on

they
put
like
a
planer
there.
People
go
right
through
that
planner
and
they
they
ask
for
guide
will,
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
I've
been
supposed
to
keep
you
on
the
road.
That's
the
concept!
That's
with
the

Selma!
It's
not
supposed
to

you
supposed
to
prevent

Technically
in

Just
one
good
question:
along
with
us,
we
have
talked
about
this
and
bridges
of
roads,
but
instead
allow
us,
with
the
contract,
to

go

We
want
to
have
to
be
able

I
know
so
we
gave
it
all
inclusive
and
they

at
the
Atlantic

I
The
only
issue
is
that,
for
the
most
part,
depending
on
the
Sheldon
you
have,
depending
on
the
show
he
had
you'll
be
able
to
talk
it.
Inflation

the
Indiana

the
doughnut,
that's
some
cell

which
works
themselves
no
matter.
Some
of
the
individuals
have
to
walk
out
to
the
right.

know
the

when
I

the

K
I
I
A
D
G
Evening
I'm
wondering
if
you
might
consider
on
your
agenda
posting
the
dates
of
past
committee
meetings
that
you've
held
I
notice.
There's
not
many
reports
made
of
the
committee
meetings
that
you
have,
but
it
would
be
nice
for
the
public
to
know
that
you
are
working
in
committees
and
you
do
an
awful
lot
of
work
and
preparing
the
agenda
and
there's
no
public
record
of
when
you
meet
and
how
often
you
meet
I
think
that
would
be
a
positive
for
you
to
share
with
the
public.
Okay.
A
L
That
this
really
would
be
public
comment,
but
I
was
asked
to
report
to
you.
Jerry
came
out
to
each
of
you.
A
packet
contains
a
memo
from
myself
to
the
world
board
members,
because
a
two-page
memo
dated
December
11
2000
19,
along
with
a
draft
of
a
proposed
resolution,
and
then
a
group
affidavit.
You
might
recall
that
in
fact,
in
2017,
the
legislature
changed
a
statute
which
requires
now
certification
by
the
governing
body
of
the
county
being
compliant
with
EEOC
guidelines
on
how
we
treat
criminal
records
in
our
hiring
process.
L
The
last
two
years
you've
passed
resolutions
that
have
signed
the
truth
about
the
David.
The
group
affidavit
is
in
the
same
format
as
it's
been
in
past
years,
and
attached
to
this
packet
is
a
certification
of
Elizabeth
II
ain't
Kona,
who
is
our
human
resources
director
she's,
also
an
attorney.
She
worked
at
one
time
in
the
county
law
department
up
until
of
April
2017
when
she
became
the
human
resources
director
and
she
is
outlining
her
certification,
the
hiring
practices
that
we
followed.
I.
L
Those
positions
we
are
allowed
to
do
and
we'll
do
criminal
background
checks
on
at
that
point,
when
the
person
is
made
a
conditional
offer,
they
are
asked
to
sign
a
waiver
form
permitting
us
to
conduct
the
criminal
background
check.
The
criminal
background
check
is
done.
The
results
come
back,
that
the
results
are
positive.
Those
are
reviewed
by
the
human
resources
director
and
myself
for
our
recommendation.
D
L
You
can
have
a
criminal
record
and
you're
not
necessarily
disqualified
from
employment,
particularly
if
a
conviction
occurred
a
number
of
years
ago.
If
a
conviction
occurred,
when
somebody
was
either
a
juvenile
or
a
young
adult
when
they
were
perhaps
he
mature,
and
they
do
the
things
where
a
lot
of
people
we
see
to
see
them
get
into.
You
know:
drazi
arrested
for
drug
related
offenses
in
the
light
those
are
not
generally
considered
to
be
disqualified
and
normally
a
person
could
still
be
hired,
even
if
they
have
a
record.
L
It's
my
own
qualified
opinion
that
we
are
also.
So
you
don't
have
to
take
any
action
today.
You
will
be
asked
at
one
of
the
early
meetings
that
I
think
the
plan
is
is
for
the
first
meeting
of
the
year.
That
would
be
the
one
on
January
7th
that
you
will
be
presented
with
a
resolution
that
will
look
the
same,
we're
very
similar
to
the
resolution.
That's
attached
here
and
ask
to
vote
on
that
and
then
signing
the
group
out
today.
L
The
group
happened
they
affidavit
would
be
signed
by
each
of
you
and
would
also
be
signed
by
the
county
executive,
and
then
it's
submitted
to
the
Division
of
local
government
services
and
that's
a
requirement
that
we
do
that
before
we
submit
on
budget.
That's
why
we're
coming
so
early
in
doing
this,
so
we
can
get
this
out
of
the
way
of
the
felt
that
it
would
be
prudent
rather
than
to
hit
you
with
this
at
a
meeting
and
have
an
explanation
then
that
I
present
this
ahead
of
time.
Explain
it
to
you.
L
You
have
a
chance
to
review
it
between
now
and
that
and
if
any
questions
come
up,
feel
free
to
either
call
Liz
or
myself
and
we'll
we'll
answer
your
questions
that
you
may
on
this,
so
that
hopefully,
when
it
comes
up
on
the
agenda,
we
can
move
through
it
smoothly
and
without
any
any
controversy.
So
that's
that's
why
we.
D
F
Said
everything
was
fine:
they
walked
out
the
side,
the
baby's
coming
back
in
the
room.
He
dropped
it
just
a
quick
grade,
a
verse,
his
dad
used
to
the
water
company.
For
for
many
years
and
professor,
we
want
to
keep
this
family
and
I
pray
underfoot
and
also
for
me,
captain
Jim,
Dooley,
City
police
captain.
