H
Well,
we,
what
we
normally
do
is
when,
once
you
guys
this
playing
the
form,
you'll
come
up
with
the
list
of
names
and
who
you
know,
we
have
a
diverse
group
of
people
that
we
have
on
it.
In
particular,
we
have
the
Superintendent
of
Education.
We
have
some
life
on
bass,
Bank
Alliance.
We
have
some
body.
H
H
And
totally
so,
we
have
no
joke
there.
We
generally
no
know
the
regional
manager.
There
was
a
regional
director
that
we,
you
have
to
mean,
that's
the
only
that
we
work
with
one
day
when
they
say
they're
done,
and
then
they
dismantle
their
officers
and
everything.
That's
when
you
are
hitting
the
community
no
longer
right.
H
A
E
H
A
Thank
you
so
much
and
I
think
it
has
just
noted.
We
did
get
a
presentation
by
the
census
group
at
the
mayor's
Association
meeting
last
month,
very
good
presentation
and
there
are
a
lot
of
jobs,
really
good
paying
jobs
available
through
the
census.
Almost
made
me
want
to
take
a
little
leave
of
absence,
I'm
going
to
think
of
census
job,
but
it's
really
good
stuff.
A
I
Name,
it
goes
for
the
record
like
Jessie
Connor
thank

Clark's,
landing

Republic,
New,
Jersey
I'm,
a
co-leader
of
the
event,
County
legitimate
voters,
and
we
were
contacted
a
week
or
so
ago
by
Peter
Chan.
Who
is
the
counsel
for
the
advocates
of
children
in
New,
Jersey
and
the
reason
he
contacted
with
us
he's
been
working
with
cities
in
North,
Jersey
and
Central
Jersey,
which
you
get
complete
company
started,
and
he
realized
that
southern
New
Jersey
hadn't
begun
that
process.
I
Yet
so,
in
talking
with
him,
he
advised
us
of
where
the
heart
count
areas
were
Pleasantville
Galloway,
Atlantic
City,
so
we
just
recently
reached
out
to
the
leaders
of
those
communities
advocating
forgetting
occurred.
Think
the
countenance
started
so
I'm
really
pleased
about
the
resolution
before
us
and
I
would
only
would
be
very
much
to
support
in
a
very
diverse
group
of
people.
I
One
of
the
things
that
Peter
Chernin
said
was
that
you
need
people
from
various
backgrounds
in
the
community
who
can
strategize
exactly
how
to
reach
those
parts
of
parenting
areas,
and
he
also
offered
his
services
for
trainings.
And
you
know
the
state
did
three
trainings
and
they
did
the
sector's
and
wasn't
well.
You
were
training
down
here
or
I,
don't
know
or
that
children's
advocates
that
because
see
if
their
children.
I
Sorry,
my.
I
I
J
I
did
actually
have
a
conversation
with
wrecking
ball
in
Galloway
I
mean
I
was
going
for
that
long.
Everyone
else
mentioned
their
lives,
but
he
did
send
me
the
letters
that
he
received.
I
guess
he
had
a
couple
wasn't
exactly
sure
white
Galilee's
mentioned,
but
I
was
going
to
pass
that
along
and
make
sure
that
everyone
was
able
to
work
together
longer
as
well
and
I
updated
him
with
some
of
the
information
that
I
had
about
today's
I.
Don't.
J
I
A
In
need
of
someone
so
3/4
basis
the
district
bring
over
there
and,
of
course
he
is
in
you
meant
just
show,
if
you
just
send
to
all
of
us
that
way,
we
can
all
help
to
concentrate
on
those
particular
areas
that
you
mentioned
as
well.
To
make
sure,
and
of
course
you
know,
I
think
our
goal
is
to
make
sure
that
the
committee
is
diverse
representation
of
what
our
County
looks
like
so.
A
D
I
C
F
A
C
D
A
A
C
F
Resolution
you
know,
Amanda
County
led
the
charge
in
terms
of
the
house.
What
was
in
the
country
I
think
we
now
probably
subject
number
two.
The
tears
in
May
is
still
a
high
number
of
foreclosures
and
I
think
what
we
collectively
should
be
doing
is
getting
the
word
out
to
the
constituent
base
and
all
the
miss
apologies
to.
F
Let
them
know
that
there
is
an
avenue
and
they'll
be
able
to
go
down
and
try
to
help
to
get
help
to
one
not
googley
home
to
foreclosures,
and
I
think,
what's
happening
is
that
people
get
matters
out
in
the
mail
saying
that
they
are
now
their
pool.
Luckily,
some
of
them
to
Stevie
Holmes
doesn't
fight.
F
Well,
they
just
never
returned
or
folks
at
this
Lawson,
because
the
comedy
dropped
and
they
got
scared.
And
this
from
homeownership
to
rent
us
but
I
think
this
program
that
the
state
has
put
in
place.
We
need
to
give
it
give
that
information
out
to
our
constituent
base
across
the
county
and
the
purpose
of
bringing
this
resolution
was
to
ask
all
of
our
miss
analogies.
F
That
did
that
very
best
to
make
sure
that
this
information
is
given
some
kind
of
weight
on
their
websites
or,
however,
they
feel
fit
to
to
get
it
out
to
people
guy
hit
you
today,
but
it
could
hit
you
tomorrow,
but
there's
an
avenue
to
go
down.
I
think
it's
this
legislation,
we
look
at
nine
bills,
that's
a
lot
of
stuff
to
try
to
take
in
and
then
nine
bills,
and
let
me
just
share
Kent
a
cottage
and
I'll
stay
of
signing
them
for
getting
the
necessary
information
to
put
this
resolution
together.
F
That's
a
lot
of
information.
We
went
by
with
the
bill
numbers
work,
I'll
pose
a
chunk
tape
outline
different
pillows.
Today
it's
on
the
website,
I'm
pretty
sure
Jerry,
maybe
came
through
Jerry.
Maybe
we
can
get
it
up
on
the
county
website
where
these
folks,
in
going
in
time,
that
necessarily
that
particular
bill.
A
K
F
H
L
Just
gonna
say
that
it's
real,
of
course,
you
pointed
out,
unfortunately,
named
County
became
expert
at
foreclosures
here
from
2011,
for
2017
and
by
statute.
It
is
a
function
of
the
Sheriff's
Department
and
the
president
sheriff
and
the
previous
sheriff
had
a
daunting
task
of
executing
the
foreclosures
and
setting
up
the
court
hearings
and
some
of
the
appeals
so
I
think
in
line
with
your
resolution.
We
should
definitely
reach
out
to
the
sheriff's
department,
who
already
has
a
modality
of
distribution
to
the
municipalities.
L
And
the
second
thing
is
that
previously
the
Atlantic
County
improvement
authority
from
about
1991
until
2014
or
15,
mostly
operated
as
a
housing
assistance,
farm
of
Atlantic,
County
government
and
today,
at
their
board
meeting,
they
talked
about
a
1.2
million
dollar
CB
DG
funding,
which
we
got
and
an
additional
six
hundred.
Seventy
thousand
dollars
in
home
partnership
initiatives,
which
means
that
they
assist
homeowners.
L
For
if
you
are
on
the
threshold
and
you
don't
have
down
payment
money
and
you
don't
have
closing
money
up
to
thirty
thousand-
was
afforded
to
people
buying
homes
under
certain
economic
conditions.
So
possibly-
and
this
is
only
a
suggestion-
as
we
look
to
the
governor's
new
awareness
of
Rights-
the
people
are
being
foreclosed
upon.
Maybe
we
could
also
be
in
touch
with
John
at
the
ACI
a
and
see
if
that
can
be
a
way
to
ward
off.
You
know,
foreclosures
that
are
running
the
bubble.
I.
H
Just
wanted
to
say
that
when
the
foreclosures
first
started,
the
was
a
group
from
Florida
came
up
to
make
a
presentation.
We
was
a
committee
put
together
a
bad
judge.
Sanson
was
one
of
the
people
and
the
president
of
the
real
estate
association
and
the
sharp
whatever
eyes
when,
anyway,
there
is
a
group
call
I.
Believe
this
community
companions,
under
under
the
jurisdiction
of
the
ACI,
a
each
town,
had
an
opportunity
to
register
with
community
companions.
H
Community
manganese
went
to
each
municipality
found
out
the
homes
that
were
foreclosed,
and
now
they
have
the
names
of
all
the
entities
that
that
now
hold
the
ownership
of
those
properties,
and
so,
for
example,
with
you
I'm
just
using
I'll
use
myself.
So
the
house
across
from
I,
was
dating
for
seven
years.
You
could
not
see
the
chain-link
fence,
because
the
graph
is
above
the
chain-link
fence
and
we
talked
to
the
neighbor
who's.
Now
our
assembly
person
and
we
estimate-
is
there
anything
you
can
do
prior
to.
F
H
He
I
can
be
very
honest
with
you.
He
would
call
whomever
if
you
call
it
and
get
that
thick
ranch
cut.
Now
you
call
a
CI
a
a
CI
I
will
call
the
owner
that
property
and
get
them
that
they
come
out
with
the
very
next
day.
I
couldn't
date
that
really
works,
and
they
they
will
tell
each
of
the
towns
that
number
one
they
get.
H
They
get
payment
if
you
join
in
diminished
value,
even
if
a
mcreech
property
that
that's
under
under
to
these
community
companions
and
then
the
a
CIA
makes
money
as
well
so
I'm
just
telling
you
that
that
is
going
on
to
me,
I'm
somebody,
you
know
in
your
family's
not
day
care
of
your
properties.
Maybe
you
call
John
John,
will
visit
support,
close
property
gentleman
to
make
sure
that
that
property
is
maintained.
A
After
the
three
word
association
meeting
last
night
in
forked
river,
very
next
meeting,
Sheriff's
Department,
there
actually
gave
really
great
presentation
on
some
things
that
they're
doing
and
the
tactical
closures
came
up
with
them.
They
actually
have
like
an
app
that
they
they
use
now
and
something's
gonna
piss
on
to
the
sheriff,
but
a
lot
of
really
good
information.
That's
always
shared
there,
something's
coming
down
from
Johnson
audio
and.
A
L
A
B
Lo
and
behold,
the
bill
85
46,
was
at
the
Appropriations
Committee
yesterday
in
Trenton,
which
I
testified
there,
and
also
it
is
scheduled
for
a
floor
vote
on
Thursday.
So,
quite
frankly,
I
feel
that
we've
been
betrayer
betrayal.
Here
he
was
going
to
come
back
to
us
as
a
faulty
board.
He
was
going
to
bring
this
before
the
mayor's
Association,
but
he's
decided
not
to
do
that
and
go
forward
with
the
full
floor.
Vote
in
the
assembly
on
Thursday
I
am
totally
opposed
to
it.
The
simple.
I
B
That
we
don't
know
what
the
cost
will
be
to
a
bank
account
based
on
factors
from
Gloucester
County
with
their
110,000
line
items.
They
have
19
full-time
employees.
We
have
a
hundred
and
fifty
six
thousand
employees
lineups,
so
even
need
27,
full-time
employees
plus
at
least
three
full-time
attorneys
for
tax
court
purposes
and
appeals.
So
now
we're
looking
at
staff
of
30
people
that
we
would
have
to
employ
using
Worcester
County
numbers.
B
This
bill
talks
about
the
state
of
New
Jersey,
paying
up
front
with
no
no
dedicated
pot
of
money
whatsoever
paying
for
the
initial
cost
to
run
this
program
to
do
the
revaluation
that
would
direct
with
Meg
wall
23
cities
at
a
hundred
percent.
This
evaluation,
after
that
the
county,
would
be
on
its
own
and
I'm
more
concerned
about
the
cost
of
succeeding
years
that
I
had
the
initial
cost.
The
bill
only
provides
and
talks
about
again.
I
say
this:
not
a
substantiated
aligned,
account
or
particular
pot
of
money.
I
A
I
did
reach
out
to
Assemblyman
Maggio.
If
there
I
had
learned
it
was
coming
to
appropriations
asking
what
was
going
on.
He
said
he
was
just
trying
to
keep
momentum.
I
was
under
the
understanding
that,
even
though
from
new
appropriations
that
it
would
not
be
going
to
evoke
anytime
soon,
but
here
it
is
on
Thursday,
so
I'm
very
much
confused.
J
B
J
I
mean
it
was
I
mean
not
every
townhouse,
obsesses
kind
of
where
it
was
going
in
it.
It's
most
likely
that
no
one
will
see
a
reduction
in
their
it's
activity.
If
the
goal
of
this
is
to
become
a
shared
service,
where
you
know
the
county
tax
rate
make
it
a
lot
less
trees
result
of
adding
all
these
employees
and
taking
on
this
service,
the
municipal
budget
should
be
reduced.
You
know
according
to
what
it
costs
them
to
run.
That
operation
I
mean.
B
D
A
L
L
This
particular
bill
just
goes
to
the
heart
of
unfunded
mandates
by
the
state
we
have
been
suffering
here,
although
the
taxpayers
may
not
be
aware
of
it.
Bill
reform
had
a
good
reason.
It's
cost
us
number,
seven
hundred
thousand
dollars
a
year
for
the
last
three
years.
It's
2.1
million
the
pilot
program.
You
know
almost
have
a
40
million
dollar
negative
to
the
county
taxpayers.
You
know,
regardless
of
the
merits.
Each
one
of
these
bills
have
merits
I'm,
not
saying
the
countywide
assessment.
L
Doesn't
that
merit,
but
it's
gotta
stop
where
we
sit
back
and
take
legislation
that,
in
the
bill
happening,
does
not
identify
any
line
of
them
of
support
from
the
state
of
New
Jersey
and
then
doesn't
even
have
the
good
sense
of
doing
the
background
on
the
estimated
cost
and
as
far
as
not
know
what
cost
goes
we've
been.
We
have
been
discussing
it
for
four
years.
L
We
only
have
one
comparison,
and
that
is
that
if
there
are
110,000
line
items,
that's
line
items
of
property,
whether
there
are
lots,
houses,
buildings
that
are
going
to
be
taxed,
they
all
have
to
be
scrutinized
by
Assessors.
If
you
just
do
simple
math,
if
there's
19
and
110,000,
you
can
use
your
calculator
on
your
phone,
it's
27
with
156
thousand
our
estimates
a
couple
years
ago
were
the
startup
could
have
been
anywhere
between
two
and
four
million
dollars
and
purposed
four
years
ago.
Pushing
this
estimate
was
that
the
towns
were
not
at
100%.
L
Now
they
are
all
sitting
around
94
to
97
percent.
So
that
benefit
that
we
would
have
it's
the
you
know.
The
horses
are
already
out
of
the
barn
we
got
to
where
we
have
to
be,
and
I
just
think
that
in
the
first
three
years,
according
to
the
bill,
we
have
the
initial
startup
of
two
million
dollars
the
carry,
which
is
going
to
be
way
higher
than
the
plan
that
we
proposed
headed
up
by
John,
which
was
about
three
hundred
fifty
thousand
here.
L
A
K
My
question
is,
and
I
can't
remember
the
time
crank.
Last
night
we
discussed
us
here,
somebody
here
may
remember:
we
send
it
to
committee,
we
done
what
you're
discussing
so
we
sent
it
to
committee.
You
had
the
meeting,
not
sure
exactly
when
was
the
meaning
of
seven
minutes.
April
9th.
Was
there
a
time
frame
set
to
you
know
before
you
would
go,
I
mean.
K
F
Let
me
I,
wouldn't
even
miss
if
I
didn't,
say,
I
kind
of
agree
with
not
all
the
transit,
because
we
did
me
and
I've
had
this
conversation
with
Assemblyman,
mascot
and
I
notice
on
to
the
appropriation
committee,
because
you
know
the
fact
to
let
me
know
and
I
called
him,
and
he
indicated
it
was
the
appropriation
committee
that
would
at
some
point
again
to
set
funding
in
place.
But
I
was
not
a
way
of.
F
F
F
An
appointment
it's
a
month
later
and
not
no
correspondence
on
either
side
of
the
album
correct
conversation
was
I.
Think
it
was
incumbent
upon
us
to
make
sure
we
got
an
information
that
we
said
body
maybe
did
but
be
as
it
may
and
again,
when
I
talk
to
do
something.
Many
cities
won't
appropriation
committee,
as
you
guys
want
us
to
testify.
Was
yesterday,
but
I
saw
the
way
that
was
heading
to
the
pool
assembly.
F
I
was
under
the
impression
that
it
was
going
to
go
there
the
discussion
purposes
and
to
talk
about
funny
now
saying
that
my
same
carbon
is
always
there
I
think
I
would
agree.
Something
has
to
happen
on
this
national
one
and
I've
gone.
Most
of
us
doesn't
know
what
is
the
plan
exactly?
Who
did
what
we
really
don't?
We
picked
this
plan
over
that
plan
and
talked
about
this.
Don't
work
if
that
do
work
and
we
some
pointing
offenders,
the
deeds
that
are
as
hired
to
have
anyone
play
at
the
end
of
the
day.
A
F
A
F
F
You
don't
need
kids
or
the
constant
do
that
separate
yeah.
We
agree
on
that.
So
again,
if
we
son
has
happen
system
I,
don't
know
what
saying
all
of
that
we
still
should
have
provided
any
information
and
we
did
but
I
think
on
the
flip
side.
I
think
the
assemblyman's
office
should
have
at
some
point,
there's
some
type
of
go
back
and
forth.
So
again,
it's
setting
up
the
laser
blow
around
I'm,
not
gonna,
support
the
resolution
because
I
think
there's
a
rush
to
judgment
on
both
sides.
F
B
If
we
don't
make
an
attempt
to
stop
this
legislation
now
it
will
become
law
and
we'll
get
stuck
with
it.
County
taxpayers
and
I
won't
be
turning
back
when
it
goes
to
a
full
vote.
It
goes
to
the
state
Senate.
You
know
private
rubber
stamp
there
and
go
to
the
governor's
desk
under
private
law.
So
this
is
a
very,
very
serious
matter,
but
he
agreed
with
what
plan
or
whatever
you
want
to
whatever
happen.
Do
you
want
to
do
now
right
now?
The
emergency
is
we
need
to
stop
this
action.
B
F
Job
confused
because
five
and
the
five
of
y'all
vote
for
Devin
does
not
stop
the
bill
to
go,
for
it
is
just
a
resolution
series
you
don't
support
it,
get
to
stop
it
and
let
me
be
very
clear
whether
it
is
rushed
through
the
government
side
of
the
denied.
This
has
not
been
different
than
Chris.
Christie
was
rushing
everything
doing
all
y'all
sanctioning
whatever
it
was
a
bit.
So
don't
act
like
it's
at
one
side
of
y'all
I'm
agreeing
what
you
did.
I
was
under
the
question
with
some
people
in
the
appropriation
committee,
but.
D
F
Say
because
father
you
gonna
vote
just
opposed
to
it,
it's
gonna
stop
the
bill,
but
that's
not
gonna
happen.
I
would
hope
that
somebody
Manziel
would
reconsider
and
then
pulls
it
temporarily
until
one
he
gets
the
information
from
us
and
and
to
that
he
should
have
came
back
to
the
commitment.
I
agree.
We
all
agree
that
we
will
continue
to
have
the
dialogue
before
anything
took
place
that
we
all
agree
to
right.
F
Amy
Frank
earnest
in
my
butt,
but
we
should
have
stayed
the
course
and
coming
back
REE
convenient
and
to
talk
about
when
you
go
from
that
first
meeting
and
nobody
reached
out
on
how
you
decide
they
follow
it
up.
So
I
would
certainly
say
I
wish
that
our
Assemblyman
would
have
all
his
officers
reached
out
and
reconvened
another
meeting,
all
these
floors
up
to
date.
What
was
going
forward.
F
D
F
Their
support
resolution
for
that,
but
I'm
not
supporting
the
resolution
to
say
that
I
manically
opposed
to
what
they
doing.
How
supportive
resolution
urging
our
seventy
men
on
the
short
end
to
attempt,
put
a
hold
of
the
resolution,
because
I
think
he
owes
it
to
us
we
over
to
him
and
at
the
end,
if
they
will
it's
a
tax
base.
And
so
what
happens
is
we've
all
agreed
that
we
would
reconvene
as
much
as
this
argument
has
been
around
I?
Think
it's.
A
A
A
B
L
A
J
J
If
you
only
paid
within
a
fifty
one
percent
certainty
that
we're
going
to
receive
any
funding
for
the
state,
so
ever
I
mean
that
you
know
the
marijuana.
Taxes
is
dead
of
the
yield.
America
sex
millionaires
tax
is
being
debated,
their
2007
path
to
progress
bills
to
be
debated,
I
mean
where's.
Elena
County
gonna
fall
in
the
line
to
hold
this
discussion
about
how
we're
gonna
pay
for
everything
that
accorded
everyone.
We
can't
pay
for
and.
J
J
A
M
A
M
Okay,
all
right
so
the
gist
of
it
as
I
understand
it
is
as
close
as
I
can
get
to
it.
Disappointing
time
is
that
you're
requesting
destroyed
you're,
not
demanding
you're,
not
doing
anything
like
that,
you're
requesting
that
something
DiMaggio
the
General
Assembly
table
or
hold
a
5626
from
any
further
action
until
such
time
as
the
cause
can
be
ascertained
and
discussion
with
the
Kenny
white
text.

F
A
Wanted
to
mention
any
basic
you
me
track,
but
our
arena,
football
team,
League
AC
Blackjacks,
won
the
game
last
weekend.
They
are
home
again
this
weekend
and
the
following.
It's
a
really
great
program.
If
you
haven't
been
yet,
we
definitely
encourage
you
to
go
to
great
family
environment.
It's
really
awesome
and
the
players
are
phenomenal
in
that
comes
so
definitely
go
check
that
a
CCC
commencement
is
on
Thursday.
So
let's
congratulate.
A
A
A
But
the
community
has
responded
very
well
in
terms
of
getting
out
there
to
clean
it,
disinfect
it
and
just
really
come
together
and
bring
strength
back
to
the
family
as
in
a
very
hard
time
for
them
going
through
this.
Anybody
caught
Christians
father
mark
caught
them
on
the
news
recently.
He
didn't
receive
an
apology
from
the
two
gentlemen
and
he
did
accept
that
apology,
and
you
know
he
said
that's
what
Christian
would
have
wanted
from
him
and
it's
just
a
I
think
it's
a
testament
to
the
community
coming
together
and
I.
A
Just
hope
that
we
can
use
this
as
an
opportunity
to
number
once
and
bring
some
awareness
to
childhood
cancer
and
what
the
families
go
through.
While
they're
battling
it,
and
you
know,
I
hope
that
we
could
also
use
it
as
a
positive
experience.
I
know
some
people
were
penalizing
the
führer's
of
the
two
gentlemen
who
were.
A
The
community
will
be
coming
together
on
Thursday
night,
with
a
little
bubble,
Brigade
to
bring
some
bubbles
and
some
fun
and
light
back
to
the
Memorial
and
the
park
into
Christians
memory.
And
so
he
says
that
you
keep
their
family
in
your
thoughts
and
your
prayers
and
again,
let's
turn
this
into
a
positive,
bring
awareness
and
do
good
things
with
it,
rather
than
giving
giving
way
to
the
negative.
K
A
Anyway,
so
just
wanted
to
make
comment
on
that,
because
Elena
County
has
been
on
the
news
a
lot
because
of
that
and
I
just
hope.
It's
all
now
for
the
good
rather
than
for
the
bed
and
just.
I
A
D
J
B
J
Thank
you
for
that,
and
it's
been
ongoing
for
the
last
couple
weeks,
but
it's
you
know
it
was
a
mess
and
I'm
just
thankful
that
they're
able
to
address
that
assist
with
horse
pots
until
the
resurfacing
takes
place
in
the
fall.
Thank
you
again.
Thank
you.
House.
