A
Lord
Chosen
Freeholders
was
provided
in
the
following
manner.
It
was
published
in
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
male

the
current
daily
journal,
Hammond
The,
Gazette,
News
and
posted
on
bulletin
boards,
McCann
the

in
Atlantic,
City

Okay,
I've
just
been
informed
that
God
is
merciful
in
my
video
is
off.
So
if
you
can't
hear
me
just
know
that
I
am
still
here,
okay,.

A
Just
want
to
make
a
comment
here
that
I
spoke
with
Jerry
about
these
for
grants,
and
it's
about
2.9
million
dollars.
It's
about
2.9
million
dollars
in
county
matches.
A
The
reason
they
were
all
put
together
is
because
I'm
told
that
they,
these
grants
may
not
be
available.
We
had
a
sort
of
right
while
the
iron
was
hot
and
it
eventually
will
pay
dividends
in
the
new
HVAC
system.
So,
if
anyone's
wondering
that's
why
we
took
the
football,
the
four
together
get
the
maximum
advantage.
We
could
out
of
the
grant
application
moving
onto
big
contracts,
157.

C
H
Yes,
I'm
here
Frank,
yes,
we
probably
break
even
at
the
golf
course-
and
yes
just
so.
You
understand
that
when
we
sat
down
and
we
try
to
every
so
often
buy
them
equipment,
obviously
to
maintain
the
golf
course
they
had
just
done
something
similar
in
Brigantine
and
they
gave
us
the
contract
to
review.
So
we
reviewed
it.
So
we
decided
these
two
pieces
of
equipment
are
extremely
important
for
the
golf
course
we
pay
150
a
year
and
we
don't
pay
any
any
interest
at
all.
C
H
I
C
B
A
A
B
Yes,
chairman
hi,
my
video
wasn't
working
on
so
I'm
going
to
be
sitting
in
Jerry's
view,
so
this
is
a
hundred
thousand
dollar
transfer
that
were
requesting
to
fund
the
accumulated
absences
line-item.
What
we
will
do
is
move
those
funds
into
the
trust
to
cover
those
costs
and
that
is
really
align.
The
trust
is
set
up
so
that
we
can
use
that
to
charge
payouts
for
retirees.
A
A
C
A
B

I

B
E
E
A
A
E
A
H
C
E
This
came
from
the
Monmouth
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders.
They
let
us
know
that
they
had
supported
these
bills
and
it
seems
like
a
no-brainer
there's
no
increase
in
tax
to
New
Jersey
taxpayers,
but
increasing
the
shore
protection
program
from
25
to
50
million
dollars,
allocation
from
Realty
transfer
fees.
So
I'm
happy
that
we
have
a
bipartisan
sponsorship
of
this
resolution
and
I
hope
that
the
freeholders
will
support
it.
A
Okay,
any
other
three
other
comments.
I
would
like
to
say
that
I
believe
every
one
of
our
elected
representatives
have
adopted
this
or
voted
for
it
and
a
fielder's
Patrick
oak,
exactly
correct.
It's
just
monies
that
are
being
collected
right
now.
State
law
authorizing
this.
This
resolution
will
authorize
an
increase
for
our
our
Shore
protection
and
it's
a
great
resolution.
Any
other
comments
call
the
roll
I.
A
C
All
right:
okay,
no
question
I'm
a
little
confused,
so
mr.
Pogue
sent
a
comment.
It
may
not
be
specifically
for
this
resolution,
but
just
so
during
the
public
comment:
I'm
sorry.
He
wants
that
later.
During
the
public
comment,
I
will
come
back
for
that
I.
Can
we.
A
C
B
A
G
I
want
to
make
mention
that
I
had
several
of
my
committee
meetings
were
canceled
and,
as
I'm
sure
many
were
I.
Think
if
this
is
gonna,
be
you
know
our
new
norm
for
some
some
period
of
time.
We're
probably
gonna
have
to
figure
out
how
to
be
able
to
hold
committee
meetings,
and
things
like
that,
maybe
perhaps
using
some
of
the
technology
that
we've
we've
acquired
for
freeholder
meetings,
lending
that
out
to
our
boards
and
commissions,
so
I
just
want
to
make
that
cop.
G
A
Perfectly
clear
I
believe
that
we
can,
you
know,
be
thankful
that
this
freeholder
board
I
was
able
to
get
ahead
of
the
curve
a
little
bit
with
this
technology
of
you
know,
going
the
meeting
zoom
a
WebEx,
whatever
the
technology
is
I,
don't
pretend
to
know
it
myself.
We
have
set
somewhat
of
a
present
at
least
locally
I'm
sure
that,
as
a
county
will
be
landing
ourselves
to
those
committees
which
are
very
important
to
delivering
services.
A
E
E
A
A
H
He
comes
under
Public,
Health
and,
and
we
had
put
together
a
committee
of
people
that
have
been
asking
for
some
oversight.
What
happened
was
one
of
the
people
as
soon
as
obviously
we
we
decided
that
once
we
finished
that
committee
was
another
committee.
We
met
three
three
times
with
that
committee.
We
came
up
with
a
record
with
the
recommendations
from
that
committee.
We
filed
recommendations
and
we
we
completed
motion
recommendations,
so
that
aren't
hoc
committee
is
now
done
and
they
fall
under
the
jurisdiction
of
Baruchel.
A
A
G
G
In
better
words,
I
did
heard
that,
given
our
current
situation,
the
state
legislature
has
enabled
a
vote-by-mail
for
the
next
foreseeable
elections
with
paid
postage
in
those
mail-in
ballots.
It
was
specifically
noted
in
that
legislation.
She
asked
if
we
were
doing
anything
for
you
know
when
we,
when
we
do
go
back
to
voting
in
our
I'll
call
it
a
normal
sense,
but
who
knows
a
normal
sense
going
forward?
I,
don't
think
we
have
discussed
it
because
it
remained
at
that
point.
G
A
unfunded
mandate
that
had
been
retracted
by
the
state,
so
I
would
say
at
this
point.
I,
don't
know
that
there's
much
conversation
that
we
should
have
until
we
know
what
we're
gonna
do
going
forward
with
elections
and
with
mail-in
ballots,
and
you
know
now
that
they
are
providing
postage
page
envelopes
or
mail-in
ballots.
G
You
know:
will
that
continue
to
be
the
trend
from
the
state
I
think
it's
just
a
little
too
early
at
this
point
with
where
we
are
and
how
things
are
changing
for
for
elections
to
pursue
a
comment
on
that
from
the
county
level
and
that
we
should
wait
and
see
where
what
we're
doing
at
the
state
level.
There.
F
However,
everyone
will
receive
by
mail
in
the
mail
last
person,
whether
you
apply
for
it
or
not,
and
they
will
have
a
self
adjust
envelope
at
this
particular
time
and
her
father
notice.
So
that
came
out
the
other
day
and
a
press
conference
with
the
Secretary
of
State.
We've
got
an
Atlantic
City
issue
and
a
couple
of
other
issues.
They
talked
about
the
primaries.
They
talked
about
school
board
elections,
but
I
know
for
a
fact
that
the
12th
May
12th
election,
very
clear.
F
G
A
C
H
The
question
is:
if
you,
if
you
wait,
the
state
hasn't
up
suppose
they
are
going
to
get
enough
personal
protective
equipment
and
test
kits.
However,
you
know
it's
a
decision
that
we're
going
to
have
to
make
the
executive
has
asked
me
to
put
together
a
committee
which,
which
Klieman
and
I
will
be
discussing
with
the
major
hospitals
in
the
area
to
determine
if
they
want
to
partner
with
us
to
set
up
a
test
site
so
that
that's
what
we
are
right
now
for
all
the
other
programs
that
we
have.
C
Earlier
mr.
Creed
Pope,
again
respectfully
I
compliment
you
on
making
a
move
on
technology.
It's
also
true
that
the
legislation
enabling
this
calls
all
for
the
agenda
to
only
handle
the
minimum
necessary
matters
for
function
if
the
bit,
but
the
budget
deadlines
are
being
extended,
and
at
that
point
the
box,
he
went
out
of
space
for
the
box.
C
A
All
due
respect
to
mr.
Pope
his
opinion
on
this
budget
alone,
we
are
accepting
about
3
million
dollars
worth
of
grants
that
we
would
not
be
otherwise
able
to
get
if
it
wasn't
presented
in
a
timely
matter
and
I.
Don't
think
this
is
such
an
inconvenience
as
everyone
can
participate,
and
we
can
only
get
better
at
this
to
allow
government
to
go
forward
in
this
county.
I'll
remind
everybody
two
hundred
and
seventy
three
or
four
thousand
people
before
the
corona
virus.
A
A
C
C
A
Jerry
said
we
have
no,
we
have
no
mechanism
to
actually,
you
know
see
what
the
increase
would
be
but
say
that
what
what
what
the
coronavirus
has
caused.
Atlantic
City
is
about.
22,000
people
not
working
it's
about
every
business,
that's
allowed
to
stay
open
just
about
staying
open
and
the
hardship
is
I.
Think
very
real.
Here
we
just
got
out
of
the
doldrums
of
being
in
the
top
tier
of
foreclosures
and
Cally's
per
capita
in
the
United
States
of
America
and
I.
Don't
know
what
anybody
else
thinks
I'm.
A
A
H
So
the
FEMA
sites
are
only
going
to
be
in
two
locations
in
New
Jersey
one
is
in
Bergen
County
one
is
in
Holmdel
in
Monmouth
County.
All
other
19
counties
are
technically
on
their
own
working
with
the
state
to
make
those
determinations
in
North
Jersey,
because
there's
been
such
a
rapid
increase
in
the
number
of
positive
tests,
some
of
those
counties
have
opened
up
their
own
sites
and
so
presently
the
county
as
a
group
there
with
no
obviously
we're
going
to
have
conversation.
H
Should
we
open
up
his
site
with
respect
to
the
DMV
Mercer
County,
the
county
executive
they're
one
of
these
today
and
they
he
was
told
he
could
not
use
the
DMV.
It
was
told
to
go,
get
a
a
mall.
Our
Office
of
Emergency
Management
has
identified
Hamilton
Township
as
our
primary
site
and
sure
mall
as
our
secondary
site.
B
G
I
You
know
I,
don't
see
them
having
business
disrupted
by
roadwork
in
front
of
their
own
Thersites
as
they
try
to
reopen
and
recoup
anything
that
they
can.
Is
there
a
way
to
maybe
juggle
some
some
some
projects
to
make
sure
that
doesn't
happen
with
schedule
2
to
make
sure
that
we're
not
impacting
business
any
further.
I
G
G
It's
a
little
bit
of
a
blessing
and
a
curse
at
the
same
time
that
the
bridge
is
closed
down
without
any
traffic,
and
you
know
I'm
wondering
if
that
will
help
the
project.
You
know
move
along
and
get
started
very
quickly,
but
it's
definitely
kind
of
like
I,
said
blessing
and
cursing
in
terms
of
that
project.
G
If
I
may
just
also
mention
you
know,
I
think
I
think.
First
of
all,
you
know
all
of
us
and
all
of
our
staff
for
doing
such
great
things
to
help
get
information
out.
Correct
information
out
accurate
information
out
quell
rumors
and
I
just
want
to
say
thanks
to
everybody,
for
for
helping
to
do
that,
because
there's
certainly
a
lot
out
there,
but
I
also
really
want
to
compliment
Michael
che.
Who
is
the
new
head
at
the
Greater
Atlantic
City
Chamber
of
Commerce
who
started
the
I'm
sure
everybody
has
seen
it
by
now.
G
But
it's
a
it's
really
been
a
great
and
positive
thing
and
I.
Just
really
want
to
complement
the
steps
that
Michael
has
taken
and
and
the
work
that
he's
done
with
with
our
our
entities
as
well
to
kind
of
keep
the
wheels
spinning
as
much
as
we
can
from
the
business
community
side
and
it's
really
great
to
see
and
just
wanted
to
kind
of
like
plug
it
again.
You
know,
put
the
information
out
there
and
support
these
local
businesses
that
are
open.
