A
A
E
Thank
you
good
afternoon,
thank
you
for
having
me
well
I'm,
a
native
of
New
Jersey.
First
of
all,
I
graduated
from
William
Patterson.
That's
where
I
met
my
husband,
Henry
in
fact,
we'll
be
celebrating
41
years
in
two
weeks,
so
I'm
very
blessed
to
have
him
in
my
life,
I
taught
in
Atlantic
City
and
Pleasantville
yeah
for
14
years
and
then
I
while
I
was
in
school.
I
was
teaching.
E
I
went
on
to
acquire
my
Administration
certification,
so
after
I
received
that
I
applied
for
positions
and
I
was
hired
in
a
public
charter
school
first,
so
I
was
the
assistant
chief
School
administrator
for
two
years,
and
I
was
promoted
to
a
chief
School
administrator,
where
I
worked
very
closely
with
the
board
and
so
I
understand
what
you
know.
The
relationship
between
the
board
and
the
administration
and
and
to
to
that
point,
I
understand
the
role
of
how
you
know
the
administration
depends
on
the
boys.
E
The
board
depends
on
the
administration
and
the
relationship
they
should
have
so
I
I
did
that
for
seven
more
years
and
then
I
went
back
to
traditional
public,
where
I
served
in
as
principal
of
a
middle
school,
and
my
last
year,
I
was
the
I
was
in
the
office
of
curriculum
and
instruction,
where
again,
I
was
I.
I
had
to
answer
to
the
board
directly,
so
I
attended
meetings
and
entity
of
sat
with
the
board
satellite
committees
and
things
of
that
sort.
E
So
that's
one
of
the
things
that
that
has
always
been
applied,
and
so
I
I
feel
like
that.
You
know
that
would
be
I.
Would
be
an
athlete,
absolutely
be
an
asset
to
help
others.
F
Yes
intercourse.
First
of
all,
I
want
to
thank
you
so
much
sir
I've
known
Bridget
and
her
husband
or
neon
years
and
I
think
that
my
personal
opinion
that
you
will
be
a
good
fit
for
the
Community
College,
given
all
you've
given
in
the
church
community
and
your
community
as
a
whole
in
the
school
district.
What,
if
that
a
good
fit
for
children
to
young
men
and
women,
Atlantic
Community
College
and
the
Falcon?
You
have
a
lot
of
experience
from
your
experience
in
the
public
school
system
Etc.
F
So
this
was
a
I
think
I
told
my
wife.
It's
been
here
100
years,
the
first
time
I
ever
recommended
somebody
to
a
pool
but
I
think
I
got
the
right
fit
the
right
person
at
the
right
time
for
the
right
job
and
even
though
it
doesn't
pay
a
dollar
about
the
service.
F
You've
always
given
to
the
community
will
certainly
helped
the
Community
College
et
cetera,
and
so,
as
a
person,
a
friend
of
the
family,
you
can
always
dress
assure
you
have
a
friend
here,
Commissioners
and
I'm
sure
my
colleagues
probably
feel
the
same,
and
if
they
don't
have
a
conversation
with
them
after
them,
but
no,
you
know
serious
note
I.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
willingness.
G
Wasting
time,
echoing
everything
that
he
said
but
I
agree
with
thanking
you
for
wanting
to
serve,
it
does
not
pay.
So
it's
a
lot
of
people,
don't
understand
that
service
part
of
it.
You
know
serving
one
of
these
boards,
there's
not
a
lot
of
money
or
any
money
in
a
lot
of
these
positions.
So
thank
you.
Your
experience.
Your
resume
speaks
for
itself.
G
You
know,
and
we
were
just
having
a
brief
conversation
about
some
of
those
things
that
can
can
hiccup
when
the
board
does
the
speaker,
Administration
and
what
administration
doesn't
speak
to
the
folks
that
are
down
on
the
ground
that
are
actually
building
principals
or
teachers
or
whatever
have
you.
There
can
be
major
glitches
that
could
have
been
avoided
if
there
was
just
open
communication.
G
What
do
you
see
in
terms
of
what
are
your
thoughts
in
terms
of
keeping
a
relationship
from
not
just
the
trustees
board
and
the
administration
of
ACCC,
but
also
keeping
that
relationship
open
with
this
one,
because
I
think
that's
one
of
the
things
that
we
need
to
work
on
I
think
most
of
my
colleagues
up
here
would
agree,
if
not
all
that
that's
an
area
that
needs
work.
You
know
and
we've
had
several
meetings
subcommittee
meetings,
all
kind
of
things
that
we've
had
over
the
last
few
months
to
try
and
strengthen
that
relationship.
G
E
Yeah
sure
so,
I
think
that
conversation
is
really
important
and
there
there
should
not
be
any
hidden
agendas,
I
think
I,
don't
know
if
I
could
just
say
the
boards
that
I
work
with.
Sometimes
they
were
hidden
agendas.
You
know,
and
so
I
think
that
everybody
has
to
be
open
for
real,
because
if
you're
really
serious
about
growing
the
the
the
college
and
and
making
sure
there's
students
that
are
coming
out
and
I
love
the
mission
statement.
E
When
you
talk
about
Equity,
you
talk
about
accessibility,
you
talk
about.
You
know
the
other
things,
but
but
I
like
that.
That
word
accessibility,
because
for
me
I
was
an
eof
student.
I
was
not
able
to
get
into
a
school
unless
somebody
paid
for
it,
because
my
parents
didn't
have
the
money
to
pay
for
it.
So
we're
taking
time
to
to
to
argue
amongst
ourselves.
You
know
the
students
are
losing
out.
I.
Think
that
you
know
just
having
an
open,
open
conversation.
E
You
have
to
you
know:
I'm,
not
against
you,
you're,
not
against
me.
We're
we're
all
on
the
same
page
and
I
feel
like
I'm,
really
good
at
that
bridging
that
Gap.
My
name
is
Bridge,
you
know
that's
what
people
call
me.
I
have
a
a
service
where
it's
called
a
bridge
where
we
come
together.
We
help
students
to
to
feel
better
about
themselves
to
know
that
they
can.
You
know
they
can
achieve.
So
it's
about
bridging
bridging
Bridging,
the
Gap,
having
conversation
and
being
being
integral.
E
You
know
not
not
trying
to
to
to
to
hide
things
back.
It's
just
what
I'm
trying
to
say
just
making
sure
that
that
we
we
come
together.
We
talk
about
it
and
we
know
really
what
the
focus
is
and
the
focus
is
for
children
so
and
the
adults
and
anyone
who
wants
to
come
back
to
school.
It's
got
you
know
so
so
that
would
be
what
I
would
say
just
to
make
sure
that
you're
constantly
talking,
you
know,
there's
no.
You
know
you're
in
isolation,
you're
working
together
for
the
one
purpose.
B
What
else
Bishop
Cortina?
Thank
you
just
wanted
to
Echo
of
commissioner
Steve
as
I
think
of
I.
Think
you're
hearing
from
the
board
that
had
there
has
been
some
concerns
in
the
past
between
the
board
itself.
Communicating
to
what
happens
here.
We
get
calls
from
our
constituents
that
are
asking
questions
that
are
happening
at
ACCC
and
they're.
Acting
like
we're
aware
of
it
and
we
were
kept
in
the
dark,
I'll
be
a
little
more
blunted.
B
H
So
one
of
the
things
that
has
come
up
many
times
in
the
past
is
the
enrollment
at
the
college,
which
appears
to
be.
You
know
dwindling
down
as
a
new
board
member
and
someone
that's
going
to
hopefully
bring
some
some
energy
to
the
board.
Do
you
have
any
any
thoughts
about
how
to
increase
enrollment
at
our
community
college?
Well,.
E
I'll
say
this:
if
they
don't
know
that
they
don't
know
what's
available
to
them,
then
they're
not
going
to
come
so
I,
think
more
and
I
again
and
I
do
apologize
because
I'm
not
sure
how
much
they
know,
but
I
think
it's
important
to
get
into
the
high
schools
to
get
into
the
charter
schools
to
to
be
at
all
these.
The
events
that
that
are
there
and
tell
them
about
what's
happening
and,
and
that
there
are
there
are
ways
for
you
to
get
it.
E
It
doesn't
matter
your
age
because
a
lot
of
times,
people
think
well
I've,
already
reached
my
my
limit
on
I'm
I'm
at
retirement
age,
or
it's
too
I'm
it's
too
late.
For
me,
it's
not
too
late.
You
can
always
go
back
to
school.
You
can
go
to
school
and
with
programs
that
that
are
offered
at
ACCC
I
mean,
if
you
don't
put
it
in.
If
you
don't
know,
then
you
won't
know
that
that's
available
to
you.
That's.
E
Why
I
like
that
word:
accessibility,
because
you
have
access
to
go
into
the
school
and
and
be
successful
it
can
choose
to.
So
we
have
to
get
the
word
out.
We
have
to
share.
We
have
to
talk
coffee,
clutches,
I,
don't
know
if
they
do
that
anymore
on
your
level,
but
you
know
those
those
types
of
things
letting
people
know
that.
A
Anyone
I
certainly
would
like
to
welcome
my
thanks
as
well
as,
of
course,
thanks
for
your
service.
We'd
hope
that
you'd
be
a
very
active
member,
very
proud.
I
went
there.
My
two
sons
went
there
one's
still
going
on
very
proud
of
the
college.
Exactly
exactly.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
support
there
that
it's
important
and
it's
important
to
promote.
A
Tomorrow
tend
to
be
down
in
Cape
May
at
the
opening
of
a
in
addition
to
the
atlanticate
Community
College
in
Cleveland
County
tomorrow,
and
the
other
thing
I
wanted
to
touch
on
that
I
think
would
be
great
to
advertise
and
promote
is
the
three
plus
one
program
that
would
appeal
to
a
lot
of
people
lower
in
Midlands
and
that's
what
most
of
us
are
in
this
area.
Okay,
we're
lowering
and
the
three
plus
one
program
will
enable
a
student
to
do
their
third
year
at
the
community.
A
College
spoke
with
Dr
gambo
about
this
the
other
day,
so
you
can
do
your
third
year
of
studies
at
AC
station
at
their
rate
and
the
colleges
that
are
accepting
that
Stockton
University
of
Phoenix
Rutgers
and
Thomas
Edison
State
University.
So
there's
different
details
with
the
the
program
of
studies,
but
there's
a
way
to
say
many.
Many
thousands
of
dollars
called
the
community
college
versus
the
stock.
So
that's
something
I
think
we
should
promote
and
advertise
and
get
that
word
out
of
the
community
and
again
I
I.
Thank
you.
A
F
Chair
leave,
your
foot
will
yep,
so
I
didn't
want
to
bring
Bridget
in
the
head
to
try
to
scare
him,
but
there's
a
lot
of
issues,
that's
happening
at
the
community
college.
One
is
not
a
concerned.
They
ought
to
be
heard.
They
don't
want
to
be
shut
up.
As
a
commissioner
said,
increase
enrollment
at
ACCC
and
everybody
is
not
disgruntled.
There's
some
serious
issue
that
needs
to
be
addressed.
Then
one
of
those
people
can
can
bring
people
together
and
make
help
everybody's
not
going
to
get
100
of
my
favorite
quote.
F
You
know,
half
of
those
is
better
than
no
local.
When
people
feel
they're
being
heard,
it
makes
a
big
difference.
Glen
Cape,
Community
College
has
a
lot
to
offer,
but
you
can't
have
employees
and
you
can't
have
students
feeling
that
they
have
nobody.
F
They
can
talk
to
or
go
to,
and
unfortunately
some
of
my
colleagues
have
gotten
called
regarding
that
and
there's
some
issues
that
could
help
but
you'll
figure
out
as
you
go,
you're
very
astute,
very
smart,
you'll
you'll
be
able
to
to
bring
people
together
to
make
and
to
do
what's
right
for
the
Community,
College
I.
Think
one
of
my
colleagues
said
hey
and
it's
true.
We
at
this
point
in
the
county
of
Atlantic
put
so
much
money
into
that
college.
I
went
out
to
situent,
asks
us
a
question.
We
don't
have
an
answer.
F
It's
like
we're
hiding
something
and
Communications
is
the
key,
and
so
we
hope
going
forward.
Not
just
you
other
board
members,
the
president
of
the
college.
We
look
forward
to
bringing
them
before
the
committee
before
the
board
if
we
have
to,
and
so
the
public
knows
what's
going
on
and
that's
important
so
again,
I
just
want
to
put
that
on
the
record
and
I'm
ready
to
build
this
chair.
D
A
A
I
Aerospace
research
and
Technology
board,
so
let
me
Begin
by
expressing
gratitude
through
this
more
freeholders,
in
particular
account
executive,
intense
eleven,
since
this
project.
Let
me
just
briefly
touch
with
this:
I,
don't
want
to
take
up
too
much
of
your
time
where
we
were
and
where
we're
going,
because
we've
made
fantastic
progress
in
the
last
three
or
four
years,
particularly
in
advancing
the
research
and
development
side
and
also
the
economic
development
side.
I
The
narcp
has
a
dual
Mission:
it's
the
advancement
of
Aviation
research
and
Technologies,
and
it's
also
brought
into
Diversified
economy
of
Atlantic
County
and
pretty
much
the
South
Jersey
region.
We
work
very
closely
with
our
quad
rate
to
see
the
Atlantic
County
Economic
Alliance,
on
that
they
handle
the
economic
development
side.
So
where
we
are
today,
is
that
we
have
the
first
building
open.
I
I
The
niche
is
that
you
do
have
companies
that
are
downsizing
companies
that
are
taking
less
space
that
are
working
from
home,
but
they
still
want
space
right
and
what
we
offer
is,
if
you're
doing
classified
government
work.
You
cannot
do
that
if
you're
doing
work.
That
requires
a
lot
of
setting
like
signature
Sciences
from
other
companies.
You
can't
do
that
from
home.
If
you
benefit
from
having
close
proximity.
D
I
The
airport
and
to
the
FAA
tech
center
who's
a
client
for
most
of
these
companies.
Then
we
can
offer
you
that
location.
We
can
offer
you
access
to
our
University
Network
right
now,
as
you
look
at
the
board
of
nortp,
especially
where
it
was
where
it
is
now,
we've
had
Rowan
University
one
there
Rutgers
University,
National
Institute
of
air
space
and
be
riddle.
Aeronautical
University
and
we'll
probably
be
looking
at
some
other
universities
down
the
road
that
we'll
bring
in
on
this
right.
I
Also
look
at
the
chairman
of
the
chairman
is
the
retired
U.S
Air
Force,
Major
General,
currently
American
Airlines
pilot
brings
a
tremendous
amount
of
rabbit
costs,
especially
when
I
get
to
the
two
priority
projects
that
you're
working
on
where
we
have
come
is
that
we
have-
and
this
is
without
exaggeration
I,
say
this.
Without
exaggeration,
we
have
laid
the
foundation
for
a
new
industry
in
Atlantic
County,
that's
centered
around
Aviation,
not
just
Aviation
research,
but
Air
Cargo
aircraft,
maintenance
and
all
the
ancillary
things
are
related
to
that
right.
I
What
we
have
done
recently
is
not
only
established
an
aviation
Innovation
Hub,
that's
located
at
the
fa
tech
center.
The
airport
nartp
was
found
in
one
mile
area,
but
we
actually
established
an
aviation
of
Research
Triangle.
It's
been
late,
it
frames
in
Joint,
Base,
McGuire,
46
Lakehurst
ties
it
in
with
the
work
we're
doing
here
at
the
park
and
I
used
to
say.
Tyson
worked
was
done
at
Cape
May
County,
with
their
uas
work
with
the
Delaware
River
Bay
Authority,
but
actually
now,
we've
extended
it
over
we're
bringing
in
Dover
Air
Force
Base.
I
I
We
have
the
regulatory
laws
that
are
associated
with
cafra
and
Pinelands
and
to
overcome
that
company
has
to
say:
I
can
make
a
profit
here
and
then
the
next
question
this
is
what
Lauren
always
keeps
banging
on.
Me
is
great.
If
you
got
the
company,
you
got
some
work
for
them
to
do
here.
Where
are
we
going
to
do
that?
Work
and
that's
another
problem?
We
don't
have
the
facilities
in
place
and
that's
what
the
narp
is
trying
to
address
with
our
development
program
right,
that's
what
we're
trying
to
work
on
now.
I
I
We
also
are
working
with
the
Air
Force
on
and
the
FAA
closely
on
this
program
called
the
Airfield
otami
initiative,
and
the
purpose
of
that
is
to
integrate
autonomous
devices
for
use
in
a
military
and
civilian
Airfield
environment,
for
example.
There's
a
lot
of
technologies
that
exist
right
now,
but
no
one
can
take
them
and
put
them
on
an
airport,
and
we
use
autonomous
lawn
mowing
as
an
example.
They.
I
Approvals
to
introduce
those
that
equipment
so
as
part
of
a
call
walk,
run
effort.
The
early
phase
is
to
start
testing
and
certifying
devices
that
have
no
contact
with
an
aircraft
that,
over
time,
as
you
feel,
more
secure
about
the
Technologies
and
Security
based
systems
to
actually
move
up
to.
You
have
full
contact
with
an
aircraft
such
as
autonomous
refueling
on
this
baggage
handling
or
the
military
believe
it
or
not.
It's
looking
at
possibly
doing
autonomous
ordinance
loading,
so
that
project
has
started.
I
We've
already
done,
one
company
texting
at
both
mcwire
Air,
Force,
Base,
and
here
that's
military
side,
civilian
side.
There's
another
follow-up
meeting
with
a
group
of
people
coming
here
on
the
21st
to
sort
of
develop
that
to
the
next
level
and
we
receive
at
least
to
get
this
program
started.
A
two
and
a
half
million
dollar
effect.
Actually
two
point:
two:
four:
four
million
dollar
earmark
from
the
federal
government,
backed
by
Senator
Booker
and
Senator
Menendez,
to
get
that
base
for
the
project
going.
So
what
I'm
talking
about
is
real.
It's
not
aspirational!
I
One
time,
as
you
know,
I
came
in
here
I
said:
well.
We
want
to
do
this.
We
want
to
do
this.
We
want
to
do
that,
but
we
are
now
at
the
space
we're
actually
doing
it,
and
that
comes
why
a
second
building
becomes
useful,
we're
fully
occupied
in
the
first,
we
have
over
seven
tenants,
I
believe
potential
tenants
who
identified
or
expressed
an
interest
in
going
into
the
second
building.
So
we
think
we're
really
strong
about
that.
I
There's
even
people
coming
to
us
wanting
to
have
space
in
this
current
building,
and
we
just
can't
do
anything
with
them
right
now,
one
of
the
things
we're
doing
with
the
current
building
as
part
of
opening
up
this
airspace,
we
are
trying
to
establish
a
command
center
where
you
would
bring
these
radar
feeds
in
that
would
allow
this
autonomous
plate
we're
working
with
two
subject
matter:
experts
on
that
and
Dr
Al
Lewis
who's,
the
chief
scientist
for
the
air
Mobility
command
very
close
relationship
with
him.
We've
developed
that
very
close
relationship.
I
It's
telling
us
that
if
you
can
demonstrate
that
you
can
secure
this,
these
radar
fees
secure
this
technology,
which
we
know
we
can.
Then
you
are
beginning
to
provide
a
service
to
us
that
may
be
useful
down
the
road
right.
One
of
the
things
that
has
been
long
overlooked
until
I
got
Hands-On
in
this.
Is
that
there's
an
opportunity
that
exists
That's,
Unique
here,
because
Acy,
the
next
City
International
Airport,
is
literally
the
midway
between
the
McGuire
Air,
Force
Base
and
Dover
Air
Force
Base.
I
They
are
both
air
Mobility
command
bases
that
come
under
the
same
command
structure
and
they
can
actually
start
doing
some
things
here
to
be
beneficial
not
just
for
military
applications,
but
the
same
aspects
of
autonomous
flight
that
we're
talking
about
the
military
looking
at
is
of
interest
to
companies
like
Amazon,
FedEx,
ups
and
so
forth.
They
all
want
to
move
in
that
direction
so
that
technology
is
down
the
road.
We
are
putting
the
infrastructure
in
place
to
accommodate
those
companies.
I
It
takes
a
while,
as
I
say
when
we
started
with
this
project
and
I
know
John
Grizzly,
you
were
hands
on
all
of
this
first
course
that
you've
been
around
for
about
Miss
Patrick
you've
been
around
for
about
Frank.
You
seem
to
think
we
weren't
at
the
starting
line,
but
we
started
this
project.
We.
The
whole
thing
we
had
to
take
over
was
1.4
million
dollars
in
debt
from
South
Jersey
Economic
Development,
you
had
the
Inspector
General.
Look
yes
and
you
had
four
counties
pointing
the
fingers
saying
you're
all
responsible
for
it.
I
You
had
contractors
eight
contractor
lawsuits.
Let
me
point
something
out
here:
if
he
didn't
step
up
and
say
I'll
work
that
out
I'll
try
to
get
all
this
stuff
resolved,
it
wasn't
an
Atlantic
County
problem,
but
we
stepped
up
and
took
the
lead
and
he
worked
out
and
resolved
making
more
than
half
a
dozen
lawsuits
to
clean
this
project
up.
So
it's
cleaned
up
to
the
point
now
where
we
had
NASA
having
assigned
a
scientist
to
work
with
us
at
the
airport.
I
Well,
especially
on
this
inner
corner,
so
Dr
Ian
Levitt,
and
what
a
great
guy
he
is
because
he's
from
South
Jersey
and
he
believes
in
what
we're
doing
so
he's
become
the
valuable
asset
and
just
putting
this
all
together.
It
can
summarize
it
this
way.
Early
about
almost
a
month
ago,
there
was
a
meeting
in
the
Pentagon
with
the
Secretary
of
Defense
staff,
Secretary
of
the
airport
Dr
Al
loss.
He
expressed
that
he
is
working
on
this
project
and
what
the
possible
benefits
might
be
to
the
military
on
this.
I
They
were
very
supportive.
They
started
out
saying
we
have
heard
of
this
place,
but
then
gradually
grew
up
to
the
point
where
they
got
behind
this
project:
U.S
transcom,
which
is
a
major
combat
command.
All
the
mobility
wings
of
every
military,
Army
Air
Force
Marines
comes
in
under
U.S
transcom.
We
signed
the
agreement
with
U.S
transcom.
The
interesting
thing
is
the
commander
of
U.S
transcom,
a
four-star
general
General.
I,
can't
remember
first
name.
I
Her
last
name
is
ovos,
wanted
a
briefing
on
this
from
Dr
Lois
on
a
briefing
like
that
is
usually
done
without
any
civilian.
So
you
don't
brief
a
four-star
general
and
have
a
civilian
sitting
there.
However,
in
our
case,
because
Mark
Lubin
is
a
former
Major
General
and
coincidentally,
that
current
General
was
under
him
at
one
point,
he
was
invited
to
participate.
So
we
now
are
getting
recognized
we're
beginning
to
get
on
the
map.
I
People
are
beginning
to
see
value
with
us
and
we're
really
ready
to
take
it
to
the
next
level
and
that's
what
this
funding
helps
us
do.
It
helps
us
take
it
to
the
next
level.
The
final
point
on
that
what
we
have
in
place
already,
we
have
five
million
dollars
that
the
acea
received
from
the
governor's
office
from
the
state
comes
from
uscda
through
the
governor's
office.
Yes,
that's
sitting
in
that's
sitting
there.
That's
those
ones
are
available.
You
have
a
three
million
USDA
Grant.
I
All
permits
are
in
place
for
this
you're
rolling
in
your
article.
All
permits
are
in
place
and
we're
ready
to
go
with
that.
So
that's
all.
I
Too,
designs
done
the
architecture
work
is
completed
this
year.
This
is
a
shovel
ready
project
we've
applied
at
the
behest
of
the
New
Jersey
Economic
Development
Authority.
We
applied
for
up
to
eight
million
dollars
eight
to
ten
million
dollars
in
funding.
Under
this
initiative
they
have,
they
always
forget
the
centers
of
innovation.
I
get
these
confused
award
grants,
Innovation
programs.
I
I
D
I
Ready
to
go
thank
all
of
you.
I
thank
the
county
executive
particular
because
he
was
behind
this
project
in
the
beginning.
I
particularly
thanked
John
Rissa,
who
went
to
numerous
meetings
at
the
SJ
EDD
to
clean
this
up
with
us.
I
thank
every
member
of
reporting,
I
even
think
Mr
Coursey
over
there,
because
he's
been
an
art
in
supporter
of
this
project
in
the
beginning,
right
and.
K
With
that,
I
will
I,
don't
know
Howard
to
tell
them
about.
I
I
One
of
the
things
is
that,
as
a
result
of
the
effort
that
we're
doing
here,
it
is,
you
eventually
know
spurring
additional
related
economic
devices.
So
that's
what
we
want
to
accomplish
right.
We've
still
got
a
way
to
go.
We
have
we
Face
ourselves
on
What's
called
the
high
performance
organizational
model,
and
that
says
basically
take
on
real
challenges.
Don't
do
simple
things,
take
on
real
challenges
that
make
changes
and
that's
what
we
did
and
so
I
think
we're
really
moving
in
a
good
direction
once
again,
I.
Thank
all
of
you
support.
Any
questions.
L
Okay,
so
this
is
very
exciting:
we're
going
to
be
Regional
leaders
in
this
industry,
new
industry
for
southern
New,
Jersey
I,
have
a
couple
of
nicknames
sure
go
ahead.
Okay,
so
we
made
a
a
very
big
deal
about
Ms
White,
serving
on
her
board
for
the
ACCC
without
a
salary
right
is
your
board
paid
no
absolutely
volunteer
board
and
how
is
the
staff
of
the
nartp
paid,
who
funds
that.
I
I
Anything
very,
very
strong,
working
right
now
very
closely
with
local
schools
and
working
on
stem
initiatives.
Good.
What
you
thought
you're
touching
on
to
watch
myself.
I
have
this
38
year
habit
of
saying
Freeholder
right.
So
what
we're
working
on
very
closely
in
order
to
develop
and
work
with
working
on
that,
not
everyone
who
comes
in
is
going
to
be
working.
I
I
There
are
300
acres
on
the
airport
that
were
tied
up
and
couldn't
be
used
for
anything
because
they
were
designated
as
a
bird
sanctuary
right
now,
bird
sanctuary
on
an
airport.
Don't
ask
me
how
that
happened,
but
somebody
go
ahead
was
a
failing
bird
sanctuary
because
birds
were
getting
sucked
into
judge
engines,
and
so
we
work
with
SJ.
Today,
okay,
let's
get
that
300
acres,
developed
County
agreed
to
this,
the
county
agreed
to
say
all
right.
It's
stupid
using
we
have
Green
Acres
money.
I
K
Industrial
Realty
Group
has
is
negotiating
a
lease
on
a
300
plus
an
additional
100
to
develop
2
million
square
feet
of
air
multiple
facilities,
we're
expecting
an
announcement
that
at
least
has
been
extruded
very
very
soon.
The
Atlanta
County
government
clients
is
going
to
work
to
partner
with
IRG
to
help
them
develop
that
that
property.
We
got
an
additional
250k
line
item
appropriation
to
help
with
regulatory
and
permitting
issues
and
we'll
be
partnering
with
sjta
and
IRG
to
help
develop
that
property.
K
Yeah,
yes,
there's
a
draft
site
plan,
it's
in
the
Northwest
Quadrant,
so
it's
behind
the
Roman
Catholic
Church.
What's
against
the
rail
line
and
angleborough
Road,
the
other
thing
too,
that
the
Atlanta
County
compliance
is
also
going
with
Grant
funds
is
that
we've
partnered
with
the
County
Planning
Department,
as
well
as
sjta,
we're
starting
through
traffic
studies
to
scope
out
what
kind
of
roadway
improvements
the
be
needed
on
wrangleborough
and
Tilton
to
be
able
to
handle
the
traffic
off
of
that.
K
Sgt
is
also
pursuing
that
the
area
included
in
the
208
water
quality
management
plan
so
that
we
can
work
with
the
feds
to
get
Grant
funds
for
water
and
silver
to
put
in
the
ground.
There's
also
another
lease
that
has
been
executed
with
OST,
optimal
solution
and
Technologies
for
a
20,
Acre
Site,
that's
right
across
from
the
signature
terminals
for
also
for
Air
Cargo
right
there.
In
fact,
they're
running
two
of
the
three
snow
Bays
to
start
to
Pilot
cargo
out
of
that
facility.
K
They
will
start
doing
it
and-
and
commissioner,
we
work
with
all
of
these.
These
are
sjta
tennis,
but
we
work
with
them
to
help
them
with
Workforce,
Development
and
Cancun
of
the
Workforce
Development
board.
Workforce
Development
recruiting
positive
recruitment.
We
call
it,
we
help
them.
Pre-Qualify
potential
applicants
pre-screen
and
set
up
appointments
for
them
to
interview.
H
First
of
all,
you
know
your
building
is
phenomenal.
Anyone
that
has
not
seen
it
because
you're
members
of
the
board,
you
know,
go
out
and
see
it.
The
work
that's
being
done
out.
There
is
phenomenal.
Maybe
it
is
sensitive
work,
but
at
the
tech
center
many
times
in
my
professional
or
different
things
and
training
out
there,
the
work
that
goes
on
out
there
again
is
very
sensitive.
It's
very
high
tech,
a
lot
of
great
paying
jobs.
H
H
If
the
federal
government
locates
possibly
locates
up
to
60
000
migrants
in
that
area,
what
is
that
going
to
do
for
a
building
like
this?
If
it
can
even
paint
on
the
airport
and
that
entire
area
I
mean
Egg,
Harbor
Township
is
huge
and
there's
only.
I
50
000
residents
in
there
right
now
we
have
discussed
that
standardizing
Charlie
and
right
now,
I
don't
have,
as
you
mentioned,
I,
don't
really
have
a
satisfactory
answer
for
you,
because
there's
too
many
variables
number
one
is.
This
is
a
permanent
thing.
This
is
I
mean,
for
example,
up
at
McGuire,
Air,
Force,
Base
I
think
they
still
have
I
forget
the
exact
number
I'm
going
to
lowball
it
and
say
2
000
afghanis
who
are
still
there
that
were
evacuated
from
Afghanistan.
A
I
Just
picking
up
the
final
comment
on
that
is
that
be
where
we
are
right
now
to
an
established
relationships
with
the
fla,
where
they
trust
us,
the
FAA
trusts
us
so
much
they've
removed
stocking
from
the
FAA
lease
and
said
you
guys
can
stand
on
this
on
your
own
to
basically
to
have
the
relationship
with
Vanessa
to
have
the
relationship
with
empty
Aeronautical
University
who's
actively
involved
with
this
I
mean
it's
a
validation
of
what
we're
trying
to
do.
I
understand
the
jobs
argument
with
my
heart
and
soul.
I
Final
thing
is,
if
you
are
talking
some
other
value
getting
out
of
the
building
here,
the
current
building
is
that
we
have
begun
discussions
with
the
county
to
possibly
let
the
Emergency
Management
operations
center
work
there
doing
emergencies,
because
it's
a
little
more
accommodating
in
the
current
location,
but
I
should
write
another
step
myself
on
that
jury,
but
it's
something
else
you're
trying
to
do
all
right.
Well,
I.
Thank
all.
I
Got
a
run
to
five
o'clock:
okay,.

All
I
can
say
is
I'm
looking
very
forward
to
this
particular
study.
It's
almost
there
in
our
discussions,
a
public
comment.
It's
called
a
roll
Alice.

Yes,
we
have,
you
might
have
a
lot
of
times
were
known
as
GPI,
so
an
internet
actually
recognize.
C
A
D
F
Discussion,
yes
through
you
in
Japan
I,
don't
know
if
any
of
my
colleagues
have
been
from
SL
man
of
Park
lately,
but
I'm
telling
you
I'm
doing
a
outstanding
job
for
bringing
that
spark
around
money
glove
Spain.
Now
let
me
keep
up.
A
All
of
them
they're,
just
beautiful,
really
first
place.
M
M
M
If
you
remember
it's
true
for
me,
because
when
he
was
the
Cherry
which
I
can't
get
on
this,
because
he
I
sit
on
the
board,
but
I
really
thought
they
would
you
give.
C
M
D
D
C
D
A
F
These
were
the
back
to
trucks.
M
M
Or
some
agencies
come
in
and
didn't
take
the
equipment
agencies
within
the
county,
our
departments
and
whatever,
and
then
there's
computers
that
we
have
to
store
and
there's
a
lot
of
different
things
that
we
have
in
there
we're
building.
If
you
remember
we're
building
Warehouse
here
once
this
gets
built
on
that
would
come
out
and
go
into
that
facility.
I
think
we're
out
today,
I'm
not
sure
when
the
video.
C
A
H
M
P
At
this
point,
I
don't
know
that
we
have
a
clear
indication
of
who
did
what
out
there
and
who's
really
responsible.
You
know,
frankly,
if
I
had
to
pick
anybody,
that's
a
that's.
A
creator
of
this
problem
is
trying
to
get
through
the
state,
so
we
could
finally
get
the
the
damn
rebuilt,
but,
as
Doug
will
tell
you,
we've
been
at
this
for
years.
Oh
my
gosh
I
was
in
the
post
office
last
month.
Somebody
recognized
me
and
started.
You
know
quizzing
me
about.
Why
isn't
it
done?
Why
isn't
it
done?
P
I
don't
get
too
lost
in
the
weeds,
but
a
critical
part
of
of
the
dam
control
like
Nesco
depends
on
a
secondary
Lake
that
exists
out
in
the
woods
on
the
other
side
of
the
County
Road
in
the
Wharton
tract
the
county,
fixed
it
in
the
30s
it
blew
out
in
the
hurricane
Irene,
correct,
yeah
and
we've
been
asking
trying
to
get
permission
to
go
in
there
and
you
cannot
get
a
clear
response
from
the
state.
I
mean
it's
something
as
simple
as
working
on
the
Pleasant
Mills
Bridge.
P
We
have
just
finally,
after
several
years,
finally
got
a
commitment
that
they'll
work
with
us,
so
so
that
that's
the
real
party
before
I
kick
the
homeowners
I
think
that
we've
really
gotta
look
at
the
the
culprit.
Here.
It's
the
state,
foot
dragging
and
I
hate
to
be
so
direct
about
it,
but
that
that's
been
our
frustration.
All.
N
It
the
correct
way:
well,
I
I
mean
the
old
stop
logs
towards
deteriorated
and
they
failed
as
an
emergency
because
it
happened
over
the
weekend.
The
homeowners
put
in
smaller
dimensional
Lumber
in
there
than
that
was
needed,
and
we
had
to
come
in
and
actually
get
a
contractor
to
put
in
the
right
size,
but
I
mean
they
kind
of
did
it
as
an
emergency
they.
So
we
would
have
had
to
hire
somebody
no
matter
what
either
way
right
right.
Yeah,
okay,.
H
I
F
M
Is
correct
but
my
understanding
is,
as
of
today,
do
they
have
an
agreement?
My
understanding
is
they're
happy
with
the
agreement
and
we're
waiting
for
them
to
confirm
I,
guess
Jim
for
somebody
in
the
county
of
maybe
Tammy
Tammy
was
the
one
who
told
me
today
that
the
agreement
that
they
have
you're
satisfied
with
them.
So
but
there
is
no
Hazard
respect.
That's
that
was
off
the
table.
It's
not
a
negotiable
item.
We're
not
negotiating
that.
So
we
haven't
told
that
up
front.
M
F
And
I
don't
want
to
believe
yes,
but
I
thought
and
we
were
approaching
Dave.
Actually
during
the
press
conference
right
I
thought
we
agreed
to
a
dollar
amount
and
he
had
to
take
it
back
to
the
membership
to
accept
it.
I
didn't
know
that
because
they
didn't
accept
it
at
that
time
we
were
taking
it
back.
I
thought
that
was
what
we
were
going
to
give
them
two
years.
There
was
no
extra
money
given
so
no
matter
when
they
agreed
to
take
it,
they
would
get
whatever
dollar
amount.
M
G
M
There
were
several
issues
on
the
table,
one
of
the
issues
they
came
here
twice
to
argue
with
the
fact
that
they
were
not
getting
enough
money.
So
when
you
ask
them,
why
are
we
getting?
You
know?
What
is
it
when
you
say
the
amount
of
money
that
you
you
should
be
seeing,
so
they
were
arguing
like
some
people
were
getting
1300.
Some
people
are
getting
1800.
Some
people
are
getting
900,
whereas
the
other
unions
were
getting
more
money.
M
M
In
order
to
accomplish
the
social
distancing,
we
allow
50
of
their
people
every
other
week
for
13
weeks,
go
home
and
get
paid.
So
during
that
time
period
they
average
seven,
some
staff
average
seven
weeks
at
home,
getting
paid
and
some
average
six
weeks
because
there's
a
13
week
period
and
got
paid
while
they
were
at
home.
M
No
other
Union
got
that
so
the
other
unions
and
the
way
you
get
hazardous
pay
is.
You
have
to
physically
be
in
a
work
location
to
get
the
money,
so
we
just
paid
in
their
salaries
while
they
were
home
because
we
thought
it
was
our
obligation
to
social
distance
them
do
do
the
work
in
the
facility
and
let
them
stay
home
during
that
time
period.
M
F
I
guess
my
question
and
you
made
a
say:
yeah
I'm
coming
early
on,
they
have
negotiated
a
contract
and
they
seem
to
be
happy
whatever.
That
number
is
right,
yeah.
So
how
did
the
hazard
pay
come
back
up
again
because
I
I
got
approached
at
the
thing
that
other
than
I
thought
it
was
in
a
bank
just
waiting
for
the
membership
to
vote
on,
except
whatever
that
dollar
amount
the
administration
came
up
with
so.
M
But
this
is
what
happened
to
me.
I
don't
sit
on
the
negotiating
team.
You
know
we
have
a
lawyer
that
does
negotiations
what
I,
what
I
did
is
is:
are
we
giving
hazardous
pay?
No
or
not?
They
had
a
letter.
Letter
is
very
specific.
You
had
to
respond
by
such
and
such
a
date,
it's
two
years
later
and
we're
not
and
we're
not
giving
them
Azure
respect
we're
negotiating
a
contract
that
our
negotiable
items
and
hazardous
day
is
not
a
negotiable
and
the
union
was
saying
they
have
a
right
to
negotiate.
F
Which
is
right
right,
I
didn't
know,
there
was
a
window
that
was
closing
yeah
on
either
accept
it
or
reject
myself,
because
they
did
not
accept
it
in
a
timely
manner.
It'd
be
counting
like
presented,
they
then
lost
it.
I,
don't
know
if
that's
good
business
or
not,
but
that's
that's
an
issue
for
another
day.
I
thought
once
I
put
it
on
the
table
at
some
point.
You're
going
to
take.
This
number
can't
go
up.
F
G
G
Be
it
wouldn't
have
a
contract
right,
so
that's
completely
different,
but
they
had
an
offer
on
the
table
from
us
that
we're
being
told
expired
in
a
month
now
and
now
that
negotiations
are
here,
they're
happy
with
their
contract,
but
they're
not
happy
with
the
fact
that
they're
not
they're
not
getting
hazardous
paying,
because
the
deal
is
inspired
right.
That's
where
we
are.
G
M
M
Q
This
is
for
the
superintendental
collections
for
a
three-year
contract
agreement.
We
start
salaries
in
2023,
one-time
rate
adjustment
in
2023
and
then
after
1500
for
all
employees.
It
has
staggered
annual
increases
based
on
years
of
service,
ranging
between
three
percent
to
4.5
and
2043
and
2
percent
to
four
percent.
In
years,
2024
and
2025.
Q
They
are
recognizing
two
teeth
as
an
added
a
holiday
promotional
increases
change
from
four
to
five
and
six
percent
to
five
six
and
seven
percent
age
out
of
time
will
work
and
training
pay
increase
from
1.15
to
1.50,
and
the
average
annual
increase
per
year
is
5.4.
C
C
A
A
Yes,
Risley,
yes,
entertain
a
motion
to
combine
and
adopt
493
to
500
windshield
or
a
chapter
159.
A
H
Meeting
report
meeting
the
County
prosecutor
and
student
detectives
from
his
team
came
out
and
basically
explained
what
the
parameters
of
this.
H
So
anything
that
can
be
done,
whether
it
is
whether
it's
a
mental
crisis,
whether
they're
involved
in
a
domestic
dispute,
whether
TS
doesn't
worthy
anymore.
No,
whatever
the
crisis
is
being
able
to
to
speak
with
a
police
officer
who
is
also
a
military
veteran,
goes
a
long
way
in
that
conversation,
a
lot
of
our
military
veterans
that
they
came
back
from
Afghanistan
and
you
know
even
the
the
Vietnam
there's.
H
But
you
know
what
they
went
through,
what
they
saw,
you
know
changes
their
lives
changes.
H
You
know
the
demeanor
at
times,
and
certain
theories
set
them
off
so
being
able
to
to
have
a
conversation
with
somebody
of
nursing
situation
goes
a
long
way,
as
you
saw
with
there's
a
few
Commissioners
that
came
to
the
meeting
that
we
had,
that
was
held
at
the
Summers
Point
BMW,
where
Senator
Booker
and
his
team
and
the
director
or
the
under
secretary
for
the
department
of
health
for
Veterans
Affairs
was
there
and
also
the
clinics
were
there.
H
You
know
the
conversations
that
you
heard
was
over
a
hundred
veterans
that
were
at
that
meeting.
There
was
any
questions
that
they
had
and
hopefully
with
the
new
Clinic
coming
here
in
the
near
future,
will
help
serve.
Some
of
the
mental
crisis
needs
that
right
now
they
have
to
go
to
Pennsylvania
or
to
Delaware,
or
you
know,
which
is
you
know,
it's
Advanced
shape.
H
So
basically,
this
is
just
like
you
know
to
you,
know,
put
this
resolution
forward
and
you
know
ask
municipalities
and
of
course,
you
know
their
governing
bodies
to
support
this
program
to
allow
officers
to
become
members
of
this
Veterans
Crisis
team,
and
it's
a
big
plus.
You
know
the
county
level,
Sheriff's,
Office
and
Municipal
Police
Department
is
to
be
able
to
assist
in
Aid.
That
doesn't
mean
it's
they're
not
doing
their
their
regular
calls
for
service
every
day.
H
D
H
You
know
you
work
24
hours
a
day.
You
know
call
Us
Mid
24
hours
a
day
that
one
officer
can't
be
there
24
hours
a
day.
So
the
more
you
have
the
more
chance
that
when
a
military,
veteran
isn't
a
crisis
situation,
there
will
be
a
veteran
service
officer
that
is
available.
So
I
just
think
it's
it's
a
good
program.
H
Processary
results
is
having
you
know,
much
success
with
it
and
it's
infancy.
Now
and
I
I
think
you
know
it's
going
to
go
pretty
much
to
do
a
Statewide
program.
I.
H
A
F
F
F
What's
what
what's
in
place
I
mean
you
can't
make
a
statement
like
that,
whether
they
immigrants,
whether
whatever
you
want
to
call
right
or
whoever
you
want
to
call
it,
has
to
be
a
plan
in
place
and
for
the
president
to
make
this
statement,
and
nobody
knows
about
it.
Even
the
government
was
taken
by
surprise
right,
and
so
it
puts
everybody
in
a
reaction
position
where
you're
reacting
to
a
statement,
and
this
I
make
no
qualms
about
it.
F
Atlantic
City
has
been
The,
Dumping
Ground
for
the
whole
entire
country,
and
they
want
to
put
people
on
the
bus
and
send
them
to
Atlantic
City.
No
matter
where
you
come
from,
like
I
said
on
the
mayor's
meeting
the
other
day
don't
sit
on
the
sideline
because
it
could
come
to
Lynnwood
Egg
Harbor,
Township,
Galloway,
Ranch,
Somers
Point.
None
of
these
communities
are
safe,
they're,
all
God's
children
and
I,
get
it
and
they're.
You
know
they
got
to
go
somewhere
too.
F
There
has
to
be
a
planning
place,
just
say:
we're
gonna
put
them
in
line
to
the
international
airport,
and
you
know
they're
going
to
go
everywhere
right
that
that's
when
the
police
department,
that's
on
it's
a
school.
It's
a
communities
in
terms
of
where
they're
going
to
live
the
whole
nine
yards.
It
wasn't
just
that
you're
coming
out
against
immigrants.
F
F
F
Sending
people
everywhere
and
because
New
York
don't
want
them
the
President
says:
well,
let's
send
them
in
the
federal
FAA.
No,
no,
no
back
up.
What's
the
plan
to
people
telling
me
it
has
to
be
a
plan
and
there
was
no
plan
and
you
haven't
heard
no
more
from
the
president
or
the
the
Biden
Administration
is
the
mayor
of
Atlantic
City
said
even
it
means
one
against
your
own
party.
Sometimes
you
got
to
make
a
scene
and
it's
not
my
it's
not
always
the
most
populous
thing
and
it's
not
always
the
30-second
commercials.
F
But
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
the
impact
of
everybody's
salinity
and,
if
you're
going
to
do
that
with
the
16
000
plus,
it
ought
to
be
a
plan
in
place,
and
so,
if
the
Biden
Administration
is
serious
about
it,
they
ought
to
be
conversations
with
the
local
elected
officials
with
the
state
legislators.
Would
our
government
Etc
and
come
together
as
a
group
and
have
a
real
discussion?
F
What
impact
where
the
money
is
coming
from?
It's
easy
to
say:
we
can't
afford
to
have
that
in
our
community.
The
hell
we
don't
want
the
Russian
mission
right
see,
but
we
got
it.
We
don't
want
all
those
mental
health
peoples
in
Atlanta,
but
we
have
them
because
what
happens
is
people
say,
send
them
to
Atlantic,
City
and
99
of
the
time
stuff
that
happens
in
Atlantic
City.
It's
not
folks
who
live
in
Atlantic
City.
They
wind
up
there
for
whatever
the
reason
may
be.
F
They
Round
Up
in
the
rescue
mission
down
on
their
luck,
they're
not
from
here,
for
example,
we
had
a
shooting
yesterday.
Did
you
guys
that
got
shot
they're
from
Philadelphia
shooting
in
Atlantic
City?
You
don't
read
the
story.
You
figure
two
jokers
in
Atlanta
they're,
going
to
shoot
each
other
hey
from
Philly.
My
point
is
we
get
all
the
negative
negative
publicity,
whether
it's
Atlantic,
City
or
Atlantic,
County
and
so
going
forward?
I.
Think
that
again
because
we
say
no
at
this
point,
it
ought
to
be
some
conversations
going
forward.
Now.
F
I
can't
speak
for
the
governor's
office.
It
disappointed
with
us.
Nobody
said
anything
but
have
been
president
of
the
United
States
office,
reach
out
to
the
government,
as
you
say,
he's
a
close
Ally
to
the
president
of
the
United
States
I
get
it.
We
just
can't
let
it
fall
by
the
wayside.
It
has
to
be
some
dialogue.
It
has
to
be
some
conversations
going
forward
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
it's
it's
always
the
quote
of
the
Bible
to
say
what
you've
done
to
the
least
of
being
you've
done.
F
Unto
me
and
I'm
sure
those
folks
don't
want
to
come
here,
but
I
got
to
go
somewhere
right,
and
so,
if
they're
going
because
we
got
to
have
plans
in
place
where
they
go
where's
the
house
where's
the
schools.
What
impact
is
going
to
happen
all
that
stuff
nobody's
thinking
this
stuff
out?
You
sit
in
a
room,
you
make
a
statement
and
you
put
everybody
else
in
a
bad
spot
right
because
trust
me
hot
as
it
was
the
other
day,
I.
Damn
sure
they
need
to
be
saying.
F
Somebody
in
his
administration
I'm
sure
that
message
went
up
the
chain
because
all
across
the
country
I've
been
down
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
everybody
was
talking
about
it,
and
so
a
few
of
our
colleagues
showed
up
for
the
event
like
I
said,
with
the
Mayors
I
think
the
mayor's
did
a
good
job,
putting
that,
together
with
the
county,
exec
and
Jerry
and
I'm
in
the
24-hour
period,
but
we
can't
stop
there.
F
F
And
so
I
I
take
no
apologies
for
the
sin.
I've
taken
I
make
no
excuses,
but
if
we're
going
to
do
it
has
to
be
a
conversation
for
you.
A
O
L
Just
like
you
said
for
myself,
this
was
about
resources
and
the
impact
on
the
network
of
resources
that
we
have
here
in
this
County.
This
region
is
the
poorest
region
in
our
state
and
to
have
an
influx
of
that.
L
The
people
who
have
the
ability
to
create
a
path
to
Legal
immigration,
to
citizenship,
and
that
is
what
we
should
be
talking
about.
I
am
completely
empathetic
with
what's
going
on.
We
just
can't
afford
it
here,
but
I
have
to
say
that
in
the
1930s
and
40s
this
country
had
a
very
harsh
immigration
policy
and
if
they
did
not,
I
would
have
a
lot
more
relatives.
H
Yeah
I'm
right
there
with
commissioner
corsi,
you
know
I,
you
know
they
have
to
go
somewhere.
You
know
we
don't
have
the
resources
right
now
that
that
New
York
City
or
any
Lawrence
Metropolitan
city
has
you
know
when
you
look
at
the
this,
just
sheer
numbers
of
60
000
wherever
that
number
came
from
you
know,
when
you
look
at
the
population
of
Egg
Harbor
Township
is
fifty
thousand.
H
You
know,
first
of
all,
housing
what
I
mean
I,
guess
they
would
it's
Federal
property
I,
guess
they
would
put
up
a
tent
city
like
they
do.
You
know
the
military
whatever,
but
even
something
as
as
simple
as
you
know,
where
is
the
sewage
going
you
know,
can
acoa
handle
it
and
how
can
it
get
from
the
airport
that
is
used
to
having
a
very
small
number
of
people
going
to
throw
it?
H
You
know-
and
you
know
you
have
the
tech
center
and
stuff
like
that,
but
the
infrastructure
is
just
not
there
and
since
that
press
conference,
I
haven't
heard
anything
more
about
it.
I
don't
know
whether
it's
still
a
possibility,
it
isn't
a
possibility.
I
know
there
was
four
or
five
different
sites
that
that
they
had
mentioned,
that
they
could
possibly
go
to,
and
if
it's
60
000
are
going
to
be
divided
up,
it
is
in
a
smaller
number.
H
H
What's
it
going
to
do,
for
you
know
which
what
we're
trying
to
do
here,
as
commissioner
Fitzpatrick
said,
you
know,
the
economics
in
this
area
are
much
lower
than
what
they
are
in
North
terms.
You
know,
and
it's
a
shame,
because
what
what
South
Jersey
has
and
what
South
Jersey
makes
North
Jersey
wants,
but
what
they
don't
want.
They
want
to
set
it
down
here.
You
know,
and
it's
just
it's
always
been
that
way.
You
know.
South
Jersey
has
been
the
stepchild
of
New
Jersey
and
you
know
I.
H
Just
thank
you
for
putting
this
resolution
forward.
You
know
I
think
it's
going
to
go
anywhere.
It's
like:
what's
the
resolutions
that
we
put
up
it's
you
know
you
put
them
up
and
we
never
get
an
answer
back
from
the
state.
I
know
we're
not
going
to
answer
back
from
the
President
right.
That's
not
even
the
question
but
it'd
be
nice
to
hear
something.
F
Is
where
it
is
Mr
chairman
responding
and
listen
the
one
we
least
expect
you
mess
around
and
get
a
response
back
right,
I'm
hoping
that's!
Why
I
said
this
much
I
just
say
this
guy
you
got
Ben
Drew
who's,
our
Congress
version,
as
you
indicated,
he
said
in
DC.
Once
his
resolutions
passed.
We
all
agree.
It's
going
down
legislators,
not
just
in
the
first
and
second
district,
but
legislators
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey
as
well
as
ran
through
koi
book
et
cetera
Etc.
They
all
have
access.
F
You
can't
go,
you
should
not
be
ignored
right
and
you're
right.
This
is
how
we
get
resolutions
up
here
and
stuff,
and
if
you
ain't
got
the
inside
track,
you're
waiting
for
them
case
in
point
cologne
in
Route,
30
Amy's
been
beaten
up
on
that
thing,
that
happened
and
every
time
they
tell
it,
they
gonna
start
they.
You
know
they
they
put
a
barricade
on
your
head
from
six
months.
A
little
bit
I
give
them
a
little
bit
getting
very
little,
but.
G
G
J
D
G
G
And
we
all
know
it
is
it's
irresponsible.
You
heard
them
saying
that
there's
room
to
say
when
you
ask
them
Frank
what
they
thought
about
it.
They
can't
even
make
they
can't
even
have
an
opinion
at
this
point,
because
they
don't
have
enough
information
about
anything,
no
one
communicated
with
them.
No
one
communicate
with
us.
G
No
one
said
anything.
We
woke
up
to
a
statement
and
had
to
move
very
quickly
on
that
statement
to
protect
not
just
that
base,
not
just
the
Northeast
Corridor
of
this
section
of
this
country.
We
had
to
protect
every
single
one
of
the
Atlantic
County
residents
that
all
of
us
up
here
have
taken
an
oath.
That's
our
job.
Our
job
is
not
to
get
into
National
Defense.
That's
not
what
that's
not
our!
That's,
not
our
job.
Our
job
is
to
protect
the
residents
here.
G
G
It
can
barely
afford
to
live
now.
I'm
proud
of
this
commissioner's
board,
because
every
that's
one
of
us
unanimously,
you
stood
up,
you
stepped
up
and
we
said
across
party
lines
that
was
unacceptable
for
each
and
every
one
of
us
and
now
we're
listening
in
this
contract
that
Teamster
seem
to
be
happy
with
their
contract.
Our
bargaining
units
seem
to
be
happy
with
the
direction
that
it's
moving.
B
G
G
Where
are
they
going
to
be
located
on
the
airport?
Guess
what
nobody
still
has
a
clue?
Is
it
going
to
be
a
tent
city?
How
close
to
the
FAA?
Will
it
be?
What
about
the
MUA?
What
about
the
schools?
What
about
benefits,
and
you
brought
up
humanity
and
I'm
glad
you
brought
that
word
up
just
to
have
compassion
for
people
and
bring
them
in
and
then
watch
them
live
in
an
inhumane
situation?
G
G
G
G
G
F
G
G
G
Go
up
to
Camden,
go
to
Camden
right
now
they
have
an
influx
in
their
schools.
Right
now,
dealing
with
these
type
of
issues
coming
over
from
Philadelphia
ask
the
teachers.
Ask
the
administrators
come
on
people.
You
know
teachers,
ask
them
how
they're
doing
just
ask
the
question:
they're
not
faring
too
well,
they're
having
a
tough
time,
Camden
closer
to
a
major
Metropolitan
than
we
are
we're
sitting
down
here
in
South,
Jersey
we're
not
strapped
with
cash
Jerry.
You
know
it.
G
A
I
am
absolutely
illegal
immigration
I
think.
The
way
to
do
it
is
legal
immigration.
I
think
the
order
being
wide
open
is
a
gigantic
mistake
for
this
country,
which
will
only
create
a
whole
Myriad
of
Browns
that
we
can
imagine
I'm
concerned
about
our
own
County.
Here
any
marks
I
made
at
the
press
conference
for
economics.
A
This
area
has
always
been
a
tough
area
to
make
a
living
in
mostly
low
and
moderate
income.
That's
what
we
are
here
and
we
have
a
lot
of
people
in
Atlanta
County
that
have
issues
I
want
to
deal
with
those
folks,
according
to
Monarch,
as
a
company
that
we
hire
in
the
county.
They
report
that,
as
of
January
24th
of
this
year,
there
were
440
people
experiencing
homelessness
right
here
in
Atlanta
County
and
that's
just
the
ones
we
know
of
and
that
between
the
years
of
22
and
23,
there's
a
28
percent
increase.
A
A
R
R
R
Because
some
of
you
need
to
be
held
accountable
for
your
language
and
your
words,
and
some
of
you
need
to
be
held
accountable
for
your
silence,
implicit
because
last
week,
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
press
conference
focused
solely
on
a
specific
White
House
policy
proposal
regarding
the
relocation
of
migrants
from
New,
York
City
to
Atlantic,
City,
spiraled
and
completely
lost
Focus,
and
it
spiraled
into
over
generalizations
of
an
entire
community.
It
spiraled
into
xenophobic
and
hateful
speech.
R
Now
you
all
had
a
chance
to
speak
and
give
your
opinion
and
your
perspective
and
I
would
appreciate
it.
If
you
took
the
time
to
understand
our
perspective,
I'm,
the
son
of
a
documented
immigrants,
a
proud
resident
of
Atlantic
City,
born
in
Atlantic,
City
and
I.
Think
some
of
you
forget
that
the
people
you
represent
the
Atlantic
County
residents.
R
R
R
Commissioner,
Fitzpatrick
is
the
only
one
that
mentioned
the
elephant
in
the
room
and
the
language
and
the
speech
didn't
just
come
from
Congressman
Jeff
Van
Drew.
It
came
from
others
in
attendance
that
you
said
you
stood
in
solidarity
and
were
unified
with
it
came
from
state
senator
Vince
Palestina,
and
it
came
from
chairman
Risley
state.
Senator
events.
Palestine
has
stood
up
there
and
scapegoated
the
entire
immigrant
Community
for
all
of
society's
ills.
R
Just
in
case,
we
forgot
International
immigrant
rights
law.
R
I'll
leave
at
that.
It's
very
I'm,
very
we're
all
very
disappointed
that
you
all
stood
silent
was
that
xenophobic
hate
speech
was
uttered
right
in
front
of
you
and
that's
what
we're
condemning
we
can
have
a
debate
and
we
can
a
greater
disagree
on
policy,
but
you
have
to
watch
a
language
and
those
that
uttered
it
will
be
held
accountable
for
their
actions.
Thank
you.
J
In
Atlantic
City,
most
people
know
me
as
a
bachelor
was
kind
of
immigrants.
Migrants,
I,
hate
the
words
and
so
I
would
just
say
be
careful
because
words
have
power,
but,
most
importantly,
everything
that
we're
saying
goes
back
to
individuals,
implicit
biases.
If
we
have
the
power,
when
it's
election
time
to
change
a
lot
of
stuff,
so
I'm
going
to
continue
to
use
my
voice,
the
marinos
I
don't
have
a
problem
with
people
standing
in
their
truth.
But
when
your
truth
is
not
fact-based,
then
it
becomes
a
problem.
J
If
you
look
at
Immigrant
communities,
they
bring
a
lot
to
our
communities.
It's
just
the
lens
in
which
you
choose
to
see
it
in,
and
so
I
would
just
say:
check
the
implicit
biases,
listen
to
the
people
that
live
in
those
communities,
because
I
do
live
in
Atlantic,
City
I
live
in
a
hard
part
of
Atlantic
City
I
choose
to
live
there.
J
I
grew
up
in
I
was
raised
in
Egg
Harbor
Township
from
my
high
school
years,
and
then
I
came
back
so
but
I
see
positive
things
around
me
every
day,
I
respect,
Mr,
corsi,
I,
know
Mr
partner.
I
know
my
name
is
Patrick,
but
it's
that
implicit
biases
that
when
you
open
your
mouth
it
tells
us
exactly
what
you've
been
thinking.
The
whole
time
I
was
out
there
I
didn't
hear
a
lot
of
the
things
that
he
said
but
moving
forward.
What
do
we
do?
J
What's
the
next
thing,
I'm
willing
to
be
a
part
of
the
conversation,
I'm,
never
shy
away
from
things.
You
know
I
like
to
think
that
I'm
strong
but
I
could
not
imagine
someone
calling
me
something
other
than
what
I
am,
which
is
what
Miss
Kern
said
humans,
and
so
don't
forget
that
part
and
so
amen,
I
bless
all
of
us
and,
let's
rock
it
out
whatever.
However,
the
chips
may
fall,
let's
just
do
the
best
with
people,
because
they're
individuals
right
all
right.
J
S
S
So
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
I
listened
to
the
entire
press
conference
from
Friday
and,
while
I
understand
the
fact
that
Egg
Harbor
Township
does
not
feel
as
though
it's
in
a
position
right
now
to
absorb
60
000
people
I
understand
that
I
understand
what
you
mentioned
with
Humanity.
S
If
you
look
at
what's
happening
in
New
York
City,
though
the
people,
the
Overflow
of
people,
that
they
can
no
longer
put
in
any
kind
of
housing,
are
laying
on
the
street.
That's
the
part,
that's
inhumane.
So
what
they're
trying
to
do
is
find
other
places
for
these
people
to
go.
You
are
a
very
intelligent
group
of
people.
You
wouldn't
be
sitting
in
these
seats
if
you
weren't.
What
would
have
been
nice
on
Friday
is.
If
you
pushed
back
on
receiving
60
000
people,
but
encourage
the
government
to
work
with
you.
S
Maybe
a
smaller
number
of
people
could
come
here
or
maybe
you
could
help
them
figure
out
a
different
place
that
would
be
better
equipped
to
handle
that.
But
if
the
sixty
thousand
numbers
the
thing
that
you
have
a
problem
with,
so
be
it,
the
thing
I
have
a
problem
with
is
the
rest
of
the
language
that
was
used
just
as
Christian
said,
calling
them
criminals,
terrorists,
fentanyl
dealers,
causing
problems
with
our
like
me.
Getting
Health
Care
would
be
a
problem
because
I
let
an
immigrant
in
it's
nonsense.
Those
things
are
not
real.
S
Those
things
are
made
up
to
scare
people,
and
that
was
inappropriate
in
that
press
conference
and,
to
be
honest
with
you,
our
immigration
system
is
what
needs
reforming
and
that's
what
Karen
mentioned
and
that's
at
the
federal
level.
So
we
should
be
holding
Jeff
Van
Drew
accountable
for
that
when
these
people
come
across
the
border
they
come
across
and
ask
for
Asylum
and
once
they
do
that
they
are
not
illegal.
S
So
they
are
not
illegal
immigrants.
They
are
people
who
have
come
to
this
country
because
they're
looking
for
a
better
life
I
know
we
can't
fix
all
of
their
problems
and
I
don't
want
to
live
in
an
airport,
but
I
also
don't
want
to
live
on
the
street
in
New
York
City.
So
we
got
to
think
about
what
these
are
human
beings.
P
S
Criminal
in
this
room,
who
knows,
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
it's
appropriate
to
try
to
scare
everyone
about
the
Immigrant
Community,
because
it's
just
wrong
and
we
have
to
be
careful
with
the
words
that
we
choose
and
the
message
that
they
send
and
I
call
on.
You
intelligent
people
of
Atlantic
County
to
help
you
the
solution
not
to
exasperate
the
problem.
A
D
A
G
Look,
if
you
don't
mind
if
you
could
get
that
summary
on
English
Creek
I,
don't
know
if
the
person
is
listening,
but
I
was
asked
about
the
projects
on
English,
Street
and
I
figured
you're,
probably
just
not
problems,
you're,
definitely
more
qualified
than
talk
about
it
than
I
am.
N
Okay,
sure
so
on
English
Creek
in
our
hip
project
I
believe
it's
the
2022-bit
project.
We
just
paid
two
small
portions
of
it,
one
near
West,
Jersey
Avenue
and
the
other
near
Jack,
twice
classy
Drive
we
have
in
our
2023
hit.
N
We
have
a
section
of
English
Creek
from
Bayside
drive
to
Zion
Road
that
will
likely
be
constructed
in
the
spring
and
in
the
early
design
phases.
We
are
working
on
a
section
alert
from
Black
Horse
Pike
to
West
Jersey
and
we're
looking
at
filling
in
the
gaps
where
we
with
the
center
turn
lane,
so
that
you
pretty
much
have
a
center
turn
lane
in
the
whole
way
in
that
section.
N
Not
that's
what
we're
doing
we
are
trying
to
get
that
in
there.
Yes,
we
we
have
to
work
around
some
right-of-way
issues,
but
that's
what
we're
we're
trying
to
do.
G
I
guess
I'll
put
this
last
cookies
out.
There
I've
visited
our
Golf
Course
and
I
spoke
to
the
department
management
out
there
and
they
wanted
me
to
relay
the
message
to
the
Commissioners
board.
Thank
you
and
things
are
going
well
for
our
golf
course.
They
weren't
at
all
the
time
when
I
came
on
it
was
they
were
facing
some
trouble.
It
was
in
you
know
immediately
no,
oh,
okay,
no.
G
No,
no
I
I,
don't
we,
you
know,
we
don't
solve
problems.
We
talk
for
a
living
okay.
So
what
I
do
is
I
pick
up
the
phone
and
call
Jerry
and
Jerry
figures.
I
was
going
to
solve
the
problem,
so
let's
be
clear
so
at
any
rate
they're
going
they're
doing
well,
they
said
the
golf
course
is
going
well.
I
did
take
a
look
at
the
I.
Don't
know
what
you
call
the
enclosure
of
the.
G
The
catering
hall,
the
catering
hall,
it's
nice,
it's
nice
though,
in
there
and
it's
the
restaurant's
doing
well,
the
catering
walls
go
well.
So,
if
you're
having
an
event,
consider
them
out,
there
consider
us
I
should
say,
and
even
with
Lake
Lenape
Park,
as
we
already
talked
about
you
know
on
being
on
Parks
and
environment.
G
Absolutely
she
wanted
me
to
just
tell
you
guys
thank
you
for
the
investment
that
we're
making
and
it's
paying
the
whole
time
so
message
delivered.
Thank
you.
Thanks
for
supporting
someone
too,.
A
D
T
D
T
Is
actually
my
first
time
here,
listening
to
the
meeting,
I
had
the
chance
to
listen
in
most
specifically
on
the
recent
topic
regarding
immigration.
I
did
not
get
to
listen
to
the
press
conference
last
week,
but
I
work
in
PR
and
Communications
and
from
my
experience
on
that
and
also
the
way
it
was
handled,
it
was
very
messy
and
I've
seen
press
conferences
with
publicist
and
it
can
be
a
publicist
worst
nightmare.
So
that
is
something
that
I'm
really
happy.
T
It
is
being
an
issue
and
it
is
being
talked
about
because
I
think
it's
really
important.
We
discuss
and
work
out
possible
solutions
instead
of
making
assumptions
and
also
listening
in
all
the
various
different
angles,
even
if
you
don't
agree
with
it.
So
that's
really
really
a
key
part,
especially
in
an
issue
that's
happening
so
I
just
want
to
introduce
myself
and
thank
you.
T
Company
no
I
won
State
back
in
May
I
once
date
back
in
May
and
I
actually
competed
for
the
national
title
of
Miss
for
America,
strong
and
I
was
there
for
10
days,
I
competed
with
44
other
girls.
It
was
a
once
in
a
lifetime
opportunity
for
me
because
it
was
the
first
time
being
on
a
national
stage
and
also
coming
back
from
the
15-year
absence
in
pageantry.
M
O
Suicide
Prevention
Week
Sunday
through
September
16th
and
that's
part
of
the
National
Suicide
month.
Suicide
race
continued
to
rise,
unfortunately
in
the
United,
States
and
I
am
unfortunately
sure
that
we
each
each
and
every
one
of
us
have
done
something
that
we've
lost
through
suicide.
Suicide
prevention
is
important
every
day,
however,
this
month
and
the
upcoming
week
is
an
opportunity
for
us
to
shine
a
special
light
on
the
issue
and
make
sure
that
people
know
that
there
is.
G
We
had
some
tragedies
that
took
place
in
our
new
beaches
and
Ocean
Township.
You
know
there
if
enjoy
our
beaches,
enjoy
yourselves
at
the
end
of
the
season
and
I
believe
there
were
three
people
that
passed
away
within
the
last
24
hours
and
drowned
on
the
beach
in
Ocean
Township,
so
just
be
mindful.
Lifeguards
are
not
there.
If
there's
a.
