A
The
atlantic
county
board
of
chosen
freeholders
was
provided
in
the
following
manner
published
in
the
press
of
atlantic
city
and
mailed
to
the
current
daily
journal.
Hammond
gazette
news
and
posted
on
bulletin
boards
of
the
county
in
atlantic
city
stillwater,
building
here
in
northfield,
county
clerk's
office
of
may's
landing
and
we'll
all
remain
seated
for
a
moment
of
silence
and
a
prayer.
A
Today
we
had
pass
at
services
for
what
I
consider
to
be
a
real
renaissance
guy
of
atlantic
city
atlanta,
county
zeppy
cole,
passed
away.
Those
that
knew
him
would
know
why
we
would
commemorate
him
almighty
god.
We
pray
for
the
strength
and
courage
to
work
towards
a
nation
and
world
of
peace
and
understanding
granted
our
decisions
be
wise.
Our
principles
sound
and
our
performance
in
office,
faithful,
amen,
we'll
all
face
a
flag.
A
A
B
A
Mika,
thank
you
very
much.
We
will
now
call
we've
all
had
a
chance
to
look
at
the
minutes
at
6
220.
If
you
were
present,
which
I
was
not
and
you
had
a
chance
to
review
them,
I
will
take
a
motion
to
adopt
them.
C
A
D
It
okay.
Thank
you,
update
dated
july
20
july
21st
in
the
county
we
have
3266
positive
cases
and
1866
have
reported
that
they've
recovered
or
cleared
from
isolation.
Unfortunately,
226
individuals
have
died
most,
if
not
all
have
had
underlying
health
conditions
going
on
to
testing
information.
As
you
know,
we
are
now
providing
testing
to
asymptomatic
individuals
without
a
prescription.
D
Location
is
still
on
dauphin
avenue.
Behind
the
public
workshop,
you
still
do
need
to
make
an
appointment
online.
To
date
we
have
tested
since
april
2500
individuals.
Overall,
the
average
number
of
people
that
are
positive
with
cobia
19
is
21.7.
D
However,
when
we
started
to
do
the
asymptomatic
testing
on
each
day,
we
are
coming
up
with
between
one
to
two
percent
that
are
positive,
so
very
few
of
those
asymptomatic
individuals
turn
out
to
be
positive
from
what
we're
seeing
updating
on
migrant
farm
testing
that
has
been
completed
as
of
july
8th.
There
may
be
some
additional
testing
done
according
to
southern
new
jersey,
family
medical
center,
depending
on
funding,
that's
the
fairly
profit
health
center
that
the
state
department
of
health
hired
to
do
the
testing
on
nursing
homes
in
our
county.
D
D
We
have
had
two
graduate
students
that
are
trained
and
one
actually
started
to
interview
cases
and
follow
up
with
contacts
they
do
work
remotely.
A
third
graduate
student
is
coming
on
site
tomorrow.
There
are
challenges.
I
have
to
be
honest
with
this
system.
It
does
take
longer
to
do
a
case
interview
and
to
follow
up
on
contacts,
but
we
continue
to
to
work.
You
know
through
the
system
and
continue
to
solicit
more
contact
tracers
from
from
the
state
department
of
health
via
rutgers.
D
D
What
do
they
do?
If
that
happens?
We
also
give
them
a
phone
number
regarding
who
they
need
to
contact
if
they
they
have
any
further
questions.
This
travel
advisory
as
far
as
following
up
in
those
individuals
is
not
in
place
for
anybody
coming
from
those
states
from
trains
or
or
buses
or
by
car,
it's
just
via
the
airport
and
again
it's
a
voluntary
survey
that
they
complete
and
if
they
complete
it,
it
goes
to
the
state
department
of
health
and
then
on
to
us
for
follow-up,
and
it
is
a
voluntary
quarantine.
D
E
Okay
and
I
was
waiting
for
the
go
ahead.
Pat,
I
just
have
a
question
with
flu:
seizing
approaching
us
rather
quickly,
especially
with
what's
going
on,
and
you
know
we
are
going
to
be
asking
and
encouraging
people
you
know
to
take
the
flu
shots.
Are
we
looking
at
how
we're
going
to
approach
that
with
our
situation.
D
We
we
are
looking
how
to
approach
it.
We
are
talking
to
their
local
health
departments
how
they
plan
to
to
offer
to
the
vaccines.
One
of
the
key
is:
is
that
for
staff
to
be
freed
up
to
do
that,
you
need
to
be
freed
up
with
this
contact
tracing
in
case
interviewing,
so
that
is
critical.
That's
why
we
are
soliciting
help
as
much
help
as
we
can,
but
we're
looking
at
a
variety
of
things.
One
one
local
health
department
is
looking
at
like
large
gyms
just
to
have
a
few
of
them.
D
You
know
throughout
the
county.
One
of
them
is
looking
at
appointments
only
to
do
it,
so
it
can
be
paced
accordingly,
where
social
distancing
regulations
is
more
likely
to
be
honored.
So
there's
all
different
things,
but
we
understand
that
it's
very
important
to
get
a
flu
shot
this
year
more
than
ever,
because
we
don't
want
to
have
an
individual
hit
by
those.
A
F
Preet
pogue
said
that
he
sent
an
email
complimenting
the
administration
of
the
testing
of
public
works.
A
Well,
I
mean
he
gave
me
a
chance
to
talk
about
it,
but
okay.
Well,
I
will
he
said
mr
pogue
actually
went
for
testing
on
july
14th
at
atlanta
county
public
works
and
he
was
asked
by
a
staffer
that
if
he
thought
it
was
well
organized
to
say
so,
and
it
was
well
organized
it
was.
The
registration
was
simple.
The
flow
of
traffic
was
well
controlled.
A
The
testing
was
quick
even
with
the
nostril
swabs,
and
he
was
pleasantly
surprised
to
get
his
results
the
next
day.
So
one
happy
customer
next.
D
Right
I
mean
the
results
were
actually
came
in
very
quickly.
The
lab
we
used
they
had
to
slow
down,
but
all
labs
are
facing
that
because,
as
more
and
more
people
are
getting
tested
there,
they
can't
handle
the
capacity,
so
they
had
to
make
some
adjustments.
D
Unfortunately,
mr
pogue,
at
the
time
he
was
tested,
the
lab
did
come
back
online
and
was
able
to
return
most
of
the
results
very
quickly
within
one
to
two
days.
But
that's
not
always
the
case.
There
are
some
that
aren't
that
are
still
delayed
and
hope.
He
keeps
healthy.
A
Okay,
we
do
too
anyone
else
in
the
public
wish
to
speak.
D
Health
care
providers
as
far
as
hospitals,
I'm
not
really
actually
sure
what
they
of
what
they
require
if
they're
requiring
individuals
that
that
actually
work
there
to
get
a
test,
what
they
are
requiring.
Those
is
that
anyone
getting
a
procedure
done
at
that
facility
that
they
must
have
a
negative
test
and
I
believe
it's
been
extended
from
96
hours
to
to
108,
so
the
patient
has
to
get
tested
to
protect
the
health
care
provider.
But
as
far
as
any
other
businesses,
I
haven't
heard
anything.
D
Not
that
I
heard
heard
of
the
availability
of
asymptomatic
testing
not
only
at
our
location,
but
also
the
fairly
qualified
health
centers
in
in
pleasantville
and
in
hamilton
they're
available
for
testing.
If
an
individual
is
interested
in
finding
out
his
status.
Also,
you've
got
your
cvs,
pharmacies
and
brigadine
and
pleasantville.
However,
you
do
either
need
to
be
symptomatic
going
into
one
of
those
high
risk
professions
like
a
healthcare
or
a
first
responder
atlanta
care
also
offers
plastic.
A
Okay,
pat,
I
had
a
question
posed
to
me.
Okay,
as
the
governor
is
indicated,
there
are
certain
states
that
if
we
visit
we
come
back,
we
have
to
quarantine
for
14
days.
Does
that
qualify
as
a
a
prerequisite
to
get
a
test.
D
No,
no,
it
doesn't.
I
mean.
A
D
Right
and
and
that
is
again
voluntary
quarantine.
There
is
just
a
recommendation,
a
strong
recommendation.
You
know
personal
responsibility,
but
there
is
no
enforcement
authority
regarding
if
an
individual
does
not
adhere
to
that
strong
recommendation.
A
In
certain
police
departments,
they
are
making
it
mandatory,
but
they
are
also
providing
their
employees.
If
they
go
on
vacation
in
these
states,
they
they
give
them
a
note
that
allows
them
to
get
a
test
to
make
sure
that
they've
been
tested
before
they
come
back
to
work,
and
that's
something.
I
think
that
we
should
try
to
figure
out.
D
Well,
the
the
key
is
the
14-day
quarantine,
because,
although
you
may
get
a
test
on
day,
three,
seven
or
eight
after
your
return,
if
you've
been
exposed,
it
can
take
14
days
for
you
to
start
to
to
develop
symptoms
or
to
turn
positive.
So
sometimes
it
gives
you
a
false
sense
of
relief
that
you're
negative.
When
actually
you
you
do
need
to
wait.
There's
14
days.
D
Well,
that's!
This
is
true,
however,
as
far
as
the
infection
period
is
that
too
weak?
So
you
can
actually
you
know,
so
it
is
a
very
complicated.
It's
not
an
easy
thing
to
to
interpret
some
of
these
standards
and
they
are
continuing
to
change
as
cdc
learns
more
and
more.
We
learn,
we
know
a
lot
more
than
we
did
four
or
five
months
ago,
but
there
is
still
a
lot
more.
We
need
to
know
about
the
virus
and
we
advise
accordingly
once
we
find
out
that
new
information.

Yes,
I
just
want
to
make
a
quick
mention:
there's
a
number
of
labor
and
workforce
development
items
on
the
agenda
and
the.
C
H
A
Thank
you
and
it's
significant
money.
If
you
take
a
look
at
it,
it's
pretty
close
to.
You
know
three
and
a
half
million
dollars
there,
so
we
are
improving
a
lot
of
money
for
labor
and
workforce.

we

I
would

back

maybe
that
we
started
it.
This
is
a
renewal
and
it's
proven
to
be
a
very
good
facts:

for
people
that
come

A
Yes
brings
us
the
end
of
our
printed
agenda.
We
have
any
reports
of
special
committees.
Please
let
us
hear
about
them
now
saying
none.
We
have
any
unfinished
business
saying
none.
We
have
any
new
business.
A
Saying
none,
we
have
written
communications,
any
kind
of
correspondence.
I
did
go
over
the
letter
from
creed
pogue
earlier,
which
is
the
only
correspondence
that
I
have
does
anybody
else
wish
to
discuss
anything.
E
Yeah,
I
just
have
two
things.
As
we
all
know,
the
heat
is
extremely
bad.
These
last
few
days
and
everybody
keeping
their
friends
neighbors
and
family.
We
really
do
need
to
check
on
people.
You
know
throughout
the
day
anybody
that
we
think
of
I'm
sure
they'd
be
happy
to
even
hear
from
us,
especially
with
what's
going
on
with
the
covid
and
what
you're
dealing
with
elderly
we
do
have
the
library,
I
believe
it's
open,
jerry,
nine
to
five
right
or
is
it
ten
to
five
in
case
people
need
a
place
to
go.
I
E
You
jerry-
and
I
I
do
want
to
make
mention
of
senator
sweeney-
put
a
bill
forward.
It
said
a
bill
2-7.
Oh,
I
can't
read
my
own
writing
here.
I
apologize.
Oh
four.
I
believe-
and
it's
introduced
to
help
restaurants
with
the
recent
false
start,
so
many
of
them
really
have
some
difficulties
paying,
for
you
know
all
the
the
meats,
the
you
know
in
inventory
that
they
needed
and
then
to
have
that
cut
off
two
days
before.
