaking
your
head,
but
I
forget
to
get
an
answer.
Well,.
O
G
O
I
believe
I
got
the
email
two
weeks
ago.
You
guys
left
here
and
went
the
Northland
City
Council
and
they
didn't
even
hear
me
please
giving
you
that
opportunity
returned
and
I
managed
to
chair
the
committee
give
us
that
to
make
sure
we
close
out
as
I
said
before,
I'm
rushing
it
out
of
committee,
you
can
set
up
thousands
or
more
letters
and
so
I
feel
comfortable
with
the
green
light
from
our
attorney.
We've
talked
our
Public
Safety
Director.
O
O
However,
if
number
viewers
text
me
you
have
said
in
the
email,
I
responded
to
most
of
you
I
when
you
left
the
phone
call
and
if
it
I
took
call
you
back,
maybe
in
there's
enough
of
y'all
speaking
for
everybody
else,
but
I
think
everybody
should
be
heard
and
then
decision.
But
nowhere
in
the
resolution
will
you
find,
especially
if
you
ask
to
be
the
sponsor
or
the
committee
responses.
O
Will
you
see
sent
you
a
so
we
haven't
that
rumor
came
from,
we
can
kill
it
man
and
there's
general
Tsin
I,
don't
even
have
a
resolution.
It's
all
in
the
working
places.
It's
a
working
document
has
not
been
finalized
and
if
it
is
maybe
to
the
resolution
there,
not
knowing
committee
and
I
haven't
seen
yet
that
what
we
have
prepared
to
get
forward.
Chairman
made
some
recommendations
that
I've
been
talking
with
my
colleagues.
O
Getting
some
thoughts
back
from
them
and
at
the
appropriate
time
would
bring
it
up,
but
it
is
a
tent
to
break
it
out
of
committee.
Perhaps
an
initiative.
You
said
it
was
not.
That
means
I'm,
still
not
comfortable
with
the
language
and
appropriate
time
will
make
of
that.
But
again,
I
can't
thank
good
enough
Pro
in
kind
for
coming
out
voicing
the
opinion.
I
know
it's
silly
season
as
we
call
it
politicking
season.
Folks
about
it,
for
public
office
make
all
kind
of
public
comment
the
end
of
the
day.
O
This
done
your
body
can
not
tell
Trenton
what
to
do,
get,
recommend
and
suggest
and
I
think
we
have
attempted
to
do
that
by
the
number
of
occasion,
not
just
for
this
particular
issue
and
we
look
forward
to
moving
forward.
I
mean
I,
can't
speak
for
all
of
my
colleagues,
but
I've
certainly
been
a
year
and
the
day
of
any
recommendation.
They
afford
it
and
if
I
didn't
get
a
severance,
alternate
working
document
and
I
just
want
to
know
it.
E
But
it's
going
to
echo
it
somebody
in
the
audience
and
said
that
this
is
an
exercise
in
futility.
It
is
never
an
exercise
for
you
to
come
to
your
elected
bodies
and
make
your
voice
be
heard
whether
or
not
we
can
impact
the
law.
That
is
a
question
whether
it's
at
our
local
government
or
higher
lower.
It
is
never
that
were
futile
for
you
to
come
here
and
engage
with
government.
So
please
don't.
E
E
Somebody
else
said
we
have
no
voice
in
Trenton
again,
we've
said
it
I
think
a
couple
of
times
the
editorial
said
it
very
well
proper
and
local
response
in
a
democracy
to
a
bad
wall
is
to
persuade
elected
officials
to
changing
the
44
that
are
in
committee
at
the
state
level.
Those
are
the
people
that
need
to
hear
from
you
loud
and
clear.
E
The
amount
of
things
that
we're
being
sent
it
needs
to
be
tenfold
to
those
people.
They
are
the
ones
that
need
to
hear
you
loud
and
clear.
We
can
do
our
part
in
trying
to
amplify
a
voice
in
some
way,
but
those
are
the
decision-makers.
So
please
keep
that
in
mind,
something
you
said
that
you
know
there's
an
issue
with
people
could
see
that
somebody
passed
the
resolution,
and
that
means
you
know
they
could
go,
carry
or
something
like
that.
The
problem
is,
and
we've
seen
it
all
too
often
here
many
a
time.
