If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
You
know
the
public
immunities
act
in
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice
to
this
meeting
of
the
Atlantic
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
was
provided
the
following
manner.
It's
been
published
in
the
press
of
Atlantic
City
and
mailed
to
the
current
daily
journal.
Having
the
Gazette
have
the
news
and
there's
postings
on
the
county
bulletin
boards
in
the
Atlantic
City
office
here
at
Stillwater
in
Northfield
and
county
clerk's
office,
we'll
all
rise
for
note.
We
press.
B
F
A
F
A
A
I
Yeah
chairman,
if
I
may
yeah,
it's
real
to
korzy,
certainly
talk
to
miss
mosey
on
the
white
husband
and
the
way
and
I
want
to
commend
him
and
certainly
by
Marshall,
but
now
say
any
job
they
did
with
assisting
in
the
residence
of
Jeffrey
Thomas.
As
you
know,
the
middle
of
complicity,
it
was
unfortunately
fire
there
and
we
talked
on
the
way
in
he
even
had
to
use
this
person
truck
to
plow
uptown
complex,
to
be
able
to
get
the
residents
into
the
building
and
certainly
commend
you
for
that
way.
A
F
A
J
F
D
J
I
I
J
No
no
brink
of
the
equation
total,
which
it
won't
be
raised
that
much
it
will
be
used
to
meet
the
new
stainless,
exactly
a
big.
We.
Probably
people
have
heard
that
this
thing
is
going
to
go
off
the
white
25
feet
with
clear
and
v
votes.
No,
that's
not!
What's
going
to
happen!
Basically,
what's
there
you'll
see
with
the
new
requirements,
gradients
what
you
see
there
that
went
that
way
and.
I
J
E
A
E
Tina,
yes
for
seniors
Dave;
yes,
it's
Patrick
get
up;
yeah,
yeah,
Wesley,
yes
and
Tamika.
Yes,
14
agreement
with
the
juvenile
justice
Commission
for
operation
of
the
juvenile
detention
program
at
Harper
pills
a
map
not
to
exceed
to
man.
Six
hundred,
seventy
nine
thousand
three
hundred
eighty
two
dollars.
B
I
Elders
by
the
same
question,
if
I
meet
you,
please
dad
I'm
gonna
continue
to
ask
the
same
questions
in
terms
of
where
we
at
with
defense,
free
other
Risley
knives.
You
know,
try
the
tool
what
am
I
feeling
or
meeting
with
unable
to
come.
We
I
think
we
are
three
because
of
the
small
question
they
asked
us
security.
J
J
B
Throwing
Risley,
yes
to
add
to
it
free
water.
Of
course
she
said.
Yes,
we
were
out
there.
We
spent
probably
close
to
an
hour
half
because
there
and
talked
with
the
superintendent
in
Louis
and
normally
even
at
the
Rochelle,
an
extensive
tour
discussion
of
the
facility.
It's
been
there
since
1974,
so
it's
been
there
43
years.
B
The
fence
is
the
first
thing
that
jumps
out
at
you
as
something
that's
needed
and
needed
as
soon
as
possible,
because
once
someone
that
gets
out
the
door
for
kids
there's
nothing
I'm
daddy,
so
the
fence
is
very,
very
important.
They
had
nothing
but
good
things
to
say
about
the
a
Harbor
City
School
District
and
how
they
work
together.
B
Hand-In-Hand
complement
many
compliments
there.
You
know
the
facility
is
important
for
young
offenders,
because
if
we
don't
turn
them
around
there,
you
know
it's
going
to
happen.
We're
going
to
have
another
down
the
road,
so
the
object
is
to
try
to
turn
them
around
straight.
Our
lives
now
facility
is
as
clean,
but
I'll
tell
you.
If
any
kid
was
in
there
more
than
a
few
days,
I
think
that
would
straighten
them
out.
B
Quite
a
bit
because
it's
not
it's
not
a
hotel,
that's
for
sure
the
units
are
clean,
but
it
is
looks
like
a
prison
inside,
but
you
know
I
think
the
staff
is
doing
a
pretty
good
job.
There
we've
looked
at
the
history
there
and
you
know
they
keep
that
separate
from
the
other
part
of
the
facility
when
they
do
some
other
counseling
services
there
and
that's
a
separate
facility
altogether.
B
B
K
A
J
A
J
I
I
thought
we
indicated,
because
we
have
subpoena
power
that
we
would
subpoena
them
bring
an
event.
I,
don't
think
we
like
it.
We
have
made
that
decision
on
who
to
bring
them
in
the
question,
and
so
the
onus
comes
on
us
also
because
we
didn't
follow
through
on
what
we
all
agree
that
we
would
do
in
the
meantime.
That's
the
prompted.
The
three
of
us
is
one
they're
going
to
do
a
tour
and
whoever
else
wanted
to
go
and
leaving
Risley
and
I
went
and
seemed
to
been
very
satisfied.
I
What
we
heard
that
then
necessarily
everything
okey-dokey
but
I,
think
the
progress
is
being
made
to
even
threatened,
not
to
do
the
2.5
million
dollars.
I,
don't
think,
that's
a
good
sign.
However,
we've
got
to
look
at
homes,
though,
because
we
never
did
what
we
had
the
right
to
do
was
the
subpoena
power.
Well,
we
sell
that
or
not
we
have
the
power
to
subpoena.
We
have
not
taken
that
action
yet
so
that's
not
throw
the
baby
out
with
the
bathwater
at
this
time.
Okay,
yes,
and
some
issues
in
the
city
of
a
carver.
I
I
F
J
A
county
buddy,
well,
we
did
was,
is
we
went
to
be
together,
for
example,
Katie
he
never
had
a
silly,
they
always
went
to
Cumberland
carloon
is
looking
to
build
a
new
facility,
and
so
we
were
taking
kids
from
them,
not
many,
and
in
Salem
County
was
originally
going
to
Canada.
There
were
submissions
there,
so
they
asked
whether
or
not
we
by
waiting.
We
then
go
to
Cumberland
County
and
switch
things.
They
can't
go
to
Cumberland
County
they
they're
just.
Could
they
come
to
lane
and
Kevin?
J
Is
do
is
to
get
the
revenue
to
offset
some
of
the
cost.
You
got
to
remember
this
discipline.
We've
had
no
reform
in
the
juvenile
field
for
many
many
years.
It's
called
the
juvenile
detentions
alternative
initiative.
So
for
many
many
years
we
were
putting
kids
out
on
the
street
and
some
kind
of
diversion
program.
So
again
you
know
the
population
is
driving
severely.
We
used
it
averaged
34
kids,
a
day
we
probably
are
averaging
I.
Think
the
last
time
I
said
five
days,
it's
less
than
that
now
anywhere
between
four
and
seven.
J
They-They-They
and
then
additional
supervisors
and
additional
staff
they
would
and
again
you
know
they
really
should
be
explaining
what
happened.
It
was
because
I
had
it
I,
have
it
second
and
third
hands
over,
but
they
did
they
mayonnaise
staff
here
to
cover
your
second
and
third
shifts,
in
particular
third
shift.
D
D
You
CJ,
you
know,
I'm
the
only
parent
been
awake.
River
City
passed
a
resolution
asking
for
its
lumen.
You
know
as
someone
who
was
directly
impacted
in
with
a
whole,
this
school
system,
Galilee
Tajima
close
as
well
that
right
so
students
in
Galilee
Carver
City
both
lost
one
day
as
a
result
and
the
fact
that
Mr
Clarke
said
that
the
administration
there
changed
and
we
were
not
know
one
of
the
county
was
render.
That
happened.
J
This,
how
she
actually,
before
the
mean
I,
can't
I,
haven't
heard
any
new
names
today.
I
just
had
added
that
the
Commissioner
for
Human
Service
I
use
I
use
the
Commission
which
being
in
place,
but
we
just
got
the
official
noted
so
I'm,
assuming
as
as
we
move
through
the
piston
X
several
months,
the
all
the
new
players
will
be
introducing
themselves
I.
J
Know
the
more
jail
if
you
committed
crime
as
a
juvenile
and
then
you
give
your
clerk
what
and
you
you're
considered
a
juvenile
you
turn
eighteen,
nineteen
twenty
you'll
be
housed
in
the
children
facility.
That's
just
that's
just
the
way
they
go
to
the
water,
not
sure
why
they
did
that,
and
we
had
many
discussions
and
our
you
service,
commission.
But
that's
way
too
long
reads:
there
is
an
issue
here,
here's
the
issue
which
doesn't
make
any
sense
to
us,
and
maybe
this
is
one
of
which
the
board
may
want
to
consider
the
the.
J
J
B
F
A
B
L
A
L
A
Know,
if
that's
possible,
of
course,
he
makes
some
good
sense
here.
The
onus
is
on
us.
We
made
a
courtesy
request
today,
ignored
so
I
think
these
two
actions
with
my
colleague
here
have
to
be
insulated.
We've
got
to
enable
this
money,
but
come
right
back
with
a
subpoena
now
and
then
take
action
after
the
dependent
on
how
they
respond
to
a
subpoena.
That's
my
opinion.
A
Anybody
else
didn't
weigh
in
on
it,
but
it
just
seems
like
we're
we're
sort
of
like
in
the
pipe
with
the
funding
or
we
can
stuck
with
the
facility,
and
if
our
reasoning
is
we're
not
going
to
fund
it
because
they
didn't
get
back
to
us.
Well,
that
was
just
to
occur
to
see
whether
now
they
don't
get
back
to
us
to
a
subpoena,
then
I
think
we
have
t3.
You
want
to
go
where
okay,
let's
talk
about
this.
G
A
I
think
I
think
we
can
legally,
you
know,
make
some
steps.
You
know
I
you're,
looking
at
the
Chairman
who's,
not
a
lawyer,
so
but
we
can
ask
what
can
be
looked
to
be
changed
and
we
can
make
our
we
can
make
our
opinion
and
our
feelings
known
very
strongly
so
but
based
upon
you
know
the
visitation
and
everybody
looks
like
it's
great.
What
we
had
asked
or
was
ensure
to
us
that
this
incident
you
know
escape
convicted
felons
from
this
facility
will
never
terrorize
our
County
again
tell
us
to
the
best
of
your
ability.
H
Of
this
you
know
2.6
million
dollars,
I
agreed
with
you
I,
don't
believe
that
should
be
kept
in
good
health
for
them,
because
then
the
responsibility
may
fall
back
on
us
that
we
put
it
on
the
back
burner
for
what
right
exactly
trying
to
get
a
facility
to
solidify
sets
up
in
the
curves
I.
Think
it's
important
for
us,
maybe,
as
you
stated
before,
with
the
contract,
that
the
rest
of
the
board
agrees
I'm,
certainly
in.
M
I
guess
the
it
boils
down
to
whether
were
the
county
is
better
off
with
this
contract
that,
without
and
I
think
Jerry
made
the
point
made
well
that
we
are
better
off
with
it.
Do
not
have
it
if
they
decide
to
pull
up
stakes
and
leave,
then
the
burden
falls
on
tuck
entirely
upon
the
county
and
would
require
I'm
sure
other
requisitions
of
manpower
and
whatever
to
properly
run
that
facility.
M
C
C
If,
while
you're
simply
saying,
is
we're
tabling,
perhaps
as
the
chairman
and
fielder
Corson
mention
about
the
pinna.
That
gives
you
time
to
do.
That
explains
why
you
table
it.
Does
miking
obligate
the
county
taxpayers
for
the
400,000?
If
I
was
understand,
it
correctly,
an
additional
four
hundred
twenty
thousand
of
additional
revenue,
however,
have
you
co
rated
monthly
or
how
that
would
go,
but
would
not
should
not
mean
that
everything
is
immediately
closed
and
therefore
administration
is
trying
to
figure
out
what
to
do
for.
C
N
Me
complicating
24
lists
of
a
circle
means
New,
Jersey,
just
kind
of
not
exactly
on
the
same
vein
of
what
he
was
saying,
but
another
thought
to
add
to
the
litany
of
thoughts
that
there
are
about
this.
Is
it
possible,
in
some
way
to
project
two
months
out
of
what
the
contract
would
be
and
say
we
approve
this
amount
contingent
and
any
further
money
is
contingent
upon
meeting
with
them
and
discussing
whatever
requirements,
the
city
of
megara
city,
usually
that
the
higher
amount
or
thank
you
any
other
comments.
A
My
opinion
here
is:
they
are
taking
place
of
our
council
and
I'm,
going
to
lean
toward
that
and
we're
going
to
ask
for
a
subpoena
of
the
individuals.
They
are
responsible
for
giving
us
an
answer,
and
we
revisit
this.
You
know-
and
you
know
the
next
month
or
so
give
their
new
administration
a
chance
to
respond,
threaten
but
really
stay
on
top
of
it.
F
F
I
I
Because
I
think
we've
gotta
find
out
and
I
could
be
wrong
between
Roger
and
mr.
Ferguson.
It's
determined
who
we
send
subpoenas
to
when
we
want
to
send
a
subpoena,
and
then
that
gets
a
say,
give
us
a
time
frame
when
they
would
like
to
have
them
here.
I
think
we
need
to
set
a
whole
pitch
one
I'd
like
to
discuss
that
new
business
without
a.
A
A
E
K
F
E
Please
professional

agreement
with
Remy,

engineers
to
provide
all
design

and
engineering

necessary
to
secure
local
state
and
federal

for
the

at
key

throughout
the

not
exceed

Four
thousand
nine
hundred
and
twenty
six

and
85

K
J
D
A
There
are
you,
you
are
a
hundred
percent
correct
if
you
just
take
a
look
at
our
engineering
fees
in
this
county
and
our
pool
of
Engineers
a
two
point:
six
million
for
projected
roads,
bridges,
culverts
and
dams.
It'll
make
you
spin
your
head,
but
you
know
it's
a
called
extortion.
Now
it's
called
law.
D
I
A
I
E
J
J
So
here's
the
way
that
works
when
you
use
federal
money.
Thank
you.
Can
you
put
out
your
what
happens?
Is
we
view
the
proposals
as
they
come
in
they're
not
allowed
to
look
at
the
price?
So,
consequently,
what
happens?
Is
you
say
that
in
this
case,
Remington
varenik
was
the
best
proposal
to
make
that
good
estate
estate
diffuse?
It
Steve
looks
at
your
comments
and
other
proposals
they
can
convict.
In
this
case
they
can
curl
with
Remington
garnet.
They
then
open
up
with
the
prices,
so
you
never
see
any
other
price.

L
A
Welcome
to
the
frills
board,
past
nine
years
we've
been
trying
to
have
incentives
like
you
should
give
extra
points
to
local.
You
know
we
should
go
out
and
canvass
the
contractors
like
centum
stuff,
like
that,
our
local
pull
illegal
under
state
bidding
contracts.
So
all
we
can
do
is
get
more
interactive
with
our
portal,
which
is
how
we
do
our
bids
and
somehow
I,
don't
know,
get
some
money
to
just
say:
hey
rope,
lady
County
businesses,
we're
open
for
business.
Why
don't
you
do
business
with
us?
A
Take
a
billboard,
do
something
you
know
I'm
all
for
it,
but
so
far
and
Cathy
Harrington
came
in
here.
The
first
would
choose
the
furniture
a
few
years
ago
gave
us
chapter
and
verse
why
we
can't
do
this.
We
can't
do
that
like
the
killer.
Is
you
have
what
are
called
state
vendors?
So
when
you
want
to
buy
a
desk,
that's
like
four
hundred
dollars.
You
can't
buy
a
desk,
that's
four
hundred
dollars.
You
gotta
buy
one
off
the
state
vendor!
That's
four
thousand
dollars.
I
You
know,
like
you,
said,
$1,300,
a
difference.
The
lowest
responsible
bidder
law
says
no,
in
fact
of
the
matter
is
I,
don't
accept
who
they
are
I'm
like
what
did
you
ever
been
to?
Who
I'm
not
that
I'm
not
saying
this,
what
you
suggested,
but
it's
been
enough
for
these
contractors,
any
Atlanta
County
and
it
should
know
the
process
by
them
to
be
able
to
come
in
what
a
reasonable
bid
to
win
contracts
for
the
county
and
I
would
agree
whether
it's
in
Cape
May,
County,
Ocean
County.
I
More
importantly,
I
think
it's
it's
heartbreaking.
What
we
even
go
out
of
the
state
of
New
Jersey
on
some
bits,
but
they
did
they
win.
We
have
to
wonder
campaign
I.
Think
that
are
you
throwing
up?
We
start
all
over
again.
You
better
have
a
damn
good
reason:
why
do
those
bits
out
so
I
would
agree?
Hamilton
would
be
a
whole
lot
closer
and
no
one
would
be
more
happier
than
Bertino
again
kind
of
tack
that
on
a
habit
and
you
keep
it
on
County
work.
I
A
A
That
don't
mean
we
won't
keep
trying
this
good
idea.
It's
good.
You
know
it's
just
something:
we've
been
living
with
here
to
try
to
figure
out
now
where
it
can
help
is.
If
I'll,
you
correct
me
if
I'm
wrong
mr.
Ferguson,
if
legislation
changes
to
allow
us
to
go
in
competitive
vendors,
instead
of
use
of
what's
on
the
state
list,
now
will
help
us
in
purchasing
that
would
help
everybody's
on
their
cuz.
They
lobbied
themselves
on
their.
A
I
H
No
thank
you.
I
was
just
gonna
ask
Jerry
to
give
a
little
review
because
historical
standpoint
of
some
of
the
programs
that
we've
done
trying
to
get
down
morale,
active,
I'm,
Amy,
we've
asked
that
same
question
and
something
we
discuss
all
the
time.
Why
do
I
have
one
bid
on
a
contract
that
to
us
seems
obvious
there
should
be
multiple
guys,
Jerry
I
think
there
were
a
couple
of
things
that
maybe
we
and
you
hit
on
a
couple
of
money
and
are
it's
discussion
that
you
could
maybe
show.
J
Others
yeah
they
should
not
have
to
all
these
potential
bidders.
If
you
go
on
the
poor
on
the
very,
very
areas
that
you
can
bid
on,
if
you
look
at
the
interview,
the
packages
and
stuff
that
talks
about
resolution,
so
for
this
resolution
had
a
number
of
package
is
open,
so,
as
the
port
11:15
ended
these
and
before
them
we're
gonna
be
fired.
We
did
this.
There
are.
J
Read
you'll
you'll
see
that
there's
thirty
forty
fifty
educated
and
opened
it
now
we
don't
know
who
I
shouldn't
say
that
my
first
thing
means
they
don't
want
to
look
at
who
open
them,
but
the
key
thing
is
saying
they
may
not
have
wanted
to
bid
on
this.
They
didn't
think
that
you
do
that
work,
maybe
maybe
they
maybe
they're
just
a
company
that
wants
to
look
at
the
kinds
of
things
that
we
asked
for.
So
they
really
only
look
at
the
specs.
F
J
You
know
Palma
has
general
meetings
with
potential
contractors
what
we
usually
go
to
contract
the
local
kind.
Is
this
your
your
pencils
a
little
bit?
You
see
what
the
quickie
is
outside
entities.
Do
they
they
will
come
in
fairly
fairly
decent
price?
Would
be
you
see
how
it's
your
locally
there
might
be.
You
can
beat
them
because
they
still
got
all
the
traffic.
J
Well,
we
said
you're
radiating
specifications
I
mean,
for
example,
you
know
if
you're
an
engineering
program
you've
got
you
have
to
be.
You
have
to
be
doing
right
here
if
you're,
a
professional,
let's
put
it
down,
become
professional
architect,
engineer
crazy,
whatever
they
all
have
that
those
certifications
or
licenses
over
that.
H
K
J
Want
it,
don't
don't
want
to
put
themselves
in
a
position
where
how
they
get
paid
by
money
or
treasure
page
pretty
quickly,
but
I
mean
there
are
some
people
that
don't
want
that
money
out
on
the
street
for
a
long
period
of
time.
That's
an
example
right
now,
there's
a
SUP
I
mean
so
this
is
giving
an
example.
There's
a
sub
that's
been
calling
did
any
actually
speak
with
the
sub.
The
sub
says
that
they
they
are
sucked
to
it
to
the
contractor
contractor
submitted
their
begun.
J
Inspect
him
on
the
job
inspector
disagreed
with
the
bill,
which
he
should
have
done.
I
mean
the
inspector
didn't
agree
with
me,
see
how
they
make
that
they
wanted
to
choice.
That's
not
what
they
did.
So
they
said,
there's
no
back
and
said
change
the
bill.
Now
the
subcontractors
got.
You
know
a
lot
of
money
out
on
the
street
saying
what
am
I
gonna
get
thing.
Don't
work
we've
been
in
these
discussions
now,
I'm
always
doing
a
half
weeks
this.
This
gentleman
that
was
Bonnie.
J
Today's
a
bunny
can
tell
you
they
have
a
lot
of
money
on
the
street,
so
I'm
going
to
work
that
then
we're
supposed
to
do
is
now
being
the
wage,
so
they
have
a
lot
of
guys
that
they,
you
know,
but
they're
not
going
to
be
working
for
a
period
of
time
today
you
like
to
have
this
money
so
that
they
might
get
generate
other
types
of
work
out
or
something.
So
those
are
the
kinds
of
things.
D
Jerry
cooper,
wrong,
I
think
another
issue
for
my
unofficial
services
that
a
lot
of
the
smaller
local
businesses-
they
just
don't
feel
there's
it's
worth
them
at
the
time.
Man
go
through
the
whole
process.
They
don't
have
the
personnel
to
dedicate
to
the
governor,
as
of
today,
I
had
a
red
tape.
Commission
in
it
they
kept
the
word
a
letter
correct
trying
to
streamline
yeah.
E
E
A
A
Public
interest
in
us
cancelling
this
meeting
did
you
think
so.
Three
owners,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye,
cancel
that,
and
that
brings
us
to
the
end
of
our
president,
jenny.
The
ladies
and
gentlemen
well
now
take
reports
of
any
committees.
Thrillers
belong
to
from
the
freeholders
to
this
board.
Anybody
wish
to
report
anything
yes,.
K
A
A
M
We
would
have
would
have
to
determine
first
of
all
who
the
who
the
appropriate
person
or
persons
would
be
that
we
think
could
give
information
concerning
the
event
to
allow
the
investigation
we
have
to
then
have
to
have
that
subpoena
drafted
that
subpoena
those
subpoenas.
We
should
be
personally
served
upon
those
individuals,
and
then
you
have
to
hope
that
there's
compliance
with
those
peanuts,
keeping
in
mind
that
this
is
a
subpoena
from
a
county
organization
where
you
work
attempting
to
subpoena.
F
M
M
F
M
Goes
back
to
the
point
that
I
was
making
before
and
I'm
glad
that
the
Board
took
the
advice
of
Jerry
and
myself
and
missed.
Of
course,
these
comments
and
we
formed
with
that
contract
because
the
whole
bat
in
advance
I
think
there's
a
perception
area
that
an
investigatory
process
is
going
to
move
very,
very
quickly
that
it's
just
you
know:
1
2,
3
and
we're
going
to
have
the
people
in
here
question
them
how
the
investigation
completed
I'm,
going
to
suggest
that
that
may
not
be
the
case.
M
G
G
A
H
I
H
Routine,
though,
if
the
request
is
made
by
us
fast,
which
we
originally
asked
for
for
someone
to
come
in
and
answer
the
questions
that
we
had
I
know
they
did
something
as
far
as
the
facility
when
you
absord
the
facility,
the
local
person
is
responsible
and
he
gave
us
some
ideas
of
improvements.
He
wondered.
H
What
we're
looking
for
here
is
for
the
public
to
be
aware
that
we
heard
from
our
constituents
in
a
barber
shop,
some
of
the
other
areas
down
the
way
that
have
upset
I,
think
it's.
This
boards
I
think
it's
the
right
thing
for
this
board
to
do
to
request
that
from
the
state.
Let's
just
see
how
the
state
approaches
that,
if
they
take
that
as
a
server
position
inside
of
one
of
the
Father
we're
coming
to
it,
but
I
still
think
the
requests
need
to
be
made.
Okay,
Jeremy
real.
B
F
A
16
2018
there
mister
for
bacon.
Thank
you
for
the
correspondence
of
December
22nd
regarding
the
Farber
fields,
Detention
Center
in
Egg,
Harbor
City
and
as
the
executive
director
of
juvenile
justice,
Commission
I
endeavoured
to
implement
the
best
practices
in
all
of
our
facilities
to
that
egg.
I
welcome
your
input
rather
than
a
freeholder
meeting
I
believe
that
we
can
have
a
more
meaningful
discussion
of
the
sensitive
and
confidential
matter
raised
in
the
frilled.
A
resolution
is
smaller
forum,
especially
to
play
with
the
pending
investigations.
A
I
invite
you
and
some
of
your
colleagues
to
visit
the
detention
center
and
together
we
can
appropriate
JJC
officials.
We
can
hold
a
confidential
discussion
about
your
concerns
without
compromising
the
integrity
of
the
ongoing
investigations.
Please
contact
my
office
for
a
scheduling,
I,
look
forward
to
it,
Kevin
M
ground
executive
director,
but
that
tells
me
what
chairman.
M
Is
that
they
they
work
with
not
likely
and
they're
all
but
saying
that
they're
not
gonna,
send
people
down
to
a
forum
like
this,
where
they
would
be
in
a
public
session,
be
subject
to
subpoena
power
and
be
questioned
in
an
open
forum.
There
also
is
from
what
I
understand
there
may
be
disciplinary
matters
that
are
implicated
in
this
and
eat.
The
executive
director
does
probably
I
believe,
raise
a
valid
point.
M
They
don't
want
to
compromise
that,
and
there
may
be
criminal
implications
here
also
by
whatever
conduct
took
place
that
that
evening
that
could
implicate
or
interfere
with
criminal
investigation
that
the
Atlantic
County
prosecutor
is
72
to
perform.
So
you
know
I,
you
know,
I,
don't
think,
based
on
that
comment
that
you
just
read
it
slightly,
that
they
are
going
to
be
willing
to
come
down
in
a
public
forum
and
perhaps
a
meeting
would
be
it
would
be
in
order
to
try
to
get
to
the
bottom
of
things.
A
I
F
A
Well,
I'm
going
to
sort
of
I'm
going
to
sort
of
go
this
way.
We
should
get
back
in
touch
with
mr.
Brown
immediately
find
out
when
we
could
send
meeting
set
up
and
it's
gonna
be
asking
the
parameters
of
exclusion
who
he
once
included.
This
is
directed
at
the
free
and
Atlantic
County
Board
Chosen
Freeholders
it'll,
definitely
be
you
know
a
committee
of
representation
of
freeholders
and
then
we'll
see
where
we
go
after
that.
But
at
least
we've
got
a
quick
response.
A
A
L
A
K
There
were
a
number
of
accidents
occurring
at
the
intersection
of
Route
30,
and
so
we
heard
a
lot
from
residents
and
business
owners
around
there.
I
did
raise
my
concern
to
Jerry's
attention.
Jerry
has
been
and
I
believe
our
companion
engineering
department
have
been
in
touch
with
the
state
vot
on
the
matter.
K
It
is
a
concern
and
I
think
they
got
away
Police
Department
if
we
need
any
kind
of
accident
information,
anything
of
that
nature,
I
think
they'd
be
more
than
willing
to
give
it
to
us.
Oh
we
all
we
were
all
I
said
over
as
a
request
was
to
add
an
additional
left
hand
right
away
when
you're
coming
home
from
court
back
together
and
then
painting
the
lectern
mean.

N
Burton
Heather
is
a
wonderful
friend
of
mine
and
I
I'm
sure
the
board
has
already
seen
her
resume
intentions,
but
I
did
just
want
to
talk
about
a
few
pieces
of
her
experience,
for
the
public's
benefit,
at
least
had
there's
been
a
lifelong
activist
and
advocate
with
much
of
a
focus
on
the
importance
of
the
well-being
of
the
environment
and
preserving
protected
lands.
In
the
brief
time,
I've
known
her,
which
has
been
no
more
than
a
year
and
a
half
or
so
I've
seen
her
passion
and
action,
and
it's
really
worthy
of
all.
N
Last
year
she
became
a
Rutgers
environmental
steward
with
her
final
project
merging
two
of
her
biggest
passions,
which
are
art
and
activism.
Her
project
was
called
view
from
the
pipeline.
It
took
photos
at
the
path
of
the
Pinelands
pipeline
and
demonstrated
the
beauty
that
was
at
risk
and
the
ecosystem
that
would
be
disrupted.
Her
project
was
put
up
for
display
last
September
and
riverfront
Renaissance
art
center
in
Milton.
N
On
the
subject
of
the
pilot
of
the
Pinelands
pipeline,
she
was
also
active
in
the
collective
efforts
to
pressure
the
pine
ants
Commission
to
stay
true
to
their
mission
in
preserving
the
pylons,
the
nation's
first
National
Reserve
from
development
that
might
harm
the
fragile
ecosystem,
they're
speaking
at
multiple
meetings.
In
short,
that
her
involvement
in
the
collective
effort
would
not
go
unnoticed.
She
is
passionate
about
this
county,
both
the
environment
and
the
people
the
last
year.
N
She
was
also
very
active
in
food
and
water
launches
effort
to
fight
against
the
risk
of
privatization
of
the
magnet
city's
water
utility.
Privatization
of
such
a
valuable
resource
would
have
not
only
put
the
water
itself
and
the
people
at
risk,
but
also
would
have
put
had
broader
implications
with
the
risk
of
over
over
drawing
water
from
the
aquifer.
N
N
Although
I
know
this
appointment
only
fills
an
unexpired
term
that
terminates
in
the
center
I
know
that
there
could
be
no
person
better
equipped
to
serve
on
a
partisan
environment
Commission
and
give
them
a
breath
of
fresh
air
and
fresh
perspective.
I
assured
you
that
the
impression
she
leaves
will
make
reemployment
in
July
and
kiddo.
Thank
you
for,
and
congratulations
in
Hey.
A
A
I
Couple
of
things,
first
of
all,
as
many
of
these
problems
read
today,
that
this
paper
got
the
ex-governor
Christi
pocket
veto,
the
tax
credits
etc
for
the
yes
and
I
would
certainly
suggest
that
this
more
than
I
made
it
coming
today.
I
would
like
to
bring
resolution
at
the
next
meeting,
urging
all
the
other
miss
apologies
and
would
benefit
from
that
to
support
and
notified
that
Murphy
and
our
state
legislators
that
can
we
certainly
support
it
and
that
we
didn't
understand
and
why
ex
governor
decided
to
pocket
veto
it.
I
However,
he
signed
in
the
law
a
five
billion
dollar
tax
incentive
by
Amazon,
but
they
all
talk
about
pilot
miner,
County
and
Atlantic
City
could
move
in
2018
on
on
and
on,
and
certainly
chris
Christie
has
said
so.
Google
Atlantic
City
goes
to
state,
certainly
at
the
county
and
for
him
to
pocket
veto
that
bill
yesterday
came
out
of
nowhere,
because
I'm
told
from
our
legislators
that
he
had
all
intent
on
sanity.
I
F
I
It's
what
under
the
bridge
at
this
point,
we
need
to
petition
our
legislators
on
senator
and
now
sembly
and
asked
them
to
try
to
put
it
back
on
the
fast
track,
because,
apparently
it
passed,
both
houses.
I
was
waiting
for
the
company
to
sign
off
when
he
chose
not
to
do
it.
So
you
question
his
duality,
let
alone
his
modality
and
then
be
questioned
from
which
come
his
deviation.
When,
apparently
he
given
the
understanding
to
our
legislators
that
he
was
going
to
and
Jill's
not
some
I've
decided
into
law.
I
So
that's
one
resolution
chairman
I
like
to
have
paying
for
the
next
302
meeting.
Okay.
The
second
thing
is
chairman:
I'm
also
want
to
congratulate
and
commend
our
new
governor
and
lieutenant
governor
I
had
the
opportunity
to,
as
you
know,
serve
on
the
transition
team
but,
more
importantly,
had
the
opportunity
to
attend
the
Swain
and
today
our
new
government-
and
it
was
really
interesting
to
see
all
the
living
governors
there
and
even
up
to
12
o'clock.
Governor
Chris
Christie
happy
to
be
in
there
sitting
on
the
front
right
and
it
was.
I
It
was
interesting,
to
say
the
least,
my
job
as
governor
Murphy
has
indicated.
New
Jerseyans
turn
the
page
and
we
as
a
whole
have
to
talk
policies
and
not
politics,
and
then
therefore
we
can
all
come
together
and
try
to
move
forward
for
the
good
of
all
and
I.
Think
governor
Murphy's
message
today
was,
as
he
turned
the
page
for
New
Jersey.
We
turn
the
page
with
them
and
they're
not
going
to
sit
there
and
continue
to
blame
blame
blame.
I
But
how
do
we
move
forward
from
this
point
on
everybody
says
what
landing
city
in
Atlantic
County
2018
is
going
to
be
an
outstanding
here
we
have
to
wait
to
see
even
with
all
the
stuff
that's
coming
online.
You
know
we're
still
in
a
situation
where
the
rate
of
pulls
it
down
and
we're
still
the
highest
foreclosures
in
the
country
and
those
an
issue
that
we
have
to
continue
to
address.
I
I
am
very
excited
about
the
future
for
New
Jersey,
as
well
as
Atlantic
County,
because
lieutenant
governor
Oliver
has
made
it
very
clear
that,
because
she
is
now
in
charge
of
Community,
Affairs
I
mean
BCA.
She
will
have
a
lot
of
sisa
what
happens
in
an
Arab
Atlantic
City,
whether
it
is
in
Atlantic,
City,
particular
in
Atlantic,
and
what
happens
is
we've
got
to
make
sure
we
have
a
seat
at
the
table
because
whatever
decisions
they
make
in
Atlantic
City
is
going
to
affect
the
entire
county,
and
so
it's
not
about
the
teas
and
ours.
I
I
I
Reviewing
the
council
agenda
and
$208,000
unacceptable,
and
so
the
point
is,
is
that
again,
we've
got
to
make
sure
we
have
a
seat
at
the
table
to
discuss
what
happens
in
the
Atlantic
County
as
a
whole,
I
think
under
this
new
administration
we
may
very
well
be
in
this
shape
and
I
can
talk
about
Christie
all
that
I
want
he
problems.
Oh
yeah,
thirteen
point:
five,
you
didn't
get
it
move.
