A
Good
evening,

the
meeting
of
the
atlanta
county

is
called

order
in
compliance
with

new
jersey,

It
has
been
posted
on

in

entertain
a
motion
to
adopt
the
august

2021
minutes
as
presented.
D
A
And
kern
yes,
motion
carries
okay.

First
meeting
first

A
C
G
C
H
G
With
the
other
order,
with
the
other
money
that
we
spent
over
there,
that
covered
money.
I
G
A
C
A
C
Okay,
seeing
none
well
roll
paul

yes,
bertino!
Yes,
yes
days;
yes,
it's
patrick,
yes,
gatto,
yes,
grizzly,
yes
and
kern!
Yes,
mission!
Terry
ordinance,
number,
nine,
an
ordinance
of
the
atlantic
county
board
of
commissioners
establishing
the
office
of
deputy
superintendent
of
elections
in
atlanta
county
pursuant
to
njsa
19,
colon
32,
death,
26.1.
E
I
just
want
to
make
a
comment
that
I
mean
I
fully
support
the
ordinance
and
the
establishment
of
the
office
of
the
deputy
superintendent.
There's
there's
no
question
about
that.
I
think
the
superintendent
bogdan
gave
us
a
nice
presentation
at
the
last
meeting
and
we
know
that
atlantic
county
has
just
become
eligible
to
have
this
position.
E
G
Yeah
just.
A
A
G
Said
when
we
had
the
first
reading
of
this,
which
commissioner
gatters
just
just
spoke
about,
we
need
this
position
and
I
don't
know
if
there's
any
any
way
of
filling
this
prior
to
november.
Without
the
consent
of
the
senate,
it
doesn't
appear
that
there
is,
and
it
doesn't
appear
that
the
senate
is
going
to
go
back
in
session.
I
just
hope
that
maybe
they
they
come
to
their
senses,
they
they
reconvene
even
if
it's
for
a
short
period
of
time.
G
It's
it's
happened
in
the
past,
they've
convened
for
emergency
issues,
and
I
don't
know
if
we're
the
only
county.
That's
that's
looking
at
this,
but
you
know
if
this
was
a
county
in
north
jersey,
it
would
be
getting
done
absolutely.
Okay.
South
jersey
is
always
the
step
child,
which
is
a
shame,
and
hopefully
it
happens.
G
You
know-
and
you
know
if
it
takes
us
to
win
a
resolution.
That
may
not
mean
anything
anyway,
urging
the
senate
to
reconvene
to
address
this
issue.
You
know
whether
they
choose
to
address
any
other
issue.
That's
on
them,
but
it's
an
important
election.
It's
a
governor's
election.
It's
the
entire
senate,
the
entire
assembly
and,
of
course,.
J
G
Your
local
elections
so
and
it's
it's
a
brand
new
program
this
year
with
the
10
days
of
early
voting.
So
we
don't
want
to
be
the.
We
don't
want
to
be
the
poster
children
for
a
mishap
in
an
election
in
atlanta
county,
so
whatever
whatever
we
can
do
to
make
this
happen
and
get
them
the
the
people
that
they
need
and
the
supervision
that
they
need
in
that
office.
I
think,
should
be
done.
A
You
agree
any
other
comments
from
the
commissioners.
K
Madam
champ,
I
I
could
not
agree
with
my
colleagues
as
much
I
would
agree,
wish
the
senate
would
come
back
and
at
least
support.
This
we've
been
opposed
to
child
for
the
state
of
new
jersey.
K
Prime
point
district,
three
freehold
deceit
post
a
child
one
certified
election
judge
throws
it
out,
calls
a
special
election
basically
a
year
later,
so
we
talk
about
postage
out.
Atlantic
county
gets
its
share
across
the
board.
I
think
and-
and
I
would
agree
that
perhaps
we
could
reach
out
to
the
senate
president.
I
don't
know
if
they
can
do
about
an
executive
order
or
the
governor
can
step
in
because,
as
we
all
agree,
this
position
is
certainly
something
needed.
If
it
wasn't,
we
wouldn't
support
it.
K
I
know
damn
well,
the
republicans
were
the
supporters
think
it
was
needed
so
because
you
got
everybody
crossing
party
lines
to
support
it,
because
it's
the
right
thing
to
do.
How
do
we
get?
You
know
the
senate
president
and
others
to
take
a
look
at
it
and,
as
you
indicated,
don't
have
to
have
a
whole
long
agenda
to
come
in
to
talk
about
whether
you
fill
in
the
senate
seat
where
you
fill
in
the
position
of
deputy.
K
But
I
think
this
is
important
because
early
voting,
as
you
indicated
and
everything's
on
the
ballot,
whether
it's
the
governor's
race
and
the
senate
race
and
the
assembly.
What
prime
time
to
have
this
person
in
in
place
fortunate.
K
It
has
to
be
a
democrat
and,
and
the
truth
of
the
matter
is
whether
it's
a
democrat
or
a
republican.
The
truth
of
the
matter
is
this:
it's
long
overdue
and
we
need
to
try
to
fill
that
position
sooner
rather
than
later.
And
yes,
elections
come
after
this
soon
as
well,
but
we
also
the
urgency
to
to
adopt
and
to
make
that
second
position.
We
need
to
try
to
figure
out
a
way.
K
If
we
can
talk
to
the
senate,
president
likelihood
is
probably
slim
they're
not,
but
I
think
whether
we
don't
do
a
resolution.
We
probably
come
up
better
sending
a
letter
through
you,
madam
chair.
Perhaps
maybe
we
have
our
solicitor
a
drafty
letter
from
the
board
of
commissioners
urging
them
to
either
convene
to
talk
about
this
issue,
or
is
it
any
way
to
do
an
executive
order?
I
don't
know
I'm
putting
it
out
there.
A
Yeah,
no,
I
I
agree.
I
mean
there's
so
much
going
on
there's
so
many
changes
that
have
gone
on.
You
know
throughout
the
past
year
or
two,
and
now
they
have
all
new
equipment.
On
top
of
it,
you
know
it's
there's
a
lot
of
training
and
warning
can't
be
everywhere.
So
I
agree.
We
definitely
need
that's
why
we
voted
on.
We
needed
the
position
we
need.
You
know
people
there
in
authority.
K
Well,
they'll
say:
I'm
sorry,
I
don't
want
to
pull
you,
but
they
will
say
well,
we've
done
it
all
this
time
without
one
okay,
we
know
what
we
did
but
we're
going
forward,
and
so
I
think
the
letter.
If,
if
the
commissioners
agree,
I
think
the
letter
is
more
quickly
affected,
whether
we
do
it
by
email,
letter
form
or
whatever
the
case
may
be.
I
think
we
need
to
do
something
asap.
L
L
G
F
Madam
chair,
yes
just
like
to
point
out
that
the
board
of
commissioners
is
not
a
letter
writing
board.
We
adopt
our
positions
by
resolution,
so
I
don't
see
any
reason
why
we
could
not
adopt
a
resolution
right
here
right
now
to
do
those
two
things,
particularly
as
it
pertains
to
representation
for
people
with
a
state
senator
and
they
needed
the
obvious
need
for
the
deputy
superintendent
of
elections.
K
D
K
K
M
When
we
had
the
last
meeting
talking
about
the
introduction
of
the
ordinance,
obviously
we
we
know
that
we
have
the
need
and
that's
not
the
issue.
The
issue
for
me,
of
course,
at
the
time,
was
that
great
the
establishment
process
is
not
in
place
to
even
complete
the
thing,
and
that's
where
I
had
some
concerns
initially
as
to
whether
I
would
support
the
second
reading
or
not.
I
think
if
we
want
to
do
something,
I
think
letters
are
wonderful,
but
I,
like
the
resolution,
it's
more
of
a
document.
That's
coming
from
all
of
us.
M
It's
legally
not
legally,
it
says
what
we
stand
and
it
leaves
no
difference.
It
may
not
make
a
philippines
difference
in
trenton,
but
it
makes
a
difference
from
us
sending
the
message
that
we
need
those
positions
filled
and
and
there's
business
to
be
done.
Atlantic
county
is
no
different
than
any
other
county,
so,
if
you'd
like
to,
I
would
support
the
resolution
part
as
well
to
get
this
thing
done
and
moving.
G
We're
here
doing
our
job
passing
this
resolution
to
get
this
position
done
once
this
is
voted
on,
and
I
would
assume
that
it
will
pass.
G
I
would
just
like
to
to
make
a
motion
to
add
resolution
and
we
would
name
we
would
number
at
523,
which
would
be
the
next
one
in
order
and
if,
by
the
time
we
get
there,
rift
can
have
the
language
that
he
would
put
into
the
letter
and
it
could
be
read
if
we
could
make
a
motion
to
add
523,
urging
to
urging
the
senate
to
come
back
in
session
and
meet
these
issues.
Take
care
of
address
the
the
issues.
N
A
Okay.
Thank
you.
Let's
see
that
was
a
final
read.
So
do
we
have
any
comments
from
the
public
yeah
saying
none.
C
A
D
A
A
Motion,
second
main
second:
do
we
want
do
we
have
somebody
on
here
that
wanted
to
discuss
the
audit.
O
B
P
And
bonnie,
yes,
I
am
here
garcia
from
fort
scott.
I
did
unmute.
My
microphone
would
make
a
couple
of
problems.
P
I
will
then
this
is
the
audit
for
the
calendar
year
2020
and
just
as
a
reminder,
each
and
every
year
the
audit
really
first
there's
the
testing
to
make
sure
that
you're,
following
all
the
rules
and
regulations
that
the
state
imposes
on
county
governments,
we
sample
numerous
transactions
county-wide
to
get
to
that
point,
and
when
we
find
areas
of
error
or
exception,
we're
required
to
write
a
finding
and
recommendation
to
the
board
of
commissioners
for
corrective
action.
P
I
am
happy
to
report
that
this
audit
is
a
clean
audit,
no
findings
or
recommendations,
so
there
will
be
no
corrective
plan
required,
bonnie
and
her
entire
office
and
really
county-wide,
because
the
audit
is
of
all
the
county
operations
it
is.
It
is
a
challenge
for
the
county
to
year
after
year
be
able
to
undergo
the
audit
process
with
a
clean
off
with
no
order,
findings
and
recommendations.
P
So
once
again,
it
is
a
significant
feather
in
your
cap
to
be
able
to
to
year
after
year,
go
through
the
audit
process
without
findings
or
recommendations.
So
once
again,
it
is
a
clean
audit
with
no
findings
and
recommendations
for
the
calendar
bonnie
mentioned
over
the
the
results
of
the
audit
in
more
detail
at
previous
meetings
with
various
groups
in
the
county.
So
I
I
don't
plan
on
going
into
that
full
depth,
but
if
there
are
any
comments
or
questions
that
you
have
for
me
before,
you
accept
the
audit.
P
I
would
of
course
be
happy
to
to
answer
them.
A
You
and
any
comments
from
the
public.
C
Q
D
P
E
D
C
Grant
application
to
the
new
jersey,
transit
and
the
united
states
department
of
transportation
for
section
five,
three
one:
one:
funding
operating
pursuant
to
the
federal
transit
act
funded
amount;
three
hundred,
seventy
three
thousand
ninety
two
dollars
county
cash,
one
hundred
twenty
four
thousand
three
hundred
and
sixty
four
dollars
merchant.
Second.
E
Mountain
chair
just
just
to
highlight,
I
mean
all
of
these
grants-
help
provide
really
needed
funding
to
various
groups.
We
just
did
the
disabled
persons
and
senior
citizens.
This
one
in
particular
helps
to
provide
funding
out
to
the
rural
and
western
end
of
the
county.
So
just
a
lot
of
really
great
programs
that
you
know
we're
able
to
continue
through
these
grant
applications.
So
just
want
to
highlight
that.
Thank
you
special
again.
Any
other
comments.
A
A
L
F
Just
want
to
mention
the
mom
chair
that
on
this
particular
resolution,
that
we
have
the
profits
that
are
made
from
the
commissary
are
many
times
used
back
into
the
facility
for
recreational
equipment.
So
there's
a.
A
F
A
A
C
G
Chair,
yes,
thank
you
just
want
to
comment
if
anyone
hasn't
been
out
there
and
seen
what's
going
on
it's
it's
amazing.
G
It's
amazing
that
the
work
that
they're
doing
out
there,
the
the
quality
of
the
work
that's
being
done,
and
it
needs
to
be
done,
and
it
should
be
done,
our
veterans
that
you
know
pass
away
and
have
the
opportunity
to
be
laid
to
rest
there.
G
It
is
a
phenomenal
thing
that
we
do
here
in
atlanta,
county
and
every
county
should
be
doing
something
like
we're
doing
here.
So
just
wanted
to
thank
administration
for
for
making
this
happen.
G
C
A
G
E
L
C
A
G
C
I
A
A
I
G
Okay,
just
just
to
add
that
mountain
chair,
this
is
mainly
for
abused
animals,
then
the
prosecutors
would
would
take.
You
know
whether
it's
a
a
male
nurse
dog
or
a
dog-
that's
been
dog
or
cat
or
horse,
whatever
that's
been
abused
and
then
the
vegetarian
has
to
come
in
and
you
know
make
the
decision
either
to
put
to
sleep
or
nurse
it
back
to
health.
D
D
I
General
care
that
that
is
their
job.
Okay,
thank
you
and
one
other
question
jerry.
I
believe
the
prosecutor's
office
then
can
go
after
the
defendant
for
reimbursement
of
that
service.
Does
it
mean
given.
R
Correct
yes,
correct
there
were,
there
was
change
in
the
legislation.
I
think
it
was
going
back
four
or
five
years
ago,
which
then
put
this
under
the
aegis
of
the
county
prosecutors
statewide
correct.
R
So
our
county
prosecutor
here
heads
this
up
and
then
this
is
a
a
service
that
is
like
ancillary
to
that,
and
would
you
know,
for
instance,
if
they
needed
a
a
position
not
only
to
nurse
the
the
animals
back
to
health
or
whatever
or
if
there's
a
case
of
significant
neglect
with
the
animal
how
to
be
put
down?
And
there
was
a
prosecution
of
that
person.
R
This
doctor
or
the
doctors
for
the
humane
society
would
be
called
upon
to
come
in
and
get
court
testimony
and
things
of
that
nature.
So,
yes,
it
works
through
it's
under
the
control
of
the
prosecutor's
office,
but
then
this
is
a
ancillary
service
that
goes
along
with
that
right,
but
but
I
believe
that
the
fees.
G
For
the
the
care
of
the
dog
or
dog
cat,
whatever
the
animal
would
be,
could
then
the
judge
could
order
repayment
to
the
county
and
in
most
cases,
will
order
repayment
for
that
fee.
So
this
that's
correct.
You
know
this
will
regenerate
it.
So
that's
correct.
A
A
O
O
Course,
that's
okay!
In
the
second
paragraph
on
the
resolution.
Well,
the
first
paragraph
talks
about
between
the
county
of
atlantic
and
the
teamsters
local
331
superintendent
of
elections,
two
two
entities
right.
The
second
paragraph
says
the
county:
the
atlantic
county,
superintendent
and
teamsters
local
331
superintendent
of
elections
sounds
like
three
entities.
Is
that
accurate?
R
That
the
teamsters
local
331
is
the
umbrella
organization
and
then
the
contract
is
broken
down
into
the
entities.
In
this
case,
this
one
deals
with
the
superintendent
of
elections.
So
that's
why
it's
freeze
that
way,
but
the
the
entities
are
the
the
county,
the
superintendent
and
then
teamsters
331
the
county
steps
into
the
role
of
the
superintendent
since
we
fund
the
superintendent's
budget.
So
with
the
way
it's
phrased
there,
teamsters
local
331
superintendent
of
elections,
that's
indicating
the
bargaining
unit
for
which
the
the
contract
was
being
made.
E
Okay,
yes,
but
to
your
point,
sounds
like
three
things,
commissioner,
just
because
I
just
glanced
at
it
right
now
on
the
oh!
No
I'm
sorry!
That's
our
resolution
summary.
D
C
S
A
A
Yes,
motion
carries
resolution,
521.
resolution
in.
C
E
The
economic
alliance
just
is
continuing
to
do
fantastic
work
and
remaining
really
relentless
on
the
pursuit
of
grants
and
opportunities,
whether
it
be
local
state
federal
to
help
keep
our
plan
of
diversification
of
the
economy
into
the
aviation
industry.
Moving
forward,
despite
the
challenges
of
covid
lauren,
gave
us
a
really
great
presentation
at
the
subcommittee
meeting.
I
I
thought
I
saw
him
online
and
I
know
max
is
here:
I
don't
know
if
they
want
to.
E
You
know
kind
of
make
any
highlights,
but
I
do
think
it's
worthy
of
of
raising
up
some
of
the
highlights
of
this
of
this
grant
and
the
and
where
it
fits
into
the
overall
picture
of
the
other
work
going
on.
Q
I
do
madam
shara,
thank
you
and
commissioner,
thank
you
for
the
kind
words
you
know
make
great
progress
in
helping
out
and
diversifying
our
economy
through
the
aviation
sector.
This
is
a
very
unique
opportunity
that
I
want
to
point
out
to
the
county
commissioners
and
it's,
unlike
any
other
grant
opportunity
that
I
participated
in
in
35
years
of
doing
this
kind
of
work.
What's
interesting
about
how
us
eda
structured
this,
they
structured
it
into
two
pieces.
Q
This
is
the
phase
a
of
the
first
part
of
the
buildback
better
program,
so
we're
asking
for
your
support
in
a
500
000
application
to
help
us
with
six
different
projects
across
some
very
diverse
aviation
sectors
and
I'll
go
into
some
of
those
projects,
real
quick.
If
we
win
this
first
phase
and
we
get
the
500
to
start
putting
together
the
detailed
project
scope
for
the
for
the
for
these
particular
projects,
we
are
now
qualified
to
apply
for
up
to
100
million
dollars
for
actual
construction
money
to
actually
start
building
the
project.
Q
So,
unlike
past
ta
technical
assistance
or
planning
money,
where
you
do
a
plan
and
then
you
have
to
find
that
you
know
find
financing
opportunities.
You
know
to
to
put
your
plan
in
motion.
This
actually
could
come
with
money.
This
is
highly
competitive,
so
this
first
stage
they're
going
to
award
40
to
50
applications
in
the
second
stage.
If
we
win
to
get
through
phase
a
20
to
30,
so
the
competition
really
starts
to
tighten
up
the
good
news
for
us.
Q
As
commissioner
gatto
pointed
out,
we
are
building
on
a
1.7
million
dollar
u.s
eda
i6
challenge
grant,
which
puts
us
in
a
great
position,
because
us
eda
likes
to
continue
to
give
awards
to
leverage
their
past
investments
and
also
on
your
resolution.
Summary
you'll
see
some
of
our
success
here.
We've
recently
got
a
three
million
dollar
grant
for
the
second
building
here
in
the
tech
park
from
us
eda
for
the
aviation
for
the
aviation
park,
so
we're
continuing
to
work
all
the
stimulus
money.
Q
You
know
that's
coming
out
of
washington
dc
and
putting
us
in
the
best
position
possible
to
take
advantage
of
it
now.
Some
of
the
projects
that
we
want
to
work
on
here
that
are
very
you,
know
very
important,
and
one
of
the
common
threads
in
this
particular
application
is
diversity,
equity
and
inclusion.
Q
It
is
an
underpinning
to
all
the
projects
that
we're
working
on
here
going
forward
and
one
of
the
projects,
that's
very
exciting
for
us
is
to
build
an
aviation
training
and
maintenance
academy.
That
also
will
allow
for
pilot
training
for
drones
in
uas
and
advanced
air
mobility
and
we're
working
very
closely
with
the
high
schools
in
atlantic
county,
of
course,
acit
the
tech
school.
You
know
here
to
make
sure
that
we're
having
opportunities
starting
at
the
high
school
level,
for
you,
know,
technicians
and
training.
You
know
at
an
academy
we're.
Q
Actually,
if
we
win,
you
know
the
first
phase
and
we
apply
for
the
second
phase
to
actually
get
funds
to
build
the
school
out
at
the
airport.
Sjta
has
set
aside
two
acres
for
us
as
a
part
of
the
land,
swap
that
the
county
commissioners
helped
us
with
to
get
the
bird
sanctuary
believe
it
or
not
the
bird
sanctuary.
Q
Next
to
the
airport,
moved
you
know
off
the
airport
to
free
up
about
300
acres,
one
of
the
other
exciting
projects
for
us
and
it's
it's
sometimes
it's
kind
of
hard
to
see
and
think
about.
This
is
highways
in
the
sky,
so
we
want
to
start
continue
to
attract
research
and
aviation
research
and
development
companies
here,
but
we
gotta
have
a
place
in
corridors
in
the
sky
for
them
to
fly.
Q
We
want
to
be
able
to
hire,
subject
matter,
experts
to
establish
highways
in
the
sky
and
corridors
for
us
so
that
these
companies
can
come
in
test,
their
drones
and
a
tester
advanced
aircraft
here
in
atlantic
county
and
cape
may
air
space
and
what's
important
what's
important
here,
because
I
see
you
know,
commissioner
risley
sits
on
the
south
shores,
economic
development
district
and
matches
in
the
audience
the
commander
is
in
the
audience.
Is
that
we're
working
closely
with
the
satchels
economic
development
district?
You
know
here
with
salem,
cumberland
and
kate
may
counties
as
well.
Q
This
is
a
regional
effort.
You
know
on
aviation
and
creating
an
aviation
cluster
in
atlanta
county,
but
across
the
region,
and
this
is
how
we've
been
able
to
draw
state
support.
The
other
good
news
that
I
want
to
announce
is
that
the
new
jersey,
economic
development
authority
is
always
supporting
four
applications
under
this
program
and
the
atlantic
county
and
it
let
the
county
of
atlantic
atlanta,
county
economic
alliance
are
in
good
company.
Q
Njdeda
is
supporting
njit
and
the
city
of
newark
on
a
smart
port
project,
rutgers
on
us
on
a
life
sciences,
application
and
rowan
on
a
clean
tech
which
is
offshore
wind
and
then
our
application
on
aviation
technology.
So
we
got
the
support
of
the
governor's
office
and
the
new
jersey
economic
development
authority.
You
know
for
this
application
as
well.
Q
One
of
the
other
exciting
projects
here
is
we're
also
proposing
to
do
a
smart
aviation
workforce
and
entrepreneurs
center
in
atlantic
city
and
we're
going
to
partner
with
stockton,
university
and
princeton
university
so
that
we
can,
you
know,
start
to
work
on
capital
investment
to
grow
young
businesses.
You
know
taking
full
advantage
of
the
new
excellent
campus
that
you
know
that
stockton
has
built
in
atlantic
city.
This
is
something
that
we
don't
have
venture
capitalists
here:
angel
investors.
Q
A
I
think
you've
got
it,
but
no,
we
know
between
your
energy
and
all
the
people
that
you
have
working
with
you
and
the
board
that
you
are
all
doing
a
fabulous
job.
We
greatly
appreciate
it.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
very
much
anything
else
for
our
commissioners,
hey
anything
from
the
public
yep
lava
roll
call.
D
A
C
A
Did
you
want
to
read
any
any
things
at
all
from
the
resolution?
Did
you
want
me
to
read
the
resolution.
C
Who
lives
in
summers
point
and
brigantine
and
whereas
commander
max
flusher,
recently
retired
after
a
41-year
career
in
the
united
states
navy
and
whereas
commander
max
fletcher,
has
a
decorated
career
of
service
to
our
country
with
deployments
across
the
globe
and
whereas
commander
max
flescher
has
received
the
meritorious
service
medal,
the
joint
service
commendation
medal.
The
navy
commendation
medal.
The
navy
achievement
medal.
The
joint
meritorious
unit
award
navy
battle
e
ribbon.
The
navy
reserve
meritorious
service
medal.
The
fleet
marine
force
ribbon
navy
ex
expedition
speedy.
C
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
by
the
atlanta
county
board
of
commissioners
that
this
board
does
hereby
honor
commander
max
slusher
for
his
service
to
our
country
and
his
noble
commitment
to
our
country's
security
and
be
a
further
result
that
this
board
wishes
commander
max
flusher
and
his
family.
Well
in
all
future
endeavors.
Now
that
he
has
retired
from
the
united
states
navy.
M
You
know
max,
first
of
all,
thank
you
for
your
service
to
the
country.
Thank
you.
To
that
alone,
you've
always
been
even
in
your
role
working
here
here
in
atlanta
county
you've
always
been
an
epitome
of
excellence,
and
you
always
put
forth
the
passion
and
dedication
that
you
need
to
be
successful,
and
I
want
to
thank
you
for
doing
that
for
us
here
in
atlanta
county
as
well.
F
More
and
we
appreciate
all
that
you're
doing
for
the
county,
with
lauren
moore
and
the
staff
over
there
and,
of
course,
their
service,
their
country
for
41
years.
That
kind
of
commitment-
you
don't
see
very
often
these
days
and
we
appreciate
it-
we're
respectful
of
it
and
just
keep
on
doing
the
good
things
that
you're
doing
for
atlantic
county,
because
they're
important
for
today
and
they're
important
for
tomorrow.
S
I
G
Again,
just
want
to
say:
congratulations
max,
you
know
my
dad
was
a
coast
guard.
I
was
on
the
coast
guard
for
30
years
and
you
know
you
guys
on
the
water.
You
know
you
know
the
deal
yeah
and
I
guess
you're
a
fan
of
the
village
people
too
right.
D
G
That
was
high
school
right.
Exactly
again,
congratulations
best
of
luck!
You
know
in
your
future
endeavors!
You
know
you're
here,
you're
working
so
am
not
going.
J
O
G
Consider
maybe
taking
one
of
the
vacant
seats
we
have
on
the
veterans
advisory
board,
give.
M
K
Me
just
say:
congratulations,
thank
you.
The
old
boys
would
say
back
in
back
in
the
day
servant
well
done,
and
we
appreciate
your
service
to
this
country.
Folks,
like
you,
who
made
it
possible
for
all
of
us
and
we
appreciate
your
service.
K
When
I
look
at
we
talk
about
41
plus
years,
I
often
think
about
my
dad
he's
97,
who
served
and
every
now
and
then
he
gets
these
war
memory
stories
in
early
stage
of
dementia,
but
he
always
can
remember
that
kind
of
stuff
that
happened
when
he
was
in
the
war,
but
just
the
fact
that
you
were
able
to
walk
away,
that's
a
blessing
in
itself,
so
we
certainly
thank
god
for
the
service
you've
given
the
time
you've
given
on
behalf
of
our
country
and
away
from
the
family.
K
J
I'll
I'll
have
a
roll
call.
C
A
C
J
J
M
C
S
When
sonia
called
and
asked
me
to
come
in
that
you
were
going
to
present
this,
I
thought
she
was
asking
me
to
come
in
and
present
to
somebody,
which
is
what
I've
done
most
of
my
career
and
it's
using
other
retirees
and
now
I'm
the
retiree.
So
that
was
the
confusion
with
that.
Thank
you,
sonya
you're,
welcome.
I
appreciate
it.
My
first
professional
career
was
in
atlanta
county.
I
was
an
intern.
S
I
worked
for
ivan
vinnie,
the
doggett
starting
in
87
at
grad
school
I'd
already
been
in
the
military
eight
years,
acting
in
the
reserve
at
that
point,
and
yvonne
and
rick
dovey
and
helen
walsh
were
supportive
of
my
duty,
and
I
had
to
go
away
an
awful
lot
even
then,
but
it
got
even
more
hectic
after
that
I
did
a
little
bit
with
atlantic
cape
community
college.
S
Dr
may,
dr
moore
and
dr
peniciaro
were
also
supportive,
and
then
I
was
very
lucky
that
I
was
brought
back
here
about
eight
years
ago.
John
mainly
brought
me
back
and
john
was
very
supportive
at
the
back
end
of
my
career,
then
finally,
lauren
moore,
if
he's
still
out
there,
I've
got
to
give
him
a
plug.
I
work
for
heaven
and
he
also
up
to
about
name
last
year
when
I
was
able
to
finally
pack
it
away.
S
When
I
started
as
an
intern,
I
met
andrea
and
subsequently
we
got
married
and
the
point
that
I
want
to
make
and
I
left
her
with
the
counting
she
still
works
for
you,
the
we
had
three
children
and
I
got
deployed
mobilized
about
three
times
and
then
deployed
overseas
in
other
capacities,
a
half
dozen
times
geez
about
50,
active
duties
and
so
many
weekends.
You
can't
even
count.
S
So
she
raised
three
children
all
around
for
a
good
40
of
the
time
and
I'm
greatly
appreciative
of
that
and
she
deserves
a
lot
of
credit
and,
as
far
as
I'm
concerned,
she's
one
of
the
best
county
employees.
A
I
don't
know
if
lauren
is
lauren
still
on:
okay.
Okay.
That
brings
us
down
to
that
concludes
the
written
portion
of
our
agenda,
and
does
anybody
have
any
reports
of
special
committees
on
the
board
volunteer?
Yes,.
E
I
just
want
to
highlight
the
workforce.
Development
board
had
their
quarterly
meeting
last
week
and
I
think
everybody's
getting
it
if
you're
not
we'll,
we'll
share
it,
but
fran
is
diligently
sending
us
various
sets
of
job
openings
that
are
that
are
out
there
from
you
know
anything
for
veterans
or
disabled,
or
you
know
offenders,
you
name
it.
E
There's
there's
a
job
out
there
for
them,
and
what
fran
you
know
has
conveyed
to
us
in
in
many
forums,
is
that
his
biggest
challenge
is
getting
the
word
out
to
people
in
the
county
and
in
the
area
that
jobs
are
available.
E
You
know
we're
here
to
help
you
if
you
need
training
or
skills
for
any
of
those
jobs,
or
if
you
want
to
make
a
change
in
your
jobs.
We
can
help
you
with
that
too.
There
are
a
ton
of
resources
in
atlantic
county
for
people
to
either
go
back
to
work
or
change
their
profession.
At
this
point,
and
so
we
all
just
need
to
continue
getting
that
message
out
to
people
who
are
looking
for
jobs
it
he
he
struggles
to.
E
You
know
just
get
that
message
out.
We
do
also
have
a
ton
of
funding
just
as
a
reminder
for
rental
assistance
and
and
other
social
programs,
as
the
unemployment
benefit
has
run
out.
I
think
the
last
check
for
that
was
given
last
week
or
a
week
and
a
half
or
so
ago.
E
So
now
you
know,
hopefully,
as
that
program
ends
and
and
people
you
know,
are
potentially
out
of
unemployment,
they
will
take
advantage
of
all
these
things
that
we
have
available,
but
I
just
again
want
to
re
reinforce
that
we
all
need
to
help
get
that
message
out
if
people
need
help
there's
plenty
of
it
here
and
there's
plenty
of
jobs,
and
we
can
help
with
with
any
of
that
and
employers.
E
We
can
also
help
them
if
they're
looking
for
filling
filling
positions
or
establishing
training
for
positions.
The
workforce
development
board
can
also
help
with
that.
So
you
know
just
we
need
to
get
that
word
out.
That's
a
big
message
from
workforce
development.
A
N
K
N
N
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
atlanta
county
board
of
commissioners
authorizes
the
chair
and
I'm
you
can
tell
me
what
you
want
to
do
the
chair
and
or
the
clerk
and
or
counsel
for
the
board,
to
write
a
letter
to
the
senate
president
and
the
governor's
office
to
find
a
way
to
get.
I'm
sorry
to
find
a
way
to
have
the
legislature
go
into
session
and
vote
on
the
enabling
legislation
needed
for
the
county
to
create
the
position
in
office
of
deputy
superintendent
of
elections.
K
R
R
You're,
you
would
be
employing
the
governor
first
of
all
to
make
the
appointment
and
then
for
the
senate
to
come
into
session,
to
vote,
to
approve,
to
advise
and
consent
and
approve
the
nomination
that
the
governor
makes.
That's
the
that's
the
process,
the
position
itself.
The
legislature
has
nothing
to
do
with
that's
already
been
established
here
today
or
actually,
once
the
ordinance
takes
effect
after
it's
advertised
by
sonya
and
goes
through
the
20-day
estoppel
period,
then
that
becomes
effective.
F
J
N
E
F
E
G
K
Regarding
the
senate
being
added
into
it,
and
I'm
saying
we
should
do
two
separate
resolutions,
but
I
don't
want
to
convolute
it
because
I'm
not
going
to
sit
there
and
play
this
split
hairs
and
play
the
politics
of
it.
We
talked
about
the
position
of
deputy
and
I
think
we
need
to
stay
clear
on
that
one
first,
because
I
think
that
is
as
important.
I'm
not
saying
that
the
senate
is
not,
but
I
put
the
discussion
started
out
with
making
sure
we
get
this
person
in
place.
K
K
That's
not
what
I
said.
I
want
to
be
very
explicit
when
I
I
get
the
politics
of
it.
That
would
not
have
whether
we
had
a
senator
or
not.
The
full
senate
would
have
to
vote
on
the
deputy's
position.
Once
the
governor
made
the
nomination
recommendation,
I'm
not
saying
that
our
senator
should
not
have
a
say.
I
don't
want
to
mix
the
two
resolutions,
because
I
will
my
point.
K
K
A
K
E
E
M
M
N
N
N
E
E
I
C
Ballast!
Yes,
yes,
corsi
to.
D
C
L
L
M
M
N
So,
being
aware
that
I
am
I,
I
can
be
too
worried,
let's
simplify
it.
A
resolution
to
ask
the
governor
to
nominate
a
person
to
the
position
of
atlanta
county
deputy
super
superintendent
of
elections
and
for
the
state
senate
to
confirm
that
nomination.
And,
while
in
session,
have
the
state
senate
confirm
the
state
senator
for
atlantic
county
and
provide.
R
K
D
K
K
A
N
N
L
M
G
I
just
think
that
chronologically
it
should
be
that
the
senator
first
then
the
senator
can
then
vote
on
the
other
two
positions
along
with
the
rest
of
the
senate,
because
they
need
a
full
senate
or
they
should
have
a
full
senate.
True.
G
G
K
L
G
D
G
D
K
J
J
N
K
Oh,
my
goodness,
so
let
me
let
me
just
say
now:
the
resolution
is
fast.
The
question
really
becomes.
How
quick
is
that
going
to
get
up
the
road?
Now?
How
would
this
resolution
set?
It's
a
resolution.
There's
a
letter
going
attached
to
it
right.
Whatever
has
it
just
has
to
move
faster,
email
and
fax
resolution.
K
K
N
J
A
A
Okay,
we've
received
copies
of
written
communication
and
petitions
and
80
commissioner
comments.
G
I'm
chair,
yes,
yes,
so
been
receiving
a
quite
a
few
phone
calls
or
quite
a
few
weeks
about
this
golf
cart
issue.
You
know
we
end
up
with
an
editorial
written
by
a
commissioner.
We
end
up
with
a
whole
story
in
the
crest
of
atlantic
city
and
then
a
whole
full
top
of
the
fold
editorial
by
the
editorial
board
of
the
land,
city,
press
or
crest
of
atlantic
city.
G
The
phone
calls
I
keep
getting,
basically
is
people
just
think
it's
a
non-issue,
but
just
don't
think
that
it's
fair,
that
some
of
the
blame
or
most
of
the
blame
is
put
on
our
cliff.
Our
clerk,
I
think,
is
probably
one
of
the
best
in
this
state,
and
you
know,
because
she
read
part
of
the
old
resolution
and
then
within
that
much
time
read
the
correct
resolution.
G
If
it
wasn't
caught
by
one
person,
that's
that's
not
her
fault.
Okay,
I
have
all
the
confidence
in
the
world
in
our
clerk
and
I
would
assume
that
everybody
else
does
here.
There
was
no
malfeasance.
G
There
was
no
politics
ever
that
I
have
ever
seen
or
clerk
bring
into
this
board,
whether
sitting
here
or
on
the
outside,
and
I
just
think
that's
a
shame
over
pretty.
G
G
But
it's
just
a
shame
and
I
mean
I
would
love
to
see
the
commissioner.
Basically
that
made
these
allegations
against
our
clerk
apologize,
but
but
if
she
does
not
never.
G
I
I
I
would
just
like
to
apologize
on
behalf
of
the
board
to
you.
I
don't
think
that
anything
you
did
was
ever
intended
to
to
try
and
persuade
anyone
on
this
board
to
vote
any
particular
way.
On
this
issue
and
again,
like
I
said
I
have
all
the
confidence
in
the
world
in
you.
I
think
that
you
do
a
phenomenal
job
here
and
I
think
it's
just
a
shame
that
it
got
drugged
through
the
media.
The
way
it
did,
which
should
not
have
happened.
O
O
It
was
one
of
our
first
days
back
here
at
the
board
papers
were
distributed,
emails
were
sent,
you
know
the
email
came
kind
of
late,
I
missed
it
and
and
never
would
have
agreed
to
vote
for
gas-powered
vehicles
to
replace
electric
vehicles
and
that's
what
I
made
clear.
I
did
not
blame
anyone.
G
Well,
sometimes,
words
get
taken
out
of
context
in
the
media.
Perhaps
I
agree,
and
if
that
did
happen,
then
I
believe
that
you
should
apologize
to
our
clerk,
because
they
were
your
words
whether
they
got
taken
out
of
context
or
whatever
it
should
not
have
happened.
I
think
our
clerk
is
phenomenal.
I.
O
D
O
That
was
not
my
intention
at
all.
My
intention
was
to
clarify
what
this
county
did
was:
take
a
step
backward
in
our
very
environmentally
sensitive
golf
course,
where
you
can't
even
walk
in
some
areas,
because
there
are
nesting
grounds,
and
I
got
many
phone
calls
saying
what
is
going
on
over
there.
Why
would
they
do
this.
O
O
G
O
I
Not
necessarily
true,
I
think
the
issue
is
you've
got
to
be.
I
mean
I
don't
know
how
many
times
you
when
you
see
some
of
these
big
jobs,
you
get
two
bidders
you
don't
understand.
I
can't
answer
your
blog.
I
can
tell
you
it's
difficult
and
talk.
I
don't
know
what
to
say
so
they
did
on
gas
week.
We
have
to
take
yes,
you
just
gotta.
I
Remember
if
you,
if
you
start
turning
down
bids,
what
what
you
do,
then
is
you
put
yourself
in
a
position
where
you've
got
to
change
your
specifications
in
order
to
accommodate
the
next
big
you're
not
allowed
to
put
out
the
same
specifications?
That's
that's
the
concern,
and,
and
again
I
don't
know
what
to
say
we
as
you
you
mentioned,
we
have
electric
the
same
company
that
bit
on
the
gas,
didn't
did
electric
and
I'm
assuming
they
didn't
get
electric
because
I
believe
electric
is
extremely
high.
It's
much
much
higher!
I
A
We
now
open
the
public
comments
portion,
anyone
that
would
like
to
speak.
Please
come
to
the
podium
and
state
your
name
and
the
town
and
if
you're
attending
virtually
just
type
yes
and
we'll
raise
you
as
a
panelist.
H
My
name
is
mark
connor
from
hamilton
township.
I'm
here
representing
the
friends
of
the
lakeland
white
house.
H
H
You
can
go
there
any
weekend
in
the
summer
and
there
are
numerous
weddings
being
held
there
in
front
of
the
white
house
called
social
media
tons
tons
of
sunset
pictures,
folks
by
the
lighthouse
I
live
on
the
lake
and
friend's
over
they're
just
mesmerizing
here
lighthouse.
This
is
wonderful
right,
so
so
it's
kind
of
you
know.
The
best
context
to
which
I
can
put
it
in
is.
H
It
is
our
it's
kind
of
like
our
blue
city
element
and,
to
our
dismay,
we
we
found
out
that
the
county
pretty
much
intended
to
and
there's
documentation
about
this
demolish
the
lighthouse
unless
someone
stepped
up
to
repair
some
sort
of
community
group,
which
is
what
the
friends
of
the
lighthouse
is,
that
handout
I
gave
you
there
has
a
little
bit
of
the
history,
has
details
of
the
fundraising
activities
that
our
group
did.
H
There's
also
some
information
about
our
from
our
architect
and
some
some
renderings.
If
you
look
here,
this
is
a
rough
rendering
that
our
architect
did
for
us
recently
and
there's
also
some
rough
construction.
That's
in
there
that
we
got
from
our
construction
company
that
we
we
hired.
H
We
had
an
agreement
with
with
the
county.
I
believe
it
was
five
years,
and
you
know
we
this
again.
This
is
a
volunteer
effort,
so
we
we
had
some
meetings.
We
go
to
there'd
be
20
people.
Some
of
these
are
being
like
35
folks.
H
And
you
know
it's
been
our
intent
from
day
one
at
this
stage,
a
political.
This
is
just
to
save
a
treasure.
That's
in
may's
land.
It's
it's
been
there
for
80
years,
and
so
this
contract
is
expiring.
We've
received
notice
that
it's
inspiring
and
I
guess
it's
the
county's
intent
to
let
it
lapse.
H
We're
not
sure
what
the
outcome
is
going
to
be.
We're
we're
appealing
to
the
county
to
allow
us
more
time
either
through
extending
this
contract
or
agreement
or
writing
a
new
one
so
that
we
can.
We
can
continue
our
efforts
again.
These
are
volunteer
efforts.
We
have
some
great
people
coming
forward,
helping
us
out,
but
all
the
everything
that
we
did
today
is
is
kind
of
dead
in
the
water.
If
this
contract
doesn't
get
renewed
or
rewritten.
J
That
was
good.
Yes,
we
would
like
an.
H
I
wasn't
around
after
reviewing
the
contract.
There's
some
loose
ends
in
the
contract,
you
fix
it
and
what
happens
moving
forward,
who
maintains
it
how
it
gets
maintained,
what
you
know
those
responsibilities.
We
just
think
that
the
language
could
be
tightened
up
a
little
bit
more
also,
but
you
know
we're
just
we're
hoping
to
see
this
through
and
we're
asking
for
your
help
and.
K
That's
about
it
any
questions.
Thank
you.
Any
questions.
That's
on
the
other
planet,
countdown!
It's
so
proud
of!
My
district.
I
gotta
ask
them.
What's
going
on
on
their
side
of
town,
that's
nice
beautiful!
No,
I'm
I'm
being
fatigued!
I
like
messing
with
patina
the
real
question
I
have
madam
chair
through
you
too,
to
jerry.
K
I
The
executive
about
five
years
ago
went
out
to
hamilton.
Township
was
asked
to
come
out
there
to
talk
about
well
before
our
friends
are
up
in
the
car,
it's
gonna
white
house,
and
so
the
rancho
lighthouse,
where
you
know
it's
not
a
historic
structure,
it's
in
very
bad
shape,
and
so
we,
you
know
we
were
going
to
demolish
it,
and
this
link
was
at
the
meeting,
made
a
comment
to
the
executive.
You
know
about
the
facility
and
we.
D
I
So
what
happened
was,
is
you
know,
danny
suggested
watch,
put
together
a
volunteer
group
and
raise
the
funds
and
fix
the
building,
and
they
did
they
put
a
group
together
we
gave
them
a
five-year
contract
and
we
gave
them
a
you
know
an
easement
onto
the
property
so
that
they
can
come
back
and
forth
on
the
property
in
five
years.
They've
done
nothing.
I
There's
been
no
no
work
on
the
property,
they
may
be
raising
funds.
We
don't
know
that,
but
there's
been
no
work
on
the
facility,
and
so
after
the
five
years
we
just
assumed
that
they're
not
going
to
do
anything
and
we
and
we
wrote
them
now.
The
bigger
issue
is
we.
We
have
a
year's
worth
of
work
at
lake
platter
b
east
I
mean
they
would
not
be
able
to
get
in
there.
I'm
going
to
be
very
honest
with
you,
because
there
is
a
there's,
a
retaining
wall.
I
Projects
off
off
of
the
what's
what
everybody
calls
the
carrying
off,
but
the
structure
that
we
use
for
for
catering
and
all
of
that
has
to
be
completed,
and
then
we
have
the
basement,
which
you
all
voted
on
to
level
and
and
dehumidify
the
the
catering
so
that
that
those
projects
I
just
mentioned
and
there's
in
addition
to
that,
there
is
removal
of
some
trees,
there's
replanting
on
certain
trees
and
then
there's
landscaping,
the
the
the
whole
market.
I
H
I'll
tell
you
that
straight
up:
okay,
because
we
had
a
group
of
people
first,
you
need
funds
to
do
that.
So
these
are
all
volunteers,
okay,
so
the
first
thing
you
have
to
do
is
you
have
to
have
money?
You
just
can't
go
out
there.
Everything
we
do
has
to
go,
get
floyd
back
through
the
county,
so
there's
a
process
that
has
to
occur
before
we
can
even
do
anything.
A
H
That
is
correct,
and
you
know
I
might
also
add
so
there
are
some
quotes
in
there
from
a
construction
company
that
we
had.
I
believe
it's
what
two
220
right
from
our
construction
guy.
P
H
You
know
I
mean
you
got
to
ask
yourselves
if
you
tear
it
down,
there's
asbestos
in
there
there's
all
kinds
of
other
materials,
so
the
cost
to
just
to
demolish
this
irreplaceable
icon
in
the
town
in
the
town
would
just
seems
kind
of
crazy
to
go
that
route
rather
than
see
look
at
if
you
go
by
there
any
weekend
in
the
summer.
That
is
the
backdrop
of
wedding
after
wedding
after
wedding,
which
has
the
reception
at
the
county's
catering
hall,
I
mean
that's
why
people
go
there.
H
E
E
I
don't
know,
I
don't
think
it
would
be
prudent
for
us
to
renew
any
agreement
without
at
least
a
significant
fundraising
plan
or
some
major
commitments
to
funds.
I
mean
I
agree
with
you.
I
don't
want
to
see
it
torn
down.
Of
course
it
is
a
landmark
in
our
town,
but
at
the
same
time,
when
we're
prioritizing
taxpayer
dollars
to
be
expended,
you
know
a
non-historic
lighthouse
versus
other
things.
It's
it's
a
tough
decision
to
make.
I.
J
O
H
The
wrong
spot,
it's
not
in
the
historic.
Yes,
that's
the
only
reason
why,
because
I've
seen
some
properties
in
these
landings
that
are
just
crappy
old
homes
that
are
deemed
historic
and
it's
a
joke,
and
then
you
look
at
this
lighthouse,
which
is
iconic
and
they're
saying:
oh,
we
don't
want
to
put
any
money
into
this
because
it's
not
historic
or
we
don't
see
value
in
it.
It
just
blows
my
mind.
G
So
I
seen
him
you
raised.
J
G
J
Etc,
etc,
they
said
well,
it
isn't
on
the
historic
register.
Now
I
spoke
to
our
interim
administrator,
who
is
pete
miller.
He
says
it
doesn't
have
to
be
on
the
historic
register.
It
has
historic
significance
and
under
that
umbrella
we
could
go
ahead
and
ask
for
grants
and
it
doesn't
have
to
be
on
the
historic
register,
because
atlantic
county
does
not
want
it
to
be
on
the
historic
register,
because
it
would
go
from
four
and
a
half
million
dollars
to
renovate
it.
J
According
to
them,
it
would
go
into
the
a
million
dollars
because
it
would
have
to
be
done
according
to
the
historic
construction
on
how
it
was
made
now
when
they
made
that
historic
structure
in
1939
they
they
hermann
dean,
is
the
one
who
designed
it
and
he
had
six
teenagers
helping
him
over
a
period
of
three
or
four
years
to
construct
that
lighthouse
and
it
was
called
not
a
lighthouse.
It
was
called
the
singing
tower
and
the
singing
tower.
J
J
And
the
the
thing
is
is
when
my
parents,
ed
and
winnie
young,
were
able
to
obtain
a
mortgage
to
take
over
lakeland
before
the
whole,
the
every
resident,
not
everyone,
but
the
the
majority
of
residents
said.
Please
can
you
please
stop
that
music,
because
it
would
go
through
a
whole
link
and
oh,
it
was
through
maze
landing.
So
we
did
so.
It
lost
that
historic
name
of
the
singing
tower
to
the
lighthouse.
J
J
J
All
these
different
storms
because
of
its
circular
nature
it
does
it.
It
is
substantial
and
we've
also
had
people
saying
that
the
foundation
is
okay
and
and
to
this
day
you
could
go
up
to
the
top
of
that
lighthouse
inside
and
and
not
have
any
problem.
But
of
course
yet
you
have
the
people
saying
oh
looks
good.
It
cost
almost
tons
of
money
to
to
fix
the
interior
of
it,
and
then
we
had
people
who
said
oh,
we
could
put
real
brick
around
there.
J
Well,
our
the
greg
testing
said
now.
You
can't
do
that
because
the
foundation
is
okay
as
it
stands,
but
it
will
not
endure
a
full
full
facade,
brick
emphasize
so
it
would
cause
it
to
to
fall
down
what
it
did
have,
okay,
which
I
don't
think
the
county
really
when
they
said
it
would
cost
fifteen
thousand
dollars
to
demolish
it.
They
didn't
take
into
consideration
the
asbestos
all
the
way
around.
That
lighthouse,
too,
is
very
tough.
J
D
J
Knock
that
down
that
asbestos
will
go
straight
into
the
lake
and
also
the
lake
of
the
lead,
that
is
on
the
paint
that
is
on
every
window,
every
a
little
porch
or
a
little
railing
that
will
go
into
the
lake.
So
no,
you
could
not
just
tear
it
down.
You'd
have
to
have
a
a
person,
an
environmentalist
employ
them,
and
it
would
cost
millions
to
do
that.
J
So
it
would
be
beneficial
to
the
county
to
restore
that.
You
have
it
on
every
one
of
your
booklets.
We
have
it
on
all
of
our
the
literature
for
the
wine
and
food
festival.
We
have
it
on
tons
and
tons
of
people
had
their
wedding
there.
They
have
an
emotional
feeling
towards
it,
and
anyone
who
sees
it
and
has
never
seen
it
before
feels
an
emotional
feeling.
J
J
I
said
no,
the
county
intends
to
tear
it
down
and
to
get
people
to
think
in
those
terms
and
then
donate
an
appropriate
amount
of
money.
There
was
one
fellow
that
donated
a
thousand
right
off
the
bat,
because
he
knew
that
it
was
a
very
important
symbol
of
hamilton
township
and
you
know
we
have
had
what
actually
had
a
few
people
or
a
couple
people
doing
it,
but
it's
all
at.
J
Otherwise,
there
are
several
buildings
in
that
lake
lenape
that
are
historic,
the
one
that
is
big
and
circular,
that
was
america
round
building,
that
is
historic.
There
are
the
little
tower
that
provides
the
water
that
is
historic
you
have
to.
When
you
apply
for
a
history
or
a
historic,
you
have
to
name
different
things
that
were
historic
now
that
carousel
that
was
a
boathouse
that
was
originally
historic,
that
was
built
by
herman
dean
and
delilah's.
J
Deemed
historic
by
the
historic
register,
but
at
this
point
I
understand
there's
only
a
few
people
working
in
that
department
anyway,
but
you
know
because
I've
I've
called
out
to
them.
I've
called
them.
I've
tried
to
get
a
hold
of
them
and
you
know
the
thing
is:
maybe
if
we
call
it
the
singing
tower
now,
we
can
make
it
historic
that
you
know
it
is
a
historic
fixture
in
and
and
what
do
you
say,
yeah?
Thank
you.
