D
Absolutely
and
as
the
liaison
to
the
Youth
Services
Commission,
it's
always
a
pleasure
to
see
a
youth.
That's
doing
so
many
amazing
things
I
felt
like
throughout
this
whole
entire
academic
career,
then
you've
had
I
just
see
you
in
the
paper
like
everyone
to
meet
during
honking
amazing.
So
just
a
few
of
the
things
that
you've
done,
you're
involving
your
youth
group.
D
Numerous
awards
throughout
your
career,
including
Most,
Valuable,
Player,
unsung
hero
and
you
later
to
names,
as
have
been
an
angler
and
outdoor
track,
and
so
we
know
that
you're
planning
to
attend
Virginia
military
University,
and
we
just
wanted
to
preview
for
all
of
your
accomplishments.
It's
been
such
an
honor
to
see
that,
and
so
this
is
on
behalf
of
our

Have
this

sir.
Now
therefore
be

on
this
30th

of
july
2019
by
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen

at
this

does
hereby
commend
our

on
his
instrumental

in
the

of
the

Technology

that
promotes

among

and

and
will
greatly

to
a

K
Foremost,
presence
to
the
county
executive,
who
came
up
with
this
idea
and
who
authorized
us
to
go
out
there
and
work
on
with
Ana,
supported
us
with
every
step
along
the
way
and
also
I
guarantee
you
the
park
would
not
come
to
fruition.
They
hadn't
been
for
every
donor,
also
bonnie.len
toffs
people
before
her,
even
going
back
to
jail,
Luco
limpet
Gilmore
more
more
over
here
and
numerous
others
who
really
work
together.
This
is
a
team
effort
to
buy,
except
this
time,
you're
siding
it.
We
have
that
entirety,
the
county,
executive
and.
H
We
have
been
propping
this
little
inning
and
we
just
had
to
wait
for
the
right
time,
because
we
know
you
don't
like
to
have
a
lot
of
public
spaces,
but
I
thought
I
can't
speak
on
I.
Think
on
this
one
I
can't
today.
Thank
you.
I
believe
that
you
do
an
outstanding
job
representing
the
county
in
the
residence
of
the
county
of
athletic
and
without
little
family
and
I
know
you
get
paid
to
do
it
between
Jo,
but
you
do
and
you
make
us
look
good
and
God
knows
you
make
the
county
administrator.
H
He
makes
you
look
good,
but
you
make
the
county
check.
You
look
real
good,
you
know
and
end
of
the
day.
What
happened
is
is
that
when
we
went
the
ribbon
cutter
and
I
got
the
oxygen
I
made
this
comment
to
a
couple
be:
you
should
have
been
the
emcee
because
you
Shepherd
this
whole
process
along
the
way
and.
A
A
K
Do
out
the
big
enlightenment
yeah,
we're
gonna!
Be
brief
this!
What,
if
there's
one
more
serious
temperature
difference
in
chrome?
Yes
back
to
he's
with
us
from
the
southeast
presentation
for
an
easy
airport
manager
before
we
get
into
this
one
quick,
update,
I
think
is
very
important.
You
may
have
read
about
it.
You
may
have
missed
it,
because
it's.
C
K
Basically,
if
you
are
aware,
but
maybe
not
be
aware
of
it,
I
take
you
back
in
April
and
we
talked
about
the
board's
replies
with
da
i6
challenge.
One
point:
so
we
were
successful.
We
got
that
great
and
it's
highly
significant
before
what
does
enables
us
to
work
with
best
8ga
I
know,
there's
so
many
smart.
K
So
what
it
does
it
now
doesn't
work
for
network
technology,
but
here's
the
diversity
of
users-
it's
not
so
much
about
creating
competition,
does
is
about
creating
colors.
It
will
encourage
the
organization
startup
to
come
here,
begin
the
mentorship
that
they
need
to
become
bigger,
comers
and
hopefully
stay
in
around
the
lens
account.
So
that's
an
active
project.
We
hook
the
other
way
in
October
running
by
October,
and
the
other
thing
is
the
company
for
your
intuitive
applications.
There
are
26
applications
over
our
borders
185.
K
The
company
here
in
is
about
Hopkins
and
they
have
played
for
do
University
for
now,
University
shop
and
Jonathan
Jarvis
Atlantic
County.
Getting
some
points.
Five
left
is
now
considered
to
be
intently
and
it's
a
great
opportunity
for
bringing
companies
here
in
Hitler's
bunker,
so
we'll
be
working
this
year,
really
probably
important
I
think
warrant
for
his
efforts,
which
he
was
there
I
think
the
county
decade
for
putting
up
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
with
a
match.
They
they
found
foot
matches
it's
a
good
part,
is
anything
but
a
hatchet.
They
think
they
can
do
so.
K
I
just
mention
a
I'm.
Sorry,
unless
I
guess
JTA
in
particular
that
for
the
airport,
all
right
over
here,
talk
about
today
is
never
guaranteed,
would
make
this
organization
take
a
look
at
the
Angela
planet.
It
will
take
38
mistakes
in
it,
but
one
of
our
goals
is
to
get
me
to
prepare
operations
on
the
radio.
We've
been
trying
to
do
that
for
a
number
of
years,
and
we
started
that
effort
to
study
the
biggest
challenge.
K
We've
had
two
things
number
one
is
many
companies
to
look
at
Allen
County
has
a
place
to
do
that,
but
as
companies
do
that
they
begin
to
realize
the
value
of
the
airport
and
why
it
makes
sense
to
the
airport,
very
local
cost
of
operations
in
and
out
of
there
xxx
and
expensive
editing
fees
and
really
close
by
other
airports.
The
challenge
also
has
been
to
get
people
to
work
on
that,
so
people
working
for
companies
and
we
work
with
at
JTA-
can
point
it
out.
K
K
Nashville
Nashville
and
Stewart
Airport
in
New
York
the
Saudis
and
decide
that
let
Academy
football
a
lot
to
in
pursuit.
The
challenge
was
that
heated,
a
hangar
SJP
a
buddy
with
the
moon
as
quickly
and
getting
hangers,
and
we
can
do
it
so
you
offer
it
is:
do
built
a
hangar
over
here
to
the
HCIA
and
Lisa
television,
and
you
think
that
that's
a
night
at
least
we'll
be
out
maintenance
operation
at
the
airport
and
on
another's
track.
K
A
lot
of
tracks
are
working
on
another
trying
to
work
with
every
riddle,
University,
hopefully,
and
we're
fighting.
Now
we're
beginning
the
process
to
pucker
USDA,
grant
convenient
to
capital
and
and
generate
a
steady
stream
of
workers
that
will
enable
us
to
build
that
pulley
to
make
your
graph
where
steadier,
if
that
might
turn
over
the
warrant,
quite
cold.
The
technical
details
about
the
paper
building,
what
it's
going.
L
To
be
very
briefly,
here's
I
work
with
all
21
counties
want
to
actually
fill
the
board.
What
Atlanta
County
is
going
into
advanced,
diversify
its
economy
and
my
opinion
is
unmatched,
but
across
the
state
before
I
came
back
to
Atlantic,
County
I
was
playing
director
to
the
90s
I
work
at
all.
You
know
the
other
20
counties
and
what
this
county
is
doing
to
help
advance.
L
Our
economic
development
strategy
here
is
absolutely
unmatched
that
an
action
that
you're
taking
tonight
is
an
absolute
example
for
all
voters
that
followed
and
what
County
should
do
to
create
quality
technical
jobs
in
this
stem
environment
that
we
are
in
here.
This
is
something
that
I
want
to
actually
as
a
pleasure.
Working
in
a
County
is
actually
playing
its
best
foot
forward
to
attract
these
focused
and
being
agile.
This
Howard
points
out.
We
are
acting
at
the
speed
of
business
very
important
and
get
these
deals
done.
This
is
going
to
create
initially
125
jobs.
L
This
is
going
to
break
the
ice
for
us
to
bring
meetings
and
repair
operations,
and
while
there
are
charter
company,
a
charter
plating
service
in
cater
to
rock
groups
and
political
events
and
and
music
and
so
they're
going
to
do
the
maintenance
and
repair
here-
and
this
is
really
going
to
help
us-
attract
other
maintenance
and
repair
operations
here
and
in
fact,
Spirit
Airlines,
which
has
a
hub
out
of
AC
Y,
is
also
very
interested
in
putting
in
operation
so
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
work
with
them
on
that.
So
this
is
going
to.
L
You
know,
help
us
break
you
guys
and
continue
to
go
full
speed
ahead
to
implement
the
economic
development
strategy
that
we
have
here.
This
is
the
first
phase.
You
know
they
would
have
build
out
to
upwards
within
five
years,
as
this
project
start
to
push
300
jobs.
This
is
significant.
You
know
for
us
the
first
flight
or
aviation
product,
but
we're
going
to
offer
to
the
aviation
community
and
it's
our
points
out
with
the
aviation
Technical
Academy.
L
Now
we're
going
to
have
a
steady
supply
of
workers
to
come
in
and
work
at
the
airport
and
thank
us
JTA
forever
they've
been
an
absolute
great
partner.
The
improvement
Rd,
the
improvement
artists
been
an
excellent
partner
and
helping
us
put
these
packages
together.
Couldn't
do
it
without
the
great
team
that
we
have
and
relationships
that
we
develop.
F
C
K
M
Well,
well,
there
isn't
much
there
isn't
much
more
I
can
say
about
your
effort
in
this
Howard.
So
you
know
it
was
a
long
time
coming.
I
watched
you
for
10
years.
Do
this
I
just
think
it's
so
important
for
the
improvement
authority
to
take
this
position
on
proactively,
creating
business
in
the
county.
We
take
a
look
at
our
sister
counties
in
Gloucester.
They
do
three
hundred
million
dollars
a
year
in
projects
and
taxpayers
should
know
that
these
are
revenue
generating
investments.
M
This
is
not
something
that
we
are
just
going
to
bond
and
give
away
as
corporate
welfare.
The
tenants
pay
back
money
that
guarantees
the
bonds
and
it
just
put
great
step.
Atlantic
County
stations
under
Dennis
Levinson.
This
administration,
this
free
old,
afford
to
show
that
we're
putting
our
money
where
our
mouth
is
and
the
state
is
not
going
to
do
it
for
us,
the
state
can't
do
it
for
us.
The
federal
government
can't
do
it
for
us
and
we're
fortunate
to
be
financially
able
to
do
it
for
our
own
people.
So
I
think
it's
great.
A
If
people
don't
know
about
you
yet
they
need
to
so
if
people
are
listening
or
watching,
they
should
come
and
learn
about
the
economic
Alliance
and
what
you
offer
in
terms
of
helping
businesses
become
involved
in
the
economic
development
activities
in
the
county
programs
and
resources
that
are
available
and
such
it's
such
a
great
resource
that
I
think
is
still
underutilized,
even
though
we're
doing
so
much
so.
Thank
you.
Any
kind
of
three-pointer
person
again.
H
C
H
The
fact
of
the
matter
is
we
move
in
another
direction.
This
is
because
of
the
leadership,
continue
to
move
Atlantic
County
in
the
right
direction.
I
think
this
speaks
volumes
for
all
of
us
and
just
the
opportunity
of
jobs
coming
to
the
area
that
we've
never
had
and
partnering
with
AFA
thanks
Emmett
is
huge,
and
so
I
just
want
to
commend
the
team
for
an
outstanding
job
and
certainly
Lanie,
as
he
continued
an
easy
I.
Thank
County
approval
to
thought.
H
K
Do
you
think
press
regular?
Let
me
see
Bruce
is
definitely
with
regional
accent.
We
talk
to
people,
especially
talking
to
romantic
city.
Audience
will
say
whether
maybe
that's
this.
We
have
one
leg.
City
of
patients
will
walk
in
I,
always
correct
enough
related
assets.
You
have
an
Atlantic
City
beeps
world,
walk
the
airport
and
stop
the
university,
but
it's
more
than
just
that,
though.
It
is
something
that
I
think
has
tremendous
potential.
We
have
an
excellent
relationship
with
the
FAA,
never
been
better
Kelly.
Is
this
tremendous
Shelley
academic
review
this
tremendous.
K
A
N
Just
wanted
to
comment
and
talk
about
the
corporate
business
that
you
said
was
coming
earlier
this
afternoon.
I
listened
with
an
ear
of
meetings
and
conventions
of
tourism,
as
you
know,
and
the
piece
that
we
are
missing
is
local
corporate
meetings
in
the
convention
center.
That's
the
piece
of
the
puzzle
is
missing
for
us
and
that
will
help
us
so
much.
A
O
Doesn't
want
to
say
that
sometimes
we
get
criticized
in
government
for
using
government
taxpayer
dollars
to
to
light
the
match,
it
so
necessary
to
get
a
project
off
the
ground.
But
this
is
what
we
have
to
do:
nobody's
gonna
wake
up
in
the
morning
and
decide
to
locate
a
particular
entity.
You
know
in
our.
P
O
We
have
to
make
them
happen
and
that's
what
we
tell
we
made
it
happen
and
what
our
as
a
team
and
lorn
have
done.
Everyone
else
is
just
absolutely
fantastic:
a
long
time
getting
that
project
going
minor
part
I
played
with
ours
going
to
those
SJ
EDD
meetings
for
a
number
of
years
to
get
the
district
back
on
its
feet,
so
that,
in
fact
the
lease
could
be
transfers
to
us
here
in
Lyon
County,
because
originally
that
project
with
a
for
County
project,
the
Macdonald
Ana
County
project.
O
So
it
took
a
number
of
years
to
clean
up
the
SJ
eg
being
at
that
particular
big
part
of
an
accomplishment.
What
you
know
the
economic
alliance
has
done
in
a
very
short
period
of
time.
Is
it's
really
unbelievable,
but
we've
gone
from
zero
to
a
thousand.
It
seems
like
overnight.
So
it's
just
fantastic
I
can't
say
enough
good
things
about
it.
So
thank
you.
A
K
Absolutely
because
planes
are
coming
in
with
cargo
I
would
need
to
get
absolutely
but
have
a
maintenance
operation
should
they
be.
They
need
repairs.
This
very
prominent
very
beneficial
happens,
told
that
so
yeah,
that's
all
synergistic.
It
all
fits
together.
What
about
this?
For
example,
the
Bates
Academy
also
will
energy
club
the
same
skill
set
needed
to
repair
a
big
turbines.
The
same
skill
set
that's
important
at
the
academy,
so
there's
much
better
great.
A
A
E
E
Pope
once
a
clan
Cumberland,
Avenue,
ESCO,
Manor
I,
don't
recall
seeing
a
guarantee
ordinance
before.
Maybe
it
has
been
done
in
the
past
number
of
times,
but
still
there's
those
magic
words
fully
unconditionally
and
irrevocably,
which
generally
then
have
draws
your
attention,
or
at
least
it
should
the
reason
that
the
county
has
to
back
this
versus
just
using
a
CIA.
Is
that
a
question
of
bonding
capacity
or
is
there
something
else
involved
there
question
of
creditworthiness,
but.
F
Bother
being
issued
by
a
CIA
are
guaranteed
by
the
county,
the
whole
going
to
a
went
to
a
full
underwriting
process.
With
this
company,
we
feel
that
they're
able
to
make
police
payments
there.
They
have
a
ten
to
one
coverage
ratio
with
their
cash
flow.
They
have
sufficient
cash
flow.
So
the
whole
objective
of
this
was
to
bounce
an
economic
development
project
and
building
up
this
region
in
the
airport
with
attracting
company
enough
that
wants
to
come
in.
So
we
think
that
we've
managed
to
do
that.
E
And
then
the
other
question
comes
of
we
see
in
the
paper
there's
various
discussions
about
our
friends
at
the
Port
Authority
wanting
to
change
the
arrangements
for
Acy.
If
that
happens,
what
effect?
If
any,
does
that
have
on
this
situation?
There
was
mentioned
also
of
surplus
maintenance,
work
being
that
I
can't
be
done
at
Newark
and
they
were
looking
for
somewhere
to
do
and
I
thought
well.
They
could
just
move
it
down
here,
but
it.

Everybody

to
the
county

Nothing
like
last
meeting
I
did
ask:
will
we
have
with
the
process
either
work
slow
down
or
they
stop
work
and
I?
Look.
They
were
waiting
on
this
or
there's
there's
some
other
issues.
I
think
you
totally
not
I
said
to
be
corrected.
There
was
a
meeting
to
take
place.
R
Was
supposed
to
take
place,
one
of
the
residents
refused
to
meet
with
us.
This
is
like
the
fourth
or
fifth
time
and
I
was
asked
by
by
the
chair
person
to
have
presentation
today
on
this
bridge
and
we
break
in
New
Hampshire
scottandelle
break.
So
we
were
going
to
have
a
presentation
today
at
some
point
on
both
bridges.
Yes,
the
beating
never
occurred.
The
individual
homeowner
refused
to
meet
with
this
again
and
we
do
have.
As
you
know,
we
have
been
John
our
department
head
for
Planning
Engineer
here,
and
we
have
going
to
be
guys.
R
The
person
asked
us
to
do
certain
things.
We
did
all
the
things
that
we
were
asked
together.
The
way
I
mean
I,
don't
want
to
steal
Tony's
done
assuming
his
year,
one
of
the
ones.
Just
to
give
an
example:
there's
an
easement
on
on
one
of
these
properties
and
the
easement
was
marked
off.
I
was
asked
by
the
executive
to
go
meet
with
the
individual
homeowner
I
did
Tony
a
county
engineer
and
I
have
two
County
Creek
engineer
there.
You
can
see
very
clearly.
R
We
marked
off
the
easement
area,
I'm,
assuming
at
some
point
in
time
when
the
storms
that
we've
had
since
then
had
arranged
one
one
of
the
markers
were
missing,
so
they
refused
because
refused
me
because
the
easement
wasn't
marked
off.
So
we
Tony
gave
her
lawyer
picture
of
the
Eastman
English
media,
taking
pictures
of
where
the
markers
were
and
in
the
individual
refused
to
meet.
For
this
we
were
men,
Tony
made
an
offer
to
go
back
out
there
and-
and
we
stick
the
flag
in
the
ground
to
show
where
the
easement
is
you're
asking
me.
R
Is
there
any
rationality
in
the
comments?
No,
your
theories.
No
rationality
here
on
the
front
that
homeowners
I
don't
know
what
to
say:
we've
been
dealing
with.
Obviously
the
governing
body.
The
governing
body
is
very
clear
with
us
that
there
are
some
issues
they
have
right
now
and
you
know
you
go
through
Main
Street
over
the
bridge
and
you
have
Mill
Road
coming
in
to
Main
Street
there
they
have
some
concerns
about.
There
are
no
sidewalks
in
that
area
and
there
is
lots
of
traffic.
R
Is
you
know,
being
diverted
off
off
of
the
great
because
the
bridge
is
closed
as
the
present
time?
So,
having
said
that,
you
know
the
town
keeps
asking
us
to
move
forward.
I
mean
John
and
Mark
Knopfler
care
go
forward
legally.
Tony
is
here
like
further
explanation
about
you
know
some
of
these
negotiations
with
homeowners
or
when
it's
a
second
home
under
involved
as
well
may
need
some
counter
offers
to
the
county
in
terms
of
what
they
believe,
the
easement
on
their
properties
worth.
H
H
The
township
itself
is
prepared
to
the
whole.
Absolutely
second
of
all.
There's
some
other
issues
regarding
you
making
some
sidewalk
I
was
out.
There
yesterday
invited
I'm
kind
of
familiar
what
you
would
find
I
made
a
special
trip
to
go
yesterday
again,
if
that's
the
case,
I
don't
know
if
the
homeowner
is
setting
up
down
the
road
for
a
lawsuit
to
come
back.
I
have
no
idea,
but
is
there
anything
in
writing
from
the
township?
That's
given
you
guys
the
green
light
that
they're
prepared
to
look
for.
R
H
Oddly
respect
through
your
attorney,
who
was
officer,
of
course,
he
is
now
basically
saying
that
through
the
administration
of
Republican,
he
has
gotten
the
green
light
to
move
forward
right.
Jan,
yes,
he's
off
said,
of
course,
I'm
gonna
hold
him
accountable
and
I
would
consider
him
somewhat
of
an
expert
when
it
comes
to
speaking
the
English
language.
In
terms
of
he
understood
exactly
what
the
township
was
saying,
in
spite
of
that
one
or
two
residents
who
are
for
whatever
reason
hold
it
out.
Well,
it's
the
marker,
whether
it's
the
sidewalk
etc.
You
understand
it.

Yes,
I
helped
draft
the
agreement;
they
do
exactly
what
they
are
supposed
to
do
in
terms
of
having
these
offices
frame,
there's
special
training
that
they
go
through
for
this.
These
are
retired
law
enforcement
officers,
they're
special
training
and
I
trained
as
it's
being
gone
through
the
auspices
of
the

Sheriff's
Office.
So
these
people
will
be
well
trained,
they're
their
backgrounds
at

hours
and,
as
I
said
they
are
former
law

people
goal
is
to

have

New

I'm,
certainly
not
speaking
on
behalf
of
any
kind
of
special
services,
but
I
want
to
say
that
they're
doing
a
fantastic
job
and
I'm
glad
to
this
contract
is
being
renewed.
They
have
consistently
done
all
kind
of
drills
to
make
sure
that
the
students
are
safe,
and
we
all
know
that
the
kids
that
go
there
aren't
disabilities,
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
they
do
that
they
are
doing
an
outstanding
job.
A
B
A
A
R
A
B
A
I
A
N
I
R
I
mean
police
to
say
that
reason
for
reason
before
they
got
the
letter
to
the
government
is
H,
dua
and
I
think
eight
other
counties.
R
R
If
you're
hearing
two
hearings
I
think
this
board
about
having
like
five
or
six
hearings,
that
waste
love
before
I
actually
voted
for
waste.
Well,
I
think
we
were
all
over
the
county,
so
we'll
be
against
waist
level.
Now
remember
any
food
that
comes
into
the
facility
there
is
a
tipping
thing.
15
feet
would
be
awesome,
that's
pretty
substantial
and
I
think
I
mean
I.
Think.
Actually,
if
you,
if
you
were
to
ask
HCA
there
is
it
varies,
a
number
it's
pretty
sustainable
and
the
other
issue
is:
is
the
tipping
fee?
R
C
R
They
went
back
to
the
governor's
office
to
answer
the
governmental
action.
It's
actually
to
be
legislated
moves
without
the
original
bill.
They
asked
what
the
amendments
to
include
those
nine
counties.
We
knew
Melania.
She
said
they
would
not
be
hurt
by
this
bill,
so
we
ng
I
supported
this,
as
you
know,
in
Jackie's
a
nonpartisan
bipartisan
body,
so
they
they've
done
a
good
job
in
getting
the
legislators
who
put
up
the
original
bill
to
support
these
amendments.
M
R
M
G
M
But
in
their
offset
by
the
revenues
that
near
but
the
waste
flow,
the
business
model
of
ways
flow
are
a
CoA
is
we
have
employees,
we
have
cost,
but
the
tonnage
pays
for
the
bills.
So
I
don't
think
it's
a
good
analogy.
In
my
humble
opinion,
I
understand
what
you're
saying,
but
this
is
actually
a
revenue
generator.
This
bill
will
ensure
the
stability
of
income
to
the
ACC
way.
H
I
H
R
This
board
went
through
six
meetings
throughout
the
county
to
talk
about
wage
low
wage,
low
means
everything
that's
generated
in
the
county
stays
in
the
counter.
Everything
goes
to
relate
scale
and
there's
a
pending
thing
to
violate
that
once
then,
what's
next
C
anyways
construction
and
the
brief
or
wouldn't
do
that,
there's
that
thing
goes
with
essential
plant
somewhere
out
of
Atlantic
County
I'm,
just
saying,
and
every
single
AC
or
utilities
at
parties
goes
through
that
same
thing.
They
have
construction
waste.
R
H
All
that-
and
that
makes
a
lot
of
sense-
I-
was
just
basically
yes
well.
I
will
copy
into
everything,
and
you
say,
except
I
was
just
trying
to
slushy
gate.
Now.
Am
I
with
okay,
because
no
some
of
us
do
make
phone
calls
we
find
out.
What's
going
on
up
there
down
to
save
the
jury's
gonna,
make
those
comments.
H
A
E
Sure
the
way
the
resolution
is
currently
drafted
we're
having
to
give
the
impression
that
it
has
not
yet
passed
photons
of
legislators
into
the
same
afford
it
to
the
state
legislative
teams,
but
since
it
has
in
fact
already
passed,
both
houses
of
the
legislature
and
a
number
of
legislators
representing
Atlantic
County,
had
in
fact
voted
for
it.
Perhaps
it
would
be
advisable
to
express
appreciation
to
those
legislators,
senators,
abogado,
senator
Andrew
Jackson
attract
honors,
as
well
as
suddenly
members,
armato,
Peters
and
Mazzio's.
A
J
E
A
A
U
I
kind
of
want
to
give
you
our
perspective,
the
community's
perspectives
about
what
our
life's
been
like
the
last
couple
days,
because
I
think
you
need
to
hear
from
us
for
the
last
several
years.
The
immigrant
community
in
New
Jersey
has
been
under
attack.
Make
no
mistake
about
it
right
south
of
us.
U
In
Cayman
County,
you
have
a
county
government,
that's
willing
to
participate
with
ice
on
at
all
levels
of
2870,
tasty
to
us
at
Ocean,
County,
right
to
sue
the
state
of
New
Jersey
to
go
against
the
immigrant
trust
directive
in
Monmouth,
County,
Hudson,
County,
Essex
County.
You
all
have
governments
I
want
to
work
with
ice
and
unless
advocates
are
willing
to
speak
out,
that's
going
to
continue
to
happen
on
Friday
night.
U
We
got
the
call
that
there
was
a
proposed
symbolic
resolution
saying
that
it's
going
to
be
pro-immigrant
coming
straight
from
10-11,
that
this
is
a
resolution.
That's
with
the
immigrant
community,
but
the
title
resolution
supporting
Atlantic
County
Department
of
Public
Safety
in
his
collaborative
effort
with
the
United
States
Immigration
and
Customs
Enforcement,
otherwise
known
as
ice
agency
regarding
the
handling
of
undocumented
aliens,
does
not
read
as
pro-immigrant
the
fact
that
no
pro
immigrant
community
organizations
were
included
in
the
discussion
shows
that
you
don't
care
about
the
treaty.
Writing
this
resolution.
U
The
way
this
read
it's
purely
symbolic.
We
understand
that
you
really
can't
change.
You
follow
the
immigrant
trust
directive
that
comes
straight
from
the
attorney
general's
office.
If
the
immigrant
trust
director,
for
those
that
don't
know,
was
meant
to
induce
trust
between
law
enforcement
and
the
immigrant
communities
they
serve
so
that
victims
have
stayed
for
40
crimes.
U
U
There's
a
base
out
there
that
thinks
you
treasure
the
sanctuary
state
and
what
this
is
doing
is
telling
them
that
you're
tough
on
the
immigrant,
that
you're
tough
on
crime
and
it's
pushing
in
there
that
the
art
community
full
of
criminals
and
we
deserve
to
be
dealt
with
as
harsh
as
possible,
which
is
not
the
keys.
Nothing
in
this
resolution
stated
any
of
the
positive
impacts
of
immigration
in
our
county.
U
When
we
contribute
to
the
economy,
the
taxes
we
pay,
how
our
children
are
are
in
the
school
systems
contributing
building
our
future
I
come
from
immigrants.
My
parents
came
to
the
city
25
years
ago
to
Atlantic
City
to
build
a
better
future
for
us
and
everything
about
this
red
anti
immigrant.
So
we
thank
you
for
withdrawing
it,
but
the
next
time
you
would
do
something
like
that.
Perhaps
it's
better
to
talk
to
the
communities
that
this
is
supposed
to
protect
instead
of
pandering
to
Serna
basis.
So
that's.
G
M
Me
you
know
it
was
an
education
for
me.
That
was.
The
purpose
of
the
resolution
was
to
make
the
distinction
between
what
they're
doing
in
Cape,
May,
County
and
Ocean
County,
and
what
we're
not
doing
here
in
Atlanta
camp.
It
was
ambiguous
enough
to
get
the
negative
reaction
as
soon
as
I
got
the
negative
reaction.
I
pulled
the
resolution
myself.
It
was,
besides
being
a
freeholder.
M
We
come
from
a
family
of
immigrants
that
suffered
everything
100
years
ago
and
I've
employed
at
least
80
percent
of
my
work
force
have
been
immigrants
in
this
county,
so
I
can
attest
everything
you're
saying
possible.
So
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
preparation
and
the
way
this
thing
was
written
was
too
bad
to
get
a
positive
connotation.
If
we
go
forward
with
something
it
definitely
will
engage.
Y
C
Y
Know
so
in
this
moment,
in
the
moments
like
these
words,
family

separating
children's
have
put
any
case.
This
particular
this
nation
is
calmly
noms
for
immigrants
not
on
documenting
or
immigrants,
rapists
in
criminals.
Using
these
words
is
now
accepted,
but
we
are
grateful
that
that
was
withdrawn
and
we
are
grateful
that
we
are
coming
to
the
table,
but
it
was
sown
and
weekend
that
you
know
we
don't
have
to.
Maybe
you
see
it?
Sometimes
some
people
say:
oh
I'm,
sorry
you're
painted
this
is
not
offended.
This
is
our
life,
our
family
life.
C
Y
I
mean
dangers
right
now.
How
do
we
ask
me
a
speak
and
a
lot
of
people
I
listen
to
em,
so
we
cannot
take
this
lightly.
This
is
serious
for
all
of
us
all
of
us
and
if
you
put
aside
the
two
eighty,
seventy
I
mean
component
get
benefit
from
that
because
they
same
communities
that
you
gonna
work
against
with
the
same
community.
That
is
gonna
come
on
about
that
November
I
mean
all
of
us.
Y
This
they
were
uncommon,
a
you
and
I
might
we
know
the
for
me
and
all
better
how
many
immigrants
are
in
this
town
that
come
on
last
year
and
say
you
know
what
almost
fifty
fifty
percent,
forty
five
thousand
volts
say.
I
want
an
immigrant
to
represent
my
interest.
I
mean
come
on.
We
cannot
be
taking
money
I'm,
representing
that
forty
five
thousand
people
that
come
up
in
November
six
2018
on
a
rainy
day
to
vote
for
an
immigrant
to
represent
hey
they'll,
be
taking
on.
Thank
you.
A
Z
Name
is
durbin
Moreno
and
I'm
from
better
City
New
Jersey
I'm
here
to
address
resolution
447
sponsored
by
freeholder
at-large
for
Mika
and
later
withdrawn,
as
others
before
me
have
clearly
stated.
This
resolution
provides
provided
zero
benefits
for
the
people
of
Atlantic
County.
This
resolution
only
serves
and
served
to
sustain
the
eight
and
the
fear
fracturing
our
beloved
state
in
this
county.
Z
This
resolution
permeated
the
xenophobic,
conspiracies
and
myths
and
was
indolently
worded
to
consolidate
power
amongst
a
rebel
group
of
constituents.
Mr.
Formica
I
was
born
and
raised
in
Atlantic
City
growing
up.
It
was
difficult
not
to
hear
or
taste
the
bread
food
for
Mika
brothers,
but
for
me
the
bread
was
always
sweeter.
You
know
why
the
bread
was
always
sweeter,
because,
when
I
went
into
that
bakery,
the
people
that
were
making
the
bread
looked
and
sounded.
Z
Like
me
simply
resolution
447
has
already
put
and
will
put
the
lives
of
approximately
fifty
thousand
Hispanics
in
your
County
at
risk
of
increased
tape-based
crimes,
irrational
discrimination
and
pure
racism,
mister
fumika,
when
business
was
good,
it
was
convenient
to
hire
and
use
us
with
the
business
of
bankruptcy.
You
no
longer
require
our
services,
and
you
have
made
that
quite
obvious
of
this
resolution.
Z
F
Z
M
M
Z
M
Of
my
what
Lisa,
what
you
said
here
was
most
untrue,
and
it
was
most
untrue
because
the
resolution
was
pulled
because
of
its
misperception.
He
was
not
put
out
to
create
any
type
of
fear.
It
was
put
out
to
show
the
distinction
of
Atlantic
County
being
different
and
being
respectful
of
its
of
its
immigrant
population.
You
depending
it
near
words,
is
your
opinion.
I
accept
your
opinion,
but
it
is.
It
is
quite
untrue.
I
extend.
M
AA
We
must
remember
that
part
of
them
of
racism
within
Africa
Somali,
so
I
have
over
400
something
years
appeared
in
this
country
using
slavery
and
everything
else.
Yes,
a
population
has
been
became
and
treated
just
like
the
rest.
We
must
remember
they're
human
beings
and
it's
very
important
that
we
understand
the
terminology
that
we
use
today,
because
there's
someone
that
speaks
very
bad
about
every
human
being
throughout
this
country.
AA
We
do
not
need
to
have
that
genuine
specialist
discount
I'm
glad
we're
very
happy
to
see
it
was
poor,
but
in
the
future,
from
the
sake
of
every
human
being.
Let's
come
together.
Let's
talk
about
and
let's
come
to
a
reasonable
resolution,
because
again,
I
must
remind
you
must
remind
everyone.
There
was
a
lot
of
Africans
and
still
being
held
in
Isis,
because
when
you
hear
about
Isis,
we
don't
hear
too
much
about
the
African
Americans.
AA
What
Africans
are
still
being
deported
I've
been
to
Africa
and
I've,
seen
them
with
the
ticket
in
their
hand,
to
come
to
America,
but
have
to
go
through
so
much
strange
issues
to
get
here
room
of
the
console?
It's
any
pain,
any
human
being
to
pay
for
a
ticket.
Now
you
come
to
America,
but
can
that
come?
But
a
few
years
ago
you
were
brought
in
slaves
in
Chains.
E
Thinking
about
Jared
and
Kurt
epub,
once
the
joint
Cumberland
Avenue
West,
Elm
Manor
I
want
to
thank
pre-order
for
Mika,
and
you,
madam
chair
for
us
not
having
a
fourth
time
in
a
year,
at
least
by
one
count
of
things
where
we
got
a
little
overly
controversial.
They
did
a
lot
more
heat
than
light
and
then
instead
withdrew
the
resolution
and
we
go
from
there
in
light
of
freedom
for
Micah's
comments.
As
far
as
the
process,
I
would
ask
I
would've
thought
that
we've
already
been
in,
but
perhaps
once
free,
older
Council
prepares.
E
The
final
drew
the
final
draft
that
that
would
then
be
reviewed
by
the
purse
of
the
freeholder,
who
would
theoretically
be
the
sponsor
just
so
they
have
reviewed
at
the
final
time
before
it
goes
on
the
agenda,
and
that
means,
if
it
goes
another
meeting,
then
so
be
it.
While
this
is
obviously
an
important
issue
and
it's
not
necessarily
an
urgent
one,
that
needed
immediate
attention
again
going
to
the
freeholders
comments.
E
If
we're
a
governmental
laws,
then
we
got
a
little
Bey,
the
ones
we
don't
like.
Whatever
side
were
on,
that's
that's
going
to
have
to
work,
then
I
would
suggest
that
perhaps
a
simple
wording
would
be
to
say
along
the
lines
of
resolved.
Milena
County
feels
that
compliance
with
the
Attorney
General's
directive
does
not
obstruct
law
enforcement.
That
makes
it
plain
that
says
where
the
County
government
is
in
this
situation
and
also
resolved.
There
is
no
intention
to
enter
into
a
287g
the
green
and
therefore
for
all
the
communities
of
the
county.
E
C
E
E
There
has
to
be
grace
if
we're
going
to
do
that,
but
looking
at
this
there's,
obviously
as
I,
was
stating
a
much
simpler
way
too
simple
to
say:
if,
if
in
fact
those
sentiments
are
what
are
on
our
hearts,
then
there's
a
simpler
way
to
say
it
without
all
the
we're
eise's
that
give
other
messages,
and
we
know
those
of
us
who
regularly
come
here.
You
know
only
been
a
couple
weeks
ago
that
there
was
the
parade
of
the
candy.
E
E
That
perhaps
again,
that
a
simple
resolution
stayed
in
those
two
points
of
being
able
to
comply
with
the
directive
and
no
plans
for
287g
could
go
on
the
agenda,
for
the
next
meeting
will
hopefully
actually
I
have
asleep
and
I
think
that
would
do
a
lot
to
heal
the
concern
that
got
raised
and
again,
madam
chair
and
again
for
an
older
for
me,
I'm
glad
that
we
aren't
going
for
something
like
this
for
a
45-minute
year.
So
thank
you
for
that.
S
And
I
just
wanted
to
thank
the
freeholders
and
aster
for
me
Jasper
for
what
you're
doing,
but
this
it
is
an
important
issue.
We
are
the
United
States
of
America.
We
are
founded
on
immigrants,
you
know
the
Statue
of
Liberty
right,
that's
our
symbol,
our
gateway,
your
ball
coming
to
our
country,
and
so
I
really
appreciate
you
looking
at
the
wording
and
being
very
particular,
it's
very
important,
and
so
I
just
wanted
to
say
thank
you
for
everything
for
considering
it,
looking
it
over
being
careful,
it's
important.
Thank
you.
Y
Close
it,
you
know,
I
see
it
say,
thank
you
for
their
for
Danny
levy,
some
dissident
leg,
some
reach
out
to
me
if
it's
up
to
the
community,
so
for
that
Airport
we
say.
Thank
you
before
the
canopy
factor.
She
was
with
us.
You
know
over
the
phone
our
tune
all
morning
and
I
know
our
people,
the
Khalifa,
was
reaching
out
to
Kristen.
So
again
and
good
know
this
closely.
That's
work
together.
We
are,
you
know
a
community
of
immigrant
again,
we
want
to
be
together.
AB
We
should
and
I've
heard
really
good
expression
earlier
today,
so
that
sort
of
finding
that
everything
nothing
about
us
without
us,
and
that
means,
if
you're
drafting
a
piece
of
resolution
or
whatever
check
in
with
who
you
think
it's
going
to
affect,
because
they
may
have
insights
that
you
know
and
that's
really
important,
because
heat
is
current
in
this
country
paper
arrives.
We
have
15
active
white
supremacist
haters
in
New
Jersey,
so
the
context
is,
things
are
very
touchy
and
words
like
aliens
seek
to
be
human
ethics.
So
thank
you
for
police
resolutions.
AC
AC
Whatever
was
this
man
has
reached
into
his
pocket
for
his
own
money
and
given
tanks
of
gas
changed
tires
handed
out
food
kept
people
who
are
well
beyond
the
capable
age
of
doing
the
job
that
they
want
to
do
employ,
so
they
can
go
home
and
pay
their
electric
bill
there.
There
is
a
boundless
fount
of
generosity
in
Frank
from
Iike
that
he
utilizes,
even
when
he
doesn't
have
the
ability
to
do
it
and
that's
aside
from
his
family
I
know
he
has
an
adorable
stepdaughter.
AC
AC
AD
AD
AD
C
AD
AD
Our
coalition
we
have
a
new
coalition
called
being
more
United
nonprofit
we're
gonna,
be
actually
helping
the
communities
ourselves.
You
know
it's
good
at
the
state
the
county
can
help
out,
but
if
they
take
too
long,
we
got
formulate
do
it
ourselves,
because
we
can
do
it
ourselves.
We
waited
it
long
enough
and
with
that
being
said,
I'm
glad
y'all
made
that
adjustment
that
was
necessary
because
we're
going
to
be
monitoring
everything
you
guys
do
from
here
on
out
and
exposing
everything.
Nothing
else
would
be
left
of
secret.
A
There's
anybody
here
that
ill
intended
I
think
that
I
also
want
to
clarify
that
the
process
for
this
regulation
was
the
same
for
every
other.
Nothing
was
done.
It
was
a
different
timing
without
community
employ
it.
That's
exactly
why
the
public
hearing
on
every
single
I
don't
so
that
would
have
been
conversation
brother
good
morning.
A
So
just
wanted
to
okay,
so
good.
A
H
I
H
Of
all,
and
then
the
community
for
coming
out,
but
let
me
just
say
that
social
media
does
work,
but
we
create
this
great,
whether
you
are
a
tea
or
I.
The
end
of
the
day
folks
are
watching
with
all
of
us
at
dawn
and
I.
Think
that
since
Friday,
most
of
us,
not
all
of
us,
our
phones
have
been
ringing
and
asking
the
question.
What's
going
on,
and
some
of
us
had
answers,
some
of
us
didn't
and
I'll
be
perfectly
honest.
H
Isn't
that
if
folks
want
to
come
to
America
to
the
United
States
and
they
cut
me
illegally
and
do
what's
right,
I
have
no
objections
that
life
to
your
family,
your
kids,
etc.
We'd
walk
up
there
every
single
day
and
I,
look
at
our
president
and
DC
and
the
stuff
that
comes
out
of
his
mouth
stuff.
He
says
and
he's
allowed
to
get
away
he's
the
first
one
to
take.
You
didn't
even
realize
yet
immigrants
work.
H
But
if
you
look
at
the
casino
industries
we
talk
about
those
make
outfits
they
park
out,
cause
while
coffee
table
working
for
you
come
to
work
every
day
to
try
to
make
a
difference.
Try
to
provide
for
the
things
it's
a
whole
week
to
judge
that
they
are
not
good
enough
to
come
to
America
to
the
United
States,
try
to
make
a
life
better
for
themselves
and
Indians,
most
of
us
up
here,
you'll
imagine
being
separated
from
the
kids
and
they
had
pages
separated
from
their
parents.
H
H
C
P
H
Done
for
the
community
as
a
whole
and
out
of
the
city
50
60,
whatever
the
employees
are,
and
yes
the
immigrants
they
work
every
day.
It
is
amazing,
great
in
our
own
backyard.
Folks
won't
even
get
out
of
the
damn
pad
to
go
to
work
about
the
job
as
an
attendant.
The
criticized
for
like
ten
for
themself,
so
I'll
take
exceptions
to
that
because
we
live
in
Great
nations
and
the
fact
of
the
matter
is
that
people
want
to
do
better.
We
all
applaud
them
because
they
become
affordable.
H
They
pay
taxes
in
education
about
how
acceptable,
but
moving
forward
I
think
we
need
to
make
sure
that
if
we're
going
to
continue
have
these
downwards,
they
ought
to
be
some
type
of
community
meetings.
Not
no
clandestine,
as
I
would
say,
backdoor
stuff
going
on,
where
only
certain
people
know
what's
happening
and
then,
when
it
hits
the
public
everybody's
in
the
upper
world.
There's
enough
organizations
in
this
community
that
we
can
all
reach
out
about
social
media
to
talk
about.
How
do
we
make
like
that
body
of
life?
Everyone?
H
P
H
It
takes
all
of
us
if
we
talk
about
the
diligence
abilities,
are
very
defend
this
one.
We
all
suppose
I
cut,
Creek
old
or
Rip
Taylor
one.
Please
and
it's
gonna
be
ready,
but
let's
put
the
power
ticket
aside
and
let's
do
the
human
right
thing.
Let's
come
together
work
together,
we
can
agree
to
disagree,
that's
American
law,
but
let's
not
hurt
those
with
trying
to
do
that,
because
we
all
have
a
responsibility.
Some
of
us
think
we're
better
than
others.
Then
we're
not.
H
But
the
fact
is
is
that
when
we
all
again
I
say
this
I
think
we
all
receive
phone
calls
regarding
this
resolution,
whether
we
were
in
support
of
the
resolution
or
not,
we
still
got
called
in.
We
heard
different
perspectives
from
different
people
and
I
was
not
going
to
support
the
resolution
anyway,
because
I
think
the
language
was
not
proper
language
to
use
in
the
resolution.
H
Admittedly,
and
that's
I,
think
one
of
the
biggest
reason
the
resolution
was,
but
we
can
get
all
social
ready,
I
mean
social
media
and
on
the
radio,
and
we
can
talk
about
just
at
the
oven.
We
leave
here
today
with
the
understanding
and
we
all
have
a
clear
understanding
how
offensive
it
was
to
the
immigrants
and
we
all
have
to
do
a
better
job
because
feelings,
people
have
feel-
and
words
meant.
H
H
All
of
us,
with
all
the
craziness
that's
happening
in
Washington
and
what's
coming
out
of
the
president's
amount,
and
let
me
be
clear,
I'm
done
we
got
some
of
them
saying
full
3d
in
Atlantic
County
to
think
like
for
the
United
States,
so
that
have
the
same
mentality.
Just
have
not
come
out
publicly
as
verbal
as
the
president,
united
states
have
done.
So
we
have
to
hold
all
out.
H
T
I
do
think
it's
a
specific
that
social
media
is
pretty
powerful
and
I
do
want
to
thank
the
community
coming
out
and
specifically
stating
their
issues
with
us
for
a
solution,
whoever
some
of
the
messages
that
I
receive
you
know
and
that's
a
quick
person
calling
me
a
xenophobe
anti-immigrant.
You
know
everybody
shares
their
purses
story.
My
wife
lived
in
Brazil
for
our
lovers
here
she
didn't
speak.
English
she's
been
back
here.
Her
mother,
my
mother,
was
an
immigrant.
T
T
Thank
the
public
for
coming
out
here
and
again:
I,
don't
know
that
that
anyone
had
any
intent
to
alienate
productivity
from
in
this.
You
know
various
people
there,
the.
T
Was
that
individuals
in
in
our
facility
are
handled
according
to
the
state
director
and
it's
specifically,
but
so
if
anybody
missed
the
resolution
again,
there
were
some
phrases
that
were
unfortunately
included
the
problem
that
shouldn't
change
just
why
it
was
withdrawn.
But
the
intent
was
to
spell
out
exactly
what
the
process
is,
and
it
does
do
that
again,
along
with
some
improper.
T
So
I
just
want
to
stress
that
that
if
you
actually
did
look
at
that,
I
realize
that
that
probably
made
between
quickly
some
of
the
language
there,
but
it
does
specifically
state
what
the
county
policy
is
so
moving
forward.
I.
Remember
that,
if
needed,
we
can
do
a
better
job.
It's
the
city,
proceeding
what
it
is,
what
the
process
is
and
what
I
do.
I'm
gonna
cost
you
everyone
on
both
sides
as
free
or
as
factually
said
that
their
works
do
mean
things.
T
So
when
xenophobia
is
screwing
it
to
me
as
being
a
tight
or
prejudiced
towards
someone
from
another
country,
I
mean
that's
my
family,
my
door
has
to
say
passport.
I
didn't
take
that
personally
and
I'm
gonna
stand
up
and
defend
that,
and
my
record
is
a
one
so
that
you
think
that
we
all
need
to
be
careful
with
use.
And
you.
T
D
D
D
C
D
C
H
Of
us
again
about
the
law,
and
so
it's
a
lesson
learned
it
take
you
all
you
all.
You
want
and
try
to
figure
out
how
we
can
make
you
better
tomorrow
and
move
forward
and
keep
in
communication,
not
when
a
crisis
hey
there.
Anybody
comes
up
a
little
hope.
The
question:
we
need
to
figure
out
some
kind
of
way
to
get
into
battle.
