The
following
manner
was
published:
the

mailed

the
current

news,
and
it
is
published
it
on
bulletin
boards.
The

here
at

and
the
county

in
Mays

will
all
remain
seated
for
an
opening
prayer,
our
Heavenly

We
thank
thee
for
the
beauty
of
this
summer

that
can
only
be
given
by
their
loving

be

make
us
ever
mindful
my

E
Thank
you
good
evening.
I'm
reporting,
Alison
confirmed
individuals
overnight
since
our
first
case
that
occurred
on
March
17.
Unfortunately,
kovin
19
has
claimed
the
lives
of
211
County
residents.
However,
over
1,600
individuals
have
been
cleared
as
recovered
from
Kovac
19,
which
is
over
half
of
the
cases.
We've
had
22
drive-through
testing
days,
where
over
2,000
tests
have
been
administered
since
its
opening.
Currently
we
are
seeing
a
23%
positivity
rate,
which
that
rate
continues
to
decline.
We
initially
saw
it
at
30%
announced
at
23,
so
we're
seeing
less
and
less
infection.
E
Cbs
and
Brigantine
in
Pleasantville
continues
to
test,
as
well
as
Atlanta
care
and
southern
Jersey
family
medical
centers
in
Pleasantville
and
Hamilton
Atlantic
City
also
continues
to
test
and
strive
through
and
walk
up
sites.
Migrant
farm
workers
began
to
be
tested
on
May
29th
and
that
work
continues.
When
we
received
positive
results,
we
reach
out
to
farm
owners
and
discuss
infection
control
at
the
farm.
E
The
importance
of
separating
out
those
positive
from
negative
workers
and
emphasize
with
them
the
importance
of
having
an
open
line
of
communication
with
southern
Jersey
Family
Medical
Center,
which
is
the
healthcare
provider
for
the
workers
if
they
become
ill,
the
farm
owners
have
been
very
cooperative
throughout
this
process.
Over
2,000
workers
have
been
tested
so
far.
Nursing
homes
with
outbreaks
are
contacted
at
least
two
to
three
times
a
week.
To
ensure
infection,
control
measures
continue
to
be
applied,
and
we
also
offer
to
answer
any
questions
that
they
may
have.
E
E
This
past
week,
my
staff
that
conduct
case
interviewing
and
contact
tracing
were
all
trained
on
the
serf
software
purchased
by
the
state
called
Conn
care.
Each
staff
member
receives
six
hours
of
virtual
training
and
we
went
live
with
the
system
on
June
30th.
This
software
will
allow
contact
tracing
case,
interviewing
workforce
hired
by
the
state
to
work
remotely
and
handling
the
cases
and,
following
up
on
contacts
to
ensure
the
disease
is
contained,
we
hope
to
begin
to
see
the
first
of
this
workforce
to
arrive
is
coming
Thursday.
E
A
I
A
A
A
J
Thank
you,
Thank
You,
mr.
chairman,
and
you
can
you
hear
me
yes,
laughing
clear,
very
good,
I
appreciate
it
chairman
and
I
appreciate
your
support
and
the
support
of
the
chosen
field.
Woman,
hi
Sonya.
It's
good
to
see
you.
After
all
this,
while
we
have
I
believe
two
scholarship
presentations
today,
one
from
New,
Jersey
manufacturers
and
Shi,
corporation
and
and
Jachin
is
very
grateful
to
both
organizations.
J
I
will
tell
you,
since
2011
the
enttec
foundation
is
giving
away
over
a
quarter
of
a
million
dollars
to
count
evoke
a
technical
term
graduates
who
are
continuing
their
education
right
here
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
So
we're
very
proud
of
that.
We
give
a
hundred
percent
of
the
grand
money
as
if
we
get
in.
In
addition
to
our
students,
you
can
do
yes,
H
foundation.
First,
mr.
chairman,
if
that's
okay,
I
could.
J
A
L
Thank
You
chairman
for
weekend
and
mr.
Donati
for
their
support
for
students
over
the
years
and
this
year
we
have
two
outstanding
scholarship
recipients,
yeah,
but,
as
mr.
honey
said,
is
going
to
get
at
Jack
New
Jersey
manufacturers
scholarship
out
of
$1,750,
and
he
is
attending
dr.
diversity
in
our
Information
Technology
Academy
outstanding
student,
a
little
Halloween
Township,
and
it's
really
a
talented
young
man
like
this
moving
on
an
attending
school
in
New
Jersey.
We
also
have
a
recent
Somerville.
L
B
L
There's
another
outstanding
student
in
information
technology
and
he
actually
worked
part
time
at
our
school.
We
hope
to
continue
to
have
him
work
time
with
us
as
he
attends
Rowan
and
does
all
the
other
things
to
be
a
seducer
in
our
country
and
being
part
of
the
Army
Reserves,
so
two
very
accomplished
and
deserving
young
men
who
are
going
to
make
it
lanta
County
Braille.
A
F
M
M
Yeah,
if
that's
all
right,
thank
you
for
for
choosing
me
I,
really
appreciate
it.
I'm
honored,
actually
I
I,
really
I
wasn't
expecting
it
as
out
of
nowhere
and
I'm
really
grateful,
and
you
guys
are,
you
know,
you've
worked
with
me
even
though
I'm
out
in
the
middle
of
Missouri.
You
guys
helped
me
through
and
get
on.
This
call
and
I
really
appreciate
you
guys
well.
A
Thank
you
very
much
for
making
it
to
the
call,
and
just
so
you
know
you
and
and
give
you
are
the
first
recipients
of
this
award
by
virtual
meeting.
So
you
at
you
are
a
first
we've
been
doing
this
for
about
12
years
that
I
know
of,
and
it's
the
first
time
we're
doing
it
via
the
internet.
So
anyway,
it's
nice
to
hear
your
words
and
then
I
believe
mr.
Colin
Dan's
berry
is
here
from
New
Jersey
manufacturers
you'll
be
presenting
to
media.
Yes,
I.
N
N
N
So
if
your
high
school
has
not
taken
advantage
of
share
the
keys,
get
in
touch
with
me
and
I,
and
we
can
certainly
connect
you
with
our
consumer
safety
area
and
similarly,
we
also
provide
an
intro
to
insurance
presentation
to
high
schools
in
the
region,
so
students
can
begin
to
understand
insurance,
risk
management,
concepts
and
terminology
as
part
of
a
sound
financial
literacy
base.
So
again,
if
you're
not
taking
an
advantage
of
that,
please
let
me
know
so.

chairman,
just
a
quick
note,
just
in
reference
to
the
dam
where
there
was
a
dam
committee
meeting
on
Monday
and
I
thought
it
was
very
productive.
We
got
some
really
good
milestones,
so
looks
like
we'll
be
seeing
some
information
come
our
way
from
the
from
that
Thunder
that
we
use
at
the
end
of
July
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
quick
side
note.

The

was
on

the

that
I
sure
that
Jerry,
you
can
give
a
quick
explanation
of
this.
It'll
solve
all
the
problems.
It's.
R
When
we
use
federal
funding
for
any
project,
the
federal
government
doesn't
know
how
pay
to
play
language
in
any
of
the
contracts.
So
this
is
federal
funding,
and
so
we,
the
original
resolution,
went
through.
We
were,
they
thought
we
were
using
state
funding,
it's
federal
funding,
and
so
we
have
to
remove
pay-to-play
language
Thank.

Don't
think
I'm
you
know
they've
been
home
they're,
you
know
the
state
not
working.
So
that's
what
they
mean.
Email
saying,
look,
we're
we're
we're
we're
working
from
home.
We
like
to
extend
his
contract.
If
we
could,
we
want
back
in
the
office
and
I
gotta
be
very
odd
with
you,
I've
asked
a
question
and
it's
I
guess
not
sure.
When
they're
gonna
go
back
city,
they
asked
me
to
three
extension.
If
they
intend
at
some
point
there,
we
Walsh
it
and
negotiate
the
next.
K

A
P

D
C
B
D
You
chairman,
these
two
bills
would
have
New
Jersey,
join
New,
York
Minnesota
and
several
other
states
in
requiring
big
polluters
to
be
liable
for
the
damage
done
by
the
climate
change
that
is
caused
by
global
warming.
As
of
June
24th,
there
were
17
lawsuits
and
research
shows
that
fossil
fuel
manufacturers.
D
From
flooding
on
a
regular
basis,
particularly
causing
disruption
to
anyone
traveling
to
or
from
it
f
ckin'
island
Atlantic
City
schoolchildren
are
often
at
the
mercy
of
flood
waters
when
trying
to
go
to
school.
Consider
also,
the
Black
Horse
Pike
entrance
to
Atlantic
City,
which
floods
on
a
regular
basis,
probably
monthly,
at
least
these
two,
our
federal
health,
our
two
federal
highways
maintained
by
the
New
Jersey
Department
of
Transportation,
so
the
county's
not
responsible
for
those
repairs.
The
state
doesn't
own.
D
The
road
and
I
did
learn
yesterday
that
there
is
a
plan
in
the
works
to
do
some
repairs
there,
but
still
it's
on
the
taxpayers,
dime
and
I
believe
that
we
should
support
these
bills.
That
would
have
big
corporations
put
their
portion
of
responsibility
for
these
repairs,
art
our
economy
and
our
our
status
of
living
here
in
Atlantic
County
depend
on
it.
The
repairs
and
updates
I
believe
are
necessary
to
improve
daily
life
in
Atlantic
County.
Thank
you.
A
Q
Q
D
D
C
A
P
P
P
We
believe
that
each
county
should
see
$100,000
of
the
$400,000
grant,
with
the
thinking
that
each
county
should
develop
their
own
needs
assessment.
So
we
cautioned
against
rushing
into
committing
this
money
in
any
way,
shape
or
form.
We
want
to
be
able
to
use
these
funds
in
the
best
way
possible
for
Atlantic
County
for
Economic
Development,
so
but
it's
a
great
opportunity
for
us
as
a
district
to
receive
this
grant
of
$400,000.
A
Thank
you
John.
What
originally
you
know
it's
it's
not
seeing
that
often
what
SJ,
dd-does
and
maybe
in
the
future,
if
you
would
John
I'll,
give
us
a
little
bit
of
an
update
on
some
of
the
applications
that
could
be
made
SJ
EDD
for
different
businesses.
You
know
so
that
we
can
get
a
look
at
that,
but
that's
a
great
accomplishment.
U
A
K
A
You
Ernest,
thank
you
very
much.
Hey
I,
see
we're
getting
one
thing.
I've
noticed
about
these
six
o'clock
meetings.
You
know
I
was
a
little
adverse
to
them,
but
we
are
a
little
sillier.
So
maybe
that's
a
positive
I
mean
we're
not
as
somber
maybe
little
punch-drunk
anything
else.
Any
other
committee
reports.
U
A
O
You,
sir,
just
wanted
to
make
mention
I
think
a
couple
of
us
actually
were
received
a
message
regarding
some
herbicide
spraying
on
some
County
roadways.
I
got
a
message
specifically
around
Elwood
Road
and
Jerry.
Just
want
to
say
thanks
to
you
for
looking
into
that,
it
seems
like
they're
a
little
bit
of
an
issue
with.
A
H
A
H
A
K
Let
me
just
again
think
the
Atlantic
County
Sheriff's
Department
Atlantic
County,
Prosecutor's
Office
and
those
in
the
Manning
County
squat,
a
SWAT
team
and
all
the
other
agencies
from
the
Lenox
City,
Police,
Department
and
other
mr.
Valdez,
who
assisted
on
the
4th
of
July
to
a
flop
march
on
Atlantic
City,
which
costs
taxpayers,
thousands
and
thousands
of
dollars,
because
one
person
wanted
to
have
a
bully
pulpit
with
demands
that
was
out
of
control
or
there's
another
battle
controller.
K
K
Represents
from
the
governor's
office,
the
lieutenant
governor's
office,
the
State
Police
in
the
command
post
again
wasting
money.
We
brought
in
over
a
hundred
Atlantic
City
police
officers
on
a
holiday
whether
they
will
offer
reassigned
days
off
to
assist
the
old
adages
is
better
to
have
them
and
not
need
them
and
need
them
and
not
have
them.
But,
as
everyone
saw
mayor,
small
stood
tall
and
turned
the
we
tried
to
get
him
to
the
table
with
some
people
who
had
decision-making
power,
but
he
didn't
want
that.
Anybody
know
Steve.
Young
Steve
is
about
Steve.
K
K
We
wanted
to
sit
down
with
him
to
try
to
figure
out
what
his
demands
or
his
concerns
were
and
a
lot
of
those
issues
he
raised
chairman
and
members
of
the
300
board
or
being
addressed
anyway,
and
some
of
them
are
being
addressed
by
Hard
Rock,
Casino,
Joseph,
Django,
Lee
and
Jim
Allen
and
company
attempted
to
meet
with
him
the
other
day
as
well
to
no
avail.
It
got
to
the
point
where
we
had
to
make
the
decision
and
the
decision
was
if
he
March.
K
If
he
blocks
the
highway,
we're
gonna
lock
him
up
and
that's
exactly
what
happened.
You
can't
continue.
Allow
him
to
hold
the
residents
hostage
as
well
as
folks
who
come
into
town
with
their
families
to
enjoy
businesses
were
trying
to
open
those
who
have
been
out
of
work
for
five
months.
Some
still
haven't
even
received
unemployment.
They
were
glad
to
get
back
to
work.
Those
the
same
people
I
talk
about
all
the
time
they
pour
out
coffee.
K
K
K
K
He
is
forced
to
pay
for
the
overtime,
the
manpower,
etc,
because
it's
unacceptable
to
taxpayers
in
this
city
and
in
this
county,
and
we
have
to
be
put
up
with
this
foolishness
because
he
has
a
hidden
agenda
and
so
with
that
again,
I
just
wanted
to
thank
the
county
administration
and
all
this
work
force
with
the
public
defender,
the
Prosecutor's,
Office
and
others
who
stepped
to
the
plate
to
help
in
this
difficult
time.
It
was
short
left
in
terms
of
there
was
no
looting.
Thank
God
I'm.
Just
imagine
if
you
own
the
store
it.
K
The
walk
and
all
you
got
to
keep
doing
is
boarding
the
way
who's
taking
him
down
more
than
the
windows
taking
them
down,
because
you
have
one
idiot
who
wants
to
have
his
own
pulpit
to
try
to
shake
people
down
for
his
own
personal
agenda
and
so
Jerry
kudos
to
the
county
administration,
for
the
assistance
to
Atlantic
City
on
the
4th
of
July
and
others
who
participated.
Thank
you
so
much.
K
A
You
fielder
now
I'll
add
my
personal
comments
to
their
small
doing
a
fantastic
job.
The
police
department
of
Atlantic,
City,
I,
can't
say
enough
for
I
was
there
and
we
had
to
board
up
and
board
down,
but
I.
Think
if
you,
you
proved
the
point
that
you're
not
gonna.
Let
this
nonsense
go
on.
The
only
thing
I'd
request
is:
if
the
threat
comes
again,
the
mayor
steps
up
the
administration
steps
up
and
says
it:
ain't
gonna,
we
ain't
gonna.
Let
that
happen
it
will
help.
The
tourists
know
that
they
have
confidence
to
come
here
again.
A
K
This
is
my
final
comment.
It
is
amazing,
a
number
of
people
who
have
not
only
called
email
text
etc,
not
just
in
Atlantic
City,
because
the
stand
mayor,
Marty
small,
took
he
stood
up.
He
stood
tall
and
was
not
going
to
allow
this
to
happen,
whether
they
were
businesspeople
in
Atlantic,
City,
kapu
people
who
live
and
neighboring
communities
and
that's
the
type
of
leadership
folks
have
to
understand
that
you
have
and
not
making
a
political
speech.
But
we
know
at
the
end
of
the
day,
no
matter
what
you
said
and
say
we
knew
this.
A
Idiot,
it's
to
embellish
one
point
to
know
that
he
caused
all
that
money
to
the
owners
of
casinos
and
the
wall
and
then
to
think
that
they
would
have
to
go
to
the
Planning
Board
in
front
of
them.
For
approvals
is
unconscionable
so
I'm
glad
to
hear
the
mayor's
taking
an
action
there,
Thank
You
Jimmy
all
right
anything
anything
else
for
the
good
of
the
order,
charities
thrilled
again,
oh
okay,.
O
O
O
Then
did
her
surgery
residency
at
Vanderbilt
University
and
she
has
been
at
Mott
Children's
Hospital
in
Ann,
Arbor
Michigan,
completing
her
pediatric
surgery
fellowship
and
will
soon
upon
graduation
on
Friday
be
heading
to
the
University
of
Texas
Southwestern
Children's
Medical
Center
in
Dallas
as
a
pediatric
surgeon
attending
surgeon
and
then
also
running
her
scientific
lab.
It's
a
pretty
amazing
achievement
for
someone
from
our
area
and
just
wanted
to
take
a
moment
to
recognize
all
of
that
hard
work
that
she
put
in.
Unfortunately,
all
the
celebrations.
O
We
were
all
supposed
to
be
in
Michigan
with
her
this
coming
weekend,
but
everything
has
been
canceled,
but
I
still
wanted
her
to
get
the
recognition
for
all
the
work
that
she's
put
in,
like
I,
said
she's
a
friend
of
mine,
but
she's,
an
inspiration
too
for
the
amount
of
work
that
that
she
has
done
to
get
herself
to
achieve
goals
that
she
set
for
herself
when
we
were
in
high
school
together.
So
I'm
just
really
proud
of
her
and
again
I'm
really
proud
that
she's
from
Atlantic
County
and
serving
us.
So
well.
P
P
P
Was
discussing
I
watched
with
great
interest
on
Facebook,
it
was
filmed
and
I
saw
what
was
done.
I
saw
the
manner
in
which
it
was
carried
out,
the
warnings
that
were
properly
given
and
the
actions
that
were
taken.
So
my
hat
is
off
to
the
mayor,
the
chief
of
police
and
everyone
else
who
participated.
P
Unfortunately,
the
economic
damage
was
done
prior
to
the
protests,
the
expense
the
taxpayers
is.
Tremendous
I
would
hate
to
calculate
the
final
number
of
what's
going
to
cost
us
as
taxpayers
all
the
way
around,
but
the
way
it
was
handled
by
the
chief
of
police
who's
ultimately
responsible
in
the
city
was
the
right
thing
to
do,
and
it
was
a
very,
very
well
done
procedure
and
again
I
can't
say
enough
to
compliment
a
chief
of
police
administration,
Atlantic
City.
Thank
you.
