From YouTube: 8.28.18 Freeholder Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
My
clients
know
the
public's,
been
exact
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice.
Does
this
meeting
of
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
was
provided
in
the
following
matter?
It
was
published
in
the
present
landing,
send
emails
to
the
current
internal
dissent
news
and
has
been
posted
on
bulletin
boards
in
County
office
is
holding
a
leading
city
here,
it's
still
wearing
of
County
Clerk's
office
to
main
landing.
We
all
please
rise
to
an
opening.
B
Prayer,
the
animating
here
we
gather
here
today,
intent
on
doing
good
work,
seek
to
represent
fairly
and
well
those
who
have
given
us
this
task.
May
our
efforts
be
blessed
with
insight
guided
by
understanding
and
wisdom,
we
seek
to
start
with
respect
for
all
they
are
personal
faiths.
Give
us
strength
to
act
honestly
and
well
in
all
matters.
A
A
A
E
E
E
E
The
eyes
amazed
by
stopping
with
each
individual's
personal
and
asking
for
a
declaration
from
them,
but
the
result
is
the
same
and
attack
relation
is
required
to
be
done
by
the
board
clerk
which
the
court
clerk
asked
them
and
responsibly
a
new
leaf
in
every
instance.
So
what
you
have
here
going
back
to
that
people
would
slide
17
discussing
and
acting
upon
the
equipment
that
was
working
was
that
the
policeman
you
were
called
and
asked
if
you
would
admit
that
any
name
as
far
as
I
can
recall
you
did
not.
E
He
did
also
not
abstain.
So
the
other
bullets
that
were
reported
when
the
iPhone
sewed
was
completely
and
utterly
a
unopposed.
The
gun
public
bye-bye
boys,
with
each
one
of
the
members
of
the
board
of
three
orders,
easily
identify
foods
on
the
end,
nine
members,
so
the
clerk's
job,
while
she
has
to
do
the
heavy
responsibility
record
the
votes
when
she
did
happen,
there's
really
no
difficulty
or
degree
to
cohere
that,
because
the
absence
of
any
negatives,
those
means.

H
A
And
I
think
you
have
my
Senate
and
big
clear
up
what
you
just
said:
I
mean
I
made
the
state
last
meeting.
If
someone
on
this
board
wants
to
have
individual
voice
votes
for
roll
call,
please
say
we'd
like
to
have
this
individual
voice
books
and
then
I'll
be
more
than
glad.
It
also
should
be
noted.
Is
that
for
any
free
whole
us
noon
us
the
dinner
while
it
during
the
course
of
that
meeting,
you
have
decided
that
you
did
not
like
the
way
you
voted
and
you
want
to
change
that
vote.
A
You
have
the
right
to
change
that
vote
until
the
end
of
that
meeting,
but
one
city
meeting
is
recording
so
I'm
not
up
here,
trying
to
I,
don't
rule
by
decree
and
I.
Certainly,
I
certainly
think
that
we
work
better
as
a
team.
You
know
instead
of
against
this
petty,
whatever
you
want
to
call
it
political,
you
know
not
political
discussions,
whether
we're
called
freeholders
freeloaders
ombudsman.
If
we
spent
two
hours
on
that
to
just
please
keep
doing
the
people's
business.
That's
all,
and
if
there's
something
that
somebody
wants
to
discuss
with
mr.

Special

in
Seattle,
July
2018,
and
here
hereby
proclaims.
Tuesday
August
28th
treat
the
Saturday.
I
Talk
to
you
about
enrolling
and
also
our
college
enrollment
reached
its
peak
in
2010
and
since
then
our
credit
enrollment
has
to
decline,
and
they
are
projected
to
continue
to
decrease.
To
put
this
into
context.
Of
course,
the
state
and
across
the
county
there
has
been
a
decline
in
college
enrollments.
I
So
let
me
just
say
that
the
client
enrollment
in
higher
education
is
not
only
a
challenge
for
us,
but
it's
hitting
all
community
colleges
across
the
state
and
across
the
nation.
As
you
know,
when
enrollment
declines,
it
has
a
consequential
impact
on
our
budget.
But
first
let
me
start
by
thanking
you,
the
freeholders,
for
your
support
for
2010
over
the
years.
You
know
financial
support
of
the
colleges
and
my
wavering,
even
as
the
toughest
of
times
for
ninety
County
governance,
and
we
are
most
appreciative
of
that.
I
Additionally,
thank
you
for
your
annual
commitment
of
resources
to
help
us
develop
our
budget
and
equally
as
important
on
the
bonds
that
you
have
secured
for
us
through
capital
improvements
over
the
10-year
period
from
2007
2017.
More
than
forty
million
dollars
in
capital,
improvements
have
been
funded
by
the
county,
come
on
behalf
of
the
college
to
chapter
12
and
some
ago
bodies.
As
you
know,
unlike
four-year
colleges,
community
colleges
are
unable
to
borrow
funds
for
expansion
and
other
capital
needs.
I
More
than
to
Atlantic
City
and
Caesar
hospitality
wing
Wisconsin
chapter
for
money,
and
then
he
put
improvements
funded
through
funding,
have
gone
unnoticed,
perhaps
such
as
I'm
losing
researching
of
our
parking
lots,
new
LED
lighting
currently
being
sold,
and
at
might
the
city,
and
so
much
more
has
been
accomplished
through
your
support.
Our
stem
building
and
Student
Center
pilot
wreaths
Silver
certified
for
energy
efficient
building,
thus
reducing
our
utility
costs
through
your
support.
A
couple
of
projects
probably
be
able
to
populate
our
infrastructure.
I
Our
commitment
to
you,
the
free
bulb
in
our
constituencies
will
continue
to
grow
and
you
support
us
in
our
students.
You
may
recall
that
back
in
May
of
2017
I
had
only
been
here
a
few
months
along
of
Representatives
in
16
colleges
and
universities
representing
five
urban
areas.
We
were
officially
designated
as
an
anchor
institution
despite
white
important
role
of
higher
education
plays
in
urban
communities,
Amanda
cave
along
with
Stockton
University
of
the
representatives
from
Atlantic
County.
On
this
anchor
institution
project.
I
We
signed
the
declaration
to
collaborate
and
engage
with
our
community
partners
to
transform
our
community
and
we
move
forward.
We
will
live
up
to
that
pledge
that
has
worked
long
before
we
been
unsigned
and
we
will
senior.
As
you
know,
we
are
working
with
the
plant
accounting
for
the
development
of
the
aviation
maintenance
Academy
at
the
Atlantic
City
Airport
trained
workers
on
repair
and
overhaul
of
Airlines.
Those
are
good-paying
high
wage
jobs
and
we
want
to
be
above
that
training.
I
Additionally,
we
are
committed
to
the
Endurance's
goal
to
raise
the
percentage
of
New
Jersey
residents
who
worked
in
industry,
value,
credential
or
degree
from
50%
of
the
65%
I
want
to.
Also
personally,
thank
you
for
your
support
of
our
recent
grant
application
to
the
state
of
New
Jersey
for
the
community
college.
Opportunity
Grant,
which
is
governor
Murphy's
initiative
for
free
college
tuition.
I
$250,000
grant
has
been
development
to
provide
plans
for
implementing
the
free,
Community
College
outreach
and
support
services
that
help
us
to
determine
treatment
options
of
graduation.
This
is
going
to
be
a
last
dollar
grant
so
that
students
will
be
able
to
apply
for
financial
aid
and
help.
Then
we
use
those
grants
first,
and
then
the
state
aid
will
kick
in
to
be
applied
to
those
students
who
are
eligible.
I
It
will
start
very
very
soon
and
we
hope
that
this
will
open
the
door
of
opportunity
to
moment,
and
we
appreciate
the
letter
of
support
that
we're
going
to
cloud
with
the
state
courts
application.
So
we
need
your
help
to
get
the
word
out
to.
As
many
people
as
possible
about
this
opportunity
through
the
various
constituencies
that
you
may
have
Facebook
Twitter
any
other
means
so
that
we
can
reach
as
many
people
as
possible,
who
may
not
remain
not
particular
to
college
because
of
potential
financial
obstacles.
I
But
as
we
move
forward
with
the
initiative
for
free
Community
College
and
from
the
Rideau
who
support
and
yeah
a
press
release
from
the
county
and
any
ad
you
may
be
able
to
help
us
with
the
mobile
publications
will
help
us,
particularly
with
our
underserved
populations,
with
regarding
three-page
book
club,
with
making
some
headway
into
this
area
and
offering
more
dual
credit
programs.
While
students
are
still
in
high
school,
so
they
can
get
a
jump
start
on
college.
You.
D
I
We
also
need
your
assistance
in
reminding
the
high
schools
that
we
are
their
Community
College
and
we
are
prepared
to
offer
credit
courses
or
immediate
assistance
to
prepare
students
for
college
and
to
upgrade
six
in
the
area
of
visible
industry.
We
are
working
with
many
companies
to
provide
incoming
and
potential
worker
training.
For
example,
we
are
currently
working
with
Atlantic
City
Electric.
We
help
prepare
potential
workers
in
terms
of
operating
their
math
skills
for
potential
jobs
in
that
industry.
I
As
new
businesses
come
to
town,
we
could
use
your
assistance
in
directing
them
to
our
college
that
we
make
training
potential
workers.
We
had
a
successful
relationship.
Where
is
the
scene
of
industry
partners
providing
training
to
update
skills?
Are
there
in
the
common
purpose?
Most
training
was
at
no
cost
for
building
a
paid
employee
wages
while
they
were
taking
the
classes,
but
we
have
not
been
as
successful
and
newest
casino
is
coming
into
town,
so
we
would
need
Europe.
I
We
could
use
your
assistance
and
opening
the
doors
to
the
newest
casinos
and
reminding
them
that
we
are
here
right
here
in
the
community
to
provide
high
quality
training
and
perhaps
credit
courses
at
an
affordable
price
on-site
at
their
property.
We
can
offer
credit
and
contract
change,
training
that
is
portable
and,
in
some
cases,
no
parks
with
grant
funding.
I
I
As
for
sodium
sodium
systems,
smell
flowery
groundskeeping,
these
kinds
of
things
in
the
shared
services
that
help
us
to
reduce
our
operating
costs
in
this
period
of
the
morning,
also
the
cost
of
security
on
campus
again
to
be
aimed
at
moving.
We
need
to
have
additional
security
and
that's
another
plus.
I
I
And
you
can
help
us
that's
using
the
social
media
that
we
have
to
tell
the
stories.
So,
as
you
know,
80%
of
our
budgets
and
salaries
and
benefits
benefits,
especially
healthcare
premiums,
continue
to
escalate
at
a
rate.
Far
above
could
even
imagine.
Since
2017
we
have
laid
off
for
not
hiring
fifty
nine
positions
to
reduce
our
operating
budget.
Our
general
operating
budgets
have
been
cut
and
we
cannot
eliminate
any
additional
headcount
without
your
passing
our
programs.
I
So
lastly,
may
I
say
that
if
you
hear
anything
about
the
college,
whether
it's
good
or
not,
something
please
let
me
know,
because
we
always
stand
to
improve
what
we
do
and
we
don't
know
about
sometimes
happening
because
people
don't
tell
us
so
it's
important
to
keep
our
lines
of
communication
open
and
I
can't
do
not.
Thank
you
enough
for
your
support.
O
So
in
any
event,
that
I
talk
to
people
about
college
across
all
the
time
and
we
also
have
to
reach
out
to
all
classes
all
income
levels,
the
big
low
middle
or
high,
and
sometimes
you
have
to
really
do
a
sales
job.
You
have
to
hit
sometimes
in
the
face
with
a
true
cause
of
hard
cost
of
higher
education
and
I.
Think
that's
what
we
need
to
do
here
to
really
come
out
with
sheets
with
paper
that
delineate
the
the
cost.
O
If
you,
instead
of
going
to
Rutgers
or
whatever
you
want
to
go
to
whatever
school,
he
went
to
Community
College.
This
would
be
your
savings,
and
today,
in
this
world,
kids
coming
up
to
day
the
Masters
of
space,
we're
looking
the
master's
degree,
so
the
financial
pressure
is
even
greater
and
one
thing
we
don't
want
to
do
is:
have
our
kids
come
out
of
colleges
with
debt,
so
they're
a
slave
with
restaurants?
We
don't
want
that
books.
Supplies
are
far
cheaper
at
a
community
college.
O
O
I
Right
keep
this
dialogue
go
away
exactly
and
we
are
updating
our
website
and
all
the
social
media
that
we
need
and
affordability
is
when
it
needs
to
be
pushing
that
very
first
one.
Okay.
We
hope
that,
as
we
communicate
through
the
county
newsletter
over
the
paper
and
various
names,
you
might
be
see
us
talking
more
about
the
fact
of
affordability
towards
the
free
community
college.
That's
also
going
to
be
playing
on
top
of
that
one
of
the
things
that
I
did
when
I.
First
came,
it's
a
part
of
my
trade
organization.
I
We've
been
able
to
establish
some
marketing
and
confirmation
to
the
partner
which
reports
directly
to
the
President
and
he
loves
to
craft
that
message
around
affordability,
we're
going
to
correct
that
on
excellence
and
the
fact
that
we
have
small
classes
and
that
we
also
have
crafted
on
the
fact
that
we
can
prepare
you
for
a
four-year
college.
In
the
area
we
got
Rutgers
University
try
on
our
kids.
We
offer.
I
H
Me
just
say:
first
of
all,
dr.
Gottman.
Thank
you
so
much
again,
I'm
always
impressed
decay.
You
speak
it
talk
about
the
college.
You
know
you
being
in
such
a
short
time
that
we
didn't
know
includes
a
bit
over
the
college.
I
haven't
been
here
and,
like
you
know,
certainly
been
a
champion
for
what
a
CCC
since
you've
been
here
and
preserved.
H
D
H
All
seriousness
everybody
meaningful
which
to
college
and
but
you
know
the
chairman
and
I
did
a
little
one.
That's.
H
Ate
that
many
people
elaborate
then
on
the
message
must
be
to
to
be
a
part
of
the
application
process.
Actually,
that
was
one
of
the
call
I
was
getting
that
step
down.
Trying
to.
Let
me
to
say
this:
dr.
Gabbe
will
be
the
speaker
this
weekend
in
Whitesburg
and
Whitesboro
reunion
as
the
president
of
the
colonies.
Muslims
of
is
a
campus
in
keeping
what
house
she
will
be
the
speaker
on
Saturday.
H
It
was
excited
to
hear
and
then
promised
I
would
make
this
statement
but
know
a
lot
of
people
are
coming
to
see
open,
but
I
won't
be
able
to
see
dr.
down
like
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
I
think
that
she
represents
us
well
and
that
we
commend
her
for
the
job
she's,
the
one
and,
if
you're
not
busy
or
sanity,
they
have
open
to
the
public
and
that
go
down
and
support
our
person
to
accomplish.
Thank
you
again.
I
P
We're
thank
you
for
being
proactive.
A
pet
opportunity
is
Sarina
this
morning,
one
article.
What
art
this
morning
talked
about
how
long
it's
not
just
a
community
colleges,
but
every
college
in
the
seat,
New
Jersey
struggling
to
keep
you
Jersey
seniors
in
state.
You
know
I
think
we
were
number
one
in
the
country
versus
out
of
the
state.
The.
D
P
Country's
house
to
over
one
trillion
dollars,
we
just
say
value-
is
Apple
mom,
so
that
the
affordability
is
as
a
major
boss.
I
know,
certainly,
teachers
that
I
work
with
younger
teachers
who
are
struggling
with
their
that
struggling
to
to
get
out
there
love
to
be
close
to
the
district
that
they
work
in
and
they're
having
a
hard
time
on
being
able
to
to
get
to
get
a
rent,
yeah.
D
P
Thank
you
also
for
directors
to
reach
out
to
veterans.
You
know
they're
growing
again.
Every
we've
been
very
proactive.
Oh
I
know
in
my
physique
there's
a
there's
a
program
in
the
78th
grade.
They
got
identify
students
as
early
sixth
grade
who
are
not
working
up
to
their
potential.
The
idea
is
that
they
would
be
the
first
person
in
their
family
to
hopefully
attend
college.
P
So
I,
don't
know
how
many
other
districts
do
that
Kelly
have
something
like
that,
but
if
you
yourself
are
even
probably
even
better
nothing
against
the,
but
if
scre
n't
students
would
go
in
and
talk
to
me,
students
in
symptom,
eighth
grade
and
let
them
see
you
know
the
opportunities
that
may
await
them.
I'm
starting
off
with
that
I.
I
Just
throw
me
many
times
that
I
I
go
twenty
places,
I'm
invited
to
go,
I
went
to
an
elementary
school
in
a
pleasant
film
and
I
was
the
keynote
speaker.
The
kids
were
there
with
their
parents,
but
I
hope
it
wasn't
too
young
for
them
to
start
thinking
about
what
they
want
to
do
for
the
teacher
and
ask
the
kids
what
they
wanted
to
do,
what
they
wanted
to
be
when
they
grow
up.
They
raise
their
hand,
and
we
talked
about
that.
I
If
it
comes
with
my
knee
cap,
when
you
are
old
enough,
I
spoke
to
parents,
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
doing
that's
how,
because
I'm
meeting
with
his
main
superintendents
of
the
schools
as
I,
can
I
think
I'm
scheduled
to
meet
the
superintendent
soon
you
definite
contact
with
the
schools
and
with
the
high
schools
to
encourage
the
school
superintendent
and
the
guidance
mountains
to
send
students
to
a
nice,
cape
and
I'm.
Doing
that.
Personally,
myself
thank.
L
D
L
In
hordes
of
estimates
that
it's
not
enough
and
the
way
that
we're
stepping
it
up
right,
like
you
know,
Colleen
is
right
around
the
corner.
Okay,
so
I
don't
know,
I
feel
like
Atlantic.
Eight
should
be
in
every
Halloween
parade
in
Atlantic
County,
giving
out
capes
with
a
pamphlet
to
parents.
I
mean
use,
the
kids
eyes
were
so
excited,
yes,
and
they
were.
They
were
kindergarteners.
So.
D
L
L
I
That
people
could
get
ago
since
I've
been
here
with
my
father's
going
to
hike
my
visibility
we
get
into
the
billboards
are
saying
the
cake
and
thank
you
the
very
things
that
you've
probably
seen
that
about
the
height,
also
notes
on
the
hi.
Ladies
you've
seen
the
green
and
white
signs
along
the
highways
now
on
the
main
roads
and
their
new
ones,
going
up,
it's
an
Atlantic
community,
our
time
that
we've
seen
them
to
be
we've
see
them
going
up
at
various
places.
So
again,
that's
visibility.
P
L
L
I
I
Great
foot
filter
students
into
our
criminal
justice
program
and
there
are
costs
involved
depending
on
what
level
the
one
that
we're
gonna,
let
great
I
think
in
principle,
all
parties,
I
or
network
said
we
want
to
do
this.
It's
just
a
how
and
I
think
my
feeling
is
with
everything
you
want
to
do.
If
you
want
to
do,
we
will
figure
out
the
house.
Yes,.
L
A
R
After
me,
it's
my
pleasure
to
introduce
Christine
Wilson.
It's
been
a
pleasure
to
work
with
Chris
for
the
last
31
years.
She
came
to
the
division.
She
worked
in
a
medical
daycare
program
and
she
came
as
a
case
manager
helping
the
Ranger
according
to
community
based
services
for
senior
citizens
and
individuals
with
disabilities
that
remaining
at
home
in
the
community.
Much
of
our
success
in
the
division
due
to
perceived
efforts.
So
with
your
approval,
it'll
be
my
pleasure,
which
I'm
gonna
tie
over
at
Christine.
J
Started
as
a
pet
monkeys
manager
and
then
the
past
nightmares
have
been
administered,
a
supervisor
of
home
care
programs,
overseen
the
aging
and
disabled
resource
connection,
as
well
as
about
Protective
Services.
To
make
the
implementation
of
sans,
which
is
our
case
management
program.
Computer
program,
indicated
that
for
the
costs
that
we
need
to
follow
to
make
sure
we
lead
our
medics
and
procedures
for
FFP,
which
is
revenue
that
we
bring
in
from
services
for
our
clients
by
swinging
them
for
services
and
helping
them
with
applications,
and
that
allows
us
to
continue
to
expand
their
services.
J
J
A
generational
services,
yes
with
the
very
young
and
the
very
old,
so
we
have
services
that
are
pronounced
to
try
it
for
a
rim
and
may
be
permanent,
elevated
or
aging
services.
A
lot
of
our
services
are
not
just
for
individuals
that
are
in
need
of
a
deployment
care
services,
but
we're
also
moving
to
try
to
find
services
for
those
individuals
that
are
the
healthy,
seniors,
I
think
with
their
Medicare
premiums.
Have
they
remember
their
pack,
our
conception.
J
J
A
K
G
D
C
A
A
Q
C
A
And
I
would
just
say
that
in
this
resolution,
I
did
not
particularly
care
for
the
wording
of
it
as
it
rosettes
ordinates,
because
it's
sort
of
in
first
by
its
language
that
we're
trying
to
build
a
central
dispatch
center.
We
are
not
so
my
brief
description
will
go
like
this.
I
did
the
research
on
this
and,
as
you
read
it,
we
had
put
aside
about
1.4
million
dollars.
Jerry.
Is
that
correct?
Here
we
had.
A
Correct
myself,
put
aside
1.5
million
in
2014
when
we
had
19
town
signed
up
for
a
centralized
dispatch
at
stopping
college.
Mainland
campus
stop
the
university
at
the
time
had
by
hypothecated
five
million
dollars,
and
we
knew
that
this
was
going
to
be
an
expensive
venture
that
had
to
be
shared
by
all
of
the
municipalities.
A
When
we
realized
that,
even
though
we
had
letters
from
all
of
the
mayors
and
councils
of
19
saying
they
were
in
by
the
time
they
got
to
the
architectural
phase,
and
we
got
some
of
the
engineers
on
board
and
the
legal
team
five
of
the
towns
or
so
decided
that
they
wanted
that,
because
there
was
no
binding
contract.
We
realized
at
that
point.
The
administration
realized
that
it
was
not
feasible
to
try
to
charge
the
towns
that
weren't
going
to
be
in
it,
which
is
how
we
would
have
a
sustained.
A
At
the
begging
of
Hamlin
townships,
specifically
Bob
Sandman
Estelle,
the
whole
southern
western
part
of
the
county
is
screaming
about
the
fact
that
first
responders
9-1-1
calls
that
are
going
to
radios
are
dropping
like
they
can't
believe
it
so
much
so
the
public
is
definitely
could
be
a
risk
here
and
an
analysis
was
done
to
what
is
called
the
transmission
envelope.
That
goes
over
the
whole
county.
A
It's
set
up
with
a
bunch
of
repeaters
that
we
just
authorized
about
two
months
ago
at
the
top
of
the
ocean
club
tower
as
to
wherever
they
are,
and
we
saw
a
PI
piece
missing
in
our
transmission
envelope.
That
is
around
that
area
of
Hamilton
estelle
in
the
Western
southwestern
part.
So
a
remedy
was
then
I
guess
coordinated
through
the
OEM
that
is
going
to
require
what's
to
spend
how
much
money
Jerry
well.
A
So
we
need
nine
hundred
thousand
dollars
that
we
have
to
pull
out
of
a
general
purpose
fund.
That
would
then
impact
next
year's
budget,
or
we
can
take
this
particular
full
of
money
lot
of
money
silo
of
money,
which
is
about
three
hundred
thousand
more,
that
we
need,
and
all
we're
doing,
is
change
in
the
language
to
repurpose
it
for
fixing
the
network
of
radio
transmission
that
were,
they
were
already
been
originally
in
what
it
originally
was
set
for.
That
is
the
language
that
wasn't
in
the
face
of
this.
H
G
H
Were
good,
the
point
was
that,
once
you
explained
what
we
were
doing,
I
told
you,
then
any
objection
long
who
wasn't
trying
to
bring
back
just
kind
of
by
dispatching
a
short
that
would
not
happen
and
more
important
after
you
explained
it.
One
thing
none
of
us
will
do
they
got
to
speak
to
everybody
and
not
jeopardize
Public
Safety.
H
If
you
don't
want
to
be
that
person
waiting
for
a
blimp
or
a
firetruck
into
your
house
and
because
the
towers
not
picking
it
up,
it
is
dropping
we're
not
gonna
play
that
type
of
game
at
all.
I
will
say:
Atlantic
City
just
purchased
some
of
it.
The
newest
type
granules
in
probably
the
state
and
I,
am
sure
that
that
ties
and
then
everything
acts
on
for
the
fried
sheet
today
and
if
I
annex
idiom,
we
will
monitoring
the
fire
that
was
happening
sitting
in
front
of
the
other
center
fire
trucks.
H
Overhead
appointed
as
long
as
it's
going
to
that
I
think
is
something
that
we
all
need
support,
but
with
the
understanding
we
did
not
bring
it
back.
Countywide
dispatch
and
I
think
that's
a
fair
assessment.
I
mean
it's
exactly
what
I
envisioned,
but
you
I
think.
Thank
you.
Any
other
comments.
Building.
T
T
We
talked
about
maybe
as
part
of
the
original
concept
of
anyone
in
this
next,
the
issues
still
there
and
it's
obviously,
and
every
we've
had
some
representatives
out
there,
rich
delta
county.
They
don't
even
know,
what's
going
on,
don't
easily
see
a
vet
said
that
cannot
have
garbage
you
see.
So
this
is
repurposing.
The
sponson
said
the
best
way
for
us
to
do
it.
Analyzing
the
funds
are
existing
and
on
impact
with
us,
you
see
in
favor
of
marriage.
My
colleagues.
H
A
J
J
L
L
Go
through
and
I
think
the
other
thing
that
needs
to
be
mentioned
is
this
is
not
only
an
investment
in
public
safety
and
the
way
we
operate.
This
is
an
investment
in
our
volunteers.
These
are
the
types
of
things
that
when
they
get
frustrated
they
leave
because
they
feel
like
they
can't
do
their
job
successfully.
So
I
think
this
is
a
long
time
coming
for
a
number
of
reasons,
and
you
know
athletes
attention
dispatches
for
a
harbor
city.
So
it's
not
that
it's
just
just
a
benefit
in
kind
of
one
June
calendar.
P
P
Still,
on
top
of
that
issue
as
well-
oh
my
other
question
coming
is
Jerry.
There's
been
a
lot
of
talking
about
this
meeting
this
morning
about
the
next
gen
9
1
1.
Is
this
there
been
any
discussion
on
the
county
for
that?
What
that
is,
opinion
educators
that
have
been
a
lot
of
drivers
from
st.
minutes?
It
will
allow
people
to
send
photographs
and
videos
to
dispatch
to
better
inform
the
first
responders.
Well,.
N
N
N
And
Jack
needed
visual
that
ain't.
That
he's
an
engineer
that
working
with
any
gap
is
that
the
federal
government
looks
as
if
they
are
going
to
not
fund
state
in
New
Jersey,
because
they
are
in
violation
of
the
of
the
federal
act
about
usually
juggling
I
won.
One
of
funding-
and
you
know,
funding
is
intact.
I
walk
all
over
a
lot
of
the
coma
systems.
N
You
know
that
and
so
the
the
issue,
what
the
state
is
trying
to
do
is
is
to
put
it
before
they
protect
on
the
similar
taxing
on
cell
phones
and
then
distribute
some
of
that
money.
My
understanding
is
that
that's
not
functional
I
mean
I've,
had
conversations
with
the
Antioch,
the
executive
director,
so
I
don't
know
what
the
state
is
going
to
do
and
again.
N
If
the
federal
government
doesn't
allow
this,
that
the
state
of
New
Jersey
loses
I
believe
they've
collected-
and
you
mentioned
in
one
of
meetings-
1.3
million
dollars
there's
a
potential
that
they
would
move
to
substantial
money
every
about
120
million
ecology
that
they
were
using
to
offset
their
budget.
They
would
lose
that
money
so
and
it's
not
coming
out
in
the
Townsend
I'd.
P
G
A
A
Compatibility
I
just
want
to
say
that
we'll
have
comments
and
in
the
public
portion,
if
you
want
to
reach
comment,
ok
we're
going
to
give
it
we're
gonna,
follow
our
protocol
here
and
welcome
all
the
public
comments
at
the
second
reading,
because
we
don't
know
what's
going
to
have
to
between
the
first
and
second
reading.
Any
other
free
over
comments
will
call.
C
T
C
N
From
the
vacuum,
what
we're
doing
is
segregating
affirmative
action
from
equal
opportunity.
We
have
an
equal
opportunity
and
all
we
can
walk
do
we
need
language
and
functions
or
it's
just
in
Chapter
four
program.
Action
is
counties
and
I.
Believe
municipalities
are
required
to
hire
what
they
call
a
pop
of
p
ACL.
It's
a
compliance
officer
for
contracts
in
the
county
council
believes
that
the
language
in
Chapter
7,
which
deals
in
affirmative
action,
is
where
that
person
is
in
and
that
individual
is
their
name.
Is
this
our
human
resource
director.

the

Basically,

all

you

they
even
have
problems
there,
sometimes
I,

I'm,
not

they

that

Just
saying,
although
you
remember

we
have
a

I'm
not
going
to

I'm
just
going
into
this
whole

I
would
love
one
day
for
somebody
to
give
free
overboard
the
amount

actually
coming

I'm

significantly
down,
and
they

Okay,
I

okay,

it

they

No,
this

think
I
explained
into
a

that
we
went
to
the

John
John
can
explain
that
this
work
was
Subterraneans
a
job
to
explain
what
we
have
to
do
when
you're,
when
you're
gonna
work

we
know
what
the

and
for
me
you

score

eighty

it
would
bring

in
the

sixty-five

A
D
C
H
I
don't
know
today
why
we
give
it
out
one
point
to
8,000
security
forward.
I
know
it's
the
library
I'd
look
the
animals
out
there,
we
go
cool
I,
still
not
see
this
to
Tara.
I
still
believe
that
the
Sheriff's
Department,
though
less
than
one
point
to
me
that
I
know
we
all
got
out
for
20,
but
I
gotta
be
honest
with
them.
If
you
don't
have
a
armed
guard
at
the
other
place,
then
the
county
building
not
going
Atlantic,
City
diamond
again,
the
animal
shelter.
H
The
president
villa
library,
I
mean
I,
understand
this
ice
ahead.
I
distinctly
best
served,
and
we
did
this
in
how
to
share
some
and
probably
closest
all
about
investment.
That's
just
my
personal
opinion,
and
then
we
all
got.
We
all
have
about
only
different
takes
on
it
and
I
got
to
be
honest,
I'm
not
looking
for
it.
T
You
grilled
potato,
and
this
Jerry
Jerry
has
the
county
ever
done.
Of
course,
bounces
Gratiano
Baron
hire
another
employee
to
do
that,
provide
the
services
as
opposed
to
hiring
an
outside
firm,
that's
providing
the
services
I
kind
of
break
this
down,
bringing
in
health
care
costs,
pension
payments,
everything
else.
Yes,.
N
We
we
used
to
have
our
own
security
force
became
too
expensive,
so
we
went
to
an
outside
firm
when
we
compared
the
sheriff's
officer
to
a
more
employed
through
the
security
roughly
depending
on
who
we
plaits
in
there
could
be
anywhere
between
and
in
twenty
thousand
thirty
thousand
dollars.
Difference
security
company
versus
a
sheriff's
office
talking.
N
Is
this
like
we
had?
This
is
an
example
in
the
facility
right
now.
If
you
he
went
into
the
CEO
thing,
yeah
two
more
I'm
Laurie
you
have
one
more
controlling
inside
and
there's
a
requirement
will
we
we
agreed
with
Atlantic
City
that
we
want
to
keep
our
buildings
and
the
surrounding
area
around
the
building.
Everybody
moving
loitering
bug
the
okay.
No
training
increase
opposed
to
be
moved
around
which
have
such
you
haven't
yet,
which
we
know
nothing
which
goes
on
in
our
building.
N
You
and
I
can
have
that
conversation,
meaning
that
what
happens
like
near
town,
but
so
if
we
do
that,
but
we
you
also
add
to
the
guard.
There's
a
guard
welfare,
separate
engines
in
our
building.
If
you
walk
in
separate
entrance,
then
there's
at
least
two
or
three
guards,
that's
it
and
then
work
inside
what
would
be
the
center
for
the
building
they're
going
through
the
building,
and
you
have
one
more
than
six.
There
is
required
to
over
over
see
if
you
all
know
the
superintendent
of
election,
where
the
clerk
has
an
office.
N
They
are
in
our
building.
They
had
some
issues
and
now
so
we
have
a
guard
assigned
to
make
sure
nothing
happens
in
there.
So
I
mentioned
you
roughly
six
seven
quarters.
So
if
you
had
six
seven
sheriff's
officers,
I'm
going
to
just
stay
in
roughly
sixty
to
sixty-five
thousand
dollars
just
for
our
building
times,
6
so
you'd
add
roughly
you
know
you
can
do
the
math,
roughly
three
six
nine
three
three
hundred
and
eighty
thousand
dollars
just
in
our
building.
So
it's
not
it's
not
cost-effective,
but.
H
Jared
I
think
all
due
respect
has
more
authority
and
more
presence
and
security
guard,
and
so
those
folks
you
you're
referring
to
are
going
to
be
moving
in
anyway,
again
I.
We
had
this
discussion
and
I
didn't
very
clearly.
What
are
the
frustrations
I
had
with
this
and
I
think
you
kind
of
explained
it
to
some
extent.
Any
of
us
is
in
Atlantic
City.
You
take
a
ride
down
the
line.
If
you
can
tend
to
see
in
the
matter,
you
scared
as
hell
to
get
out
to
car
okay.
H
What
gives
that
it's
a
criminal
conviction
come
on
it's
at
the
County
Building,
it's
a
part
of
the
city's
responsibility
and
your
guards
inside
in
doing
absolutely
nothing
on
the
outside.
You
got
everybody
and
anybody
laying
around
sleeping
skateboarding
right
here
into
the
main
county
building,
and
we
spend
at
one
point
you
made
out
but
outside
firm
again
I,
believe
you
get
more
effect
from
yourself
or
share,
focusing
than
you
do
with
a
security
firm,
so
get
in
quit
out
them.
You
don't
see
them
sneaking
around
the
courthouse
windows
inside
out.
H
N
A
An
excellent
I
did
it
because
I
believed
that
you
know
until
you
compare
apples
with
apples
and
I'm,
not
disagreeing
with
anything
you're
saying
Ernie
three
older,
but
you
know
the
sheriff
has
represented
to
me
that
he
could
clean
up.
You
know
Co
B
as
well,
but
it
won't
cost
you
know.
So
we
have
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
budget.
You
see
it
can
be
done
and
I
think
mr.
fedora
cohhd
could
be
boarding
that
give
us
a
report,
that's
all,
but
the
problem
with
that.
It's
terrible.
H
A
T
Talking
about
security
forces
that
are
inside
the
building
and
talk
about
that
issues
that
are
outside
of
the
global
street,
we
talk
about
issues
outside
of
the
public
street
I.
Think
that's
a
low
fortunate
thing.
You
may
be
able
to
bring
the
County
Sheriff
that
might
be
a
phone
call.
They
have
to
send
a
personnel
down.
There
is
an
unseen
condition:
the
outside
the
property,
these
guards
I
think
that
their
art
of
maintained-
it's
not
made
me,
go
out
on
the
streets,
not
part
of
their
contract.
H
Audio
segments
free
go
to
that.
You
don't
have
this
situation
habitant
in
Buena,
because
they're
all
into
Atlantic
City,
whatever
the
reason
me
the
if
it's
an
extreme
excuse
me,
okay
and
I,
agree
with
you,
but
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
whether
it's
a
local
police
issue,
Sheriff
Department
issue
or
a
security
issue.
It
still
looks
paid
and
I,
don't
think
none
of
us
are
going
to
disagree
with
it.
However,
we
had
the
same
problem
when
before
they
put
the
fence
up
between
was
the
gateway
would
hit
an
Atlantic.
H
B
F
Are
standing
in
the
ditch?
Yes,
actually
I
answer
this
question
today
about
why
we
need
somebody,
I
think
that
the
battle
children
and
what
I
was
told
was
that
drug
dealers
were
arrested.
The
dogs
had
taken
away
from
the
quickness
shelters,
these
people
self
that
handle
shelter,
people
so-called
they
had
money
to
then
take
out.
F
H
I
gotta
be
honest
with
you
read
every
the
oldest
when
you
turn
in
all
due
respect:
Mike,
that's
the
first
time
I've
ever
heard
folks
outside
the
animal
show
regarding
their
dogs.
We
we
were
told
the
armed
guards
was
hired
because
the
employees
will
be
an
arrest
by
one
of
the
volunteers
that
was
no
longer
allowed
to
go
into
that
place.
First
time,
I
ever
heard
they
talk
about
because
drug
dealers,
dogs
etc.
I'm
not
saying
it's
not
happy
that
we've
been
up
here
long
time,
that's
the
first
time
I
ever
heard
that.
N
A
catchy
Cathy's
not
here
today,
because
if
there's
an
issue
at
the
animal
shelter
did
the
tech
vacancy,
so
she
substitutes
and
we
had
the
vet
in
all
day
today,
so
they're
spammy,
neutering,
cheese
and
technical
Cathy
access
detection,
you
know
she's
trained,
she
hasn't
certification
credit.
She
was
here
and
she
plays
I
mean
I.
Make
me
everybody
hear
that,
but
she
did
explain
that.
What
would
happen?
Is
you
get
to
a
party
today
where
somebody
would
come?
N
L
I
mean
I
think
it
would
be
important
to
note
the
intangible,
a
sheriff's
officer
versus
a
security
guard,
whether
they're,
armed
or
not,
and
then
I
think
you
know
we
do
have
a
lot
of
instances
where
they
aren't
armed.
So
you
know
I'm,
not
even
sure
I
think
we
do
have
an
explorer's
program,
product
or
service,
but
you
know:
do
we
leverage
that
in
unarmored
part
to
help
with
the
cost?
I
don't
know,
but
these
would
be
the
things
that
I
would
be
looking
for
if
they
were
explored,
not
explored.
M
Just
said
we're
looking
here
at
a
two-year
period,
if
we
in
turn
find
out
what
you're
going
to
do,
you
know
if
it's
better
for
us
financially
for
the
sheriff
in
order
to
take
it
over
how
long
would
it
take
to
implement
that
hire
and
train?
So,
if
we're
looking
at
a
two-year
contract
right
now,
how
long
does
that
take
here?
M
N
I
can
hiking
it
in
you
know
the
basic
from
you
know
experience
so
you
have
to
advertise
for
the
position
you
get.
You
get
people
in
now
that
there
are
existing
lists.
People
have
applied
stage,
20,
22
weeks,
23
weeks
of
the
training
at
the
academy,
and
so,
if
you
have
to
wait
for
them
to
go
through
that
train
now,
I
guess
there
are
other
ways
to
do
that.
The
sharpness
talk.
Does
it
up
class
to
last
one?
H
H
S
H
T
N
Think
there's
a
termination
clause
in
here
for
a
purpose
or
whatever,
whoever
outwitted,
for
example,
I,
do
not
make
sure
exactly
how
the
determination
Clause
works,
but
it
could
be
this
coming
that
we
can
save
money.
I'm
pretty
sure
they're
in
here
is
probably
a
termination
clause
will
allow
that
I.
Look
at
you
like
you
love,
you
save
you.
If.
H
N
H
Jerry
I'm
not
like,
but
I,
know
we
will
soon
enough
to
know
if
the
request
is
to
pull
us
off
the
agenda
to
the
next
meeting.
So
we
come
up
with
some
kind
of
information.
This
point
is
confident
enough
to
say
we're
prepared
to
do
an
extension
to
the
existing
security
firm
them.
Let
me
remind
you
two
years
ago
they
contract
ran
out
the
administration
paid
them
it
to
be
passed
a
forty
thousand
thousand
because
they
were
work
without
a
contract.
They
were
already
out
of
money
and
they
stayed.
H
Doesn't
matter
you
see
y'all
something
I
wanted
unintelligible
to.
Do
we
got
what
dr.
Bob
to
keep
that
company
and
took
this
free
on
the
board
voted
on
it?
Okay,
my
point
is,
we
can
I
would
suggest
we
pull
this.
We
can
do
an
extension
of
the
existing
contract.
They're
not
going
to
tell
you
note
that
we
got
beat
with.
S
A
S
A
Believe
that
we
we
could
extend,
it
I
agree
with
that.
But
if
we
have
the
ability
to
determine
it
or
without
cause,
I
would
recommend
that
we
don't
just
keep
extending
it,
because
we
don't
know
how
long
we're
going
to
be
able
to
come
to
these
meetings
and
conclusions
to
find
out.
There's
a
feasible
replacement
for
this.
But
as
long
as
we
know
that
we're
working
on
it
and
then
we
come
back
with
something
that
we
can.
F
L
G
V
Laurel
Mason
30:57
wear
them
without
into
a
corner
township
to
me,
the
inside
guards
have
to
call
the
police
and
if
the
police
won't
come
we're
going
to
what
are
you
going
to
do?
The
police
will
not
show
up
what
one
thing
yeah
I
think
it
is
and
and
the
inside
guards
I
mean
a
lot
of
love.
The
people
outside
they're,
big
guys
they
could
be
carrying
guns
and
the
worst
thing
I
see
around
here
is
catch
and
release.
They
they
get
that
right,
but
no
time
to
discuss
that
now.
U
Is
the
only
to
want
to
keep
getting
paid
I
doubt
they're
going
to
turn
around
and
say?
Oh
no,
don't
send
me
that
check
I,
don't
want
that
work
for
X
number
of
months
and
that
may
expedite
everyone's
attention
to
nothing
just
for
the
director,
but
there's
a
number
of
other
pieces
to
this
kind
of
focuses.
Everyone,
fine.
M
A
D
L
And
I
think
we're
just
going
to
have
to
eat
one
New
Jersey
Transit
with
they
want
the
wetland
difference
of
helping
passengers
understanding
their
new.
You
know
travel
route
which
they
might
not
know
how
to
navigate
as
well
and
helping
the
disabled
travelers
as
well.
The
other
issue
is,
you
know:
we
got
an
email,
not
sure
if
everybody
public,
but
in
addition
to
work
for
wine,
is
closed
in
September,
where
the
buses
are
supposed
to
be
coming
in
to
Atlantic
City
they're
not
going
to
work
there
and
close.
L
H
H
H
A
And
I
want
to
say
that
it's
good,
we
got
a
statement,
a
word.
It
was
nice
what
they
promised
us,
but
I
do
think
we
hold
her
feet
to
the
fire
on
getting
deep
these.
They
said
they
would
have
expressed
buses
from
key
from
key
depots.
Now
I
think
we
should
check
with
the
workforce
in
Atlantic
City
and
we
should
check
with
the
public
there.
Bob
McDevitt
certainly
could
be
a
good
bellwether.
A
If
that's
not
occurring
I
think
that
we
go
back
at
them
and
say
we
have
people
that
are
taking
three
hours
to
take
a
trip.
That
was
an
hour
ten.
That's
something
that
we
must
stay
aware,
because
we
can't
control
the
work.
We
can't
control.
You
know
what
they
have
to
do,
but
we
can
hold
them
to
their
promise
of
Express
busses
that
put
our
workers
in
Atlantic
City
and
our
tourists
there
at
in
a
reasonable
time
comparable
to
the
Train.
So
it's
my
best
my
thoughts
on
that
any
other
unfinished
business.
A
U
D
U
Least,
that's
the
matter
and
I
think
maybe
some
of
you,
the
others
on
the
extreme
western
end,
use
Worcester
County
dispatch
at
this
one.
What
is
going
to
be
compatibility
after
those
new
I?
Don't
which
I
know
I
should
say
repeaters
or
what
specifically
to
be
the
equipment
item
go
in,
and
then
the
question
of
the
current
radio
systems
that,
like
our
volunteer
fire
and
rescue
squads,
have
where
that's
fitting
in
you
know
for
Hamilton.
If
this
made
me
a
real
good
fit
I'm,
just
not
as
sure
for
some
of
the
rest
of
us,
where.
L
N
I
didn't
the
radio
system
dish
they
you
know
is
going
from
going
from.
If
you
wanted
to
look,
there
are
eight.
If
you
look,
if
you
take
the
County
on
its
side
or
eight
towers,
what
happens
now
is
if
you
look
at
the
western
end
of
the
county.
I
have
a
picture,
doesn't
matter
what
it's
listening
anyway,
so
that
the
dignity
instead.
N
Of
going
in
a
circular
fashion
to
that
very
sweet
London
see
so
this
one
goes
down
this
one,
and
this
one
will
pick
up
for
this
particular
attack:
beast
Goes
Down
they.
If
the
western
end
of
the
county,
they
between
Galloway
and
a
harbor
city,
there's
no
connection
and
then
between
Fiona
and
Hamilton,
there's
no
connection,
so
it
happens
now
as
we
build
in
the
connection
or
we're
going
to
still
win
the
game.
That's
with
that,
but
this
is
a
little
out.
N
Bonnie
to
do
is
just
to
use
this
funding
to
do
this
work
and
then
from
the
our
way
to
its
quote:
W
bar
New
York
in
a
democracy
that
will
be
sold
in
so
now
we
have
a
circuit
ER,
so
it's
complete
circular
fashion
and
it's
totally
not
mention
with
respect
to
compatibility.
You
know,
and
my
keys
is
going
through
this
wood
finish
now.
N
This
will
tell
you
that
one
of
one
of
the
towers
that
actually
is
part
of
the
system,
not
in
Atlantic
County,
is
a
potion
city,
so
it
spins
off
of
Ocean
City
as
well,
where
they
think
off
of
us
so
that
there
is
we've
done
the
team
to
commute
relate
agreements.
Our
radio
system
allows
and
leaves
city
I
believe
the
tip
is
just
come
in
not
too
long
ago
allows
for
communications
among
public
safety
entities.
So
that
means
you
can
and
with
the
p25
everybody
is
supposed
to
be
compliant
p25,
it
doesn't
matter.
N
Our
system
has
to
function
with
in
Atlantic.
County
p25
allows
us
to
communicate
across
lines,
which
is
people
which
is
what
I
think
that's
Vincent
and
his
staff
have
been
doing.
Kate
make
County
I.
Think
they've
had
conversations
with
Burlington,
County
I
know,
they've,
had
conversations
with
Worcester,
County
or
improperly,
with
Cumberland
County,
to
make
sure
that
the
systems
we
will
be
all
talking
to
each
other.
So
will
the
system
be
functional
for
everybody,
absolutely
I,
don't
know
what
else
to
say.
N
Well,
though,
well
there
would
be
quirks
in
the
system
I'm,
not
an
IT
person.
I'm,
not
a
software
person,
yes,
they
are
clerks.
Quirk
is
what
Ruth
Lee
is
is
Hamilton.
If
you
talk
to
people
and
I'm
with
Amy
I've
read
the
letters
I
conversation
with
the
administrator
every
once
in
a
while.
You
get
this
whatever,
whatever
it
is
weapon
assistant
we
used
to
have
I
mean
when
I
first
became
the
administrator.
Oh
I'd,
listen,
you
know
was
Galloway,
there
was
a.
There
was
a
flipping
that
is
every
single,
every
single.
N
What
I
would
say
once
a
week,
I
get
this
phone
call
that
they
they
were
losing
rocking
horse,
for
whatever
reason
I
mean
somebody
had
to
climb
up
the
tower
reposition.
In
tennis,
I
mean
this
is
the
kind
of
stuff
that
goes
on,
so
that
was
done.
I
haven't
heard
a
thing
since
then,
which
I
can
just
tell
me.
Those
are
the
kinds
of
things
that
come
on
yeah.
N
L
U
U
The
thing,
but
with
all
of
that
is
just
that
issue
of
the
improvement
that
then,
can
we
all
take
advantage
of
it.
The
other
thing
is:
if
there's,
if
I,
was
understanding
from
that
financial
analysis,
if
there's
still
going
to
be
around
two
to
three
hundred
thousand
left
over
I
would
ask
that
the
board
consider
additional
hope.
One
vehicles
well.
N
Board
I
mean
I
had
this
the
board.
What
the
boy
doesn't
know
yet,
is
that
the
money
he
the
840,000
it
could
be
nine
hundred
it
could
be
West,
we're
not
sure
one
of
the
things
that
they
this
were
in.
We
do
capital
planning,
so
it's
part
of
our
capital
planning.
They
need
new
radios
in
emergency
management,
so
the
balancer
that
would
be
going
towards
new
radios
and
the
new
radios
go
to
police
departments.
N
You
know
EMTs,
so
whatever
that
one
with
the
fire
companies
to
those
the
balance
of
whatever
it
is
we're
hoping
growing
for
200
somewhere
in
there,
which
it,
which
is
roughly
you
know
the
nine
hundred
front
front
one
we
get
about
two
hundred,
as
you
know,
we
buy
some
deranged
p25
compliant
and
so
that
we
would
try
to
bring
them
regulars.
They
say:
oh
brother,
a
rising
tide,
rising.
U
Chairman
going
back
to
the
session
of
the
beginning,
the
resolution
concerning
the
change
of
title
was
from
people
who
wanted
to
maintain
the
status
quo.
I
have
made
a
Oprah
request
for
the
freeholder
resolution
form
that
accompany
that
resolution.
I
have
been
told
by
mr.
Sultan
that
that
is
considered
deliberative
work
products,
and
so
it
is
not
available.
I'm,
probably
going
to
want
to
make
a
challenge
of
the
government
records
Council
on
that
front.
But
what
I'm
saying
is
create
exactly.
U
Talking
about
the
resolution
that
was
talked
about
two
weeks
ago
about
the
change
of
the
term
freeholder,
oh
and
the
bill
for
that
and
I
understand,
Sharon
I'm,
just
saying
the
trust,
the
concern
regarding
as
well
as
others
about
the
time
it
was
taken
for
that
that
wasn't
coming
from
people
who
were
wanting
to
make
the
change
that
was
come.
The
resolution
itself
was
some
people
when
the
maintain
the
status
quo,
and
then
there
were
other
people
in
the
audience
with
their
own.
U
Whatever
so
I'm,
just
mentioning
that
and
well
I
was
including
around
I
find
I
won't
wear
it.
So
was
I
okay
and
the
final
part
is
that
obviously
there's
a
there's,
obviously
a
difference
between
a
roll
call
vote
and
a
voice
vote.
That's
why
you
do
it
on
everything
with
money
we
do
an
explicit
local
folk,
roll
17
nominations
provides
individual
roll
call
vote.
That
is
I
was.
A
E
U
Understand
that
and
I
understand
that
the
plenty
of
minutes
when
they
say
all
hides
and
MMA's
if
everyone
voted
yes
and
there's
five
people
were
seven
or
nine,
whatever
I
understand
it,
but
also
the
thief
didn't
show
that
everybody
voted
the
same
way.
So
what
I'm
trying
to
get
at
is
just
I'm,
not
one
to
try
to
continue
to
beat
that
horse,
and
mr.
Chairman
I
appreciate
your
statement
at
the
last
meeting
regarding
a
change
in
practice.
It's
just
that.
U
V
V
A
T
T
In
counties
over
the
passing
of
the
former
Russell
Clark
was
a
couple
of
days
ago:
Russell
served
for
many
years
as
Mary
Hamilton,
also
as
counsel
he
served
on
many
boards
throughout
the
county,
meath
humanistic
values
of
wait,
a
few,
his
feelings
going
to
be
26
tonight
at
Mario's
in
Hamilton.
We
make
sure
everybody's
aware
please
I'd
like
to
ask
for
that.
Silence.
H
A
L
Be
remiss
if
I
didn't
acknowledge
on
Friday
that
the
opportunity
to
and
the
dedication
ceremony
for
new
veteran
study
study
like
that
is
not
that
it
needed
to
mr.
Walley
kensic
and
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
wali,
he
is
nearly
98
years
old
world
war
ii
veteran
went
to
Iwo
Jima
and
then
after
his
service
in
the
Marines,
which
he
joined,
the
Marines
because
ask
the
Navy
recruiter:
ask
them
what
they
would
do
with
the
value
of
studying
agriculture
from
South
Jersey.
Would
they
be?
L
You
know,
growing
potatoes,
and
so
he
went
to
the
Marines
instead
and
probably
his
service
that
she
served
us
the
Dean
of
Students
at
ECC
C
for
many
many
years,
so
his
family
got
together
and
made
endowment,
which
was
actually
an
idea
that
came
out
of
birth
for
the
students,
meaning
when
that
was
brought
up
and
and
so
while
he
was
on,
encourage
everyone
to
go
check
it
out.
It's
in
the
Student
Center
and
you
can
see
picture
welding
and
some
information
of
he's.
L
G
L
Would
marry
well
but
anyway,
so
just
wanted
to
acknowledge
worldly
service
to
our
country.
Cause
I
wanted
to
mention
that
one
vehicle
was
dedicated
and
I
had
the
opportunity
to
attend
that
ceremony.
It
was
very
well
done,
sheriff's
an
excellent
job.
It's
a
great
vehicle
I
continue
to
ask
him.
Is
there
anything
else
you
need
from
the
freeholder
Ford
and
the
main
request
became
front.
L
End
was
money
for
narcan
to
serve
to
the
vehicle
for
a
good
quote,
I'm
in
touch
with
Bob
the
paddleboard
and
have
many
resources
there,
so
I'm
hoping
that
it's
getting
resolved
than
if
not
that
we
know
it
and
then.
Finally,
at
the
start
of
this
meeting
at
4
o'clock,
I'm
done
eating
and
so
the
end
of
my
colonoscopy
on
Thursday,
that's
a
little
Tina
Bob.
No,
it's
not
was.
L
You
should
be
getting
them
if
I
can
do
them
from
the
age
of
16
every
other
year
for
the
last
20
years,
then
you
can
do
these
too,
and
I've
had
to
have
that
exact
conversation
with
my
own
parents
who
refuse
to
go
to
the
doctor
and
get
their
checkups
and
those
checkups
are
important
for
finding
cancer
and
other
things
that
could
be
happening
in
they're,
not
scary.
It
is
not
terrible
and.
