Before
we
have
our
prayer,
a
normal
usual
opening
prayer
like
us
to
keep
us
in
keeping
your
prayers.
Your
thoughts
to
folks
that
passed
a
lieutenant
governor,
Sheila
Oliver,
who
passed
and
Peggy
Capone,
who
was
a
board
of
education
member
in
Hamilton
Township.
So
we
could
have
a
moment
of
silence.
Please
and
we'll
have
a
prayer.

A
A
You
before
we
have
the
third
re,
read
the
official
filing
I'd
like
to
say
that
this
is
quite
an
honor
to
do
this
behalf
of
the
county
commissioner
Rich
days
and
I
have
been
talking
about
this
for
quite
a
while,
and
it's
long
overdue
I
can't
think
of
anyone's
more
deserving
than
you.
A
It's
a
an
amazing
record.
You've
touched
numerous
boys
and
and
they're
growing
up
in
their
crucial
years
and
look
those
kids
are
our
country's
future.
You
played
a
huge
role
in
shaping
them.
As
you
know,
both
my
sons
are
Eagle
Scouts,
so
I
I
get
it
I,
get
the
importance
and
you've
stuck
with
scouting.
All
your
life
and
David
threw
a
tragedy.
You
you
stuck
right
with
it,
and
there
are
very
few
people,
I
really
look
up
to,
but
you're
one
of
them.
E
A
It's
now
we
have
a
lot
of
Volunteers
in
scouting,
but
you've
gone
well
beyond
the
usual.
You
usually
serve
a
few
years
and
they
move
on,
but
you
stuck
with
it
over
the
years
and
as
a
county,
we're
very
grateful
for
what
you've
been
able
to
do
and
with
that
I'm
going
to
ask
the
clerk.
If
you
would
read
them,
you
got
it
there
and
hanging
yeah.

K
Just
really
quickly,
there's
a
lot
of
background
noise.
I,
don't
know
if
some
folks
are
chatting
in
the
hallway,
but
it's
really
hard
to
hear.
K
A
Right
very
good,
very
good,
Mr
chair,
yes,
okay
through
you
to
Jerry
sorry,
this.
M
H
M
M
Last
resolutions
they
go
ahead
and
process
the
they
talk
to
the
hospitals,
to
help
process
the
payments
for
the
Oswald
actually
figure
out.
What
would
what
their
payment
should
be
and
I'll?
M
Let
Barney
explained
what
happened
to
that,
but
you
know
payments
come
into
the
county,
take
our
percentage
most
of
the
state,
they
take
their
percentage
and
it
goes
to
the
federal
government
and
technically
what
they
get
back
is
twice
the
amount
of
money
that
they
put
in
so,
for
example,
I
go
into
care,
they
submit
doing
voice
per
year,
26
million
dollars
to
US.
They
get
roughly
26
million
dollars
back
plus
the
26
million
dollars
in
additional
fund,
so
they
get
back
from
52
to
60
to
60
million
dollars,
double
the
money
it's
just
dedicated.
M
This
is
this
is
a
way
to
help
with
the
and
the
payments
that
everybody
used
to
make
for
charity
care.
This
is
one
of
them
and
nobody
can
explain
on
our
side.
It
keep
right
here
with
a
chance
to
get.

Bring
them
up
so
so
Chris.
The
question
is:
is
you
aware
that
the
issue
in
Atlantic
City
building
where
the
employees
complain
one
day
it's
hot
and
it's
too
cold,
half
the
building's
cold,
the
other
buildings
I
have
to
build
other
half
of
the
building
is
hot
I
know
it
was
some
work
done.
Do
we
know
if
it's
fixed
I
know
we
put
a
whole
new
unit
in
there
Can?
Can
you
give
us
an
update
because
I'm
sure
my
other
colleagues
have
gotten
complaints
as
well?
I
just
didn't
call
Jerry.
Last
week.
O
Yeah,
so
unfortunately,
this
is
this
is
an
ongoing
issue
right
now
and
we
have
kind
of
everybody
we
have
the
engineer.
We
have
train
who's,
the
equipment
manufacturer
and
the
mechanical
contractor,
and
so
we've
been
monitoring
the
system.
We
have
not
been
able
to
pinpoint
exactly
what
the
problem
is,
but
right
now
for
the
last
week
or
so
everything's
been
running
really
good.
O
We
we
have
a
meeting
scheduled
for
next
week
to
sit
down
because
we
we
really
believe
it's
a
more
of
a
computer
related
issue
than
it
is
in
mechanical
at
this
point.
So
that's
and
we're
really
trying
to
work
with
everybody
to
pinpoint
exactly
what
the
problem
is.
So.
N
Mr
chairman
again
through
YouTube
Jared
I
I,
can
appreciate
that,
but
I
don't
think
that's
given
us
the
real
answer,
because
I
think,
what's
my
hesitation
is,
is
that
there's
a
meeting
next
week,
so
I
guess
my
question
would
be
even
if
it's
a
glitch
somewhere
in
the
system
we
paid
millions
of
dollars
for
this
brand
new
system
and
install
it
should
have
been
able
to
identify
it
by
now.
It's
not
fair
to
the
workers.
N
It's
not
fair
to
the
Commissioners
who
gets
all
the
calls
and
I'm
sure,
Jerry
and
others
get
tired
of
getting
phone
calls
with
us
complaining
because
we're
getting
the
complaints
next
week.
That
means
you
missed
a
whole
week.
Well,.
O
We
we
when,
when
the
problem
first
happened,
we
were
on
it
that
day,
so
we
we,
we
thought
we
were
there.
Everybody
was
on
hand
when
this
issue
went
down,
so
we
we
at
the
moment
everything
is
running,
is
okay.
We
haven't
had
an
issue,
but
we
don't
really
know
feel
confident
enough
to
think
that
we've
corrected
the
issue.
M
Debt-
and
it
was
only
one
day
for
about
five
hours,
so
I
mean
I
I,
don't
want
to
say
that
it
gets
blown
out
of
proportion,
but
it
gets
blown
out
of
way
out
of
proportion
from
my
perspective.
So
what
happens?
You
know
from
my
perspective,
I'm
in
the
building,
so
you
know
we
start
out
today,
and
there
was
you
know:
the
temperatures
were
up
a
little
bit.
I
spoke
to
Chris
pretty
early
and
Chris
told
me
that,
apparently,
that
I'm
just
going
to
give
you
the
and
what
happens.
M
It
turned
it
back
on
the
temperatures
you
know
without
getting
into
all
the
technical,
which
is
the
temperatures
were
where
they
were
supposed
to
be
at
some
point
in
time
it
went
off
again
and
they're
in
that
we
could
talk
about
the
the
computers
get
these
you
get
these
warnings
and
notices
they
weren't
coming
through
correctly,
and
so
that's
what
happens.
The
warnings
were
not
coming.
No
if
they
had
gotten.
E
G
M
Get
in
there
I'm
calling
Chris
to
say
what's
going
on,
Chris
said
the
the
HVAC
HVAC
coaxial
is
in
there.
He
strung
them
back
on,
and
it's
going
to
take
a
bit
of
time
to
you
know
to
warm
up.
You
know
the
size
of
the
adult.
So
that's
what
happens
so
at
that
point
in
time
is
because
they
go
through
talk
to
everybody.
I
walked
every
floor
and
we
have
other
people
that
will
walk
every
floor
and
we
talk
to
everybody.
How
is
it
in
here?
M
M
As
soon
as
the
temperature
start
to
go
down,
everybody's
fine
I
mean,
but
here's
the
issue
and
I
explained
this.
You
know
Mr
Parker
was
actually
AIDS
in
the
building,
I
mean
there
are
people
in
there.
I
got
to
be
very
honest
with
you
and
it
was
like
80
degrees.
I
said
you
know,
our
the
Po's
requirements
are
68
with
the
ashtray.
Requirements
are
68
to
79.
M
and
it
was
80
degrees,
so
I
I
said
to
our
staff,
did
ask
the
lady
she
liked
to
you
know
to
be
moved.
She
turned
back
and
she
said
I'm
wearing
a
sweater
because
I
like
it
just
the
way
it
is
so
she
stayed
there.
She
wouldn't
move
and
I
can't
force
her
to
move
and
there
were
other
people
in
the
same
way.
They
say
when
you,
when
your
system
is
fully
functioning,
it's
too
cold
for
us.
M
Okay,
so
I'm
saying
to
you,
you
get
the
Yang
and
the
Yang
in
there,
but
but
Chris
was
on
it
from
the
very
beginning,
and
so
it
was
ongoing
conversation
that
the
machines
were
working.
Yes,
it
worked,
and,
and
from
that
day
forward
we
haven't
had
a
problem.
So
it's
what
Monday
last
week
since
that
time
we
haven't
had
a
problem.
I
write,
the
unions,
the
members
of
the
state
representing
the
local
I,
write
them
every
day
and
just
tell
them.
This
is
what
we
had
today.
E
N
Get
it
you're
in
the
building
we
get
the
complaints,
Park
and
I
spoke.
We
used
to
this
is
not
the
first
time.
It's
happened
with
this
new
system
right,
we're
hoping
that
this
is
it
yeah
anybody
know.
Last
week's
Heat
Wave
was
nobody's
joke
and
one
of
the
other
questions
is
always
coming
back.
If
you
want
to
go
home,
you
have
to
use
your
own
job.
That's
always
been
a
problem
from
the
administration
side
to
the
employees
right.
N
N
At
the
end
of
the
day,
no
employee
should
have
to
use
time
because
we
have
a
problem
with
a
piece
of
our
equipment,
especially
when
we
just
installed
a
brand
new
system.
So
I
would
hope
going
forward
the
administration
to
take
a
better
look
at
that
and
I
get
it
you're
going
to
get
some
employees
that
are
going
to
complain.
It's
too
hot,
it's
too
cold.
It's
too
warm
I
get
it,
but
nobody
should
be
forced
to
have
to
use
their
time
after
certainly
out.
Five
hours
is
a
long
time
anyway.
Well.
M
M
68
to
79,
that's
the
standard
I
mean,
and
even
when
we
have,
our
risk
manager
goes
out
to
the
buildings
and
she
takes.
You
know
we
have
a
rich
Advantage,
goes
out
to
every
single
building
and
checks
their
own
things
from
the
monopolizide
carbon
dioxide,
relative,
humidity
temperatures,
that's
the
standard
68
to
79.
That's
why
we
walk
through
and
see
if
we
can
move
them.
Someplace.
N
I'm
satisfied
with
your
answer:
I'm
just
hoping
going
forward,
yeah
for
all
the
money
we
paid
as
a
broken
record,
but
we
shouldn't
be
having
this
problem
I
get
it.
We
just
should
not
be
having
that
type
of
problem
with
millions
of
dollars.
We
just
put
a
whole
brand
new
year
so
that
I'm
I'm,
sorry
chairman
through.
B
A
B
Appreciate
the
comments
through
you
to
Jerry
I'm,
not
going
to
repeat
everything
because
I
think
Commissioner.
Of
course
he
pretty
much
touched
on
everything
that
we
had
already
spoken
about.
So
the
one
thing
that
I
that
I,
that
I
will
repeat,
is
that
I
I
as
well.
Don't
believe
that
with
a
brand
new
system
and
the
kind
of
money
that
we
paid
and
this
isn't
on
the
employees,
this
isn't
on
us.
This
is
an
internal.
B
This
is
when
the
contractors
have
installed
that
equipment
and
the
ones
who
are
supposed
to
be
maintaining
it,
whether
it's
Johnson,
Controls
or
whomever
you
know
this
is
on
them
because
we
paid
them
and
we
didn't
discount
their
check.
You
know
they
got
their
money.
Life
is
good,
so
it's
up
to
them
to
make
sure
that
the
system's
working
properly
and
if
there's
an
ongoing
problem
and
I,
don't
know
it
sounds
like
it
may
be,
with
the
sending
unit
or
something
with
computer
talking
to
another
computer.
B
That's
not
our
expertise,
that's
not
our
problem,
that's
their
problem,
you
know,
and
they
they
should
figure
out
what
the
problem
is,
because
it's
it
something's.
Shutting
the
system
off
it
sounds
like,
and
then
it's
not
even
when
you
turn
it
back
on
it's
not
speaking
properly
to
the
thermostats.
It
sounds
like
I,
don't
want
to
get
technical,
but
at
any
rate
we
know
it's
68
to
79
degrees.
And
so
your
point,
commissioner
I,
don't
I
agree
with
you.
B
I,
don't
think
we
should
and
I
don't
know,
and
we
spoke
about
this
I,
don't
know
if
we
can
or
not,
but
I,
don't
think
we
should
be
asking
people
to
take
their
to
use
their
own
time
to
take
time
off.
If
it's
a
piece
of
equipment
that's
broken
or
not
already,
we
can't
provide
you
know
a
work
environment.
That's
within
that
68
to
79
I,
think
you
know
asking
them
to
use
their
time
to
go
home.
Doesn't
sound
right
to
me.
You
know
it
just
doesn't
so
maybe
we
can
take
a
look
at
that.
B
The
other
issue
that,
when
speaking
to
the
folks
when
I
was
walking
around
with
moving,
was
that
their
computers
were
inside
their
Cubbies
and
their
work
was
inside
their
Cubbies,
so
for
them
to
move
to
another
cubby
that
say,
wasn't
being
used
because
you
and
I
talked
about
that.
I
thought.
That
was
a
good
idea
too,
because
we
walked
the
building
there'd,
be
one
cubby,
that's
hot!
B
You
know
one
section
of
it
would
be
hot
and
then
there's
another
section,
there's
no
one
sitting
in
there
and
it's
completely
cool
it's
within
the
temperature
and
no
one's
sitting
there
so
I
understand
it.
Asking
them
to
move
would
make
sense
one
of
the
problems
that
they
said
when
I
brought
that
up
was
that
they
would
have
to
move
their
computer.
They'd
have
to
move
there's
a
lot
more
than
just
getting
up
and
moving
their
themselves.
B
So
I
don't
know
what
the
answer
is:
I'm,
confident
that
you
guys
are
going
to
figure
something
out
logistically
to
figure
out
when
this
happens,
because
I'm
going
to
tell
you
I,
don't
think
this
is
the
last
time
it's
going
to
happen
because,
as
you
can
hear,
with
Chris
Chris
and
Jerry,
both
saying
they
still
have
not
figured
it
out
so
the
next
time
that
System
picks
off.
What
are
we
going
to
do
so
that
all
of
us
aren't
getting
phone
calls
eight
o'clock
in
the
morning
to
rush
over
to
the
cob
building?
B
That's
that's,
maybe
not
even
being
used,
but
I
do
want
to
thank
the
administration,
because
everything
that
you
said
is
true.
When
I
got
to
the
building
commission
of
Coursey,
they
had
Johnson
Controls
or
whoever
was
downstairs.
They
had
the.
It
was
to
the
point
where
you
know,
as
I
was
walking
through,
you
could
even
see
the
HVAC
guys
walking
on
the
roof
working
on
it,
so
they
were
working.
You
know
if
they
were
immediately
up
there,
trying
to
figure
out
what
the
problem
was
and.
B
D
A
P
D
C
D
F
D
A
D
D
A
M
M
Want
to
go
through
this
particular
bandwidth.
G
This
is
this
is
a
grant
with
the
Atlanta
Cape
Community
College
for
the
program
year
2023.
It
will
provide
services
to
the
workforce,
New
Jersey
population,
that's
the
tanfga
and
food
stamp
population
and
most
of
what
they
probably
try
to
do.
Is
they
deal
with
remediation
for
that
population?
That
is
scoring.
G
They
will
provide
education
for
people
who
score
below
a
sixth
grade
level,
because
the
Learning
Link
that
we
offer
has
from
6th
to
12th
grade
levels.
It
does
not
go
below
that,
so
they
spend
a
lot
of
time
working
pretty
intensely
with
the
populations
that
come
there
to
help
them
move
from
below
that
sixth
grade
level
into
the
Learning
Link
level
and
either
moving
into
the
opportunity
to
obtain
occupational
Training
or
to
pursue
their
high
school
equivalency
diploma.
So
that's
a
primary
function
that
that
contract
is
being
used
for.
B
G
The
the
occupational
Training
contracts
that
we
have
started
a
sixth
grade
level
for
CDL
and
they
moved
to
12th
grade
levels
for
surgical
tech
for
licensed
practical
nurse
for
some
of
those
other
categories.
B
G
B
G
E
M
But
I'll
give
you
the
the
Reader's
Digest
for
ocean,
so
there's
a
pipe
that
comes
out
of
patriot
Lake
years
ago.
Somebody
made
a
decision
to
put
this
this,
whatever
they
called
it
at
the
time.
Detention,
Pond
retention,
Pond
and
they
didn't
made
it
away
instead.
So
it's
it's
my
understanding,
it's
Clay
line
and
there's
a
pipe
that
comes
directly
out.
So,
as
you
see
this,
this
isn't
the
library
the
pipe
comes
directly
out
by
it.
It
comes
out.
The
Jimmy
lead,
Road
cuts
across
goes
over
over
to
6th
Street,
the
the
pipe
itself.
M
Nobody
knows
and
all
that
Chris
they'll
go
through
that
with
you.
Nobody
knows
what's
going
on,
but
the
water
there's
some
something
the
water
is
not
going
through
the
pipe
it
is
leaking
out
and
it's
undermining
or
you
know
the
dirt
underneath.
And
so
what
happens?
Is
you
get
the
shingle
and
it
continues
to
get
worse
and
worse
so
I
like
Chris,
go
through
when
he's
done.
We,
you
have
a
question.
M
E
M
M
E
H
G
M
We
don't
want
it
going
down
to
Sixth
Street
unless
we
can
prove
the
calculation.
So
if
somebody's
got
to
redo
these
calculations,
what
it
what
it
can
hold
so
so
the
long-range
goal
was
at
the
meeting
today
was
if,
if,
in
fact,
Rich
has
a
contract
that
you're
voting
on,
if
they,
if
the
contractor
command
can
balloon
the
pipe
Where
We
Are.
That
would
allow
the
township
then
to
help
drain
the
lake.
M
When
we
do
this
as
a
situate,
Venture
help
drain
the
lake
and
then
they
would
start
scoping
all
of
the
pipes
that
are
in
there
to
determine
if
any
of
them
have
to
be
slip,
lined
and
then
they
have
a
more
they
believe
they
have
a
long-range
plan,
okay
to
divert
the
water
out
of
the
Patriot
Lake
into
some
other
Basin.
So
we
have
to
see
those
plans
that
that's
been
the
discussion.
M
So
the
long-range
plan
is
one
to
fix
this
today,
you're
losing
this
contract
today
and
then
the
long-range
plan
is
how
to
get
the
water
out
of
Patriot
Way
without
always
flooding
everybody
down
off
of
Sixth
Street
and
to
Conor
Avenue
gym
exactly
that's!
That's
the
long-range
plan.
The
CME
report
didn't
didn't
get
that
far
apart.
M
Well,
it's
great
okay!
You
hear
that
question.
When
will
we
know
whether
or
not
command
can
you
know
balloon
the
pipe
and
start
to
work.
O
Well,
we
like
to
see
him
start
as
early
as
next
week,
so
once
the
once,
we
can
balloon
the
underground
pipe
and
then
it'll
allow
us
to
per
to
drain
from
the
the
closest
Inlet
we're
going
to
try
and
drain
the
pipe
out
once
that
happens,
then
we're
going
to
run
a
camera
down
the
part
back
out
towards
Patriot
Lake,
so
that'll
from
that
videoing
of
that
pipe.
That's
going
to
tell
us
the
extent
of
the
damage
whether
or
not
it's
a
slip
line
or
whether
we
actually
have
a
collapsed
pipe.
O
We
don't
know
until
we
get
that
camera
down
that
line,
then
once
we
make
that
determination,
then
we'll
make
the
repairs
that's
needed
at
the
library,
but
the
meeting
today
we
also
discussed
since
we
have
the
balloon
in
the
line.
Why
not
take
advantage
of
it
and
check
all
the
other
lines
throughout?
Not
only
the
library,
the
rest
of
the
library
but
throughout
the
rest
of
the
complex.
M
O
A
O
No,
it's
not
it's.
Actually.
No,
it's
not.
We
we
on
the
drawing
on
the
drawing
it's
saying
it's,
it's
schedule,
40.
A
O
A
Back
with
Katrina
a
second
butcher
days,
a
discussion
in
public
comment:
hearing,
none,
please
call
the
roll
Alex.
D
A
D
A
A
D
D
A
B
B
One
was
for
an
overflow
issue
and
Broadway
pump
stations,
which
was
resolved,
equipment
was
ordered
and
it
was
resolved.
The
second
was
main
leak
in
Galloway
Township.
The
league
was
located
about
15
feet,
Downstream
of
an
air
relief
which
allows
air,
typically
to
Stronger
concentrations
of
hydrogen
sulfide
I'm
not
going
to
get
into
a
technical
piece.
If
anybody
wants
more
of
this
I'll
send
it
to
you,
and
also
the
NJ
dep
there
were.
B
A
K
Yeah
thanks
Mr
chair
actually
through
you
to
Jerry
I,
had
a
question
with
regard
to
that
repair
work.
That's
going
on
at
the
Pleasant
Mills
Dam
chair
and
the
question.
The
question
was:
is
that
going
to
impact
the
the
lake
level
or
the
draining
of
the
lake
and
the
late
I?
Don't
want
to
butcher
the
name
of
the
lake,
but
it
starts
with
an
n.
M
My
understanding
is,
though,
the
roadway
will.
You
know
we'll
have
some
some
delays
for
a
week,
and
it
was
my
understanding
from
the
storm.
There
was
some
problem
with
the
the
boards
that
you
know
created
the
height
of
the
of
the
water
in
the
in
the
way
lost
the
code
and
instead
of
you
know
letting
it
alone
and
telling
us
the
homeowners
decided
to
put
in
break
break
it
or
wood.
So
you
know
it.
They
swelled
now
they're
stuck
in
here,
so
our
guys
will
have
to
go
and
get
a
contractor.
M
Today
they
were
telling
me
we
may
have
to
do
a
call
for
damage
which
will
increase
the
time
period,
that
you
know
that
the
work
would
get
done.
Hopefully,
hopefully
that
won't
happen,
but
but
I
think
that
that
will
will
occur.
My
understanding
they
use
teeth
normally
in
these
again
on
my
that's,
not
my
area
but
I've
been
told
they
use
teak
would
for
the
you
know,
for
those
dance
anyway.
That's
what
happened.
M
Q
Question
Martina
yeah,
just
one
quick
question:
Jerry:
are
we
going
to
do
anything
at
this
point
in
time
with
the
steel
that's
down
at
the
bottom
of
those
underneath
those
boards
I
remember
a
few
years
ago,
another
entrepreneur
out
there
put
a
piece
of
Steel
plating
in
front
of
that
that
Dam,
instead
of
using
wood
and
I,
don't
know
if
we're
talking
about
replacing
the
top
couple
of
top
boards.
Q
By
the
end
of
August,
or
something
and
they're
going
to
review
it
again
and
come
back
to
us,
that's
on
our
full
bone
plan
that
we
put
money
aside
six
years.
Q
We're
making
concerned
about
they're
lucky
they
get
concerned
about
the
level
going
down,
but
if
you're
full
with
that
volume
of
water
going
over
to
Dan
and
you're
sitting
down
there
trying
to
put
in
material,
you
better
watch
what
you're
doing,
because
you
could
easily
go
over
the
wall,
go
down
the
side
you
get
pinned
against
it.
You're!
Not
if
you
don't
know
what
you're
doing
with
it's
a
very
dangerous
stuff
through
you,
Mr.
B
Chairs,
starting
with
the
roads
and
bridges
committee
to
Jerry
I
know
we
had
another
conversation:
I
got
a
phone
call
about
Ocean,
Heights,
Adams
and
the
road
work
we
were
doing
out
there
and
I
know
that
you
told
me
the
contractors
shut
down
both
lanes
and
it
was
only
supposed
to
be
one
lane
to
explain
just
in
something
moving
forward.
If
we
could
consider
I
know
it
costs
a
little
bit
more
to
do
night
work
to
put
in
a
bid
to
do
road
work
at
night.
B
But
if
we're
going
to
do
road
work
on
any
of
our
major
arteries
that
are
coming
into
the
shore
areas
during
the
summer
time,
we
may
want
to
consider
possibly
doing
that
at
night.
I,
don't
know.
M
M
C
You
quite
often
did
sure
yes
Jerry
question
regarding
the
the
mosquito
spraying
in
Galilee
before
we
call
it.
This
been
canceled
three
times
now.
I've
had
multiple
people
every
day.
Ask
me,
is
it
on?
Is
it
canceled
I
know,
there's
an
877
number
and
I
honestly
didn't
get
a
chance
to
call
it
until
this
afternoon.
How
often
is
that
updated
I
mean
if
at
6
15
on
Wednesday,
where
it's
rescheduled
for
now
tomorrow
will
they
be
able
to
know
if
it's
on
or
if
it's
canceled
again,
if
they
call
that
877
number.
M
C
So
I
can
give
out
that
number
six
o'clock
tomorrow
when
they
started.
Calling
me
is
it.
Is
it
on
I,
hear
I,
hear
something:
okay,
they're
supposed
to
spray
across
your
nine
in
Galloway,
in
a
Port
Republic.
I
N
H
N
B
The
sidewalk,
it's
not
fire,
Mill!
What's
the
road
it's
going
into
on
the
way
here
from
America
every
time,
Zion
Road.
P
P
E
P
June
5th
I
went
to
Cooper
Hospital
and
had
an
open
heart
surgery.
Three
major
issues:
three
major
and
I'm
laying
in
the
bed.
E
P
Wondering
what
can
I
do
I
can't
do
nothing
but
pray
and
as
a
born-again,
Believer
I
know
that
to
lose.
My
life
is
the
game
because
once
I
open
my
eyes,
I'm
right
in
front
of
God,
but
understanding
that
God
makes
that
decision
for
me
to
leave
and
he
decided
for
me
to
stay
I
have
a
different
view
about
life
right
now.
Everybody
in
this
room
is
living
because
the
blood
is
going
through
your
veins
yeah.
The
heart
is
pumping
it,
but
you
know
they
got
artificial.
Parts
there
for
six
hours.
My
heart
stopped.
P
P
I'm
back
I
want
to
tell
you.
Life
is
good,
but
now
I'm
back
because
I
wanna
I
wanna
get
more
involved
in
my
community
in
Pleasantville,
I
switched
parties
just
to
let
you
know,
I'm,
not
a
Democrat,
IC,
Republic
and
I
know.
What's
going
on
with
with
the
presidency
and
all
that
stuff,
but
I'm
looking
at
Atlantic
County
and
what
I
see
today
on
all
those
ordinance
and
all
those
things
everything
passed.
P
Everything
passed,
and
maybe
three
Council
Commissioners
responded
for
maybe
four,
but
it
still
passed.
P
That
means
something
good
is
happening
in
Atlanta
County,
okay
and
I'm,
going
to
be
at
you
next
week,
I'm
going
to
be
at
every
meeting
I'm
going
to
wake
up
Pleasantville
with
this
Republican
Party,
because
it's
time
to
to
really
I
got
my
text
tax
yeah
and
it
breaks
it
down
that
accounting,
Pleasantville,
local
or
school.
P
P
Okay
and
I
hear
your
responses
to
some
of
these.
Some
of
these
was
that
in
my
three
minutes,
I
hear
the
responses.
Listen
I
tell
you
being
on
the
board
of
education
in
Pleasantville.
It's
the
same
as
here
got
resolutions.
We
got
all
this
to
go
on.
Okay
and
I
am
happy
to
see
how
this
Atlantic
County
for
Commissioners.
B
I,
just
I'd
like
to
just
say,
I
agree
with
what
he's
saying
and
people
ask
me
wrong
with
Mr
Page
just
want
to
respond
just
quickly
briefly,
I
agree
with
what
you're
saying
and
people
ask
me
all
the
time
how's
it
working
on
the
commission
board
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
point
out.
First
thing
to
point
out
is
just
what
you
said:
90
plus
percent
I,
don't
know.
High
90
of
the
resolutions
that
we
vote
on
are
unanimous.
B
We
hash
things
out
in
in
committee.
We
get
the
information
we're
supposed
to
get.
We
have
our
you
know,
tough
conversations
or
debates,
and
things
and
Jerry
knows
I.
We
can
call
Jerry
up,
we
call
them
do
our
homework
and
then,
when
we
arrive
here,
we
sort
of
have
an
idea
of
how
we're
moving
forward
and,
what's
at
hand
a
lot
of
the
questions
just
so
you
know
that
we'll
ask
on
our
meeting
is
not
even
really
for
us
it's
for
the
people
that
are
listening.
We
want
to
inform
the
people
at
home.
B
Why
we're
making
this
decision
right
and
how
we
arrived
at
the
decision.
So
we
engage
in
a
conversation
so
that
you
know
anyone.
That's
not
engaged
in
front
of
this.
Information
like
we
are
don't
have
a
better
understanding,
because
a
lot
of
times
we'll
vote
on
something
and
we'll
get
out
and
they'll
say
why'd.
You
vote
on
that.
I
can't
believe
you
voted
on
that.
It's
like
wait
a
minute.
If
you
knew
what
I
knew
you
would
have
voted
on
it
too.
That's
right!
You
know
what
I
mean.
B
So
it's
we
try
to
ask
those
questions
so
that
more
information
is
out
there.
So
I
just
wanted
to
say:
I
agree
with
you,
I
I
think
it's
pretty
phenomenal.
How
we
you
know
once
we
stand
up
here.
If
we
sit
up
here,
it's
not
about
you
know
what
party
you're
part
of
or
what
race
or
religion
or
any
of
those
things
about.
What's
in
the
best
interest
of
Atlantic,
County
and
I'm,
proud
to
be
a
part
of
it
and
I
think
because
of
this
separate
of
Democrat
and
Republican.
P
I
think
that's
a
good
it's
a
good,
because
you
got
questions,
you
got
questions
and-
and
it's
not
the
same
party
see
where
I'm
going
with
Pleasant
and
that's
good,
because
you're
here,
because
you're
elected
to
do
something
for
us
who
voted
for
you
you'll
cut
and
make
this
this.
This
County
grade
questions,
though
the
sinkhole
sure
stuff
is,
is
good
that
that
you're,
really
on
top
of
that
stuff.
Well,.
H
Sure
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
this
was
an
easy
agenda:
roads,
Bridges
sinkholes,
who
could
disagree
on
those
things?
Okay,
it's
when
other
things
come
in,
come
into
play,
different
values,
different
points
of
view,
different
perceptions
of
situations,
that's
when
it
gets
energetic;
okay.
Okay.
So
if
you
come
to
every
meeting
from
now
on,
I'll.
N
Mr,
yes,
so
let
me
I'm
going
to
do
all
of
mines
in
one
segment,
so
you're
going
to
have
to
bear
with
me
so
I'm
going
to
talk
about
a
couple
of
issues.
Okay,
first
of
all,
I'm
glad
Jerome
page
to
come
to
a
meeting
I'm
not
really
give
a
red
self.
He
switched
to
be
a
republican
Democrat
doesn't
make
a
difference
to
me
at
all.
But
we,
as
elected,
officially,
have
a
responsibility
to.
E
N
What's
right
for
the
residents
of
Atlanta
County
and
that's
what
we
get
elected
for,
that's
what
we
get
paid
to
do.
We
can
agree
to
disagree,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
we
have
a
business
to
take
care.
That's
going
to
benefit
stuff
in
Atlantic
County,
whether
it's
for
the
college,
whether
it's
for
Road
Improvement,
whether
it's
for
various
things.
So
when
you
sit
here
and
say
how
we
voted
on
just
about
everything,
that's
doing
the
people's
business,
that's
that's
what
we're
here!
N
For,
unfortunately,
you
probably
cannot
relate,
because
when
you
17
years
on
the
school
board,
the
chaos
y'all
had
is
the
Board
of
Education,
the
city
of
Pleasantville.
You
wish
to
meet
your
friend
this
easy,
it
didn't,
and
so
I
don't
know
where
you
were
going
with
that
conversation.
I
really
don't
care,
but
this
shows
you
how
government
does
work.
We
can
agree
to
disagree.
N
We
don't
have
to
sit
there
and
attack
each
other
and
call
each
other
names,
but
we
we
we
get
into
the
business
of
the
people
and
when
we
took
that
oath,
that's
what
we
we
said.
We
were
going
to
do
this
issue.
Sometime
I,
don't
necessarily
have
to
like,
but
if
it's
in
the
best
interest
of
the
residents
of
Atlanta
County,
that's
what
my
job
is
to
do,
though
I
represent
a
district.
N
The
voters
sentence
here
to
do
their
job
to
do
their
business
and
to
make
sure
that
we're
responsible
and
to
make
sure
that
Cali
government
is
running
as
efficiently
as
possible,
and
so
they'll
tell
you
I'm,
probably
the
loudest
mouth
up
here
for
the
most
part.
But
when
it's
the
right
thing
to
do,
it's
easy.
It's
easy
to
do
the
right
thing
and
they'll
tell
you.
N
My
biggest
pet
pee
has
always
been
changing
with
us
and
I'm,
normally
voting
against
change
orders,
because
I
believe
the
the
one
that
goes
in
with
the
lowest
responsibility
gets
the
contract
and
before
you
know
it,
they
boost
it
up
and
they
become
the
highest
bidder.
That's
our
question
that
sometimes
it's
justifiable
sometimes
and
my
opinion
is
not,
but
that's
what
I'm
here
to
do
and
I'll
ask
those
questions
and
again
it
Karen
and
I.
When
you
look
at
this
board,
you
talk
about
Republican.
N
Now
we
outnumbered,
but
we
do
the
right
thing,
because
it's
the
right
thing
to
do
and
we're
here
for
on
behalf
of
the
Rhythm,
because
my
constituents
are
Republicans
Democrats
Independents,
they
black,
they
white,
they
change
you
name
it
yeah
I
have
a
responsibility
to
do
that,
and
so
you
know
I,
don't
know
where
you
were
going
with
that
because
you
called
my
name
out
so
I
figured
I'm
going
to
respond
back
to
it.
But
congratulations.
If
you
choose
to
be
a
republican,
that's
that's
you
I
mean
it
is
what
it
is.
N
So
let
me
go
to
the
next
issue.
Is
that
comment
I
want
to
thank
my
colleagues,
those
of
you
who
reached
out
to
me
in
the
pastor
of
my
mother.
Thank
you
so
much
for
the
fruit
basket.
Thanks
for
the
calls,
the
flowers
Etc.
That
meant
a
lot
and
I
appreciate
you
for
doing
that.
You
didn't
have
to
you:
did
those
of
you
showed
up
Etc
and
then
the
third
thing
is:
is
that
want
to
talk
about
lieutenant
governor
Sheila
for
a
minute
champion?
N
First
African-American
woman
to
be
the
Senate
speaker
assembly,
speaker
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey?
First
African-American
female
lieutenant
governor
Sheila
Oliver
has
been
a
fighter
not
only
for
New
Jersey,
but
I
can
personally
speak
for
Atlantic
City
since
the
state
take
over.
She
has
been
an
advocate
on
behalf
of
senior
citizens,
youth
services
and
she
has
allowed
us,
under
her
leadership
at
DCA,
to
re-implement
her
a
program
for
senior
citizens
for
Youth
Services
anti-violence
to
bring
back
our
health
department
Etc.
N
It's
a
big
loss
for
the
state
of
New
Jersey
and-
and
it's
not
only
here
but
I,
think
she
was
nominated
as
one
of
the
African-American
Lieutenant
governors
in
the
country.
I.
Think
it's
like
five
or
six
there
about,
but
her
work
impeccable,
a
former
Freeholder.
N
She
she
again
she
served
in
the
assembly
and
became
the
assembly
speaker
and
then
the
lieutenant
governor,
so
Atlanta
County,
Atlantic,
New
Jersey,
has
lost
a
real
Trailblazer.
She
we'll
go
down
in
the
history,
not
only
just
fighting
for
African-American
women,
but
but
set
the
tone
and
and
led
the
charge
to
show
other
young
women
that
they
could
achieve
things
in
life.
N
N
Some
sickness
for
a
while
has
been
very
low-key,
but
just
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
is
that
her
Legacy
in
this
state
will
live
on
even
beyond
the
grave,
and
her
work
certainly
will
speak
for
itself,
but
we've
lost
a
fighter
and
I
believe
she
fought
to
the
very
end,
and
it's
going
to
be
some
tough
shoes
to
fill,
but
I'm
sure
that
the
governor
will
make
a
decision
real
soon
or
who
that
successor
will
be.
N
There
will
be
no
special
election
for
the
lieutenant
governor,
so
I
am
told
it
will
be
a
female
and
that
they
will
move
quickly
and
move
forward,
but
in
the
even
in
the
midst
of
all
of
that,
we
continue
to
pray
for
our
staff
at
DCA
and
they've
been
in
the
office,
the
lieutenant
governor.
But
as
you
did
earlier,
we
had
a
moment
of
silence,
but
this
is
not
the
end
of
Sheila.
Oliver
is
more
alive
now
than
ever,
but
it.
N
As
one
preacher
told
us
a
long
time
ago,
is
not
necessary
that
you
write
your
name
on
every
neon
sign
throughout
town,
but
you
write
your
name
in
the
hearts
of
men
and
women,
and
then
you
live
on
even
beyond
the
grave.
So
I
wanted
to
put
that
on
the
record
and
May
a
soul
find
rest
beyond
that.
River
anything
else.
I
Yeah
chairman
something
just
came
to
mind
when,
when
term
page
was
speaking,
and
also
commissioner
Gatto
reference
to
microphones
and
being
able
to
hear
yes,
it
was
brought
up
in
yes,
it
was
before
and
I
just
don't
want
it
to
be
glassed
over
nope
and
I.
Don't
want
another
big
meeting
in
here
where
this
room
is
packed
and
nobody
could
hear
for
us
to
say
we
should
do
something
about
that.
I
We
should
seriously
look
into
getting
a
microphone
system
in
here
that
amplifies
I
mean
we
can
we
can
project
our
voices,
but
not
so
much
when
there's
50
and
60
people
in
a
room
that
holds
20.
D
Tara,
you
have
something
on
that
topic.
Yes,
the
speakers
have
been
installed
in
both
the
back
hallway
and
the
front
hallway
and
we're
working
on
getting
mics
for
the
whole.
H
C
The
Atlanta
County
4-H
fair,
is
coming
up,
August
11th
as
well,
and
for
the
first
time
in
four
years,
The
Landing,
County,
firefighters,
Association.
We
have
their
competition,
okay
against
the
different
fire
departments
that
will
be
Saturday,
August
12th
at
2
pm.
So
I
thought
it'd
be
kind
of
neat
to
to
highlight
that
they're
going
to
bring
back
the
County
Firefighter
competition,
Fringe
Fair
great.
B
Everybody
have
fun
and
be
safe
at
National,
Night,
Out
tonight
yeah
and
the
Atlantic
County
4-H
and
the
programs
they
run
there.
It's.
A
Just
amazing:
it's
it's
one
of
the
best
kept
secrets,
I
think
in
South
Jersey,
because
they
run.
G
A
Many
different
programs
for
the
kids
and
we
support
it
and
certainly
will
be
there
again.
I
go
every
year
we
presented,
you
know
Awards
to
the
the
young
manner
Young
and
the
young
lady
ambassadors,
4-H
ambassadors
every
year.
We
do
that
and
we're
very,
very
proud
of
that
organization.
What
they
did
just.
E
A
Closing
I
just
like
to
say
that
the
prime
directive,
so
to
speak,
of
County
Government,
is
to
provide
services.
That's
what
we
do.
We
provide
services.
We
provide
services
to
the
cities,
those
services
that
the
cities
cannot
do
on
their
own.
J
A
J
You
know
I
had
to
say
everyone.
You
know
I
like
to
bring
two.
You
know
the
public.
The
awareness
months
that
we
have
I
think
is
a
they're
very
important
reminders
to
people
so
I
like
to
bring
those
up.
August
is
National
immunization
awareness
month,
which
provides
us
with
a
friend
a
reminder
of
the
importance
of
immunizations
of
routine
vaccines
for
people
of
all
ages.
It's
also
National
Wellness
month,
which
highlights
the
importance
of
self-care,
managing
stress
and
promoting
healthy
routines.
N
As
Parker
commissioner
Parker
said,
chairman
National
Night
Out
in
Atlantic
City
will
be
Sovereign
Avenue
in
the
bank.
If
anybody's
in
Atlantic
City
I
know
every
Community
is
having
to
work.
I
guess
most
of
us
ability.
A
All
right
then
entertain
a
motion
for
a
German,
exactly
all
in
favor,
say
aye
aye
aye.
