County

owners
divided
in
the
following
manner.
Please
published
the
press

to
the
current

having
the
Gazette
news
and
posted
on
bulletin

A
F
I
worked
here
ten
years
ago,
when
I
was
on
the
Casino
Control
Commission
is
nice
to
be
back
and
resident
of
Atlantic
City.
You
had
my
resume
so
I
won't
bore
you
with
my
life
but
I'm
looking
forward
to
it,
and
I
spoke
to
chairman
Flamenca
I
Paul,
we're
old.
Of
course
she
spoken
to
the
sheriff
and
the
timer
thank.
F
F
K
Mr.
chairman
I
was
just
going
to
say:
Colonel
I've
had
a
chance
to
review
your
your
resume.
Its
extensive
I
think
some
of
the
opportunities
you're
going
to
great
fill
in
this
position
now
Delaney
County,
Public,
Safety
Director,
is
going
to
help
us
not
only
with
the
port
system
to
jail
and
also
the
detention
center.
F
Know,
there's
something
that
I'm
really
concerned
about
all
these
school
shootings
all
over
the
country
and
it's
something
that
I've
worked
with
the
county
executive
about.
You
spoke
to
me
about
it,
he's
very
concerned
about
it.
One
thing
that
we
usually
do
in
the
State
Police
it
will
include
Wi-Fi
school.
We
have
to
be
out
walk
around
right
through
let
the
case
see
them
put
the
beat
the
feel.
So
that's
something
that
I'm
going
to
be
close
to
the
sheep's
about
my
the
first
Chiefs
me
because
they
look
kids
are
our
most
important
thing.
M
F
F
C
E
H
Thank
mr.
chairman,
Creed
Pope
169,
come
by
now
I,
sell
manner
to
questions
that
I
may
not
have
gotten
that
clearly
from
the
current
text,
it
would
appear
as
though
everything
would
be
a
warning
for
a
first
one
quote:
first
offense.
The
second
thing
is,
as
we've
seen
more
information
on
the
concern
about
plastic
straws,
and
certainly
that
is
a
issue
for
our
America,
for
our
marine
life.
H
H
Concern
for
some
what's
the
same
as
peanut
allergies,
we
have
some
people
who
are
allergic
to
peanuts.
We
take
steps
to
make
sure
that
peanuts
aren't
out
there.
We
have
some
people
with
various
disabilities
that
need
to
have
a
plastic
straw.
The
paper
straws
just
aren't
going
to
do
it
for
them.
Metal
creates
another
set
of
problems,
I
don't
know
if
perhaps,
and
unfortunately,
Colonel
fedora
cohhd
was
left,
but
whether
that
could
be
something
given
as
an
instruction
that
you
know
if
there
appears
to
be
some
sort
of
disability,
there
was
deputed.
A
O
A
Littering
law
is
one
thing,
sir,
but
this
specifically
tries
to
get
the
non
biodegradable
containers
and
straws
which
may
just
blow
away
or
fall
away.
You
know
people
aren't
really
littering
this
stuff
we're
trying
to
get
them
out
of
our
parks,
because
what
it
does
to
our
marine
life,
what
it
does
to
our
birds
and
and
everything
so
it
does
seem
to
have
a
duplicitous
meaning,
but
it's
just
you
know
what
happens
with
a
bunch
of
plastic
bags
in
the
wind
right
they
just
blow
all
over
the
place.
So.
O
C
C
A
C
A
Second,
another
location:
where
we're
going
to
clear
a
sunny
triangle,
the
public-
they
don't
know
what
a
spike
triangle
is
when
you
pull
up
to
a
corner
and
you
have
to
look
left
or
right,
and
you
can't
see
the
oncoming
traffic
so
you're
going
to
clear
an
area
on
a
diagonal
that
makes
a
triangle
so
that
there
is
an
avoidance
of
an
accident
again,
it
will
be
the
second
reading
that
will
have
public
input,
drill.
The
comments,
skull,
roll.
C
N
C
A
C
Q
C
C
C
A
R
G
G
So
many
of
these
doctors
right
here
I'm
not
going
to
name
any
names,
but
just
going
up
your
road
are
giving
out
pain,
pills
like
they're,
tic,
tacs,
I
know
because
I'm,
a
disabled,
better,
the
v8
gives
out
pain,
goes
like
they're
tic,
tacs,
I
refuse
to
take
I
live
with
pain
every
day.
Why?
Because
I
don't
want
to
end
up,
like
I've,
seen
some
of
my
friends
they're
trying
to
get
a
bag
of
heroin
because
they
can't
afford
the
opiates
anymore.
G
A
You
make
a
perfect
sensor
and
I
will
totally
agree
with
you
at
this
level
of
government.
We
depend
on
professionals
and
we
are
proactive
just
not
sitting
here
making
resolutions
we
have
for
a
total
support
of
what
was
called
drug
court
now
for
recovery
court.
We
are
working
with
the
sheriff
who
may
be
here
today
on
doing
community
outreach.
We
are
going
to
have
a
resolution
here
shortly
suing
the
drug
companies
that
said
that
this
was
an
addictive
for
the
last
15
that
I'm
talking
about
okay,
we're
here
we're
here,
we
know
we're,
took
work.
S
A
A
A
M
The
part
of
the
main
job
of
that
board
is
finding
resources,
helping
select
who
our
professionals
will
be,
that
do
offer
and
I
got
quite
a
notification
when
we
join
that
force,
because
I
didn't
realize
we
had
as
many
services
as
we
do
have
and
I
think
that's
the
problem.
I
think
the
public
doesn't
understand
what
services
we
can't
hide
out
there
and
that
there
are
many
it's
just
about
spreading.
That
word,
which
we
all
know
this.
You
know
sometimes
it's
easy
and
from
from
support
web,
so
I
would
highly
recommend
coming
there.
Okay,.
S
N
T
And
there's
nobody,
you
know
I
mean
and
there
and
there
aren't
enough
beds
and
it's
just
it's.
Just
I've
been
I've
been
to
rehab,
but
I
have
to
go
over
at
Bourbon
County,
because
I
didn't
have
money,
you
know,
and
luckily
I
have
insurance.
So
if
I
needed
to
go,
but
what
about
all
those
people
that
are
on
the
streets
that
don't
have
insurance,
they
can't
get
into
any
beach.
We
have.
T
T
A
H
H
3:23
is
chapter
1,
59
are
all
additions
to
the
county.
Budget
of
money
coming
from
outside
grew
right
to
help
with
things,
so
it
is
it
a
question
of
whether
the
county
is
spending
funds,
for
it
is
additional
funding.
That's
coming
in
to
help
with
that.
So
that
may
also
help
allay
the
other
concerns.
It
was
brought.
B
B
B
Further
with
that,
catch
and
release
is
a
joke,
you're,
letting
them
back
out
selling
drugs
and
here's
one
other
thing:
I
think
I've
stuck
my
own
neck
out
in
my
neighborhood
trying
to
get
rid
of
a
big
drunk
drug
dealer
and
guess
what
of
it?
A
big
failure
over
that
and
I've
been
threatened
by
them
too.
That's
something
to
think
about!
Isn't
it
what.

Public
comment
on
this
resolution
for
us
comments:
I
just
think
this
is
great
thing
for
those
who
don't
know
it.
This
was
sort
of
a
lame
duck
down
Bartle
from
our
last
administration.
The
governor
saw
fit
to
sign
this.
This
is
a
tremendous
opportunity
for
businesses
that
otherwise
would
be
going
to
fill
this
burger
somewhere
else
to
actually
develop
around
our
Airport,
which
is
pretty
much
what
we've
been
trying
to
do
here
for
the
last
five
years.
So
this
is
a
great
resolution
and
it's
great
action
by
the
governor.

I'm
sure
I
think
is
essential
work

C
D
Barrel
curator
at
the
Hamilton
Township
Historical,
Society
Museum.
This
is
worried
that,
although
she's
done
the
elite
researcher
on
this
project,
this
is
a
story.
That's
been
kicked
around
Lanny
County,
we
even
have
pictures
of
people
swear,
was
that
accident
in
our
archives
and
when
we
really
started
looking
at
it.
A
lot
of
it
was
not
true.
The
pictures
we
have
are
not
from
that
wreck.
So
much
good
facts
from
the
wreck
were
kind
of
TV
for
a
lot
of
different
reasons.
D
This
tradition,
railroad,
easy
ways,
the
railroad
that
was
on
the
south
side
of
the
county
or
if
you
were
familiar
with
the
one
that
the
Amtrak
runs
on
now,
that
was
a
can
than
Atlantic
assumes
the
West
Jersey
Society
railroad.
It
started
in
August
of
1880
and
this
rep
hasn't
been
Jim.
There
was
a
new
railroad.
They
didn't
want
like
banquet
listening.
It
was
their
reports,
excursions
for
any
city.
D
Great
city
didn't
want
any
bad
publicity
so
that
we
really
got
into
this
and
found
that
there
was
a
lot
more
to
this
story,
then,
would
then
has
been
recorded
and
what
we
see
now
they
are.
You
know
archived
it's
still
in
the
process
of
being
researched.
The
death
toll
each
climbing
the
official
death
toll
was
27,
we're
looking
at
possibly
over
50,
where
you
would
relate
this
to
people
are
going
to
with
three
days
later
say:
railroads
took
the
freezers
from
that
day
and
said:
that's
it.
A
D
It
means
what
happened:
is
the
excursion
dragged
from
Camden
down
to
Lake
City
for
death,
and
then
they
returned
even
came
back
right.
This
group
that
was
on
this
was
st.
Ann's
perished
out
of
Philly.
They
brought
a
ferry
boat
across
the
Camden,
took
the
railroad
early
in
the
morning
to
any
city
spent
the
whole
day
landing
city
and
on
the
return
trip
we
made
landing,
there's
some
overcrowding
and
a
couple
extra
cars
being
added
to
one
train
when
it
pulled
over
into
a
siding.
N
D
It's
the
spot
where
it
happened
has
been
disputed.
There's
a
lot
going
on
and
the
weakest
field
position.
It
needs
a
atomic
dying
or
you
know
some
kind
of
seventh
annual
monument
their
stories
and
the
11th
of
August
is
the
actual
anniversary
date.
We
at
one
point
plan
to
have
a
little
more
of
a
you
know
a
dedication,
but
we
understand
you
know
the
sign
may
not
have
done
or
the
site
may
not
be
in
preparation,
but
this
is
going
as
usual.
D
Next
year
will
probably
help
you
know
any
Australian
that
for
any
size
we
can
have
to
hurry
sign,
but
yeah,
you
know,
maybe
people
really
well.
The
only
thing
is
that
we've
actually
cated
some
when
learning
relatives
either
love
the
sanitary
purposes
or
feel
people
in
that
parish
that
had
relatives
that
were
on
the
train.
There,
we've
invited
and
so
forth.
So
there's
a
lot
more
involved
in
just
taking
take
there.
You
know
we
we
have
the
honored
guest.
Is
the
white
star.
M
D
No,
but
it
wasn't
me
just
recently:
we
had
a
fella
that
decided
he
was
going
to
do
some
metal,
detecting
with
a
large
50-pound,
lift
magnet
now
the
memory
connector
of
it
and
in
the
water
under
the
trestle.
He
has
brought
up
what.
N
D
Believe
you
only
be
from
this
graph,
there
is
a
boiler
rivets.
There
are
there's
a
part
to
a
train
that
we're
having
identified
now,
it's
definitely
from
the
Train
there's
some
fairy
rings
that
came
up
so
I.
Don't
this
kind
of
proves
the
actual
location
number
one,
but
the
rivets
are
the
main
thing
they
could
only
become
mr.
D
then,
the
world
exploded
all
that
one
engine
which,
which
was
responsible
for
most
of
the
deficit,
was
being
the
steam
explosion
right,
improve
rivets
to
be
up
there,
integrating
for
every
River
and
they're
they're
torn
loose
rivets,
and
so
with
all
that
stuff's
made.
Look
that
Lee.
Yes,
this
is
all
recent
census,
as
I
say
sterilizing,
and
you
know
it's
going
outward
what
it's
going
to
do
it
professionally,
so
that
you
know
we
can
try
to
wake
these
those
items
for
the
Train.
M
D
That
is
why
the
same
river,
but
we
have
their
support
and
going
ahead
with
whatever
we
can
do
in
the
future,
to
kind
of
fix
this
site
up
right
now,
it's
an
abandoned
train
station
that
had
nothing
to
do
when
was
not
there
during
this
accident
and
this
trestle.
That
is,
you
know,
can't
there
have
not
been.
H
D
I
did
quickly
this.
This
DVD
is
a
trailer
that
was
made.
We
provide
for
a
grant
we'd
like
to
see
this
go
into
like
a
PBS
documentary
or
something
they
can
use
the
school
of
education
and
we're
just
going
to
let
the
public
know
what
it's
about.
I
think
buddy
knows
anything
about
that.
We
were
really
shocked
when
we
got
the
prices
on
what
the
cross
would
do,
something
like
that,
but
we
were
working
with
a
company
who's
willing
to
help
us
and
we've
applied
for
a
grant.
I

Was
able
to
find
that
somewhere,
apparently
Telegraph
might
have
selected,
but
what's
equivalent
is
The,
Associated,
Press
and
so
cities
all
over
the
country
for
sharing
the
story
in
detail.
Ironically,
it
wasn't
insured
in
New,
Jersey
I
haven't
located
one
local
paper,
one
County
paper,
one
state
paper.
V
D
D
Has
to
make
a
report
to
the
state
assembly,
but
not
only
of
their
finances
but
of
any
major
accidents
and,
of
course,
any
loss
of
life,
and
that
he,
this
ruminant
service,
basically
is
what
it
comes
down
to
and
the
the
big
dominoes
remains.
I've
used
these
several
times
before.
At
my
research
position,
rent
was
not
recorded
in
this
proper
place.
I,
don't
know
bit
of
a
circumstance
where
their
dates
were
moved
change.
D
V
W
W
They're
so
fun
a
little
bit
of
the
history
of
the
word
freeholder,
just
in
relation
to
the
legislation.
That's
currently
in
front
of
a
state
legislature,
there
is
some
discomfort
with
the
word
free
whole,
because
it's
kind
of
Perkins
back
to
a
time
when
all
the
white
land
white
land
going
males
could
really
participate
in
numbers.
That's
why
there's
an
effort
to
change
it,
to
something
that's
just
kind
of
a
neutral
to
new
jersey
and.
W
I
said
to
him:
you
know:
oh
I
never
knew
we
were
Hispanic,
I
thought
you
were
an
Oreo
and
he
was
visibly
taken
aback
understandably,
and
he
told
me
that
he's
been
mistaken
for
mixed
race
being
mixed
race
before,
but
that
Lauria
was
not
really
an
okay
word
to
use
and
he
said
that
some
people
could
be
offended
by
it
and
it
sounds
a
little
like
you're
mocking
so
I
was
really
embarrassed.
I
felt
ashamed
for
not
thinking
about
that
and
I
never
used.
That
word
like
that
again.
W
So
when
did
we
as
a
society,
stop
listening
to
people
when
they
tell
us
that
something
is
offensive
or
problematic?
When
did
we
as
a
society,
stop
carrying
them
about
people
to
act
me
as
to
a
simple
request,
as
changing
a
phrase
that
leaders
and
see
I
changed
the
phrasing
that
I
used
after
that,
because
it
was
important
to
me
to
do
something
to.
N
W
I
needed
to
acknowledge
this,
even
potentially
hurting
someone
or
upsetting
someone
with
the
language
that
I
use
it's
just
common
decency
to
try
not
to
accept
people.
A
name
change
like
this
too
many
maybe
insignificant,
but
I
feel
that
the
importance
in
name
change
comes
from
acknowledging
the
shame
that
rightfully,
would
be
associated
with
the
word.
The
historical
content
to
the
word
frequent
and
going
along
with
a
more
neutral
life
now
being
said,
the
legislature
is
acting
on
any
change
that
is
I'm.
Sorry.
That
being
said,
the
legislature
is
acting
like
a
name.
W
Change
is
the
bastion
of
hope
that
we,
as
a
society,
are
fighting
racism
and
sexism.
A
name
change
for
rightfully
acknowledging
shame,
does
not
do
a
damn
thing
for
people
of
color
in
our
community
or
whether
I
submit
to
the
board.
They
can
walk
to
support
the
name
change
and
that
the
resolution
from
you
walk
instead
to
encourage
the
legislature
to
act
further
on
this
attempt
to
display
of
righteousness
and
inclusive
freeholders,
follow
up
with
the
legislature
or
I.
Guess,
commissioners
call
their
bluff.
N
W
Let
the
legislature
off
the
hook
by
letting
them
pat
themselves
on
the
back
for
battling
racism
with
an
agent
tell
them
that
you
expect
to
see
a
substantive
response
to
issues
of
racial
justice
that
directly
impact
the
lives
of
people
of
color.
Tell
them
that
you
listen
when
you
were
told
that
free
vulner
was
problematic
and
now
it's
their
turn
to
invite
more
voices
of
people
of
color
to
policy
makers,
tagging
up
to
the
economic
development
table
to
the
CR
da.
A
C
State
county
should
end
racist,
misogynist,
title
freeholder,
says
Karen
Fitzpatrick
at
the
June
5
premotor
meeting
the
state
Senate
bill
allowed
for
the
change
of
this
item.
Freeholder
to
county
commissioner
was
discussed.
The
bill
allows
but
does
not
require
real
divorce
to
make
the
change
the
term
free
order
was
coined
at
a
time
when
only
those
who
owned
land,
free
and
clear
could
be
elected
county
government.
In
those
colonial
times,
the
only
citizens
able
to
own
land
were
white
men.
No
people
of
color
nor
women
could
be
free
owners,
New
Jersey.
C
Then
legislation
in
1807
that
only
free
white
male
citizens
could
vote
or
be
elected
officials
the
county.
What
website
shows
the
definition
of
a
free
order,
as
quote,
and
an
Old
English
term,
a
freeholder
originally
denoted
a
person
who
owned
an
estate
of
land
over
which
he
had
complete
control
after
the
Norman
conquest
of
1066.
C
In
the
year
of
our
Lord,
British
Kings
found
it
necessary,
under
pressure
to
call
together
an
assemblage
of
higher
clergy,
Earl's
and
barons
of
the
nobility
and
later
Knights
of
the
realm
as
citizen
as
advisors,
and
to
grant
taxes
for
defense
of
the
kingdom
by
the
13th
century.
The
British
Parliament
was
enlarged
to
include
these
freedmen,
who
own
their
land
free
and
clear
Hoover
called
freeholders
I.
C
Institutional
racism,
misogyny
or
insidious
infiltrators
of
established
norms,
causing
societal
blindness
of
otherwise
thoughtful
people
towards
minorities
and
women,
using
racist
and
misogynistic
terms
and
government
normalizes
the
thoughts
behind
them,
regardless
of
how
all
these
terms
are.
At
that
same
pre-order
meeting
the
board
voted
unanimously,
and
rightly
too,
condemned
the
comments
and
actions
of
some
high
school
students
directed
an
african-american
student.
C
This
is
hypocritical
if
we
celebrate
the
diversity
of
our
board
boasting
to
people
of
color
and
for
women
for
the
first
time
ever,
then,
why
can't
we
make
the
recognition
official
and
rid
ourselves
of
the
term
that,
in
its
definition,
negates
that
diversity
additionally
moving
toward
the
term
county?
Commissioner?
Is
the
government
I'm
not
the
one,
thousands
of
doors
when
running
for
office,
and
at
best
only
ten
percent
of
people
of
people
knew
what
a
free
order
was.
C
The
tidal
county,
commissioner,
is
much
easier
to
understand
and
gives
a
stronger
connotation
of
what
these
folks
are
charged
with
doing,
rather
than
an
archaic,
archaic
and
antiquated
term
like
freeholder.
Perhaps
it
will
even
anti
citizens
to
attend
more
free
motor
meetings
and
even
get
involved
in
public
service
themselves.
The
argument
of
the
cost
of
changing
the
letterheads
envelope
signs
and
other
printed
materials
kind
of
given
as
a
reason
not
to
pursue
this
change
and
that
state
government
should
have
better
things
to
do
than
discuss.
C
The
title
of
the
queen
or
of
title
of
wielder
I
argue
that
winning
government
of
an
arm
and
actually
mystics
titles
that
imply
a
hierarchy
based
on
suffered
sex
and
race
is
the
most
important
thought
for
government.
Both
state
and
county
to
consider,
plus
the
cost
of
credit
material,
can
be
absorbed
over
time
reporting
with
the
new
tribal
it
doesn't
and
shouldn't
have
to
be
done
all
at
once.
C
The
signals
we
as
a
board
sent
to
the
citizens
of
lana
county
are
heard
loud
and
clear
by
all
and
are
especially
significant
to
county
kyoki,
considering
the
polarization
that
is
occurring
in
the
county.
Atlanta
county
government
has
a
responsibility
to
take
meaningful
action
to
bring
people
together
to
rid
government
of
institutional
racism,
racism
and
misogyny
wherever
it
exists,
and
to
make
government
easier
to
understand.
It
is
my
hope
that
the
General
Assembly
will
approve
this
legislation
so
that
it
can
be
sent
to
the
governor,
who
will
hopefully
sign
this
bill
into
law.
C
If
and
when
that
happens,
I
strongly
urge
my
colleagues
on
the
grill
of
the
board
to
join
me
in
making
this
important
change
character.
It's
Patrick,
the
Linwood
is
Atlantic
County
Recorder,
a
lon,
no
reason
to
abandon
historic,
inclusionary
title
reordered,
Dennis
les
Levinson
for
the
press
and
I'm.
Sorry,
the
other
ones
care,
if
it's
better
for
the
best
jewel
July
11th
Denis
Levinson.
For
the
press,
July
4th.
There
is
state
legislation
pending
to
change
the
name
of
county
legislature
for
three
orders
of
Commissioners.
C
Some
find
the
name
promoters
confusing,
while
others
claim
in
racist
and
misogynistic.
What
makes
anyone
think
the
public
will
be
less
confused
and
have
a
greater
understanding
of
what
a
free
order
does
simply
by
calling
them,
commissioners,
those
who
care
can
find
out
quite
easily
the
fundamental
responsibilities
of
government
and
its
elected
officials
referencing
the
term
free
order
as
racists
for
misogynistic
demonstrates
a
lack
of
knowledge
of
New
Jersey's,
rich
history,
New
Jersey's
free
order
was
actually
very
inclusionary
during
the
time
with
every
other
state
excluded.
Women
and
blacks.
Here
are
the
facts.
N
C
Age
own
property
and
had
resided
in
New,
Jersey
County
and
in
a
New
Jersey
County
for
one
year
the
phrase
all
inhabitants
was
remarkable
because
it
ignored
gender
and
racial
barriers.
New
Jersey's
use
of
the
quays
was
also
deliberate.
The
only
one
of
the
thirteen
original
states
to
do
so
in
ensure
that
all
New
Jersey
citizens,
regardless
of
race
or
gender,
could
vote,
provided
they
met
the
property
requirements.
C
New
Jersey
went
further
and
explicitly
reaffirmed
his
commitment
to
voter
equality
by
referring
to
voters
and
he
or
she
in
its
1790
election
law,
with
the
insertion
of
the
pronoun
she'.
The
legislature
legislature
left
no
doubt
about
its
intent.
The
election
law
also
included
the
phrase
all
free
inhabitants.
These
terms
were
reiterated
by
the
New
Jersey
Legislature
in
1797.
This
not
only
cleared
up
any
confusion
but
also
firmly
established
the
intent
of
the
legislature
to
include
eligible
women
and
blacks.
C
N
C
Males,
etc,
to
exclude
them
in
1807,
New
Jersey
chainage
changed
its
voting
rights
to
land
owning
white
men,
which
remained
until
1870
when
they
Fifteenth
Amendment
to
the
United.
States
Constitution
gave
black
men
the
right
to
vote
and
in
1920,
when
the
19th
amendment
gave
the
right
to
women,
we
Mulder
is
unique
to
New
Jersey.
It
reflects
a
time
when,
for
30
years,
New
Jersey
was
the
only
state
to
truly
demonstrate
inclusion.
As
a
former
history
teacher
I
took
pride
in
sharing
with
my
students,
New
Jersey's
position
of
standing
tall
when
others
did
not.
C
B
So
now
we've
got
people
from
India
calling
white
people,
racist
we've
had
Hispanics
coin
wake,
people,
racist,
there's,
racists
and
all
the
racism
in
every
race.
Okay,
that's
one
thing:
I
want
to
say
now
see
well,
so
it's
gonna
stay
of
everything.
Well,
three
older
I
wanted
to
stay
that
name.
The
same
I
didn't
like
it
when
Berkeley
ugly
East
knocked
and
pulled
that
bust
out
of
that
library,
Richard
Stockton
I
spoke
to
people
that
went
into
that
library
that
were
students
there.
They
didn't
even
notice
it.
B
There,
maybe
even
know,
was
there
unless
they
took
that
put
a
big
statue
of
Richard
Stockton
in
there.
That's
what
I
say.
We
should
keep
the
statues
up
there,
history
and
you
gotta,
learn
from
history
thing.
You
don't
make
mistakes
again.
We
learn
from
history.
We
shouldn't
be
story,
history
and
look
over
there
in
the
Middle
East
when
ice
and
all
the
mother
groups
was
tearing
the
beach
statues
from
the
many
thousands
of
years
ago,
tear
them
down
so.
G
Good
question
those
on
the
panel
when
you
took
both
in
this
office,
you
swore
on
the
Constitution
Christ
swore
to
uphold
the
Constitution,
the
person
that
wrote
that
person
one
that
even
listening
to
believe
it
was
okay,
very
elephant
by
the
way
I'm
not
being
facetious
I'm,
very
nice,
but
how
about
John
Hanson
anybody
know
who
he
is.
G
John
Hanson
was
one
of
the
Declaration
of
Independence
signers,
okay
copy.
He
was
also
black
Tom
and
he
was
from
three
wars.
Oh
wait.
Here's
another
little
fun
fact
he
was
the
actual
first
President
of
the
United
States
of
America
for
a
week
before
they
assigned
someone
else
because
he
didn't
want
the
office.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Keep
it
real.
X
N
X
X
Of
land
buildings
insurance
on
flats
is
usually
pay
provided,
free,
older
and
they
charge
to
these
holders
as
part
of
their
annual
service
charge.
That
alone
tells
me
that
the
reason
why
Harry,
Fitzpatrick
and
I'm
sure
other
people
here
when
they
walked
around
had
people
say.
Oh,
why
are
you
writing?
I
only
want
a
freeholder.
It's
like
us,
I
have
a
story,
people
around
their
entire
office
and
no
one
knows
that
I
came
from
Pennsylvania,
so
I
pleaded
ignorance,
I'm
from
Pennsylvania
no
I.
X
It's
2018
there's
nothing
wrong
with
changing
it
to
a
county
commissioner
or
any
other
term
that
the
majority
likes
that
wouldn't
bother
me
as
a
taxpayer
at
all
and
I
totally
agree.
We
should
use
up
whatever
you
have
it.
You
go
to
do
this,
but
it
doesn't
change
history.
It
just
makes
us
come
into
the
modern
age.
Thank
you.
A
X
N
Y
Okay,
assessment
of
Dennis
Levinson
reminded
me
of
something
that
that,
at
one
time,
at
the
time
of
our
Declaration
of
Independence,
the
original
New
Jersey
Constitution,
all
citizens,
men,
women,
black
and
white-
were
free
to
vote
in
New
Jersey.
Now
the
political
party
that
put
an
end
to
that
and
impose
the
requirement
that
only
white
men
to
vote
was
the
Democratic
Party
formed
by
Andrew
Jackson,
so
I'm
just
curious.
Y
Another
point
I'd
like
to
bring
up
is
a
term
freeholder,
of
course,
as
a
lawyer,
freeholder
is
a
landowner
as
opposed
to
a
tenant
who
did
not
have
the
ability
to
sell
land.
Now
the
interesting
thing
was
when
our
country
was
founded.
Only
land
owners
pay
taxes.
You
did
have
any
other
taxes
in
colonial
New,
Jersey
or
in
early
New
Jersey.
Y
So
really
the
term
freeholder
was
really
another
term
for
taxpayer,
and
the
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
was
really
the
Board
of
Chosen
taxpayers,
because
when
our
country
was
founded,
the
idea
was,
you
should
be
permitted
to
impose
a
tax
unless
you
painted
yourself.
So
that's
part
of
the
heritage
of
America
living.
But
let's
talk
about
the
real
issue.
The
real
issue
is
Democrats
coming
into
an
election.
Y
To
have
us
be
emotional
and
arguing
about
stuff
that
divides
us
into
groups
arguing
about
over
nothing,
and
that's
really
the
purpose
here
and
it's
not
whether
you
talk
about
the
national
anthem,
whether
you
talk
about
whether
we
have
Washington's
birthday
or
present
state,
it's
all
part
of
a
process
for
50
years
to
divide
Americans
into
Soviets
or
groups.
Now,
that's
what
the
comedy
seems
to
call
divide
people
into
little
groups
who
hate
each
other
miss
close
to
each
other,
don't
want
to
communicate
with
each
other,
and
that's
really
the
pattern.
Y
So
I
think
we
got
to
go
back
to
treating
everybody
equally
and
and
if
people
don't
know
what
a
freeholder
is.
That's
really
the
father
of
our
public
schools
and
colleges
who
want
to
teach
the
traditions
of
how,
at
a
time
when
ulty
landowners
pay
taxes.
That
was
why
only
rains
are
risk.
Above
and
now,
we've
got
to
a
situation
where
everybody
can
vote,
even
if
they
paid
no
taxes,
but
that's
the
America.
Y
H
Already
left
the
barn
Guy
Debord
show
up
at
the
barn,
so
the
question
is
going
to
come
up
of.
He
may
be
supporting
certain
people
who
are
those
other
people
do
they
reciprocate?
It
that's
support
and
that's
the
questions
going
to
be
asked
as
time
goes
on,
but
from
a
historical
perspective,
a
letter
that
was
read
from
the
distinguished
gentleman
indicates
that
it
did
not
stop
with
all
inhabitants.
There
were
certain
qualifications
you
had
to
meet
in
word
to
be
able
to
vote,
including
the
owning
the
property
which
made
you
a
freeholder
detective.
H
T
H
Multicultural
country
and
in
reality,
ain't
none
of
us
started
from
here.
We
all
came
here,
it's
one
way
or
another,
but
the
fact
that,
but
just
in
all
of
that
is
mr.
chairman,
at
varying
it's
time
just
by
the
discussion
of
proper
matters
to
come
before
the
board
and
when
it
was
brought
up
a
number
of
weeks
ago.
The
desire
was
to
not
do
anything
with
it,
and
it
is
now
the
people
who
are
saying.
H
Oh,
this
is
terrible,
who
are
now
the
ones
bringing
it
up,
whether
that
is
for
political
purposes
or
not,
there's
a
whole
other
discussion,
but
also,
let's
keep
in
mind
just
for
the
sake
of
the
record.
Senator
Joseph
Bonanno
from
Morris
County
is
no
one's
idea
of
a
progressive,
a
liberal
and
certainly
not
a
Democrat.
In
fact,
he
would
probably
someone's
support
in
the
previous.
A
Okay,
you
and
you
may
have-
you-
may
have
a
point
there.
All
I'm
saying
is
that
we
have
the
people's
business
to
do.
The
legislature
has
the
people's
business
to
do
we're
going
to
take
something
here
that
is
supposed
to
have
a
good
intent,
but
when,
with
a
lot
of
little
overtones,
changing
the
name,
okay,
take
a
look
at
the
makeup
of
the
board.
None
of
those
none
of
the
arguments
against
the
word
are
valid.
A
Today
we
have
a
diverse
board
and
a
lot
of
boards
of
New
Jersey,
but
to
say
that
we're
going
to
change
a
name
and
then
tell
in
the
legislation,
you
don't
have
to
change
your
signs.
You
don't
have
to
change
your
cards.
You
don't
have
to
change
your
your.
You
know
your
your
stationery.
What
is
the
effect
of
it
yeah?
What
is
the
intent
of
it?
Really,
it's
got
to
be
political
and
it's
wasting
the
people's
time
and
money
right
now.
L
We
are
number
one
for
our
community
colleges
seeing
declining
enrollment.
You
have
a
lot
of
hardship,
this
county
and
in
South
Jersey
in
the
state
for
that
matter
as
well,
and
for
us
to
spend
all
this
time.
Talking
about
this
particular
issue,
look
I've
been
a
councilman
committee
met
at
a
free
order
of
an
important
occasion.
Member
about
public
service
I,
don't
care
what
get
caught.
I'm
gonna
do
the
job.
L
I
Reverend
Walter
Nelson
African
bear
first
african-american
Lillian
right
dear
friend,
here
the
way
to
the
10
meters
service
and
Marylyn
shoes.
We
tried
the
cheap
tub,
the
first
african-american
to
be
on
board.
No
one
could
ever
say
that
there
was
a
racist
body,
her
father,
first
african-american
cabinet
members
stated
Jersey.
She
took
great
pride
and
I
do
believe.
I'll
take
issue
with
that
said
that
the
discourse
that
you
have
is
healthy.
It
is
extremely
healthy.
My
values
expect
his
comments
about
changing
and
the
reasons
it
shouldn't
change,
but.
N
I
Son,
wonderful,
thirteen
states
that
allows
me
women
and
african-americans
to
vote
from
1707.
It
did
change
and
a
change
for
various
reasons
and
the
reason
it
changed.
Unfortunately,
it
was
because
of
racist,
but
it
was
not
the
intent
and
we
don't
back.
As
far
as
misogynistic
is
concerned,
you
know
that
wherever
board
and
school
having
to
read
The
Canterbury
Tales,
remember
the
freeholder
The
Canterbury,
Tales
and
in
medieval
cable
females
were
allowed
free,
overs
and
Carl.
That
was
a
great.
My
dad
came
here
because
of
my
tutorials
he's
a
man
of
few
words.
I
The
papers
were
also
controlled
by
very
rich
publishers
and
also
the
railroad
wouldn't
be
advertising
in
the
paper
had
Bates
and
anything
to
for
that
by
the
way
be
over
the
you
drive
into
Absecon
you'll,
see
the
overpass
that
overpass
was
put
there
because
a
former
mayor
of
Atlantic
City
was
killed
there
and
a
train
wreck
and
was
at
grade
at
one
time,
and
you
know,
shows
us
up
here
politician
to
get
killed.
You
get
action,
that's
why
they
only
the
overpass
is.
I
J
J
Wanted
not
work
for
the
other
fast-forward
to
our
June
fifth
meeting
I
brought
up
a
discussion,
not
a
formal
resolution.
What
was
that
a
proposed
bill
from
the
state
legislature
that
would
change
the
title
of
New
Jersey
County
government
officials
from
freeholder
to
county
commissioner?
There
was
no
appetite
for
this
proposal
for
the
board
and
I
considered
the
matter
dropped
here
in
Atlantic
County.
Then,
a
week
later,
I
find
on
my
desk
and
I'm
happy
to
hear
that
mr.
Levinson
says
we're
having
healthy
that
way.
J
It
was
really
good
so
now
I
just
want
to
be
clear.
The
resolution
on
today's
agenda
was
brought
by
the
Republican
majority,
the
email
that
mr.
Grossman
sent
out
yesterday
said
that
they
were
being
forced
to
vote
on
this,
it's
their
idea
and
bring
this
resolution.
So
in
the
present
day
now
the
president,
the
legislation
we're
discussing
was
proposed
by
State
Senator
Joseph
Panaji
Oh,
a
Republican
from
legislative
district.
J
Six
and
aside
from
the
inflammatory
rhetoric
that's
been
thrown
into
this
conversation,
senator
Camacho
is
quoted
in
the
Morristown
Daily
Record
on
June
22nd
New
Jersey
stands
alone,
while
other
states
have
dropped
the
archaic
term
freeholder,
which
gives
little
indication
for
the
function
of
this
extremely
important
position
to
County
government
and
that
geo
said.
The
adoption
of
Commission
are
a
modern
title
to
improve
transparency
in
the
process
and
encourage
more
residents
to
participate
in.
Z
I
I
U
Worked
in
crisis
for
8
years,
I'm
dealing
with
real
issues.
Some
of
the
issues
that
we
brought
here
about
the
opioid
epidemic
and
mental
health
and
I
took
this
position
because,
because
I
wanted
to
do
real
work,
I
wanted
to
work
on
moving
the
county
forward
for
mental
health,
substance
abuse
or
opportunities
for
their
residents.
Here.
I
did
not
come
to
go
into.
U
S
A
I
I
When
our
less
the
administrator
left
of
Public
Safety,
Washington,
Public,
Safety,
Director,
left
Jerry,
came
to
me
and
said
we're
headin
for
hard
times
with
this
recession:
depression
whatever
it
is,
let's
not
fill
it
with
a
new
job,
I'll
take
over
supply
materials.
So,
besides
the
fact
in
call
my
office,
it
really
is
office
at
7
o'clock
at
night,
so
he's
answering
and
he's
also
answered
the
phone,
but
the
Secretary's
aren't
there
yet
at
7:00
and
more,
and
he
had
plenty
to
do
so.
I
Besides
being
the
public
safety
director,
have
those
responsibilities
I
just
want
to
tell
you
one
thing
that
her
story
I
forget
whether
it
was
sandy
third
Reggio
or
Irene.
I
walked
in
the
emergency
management
at
11:30
at
night
and
Jerry
was
there
I
said
we
could
go
home
and
be
with
your
family.
He
said
my
family's
here.
He
brought
his
way
past
honored
and
his
grandson
in
sleeping
bags,
asleep.
That
can
happen.
So
this
is
the
type
of
individual
we
have
here
as
our
it
ministry.
Thinking
free
overs
want
to
say,
you
know,
go
home.
I
I
But
this
is
what
we
had
all
those
years
and
when
Mike
Fedora
Co
became
available,
I
said
the
journey.
What
do
you
think
so?
A
guy
with
this
credential?
Besides
that
he
wants
to
work
for
us?
That's
fine
with
me,
but
I
just
wanted
to
tell
you
some
quality
of
the
individual
sacrifices
that
he
makes
for
a
bank
account
and
he's
a
better
man
than
I
am
for
sure
and
I
sure
appreciate
what
you've
done.
AA
As
part
of
the
curriculum
in
our
children's
schools,
so
I'm
talking
to
some
of
our
legislators
to
see
if
there
is
anything
out
there
right
now,
if
not
we're
gonna
try
to
support
them
getting
mental
health
first
ease
into
ours.
Some
of
the
schools
in
the
area
are
already
doing
this.
The
main
speaker
at
that
event
is
a
known.
AA
School
shoes
and
the
sad
thing
is
there
isn't
really
one
stereotype,
but
there
are
lots
so
I
think
women
jeez
and
have
people
speak
out
which
has
a
lot
to
do
with
the
produce
I'm
supposed
to
be.
You
went
into
a
number
of
the
shoots
at
most
or
there
were
signs
in
their
window
and
you
know
etc.
So
there
are
things
that
we
can
act
on
to
be
proactive
in
that
area.

L
I
learned
today
and
I've
known
for
quite
some
time
a
little
bit
flying
moment.
I
involved
my
sundar
and
the
number
of
days.
The
choices
for
courses
are
shrinking
because
the
involvement
is
dropping
so
blanket
Community
College
is
a
tremendous
cost
savings.
The
cost
would
be
for
the
standard.
First
semester
would
be
$2,200.
L
That
certainly
beats
any
college
at
this
point
suppose,
therefore
a
year
maximum
with
both
by
$5,000.
But
what
a
deal?
Tremendous
people
we've
have
it
right
here
and
we
have
two
campuses:
everything
available:
great
staff,
great
buildings,
we've
done
love
improvements
to
college
and
I.
Just
think
that
there's
some
things
that
we
can
do
as
a
county
to
market
with
the
college.
A
P
Keep
Reagan
Sierra
can
keep
bringing
someone
overstep
my
boundary
to
bring
into
asking
about
so
there
have
been
deconstruction
see
we
need
a
little
bit
more
when
we
have
beverage
there
are
some
disco
initiation,
but
the
what
was
air
corn,
CEUs
or
continuing
education
credits
I
think
those
programs
to
move
along.
That's
a.
N
P
A
Else
in
new
business,
okay,
we've
all
received
some
type
of
correspondence
written
emails
would
have
you
anybody
wish
to
discuss
correspondence
from
our
constituents
or
anybody
today,
staying
none
or
is
now
open
to
the
public.
We
have
a
large
audience
today.
Puzzle
comment
to
three
minutes,
as
we
do
always.
First.
B
B
When
you
daddy,
let
me
come
out
me
say
right
after
French.
Do
let
me
quickly
say
about
that.
The
public
unions
try
to
get
rid
of
that
guy
spent
what
five
million
dollars
now,
let's
go
a
little
further
with
that
the
enrollment
we
make
Harvard
counts
is
way
down.
Do
they
cut
staffer
any
things
they
might
have
more
staff.
A
V
N
G
G
G
You
need
constituents
to
become
electable.
You
are
all
elected
and
I
praise
you
for
that.
Why
I
couldn't
do
it?
I
couldn't
go
to
his
door.
I
couldn't
sit
there
and
talk
to
all
these
people
and
try
to
get
a
left.
I
could
so
I
praise
all
of
these
Democrat
or
Republican,
but
what
I
asked
this
is
my
first
time
here.
I
know
a
lot
of
people
in
this
room
and
then
these
characters.
G
It's
time
to
really
look
at
the
people,
not
just
the
constituents.
I
served
for
a
long
time.
I've
been
to
a
lot
of
countries.
I've
been
the
places
where
there's
no
such
thing
as
an
election
they're
put
in
the
office
because
they
got
more
guns,
they're
put
in
the
office
because
they
sold
three
camels
to
the
guy
down
the
street.
G
When
I'm
asking,
let's
start
looking
at
the
real
fundamentals
on,
why
you're
here
instead
of
constituents
I,
don't
care
who's,
Republican
or
Democrat
in
this
room?
But
just
because
I'm
gonna
say
this
gentleman
right
here:
Republican
I,
don't
know
what
he
is
I'm
gonna
guess
because
he's
got
a
trunk
shirt
on
which,
but
he's
a
little
publican
you're
a
Republican.
Just
because
he
says
jump
doesn't
mean
you
have
to
say
how
high
just
because
your
foundation
says.
This
is
what
you
should
be
thinking.
N
G
H
H
You
have
the
options
to
even
a
major
schedule
for
this
year
to
provide
for
later
meeting
times
where
it
be
accessible.
The
more
people,
besides
some
of
the
older
ones
here
are
those
of
us
who
aren't
into
small
businesses
and
sometimes
mess
up
those
schedules,
no
matter
how
nerdy
we
are
about
it,
but
changing
the
schedules.
Also,
the
location
as
far
as
used
to
be
is
going
to
put
the
show
us
on
the
road.
H
So
there
we
were
the
only
ones
out
there,
but
the
point
of
it
is
those
DVDs
that
are
being
made
to
be
given
to
the
public
access.
Again,
it's
a
way
to
have
information
out
there,
which
may
then
get
more
people
coming,
come
better
foothill
for
ya
or
for
that,
but
getting
where
people
come
out,
but
those
are
issues
and
brought
before
a
little
up
that
up
I
think
I
still
have
30
seconds.
Thank.

the

with
build
a

It's
about
the
job,
doesn't
matter
what
the
title
is
there.
It
is
a
good
thing
to
see
the
discussion
that
is
out
in
the
open.
If
racism
exists
in
your
heart,
it
doesn't
matter
what
the
word
is
doesn't
matter
what
it
is
at
all
they're,
coming
up
for
Duke
they're,
coming
with
new
words
to
describe
people
every
single
day.

has
a
very,
very
rich
history.
Here
we
are
the
only
thing
that
does
have
a
freeholder.
Let
me
tear
that
down.
What's
next
the
Historical
Society
there
are
buildings
that
are
all
over
South

I
grew
up
in
a
very
historical
town
with
downs,
but
the
home
is
that
date
back
to
the
1500s.
Do
we
tear
those
down
put
up
something
new,
this
fancy?
Where
do
we
keep
our
history
and
learn
from
it?
I
took
an
oath
of
love
not
only
of
office
but
of
service,
uphold
and
defend
the
Constitution
United
States.

For
the

the

by
the

and
so
did
these
folks
up
here
and
there
some
others
that
are
in
this
room
officers
would
get
the
same.
It
did
not
matter
what
color
you
were.
What
creed
you
were.
What
sex
you
were
didn't
matter.
What
you
did,
no
matter
what
you
are
or
whatever
it
is,
that's
the
job.
That
is
until
the
excuse
me
up
there
that
isn't.
That
is
these
officers
in
the
room.
They
don't
care.

Q
From
Basel
a
New
Jersey
I
just
wanted
to
say
that
I'm
proud
to
be
American,
because
it's
not
about
the
mistakes
that
were
made.
The
beautiful
thing
about
America
is
that
one
fix
the
mistakes
and
there's
no
reason
to
rub
out
the
history.
Even
on
things
like
the
router
leaps,
robert
e
lee
statue,
because
there
is
a
guy,
he
was
mistaken.
We
look
at
him,
we
learn
from
his
mistakes
and
we
see
that
America
grew
by
fixing
its
mistakes.
That's
what
makes
America
great
and
the
other
thing
is
I.
Q
Q
AC
Don't
think
words
in
title
are
nonsense
and
something
that
are
interchangeable.
I
think
that,
just
like
you
need
all
parts
running
well
on
tracks
and
engines
be
measures
to
avoid
a
train
wreck
like
the
video
you
were
watching
earlier,
that
we
do
need
to
consider
the
culture,
the
semantics
and
the
morals
to
build
a
strong
foundation
that
represents
all
sexes
and
races.
And,
of
course,
actually
money
is
correct,
that
the
job
is
the
focus
I.
Don't
think
that
means
you
can't
work
concurrently.

let's
thank
my
freeholder
board,
always
extending
itself
to
the
public
and
Welling
everybody
to
speak
and
have
their
say
and
I
would
really
like
to
thank
you
personally
for
using
an
extra
set
of
common
sense.
When
deliberating
and
coming
to
a
conclusion
or
nation
to
say,
I'm
impressed.

I've
been
looking
around
I,
see
everybody
equal
I'd,
say
only
Spanish
and
Latina.
Seen
in
this
way,
my
question
is
I
said
that
coefficient.
Are
you
gonna
commit
public?
Are
you
gonna
date
announced
to
the
public
to
all
of
us,
so
the
US
citizen
to
the
allow
me
County
residents.
We
know
racist
there's,
no
hate
in
our
in
our
town.
We
don't
have
said
that
we're
gonna
accept
a
word
history.
We
don't
have
respect
it.

Yes,

press
the

It
happen
a
lot.
So
we,
as
you,
resonate
on
Atlantic,
County,
I.
Think
when
you
with
the
journey
and
the
Nexus
of
vision,
are
gonna
come
into
the
newspaper
to
the
radio
everybody.
This
is.

As
an
elected
official,
we
are
always
state
where
people
will
not
elect
you.
If
you
have
an
issue
with
diversity
with
your
residency,
you
know
you've
never
get
to
this
board.
So
they're
saying:
when
are
we
going
to
say
it
every
time
we
run
and
we
run
with
our
constituents?
They
answer
us
and
they
appreciate
the
job
we're
doing
and
they
really
listen
or
they
know.
That's
your
choice.
Like
we
run
for
office,
you
have
a
choice
and
I
and
for
me
personally,
it's
always
been.
