A
I
J
F
A
E
I
notice,
the
ordinance
of
first
reading,
one
really
doesn't
happen.
Let
me
rephrase
it
I'm
going
to
support
this
Bond
on
this
is
the
right
thing
to
do
and
I'm
going
to
be
very
clear.
We
have
not
been
able
to
secure
our
meeting
that
I'm,
aware
of
that's
correct
with
the
president
of
the
college
and
the
three
vice
presidents.
I'm,
not
gonna
hold
the
college
hostage
right
right
because
they
blame
games,
but
I
expect
under
your
leadership
that
that
meeting
is
to
take
place.
A
End
of
me,
yeah
well
we're
pursuing
it
aggressively.
Okay,
I
I
will
tell
you
that
I
just
spoke
with
Tara
today
about
that
topic
and
we're
pursuing
it
aggressively.
It
will
be
a
good
thing
to
have
a
discussion
between
sport.
The
college
we're
very
proud
of
the
college.
We've
been
very
supportive
of
college
over
the
years,
and
this
is
a
Atlantic
Cape,
Community
College.
So
this
is
engulfs
two
two
counties
and
we've
done
improvements
out
there
to
college
and
we've
been
continuing
over
the
years
to
improve
the
facilities
there.
A
A
E
Chairman
I,
don't
want
to
be
the
dead
horse
to
death
because
I'm
going
to
support
you
and
just
the
right
thing
to
do.
But
let
me
be
very
clear:
I
want
to
hear
about
that
foolishness
about.
We
talked
to
Commissioners,
don't
worry
about
it.
We
got
it
handled
nothing's
going
to
happen.
Trust
me
now
I'm
going
to
play
the
game
I'm
the
best
playing
game
around
if
they
want
to
play
it,
but
we're
gonna
have
that
meeting
because
there's
some
serious
issues
yeah.
E
F
K
F
J
H
Go
ahead,
this
chair,
I
just
wanted
to
mention
that
the
committee
did
hold.
The
budget
committee
did
whole
day
meeting
following
our
last
commissioner
meeting
and
did
have
a
discussion
with
Administration
with
regard
to
some
of
the
concerns
that
were
raised
talked
about
a
number
of
ideas,
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
that
didn't
go
on
deaf
ears.
H
Certainly,
there
are
constraints
that
we
have
within
the
budget,
but
we
did
make
clear
what
our
priorities
are
and
so
we're
continuing
to
work
with
Administration
on
that,
but
otherwise
I
do
want
to
just
thank
our
budget
team
for
their
continued
diligence
and
hard
work
on
putting
all
this
together.
I
know
it's
a
lot
of
hours.
It's
a
lot
of
meetings.
It's
a
lot
of
frustration,
but
I
do
want
to
recognize
that
at
work.
So
thank
you
to
the
to
the
budget
team
I.
K
L
Mr,
chair
I
would
like
to
clarify
some
information
that
was
made
to
the
public
following
the
last
Commissioners
meeting.
There
was
a
story
in
the
press
that
said
that
the
average
salary
in
the
county
was
26.
Fifty
six
thousand
dollars
and
I
think
that
average
is
not
the
right
right
method
of
describing
how
the
salaries
fall
in
the
in
the
county.
The
more
correct
method
would
be
the
median
we
had
a
little
show
and
tell
for
you.
L
L
If
you
do
the
median,
you
put
them
all
in
order
and
you
take
the
one
in
the
middle
and
it's
30.,
which
is
a
fifteen
thousand
dollar
difference
from
what
the
average
is
so
the
median
this
year,
even
though
the
average
is-
and
these
are
2021
numbers-
that's
the
latest-
you
can
find,
but
it
seems
to
match
what
was
talked
about.
The
average
is
56,
but
the
median
is
48.
L
and
starting
in
2017
the
median
was
46
in
2018.
It
was
46
in
2019
it
was
46
in
2020
it
was
48
and
in
2021
it
was
48..
So
I
think
that's
important
for
us
to
know
how
the
salaries
are
are
really
playing
out
in
the
county,
and
you
have
a
few
High
salaries
and
the
rest
not
so
high,
and
what
most
of
the
people
are
earning
is
lower
than
all
of
that.
L
So
I
think
that
I
think
that
we
need
more
discussion
and
I
mean
if
you,
if
the
median
salary
is
forty,
eight
thousand
dollars.
I
just
did
this
on
my
drive
over
here.
Thinking
about
it.
If
your
mortgage
and
your
taxes
and
your
heat
and
your
electricity,
it's
not
a
stretch
to
say
that's
two
thousand
dollars
a
month
right
mortgage
taxes,
heat
and
electricity.
It's
24
000
a
year
throw
in
some
food
and
you
have,
if
you're
a
family,
that's
a
probably
a
thousand
a
month.
L
So
that's
thirty
six
thousand
a
month,
then
you
have.
Maybe
you
want
to
put
gas
in
your
car
or
pay
a
car
payment
and
you're
at
like
forty
thousand
dollars,
so
you
have
eight
thousand
dollars
to
live
on
for
the
year.
D
D
L
Yeah,
we
didn't
even
get
the
48,
we
got.
Let's
thank
you
like
20
to
25
percent
less,
because
the
taxes
and
the
deductions
for
medical
and
the
pension
contribution
so
I
think
that
there's
really
a
lot
to
talk
about.
If
we
want
this
County
to
move
forward
and
have
people
come
live
here
are
people
who
live
here
have
to
be
able
to
afford
to
live
here
to
do
the
services.
So
it's
a
big
conversation
that
needs
to
happen.
Thank
you.
Thank.
E
You
so
Mr
chairman,
if
I
may
so
and
and
my
colleagues
is
correct
in
terms
of
the
salaries
of
the
employees.
We
hate
this
conversation
right.
So
since
the
last
meeting
I've
had
the
opportunity
to
leave
with
the
county
executive
I
met
with
Jerry
over
the
telephone
and
I
talked
to
some
of
the
unions.
They
talked
to
a
couple
of
union
members,
so
I
know,
there's
been
some
progress
being
made,
but
asked
me
and
Teamsters
I
don't
have
the
numbers
from
what
I
was
gathered
on
Friday
that
the
talks
were
going
well.
E
They
were
looking
at
some
numbers
that
they
could
live
with,
but
they
have
to
sell
it
back
to
their
membership.
I
didn't
get
into
the
numbers
yet,
but
I
thought
it
was
important
to
have
that
conversation,
because
this
some
of
us
have
two
jobs:
three
jobs.
Some
of
them
got
one
job
and
we're
doing.
Okay
right.
E
That's
that's
not
the
case
for
everybody
and
and
I'll
say
this
when
I'm
going
into
the
whole
detail
of
the
conversation
with
the
county
exec
at
the
end
of
the
day,
folks
talk
about
their
mortgages,
they
talk
about
their
car
notes
and
et
cetera,
et
cetera
right.
How
do
we
come
to
a
conclusion
that,
where
we've
raised
the
salaries
and
then
do
the
steps
that'll
come
up
with
some
kind
of
figure
with
the
unions?
It's
not
going
to
be
one-sided
story.
It's
got
to
give
give
and
take
on
both
sides.
E
I've
talked
to
union
members.
I've
talked
to
folks
in
the
Union
at
the
end
of
the
day
when
they
talk
about
and
y'all.
So,
okay,
we're
here
in
tears,
right
and
so
again.
I
talked
to
Jerry,
I'm,
confident
something's,
going
to
happen
and
why
I
say
I'm
confident
something's
going
to
happen
because
I
talked
to
the
union
reps
and
they
feel
that
the
contract
negotiation
or
the
conversations
were
doing
very
well
and
agree
on
anything
they
kind
of
create
yet.
E
But
they
felt
that
something
could
happen
and
I
don't
think
the
county
and
the
union
is
going
to
be
too
far
off
and
and
I'll
be
honest
with
you,
I
told
him:
listen
I.
K
E
K
E
And
so
what
happens
is
I'm
hoping
that
the
contract
negotiations
with
the
unions
will
continue
I
hope
in
the
very
near
future,
sooner
rather
than
later,
and
we're
introducing
the
budget
there'll
be
a
whole
lot
quicker
movement
and
nobody's
going
to
get
a
whole
lot
overnight
and
I
did
have
a
conversation.
I
believe
yesterday,
Jerry
with
you
that
talked
about
the
management,
that's
not
represented
by
Union,
and
you
assured
me
that
there
was
some
conversation
going
on.
E
That's
a
good
thing,
because
I
didn't
realize
that
the
management,
for
example
the
nursing
home,
is
not
a
part
of
the
unions
and
so
because
they
they're
management.
It's
a
whole
different
conversation
with
Administration.
But
after
the
conversation
with
Jerry
yesterday,
I
feel
kind
of
good
that
they're
heading
in
the
right
direction.
E
But
it
has
to
be
not
a
One-Shot
deal.
It
has
to
be
something
that
gradually
goes
up
and
I
always
refer
to
Atlantic
City.
We
went
from
22
2
to
25.5
now
we're
at
31
too,
but
there
was
a
lot
of
movement
and
there
was
people
have
the
opportunity
to
go
from
clerk.
E
One
clerk
twos
Kirk
right
on
up
the
road,
but
there
has
to
be
some
incentives
given
and
that's
negotiation
between
the
Union
and
the
Administration,
but
I
need
to
mind
my
colleagues
that
once
this
body
gets
the
budget
becomes
our
budget
right,
it's
our
budget,
and
so
we
either
add
delete
whatever
we're
going
to
do,
taking
nothing
away
from
the
administration
because
they
put
a
good
budget
together,
but
there's
some
room
in
there
that
I
think
they're
going
to
be
able
to
do
something
with
the
unions
on
an
ongoing
basis.
E
Not
a
once.
You
idea
again
I'm
not
going
to
go
into
all
the
conversation.
I
just
feel
good
talking
to
the
union
reps
and
they
seem
to
be
at
this
point
at
least
good
conversations.
Let
me
put
it
that
way.
You
tell
me
if
I'm
wrong,
I.
M
Mean
I
heard
the
teamsters
I
think
I
told
you.
We
met
six
hours
with
the
teachers
on
Friday;
they
they
have.
You
know,
there's
something
on
the
table:
they
have
to
go
back
their
membership
and
we're
setting
up
another
meeting
with
them.
The
thing
is
either
confirm
or
whatever
with
the
membership
and
then
with
ask
me:
we
met
yesterday.
They
they
met
for
a
couple
of
hours,
and
so
they
made
a
proposal
and
we
we
will
counter.
M
They
have
an
agreement
that
will
submit
something
by
the
third
of
April
and
then
I
think
we
have
another
meeting
with
with
them
on
April
11th,
so
that
one's
moving
along
and
we
have
gwu
I
mean
there's
a
pres
they've.
Given
us.
You
know
your
proposal
will
work
on
giving
them
a
counter
proposal,
and
then
you
have
tuniso
they've.
Given
us
proposal
we've
given
them
a
counter
proposal,
so
you
know
she
had.
E
To
go
through
the
negotiations
there
so
I
think
what
years
they
have
for.
You
I
think
what's
needed
to
happen,
Jerry
through
our
chairman
to
our
chairwoman
of
the
budget
committee,
maybe
at
the
next
meeting,
if
she
doesn't
call
a
special
event,
maybe
we
need
to
discuss
with
the
budget
committee,
so
they
all
have
an
idea.
What's
going
on
right,
where
we
at
so
we're
not
guessing
and
again
just
a
reminder
to
the
government
body,
it's
our
budget.
E
What's
eight
percent
is
our
budget
and
we
men
and
women?
Doesn't
we
need
to
cut,
got
to
add
you
gotta,
we
talk
about
the
cat.
We
talk
about
all
that
kind
of
stuff,
but
I
think
Jerry
and
him
come
to
the
budget
committee
and
give
a
presentation
with
that.
It's
more
that
you
can
talk
about
what
happened
with
the
unions
oppose
it
because
they
have
met
with
their
membership.
It's
not
for
us
to
say
in
public
what
they
did.
K
N
That
was
the
point
that
was
great,
but
you
said
I
think
is
right
and
that
until
that
point
as
of
right
now,
it's
collective
bargaining
correct.
It's
not
our
budget.
It's
not
for
us
to
sit
up
here
in
a
dice
and
make
public
statements
about
because
they're
in
negotiation,
and
so
they
have
to
sit
down
and
negotiate.
However,
they're
whatever
they're
doing
negotiation,
that's
between
the
union
and
administration
and
it's
not
ours
until
it
comes
to
us
the
budget.
N
Disagree
on
I'm
agreeing
with
you,
okay,
okay,
so
I'm,
saying
for
last
meeting
part
of
the
reason
that
we,
some
of
us
didn't
say
much
and
I
know
some
of
the
Commissioners
up
here
tried
to
kind
of
hold
our
tongues.
We
had
things
that
we
felt,
but
we
didn't
say
much
because
it's
in
collective
bargaining,
it's
it's
being
negotiated
at
the
moment.
You
know.
So
it's
not
ours.
Until
to
your
point,
it
becomes
our
budget
correct,
correct.
L
Can
I
see
a
couple
more
things?
Okay,
so
for
everybody's
edification,
the
non-union
management
employees
that
commissioner
corsi
was
talking
about
all
got
five
percent.
Last
year
we
learned
that
at
our
budget,
right
I
also
wanted
to
say
that
our
the
staff
is
working
like
at
high
alert
because
there
aren't
enough
of
them
and
to
do
the
work
that
needs
to
be
done
by
the
county
and
there's
only
so
long.
A
human
being
can
do
that
before
they
burn
out.
L
M
Budget
include
increases
for
that.
It
includes
weekly
increases
for
teachers
going
back
to
January.
One
and
four
ask
me:
it
includes
January
and
that's
in
the
world.
That's
a
family
and
Community
Development.
That's
their
budget
is
a
welfare
budget.
Okay,
thank
you
very
much.
Thank
you
and
I.
Think
I
explained
it.
I
mean
I
always
want
to
make
sure
we
explained
to
the
budget
committee
yesterday.
Part
of
the
region.

Jerry
I
was
surprised
to
see
the
only
only
two
for
this.
Only
two
Africans
isn't
that
kind
of
low.
D
M
It
is
low,
normally
and
and
Tony
is
telling
me
that
it's
very
hard
to
get
people
who
want
to
actually
do
this
work
anymore.
We
went
out
for
appraisals
for
one
of
the
buildings
we're
looking
for
for
the
Board
of
Elections.
We
could
only
get
one
one
quote:
Randy
Tony's
telling
me
this
typically
there's
only
like
two
left
in
the
field,
wow
that
are
actually
they're
actually
quoting
on
the
work
that
we've
we've
been.
You
know
asking.
F
H
Commissioner
says
Patrick
discussion
Mr
chairman
on
the
highway.
If
you
don't
know
the
Angels
In
Motion
organization,
I,
definitely
urge
the
public
to
go
check
it
out.
They're,
they're,
really,
wonderful
organization
in
terms
of
supporting
those
living
with
substance,
abuse
or
trying
to
you
know,
move
past
it
or
supporting
their
families.
They
do
a
really
great
job
and
I
just
want
to
highlight
that
organization
and
the
work
they
do
for
our
community.
A
J
F
B
A
B
Jerry,
where
are
we
at
with
the
destruction
of
the
warehouse
space.
M
Your
own
elephant,
exceedingly
High,
went
back
out
to
the
Aquatic
Tech
and
we
haven't
changed
the
specs,
so
they're.
B
I
C
I
J
F
F
E
Chairman,
yes,
so
I
noticed
as
revenue
generated,
but
I
was
alerted
last
week
and
I
believe
it's
Ocean,
County
Jerry,
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong,
it
had
to
do
with
something
to
do
with
2-1-1.
You
know
we
call
2-1-1
sent
people
to
Lang
City.
They
sent
people
to
Galloway.
They
we're
not
having
all
these
folks
all
over
the
damn
state
of
New
Jersey
and
they
send
them.
So
our
director
of
Health
and
Human
Services
for
the
city
reached
out
to
representative,
because
it's
211
is
the
state
that
run
by
the
state.
E
Why
are
you
recommending
if
you
can
come
to
Lake,
City
and
Galloway
and
from
other
counties?
We
got
our
own
problems
here,
so
we
we're
waiting
to
meet
with
somebody
through
our
director
of
Health
and
Human
Services
for
the
city,
but
it's
amazing,
our
folks
just
put
get
on
the
phone
you
need
help.
You
call
two
one
one.
We
can't
sell
them
from
Atlanta
County,
Ocean,
County,
Gloucester,
County
or
any
other
County
everybody's.
Coming
this
way
right.
Where
does
it
stop
right?
E
It
ain't
revenue
generated
for
sure
for
sure,
but
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
they
can't
keep
that
they
should
not
be
2-1-1
should
not
be
telling
folks
we're
gonna,
send
you
to
Atlanta
County,
whether
it's
Galloway
Atlantic
City
or
any
of
these
other
municipalities
around.
Here
we
try
to
set
folks
back
on
where
they
came
from
folks
to
continue
to
send
them
here.
There's
got
to
be
a
stop
too.
So
I
said
that,
because
this
is
revenue
generated
for
for
something
different,
but
where
does
it
stop?
O
E
But
I
don't
think
the
state,
because
2-1-1
comes
on
to
say
folk,
the
state
ain't
down
to
go
to
Lane
County.
We
had
that
problem
during
the
whole
day
going
Kobe
thing
when
nobody
everybody
closed
down
and
they
said
everybody
to
Atlantic
City
right.
So
I'd
like
to
continue
to
get
the
blunt,
no
matter
what,
if
it's
bad,
it's
coming
out
of
Lang,
City
and
99
of
those
folks
ain't
even
from
the
area,
let
alone
not
from
Atlantic
City.
E
So
I
wanted
to
put
that
on
the
record,
because
it's
Ocean
County,
but
they
saw
the
send
folks
here
too,
because
if
they
come
here,
you
know
where
they're
going
right.
But
you
know
what,
after
30
days,
they
become
permanent
residents.
Well,.
M
That
they
they
decide,
they
don't
want
to
go
back
to
ocean
county
and
they
become
they
become,
they
would
apply
here
and
they
would
become
a
client
here.
We
called
them
in
with
their
their
common
does
list.
We
don't
have
space
amazing,
Ocean,
County,
yep,
big
ocean
county
is
I,
mean
I,
can't
believe
they
can't
find.
Somebody
then.
M
Spoke
the
forest.
They
told
bars
that
the
211
told
them
to
send
the
mirror
and
they
gave
them
the
names
of
the
motels
that
we
were
utilizing
that
we
utilize.
We
don't
you
know
under
normal
circumstance.
We
don't
Place
anybody
in
motels.
You
know
we
we've
been
directed
not
to
do
that
and
for
good
reason,
but.
E
H
M
This
way,
different
commissions
I,
can
call
that
commissioner
and
another
County
in
their
welfare
board,
and
then
they
said
they
were
going
to
send
homeless
to
Rescue
Mission
I
called
the
commissioner
and
said
you
know:
I,
don't
know
if
you
know
this,
but
they
sent
me
from
their
meeting.
I
got
them
in
so
I'll
just
met
him
with
me.
She
she
wrote
a
letter
to
Cape
May
County
Cape,
May
County.
They
sent
anybody
here,
but
they
would
not
get
any
welfare
money
at
all
for
their
clients.
M
They
would,
they
would
cut
off
Medicaid,
they
would
cut
off.
You
know
whatever
other
assistance
they
did.

yield
to
my
senior
colleague
over
here.
H
Thank
you,
sir
well
so
chair
I,
just
do
want
to
mention.
I
did
see
the
note
Jerry
we
did
get.
I
did
get
a
resident
question
with
regards
to
Lantern
why
treatment
or
kind
of
spraying
aspect
if
the
county
does
that?
That's
not
including
our
County
Mosquito
treatment
program,
and
it
looks
like
the
advice
that
was
given
in
terms
of
direction-
is
that
local
landscapers
should
be
licensed
to
spray
for
lantern
flies
and
no
the
restrictions
related
to
that
and
there's
also
a
website.
H
Www.Njaisa,
where
residents
could
also
find
a
licensed
arborist
who
could
assist
with
Lantern
fly
issues
as
well,
so
I
just
wanted
to
pass
that
along
thanks.
Jerry
I
passed
that
information
back
over
to
the
resident.
So
thank
you
very
good.
Thank
you.
Didn't
know
that
myself
are
you.
A
C
There's
been
articles
in
the
paper
first
of
all,
I
want
to
give
I
do
want
to
thank
everyone
for
being
up
and
I
respect
what
you
said:
Mr
Parker
about
you
guys
kept
your
comments
to
yourself,
because
it
I
mean
two
of
you
spoke
out
which
I
I
do
want
to
thank
Mr
balance
and
Mrs
Fitzgerald,
because
you
spoke
out
and
he
made
a
lot
of
my
co-workers
happy
that
someone
felt
they've
gone.
I
also
want
to
thank
you
for
your
chart.
That
was
one
of
my
chapters.
C
Today,
I
was
going
to
talk
about
it,
but
it's
41-43.
It's
not
45.
to
be
exact
right.
They
make
a
logo
is
now
there's
been
interviews
that
spoke
upon
the
things
that
County
workers
received
I
think
we
said
300
000
for
a
family
of
four.
Now
everyone
up
there.
No,
we
can't
we
can't.
We
can't
pay
our
rent.
Our
mortgage
with
a
benefit
would
have
benefited.
But
if
all
300
members
of
the
County
Government
had
a
family
of
four,
we
would
have
no
benefits.
C
C
When
I'm
not
here
to
talk
about
the
negotiations,
he
made
that
clear,
you're
not
supposed
to
speak
upon
that,
but
last
thing
about
the
union
president
said
to
me:
was
he
had
to
meet
with
Livingston
after
the
meeting
and
everything
that
erupted
from
it?
We
heard
nothing.
This
was
last
Wednesday.
Now
we
got
The
Negotiator
said
that
they
came
to
some
type
conclusion.
Of
course
he
said
that
they're
disclose
the
meeting.
When
are
we
going
to
hear
that
this
is
last
Wednesday?
You
met
he?
He
didn't.
C
He
met
with
us
to
tell
us
that
he
had
to
meet
him,
but
he
never
met
with
us
to
say
we're
coming
close
to
some
agreement,
so
I
sent
it
before
you
hit
before
you
now
and
say:
I
have
zero
confidence
that
I
use
zero
confidence,
a
very
big
zero
because
you
don't
relate
the
message
to
me
and
and
I'll
try
to
speak
to
my
co-workers.
I've
been
and
I've
been
doing
the
union
thing
for
years.
I
was
in
the
teachers
30
years
ago.
C
I
was
in
the
team
since
560,
not
even
three
four
years
ago,
so
I
know
a
lot
about
the
humans
and
and
when
I
contacted
you
know,
he
said
he
would
be
here
today.
Let
me
show
you
the
text.
He
said
I'll
I'll,
be
there
today,
I,
don't
see
anywhere,
but
to
make
a
long
story
short
appreciate
the
job
you
guys
do
like
I,
said
I'm
here
to
Service
Atlanta,
accounting
and
I.
Do
it
to
the
best
of
my
ability
and
I
really
want
to
delete
The
Narrative
of
we
don't
work,
it's
an
easy
job.
C
It's
an
easy
job
for
some
people.
Some
people
work.
They
take
care
of
their
job,
I
mean
I.
Try
to
use
a
time's
up.
I
try
to
use
an
example
when
they
say
Landon,
County,
don't
work.
My
example
is
I'll
cook
in
a
restaurant.
Your
job
is
to
cook
you
don't
cook
to
people
coming
to
order
food,
so
in
between
you,
wait
for
the
next
customers
to
come
in.
So
that's
what
I
said
with
my
job
I
work
from
the
time.
C
C
They
want
benefits
so
again,
I
say:
where
can
you
pay
your
electric
bill
with
a
benefit?
I
can't
say
this:
you'll
have
benefits
but
you'll
be
the
healthiest
homeless
person
that
I
know
you'll,
be
the
healthiest
person
walking
to
work
that
I
know.
You
know
so.
I
mean
and
I'll
sort
of
correct
me.
One
thing
before
I
go
against
Fitzgerald
when
I
said
I
made
14
an
hour.
I
want
to
correct
it
and
say:
I
made
13
17
an
hour.
C
C
C
O
O
O
O
This
is
what
people
that
are
working
every
day
for
your
government,
for
our
government
has
to
survive
with
to
live
in
Atlantic
Council.
This
is
all
that
I'm
going
to
say
so,
there's
no
one
can
get
lost
in
the
numbers
anymore.
You
now
see
it
for
yourself
to
the
back
of
that.
Packet
includes
what
are
contracts
that
look
like
it
looked
like
over
a
couple
of
years,
starting
at
twenty
thousand
dollars.
O
We
have
employees
that
attended
with
the
county
for
over
30
years.
You
know
what
the
starting
salary
for
them
was
eleven
thousand
dollars
30
years
later,
to
just
get
to
70
or
60
000.
That's
how
you
think
your
employees,
I
don't
know
if
any
of
you
can
live
off
of
five
hundred
dollars
a
week
in
Atlantic
County,
but
somehow
we're
forced
to
do
it,
which
means
time
away
from
family,
which
also
means
an
impact
on
your
health.
O
Atlantic
City
has
a
poverty
rate
of
23.6
percent
15
to
20
subsidized,
low-income
housing,
so
I
assume
that
is
Justified
to
pay
people
that
work
for
the
Department
of
Family
and
Community
Development,
just
a
little
bit
because
the
mentality
is
well.
Everyone
lives
in
subsidized
housing
in
Atlantic,
City,
who's,
a
homeowner
that
works
for
the
Department
of
Family
and
Community
Development.
Very
few.
O
You
have
to
apply
for
assistance,
people
that
work
for
the
Department
have
to
apply
for
food
stamps
or
they
have
to
apply
for
what
we
call
the
cease
program
and
sit
through
that
in
dignity
to
have
your
privacy
to
provide
pay,
stubs
and
bank
statements,
because
you
cannot
afford
to
pay
your
rent.
This
is
what
it
comes
down
to
so
I'm
going
to
stop
here,
because
we
all
know
what
it
is
at
this
point.
No
one
can
say
well,
I
didn't
know
anymore,
because
now
you
know
you
have
the
pay
stubs
in
front
of
you.
O
You
have
the
contracts
in
front
of
you
and
on
top
of
that,
in
that
packet
is
included,
the
contracts
from
Camden,
County
and
Cumberland
County
doing
the
same
thing
and
you
can
see
what
their,
what
their
salaries
are.
We're
not
in
terms
of
caseload,
is
just
as
high
as
candidate
yeah,
we're
losing
losing
by
the
minute.
So
how
are
we
now
bringing
in
new
workers?
How
can
we
what's
the
incentive
to
work
for
Atlantic
County
government
when
they
want
to
pay
you
just
above
the
poverty
rate?
P
No,
you
go
please
good
evening.
My
name
is,
and
I
am
a
shop
steward
for
CWA
at
75,
but
that's
not
why
I'm
here
I'm
here
the
support,
because
it's
it's
so
funny
when
we
saw
it.
Everybody
ran
to
me
when
they
saw
that
median
a
lot
of
56
000
and
that's
why
we
helped
to
put
together
that,
because
nobody,
it's
nobody
if
you're
there
it's
after.
P
P
At
Atlantic,
County
I
worked
the
second
job
for
five
years
and
then
I
worked.
I
stopped
and
I
worked
for
two
years,
so
I
had
to
work
a
second
job.
For
a
long
time.
We
didn't
have
to
pay
our
medical
master.
Now
we
pay,
and
in
this
last
box
I
take
they
take
500
a
month.
I'm
for
medical.
Now,
I
am
see
you
soon.
So
I
need
my
medal.
You
know,
and
I
was
telling
them.
P
This
is
the
first
time
in
my
County
Career
that
I
feel
secure
in
my
self,
because
I
just
started
getting
Social
Security.
So
it
took
me
to
get
Social
Security
to
not
feel
like
I
was
one
paycheck
away
from
without
my
husband
being
homeless.
That's
not
cool.
We
did
interviews
last
week,
I
was
caught,
I
had
to
we
have
we've
had
40
people
read
daughter,
panda,
I,
think
it's
40.
We
have
25
26
positions
open
now,
15
people
apply
they
hired.
Six.
P
The
starting
salary
at
thirty
thousand
went
deadly
I'm
losing
a
gentleman
now
and
he
said
I
can't
afford
to
work
here.
I
just
can't
afford
to
work
here.
I,
stay
and
and
I'm
gonna
say
this
because
you
know
it's
just
really
hard
when
you
lose
employees
out
and
and
I
ran
emergency
assistance
for
three
years.
It's
the
hardest
job
I
had
here.
So
when
they
talk
about
Ocean
County
and
coming
it's
the
God's,
honest
truth,
you
know
what
I
mean
people
are
facing,
people
and
all
that
it
was
the
heart.
P
But
what
I
want
to
say
is
that
I
stay
every
night
up
until
sixth
third
quarter
to
seven
six
years
old
by
the
time
I
get
home,
watch
Judge,
Judy,
eat
dinner
and
go
to
bed
and
that's
it.
But
I
just
want
y'all
to
think
about
this,
our
processing
cases
and
don't
ever
think
and
I-
don't
want
to
start
a
whole,
but
don't
ever
think
that
everybody's
getting
benefits
a
living
background
and
Atlantis.
The
narrative
has
changed
since
the
pandemic.
P
A
whole
lot
of
people
need
food
stamps
and
if
there's
nobody
there,
the
process
them.
How
are
they
going
to
eat
everybody's,
not
hungry,
and
it
ain't
serious?
Some
people
are
hungry
and
Veteran.
Some
people
are
hungry
and
Margate.
Some
people
are
hungry
in
Galloway.
Don't
don't
think
that
and
if
it's
nobody
there
to
process
those
cases,
how
are
those
holes
going
to
eat
you
know,
and
how
are
you
expecting
the
up
at
my
to
stay
that
long
I
stay
because
I
want
to
see
the
people?
P
Q
Yes,
there's
no
one
else:
I
I
also
have
some
handouts.
Excuse
my
dress.
If
you
wouldn't
mind,
thank.
K
Q
For
those
of
you
that
don't
know
me,
my
name
is
Victoria.
Cooking
I
live.
Q
The
girl
I've
always
been
proud
of
Atlanta
County,
not
too
happy
about
what
I
have
found
out
recently.
Thank
you
tagging
off
of
these
gentlemen
and
what
happened
at
the
last
medium
I've
had
already
been
working
on
something
else
that
I
had
spoken
to
on
a
one
or
to
one
basis
of
with
several
of
the
commissions
Commissioners
that
are
sitting
there.
I
made
close
to
a
couple
who
didn't
return,
Michael,
who
was
my
hope
to
have
a
one-on-one
talk
and
not
have
to
do
this,
but.
D
Q
What
really
sucked
was
the
director
of
nursing
felt
that
she
needed
to
explain
to
me.
Thank
God,
the
disability
program
that
the
County
Employees
had.
It
is
not
a
disability
program.
Sorry
Mr
Joe
Russell,
but
it
is
not.
It
is
the
worst
thing.
I
have
ever
seen
it's
in
the
folders
there,
their
policies
and
procedures
I
gave
you
another
one
that
I
copied
with
my
scribbles
all
over
it.
It's
not
that
I
am
unfamiliar
with
what
a
disability
program
looks
like
I've,
been
an
administrator
in
many
capacities.
Q
Last
job
I
had
where
I
was
administrator,
I
had
368
employees
over
six
counties
in
New
Jersey,
and
we
we
bought
into
the
state
disabilities.
People
got
to
have
an
accident
that
wasn't
their
fault
and
they
got
to
take
time
off
from
work
for
surgery
or
bone
they
broke
or
whatever
might
be,
the
medical
reason
and
the
state
paid
for
it,
and
they
came
back
to
work
the
county.
Q
You
borrow
that
money
from
the
county
they
pay
for
it,
and
then
you
pay
it
back
please.
This
is
out
of
the
1950s
talk
about
Union
I
grew
up
with
my
grandparents.
My
grandfather
was
a
union
man,
a
shop
steward.
He
would
roll
over
his
grades.
Looking
at
this,
so
can
you
imagine
that
you
go
out.
You
fell
downstairs.
You
broke
your
leg.
You
have
to
go
out
you're,
having
surgery,
orthopedic
surgery,
how's
your
outpour
about
six
weeks.
I
know
I
had
knee
replacement
and
the
whole
time.
Q
You
were
worrying
about
how
you're
going
to
pay
that
back
to
the
county.
Now,
if
you
quit,
if
you
resign,
you've
already
signed
something
that
says,
you've
got
to
pay
that
money
back
in
three
years,
whether
or
not
you
work
for
the
county.
That's
not
Insurance!
Not
my
book.
I
got
car
insurance,
that's
better
than
that.
I
have
worked
for
over
50
years
and
I've
never
seen
a
debacle
such
as
this.
Q
Now,
when
this
was
shown
to
me,
I
did
a
small
dive,
not
a
deep
dive
and
reached
out
to
some
County
employees
who
were
afraid
to
give
me
their
name.
They
were
in
the
process
of
paying
the
county
back
for
time.
They
took
off
for
being
sick
and
they
were
afraid
that
if
they
spoke
up
they
would
lose
their
job
and
it
wasn't
one
person.
It
wasn't
two
people.
Q
Q
The
last
administrative
job
I
have
I
was
an
administrator
for
a
hospice,
so
we
had
six
counties,
one
of
the
best
nursing
homes
in
Atlantic,
County
that
we
loved
working
with
was
the
Atlantic
County
nursing
home.
That's
how
hard
those
people
were
those
people
sold
you
through
poses
nursing
students.
Cnas
everybody
saw
you
through
covid
right
now.
Q
You
have
two
units
closed
down
in
that
nursing
home
two
units
with
a
waiting
list
of
Atlantic
County
residents
who
want
to
get
in
there,
and
you
know
why
it's
closed
because
you
can't
get
staffed
and
you
can't
get
staff
to
him,
not
paying
them
and
your
benefits,
sting.
I,
know
I,
said
self
before
sorry,
but
nonetheless,
nonetheless
I
would
beg
you
to
look
at
this
and,
while
I
understand
your
positions,
those
of
you
are
kind
enough
to
talk
to
me.
Q
I
know
that
you're,
you
know
how
the
government
is
set
up,
but
you
represent
us
each
and
every
one
of
you
were
elected
and
put
here
by
the
people
you
represent,
whether
you're
at
large
or
not.
You
are
representing
this
County.
The.
What
these
people
need
is
what
you
need
to
be
concerned
about.
Yes,
I
see
everything
on
your
order
of
business
today,
important
I've
got
it.
You've
got
to
do
it,
but
really
what
doesn't
it
come
down
to
your
citizens?
Doesn't
it
come
down
to
your
neighbors?
Q
Doesn't
it
come
down
to
the
people
who
support
you,
the
guys
who
are
picking
up
your
trash
cleaning,
your
streets,
taking
care
of
your
elderly
come
on?
This
was
embarrassing
for
me,
embarrassing,
because
I
expected
better
I
really
did
I,
don't
know
what
planet
I
was
living
on,
but
when
I
realized
what
they
were
making
and
what
their
benefits
were,
I
had
to
come
out
and
speak
I
know
I,
don't
work
for
the
county,
I
semi-retired,
but
it
doesn't
matter.
Some
of
you
know
me
well
and
know
that
I
really
do
care
about
people.
Q
M
Don't
fully
understand
the
disability
program,
oh,
we
have
a
disability.
What
we
do
is
everybody
contributes
to
to
the
to
sick
days,
this
disability
pool
and
so
in
order
when,
when
children,
why
God
sick
and
by
the
way
it's
based
on,
if
you
don't
have
any
sick
or
vacation
time,
you
you
use
all
that,
then
you
go
into
the
disability
pool.
But
let's,
let's
talk
about
that,
so
I
would
continue
to
work.
M
So
you
can
give
two
days
back
on
your
benefit
every
year,
and
so
some
people
get
sick
and
then
they
leave
I
can
I
can
only
tell
you
that
there's
very
few
people
that
we
collect
from
I
would
certainly
like
to
know
the
people
that
that
are
afraid
to
do
to
mention
is
because
it
reminds
me
of
the
young
lady.
M
That
was
your
last
week,
who
said
people
sleeping
in
their
cars
that
she
said
she
hesitated
and
she
began
talking
about
the
staff
sitting
sitting
in
their
trucks
and
fall
asleep
in
their
trucks,
while
they're
working
during
snow,
so
I
called
her
to
ask
her
the
question:
they're,
really
people
sleeping
in
your
car.
Actually,
there
are
two
people,
I
said
well,
can
you
give
me
your
name?
So
just
so
you
know
the
county
I
could
have
somebody
he
would
immediately
we'll
get
them,
basically,
whatever
the
case
may
be,
while
he's
sleeping
in
your
blood.
M
So
she
didn't
want
to
share
that
with
her.
It's
sort
of
the
same
thing
I
can
sit
here
and
tell
you
all
the
bad
things.
Never
give
you
a
name
of
somebody
I'd
like
to
know
the
names
of
the
people
that
were
worried
about
the
disability
pool
because
I
see
the
other
side
of
it.
People
we've
never
pay
us
and
then,
and
it
doesn't
matter
because
we're
not
going
after
them.
We
don't
we.
We
have
never
gone
after
anybody
on
the
disability
before
and
and
I
can
ask
your
Bonnie
sitting
right
here.
M
He
has
probably
that
question
she'll
tell
you
so
that's
how
it
works.
You
everybody
gives
two
sick
days
and
then,
when
you
get
better,
you
come
back
and
you
give
two
sick
days
a
year
back
back
into
the
pool,
and
that's
that's
how
the
Pool
Works
now
the
thing
with
better
view
is
we
actually
I
mean
you
all,
remember,
I,
guess
anybody
laughs
in
memory
we
opened
up
the
contract
in
bed
of
you
to
increase
the
salary
to
the
nursing
staff.
M
We
did
that
we
based
it
on
what
the
market
was
going
for
in
this
area.
I'm,
not
sure
what
you
know,
what,
when
Distributing
was
there.
So
while
we
did
do
that,
we
opened
it
up,
it's
still
not
easy
to
get
I
hate
to
show
you,
but
it's
not
easy
to
get
CNN
he's
now.
Wait.
I
had
asked
by
commissioner
Gatto
what
we're
doing
I
gave
I
guess
it
was
to
the
committee
Iraq
that
David
back
to
the
budget
committee,
for
what
we're
doing
in
that
area.
M
It's
a
number
of
different
things
that
that
we
do
in
order
to
attract
staff.
I,
don't
know
what
else
to
say:
we're
going
we're
going
to
expand
Google
go
down
to
to
ACC
ACC,
as
you
know,
does
a
rotation
at
the
building
Rowan
does
a
rotation
of
it.
We
have
a
actually.
We
have
a
class
on
a
regular
basis
of
CNAs
in
the
bill.
So
again,
I
I,
don't
know
what
to
say.
I
mean
you're
doing
everything
we
do
that.
K
Q
Q
Q
M
M
Memorial
right
around
the
corner,
I
think
Atlantic
here
and
I
think
I
think
they
had
a
I
don't
understand
correctly
and
instead
of
a
25
000
to
attract
the
nurse.
M
Q
Q
The
fact
of
the
matter
is
it
is,
it
is
not
I,
know,
I'm
a
nurse
the
minute
she
gave
me.
The
salary
I
started
laughing
I
mean
I.
It's
it's
really
a
matter
of
of
it's
it's
out
there.
It's
it's
an
open
book.
It's
it's,
not
secret
salaries.
Exactly
it's!
It's
not
secret
salaries.
It's
not
and
and
again
I
want
to
go
back
to
this
disability
thing.
Please
take
the
time
to
read
it.
Q
L
A
M
M
Okay,
one
other
thing
for
Mr
session.
He
he
spoke
I
just
want
him
to
know
that
he
made
this
comment
about
the
executive.
I,
just
I
listened
to
everything
that
the
executive
said
that
day
he
did
was
not
patting
himself
on
the
back
that
that's
what
mission
said.
She
said
he
was
patting
himself
on
the
back
of
the
job,
so
he
never
said
that.
M
What
what
is
your
medicine
was
saying
he
appreciates
all
the
employees
and
that
you
know
he
he
will
work
on
if
the
decision
he
will
work
on
and
again
we
met
with
the
teamsters
and
and
I
can't
I
mean
we
can't
tell
the
management
of
steamsters.
You
got
to
go
back
and
tell
everybody.
We
met
six
hours
with
him.
K
M
M
C
Don't
know
what
else
to
say
can
I
say
that
that
was
a
personal
opinion,
as
do
I
say
from
Dylan
unions
over
and
over
again
he
expressed
to
us
when
he
was
going
to
meet
with
them,
and
it
was
supposed
to
be
some
type
of
proposal
because
we
put
together
a
compromisable
proposal,
so
we
he
was
supposed
to
lead
to
them.
Now
he
didn't
come
back
and
tell
us,
but
he
said
they
came
to
some
type
of
conclusion.
Number
two
I
never
said
that
Livingston
said
that
he's
giving
himself
a
pet
on
the
back.
C
I
said
a
politician
from
Atlantic
texted
me
and
said
he
was
listening
on
the
radio
and
it
was
brought
his
attention
he's
giving
itself
a
pat
on
the
back.
I
can
show
you
the
text.
If
anybody
want
to
see
him,
they
said
he's
giving
himself
a
pat
on
the
back
of
what
he
do
for
Atlantic
County
workers.
That's
the
way.
I
said
it.
A
Let
me
kind
of
wrap
this.
This
discussion
up.
We
have
a
process
here.
It's
called
collective
bargaining
and
the
folks
that
are
members
of
a
unit
have
got
to
be
satisfied
with
their
spokesman
and
the
people
that
are
going
to
that
form
and
if
they're
not
satisfied
with
the
people
that
are
going
to
back
for
them,
then
you
gotta
make
maybe
make
some
changes
there.
So
I
will
end
my
discussion
with
that
and
I'd
like
to
wrap
up
that
whole
discussion.
Is
there
any
other
topics
we
need
to
discuss
if
they
always
like
to.
Q
The
Ocean
County
thing
just
want
to
let
you
know:
that's,
that's
not
new
hasn't
been
I'm
I'm
served
as
a
screener
with
the
state
of
New
Jersey
worked
in
the
Atlantic
City
Hospital
I,
don't
know
if
you
know
what
a
screener
is,
but
we
sold
it's
like
people
that
would
come
in.
That
was
a
constant
joke
with
us
that
was
40
years
ago,
a
constant
joke
about
the
other
states,
the
other
states,
the
other
counties,
sending
patients
to
our
ER,
specifically
because
of
our
ability
to
place.
That
is
not
new.
That
is
not
it.
A
D
Other
topic-
yes,
sir
I
just
want
to
thank
you
for
reporting
us
the
opportunity
to
my
co-workers
last
meeting
absolutely
and
I
want
to
thank
you.
Mr
Donald,
Trump,
you
and
mrtella
have
a
hard
job.
You
really
have
a
hard
job
and
you
do
do
a
good
job.
My
my
friend
good
friend,
he
was
the
administrator
for
Cumberland.
County.
You've
got
a
lot
of
money
to
deal
with.
You
got
a
lot
of
departments
to
deal
with.
Just
like
the
prosecutor's
office.
D
C
D
A
A
E
Mr
chairman,
if
I
may
yes,
I'll,
please
in
the
beginning
of
the
meeting,
I
wasn't
here
for
the
opening
prayer.
Normally
we
do
a
moments
of
Silence.
Most
of
you
probably
have
read
that
the
Senator
Ron
Rice
from
Newark
had
passed
away.
E
Last
week
he
had
been
probably
the
longest
serving
African-American
in
the
Senate
according
to
states
that
information,
but
more
importantly,
he
served
this
country
became
as
a
council
person
and
became
a
senator,
but
he
was
a
fighter
for
not
just
justice,
but
for
folks
across
the
state
of
New
Jersey.
E
He
formed
the
legislative
Black
Caucus
across
the
Jersey,
which
represents
all
black
elected
officials
and
Hispanics
in
that
group,
from
one
part
of
the
state
to
the
other.
I
I
raised
that
because
Atlantic
County
benefited
from
Senator
Ryan,
Rice's
fight
on
behalf
of
residents
in
Atlanta,
County,
Atlantic
City
when
talking
about
the
state
takeover
and
not
getting
the
Equal
Pay
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff
for
the
area.
E
So
Atlantic
County
in
Atlantic
City
in
particular,
has
lost
a
good
fight,
a
good
challenge,
a
good
fighter,
a
person
who
fought
for
everybody,
no
matter
what
your
ethnic
background
was
Etc.
What
was
right
was
right
and
what
was
wrong
was
wrong,
and
so
this
weekend
they'll
have
the
funeral
services
for
senator
Rice.
E
But
let
me
say
that
not
only
Atlantic
County
and
Atlantic
City,
but
the
state
of
New
Jersey
have
lost
a
fighter.
Ryan
became
so
sick
a
few
months
ago.
He
had
to
give
up
the
senate
seat
because
he
couldn't
couldn't
fight
no
more,
but
he
was
a
guy
who
fought
against
legalizing
marijuana.
So
if
you
go
back
and
read
all
the
histories,
you'll
see
Ryan
Rice's
name
posted
all
over
the
place,
whether
it
was
for
recreation
or
was
it
was
for.
E
Because
he
argued
that
folks
were
put
in
jail
for
marijuana
and
he's
still
sitting
in
jail
for
marijuana
because
he
couldn't
get
out
and
now
it's
legal.
It's
a
whole
lot
of
stuff
out
there.
E
Ryan
rice
fought
for,
but
I
thought
being
the
chair
of
the
legislative
black
caucus
in
Atlanta
County
I
wanted
to
mention
that
put
that
on
the
record
that
we
lost
a
fighter
and
if
you
go
on
any
of
the
news
circuits
they'll
give
you
a
whole
line
of
what
Ryan
rice
did
for
not
only
Newark
but
to
say
to
New
Jersey.
So
if
you
don't
mind,
I
ask
that
you
would
just
stop
and
pause
and
the
moments
of
Silence
in
memory
of
Senator
Ron
Rice.
We
can
do
that.
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you
chairman.
We
also
had
a
moment
of
silence
earlier
for
Mrs
formica,
Frank's
mother,
who
passed
hey.
Let's
go
to
the
order.
H
Mr
chair
grab
the
order.
Two
things.
First
of
all,
just
a
quick
announcement
on
Sunday
is
our
41st
annual
pasta
dinner
for
the
Unico
organization.
H
This
is
our
major
fundraiser
for
the
chapter
for
the
scholarships
that
we
give
out.
It's
12
to
5
at
St,
Columba
Hall,
behind
St
Mike's
Church
in
Atlantic
City,
so
10
bucks
I've
got
a
good
meal,
listen
to
Tony
toupee,
then
the
other
thing
I
just
want
to
I
just
wanna.
It's!
It's
really
bothering
me
Mr
sessors,
you.
You
said
somebody
said
that
that
your
job
is
not
easy
and
that
people
there's
a
perception
that
you
don't
work
hard
and
I
I.
H
Just
that's,
certainly
something
I
would
never
say
nor
think
about
any
of
our
employees.
I,
don't
know
where
that
came
from,
but
please
know
that's,
certainly
not
my
sense
of
it.
I.
Don't
think!
That's
that's
any
of
the
sentiment
here.
We
appreciate
the
work
that
you
do
and
we
know
that
you
all
work
very
hard,
so
I
didn't
want
to
let
that
sit.
It
would
bothering
me.
Thank
you.
N
Think
it's
important
that
we
let
everybody
know
that
each
and
every
member
that
sits
up
here
on
a
diet
is
fighting.
In
behalf
of
your
cause.
We
care
about
our
employees.
We
care
about
the
salaries,
but
as
we
go
through
this
process,
we're
learning
at
the
same
time
that
there's
a
way
there
is
a
process
to
handle
these
things.
I'm
a
union
member
as
well
I'm
in
the
middle
of
a
negotiation
as
well
within
my
own
Union,
and
so
there
are
things
that
I
can
and
I
cannot
say
about
that
process
as
well.
N
N
Don't
think
that
I've
heard
from
any
one
of
the
Commissioners
up
here
that
has
not
adamantly
try
to
negotiate
and
bargain
with
whatever
Authority
and
influence
we
have
in
order
to
make
sure
that
our
employees
are
paid
not
just
the
liberal
wage
but
a
wage.
That
is,
you
know,
justified
by
whatever
job
they're
doing
you
know
everyone
wants
that.
We
all
want
it.
So
I
don't
want
I,
don't
want
people
to
think
that
that's
not
something
that's
happening,
because
it
is
happening
other
than
that
I'll
leave
that
and
I'll
say
spring
today's.
N
The
second
day
of
spring
I
believe
so
happy
spring
to
everyone
out
there
to
those
who
are
watching
for
all
of
our
Muslim
residents
and
in
the
county.
Ramadan
will
be
starting
soon.
For
those
who
don't
know
so,
just
Ramadan
is
a
Time
For
Peace
for
a
lot
of
the
Muslims.
For
those
who
don't
celebrate
that
faith
and
the
time
when
they
attempt
not
to
be
angry,
even
if
they
are
angry,
you
know
they'll
be
fasting
during
the
day.
N
So
if
you
have
Muslims,
colleagues
and
friends
or
neighbors,
just
know
that
they,
you
know,
they're
not
eating
from
Sun
up
the
sun
down
and
that
can
be
tough
for
any
of
us.
I
know
you,
we
all
I
know
when
I
don't
get
to
have
my
lunch
during
school,
when
I'm
interrupted
for
meetings,
I
can
get
a
little
cranky
all
right.
So
just
bear
that
in
mind
and
keep
that
all
in
mind
that
that's
going
to
be
happening
so
I
wish
them
a
happy,
Ramadan
and
happy
women's
history
month.
