We're
here,
I'm
speaking
today
on
behalf
of
my
husband
who's,
the
historian
for
Vegas
Township,
appears
me.
We
have
an
exciting
event.
That's
when
you'd
be
coming
up
our
little
Museum
right
across
the
ball
field,
their
houses,
many
many
interests
being
pieces
of
history.
Weymouth
Township
is
more
than
300
years
old,
so
we
outdo
the
county.
Here
we
like
to
say
that
you
know
we
are
housing
history
there,
that
everybody
should
have
a
chance
to
see
and
understand.
F
F
Millie
and
I
were
able
to
get
him
on
to
name
of
Burt,
whose
wall,
who
is
the
remaining
relative
of
the
Estelle
family
and
Burt,
has
actual
artifacts
from
the
mansion
that
exists
in
the
park.
I
talk
to
Burt
many
years
ago
when
he
had
the
artifacts
in
New
York
City
in
an
apartment
that
he
was
paying
for
and
he
wanted
to
get
rid
of
them
at
that
time.
F
The
county
was
not
interested,
but
he
still
has
many
of
the
artifacts
and
I
would
urge
you
as
freeholders,
to
take
advantage
of
any
offerings
that
he
might
have
for
you,
because
I
rarely
get
the
real
McCoy
and
if
you
haven't
in
there,
why
would
he
want
the
real
stuff
I
understand
from
Carl
that
there
are
some
oil
paintings
of
the
shtetl
family
and
for
its
happy
to
give
that
the
path
to
the
county?
The
county,
only
has
to
provide
a
taste.
F
But
Carl
has
approached
Stockton
University
and
thus,
after
the
cultural
and
History
Center,
which
is
located
in
managing
the
Cramer
Hall
facility,
will
be
hosting
a
display
of
all
of
the
SQL
artifacts
it's
to
be
called
the
Excel
Empire.
You
have
to
understand
that
the
Estelle's
were
to
Atlantic
County.
What
batsto
is
to
their
area,
the
Estelle's,
those
thousands
of
acres
of
land,
the
Estelle's
were
sold
the
land
for
built
until
the
SL
has
got
people
to
come
from
Ireland
to
be
here.
F
F
On
this
table,
I
have
the
two
documents,
which
were
the
instruments
that
separated
Corbin,
see
about.
We
have
done
and
that
later
s,
no
matter
out
of
granite
pension,
Rebecca
Estelle
is
in
the
picture.
There
was
a
mayor
in
Weymouth
Township,
not
in
SOL
manner.
At
the
time
she
was
the
first
mayor,
women
mayor
in
the
state.
F
F
C
F
Went
to
college
in
like
1903.
The
first
letter
is
one
of
her
father's
very
close
and
he's
telling
her
you
have
to
save
it.
Then
there's
one
from
later
on
when
she's
ready
to
graduate
and
she's
more
accustomed
to
about
they're
very
nice
letters
who's,
one
for
her
mother
also
so
these
are,
we
are
going
to
do.
Nate
put
we're
going
to
learn
them
to
the
display
happens
in
there's
going
to
be
over
400
artifacts
they're
inhabited.
It
will
be
a
really
beautiful
display.
A
But
it's
also
a
great
reminder
that
we
have
so
much
history
and
so
many
primary
sources
on
this
side
all
across
the
county.
So
we
have
the
opportunity
to
see.
Do
you
think
we
were
in
hostile
manner?
I,
don't
want
three
arguing
any
history
notes
over
there
too,
but
there's
so
many,
and
we
just
wanna
encourage
everybody
to
go
check
out
all
this
wonderful
history
that
we
have
a
ride
home
here
in
Atlantic
County.
Ok,
with
that,
we
get
started
with
our
rigid
agenda
and
the
first
thing
up
is
illegal
in
food
animal
feet.
So.
C
H
Requested
some
money
from
us.
In
any
case,
it
was
a
legal
mediation
that
we
finished
in
2016
February
2016.
From
that
point
forward,
we've
been
working
to
contract
the
consultant
firm
to
start
studying
and
developing
concepts
for
the
dam
as
necessary.
Former
consultant
new
projects
was
urs
and
they
have
completed
a
dam
inspection
in
2016
and
vegetative
safety
in
August
of
2016.
H
Using
the
details
from
that
respect,
report
inspection
report
and
the
consultant,
the
consultant
draft
RFP
budget
was
approved
by
the
dam
committee
and
released
for
consultants
proposal
and
2017
the
county,
and
the
dam
committee
received
proposals
in
July
and
August.
We
review
them
and
WSP
the
consultant.
It's
a
very
large
consult.
Another
country
was
selected.
The
contract
was
awarded
in
September
2017,
since
fall.
2017
of
consultant
has
completed
following
studies
and
analysis,
data
collection
and
water
flow
analysis,
underwater
inspection
of
the
entire
dam
powerhouse
rehabilitation
study.
H
They
completed
another
dam
inspection
report
in
2018,
which
has
been
fired
every
two
years
from
NJ
DEP,
the
office
of
dam
safety.
They
conducted
a
hydraulic
and
a
hydrologic
study
for
the
upstream
flood
reduction
as
part
of
the
requirements
with
within
the
inspection
report.
They
completed
a
flood
inundation
models
and
damage
assessment
report
for
spillway
calculations.
H
Now,
unfortunately,
over
the
weekend
there
was
an
act
called
vandalism
and
a
lot
of
folks
who
we
may
have
been
involved
in
that
may
not
think
of
it
as
vandalism.
But
what
happened?
Is
they
took
up
to
1
foot
2
by
12,
Ward's
captains
together
and
program
the
cofferdam
and
created
a
two
foot
diversion
of
the
water
and
I'm
sure
an
attempt
to
raise
the
lake?
Now
what
we've
been
experienced
with
a
lake
it
hasn't
made
real
we've
had
limited
rain,
so
the
lake
level
has
gone
down.
So
people
took
that
into
their
own
hands.
H
H
There
will
be
a
contractor
who
ought
to
come
and
remove
that
and
cost
to
the
county
and
to
the
township
and
that
that's
where
we're
at
right.
Now,
the
all
these
studies
were
done
for
the
final
design.
There's
two
concepts:
one
preferred
concept
for
a
new
spillway
and
there's
a
concept
for
the
power
has
to
be
the
water
control
that
would
replace
the
you
know
where
the
water
falls
from
the
pipes.
A
H
H
A
H
Year
they
lost
several
people.
They've
lost,
notify
people,
the
person
who
was
actually
working
on
this
project
left
just
in
June
or
July.
They
reassigned
it
to
somebody
else.
We've
just
started
and
she
was
trying
to
get
up
to
speed
and
he's
worked
and
put
together.
The
letter
concern
and
that's
what
we're
really
out.
Acting
on
that
letter
and
we'll
turn
that
around
in
the
next
month
or
so.
A
I
H
I
H
Basically,
the
concept
right
now
is
to
remove
the
heat
right
and
rebuild
the
spill
in
some
some
form
or
another
they're
separate,
there's
a
couple
different
options:
one
is
a
certain
team
type
of
arrangement.
It
actually
allows
for
more
water
to
flow
over
the
dam
in
the
sitting
distance.
So
that's
currently
the
preferred
options,
the
other
one
is
it
expensive,
I
didn't
want
to
get
into
the
technicality.
I
But
I'm
just
for
this,
for
my
learning,
the
research
from
talking
jury
about
the
whatever
delays
are
occurring
at
this
repair.
We
are
at
the
direction
of
the
bgp
dam
safety
and
then
one
of
the
strategies
where
we
wanted
to
do
a
repair
using
the
existing
powerhouse
flow
throat,
they've
informed
us
that
we
have
to
adhere
to
the
historical
construction
of
the
calkins.
Yes,.
H
H
To
mention
that
is
that
we
are
doing
everything
in
accordance
with
the
state
regulations
as
required.
We
can't
go
any
faster.
You
can't
do
anything
more
until
the
state
regulators
and
the
state
agencies
give
us
approved.
So
that's
why,
when
something
goes
up
there
and
it
waits
for
whatever
priority
the
damn
list
gets
it
gets
listed
at
in
their
their
docket.
We
have
no
alternatives.
We
have
to.
We
have
to
follow
their
the
their
regulation,
the
state
law
so.
H
From
that
time,
damn
can
you
know
I
can't
emphasize
enough
the
township
and
you
can
you
know
we
have
a
partner.
That's
the
tension
is
work
very
long
side
with
us
and
we
all
the
determinations
have
been
made
jointly
and
we
have
not
stopped
from
the
time
that
the
mediation
was
over
until
today
we
continue
that
I
mean
the
work
continues
off.
We
are
just.
H
A
L
Marco
921
one
side
drive
nice
landing.
The
dam
is
just
so.
The
folks
are
aware
the
this
issue
with
the
dance
was
going
on
for
20-plus
years.
I
have
a
child
still
had
a
place
school
next
year
she
was
born
with
us,
was
going
on,
it's
been
going
on
quite
a
while,
and
it's
quite
misleading
to
say
the
dam
is
leaking.
There's
three
gates
down
the
bottom.
You
drive
by
the
dam
when
the
rivers
at
low
tide
you'll
see
what
pouring
out
of
those
three
big
round
tubes
about
38
inches
of
peace.
L
Those
should
be
shut,
so
they
have
no
control
of
the
dam
and
it
creates
too
many
problems.
You
can't
control
how
much
water's
in
the
lake,
so
the
lake
slow,
not
because
of
the
lack
of
bringing
the
lake
slow
because
it
was
a
bathtub,
the
plugs
pulled
out
of
bathtub.
That's
why
there's
no
water,
the
gates
are
wide
open.
The
water
is
pouring
out
of
the
lake
at
incredible
pace.
We
haven't
been
very
lucky
over
the
past
year
because
of
ring
you
can
get
in.
L
L
You
know
so
the
other
side
of
the
coin.
Is
they
can't
control
the
gates?
So
you
get
an
incredible
amount
of
brain
as
we've
had
in
the
past,
and
now
you
have
this
issue
with.
Oh,
my
gosh.
Is
that
and
my
love
it
in
the
past
20
years,
I
want
to
call
two
times
where
they
thought
the
dams
in
a
good
way
because
of
the
amount
of
water
and
I
went
down
there
and
the
water
coming
over
was
insane.
L
B
B
L
L
Dam,
which
is
earthen
it's
just
a
term
for
a
bunch
of
stuff
blocking
water
aggregates
and
dirt,
and
they
felt
the
whole
damn
stone
know
that
is
the
state
that
we're
in
right
now,
when
the
front
as
far
as
I
could
tell
that
last
contractor
walked
away
from
that
job.
After
that
date,
they've
dumped
a
bunch
of
aggregate
tons
and
tons
of
aggregate
into
the
coffer
dam
which
probably
damaged
the
gate.
They
wanted
to
save
that
damn
some
collapse.
A
H
L
H
L
Read
articles
in
the
paper
that
says
that
they
weren't
made
publicly
available
to
centenarian
reports
and
every
time
I
I
talked
to
someone
they
say,
I,
don't
know
we're
not
allowed
to
release
that,
so
if
they
could
become
publicly
available,
all
the
engineering
reports
dating
as
far
back
because
you
kidding
would
be
really
wonderful.
The
engineering
reports.
H
H
H
L
The
I'm
purist,
so
so
three
more
questions
up
I'll
get
them
to
you're
a
back
to
back
what
was
the
cost
of
the
call
for
Bennett
Oh?
What
was
the
cost?
You
know
for
litigation,
what
were
the
results
of
the
litigation
and
did
we
lose
that
desire?
I
may
have
heard
that
we
lost
me
actually
had
to
pay
more
money
back
to
the
contractor
that
fit
the
shoddy
work.
I'm
just
curious
about
that.
Fill
me
in
on
that
for
us.
H
N
Testing
my
memory
on
that
I,
don't
recall
precise
figures.
The
matter
was
mediated
or
period,
I
want
to
say
of
at
least
two
years,
maybe
more
by
retired
Judge,
Anthony
Gibson,
those
in
the
legal
profession
that
drug
isn't
very
well,
there's
a
lot
of
mediations.
Yes,
some
money
was
paid.
I,
don't
know
what
the
exact
figure
was.
Hagit
was
looking
for
a
lot
more
money
than
what
we
eventually
resolved.
The
case
work.
The
matter
was
resolved.
It's
done.
It's
finished
what
time's
a
mouse
who
are
I,
just
don't
breathe,
don't
recall
it's
been.
You
know.
H
L
N
Me
just
explain
a
mediation
it
it's
a
process.
You
go
through
that
process
in
lieu
of
going
to
court.
The
alternative
would
have
been
to
go
to
trial,
which
would
have
been
much
more
expensive
and
where
you
would
have
definitely
had
a
winner
and
a
loser.
The
whole
purpose
of
mediation
you
try
to
go
to
to.
N
O
N
Experts,
that
said,
no,
there
were
other
things
things
that
caused
the
problem,
and
then
they
deposit
they
would
maintain.
Their
expert
fight
did
maintain
that
they
he
do
the
things
they
do.
They
did.
The
damn
probably
would
have
collapsed.
So
it's
a
dispute
we
were.
We
were
well
represented
in
that
by
our
office.
We
handled
that
in-house
and
we
hit
thank
for
her
outside
counsel,
Tony
Padano,
the
office
handled
most
of
it.
I
was
involved
to
an
extent.
N
N
That's
where
we
are
so
to
say
that
there
were
quote
winners
and
losers
in
this.
There
really
won't
I
mean
it's
not
like.
It
was
a
litigation
there
who
might
the
litigation
the
other
a
trial.
You
know,
then
there
may
be
appeals.
On
top
of
that,
one
thing
you
go
to
mediation,
you
settle.
The
matter
is
over
with
god
finish
and
everybody
moves
on,
and
that
was
all
purpose
here,
but
the
only
people
who
were
being
hurt
by
delay.
B
N
G
Gifts
talking
about
the
actual,
maybe
the
process
at
the
time
the
judge
came
on
board
the
time
he's
off,
but
they
walked
off
the
job
from
the
time
they
walk,
lovely
diamonds.
Won't
we
be
involved
the
ancient
Romans
for
years.
Wasn't
me
Jim's
talking
about
the
actual
joints,
there's
ice
going
back
and
forth
and
the
other
issue
is
he
said
they
fifty
feet.
Were
they
walk
along
the
job?
So
the
question
we
always
have
this
is
whether
or
not
we're
going
to
pay
them.
So
they're
saying
here
are
builders.
G
We
say
we
don't
agree
with
that.
This
is
what
we
think
we
want
to
tell
you.
So
there
is
money
out
there.
It's
not
like
you
know.
They
came
in
so
valued
at
a
million
dollars
worth
of
work
and
you
know
whatever
and
when
they
paid
them
and
now
we're
paying
the
more.
What
she
is
is
how
much
do
we
owe
them?
What
did
they
think
they've
done
it?
That's
that
that's
what
gets
resolved
in
mediation.
C
L
Damn
is
high
hazard
right.
Okay,
we
can
all
agree
upon
that.
The
work
stopped
in
2012
in
litigation
until
2016
I'm
looking
at
the
agenda,
I
see
batsman's
being
built
for
two
million
dollars
and
things
like
that.
Why
wouldn't
high
hazard
and
take
some
sort
of
precedence
over
the
litigation
that,
like
hey?
Let's
fix
this
high
hazard
amnok,
they
kill
people
destroy
part
of
downtown
man's
land,
I'm,
just
I'm
baffled
as
to
why
that
doesn't
take
a
higher
level
of
precedence
with
folks
in
both
the
township
and
the
county.
It.
H
H
H
Make
assumptions
but
I'm
thinking
that
the
folks
at
dam
safety
are
saying
it's
important,
but
we've
got
other
dams
more
I
can't
make
I
can't
make
you
know
the
determination
what
they
are
thinking
like,
but
I
just
want
to.
Let
you
know
that
the
county
and
attach
you
have
done
their
due
diligence
all
the
way
to.
H
P
P
We
purchased
the
county
park
and,
unfortunately,
the
Dame
1897.
It
has
been
the
bane
of
his
existence
ever
since.
It's
a
wonderful
thing
was
all
the
residents
of
Venice
tality
end
of
the
county.
To
have
this
thing,
I
think
panic.
Parks
Department
has
always
done
an
exceptional
job,
all
of
their
parks,
and
this
issue
is
a
very
troubling
one.
P
I
don't
have
to
get
across
to
people
that
if
the
county
and
the
township
had
not
set
forward,
this
lake
would
not
exist
because
of
the
fact
that
it
was
hazardous
and
would
have
been
required
to
be
removed.
My
correct
mr.
Peterson
exactly-
and
this
has
happened
that
other
municipalities
around
the
state
we
had,
if
you
recall,
with
some
flooding,
what
was
it
Medford
lakes
they
had
to
close
down
some
of
their
legs
for
a
while.
There's
one
egg
harbor
city:
there
are
other
lakes
in
the
area.
One
is
its
own,
not
Laurel
waves.
P
Someone
had
to
be
closed.
Some
of
them
are
privately
owned
that
they're
privately
owned.
Nobody
wants
to
step
forward
to
pay
the
gazillions
of
dollars
with
some
horse.
So,
yes,
this
is
frustrating,
and
we
all
know
that
the
dam
hasn't
worked
great
and
we
all
know
that
agit
construction
screwed
it
up.
Okay,
okay,.
P
We
are
all
I
can
say,
is
living
on
the
lake,
so
I
think
that
the
township
and
the
county
try
to
do
a
very,
very
good
job.
They
try
to
stay
ahead
of
it
where
they
know,
there's
going
to
be
rain,
they're
attempting
to
get
the
gates
open.
They
can't
make
it
rain.
If
you
want
to
go,
do
a
rain
dance
to
have
more
rain
in
there.
It
is
because
we
have
a
covering
for
about
six
weeks
in
part.
Yes,
it
is
leaking.
P
C
B
P
H
P
H
P
H
H
Doing
the
powerhouse
first,
so
it
can
act
as
a
word
control
as
the
dam
project,
so
the
plan
right
now
it
goes
forward
as
as
envisioned
by
the
county
in
the
township
and
our
consultants.
It's
yes
that
will
replace
the
round
sluice
gates
that
we
now
have
that
have
unsuccessfully
dings
slip
line
to
a
couple
times
of
the
gates
have
never
functioned
correctly,
in
fact,
since
the
nineties,
where
they
try
to
do
it
so.
C
H
Now
they
they
try
to
release
it
through
the
gates.
They
will
release
it
through
the
power
it
has
to
be.
The
building
has
to
be
reinforced.
To
do
that.
So
that's
that's.
Unfortunately,
the
two
are
tied
together.
Right
now
we
started
the
power
house
as
a
separate
project,
so
that
could
go
forward.
First,
unfortunately,
it's
tied
to
the
damage
and
they.
P
P
G
G
C
G
P
A
K
Appreciate
everything
that
everybody
saw
I
actually
was
involved
with
sweetened
industries,
took
care
of
them.
I
watched
him
change
those
grapes
twice,
they
hired
a
company
called
different
from
from
Miller.
Did
a
fantastic
job
never
had
any
trouble
all
right,
then
we
get
involved
with
magnate
construction.
My
only
one
questions
well
I'll
make
a
statement.
First,
I'm
retired
I
was
the
original
director
of
e-solutions
director
South
Jersey,
yes
out
of
a
hundred
and
sixteen
minutes,
penalties
that
we
cover
in
South,
Jersey
and
gate
was
the
worst.
K
Our
facilities
constantly,
and
you
know,
and
never
call
for
more
cops,
never
did
anything.
They
were
supposed
to
do
my
question
for
number
one
and
then
I
have
another
question:
is
you
know,
have
we
reported
to
state
agencies
with
BCA
or
whoever
you're
supposed
to?
You
know
formal
complaints
about
this
contractor
so
that
maybe
somebody
else
doesn't
get
because.
H
Not
so
I'm
not
trying
to
tell
you
anything
because
I
am
a
and
the
I'm,
not
a
lawyer
and
and
and
and
I
was
tangentially
involved
in
the
mediation
for
factual
matters
and
things
within
the
department
and
I
do
not
understand
the
full
self.
So
I'm
not
going
to
try
to
make
a
statement.
We
made
the
complaint
and
went
to
the
courts
and
ended
up
in
mediation
because
we
had
that
feeling
about
agat.
At
the
time.
We're
not
Liberty
doesn't
say
anything
about
the
quality
is
YouTube
is
where.
A
K
I
think
that's
pretty
important,
I
mean
what
happens.
Is
you
get
a
little
bitter
and
they
all
will
be
fine.
You
find
out
words
from
the
street
word.
There's
problems
of
when
they
go
back
to
the
state
and
say
hey.
You
know
we
want
to
use
this
other
bitter
and
believe
me,
I've,
been
through
enough
of
this
for
the
different
mistahs
things
that
are
involved
with.
You
can't
do
anything
because
there's
no
recourse
alright
number
of
ejaculation.
K
Is
pretty
quick,
but
with
respect
to
we
have
a
major
storm
I
guess
they
called
with
a
hundred
year
storm
a
few
years
of
Ellen
Townsend
weevils
more
than
bony
walls
least
two
bridges
up.
What
well
we're
all
right,
somehow
all
right,
because
the
house
that
the
Commissioner
of
Transportation
of
Commissioner
BCI,
which
everyone
applause
I,
don't
remember,
and
the
governor
declared
a
state
of
emergency,
because
so
many
so
many
problems
and
technically
those
problems
were
nowhere
near
the
potential
of
this.
K
Those
problems
only
created
traffic
problems,
all
right,
but
the
county
or
whoever
did
it
rebuilt
that
whole
damn
bridge
in
three
months
when
away
from
the
what's
one
thing
that
that
you
all
are
going
through
with
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
as
anybody
challenged
to
get
this,
because
it's
a
what
you
call
it
a
high
high
hazard.
Okay
as
anybody
you
know,
petition
the
government
that
governor
whoever
to
declare
this
a
potential
state
of
emergency
so
that
you
don't
have
to
go
through
all
this
crap.

put

a

they
wanted
to
kind
of
bold
look

Another

came
in

they
both
owned
everything
separated.
Then
there
was
some
infighting
amongst

a
long

short.
It
was
one
thing
that
kept
this
thing
alive
and
that
was
the
perseverance
of
the
supporters
in
the

the

our

the

employees
that

stay

according
to
a
report
by

U
Thank
you.
Some
excited
about
this
resolution.
I
was
waiting
through
our
previous
Sharon
looping
through
our
current
Sheriff
suing
the
National
Association
of
County,
Human
Services
and
education
steering
committee,
and
while
on
that
committee,
a
resolution,
Apollo
action
really
for
all
counties,
we
looked
at
how
we
can
reduce
safely,
reduce
the
number
of
people
suffering
from
mental
illness
in
our
jails.
And
it's
estimated
that
at
least
two
million
people
with
serious
mental
illness
are
both
into
jails
every
year
and
that
they
tend
to
stay
longer
and
that
they
tend
to
have
higher
rates
of
recidivism.
U
And
so
it
is
the
National
Association
of
counties.
The
State
Council
for
I
believe
in
justice
and
seek
governance.
Justice
Center
as
well
as
this
particular
County
stance,
to
seek
to
reduce
that
to
work
together
on
national
visas
to
find
different
ways.
I
think
better
employment
programs
to
Iraq
a
safety
net
around
these
particular
individuals
so
that
they
can
have
every
instance,
and
so
I
found
it
that
it
was
such
a
a
great
resolution
that
I
had
to
bring
it
back
and
I'm
glad
to
see
it
on
the
resolution
or
on
the
agenda
around
there.
U
A
I
A
X
C
X
It's
only
smoking
mirrors
as
to
what's
true.
What's
not
true
what
you
can
say
what
you
can't
say:
I've
asked
people
that
are
that
sit
on
the
damn
unity
on
what's
happening
and
oh
hush
hush
it's
under
rotation,
so
people
get
upset,
and
this
has
been
going
on
for
twenty
some
years
now
and
it
started
us
ratings.
So
I
say
you
tonight
and
I.
Think
I'm,
just
gonna
try
to
keep
my
mouth
shut
and
just
listen,
which
I
get
for
quite
a
while
and
I
hear
people
talking
about
the
lack
of
rain.
X
That
drives
me
insane
when
I
hear
about
the
lack
of
rain,
because
it
has
really
nothing
to
do
with
rain
and
we've
discussed
it.
It
has
to
do
with
the
fact
that
the
gates
do
not
work.
I,
don't
like
to
hear
the
fact
that
the
gates
are
leaking
I,
don't
know.
If
any
of
you
saw
the
drone
video
that's
out
on
social
media,
my
son
posted
it
just
to
prove
that
the
gates
are
not
leaking,
that
it's
a
deluge
of
whatever.
X
You
a
couple
things:
this
comes
from
a
press
report,
I,
don't
know
the
exact
dates,
probably
years
old,
that's
disconcerning
enough,
but
to
make
matters
worse,
house
in
touch
with
an
atlantic
county
officials
have
repeatedly
refused
to
release
that
report
to
the
public.
The
township
and
the
county
share
responsibility
for
the
dam.
The
state
has
had
to
remind
County
and
Township
five
times
during
the
past
thirteen
years
to
make
mandatory
inspections
when
they
inspected
the
county
and
touch
it
missed
their
own
deadlines
to
fix
the
problems.
The
reports
identify,
including
the
flood
control
gates,
so.
C
X
H
Y
X
I
hear
about
the
person
that
be
tired,
so
was
there
someone
either
from
this
committee
or
Brett
know
who's
in
charge
of
the
dam
is
out
here
tonight
know
someone
who's
in
charge
of
the
dam
to
make
a
phone
call
and
say:
okay,
what's
happened
to
the
report
because
it's
our
retires
and
they
just
kind
of
you
know
it's
underneath
here
we
forgot
about
they.
Don't
care
about
our
damn
they're,
not
interested.
Is
they
retire?
Well,
we're
interested.
So
is
someone
from
here
gonna
call
and
think
what
happened
to
the
report?

All
kinds
of
things
there
are
very,
very
well-represented
company:
they
have
multiple
experts,
a
previous
consultant
prior
to
this
went
out
of
business
because
they
lost
all
of
their
damn
engineers.
So
what
when
we
went
to
this?
The
other
companies
in
the
RFP,
when
we
put
the
RFP
out,
we
made
sure
we
had
the
look
for
somebody
who
had
the
redundant
resources
and
able
to
complete
the
project,
because
we
do.

I
appreciate
what
you've
done
in
the
six
years.
Obviously,
you've
gotten
more
done
than
some
people
have,
but
what
I've
heard
here,
I'm
new
in
town,
I'm
new
here
in
2016
and
from
what
I
just
heard
the
three
years
I've
been
here.
Nothing
has
really
happened
with
the
dam
physically
and
doing
work
behind
the
scenes
in
either
it's
going
to
be
two
years
for
a
plan.
The
after
wish
that
plan
is
going
to
have
to
be
put
into
effect.
E
E
Know
we're
not
just
a
piece
of
paper
at
the
bottom
of
the
pile
you
know,
we've
been
doing
this
for
20.
Obviously
these
people
been
doing
it
for
20
years.
It's
time
that
somebody
paid
attention.
Is
there
some
grassroots
movement
that
we
can
do
that
we
can
get
involved
and
we
can
go
to
somebody
I
mean
I'll.
Drive
them
don't
drive
the
trend.
You
tell
me
where
we
need
to
go.

C
I
I
A
W
Name
is
Jeff
who's,
this
guy
with
appeal,
listen
to
what
everybody
is
saying
about
the
dam
and
everything
I'm
living
here
13
years.
We
have
that
hurricane
five
years
ago
was
one
sandy
and
the
dam.
The
water
must
have
been
like
6
feet
over
the
dam.
Everybody
was
going
down
to
the
dam
to
see
it.
You
know.
Well,
no,
it
was
at
the
verge
of
breaking.
W
It
was
flooding
40,
there
was
flooding,
wait,
Nick
makes
landing
boat,
the
one
that
goes
up
by
the
the
watering
hole
the
water
was
coming
out
of
the
lake
every
which
way
my
question
is
understanding
their
terrifying
watching,
see
what?
If,
what?
If
what?
If
we
had
another
four
feet
of
water,
what
if
that
dam
broke?
Would
it
be
fixed
in
that
say
after
the
body's
been
cleared
up
along,
but
just
picturing
them
I'm,
only
saying
it
to
just
picture
it?
Do
we
with
the
way
the
weather
is
now
we
get
a
hurricane?
W
That's
going
to
be
big
like
the
Bahamas
that
damn
its
history
as
well
as
there,
the
community.
If
that
can
be
added
to
what
they're
saying,
though,
well
enough
to
Trenton
a
lot,
you
know
to
the
superiors
what
would
happen
if
that
dam
broke
out
in
a
hurricane
it'll
be
too
late.
Meanwhile,
all
this
little
talking
about
writing
letters
in
mana,
it's
true.
We
can
get
a
grassroots
movement
going
and
everybody
going
up
there.
We
live
here.
W
We're
gonna
die
here
over
the
dam
because
they
can't
fix
the
tubes
on
the
bottom,
because
if
they
gotta
wait
two
years
they
got
a
plan.
We
have
a
plan,
let's
get
it
going.
There
has
to
be
somebody
on
the
other
entity.
He
replied,
you
can't
just
go
invert.
That
night
was
very
scary,
I
went
down
just
to
see
it
and
the
water
was
like
the
foot
from
the
top
of
the
bridge
going
on
man.
That's
an
old,
crumbling
bridge.
I'm
surprised,
that's
it.
You
know.
In
the
conference,
everybody
say
to
the
side.
AA
This
was
a
very
fruitful
meeting
where
people
from
the
lake
have
been
informed
as
to
what
has
transpired
but
I'd
like
to
see
that
continue,
and
maybe
a
monthly
meeting
or
monthly
being
put
on
the
agenda,
such
as
in
Hamilton,
because
where
is
responsible
for
that
dam
as
the
county
is-
and
you
know
if
we
can
assert
some-
you
know
influence
of
it,
then
Trenton
will
do
it
too,
because
it
really
is
not
fair
and
I
could
say
it
could
be
a
matter
of
life
and
death
yeah.
So
that
was
my
suggestion.
A
M
M
M
M
I
mean
things
as
I
get
wanted
to
charge
us
rank
for
their
crane
sitting
there,
because
they
couldn't
take
the
crane
off
the
job
to
go
to
another
job
and
make
money
with
it,
because
it
was
sitting
there
waiting
for
that
for
us
to
give
them
the
okay
to
go
ahead
and
do
some
more
work
when
it
was
all
said
and
done.
Agate
got
paid
$750,000
that
I
don't
believe
that
was
the
full
contract
price,
so
I
think
we
kind
of
get
whatever
you
know.
M
They
got
paid
money,
six
hundred
thousand
that
came
from
the
a
hundred
thousand
from
the
township
and
50,000
from
O'brien
and
gear
yeah.
One
of
the
engineers
on
the
job
August
2016
urs
gave
a
damn
report
and
that
was
probably
the
beginning
of
when
you
started
and
we
started
the
whole
every
two
years.
J
M
M
I
guess,
throwing
litigations
of
things
got
said
and
you
know
bud
got
from
and
whatever
happened
literally
mud,
and
so
we
was
decided
that
we
had
that
we
had
to
learn
more
of
what
was
going
on
out
there,
so
that
was
done.
2018
June
met
with
WSP
and
decided
to
go
with
WSP,
and
they
now
have
a
design
like
they
said
it
went
to
the
state
and
it
sat
there,
and
I
agree
with
what
said
squeaky
wheel
gets.
The
oil,
like
you
just
said,
mister,
for
mike
just
set
up
there.
M
I
just
saw
these
people
here
and
now
all
right
things
got
to
get
rolling
now.
So
I
would
say
I
guess
from
here
on
out.
You
know,
wherever,
wherever
I'm
sure
it's
got
a
good
at
probably
Pinelands.
It's
got
to
go
to
fish
and
gain
everything
if
it
goes
to
fish
and
game
and
sits
there
for
two
months,
somebody's
got
to
pick
up
the
phone
and
say
yo.
What's
going
on:
where
are
we?
You
know
we're
kind
of
running
out
of
time
and
to
kind
of
calm
everybody
down.
M
I
live
on
the
lake
so
with
the
road
caps.
You
know
everybody
else
who
lives
on
the
lake
we're
upset.
You
know
we
go
through
this
I,
look
back
on
Facebook
on
your
memories
and
I
look
back
and
it
was
I
believe
it
was
two
weeks
ago
when
the
width
lake
first
started
going
down
a
memory
popped
up
from
2013
and
the
exact
same
thing
happened.
You
know
and
it's
very
frustrating
you
got
to
pull
your
boat
out
of
the
water.
M
We
all
people
who
live
on
the
lake
we
paid
more
taxes,
we
pay
higher
taxes
to
live
there.
So
what
are
we
paying
higher
taxes?
Were
you
know
for
use
on
them
to
live
on
the
lake
and
to
use
the
lake,
and
then
we
can't
use
the
lake.
So
it's
very
frustrating
and
I
think
I
think
this
is
a
very
good
meeting.
M
It
got
everything
out
on
the
table,
so
so
people
understand
there
were
things
going
on
behind
the
behind
closed
the
words
I
get
not
closed
doors,
but
behind
the
scenes
things
are
going
on
things
don't
happen
right
away,
but
we
got
you
we
got.
We
got
to
get
out
there
and
let
people
know
what's
going
on
there.
I
got
it.
I
just
got
an
email
and
I
was
sitting
here.
M
The
damn
committee
meeting
is
gonna,
take
place
on
the
9th
I
believe
it
is,
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
suggested
I
talked
to
Tony
about
it
was
you
know,
every
month
a
letter
goes
out
stating
where
are
we
even
if
nothing
changed
a
letter
goes
out
and
says
nothing
change.
This
is
where
we're
at
that
way.
Everybody
knows
what's
going
on
and
I
think
we
are
on
the
way
to
that.
E
M
Y
Y
At
6:00
p.m.
but
most
importantly,
we
have
every
public
high
school
in
your
county
to
participate
today
in
a
voter
registration
drive
and
we
took
several
hundred
registrations
from
17
year
olds
and
18
year
old.
So
for
the
candidates
that
were
here,
you
probably
know
ground
to
cover
and
for
those
of
you
who
aren't,
please
make
it
a
point
to
update
your
registration
or
your
signature.
D
Q
N
The
governor,
the
new
executive
order,
mom's
back
laudanum,
the
public
notices
public
hearing
requirements
that
heretofore
had
not
existed.
There
has
to
be
a
couple
of
meetings.
One
has
to
be
held
during
the
daytime
on
us
because
it
might
be-
and
none
of
that
was
reflected
in
the
ordinance,
because
these
are
some
new
standards
that
just
came
down
so
the
ordinance
have
you
voted
on
it
and
passed.
N
It
would
not
have
been
recognized
as
being
effective,
so
we
pulled
that
we're
going
to
work
with
I,
know
of
I
think
with
John
Peterson's,
the
Department
indicated
to
us.
They
got
word
from
DEP
or
at
the
state
that
there
were
these
these
broader
requirements
in
terms
of
public
hearings
in
the
light.
So
therefore,
the
the
ordinance
was
pulled,
we'll
go
back
and
rework
things
now
with
regard
to
the
new
notice
requirements
and
be
prepared,
and
one
of
the
meetings
in
the
near
future.
Who
did
reintroduce
that
and
probably.
Q
Q
Z
Z
A
Q
No,
no,
that's
all
I'm,
saying
Jerry,
that's
what
you
say.
No,
that's
not
what
I'm
saying
okay
I
apologize!
That
was
not
when
I
attended.
That
is
not
what
I
was
in
okay.
What
I
was
asking
was
the
question
would
be
would
have
to
come
to
the
board.
Not
I
was
trying.
I
was
not
casting
any
aspersions
regarding
anybody
entering
into
an
agreement
and
going
ahead
without
the
word.
Q
A
I
You
know
in
all
levels
of
government
there
is
executive
power
which
the
president
makes
executive
orders.
The
governor
makes
executive
orders
and,
as
our
council
was
trying
to
say,
we
would
have
to
research
the
specific
action
to
see
if
it
falls
under
executive
purview,
but
normally
we
authorize
the
event
that
many
times
didn't
enter
into
negotiations
or
contracts
with
many
entities.
It's
just
that
we
don't
have
the
expertise,
nor
do
we
have
the
specificity
of
what
you're
asking
if
it
falls
under
executive
privilege
without
the
action
of
this.
C
O
Unfortunately,
the
sweetness
of
what
does
not
realize
the
authority
because
they
have,
but
if
they
do
free
to
you,
however,
he
did
make
a
birthday
point
that
the
executive
does
have
some
ass
argument
that
it
does
not
need
approval
from
the
court,
but
you
can
rest
assured
there
is
a
number
of
thing
that
he
has
to
come
through
this
board
today.
Now
the
problem
is:
is
that
truth,
you
don't
have
the
backbone
to
try
to
stop
some
things.
