And
unfortunately,
Nick

Kia's

was
going
to
provide

Jared

talk
about
the
PPP
portion
of
the

Act
that
helpful
for
employers
and
earlier
today,
I
was
advised
that
they
had
a
great
conflict
of
inferred
interests
and
we
will
have
to
reschedule
them
as
well.
So
we'll
move
on
to
bond
ordinances,
one.
B
Bond

B
A
Okay,
Jerry,
you
gotta
look
at
that
bond
because
you
just
live
it
al
explanation.
What
the
money
is
reserved
for.
H
J
J
A
I
The
drink,
sorry
for
the
inconvenience,
the
3.1
million
dollars,
is
for
the
college,
except
that
the
3.1
million
dollars
is
the
total
and
half
of
that
will
be
paid
for
by
the
state
of
New
Jersey
and
half
of
that
will
be
paid
by
the
county.
The
projects
include
repairs
and
improvements
to
the
Mays,
Landing
kapust
campus
construction
and
shipping,
and
receiving
also
in
the
maze
land
is
landing.
Cap
campus
asphalt,
improvements
and
also
building
improvements
to
the
Atlantic
City
campus.
I
B
J
So
Abdi's
you
of
construction.
Once
the
bonding
is
completed,
the
the
school
will
put
their
specifications
together.
The
the
major
issue
for
the
school
is
going
to
be
whether
or
not
these
projects
are
considered
essential
or
non-essential,
and
whether
or
not
the
emergency
with
the
corona
virus
is
still
in
effect.
So
so
I
would
I
would
tell
you
they'll
go
ahead,
put
the
specifications
together,
they
would
probably
have
to
get
a
ruling
from
from
their
solicitor
as
to
whether
or
not
these
are
considering
essential
and
non-essential.
D
B
B
F
B
A
K
What
we've
been
doing
is
for
our
run
care
facilities
such
as
our
nursing
homes
and
our
assisted
living
facilities.
We've
been
receiving
some
personal
protective
from
the
state
we
receive
it.
We
inventory
it
and
then
basically
break
it
down
for
each
of
those
facilities
that
have
reported
in
need
of
that
equipment
and
we
get
it
out
to
them.
It
also
includes
equipment.
We
have
to
our
municipal
first
response
agencies,
our
police,
our
EMS
agencies.
K
K
We
also
are
running
the
test
sites
that
you're,
aware
of
and
again
we
said,
provide
the
equipment
and
support
for
that
for
the
health
department
at
those
facilities.
We
are
on
conference
calls
with
the
State
Office
of
Emergency
Management.
As
far
as
the
reimbursement
goes
to
the
municipality
to
the
county
for
anything,
that's
Kovac,
nineteen
related
and
our
operations
and
our
planning
it
has
to
go
forth
to
try
to
Kaito.
A
L
You,
chairman,
hey
Vince,
I,
know
you
guys
are
doing
a
great
job.
So
thanks
for
all
the
work
that
you're
doing
I
know
a
couple
questions
with
regard
to
the
testing
site.
That
I
think
we've
heard
from
our
constituency
is
so
number
one.
Is
it
going
well?
Are
we
having
smooth
operation
any
issues?
Number
two
and
I
think
the
answer
is.
Yes.
Are
we
starting
to
see
some
of
the
positive
responses
showing
in
our
daily
numbers
that
are
being
reported?
L
I,
think
the
answer
is
yes,
but
if
you
could
just
confirm
that
and
then
I
think
the
other
thing
is,
are
we
going
to
continue
beyond
this
week?
Are
we
ordering
more
tests
again
I
believe
the
answer
is
that
as
we
handed
tests
for
to
the
laboratory
for
results,
we're
making
a
request
from
tests,
but
if
you
could
just
talk
specifically
with
regard
to
some
of
the
details
to
the
testing
process,
I
think
that
would
be
a
benefit
to
our
residents.
K
And
you
correct
on
all
those
three
questions.
The
testing
is
actually
going
better
than
anticipated
mother
nature.
Unfortunately,
on
two
of
the
days
as
of
today,
two
in
the
cooperate,
but
that,
nevertheless,
we
still
had
people
come
out
there
with
their
appointments,
we
were
able
to
get
them
through
and
get
them
tested.
We
are
going
to
be
out
there
again,
Thursday
and
then
again
next
week
we
we
still
have
people
that
are
steadily
making
appointments
and
coming
out.
Unfortunately,
they
are
symptomatic.
So
till
we
don't
see
any
more
people
that
are
symptomatic.
K
It's
my
understanding
new
and,
as
we
take
tests
tests
that
have
been
taken
as
we
take
them
up,
we
do
get
additional
test
kits
that
he
brought
down
so
that
we
can
keep
that
operation
going.
We
some
of
the
people
that
did
go
through
the
testing
that
tested
positive.
Yes,
we
are
seeing
those
results,
as
well
as
some
of
the
negatives
and
the
Health
Department
again
reaches
out,
and
they
work
with
those
individuals
as
far
as
the
isolation
that
might
have
to
be
done
and
and
what
other
precautionary
measures
that
they
have
to
take.
L
Thank
you,
and
additionally
and
mr.
Ferraro
I
saw
you
were
there
today,
I
understand
the
field
hospital
in
Atlantic
City
had
a
walkthrough
with
Governor
Murphy
and
they
were
going
to
potentially
start
taking
some
patients
today.
Can
you
just
talk
to
us
a
little
bit
for
those
who
didn't
see
that
walk
through
just
the
details
about
the
field
hospital?
Who
would
go
there?
When
will
it
be
open
to
patients
and
just
how
was
that
whole
operation
can
work.
H
They
had
mentioned
that
there's
going
to
be
some
people
coming
in
this
afternoon,
although
that
that's
accurate
and
it's
going
to
be
people
that
are
that
are
non
covet
people
and
then,
and
the
governor
here
and
the
head
of
the
State
Police
were
there
with
the
Army
Corps
of
Engineers
and
we
we
walked
through
and
just
looked
at
all
the
all
the
facilities.
That's
the
second
time
we
were
there.
Vince
and
I
were
there
last
week,
I.
G
A
M
Mr.
Jones
I've
had
questions
from
constituents
regarding
deliveries
to
the
nursing,
home
and
ppes
provided
to
the
delivery
people
who
have
to
go
into
the
nursing
home.
Can
you
talk
to
us
about
that?
What
are
you
providing
to
other
employees
who
have
to
go
into
the
home?
Even
though
they're
not
health
care
providers?
The.
K
Way
they
have
it's
structured
here
in
a
state
as
far
as
these
nursing
homes
and
even
the
hospitals,
the
State
Department
of
Health
has
a
these
individuals
facilities,
institutions,
even
the
Home
Health
Aide
nurses,
that
that
go
to
residential
homes
to
care
for
people
they
can
put
their
request
for
whatever
equipment.
It
is
that
they
are
running
low
on
or
what
it
is
that
they
need.
K
It's
then
and
coming
upon
the
facilities
themselves
to
divvy
up,
if
you
will
that
protected
equipment,
whether
it's
to
their
vendors
that
traditionally
come
in
on
a
daily
basis.
Yes,
housekeeping
staff,
it's
up
to
them
to
figure
out
how
they're
going
to
make
that
work
and
what
needs
to
be
given
out
if
additional
equipment
is
needed,
then,
and
request
state
portal.
K
We
were
able
to
take
through
our
purchasing
department,
the
job
that
they
did
to
be
able
to
get
through
some
other
vendors,
some
of
the
equipment
it's
over
at
or
what
we
refer
to
as
our
warehouse
in
Northfield.
So
each
department
is
able
go
in
and
request
protective
equipment,
whether
it's
gloves
or
masks
through
our
commodities
or
over
in
Northfield
and
equipment,
can
then
be
given.
K
After
them,
our
office
is
dealing
one-on-one
with
Meadowview
the
jail
we've
assisted
the
Sheriff's
Department,
with
getting
them
specific
equipment
that
they
need
for
the
care
of
their
people
in
their
custody
or
people
or
patients
that
they
have,
and
particularly
Meadowview.
So
we've
been
able
to
get
some
additional
equipment
after
them
from
the
state
that
they
need.
Okay,.
A
A
C
K
C
K
Only
because
they
would
be
they
would
end
up
getting
tested
and
his
tests
would
come
back
negative
and
it's
what
we
referred
to
a
false
sense
of
security
where
they
said
negative
and
in
fact,
in
a
day
or
two
or
maybe
a
week
or
a
couple
days
later,
they
could
become
symptomatic.
So
if
people
are
around
individuals
that
that
do
have
it
or
may
have
it
again,
we
encourage
people
to
stay
home.
You
know
wait
to
14
days,
see
fever
degree
they
can
resume.
K
K
A
K
J
F
N
N
L
L
J
So
Lisa
Tilton
and
Christian
shegella
from
Buena
Vista
increase
your
hands
from
Galloway.
The
the
information
we
put
in
there
was
completely
compact.
There
is
a
guidance
from
Melanie
Wald
directly
for
local
government
services.
So
the
way
that
read
basically
what
it
was
one
of
the
mayor's
the
county
administrator
option
county.
Could
they
meaning
that
the
municipality.
J
Asked
their
residents
not
to
pay
taxes
until
June
1
instead
of
May
1,
and
could
they
not
charge
them
any
interest
for
the
delay
in
one
month?
The
governor's
off
basically
said
in
any
town.
He
did
that
they
really
need
strict
attention,
they're,
not
paying
interest,
and
this
is
the
reason
why,
according
to
the
guidance,
if
you
elect
not
to
have
anybody
pay
interest,
you
can
never
go
back
and
collect
the
interest
for
the
Mayfair's
payment.
J
They
said
you
got
to
take
quick
the
attention
to
that
and
then
not
only
Walters
was
on
the
call
and
she's
like
offended
that
every
town
guidance
that
was
coming
out
from
local
government
services,
so
the
issue
the
thing
we
sent
out
was
quite
correct.
What
what
was
really
saying
was
once
you
make
a
decision
that
means
pouty
not
to
charge
interest.
Everything
got
the
interest,
but
but
we've
told
so
you
know
Lisa
get
gotten
ins
Christian
answered
and
not
gotten
the
guidance.
I
I
just
wrote,
Chris
back
and
please
call
Lisa.
N
A
Thank
you
still
there.
Yes,
sir
one
question
recently,
you
were
gathered
very
highly
is
a
good
source
of
information
and
policy
in
this
county.
I
would
like
you
to
answer
the
following
question:
does
Atlantic
County
transport
any
homeless
people
to
any
other
municipality?
No
sir?
They
don't
would
you
elaborate
please.
M
A
Okay,
that
validates
information
that
we
received
today,
but
because
it
sort
of
been
a
topic,
you
know
because
of
an
abundance
of
concern,
people
hear
rumors,
they
hear
things
and
certain
things
happen.
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
the
one
fact:
the
county
does
not
have
a
strategy
to
move
homeless
to
from
one
municipality
to
another.
Is
that
accurate?
That's
correct.
K
A
And
I
want
to
follow
up
today,
I
think
in
the
nutrition
department,
Human
Services
a
supervisor
was
asked.
Her
name
was
Donna
Rock.
She
was
asked
when
someone
calls
the
2-1-1
number,
how
do
homeless
get
to
transportation
that
was
provided
by
the
state
and
the
answer
was
given.
They
always
find
their
own
transportation.
E
E
Lot
of
issues
going
on
regarding
who
is
going
to
be
housing
homeless,
who
is
going
to
responsible
for
I,
noticed
that
the
last
couple
days,
missa
penalties,
have
been
calling
meetings,
passing
emergencies,
resolutions
change
or
strike
that
executive
orders
are
regarding
closing,
motel
hotels.
Nobody
wants
the
responsibility
to
have
homeless
people
in
their
communities.
You
know
as
well
as
I
know.
E
This
is
a
big
issue
up
and
down
the
state
of
New
Jersey
who's
responsible
for
housing,
the
homeless
and
those
who
have
been
tested
positive
for
the
virus
and
when
they
get
out
we're
there
to
go
and
who
is
to
be
responsible.
So
it's
been
a
whole
lot
of
backdoor
night
meetings
going
on
pointing
the
finger
whether
said
Atlantic
City
weather,
is
that
a
carbon
Township,
whether
it's
in
Galloway,
wherever
it
may
be?
E
It
is
interesting
to
me
that,
no
matter
what
you
say
or
do
nobody
wants
these
people
in
their
communities,
I
think
the
overall
question.
At
least
a
comment
has
been.
We
all
know,
I
think
Frank.
You
know
crba
put
up
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
send
people
back
to
their
communities
wherever
they
came
from.
I.
Think
city
has
been
a
dumping
ground
for
a
long
time,
whether
it's
the
rescue,
Michigan,
weathers
them
sleeping
on
the
boardwalk
or
in
the
streets.
Everybody
puts
their
burdens
into
Atlantic
City.
It's
interesting.
E
E
My
comment
was:
they
should
be
sending
them
back
to
their
hometowns,
whether
it's
Margate
long
Portland
wit,
Somers,
Point,
New,
York
or
wherever
they
need
to
be
going
back
to
their
hometowns.
But
until
we
resolve
that
issue,
it's
a
problem
for
everybody.
It's
a
county
problem,
it's
just
not
a
miscibility
problem.
E
As
we
said,
everybody's
gonna
have
to
play
a
part
in
it.
It
is
unfortunately
in
this
situation,
I,
don't
know
how
many
of
you
been
into
Atlantic
City
in
the
last
week
or
two
but
Atlanta
cabinet
looked
like
a
war
zone.
Now
we
have
more
homeless
people
on
Atlantic
Avenue,
whether
they
came
from
under
the
boardwalk
off
the
boardwalk
from
out
of
town,
but
it
seemed
like
Atlantic.
City
has
become
the
hub
again,
but
no
other
miss
authorities
want
them
and
it's,
unfortunately,
they
are
still
God's
children,
whether
we
like
it
or
not.
E
We
as
a
county
and
even
as
Miss
apologies,
have
an
obligation
and
a
responsibility
to
do
what
we
can
for
the
least
of
thee.
It
is
just,
unfortunately,
this
situation
with
disco.
Burt
has
caused
a
lot
of
havoc
in
neighboring
communities
and,
and
you
have
friends
mad
at
each
other,
and
you
have
folks
up
and
down
the
state
of
New
Jersey
cutting
deals
with
certain
individuals
to
make
sure
homeless.
People
are
not
put
in
their
communities
and
it's
unacceptable.
E
A
J
C
J
5
o'clock,
any
individual
calls
to
anyone
can
get
information
about
any
service,
they
think
they
need
and
if
they
present
themselves
as
homeless,
2-1-1
takes
a
list
of
motels
that
they
have
from
and
I'm
telling
you
this.
They
just
have
a
list
of
all
the
motels
that
exist
in
in
Atlantic
County
and
they
go
through
them
and
then
they
place
them
the
only
County
government
that
does
not
even
find
out
about
those
individuals
until
the
next
day,
typically
the
next
day.
J
Sometimes
we
don't
find
out
about
them
for
two
or
three
days,
and
it
really
depends
on
you
know
when
the
two
one
one
operator
then
gives
gives
those
cases
to
the
county.
But
the
policy
at
the
state
level
is
when
we
get
them
we're
required
to
do
an
application.
Now,
without
the
coronavirus,
we
would
have
a
caseworker
go
out
immediately.
The
next
day,
if
we
were
notified
the
next
day,
take
the
application
and
get
them
the
appropriate
services
immediately.
You
know,
I
would
tell
you
I
would
at
least
was
explained
to
me.
J
Necessarily
an
RFP
process,
but
they
agree
to
participate.
So,
let's,
let's
understand
something:
the
county
was
directed
by
the
executive
between
10
and
12
years
ago,
not
to
use
motels.
We
stopped
using
motels
1012
years
ago.
If
a
motel
gets
used,
you
utilize
by
one
of
the
25
or
30
agencies
that
work
with
homeless
in
Atlantic
County
and
what
I'm?
What
are
those
motels,
their
their
motel
us
that
that
are
used
for
short
term?
J
And
you
know
all
the
services,
mental
health
services
detoxification,
whatever
whatever
be
required
with
the
virus,
though
the
staff
can't
go
out
to
the
case,
as
most
of
our
cases
are
being
handled
through
welfare
they're
all
being
done
on
the
phone.
And
so
that's
that's
what
normally
happens.
We
take
that
situation
and
then
we
try
to
do
whatever
we
can
do
that
we
would
be
doing
face
to
face.
We
would
do
over
the
phone.
J
Salutely
I
mean
III
I
mean
actually
county
government
is,
is
how
do
I
say
this
as
a
as
having
the
Welfare
Board
aspartic
any
government?
We
are
the
agency
that
gets
the
cases
once
the
two
one.
One
places
them
somewhere
in
your
accounting,
I
mean
so
that
that's
that's
the
policy,
and
just
so
you
know
portion
of
the
funding
to
the
wealth
report.
I'm
scared
that
the
parts
of
Human
Services.
So
it
is
an
extension
of
the
the
State
Department
of
Human
Services
Jerry.
J
Frank
the
2-1-1
actually
places
them
it's
the
two
on
one
places
them
and
then
they
give
they
give
them
to
the
welfare
board
the
next
day
or
within
three
days.
It
really
depends
I'm,
not
your
wife
wifes.
It
takes
along
some
time,
but
you
but
the
one
thing
you
have
to
know
the
the.
If
there
is
a
health
agency
that
could
help
with
that
client
right
away
welfare
board
that
you
would
be
vested
with
the
responsibility
to
try
to
get
that
personal
health
help
immediately.
J
And
so
that's
that's
what
would
happen,
but
but
you
also
have
to
remember
that
the
the
state
of
New
Jersey
is
paid
for
the
first
five
days
of
that
that
kid.
So
when
two
one
one
places
somebody,
let's
just
you
since
free
over
to
court,
he's
mine.
Let's
say
they
place
up
in
Atlantic
City
tonight
they
would
pay
for
that
person
up
five
days
because
they
did
the
Welfare
Board
five
days
to
act
on
taste.
A
J
E
E
J
B
A
D
L
Mr.
Chapman,
we
spoke
about
this
in
our
made
a
meeting
last
week
as
a
follow
up
to
the
last
meeting,
and
mr.
Ferguson
did
advise
us
that,
from
a
county
perspective,
we
really
have
no
jurisdiction
to
to
pass
that
resolution,
that
it
would
be
a
municipal
resolution
that
needs
to
be
completed.
But
I
see
he's
stepping
up
here.
So
I
love
han-shan
speak
to
it.
Thank.
H
G
G
The
there
was
a
administrative
order
that
was
handed
down
administrative
order,
twenty
twenty
eight
formulated
by
Colonel
pan
who's,
the
superintendent
of
the
New
Jersey
State
Police,
which
was
an
adjunct
to
the
executive
order,
number
108
that
governor
Murphy
had
signed
several
weeks
ago,
which
ended
on
that
order
and
permitted
municipalities
and
counties
to
take
further
action.
The
the
problem
is-
and
we
discussed
this
last
week
and
I
know
I've
talked
to
Roger
Speidel
about
it
is
that
we
feel
it's
best,
that
this
be
left
to
the
municipalities
because
of
the
enforcement
mechanism.
G
Since
all,
but
a
few
of
our
municipalities
have
local
police
forces,
there's
only
a
couple,
I
think
Buena
Vista
TIF
Corbin
city,
and
maybe
one
or
two
others
that
don't
have
a
municipal
police
departments,
because,
if
you're
going
to
put
restrictions
on
in
terms
of
short-term
rentals
and
trains
in
guests,
believe
those
are
the
words
that
the
youth
in
the
and
I
don't
have
that
order
right
in
front
of
me.
I
can
get
it
but
I
believe
I'm
accurate
on,
though
those
are
in
order
to
enforce
that.
G
You
would
have
to
have
your
Louisville
Police
Department's
enforcing
that.
That's,
not
something
that
the
county
would
be
in
the
best
position
to
do
so.
The
county
has
typically
left
this
up
to
the
municipalities
and
you've
had
several
of
them.
Let
them
pass
things.
Brigantine
adopted
a
resolution
for
ordinance
the
city
of
Benton
and
there
may
be
want
to
others
that
have
as
well,
but
that's
the
position
that
the
county's
been
taking.
G
B
G
No,
no,
not
that
no,
no,
not
at
all
there.
There
are
certain
provisions
and
I
think
you're,
there's
probably
going
to
be
further
discussion
on
this.
There
were
several
towns
that
have
attempted
and
pass
waters
either
through
their
cop,
the
township
councils,
their
Township
administrators,
which
would
ban
the
housing
of
people
or
people
who
are
homeless
and
test
positive
for
kovat
nineteen
to
shut
them
and
when
I
heard
of
that
and
I
think
I
commented
on
this
and
I.
Think
I
commented
on
it
to
you,
mr.
G
A
A
B
G
I
don't
represent
Cape
May
City
or
Cape
May
County
I'm
County
I
represent
the
county
executive
in
Atlantic
County
government,
so
I'm
not
gonna
comment
any
more
on
what
a
neighboring
County
does.
Mr.
Pugh,
with
all
due
respect,
can
contact
the
solicitor
who
represents
those
entities
and
and
ask
for
opinions
from
them.
That's
not
my
job
to
comment
on
what
they
do
or
don't
do.
Thank.
A

10
host
day
Vince,
if
you're
there,
you
can
correct
me
for
today's
testing
on
Friday.
We
only
had
90
and
the
way
that
the
testings
is
it
explained
to
me
works
is.
We
have
purchased
a
certain
amount
of
tests,
but
we
only
take
them
in
blocks
of
125
a
day,
because
that
is
the
best
use
and
the
most
consideration
for
all
the
volunteers
to
health
workers,
the
quality
of
the
tests,
the
fact
that
the
samples
have
to
be
refrigerated
and
delivered
back
to
the
test
site
within
four
hours.

L
Chairman,
just
if
I'm
a
report
on
the
discussion
we
had
of
the
Budget
and
Finance
Committee
after
our
last
freeholder
meeting,
you
originally
had
raised
some
concerns
with
regard
to
cope
in
nineteen
Bundy
and
ensuring
that
County
Administration
is
able
to
take.
You
know
emergent
and
urgent
action
as
needed.
We
did
have
a
meeting
on
that.
That's
a
really
good
discussion
on
that.
I.
Think
all
of
the
questions
and
concerns
were
answered
in
that
meeting.
L
One
of
the
major
points
we
talked
about-
and
you
know
Jerry
Donny
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
was
that
we
not
only
have
some
contingency
funding
in
the
treasurer's
account,
which
is
what
we
originally
approved
to
pay
for
the
first
set
of
tests
through,
but
that
we
also
received
some
fun.
There
were
the
CDBG
program
that
would
also
help
offset
some
of
those
costs,
so
I
think
we
in
terms
of
we
had
a
question
of.
L
Should
we
establish
a
fund
I
think
the
answer
was
no,
that
we
have
monies
available
for
the
things
that
we
expect
to
spend
them
on
at
this
point,
so
we
didn't
come
out
of
that
meeting
wanting
any
further
action,
but
I
think
we
had
most
of
the
questions
clarified
and
resolved
as
a
follow-up
to
that
last
meeting.
Guys,
let
me
know
if
I
missed
anything
there.
N
Chairman,
as
we
know,
most
of
our
you
know,
committees
are
not
more
than
not
the
committee's
that
some
of
the
boards
that
we
aren't
are
not
meeting
due
to
the
cove
in
nineteen.
But
I
do
one
report
that
the
Mental
Health
Association
of
Lana
County.
They
have
right
now
on
their
line
on
their
website
that
they
have
virtual
meetings
for
anybody
in
need
and
they
have
like
a
whole
list
with
their
current
virtual
services
on
their
website,
which
is
AAC.
L
Together,
thank
you
not
not
anything
that
requires
action,
but
I'm,
sad
that
we
don't
have
our
Cooper
Levinson
friends
here
to
talk
to
us
about
some
details
with
regards
to
the
cares.
L
How
do
we
get
them
assistance
if
they
they
are
falling
through
the
cracks
on
some
of
these
pieces
of
legislation?
So
I
just
wanted
to
give
our
business
contacts
a
shout
out
for
the
work
that
they're
doing
and
also
remind
our
community
that
they
are
here
to
help
them.
So
if
there's
a
small
business
out
there,
any
business
out
there
in
Atlantic
County
that
needs
information
or
has
a
question,
we
do
have
those
resources
available
to
help
and
they're
doing
a
fantastic
job.
L
A
And
I
totally
agree
anything
else.
The
new
business
we've
all
received
some
kind
of
correspondence
petitions
I
know
there
are
individuals
reaching
out
to
us
and
then
we'll
watch
them
discuss
that
today,
at
the
meeting
all
right,
seeing
none
now
we'll
open
up
general
public
comments,
anyone
in
the
public
wish
to
speak
on
anything
about
the
meeting
or
Atlantic
County
business.
E
Mr.
chairman,
real
of
course
couple
of
things,
one
is:
is
that
just
let
me
just
say
to
the
board
of
freeholders
that
as
money,
many
of
you
probably
have
read
or
heard
that
started.
Monday
27th
we
would.
The
mayor
of
Atlantic
City
will
be
starting
a
senior
citizens
hot
meal
program,
two
days
actually
for
six
days
a
week
to
each
two
days
for
each
building
somewhere
around
35,
four
thousand
meals,
hot
meals
to
senior
citizens
and
low-income
residents
and
senior
buildings.
E
Second
thing
is
mayor:
small
will
be
rolling
out
sometime
tomorrow
of
this
to
testing
sites
one
would
be
in
beta,
feel,
is
a
drive-through.
We
hope
to
stop.
We
won't
be
starting
on
Tuesday
and
then
on
Wednesday
we'll
do
the
parking
lot
at
the
showboat
which
bounds
between
Delaware
and
Maryland
Avenue
Atlantic
to
Pacific.
That
would
be
like
a
walk
up.
E
It
will
be
overseen
by
Reliance
Medical
and,
of
course,
we
have
our
own
ome
on
standby,
on
scene,
Atlantic,
City,
Police,
Department
and
other
agencies,
so
we're
in
the
process
now,
and
you
can
go
to
the
city's
website
and
get
the
additional
information
if
they
have
to
sign
up.
If
you
know,
anyone
in
Atlantic
City
residents
on
Monday
strike
that
on
Tuesday
we'll
start
with
first
responders
in
Atlantic
City
and
we're
looking
forward
to
it.
I
spent
a
lot
of
work
to
go
into
it.
E
E
What
we
should
do,
what
we
should
consider
doing
and
the
reason
we're
doing
first
responders,
first
to
make
sure
we
can
knock
out
some
of
the
clink
kinks
early
on
and
if,
in
fact,
we
want
to
cause
any
hiccups,
so
the
county
has
been
certainly
supportive
in
terms
of
the
stairs
in
the
right
direction.
In
terms
of
setting
this
up
and
we're
looking
forward
to
hitting
the
ground
running
next
week,
we'll
be
doing
I
believe
it's
don't
hold
me
to
it.
I
don't
have
it
in
front
of
me.
E
E
What
time
will
be
operating,
but
the
food
giveaway
with
the
food,
hot
meals
that
will
be
a
partnership
with
CR
DA
in
conjunction
with
the
police
department,
the
Lang
City
Fire
Department
and
Atlantic
City
Public
Works
that
will
be
delivering
the
meals
to
the
various
sites
and
management
would
then
take
over
in
terms
of
making
sure
that
the
seniors
get
the
hot
meals.
The
city
will
only
deliver
it
to
the
door
of
the
buildings
and
management
will
then
with
its
staff
take
over
from
there.
A
F
D
E
Martin,
who
is
a
it,
was
a
county
employee
and
the
public
worked.
Unfortunately,
he
passed
away
the
other
day
and
I
had
an
opportunity
to
work
with
him
over
at
the
county
yard.
A
young
man
lost
his
life.
We
don't
know
from
what
yet,
but
I
had
this
conversation
with
Jerry
and
others,
and
we
certainly
like
to
have
in
the
same
moment
of
silence.
