A
You
can
find
that
the
open
public
meetings
act
of
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
adequate
notice
of
this
meeting,
the
Atlantic
County

provided
in
the
following
manner
published
in
the
press,
Hellenic

and
mailed
to
the
current
daily
journals,
the
Hemington

News
and
has
been
posted
on
bulletin
boards
in
the
county
office,
building
in
Atlantic,

in
North

and
the
county
clerk's
office.
Envious.

So
I
got
a
call
from
Public
Health
telling
me
that
the
dog
had
to
be
quarantined
and
all
that
stuff,
but
the
man
who
was
on
the
other
end
of
the
phone
was
so
nice
and
so
compassionate
and
I.
Don't
think
he
knew
who
I
was
so.
This
is
how
he
talks
to
everybody
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
him
a
public
shout
out
perhaps
trigger
from
public
on
public
health.
He's
a
good
representative
of
our
camp.
C
Ordinance
providing
for
various

the

the

therefore,
and

The

will

A
F
A
G
I'd
certainly
want
to
echo
everything.
Frank
said
this
is
also
combination
with
keeping
counties
can't
run
as
well.
They
have
money
to
oranges
as
well
when
you're
running
a
ring
like
that.
There
are
certain
improvements.
You
just
you
know
you
have
to
do
our
safety
and
exhaust
fans
different
things
that
they're
doing
in
the
roofing
work.
There's
things
that
you
have
to
do
to
stay
modern
facilities,
so
I'm,
very
proud
of
our.
A
H
H
Just
can't
say
enough
about
Medicaid
Community
College
was
planning
to
campus
okay.
We
can't
before
that
we
planned.
It
is
good
to
see
that
the
amount
of
advertisement
that
the
state
of
place
and
continue
to
try
to
induce
enhance
the
enrollment
for
that
College.
When
I
look
at
a
Medicaid,
Community,
College
I
think
about
Community
College,
which
was
get
great
to
merge.
The
relic
I
talk
here,
but
Stockton
did
one
of
ACC
ACC
was
Simeon
anyway,
would
be
as
it
may.
If
you
haven't
gotten
up
to
the
campus,
take
a
shot
and
look
at
it.
H
A
I
A
C
A
A
J
A
C
A
D
A
C
Yeah
Bettina,
yes,
horses,
yesterday's
it's
Patrick!
Yes,
Tamika
your
turn,
yeah
Risley
together,
yes,
212!
We
no
contract
with
satellite
tracking
the
people,
limited
liability
corporation
for
the
division
of
GPS
home
electronic
equipment
and
services
for
the
Atlantic
County
Justice
facility
amount
not
exceed
one
hundred
twenty
one
thousand
six
hundred
and
eighteen
dollars.
C
A
E
E
Because
of
this
increase,
I
think
we
should
revisit
the
difference
in
cost
between
how
to
sheriff's
officers
the
security
at
the
county
facilities
versus
the
private
security
company,
because
the
sheriff's
officer,
as
a
bigger
presence
than
a
security
guard
who
does
not
and
I,
think
there
is
also
a
value
that
can't
be
pleased,
monetarily
or
having
sheriff's
officer
and
in
our
facilities
and
say.
This
is
the
way
to
start
doing
that
and
so
I
think
we
should
either.
A
H
We
indicated
you
could
not
do
it
with
shock
the
hell
out
of
me,
but
that's
a
lot
of
money.
I,
don't
understand
why
you
can't
do
it,
but,
like
you
indicated
distance
and
existing
contracts
that
we
can't
pull
it,
you
can't
you
gotta
continue
we'll
forward
with
it
and
going
forward.
I
think
we
need
to
put
it
on
the
front
burner
for
next.
H
K
Got
the
eighth
place
we
through
some
other
entity,
okay,
I,
don't
think
we
were
allowed
me
enough.
We
defer
for
don't
people
need
County
girl
working
hard
for
industry.
We
would
have
to
go
through
and
like
Micah
shush,
but
but
I
do
I
can
tell
you
this.
The
city
is
hiring
I
believe
in
questions.
There
was
a
number
of
questions
there
getting
the
county,
be
she
will
be
receiving
money.
I,
don't
think
Bonnie
got
the
letter
yet,
but
mr.
K
fedora
cohhd
didn't
meet
with
CID
a
and
we
were
going
to
receive
money
to
train
the
questions
for
Atlantic,
City
and
part
of
those
class.
Do
they're
going
to
be
placed
near
our
building,
so
we
will
I
mean
getting
them
will
be
fantastic
if
they
help
control
the
traffic
in
our
in
our
area.
I
will
also
safety.
We
have
two
individuals
that
you
know
are
armed
and
like
I'm,
you're,
shooting
1333
right
now,
so
one
of
them
spends
part
of
his
day
patrolling
the
outside
the
building.
K
You
know
the
gentleman
inside
the
building,
so
if
they
were
to
get
the
clea
suits
and
they
start
patrolling
the
tourism
district
and
our
building
is
part
of
that,
we
probably
will
be
able
to
reduce
the
contract
in
some
way.
So
I'm
waiting
for
that
I
mean
I
get
David,
that's
that's
a
definitive
we're
getting
the
money.
The
Mike's
told
me
that
there
will
be
an
award
letter
to
come
to
us.
We
are
going
to
be
doing
the
training
and
then
clay
students
will
be
in
and
around
our
bill.
Let.
H
It's
just
amazing
when
you
go
to
the
Atlantic
City,
the
emotional
speak.
To
this,
you
take
a
look
at
Tennessee
and
the
mind
gap.
It
is
the
most
embarrassing
sight
between
that
building,
Gateway
headstone
yeah
and
the
so
called
Renaissance
planning
that
wouldn't
happen
in
no
other.
Damn
temple
Atlantic
City
right
and
it
it's
a
leadership
problem.
It's
a
it's
a
policing
problem,
but
when
you
continue
allowed
the
manpower
to
continue
to
drop
and
it's
not
being
replayed,
this
is
what
you
get
and
then
you
try
to
clean
up
the
mess.
H
Well,
it's
two
three
four
six,
whatever
the
case
may
be,
any
improvement
is
better
than
no
improvement
and
again
that
could
end
and
they
would
juice
this
type
of
outside
contract.
From
one
point
we
made
now
so
I
don't
know,
as
Amy
I
believe
said,
this
is
a
part
of
the
minimum
wage.
That's
why
he
increases
it,
but
I'm
so
happy.
They
shouldn't
sitting
plenty
of
talk
about
armed
guards.
Family
is
weak,
but
I
gotta
get.
E
E
A
A
F
F
F
F
K
K
F
Third
yeah
so
30
times
approximately
30,000
different
year
is
$900,000
increase,
I'm,
not
saying
it's
not
worth
it,
but
you're,
not
looking
at
an
eligible
differential
and
I
agree
that
there's
nothing
that
makes
better
presence
than
you
know,
a
uniformed
officer
that
has
a
you
know
a
weapon
and
I'm,
not
saying
we.
We
don't
try
to
look
at
this
now.
The
glass
twos
in
Atlantic
City,
since
my
nephew
was
one
for
three
years.
They
get
$12
now
I,
don't
know
I'm
saying
they.
F
A
gun
they
are,
they
carrying
class
threes,
no
class
Jews
carry
or
not
yet.
So
that's
the
alternative
that
I
think
we
can
have
if
we
can't
make
the
budgetary
difference
up
950
between
a
$9
an
hour
and
$12
is
$3
an
hour
now
you're
talking
about
something
that
possibly
we
can
work
on,
but
I
think
the
Sheriff's
Department
it
because
of
collective
bargaining.
It's
a
$54,000,
your
position,
whether
you're
standing
here
or
you're,
actually
control.
A
L
K
K
K
That
was
sent
us,
we
were,
we
were.
We
went
because
resupply
the
trains
normally
Mike
Mike
gave
me
the
door
who
came
to
me
and
asked
me:
could?
Could
we
get
an
additional
staff
to
train
all
normally
our
class
there,
20
in
the
academies
or
20,
supposedly
the
original
thing
for
their
landing
teeny
over
to
get
40
class
students?
So
he
said:
can
we
can
we
do
two
classes
at
the
same
time?
I?
Don't
care
I,
think
we're
gonna
have
to
talk
about
the
money.
So
he
was.
He
was
talking
about
chief
white
Mullaney
city.
K
A
A
B
A
C
C
A
B
A
C
A
K
I,
just
one
things
are
footboards
information.
The
we're
meeting
with
these
city
in
Atlantic
City
and
mr.
Johnson
was
there
and
had
diamond,
was
going
through
what
we're
doing
for
this
city
in
the
way
of
Public
Health,
and
she
explained
she
was
going
to
be
doing
this.
This
questionnaire,
he
actually
printed
the
way.
The
questionnaire
until
such
time.
That's
rockers
have
a
chance
there.
He
do
it
and
he
did
that
gave
I
gave
it
to
Rutgers
I
forget
the
young
lady's
name
from
Rutgers,
but
she
called
in
several
conversations.
A

B
A
H
M
Last
resolution
that
you
asked
was
to
appoint
Julie
sharp.
They
lose
the
controller
I
decided
to
put
four
things
over
because
she
now
has
her
state
license,
so
she
would
be
eligible
to
sign
off
on
any
state
budget
documents
financial
documents,
in
my
absence,
if
I
work
should
be
out
for
an
extended
period
of
time,.

of
Atlantic

for
Atlantic

to
pay
the

2019,
which
satisfies
the
county's
provision
of

under
the
consent.
Order

not
to

Fifty
five

three
hundred

A
C
Any
resolution
number
15
adopted
January
18,
2008
and
2019
grant

from
the
new

of

and
Public

kind
match.
Twenty
one
thousand,
seven
hundred
and
thirty
two
dollars.
A
A
A
C
A
I
Yeah
I
just
want
to
make
the
point
that
these
awareness,
months
or
very
important
process
continue
to
bring
awareness
to
things
such
as
sexual
assault
and
other
social
issues
that
we
are
confronted
with.
It
does
help
in
trying
to
overcome
these
types
of
issues
we
put
out
their
information.
One
of
our
resolutions
this
evening
had
to
do
with
the
sexual
assault
response
team,
County,
Prosecutor's
Office,
but
there's
quite
a
bit
out
there.
I
It
affects
everybody,
men,
women,
children,
families
throughout
the
country
and,
as
I
mentioned
before,
its
are
showing
that
getting
this
information
out
there
making
people
aware
of
what
we
have
to
offer
the
survivors,
whether
it's
just
talking
to
people
or
volunteering
or
just
putting
the
information
out
there.
Their
theme
this
year
is:
will
awareness
to
action.
You
know
really.
A
A
N
E
E
E
A
Okay,
great,
thank
you.
Any
other
special
reports
on
the
Commission
on
women
met
last
week
and
one
of
the
things
that
they
have
organized
in
coordination
with
the
County
Commission
on
women
is
an
examination
of
the
relationship
of
viewing
academics
and
human
trafficking
in
Menominee.
Every
major
focus
area
for
the
Commission.
So
there
will
be
a
survivor
speaker,
examine
who
actually
was
trafficked
and
was
able
to
get
out
and
host
of
other
speakers
as
well.
It
is
going
to
take
place
in
Cape,
May
and
I.
Think
it's
we
already
sold
out.
A
O
F
O
With
the
committee
meetings
and
Egg
Harbor
Township,
where
I
live
and
also
my
wife
and
I,
have
a
company
in
Egg
Harbor
Township
we've
been
there
with
running
our
company
for
35
years.
We
employ
about
50
people,
nobody
makes
885.
Nobody
even
makes
tank
I'm,
not
here
to
talk
about
that
or
brag
about
my
company
or
anything
I'm.
Here
your
first,
you
know
just
the
provide
little
support
after
what
I
leave
all
experience
with
the
downwards
file
in
this
area.
In
the
last
few
years,
five
years
at
more
I
commend
what
the
county's
done.
O
I
mean
there
was
a
lot
of
things,
a
lot
of
efforts,
I
pay
close
attention
and
it's
not
an
easy
thing
to
climb
out
of
a
lot
of
it.
You
can
like
free
order,
of
course,
he
said
earlier:
there's
nothing
waiting
to
go
around
for
everybody
yeah.
It
wasn't
just
a
Lake
City
shooting
themselves
in
the
foot,
but
there
was
a
lot
of
competition
popping
up.
There's
20
new
casinos
surrounding
our
state.
So
there's
a
lot
of
things,
but
I
just
want
to
lucky.
O
Once
we
read
the
way
through
the
80s
and
the
90s
and
I
was
great
fortune
I
made
eleven
then
I
have
two
boys
that
grew
up
and
foolishly
got
into
the
business.
They
got
college
degrees
and
Business,
Administration
and
landscape
architecture.
We,
you
know
we're
proud
of
our
company,
but
we're
proud
of
the
area.
But
when
I
look
around
the
area,
there's
there's
just
so
many
white
and
white
in
spots:
it's
not
in
the
city,
it's
everywhere.
O
It's
it's
in
the
neighborhoods
of
a
lot
of
towns,
then,
with
the
press,
just
in
an
article
I
mean
crime,
is
directly
related
to
light
and
overgrown
and
boarded
up
buildings
in
it.
If
you
come
off
the
Parkway
on
Washington
Avenue,
my
god
I
mean
it's.
You
know
piles
of
rusted
up
vehicles,
you
come
off,
the
Parkway
go
south,
go
on
fire
road,
they'll,
pass
Mill
Road
and
those
buildings
right
near
that
nice
gymnastic
place
stops
it
there's,
there's
weeds
this
hiders
trees
falling
on
rooftops
and
boorda.
O
This
is
what
people
say
when
they
get
off
the
parkway.
My
go
away
take
city,
but
it
want
to
go
to
Margate
where
they
get
to
come
from
the
airport.
He
come
down
the
other
part
at
Oulton
Road,
where
you
know
between
from
the
circle
coming
down
there,
it's
just
a
mess
and
I'm
not
expecting
anybody
to
be
an
answer.
What
do
we
do?
Let's
make
the
comment
that
they're
cleaning
up
our
area
is
you
can't
have
a
booming
economy
with
a
dirty
environment
that
just
can't
no
I
mean
yes,
I,
don't
have
anything.
O
Ahead
of
myself
here
but
I
think
it's
it's
a
response
to
this
responsibility.
Is
it's
the
government,
it's
the
civic
organizations
and
businesses,
it's
personal
responsibility,
buddy.
So
the
point
the
finger:
what
do
we
do?
How
do
we
get
people
to?
How
do
we
get
groups?
And
there
are
groups
there?
Are
people
adopt
roads,
some
of
them
do
it
some
of
them.
Don't
there's
the
beautification
thing.
I
think
Jerry
del
Rossi
remembers
that
is
started
years
ago,
which
yeah
my
God
rest
his
soul,
my
brother-in-law,
Michael
Sherman.
O
He
worked
on
that
with
me
for
a
while,
and
then
it
was
a
couple
sites
that
came
along.
We
still
maintain
one
for
Paul
D'amato
and
there's
one
for
Steve
Johnson
and
there's
I.
We
don't
want
in
our
corner
of
our
private
there's,
really
no
other
ones,
but
there's
plenty
of
areas
with
grass
mediums
that
get
to
be
like
this,
where
a
business
may
adopt
it
and
takes
the
pressure
off
the
city
county
workers,
it
dresses,
it
up,
doesn't
have
to
be
sod
and
sprinklers
done.
That'd
be
great.
O
This
needs
to
be
kept,
cut
and
maintained
and
keep
the
trash
up.
It
doesn't
take
an
elaborate
landscape,
design
and
down
to
know
the
road
and
and
who's
going
to
stop
at
this.
At
the
corner,
people
visit
our
towns
and
they
stir
in
a
traffic
light.
Then
I
can
say
hey
that
Island
looks
really
nice,
somebody
cut
it,
but
when
it's
not
done
it's
it's
disgusting
and
people.
When
you
go
away
and
visit
another
town
anywhere,
you
go,
it's
like
buddy
go
back.
Is
this
beautiful
look
at
the
area's
beautiful?
O
It's
not
just
the
grass,
it's
just
it's
clean
and
it's
you
know
and
right
now
it's
more
notice.
The
end
of
the
winter
coming
into
the
spring,
who
really
cleans
up
trash
over
winter?
Doesn't
you
know
it's
not
always
possible,
so
I
think
right
now
is
when
it
really
stands
it
out,
but
I
know.
If
there's
anything
we
can
do
on
our
end,
I
mean
we
would
support
it
in
any
way.
We
can
I
mean
I'm
just
throwing
out
food
for
thought.
If
anybody
wants
to
contemplate
that
over
the
next
couple
weeks.
O
This
is
this
year.
I
think
everybody,
probably
a
great,
is
an
extremely
important
year.
I
mean
we,
we've
had
some
great
news
here.
Last
year,
I
mean
I
felt
like
I
was
coming
back
to
life,
we're
you
know,
we
we,
we
survived
all
the
the
several
years
of
turn
the
economy,
but
if
this
doesn't
work
out
over
the
next
few
years,
we
got
real
problems.
O
So
let
the
people
that
are
coming
down
here
to
check
out
the
new
hard
rock
and
check
out
the
new
Ocean
and
for
God
and
all
the
rest
of
them
to
say
I
want
to
come
back,
I
mean
they
come
down
here
and
they
see
dirt
and
hear
it
up
buildings,
not
the
building's
down
find
the
people
do
whatever
it
takes,
but
these
are.
This
is
where
we
live.
A
O
General
and
I
did
speak
to
more
and
more
I,
don't
know,
I've
never
met
him.
I
spoke
to
him
for
something
else,
and
when
I
discussed
this,
it
was
about
this
time.
Last
year
and
I
mentioned
to
him,
like
you
know,
the
Carter
circle
in
the
grass
and
desire
and
I
did
notice.
I
mean
he
listened
to
me
in
the
we
talked,
and
he
wasn't
just
you
know
just
listening
for
hey,
but
this
stuff
seemed
appeared
to
be
getting
maintained
much
better
in
some
of
those
areas.
F
O
In
medal,
you
know
my
mother
spent
four
years
in
there.
My
mother-in-law
spent
three
or
four
years
in
there
and
the
county
does
an
excellent
job
of
meta
do,
and
here
we
were
doing
around
weekly
through
Christmas
lighting,
a
lot
of
it
and
and
I'm
saying
late
well,
Mike,
my
company's
a
woman-owned
company.
So
my
wife
is
the
CEO
and
I'm
not
gonna.
Take
what
Craig
the
that
she
works
very
hard.
O
Tandem
for
about
three
or
four
years,
somebody
somebody
paid
for
them,
the
decorations
that
we
went
and
sent
a
crew
from
here
up
to
there,
because
we
do
a
lot
up
that
way
in
a
way,
because
that's
where
people
spend
money
on
lights-
and
we
did
that
for
three
years,
I
hear
you
know
it's
nothing.
He
gets
wrong
mcdonald
house,
but
we
can
give
them
all
the
material
back.
Let
them
hire
their
debit,
the
landscaper
local
that
can
donate
for
them.
O
For
the
couple
we
did
it
for
three
years
doesn't
mean
they
have
to
do
it
for
life.
Let's
do
something
local,
let's
do
something.
That's
like
I,
just
talking
to
John
Karr
know
one
day
and
I
said,
give
me
a
veteran's
building,
that's
local
and
we'll
do
that.
He's
really
gonna
do
at
the
meadow
and
that's
how
that
came
about
and
I
said
many
when
it
was.
Thank
you
for
well.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
yeah.
It's
there's!
No
thanks
needed.
You
know
with
with
the
way
that
place
my
mother
was
in
there.
She
was
content.
O
You
know
she
would
rather
be
home,
but
she
couldn't
be,
and
my
mother-in-law
Vegas
said
and
other
people
I
know,
and
just
it's
you
know
it's
right.
We've
have
to
be.
We
have
to
give
something
to
the
community
and
why
drive
all
the
way
they
actually
work?
You
know
they
didn't
say.
Thank
you.
When
we
left
the
Harris
Lee,
you
kind
of
got
mad
about
the
Ronald
McDonald
House,
that's
not
bad,
but
it
often
you
and
they
try
to
try
to
kill
them
on
me.
But
right.
This
is
our
community.
O
This
is
where
the
majority
of
our
work
is
a
matter
of.
You
is
doing
every
Christmas
of
all.
They
I
appreciate
what
you
do
and
I
I
think.
The
most
important
thing
they
say
is
how
important
that
this
coming
season
is
people
start
coming
in
this
month,
the
visitor
landing
city
that
we
need
to
clean
it
up,
and
we
need
to
make
the
town's
figure
out
a
way
to
take
care
of
the
round
areas,
and
you
know
the
again:
the
businesses,
the
different
organizations,
it's
a
it's
an
effort
of
everybody.
Thank
you
very
much
appreciate.
A
L
A
local
code
enforcement
officer
in
the
individual
municipality,
somebody
yeah,
we
all
have
been
governments.
We
were
real
strict
on
enhancing
even
to
the
point
where
I
could
send
landscapers
out.
You
didn't
cut
your
grass
after
World,
War,
II
and
I,
had
it
cut
and
I
charge
on
your
taxes,
so
it
kind
of
gets
down
to
how
much
you
want
to
enforce.
There's
local
ordinances
and
sometimes
up
some
of
the
elec
elected
representatives.
Don't
want
to
listen
everybody
yell!
L
G
D
O
H
Go
to
the
left
almost
and
watch
an
edge
that
power
all
the
dump
trucks
in
all
that
what
obtains
anything
it's
a
county
road
of
success.
In
fact,
we
can
enforce
anything.
I
feel
clean
up
lies
on
their
properties.
There's
something
like
that.
But
let's
talk
about
the
bike
was
fighting
for
attendance
rate
outside
of
Atlantic.
City
goes
great
on
the
city
line
is
the
old
motel
that
was
sitting
there's
a
property
chairman
is
up
for
auction.
They
got
a
court
injunction
deciding
for
tomorrow.
It's
an
eyesore,
no
matter
how
you
look
at
it.
H
Suddenly
he
was
the
man
a
couple
township
lot
of
old
motels
by
there's
something
torn
down
this
stuff.
Why
should
we
be
done
see?
Our
DA
did
step
up
to
the
pretty
very
deeply
on
that
than
demolition,
but
still
a
lot
needs
to
be
done,
but
you
can
actually
write.
This
is
the
time
to
seize.
The
folks
are
coming
in
I'm,
always
reminded
when
I
get
off
the
ferry
and
Louis
Delaware
enroute
to
Ocean
City
Boro.
H
Who
maintain
that
I
have
no
clue
just
coming
from
down
we're
heading
in
Ocean,
City
Brown?
It
is
so
so
people
jogging
the
dogs
and
that
way
the
kids
out,
but
we
look
at
how
the
neighborhoods
not
commitment,
come
along
these
major
highways.
Just
like
that's,
why
anybody
say
sound
charity
suddenly,
back
in
the
day,
I'm
done
back
in
the
day,
inviting
City.
H
Businesses,
organizations
I,
don't
put
this
up
in
the
county
organize
and
you
pick
out
different
sections
of
the
county
and
start
definitely
but
city
started
cutting
in
to
County
Road.
We
cut
I
call
Jerry
every
week,
Jerry
the
Lila
bro
got
a
deep
cut
for
the
circle
to
fire
room
I
mean
he
gets
they
outfit,
but
if
it's
not
in
the
county
right
away,
we
come
in
we
kind
of
restricted
what
we
can
do,
but
we
begin
to
businesses
and
the
property
owners
that
etc.
A
I
Again
now
I
was
just
gonna
say.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
coming
out,
and
you
know
we've
all
said
here,
but
you
know
it
is
it's
number
one
having
individuals
like
me
with
it.
It's
identifying
areas
it's
having
people
throughout
the
community
care
enough
to
make
a
phone
call,
and
you
know
I,
think
every
town
has
people
like
this
that
wouldn't
come
out.
It's
just
identifying.
We
need
this
thing
up
here.
I
We
put
something
together
and
it's
a
great
great
idea-
and
you
know
always
has
to
you-
know,
come
to
the
top
and
have
people
you
know
start
to
spearhead
these
things
because
I
know
Somers
Point
a
lot
of
towns
having
update
certain
highways
they're,
you
know
it's
the
caring
and
there's,
usually
somebody
within
state
or
economic
development
or
some
some
type
of
committee
that
can
help
with
this.
So
that's
our
responsibility
as
well.
As
we
see
things
as
you
see
things,
you
know
we
just
bring
them
to
somebody's
attention
whose
responsibility
is
tonight
am.
O
I
too
late
to
say
good
I'm,
just
gonna
say
like
the
ACA
is
very
helpful
in
this,
and
that
would
be
the
spot.
I
would
start
with
because
they
have
you
know.
Facebook
pages
with
they've
got
one
called
the
land
county
obliterators,
but
it's
spelled
like
litter
obliterators
and
they
people
send
in
a
picture,
and
this
needs
to
be
cleaned
up
and
they
will
notify
the
town
and
they
go
out
clean
up
and
one
of
the
things
that
seems
to
be
the
biggest
problem
and
it's
sad
to
say.
O
But
it's
where
you
collect
the
clothing,
the
boxes
there
dumps
they're,
not
they're,
not
in
fact
those
companies
for
long
haul.
They
sell
that
by
the
pound.
It's
not
really
a
donation,
but
there's
couches,
so
I
sent
a
picture
in.
It
was
at
the
corner.
Steel,
middle
road
in
front
of
an
old
bar,
that's
been
closed
by
on
another
blighted
spot,
but
there
was
couches
and
chairs.
I
said
the
picture
in
the
next
day
was
cleaned
up
the
day.
After
that
there
was
more
tables
and
couches.
O
You
know,
and
I
saw
one
today
somewhere
else
tonight-
sorry
just
here,
but
it
was-
was
rigged,
a
middle
of
another
town.
That
same
thing,
I
mean
those
boxes
are
not
good
for
the
towns,
but
I
think
the
way
any
County,
Fillies
Authority
Toby
I
mean
TV
Guide.
It
can
get
something
kick-started
you
see.
Rda
would
actually
put
some
money
into
it
and
try
to
get
a
committee
or
something
like
I'm,
not
here,
to
draw
up
a
drum
up.
Business
I
just
want
to
make
that
really
clear.
O
I'm,
not
looking
for
that
blank
City
clubs
no
place
like
that
have
called
us
in
the
past,
say:
hey,
we
got
these
15
properties.
Can
you
mow
them
and
do
it
and
we
send
a
bill
and
we
thought
we
did
it
and
we
know
that
we
still
do
it
and
they
call
us
and
the
towns
that
you
would
think
aren't
doing.
It
are
the
ones
that
are
enforcing
it
and
the
ones
that
should
be
doing
the
ones
that
just
I
don't
know.
O
K
Dory
for
clean
communities
right,
you
have
a
road
I
know
week
week
or
written
any
time
to
particular
West
End
Avenue
from
that
food
at
foods
who
are
there?
They
we
can't
get
them
to
keep
their
their
trash
in
clothes,
I
mean
they
have
to
they'd
sadness,
don't
you
say,
don't
close
them
and
so
what
happens?
It
all
blows
across
the
road.
So
what
you
say
on
what
would
be
the
west
side?
These
are
all
of
their
trench,
stuff
stuck
in
and
read
yeah,
so
Rick
goes
out
there.
He
has
a
clue.
J
Two
things
Steve:
is
that
good
for
you
that's
what
we
do
with
our
sustainable
down.
Beach
teams.
We
do
cleaning
up
and
we
point
things
out
that
nur
is
receiving
quartz
from
the
MUA
and
we
we
have
a
big
cleanup,
that's
coming
up
and
one
of
the
sites
we
we
wanted
to
do
what's
behind
on
Wellington
Avenue,
behind
the
stores
over
there
on
that
shopping,
mall
on
the
mile
stretch
and
I
took
pictures
out
there,
and
when
the
city
of
that
I
saw
the
pictures
they
cited
them,
they
didn't
know
it
was
bad.
J
So
I
think
the
first
thing
to
do
is
to
site
not
let
the
city
know,
and
then
they
went
out
and
they
cited
the
complex
and
then
they
sent
a
cleanup
team
and
they
did
so
now.
We
have
another
area
to
clean
yeah,
but
I
wanted
to
talk
when
I'm
I
didn't
mention
something
about
the
women's
abuse
sexual
assault.
Team
I
had
no
idea
how
prevalent
it
is
until
I
said,
join
grand
jury
and
I,
the
biggest
cases
were
drugs.
J
The
next
amount
of
cases
were
were
sexual
assaults,
and
I
was
the
lone
male
with
a
bunch
of
women
on
the
church.
I
was
afraid
no
I
had
no
could
I
had
no
clue.
I
was
like
I
thought
so
like
that
would
never
even
enter
my
name
and
so
guys.
Like
me,
men
like
men,
and
hopefully
all
of
us,
aren't
really
aware
so
I
think
that
is
a
powerful
thing.
That
needs
to
be
done
to
make
us
aware,
because
I
wasn't
aware:
I
was
on
jury
duty.
