From YouTube: 3.15.22 Commissioner Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
the
median
orlando
county
board
of
commissioners
is
called
order
in
compliance
with
the
open
public
meetings.
Act
of
the
state
of
new
jersey,
adequate
notice
of
this
meeting
of
the
atlanta
county
board
of
commissioners
was
provided
in
the
following
match,
published
in
the
press,
atlantic
city
and
mailed
to
the
current,
the
daily
journal,
the
hammocking
cassette
and
the
hamilton
news,
and
has
been
posted
on
bulletin
boards
in
the
county
office
building
in
atlantic
city
stillwater,
building
in
northfield
and
the
county
clerk's
office
in
may's
landing
prior
to
the
opening
prayer.
A
I
just
want
to
make
comments
that
one
cannot
watch
the
destruction
in
the
ukraine
and
not
feel
for
the
innocent
lives
that
are
being
lost
and
to
see
the
bravery
of
the
men,
women
and
children
whose
lives
are
forever
changed.
Our
thoughts
and
prayers
continue
to
be
with
the
ukrainian
people
and
all
of
those
in
harm's
way
due
to
the
evil
in
this
world,
and
I
also
want
to
ask
for
a
moment
of
silence
for
ann
edmonds
who
worked
for
atlanta
county
and
the
family
success
centers
who
passed
away.
B
Almighty
god,
we
thank
you
for
giving
us
the
opportunity
to
gather
together
today,
give
us
the
wisdom
and
courage,
as
we
look
forward
to
the
future,
help
us
to
discover
areas
in
our
personal
and
community
relationships
where
light
peace
and
justice
are
needed,
as
we
open
ourselves
up
to
others
and
seek
god's
spirit,
show
us
as
a
nation
the
way
to
be
the
light
of
for
all
nations
and
to
great
and
the
bringer
of
peace
and
justice
in
this
world.
We
ask
that
you
be
with
us
and
guide
us
as
we
do.
Our
work
amen.
D
Madam
chairwoman,
commissioner
days
will
be
coming
on
board
with
me
today,
dallas
for
tina
here,
coursey
days,
fitzpatrick
here,
gatto.
C
A
Okay,
commissioners
have
had
an
opportunity
to
review
the
minutes
from
march
1
2022.
I'll
entertain
a
motion
to
adopt
the
march
1
20
22
minutes
as
presented
second
main.
Second,
all
this
forward
any
opposed.
Okay,
and
just
our
little
note
that
anyone
that
would
like
to
speak
during
public
comments.
Please
come
to
the
podium
state,
your
name,
the
town
you
reside.
You
will
be
provided
up
to
three
minutes
to
speak
if
you
are
attending
virtually
please
type.
Yes
and
the
resolution
number
in
the
question
and
answer
box
any
items
not
listed
on
the
agenda.
A
A
Okay-
and
I
just
want
to
say
I'm
especially
pleased
to
have
the
opportunity
of
sponsoring
this
resolution
honoring
to
john
winner
of
the
2021
congressional
app
challenge
within
the
congressional
district
2
of
new
jersey
he's
an
amazing
young
man
who
took
this
project
on
by
himself
to
develop
an
application
to
assist
students
with
their
homework.
Although
I
think
some
of
us
adults
would
also
benefit
from
the
the
app
congressional
app
challenge
yielded
2
101,
fully
functioning
apps
and
a
total
of
774
students
registering
for
the
competition.
A
Each
participating
member
of
congress
selects
a
winning
half
from
their
district,
and
each
winning
team
is
invited
to
showcase
their
winning
ad
to
congress.
During
the
annual
house
of
code
festival,
which
I
think
you'll
be
traveling
to
washington
d.c,
is
that
it
congratulations,
and
I
think
mr
cunter
is
here
as
well.
Do
you
want
to
come
up
and
say
a
few
words
sure.
E
So
one
over
here
t
john
there's
a
camera.
You
can
look
that
back
down
right
here.
There
we
go
so
john
is
a
sophomore
at
acit
in
our
computer
science
and
programming
class,
and
he
has
done
an
exceptional
job
and
quite
a
a
an
accomplishment
to
win
this
app
challenge.
As
you
know
how
large
the
second
congressional
district
is
and
how
many
counties
it
takes
in
how
many
school
districts
are
involved.
E
Dejean's
teacher
mr
ellenberg,
speaks
so
highly
of
what
he
does
every
day
in
class
and
he
had
he's
a
divergent
thinker.
He
has
ways
of
finding
answers
to
things
that
some
other
students
don't
always
come
up
with
he's
very
creative
in
that
way
and
we're
looking
forward
to
him
doing
great
things
in
the
future
in
the
area
of
computer
programming
and
computer
science,
so
we're
very
proud
of
him.
I
live
in
atlantic
city.
I
believe
his
mom
is
here
as
well.
E
F
Commissioners,
I
saw
this
when
you
wanted
a
newspaper.
I
was
so
impressed
good
for
you.
H
I
Thank
you,
yeah
just
want
to
say,
congratulations,
look
forward
to
a
great
future
and
you
know
don't
feel
like
a
lot
of
the
college.
Kids
that
go
away
and
never
come
back
to
the
area,
come
back
and
use
your
talents
in
atlantic
county
and
I
think.
I
For
atlantic
county
atlanta
county
institute
for
technology,
you
know
the
education
that
you
get
there,
the
programs
that
are
there,
I'm
sure
I've
helped
you
along
the
way
to
be
able
to
make
this
presentation
to
the
congress
or
congressman
andrew
and
be
able
to
be
an
award
recipient.
So
congratulations.
A
Okay,
we'll
take
a
vote
and
then
we'll
come
up
and
take
a
picture.
So
hopefully.
D
K
C
C
F
Because
she
makes
learning
fun
and
exciting
for
her
students.
I
wish
I
had
usd
it's
our
pleasure
to
honor
you
for,
for
your
contribution
to
the
students
of
pleasantville
and
really
the
whole
state
of
new
jersey,
as
the
amatino
program
you
created
is
the
first
in
the
state
and
a
template
for
other
educators
to
follow.
I
always
enjoy
visiting
your
class
and
appreciate
your
dedication
to
your
students.
G
Do
you
have
any
other
comments?
I
will
say
that
this
young
lady
is
a
colleague
friend
of
mine,
and
I
have
been
aware
of
her
work
and
since
the
beginning-
and
I
watched
her
grow,
not
only
as
an
educator
but
also
in
our
union
as
well
as
in
our
naacp.
We
share
very
many
organizations
together
and
so
the
energy
that
she
brings
is
very
similar
in
all
those
places
when
she
leaves
the
room.
People
know
she
was
there
and
that
is
for
sure.
A
C
A
L
M
Staff
members
so
again
thank
you.
They
hang
on
our
walls,
very,
very
grateful
for
your
support
for
us
and
lastly,
next
week
we
will
have
a
rabbi
ever
and
other
folks
coming
in.
Commissioner
patrick
will
be
with
us
to
talk
about
forum
to
our
students,
we're
all
k
through
five
all
the
elementary
schools.
So
again,
thank
you
for
your
support
and
continued
support
over
the
years
for
amistad
asian
pacific,
holocaust
and
latino
history.
Thank
you.

D
Amending
resolution
number
403
adopted
august
3,
2021
a

the
united
states,

of
housing
and
urban
development
for

Eighty

five

and
thirty

H
This
money
is
gonna,
be
used
to
help
address
some
of
the
housing
issues
we've
seen
following
the
language
and
our
improvement
authority
was
done,
administers
the
program,
and
I
know
we
have
somebody
here.
I
don't
know.
O
Sure
I
can
give
a
brief
overview.
This
amendment
was
was
necessary
because
in
the
american
rescue
plan
they
awarded
the
2021
home
year.
O
Additional
funding
across
across
the
nation
atlanta
county
was
awarded
about
2.4
million
more
dollars
that
we
have
to
work
into
our
plan
and,
as
commissioner
gatto
said,
she's
completely
right,
it
is
for
housing
needs
mostly
pointed
towards
the
homeless
and
homelessness
prevention
around
around
the
pandemic,
which
you
know,
I'm
sure
we
will
work
with
the
the
department
of
family
and
community
development
to
really
get
a
picture
of
what
those
are
and
then
develop
them
into
a
plan.
Where
we'll
spend
this
money
wisely.
R
A
Okay,
jerry,
yes,.
A
S
They
do
have
something
depending
on
depending
on
where
somebody
presents
yourself
is
almost
90.
95
percent
of
people
are
presenting
homeless
in
the
atlantic
city
after
hours,
there's
a
whole
process.
It's
called
two
one
once
if
you
call
2-1-1,
they
refer
you
to
the
rescue
mission
and
to
the
staff
that
are
assigned
it's
during
the
daytime.
S
S
There's
there's
about
25
agencies
that
deal
with
homeless-
and
you
know
the
county
is
a
prime
provider
of
services
for
the
homeless,
with
respect
to
tanf
general
assistance,
food
stamps
medicaid.
Yes,.
D
R
A
And
kern
yes,
mercy.
Paris,
now
motion
to
the
line
resolution
number
118
to
124
with
our
appointment.
T
Would
be
to
entertain
a
motion
to
take
the
subject
matter
off
the
table
and
consider
it
simply
because
you
did
technically
table
it
at
the
last
meeting.
F
Time
so
the
reason
for
this
this
resolution
is
simply
to
this
board,
approves
the
budget
of
the
acua,
so
spending
is
a
concern
of
ours
and
when
we
find
that
there's
ten
thousand
dollars
being
spent
on
what
amounts
to
a
campaign
that
is
not
related
to
trash
recycling
or
any
of
those
items,
we
want
to
know
why
and
that's
what
this
is
about.
B
B
I
generally
will
pick
up
the
phone
and
I
will
call
the
person
in
charge
and
I
will
ask
them
directly
what
the
questions
are
that
I
have.
If
I
don't
like
the
answer
that
I
get
if
it's
at
the
acl
and
mr
doby's
here
and
he
could
play
it,
pertino
picks
up
the
phone
and
calls
them
I'll
get
on
the
phone
and
I'll
call
the
committee
members
to
serve
them
if
it's
in
their
purview
of
their
committee.
B
If
it's
solid
waste
of
this,
if
it's
wasteford
or
whatever
it
may
be,
I'm
never
going
to
say
that
a
commissioner
can't
do
this
kind
of
a
resolution.
The
only
concern
not
the
concern.
The
only
thing
I
would
say
is
is
that
when
you
do
it
in
doing
this
official
capacity,
I
hope
you're
specific
on
the
questions
and
the
intent
you're
going
to
be
asking,
because
a
lot
of
the
stuff
that
they
do
there
is
approved
by
the
board
they're
bored.
They.
B
C
B
U
U
U
Whether
we
like
the
outcome
of
the
investigation
may
be
something
different,
but
at
the
end
of
the
day
they
still
have
to
answer
just
like
we
have
to
answer
when
we
do
something,
whether
folks
like
it
or
just
like,
and
what
what's
happening
is
that
we
all
know
the
game
plan
do
what
you
want
to
do.
Until
you
get
cool.
U
U
U
U
G
I
Not
sure
yeah
I'll
just
make
one
comment.
I
spoke
with
county
executive
today
records
to
this
and
asked
him
specifically
if
their
board
approved-
which
I
believe
is
the
question.
If
their
board
approved
the
expenditures
for
a
campaign
reference
to
the
attraction
transfer
station,
that
we
were
built
named,
pleasantville
and
emphatically
said.
Yes,
they
did.
F
Thank
you.
I
just
have
a
follow-up
to
that
in
the
oprah
request,
where
we
asked
for
the
invoices
and
anything
substantive.
B
Yeah,
I
know
nothing
about
europa
requests
since
I'm
not.
I
wouldn't
know
that.
Obviously,
if
you
made
an
open
request
as
a
commissioner,
that's
on
on
you
and
you
have
the
right
to
do
that.
As
I
said
earlier,
if
you
look
at
the
agendas,
are
they
permitted
to
extend
dollars
and
if
the
board
ought,
therefore,
what
approves
it
that
yeah
they're
allowed
there's
a
lot
of
people.
B
That
may
not
agree
with
some
of
the
expenditures
we
have
in
the
county
budget
and
they
can
come
in
here
and
tell
you
they
don't
like
what
we
spent
on
them,
but
they
have
the
right
to
do
that.
So
that
was
the
only
thing.
I
want
to
make
sure
from
my
standpoint
that
you
understand
you
have
the
right
to
investigate
and
ask
that's
our
job.
We
have
a
fiduciary
responsibility
to
the
people
that
we
represent.
P
Thank
you,
first
of
all,
I'm
not
sure
who
the
the
us
and
that
we
are
that
which
is
referring
to.
I
don't
think
it
was
a
request
for
the
entire
report,
no
commissioner,
so
I
kind
of
wanted
to
be
clear
on
that,
so,
secondly,
I
I
you
know
well,
I
agree
that
we
have.
We
have
the
right
question
that
just
says.
Anyone
for
the
fully
has
a
right
to
question
should
question
the
expenditures
of
public
money.
P
I
I'm
not
crazy
with
the
wording
of
the
title
of
this
authorizing
a
an
investigative
inquiry
concerning
the
acua
again
just
my
opinion.
My
concern
is
that
it
sounds
like
we're
accusing
them
of
wrong
and,
doing
you
know
financial
spending
like
something
shitty
going
on,
and
I
just
don't
want
to
you
know.
U
P
That
that's
the
impression
that
we're
trying
to
get
out
there
again,
you
know,
take
it
as
you
may.
That's
just
my
concern.
If
we're
working
at
the
title,
that's
what
most
people
that
he
does
it's
gonna
be
recorded
in
the
paper,
so
I
just
kind
of
want
to
caution
moving
forward,
as
commissioner
said
that
any
investigation
or
questioning
this
is
pretty
specific.
K
F
K
K
F
Madam
chairman,
I
just
I
I
am
astounded
two
weeks
ago,
everybody
sitting
here
was
very
interested
in
this
very,
very
interested
in
this.
When
we,
when
I
showed
you
the
invoices
that
were
sent
to
me,
and
now
I
don't
know
what
happened
huddle,
I
I
don't
know
what
happened,
but
this
is
very,
very
odd
and
disappointing.
Really
that
you
you
all.
You
don't
think
that
this
is
important
enough
to
ask
these
questions
specific
questions
related
to
spending
taxpayer
money
on
what
amounts
to
a
political
campaign.
A
Oh
okay,
so
I
I
would
like
to
say,
as
we
open
up
to
the
public,
that
I
know
mr
doby's
here
and
if
he's
willing
to
answer
some
of
the
questions
he
can
possibly
resolve.
B
H
I
don't
want
to
capture
my
mouth
yeah,
I
mean
if
I,
if
I
might
not
thank
you.
I
just
want
to
suggest,
because
I
did
ask
mr
fitzpatrick
about
the
specific
questions
and
the
other
commissioners
have
brought
up
some
interesting
points
as
well.
H
H
I
I
guess
I
might
even
have
a
little
more
broadly
abroad
question
about
just
discussions
having
to
do
with
with
private
enterprise
and
the
authority
in
general,
and
not
necessarily
specific
to
those
ones.
I
do
agree.
I
didn't
even
really
notice
the
the
title
saying
the
investigative
inquiry
into
the
total
authority.
H
I
do
think
that
is
a
little
misleading,
so
I
just
wonder
yeah.
I
just
wonder
if
it
is
better
to
maybe
go
to
a
subcommittee
go
through
the
questions
that
you
have
levels
that
we
know.
H
F
U
You
don't
want
to
give
away
your
authority
and
what
I
mean
by
that
is
use
a
weekly
on
a
resolution
just
to
ask
questions
in
basic
calc
and
giving
up
the
authority
that
you
have
his
commissions,
whether
we
like
the
answers,
a
lot
going
forward.
That's
the
difference,
but
but
you
never
give
up
the
authority
that
you
have.
U
The
problem
is,
I
think,
most
of
you
don't
understand
or
really
know
the
amount
of
power
that
you
do
have
as
commissions,
and
we
fail
to
use
it
when
we
need
to
whether
it's
the
ten
thousand
dollars
or
was
it
with
the
fifty
thousand
dollars
or
so
the
alleged
spent
two
weeks
ago
with
the
tech
and
pleasant
bill,
and
all
of
that
it
doesn't.
It's
questioning
that
I
think
it's
legitimate
to
be
asked
again.
U
U
That's
all
I'm
saying
once
you
start
not
taking
the
the
the
approach
to
the
authority
that
you
have
you're,
weak
and
and
unfortunately,
in
terms
of
it
doesn't
even
have
to
be
the
acua.
It
could
be
any
other
entities
within
the
government
in
county
government.
But
where
do
you
start
and
that's
all
I'm
originally
like?
I
said
I'm
not
putting
him
out
specifically,
but
now
he's
been
here
for
two
centuries.
U
And
what
I
mean
but
and
I'm
not
being
smart,
I'm
saying
he's
been
the
longest
serving
member
of
this
governing
body.
So
you
know
when
stuff
comes
up,
you're
questioning
you
want
to
know
stuff.
I
don't
have
a
problem
if
it
goes
to
a
subcommittee,
and
that's
probably
something
we
should
have
discussed
before
that
on.
The
agenda
did
not
wait
to
the
17th
hour
to
bring
that
up,
because
everybody
got
the
agenda
and
knew
what
was
on
there.
U
If
there
was
questions
regarding
whether
it
was
the
title
of
it
and
what
the
questions
were
going
to
be
but
to
sit
here
today.
I
think
it's
disingenuous
to
make
those
kind
of
statements
and
comments,
because
we
all
had
enough
time
to
say:
hey,
listen,
let's
send
it
to
the
subcommittee
which
I'm
selling
not
objecting
to,
but
I
just
wish
we
had
done
before
we
got
here.
A
K
The
acla
has
a
board
a
very
confident
people
on
it.
The
mayor
plaza
was
on
it.
I'm
sure
they've
had
discussions
internally
as
well,
and
if
this
is
the
only
issue,
that's
come
up.
We
can,
you
know,
answer
this
right
here
now
we
have
richtobe
here,
and
you
can
certainly
comment
on
this,
but
I
believe
in
the
in
the
end,
what
the
authority
did
it
made?
People
make
not
like
it,
but
they
were
raising
public
awareness.
K
W
I
wasn't
planning
on
being
here
today,
but
I'll
be
happy
to
answer
the
questions
you
have
on
the
specific
topic
you
outlined
and
pretty
much
anything
else
that
comes
up,
but
I
do
want
to
correct
two
things
that
has
been
said
earlier.
W
You
certainly
have
the
right
to
investigate
and
question
the
authority.
I've
been
the
president
for
almost
32
years.
It's
happened
three
times
before,
and
this
worked
out.
Fine,
there's
no
question
that
we're
a
part
of
county
government
and
the
board
of
the
board
of
commissioners
has
the
right
to
ask
questions
and
have
investigations.
It's
happened
before
and
probably
will
happen
again.
So
there's
no
question.
C
W
Just
add
one
other
thing:
budget
is
not
a
true
quarterback
board
of
commissioners.
Our
budget
is
approved
by
the
county
executive
and
then
it
goes
to
the
department
of
community
affairs
for
approval
our
board.
First,
then,
the
county
executive
signs
off
on
it
the
rates
they
come
here
every
year,
at
our
insistence
to
courtesy
present
that
budget
and
those
rates
to
the
board
of
commissioners
and
we
have
in
25
years
so
that
that's
just
the
foundation.
Now
there
were
a
number
of
questions
that
commissioner
fitzpatrick
you
had
of
please
yes,.
F
Thank
you
thanks
for
coming.
I
appreciate
it,
and
this
in
no
way
is
a
reflection
on
the
work
of
the
acua
as
an
entity.
This
is
a
very
specific
situation,
so
what
commissioner
risley
was
talking
about
was
raising
public
awareness,
which
absolutely
is
necessary
in
a
lot
of
situations,
and
this
is
a
big
one.
This
is
a
a
situation
where
the
public
needs
to
be
aware
of
what's
going
on
and
what
changes
may
be
made
in
their
neighborhood.
F
But
my
question
is
why
why
go
through
expense
like
that,
when
you
have
opportunities
to
to
have
a
public
forum
that
isn't
spending
public
money?
You
said
that
you
went
to
pleasantville
city
council
meeting.
I
was
at
your
town
hall.
As
you
know,
last
thursday
night,
you
said
that
you
went
to
a
pleasantville
city
council
meeting
and
the
developer
of
the
entity.
Was
there
and
gave
a
big
presentation
and
he
was
apparently
on
the
agenda
and
then,
when
you
wanted
to
speak,
you
were
not
given
the
the
opportunity
that
you
would
have
liked.
W
As
I
was
told,
both
parties
would
come
and
make
a
presentation,
and
then
there
would
be
questions
for
the
public,
the
applicant
and
the
city
consultant
between
the
both
of
them
had
about
100
of
an
hour
and
15
minutes
to
make
a
presentation.
W
W
W
I
stretched
the
tape
and
at
one
moment
I
said
please
move
that
chart
over,
so
I
can
show
the
crowd
and
the
city
up
directed
employees
to
stop
that
and
told
me
don't
do
that
again.
You
are
not
to
show
those
charts
at
the
end,
so
that
was
a
city
council
meeting
that
actually
was
instigated
by
the
aca
and
councilman
davenport,
but
the
city
controlled.
W
It
because
it
was
a
city
council,
meeting
the
city
council
president
controlled
the
meeting
as
he
should
and
he's
the
one
that
determined
who
spoke
when
they
spoke
for
how
long
they
spoke,
and
that
was
it
up
until
the
meeting
just
happened
two
weeks
ago
that
we
sponsored
there
was
no
public.
C
F
W
In
may
of
last
year,
I
personally
imagine
mayor
ward
and
the
city
administrator
and
went
over
the
reasons.
The
acy
was
opposed
to
it
on
on
policy
issues
and
then
specifically
about
the
site
and
the
ability
of
this
project
to
actually
accomplish
what
has
been
purported
and
what
were
the
issues
specific
issues?
W
I
there
was
no
follow-up
to
that.
There
were
no
answers.
There
were
no
okay,
banks,
great
will
so
look
into
that.
There
never
was
a
response.
F
So
I'm
just
looking
for
avenues
that
could
have
been
taken
instead
of
spending
this
money
and
again
at
the
town
hall
last
week,
you
yourself
said
that
that
that
was
a
lot
of
money
and
that
you
would
probably
have
to
answer
some
questions
in
about
two
weeks
right.
You
said
that.
C
F
W
I
don't
know
specifically
that's
one
reason
because
we
didn't
add
it
all
up,
but
it
wasn't
what
had
been
reported
earlier
by
somebody.
Fifty
thousand
dollars
we
rented
a
tent.
We
got
some
av
equipment,
we
hired
a
spanish
translator
because
we
know
this
is
in
a
spanish
neighborhood
speaking
neighborhood,
and
that
is
a
barrier.
F
So,
let's.
F
I'm
I'm
hearing
that
the
executive
approved
it.
If
I
didn't
wasn't
given
the
minutes,
when
I
asked
for
them.
W
You
did
not,
commissioner,
you
did
not
request
through
and
over.
First
of
all,
you
can
call
me
and
you
can
call
our
staff
and
they
will
answer.
You
would
have
gotten
the
questions.
Any
commissioner
pettino
is
not
in
the
room,
but
he
indicated
earlier
and
he
has
over
the
time
over
time
directly
indicated.
We
don't
make
commissioners
or
the
county
executive's
office
go
through
an
oprah
process.
W
We
may
not
have
the
answer
correct.
What
happened
is
creed
ho
came
to
a
board
meeting,
did
not
identify
himself
as
representing
anybody,
but
a
citizen
to
nostalgia,
and
he
handed
mr
gillette,
our
board
secretary
and
oprah
already
filled
out
and
completed
and
then
left
them.
So
we
had
no
idea
that
that
was
a
request
from
you.
W
He
didn't
say
he
was
a
commissioner.
We
don't
no,
no,
we
would
get
literally
of
values
with
requests
for
information
from
everybody.
So
outside
people
who
are
not
within
the
county
government,
they
don't,
they
have
to
go
through
the
oprah
process,
that's
just
to
keep
it
straight
and
whether
what
they're
asking
for
is
permissible-
and
so
it
has
to
be
reviewed
by
their
attorneys.
F
F
U
Let
me
ask
you
a
question:
if
you
don't
be
respected,
for
the
record,
there's
not
been
one
time.
I've
called
the
acua
and
talked
to
him
and
not
gotten
the
information,
so
I
would
never
be
able
to
say
he's,
never
been
full-time
with
information.
However,
I've
never
put
in
a
open
request.
I
didn't
think
I
needed
to,
but
I
want
the
record
to
be
very
clear
so
with
this
transfer
station,
that
seemed
to
be
at
the
top
of
the
discussion
on
everything
the
record
needed
to
be
cleared.
This
does
not
start
under
mayor
judy
ward.
U
It
started
under
man
tweet.
So
we
need
to
be
very
clear
about
that,
because
the
public
thing
is
the
mayor.
Awards
was
pushed
it
started
on
the
tweeter.
Would
that
be
a
fascinating?
Oh,
yes
and
and
you've
indicated
that
we're
not
important.
I'm
not
questioning
your
finality,
but
you
indicated
you've
had
a
meeting
with
mayor
ward,
who
happens
to
sit
on
your
board
when
she
was
near.
U
C
U
U
And
so
what
happens
is
I
just
want
to
make
make
sure
people
don't
think
this
is
something
somebody's
trying
to
slide
through
at
the
middle
of
the
night.
It
came
from
a
previous
administration
that
you
had
a
lot
of
dealings
with
in
terms
of
conversation,
because
the
transportation,
whether
you
agree
with
it,
consistently.
W
Over
the
last
six
years,
first,
it
was
in
pleasantville,
then
it
was
in
galloway.
Then
it
was
in
pleasantville
all
of
those
discussions,
all
elected
officials
on
the
local
level
that
I
interacted-
and
there
was
a
discussion
about
this.
I
said
this
is
a
bad
idea,
all
right,
bad
idea
for
your
town,
bad
ideas
for
the
neighborhood,
bad
idea
for
the
county,
bad
idea
for
the
ac
bad
idea
for
the
ratepayers.
U
U
That's
what
you
said
so
but
be
it
but
visit
mr
dilby.
Listen,
you
got
a
job
to
do
and
I
appreciate
you
you're
doing
your
job.
I
just
didn't
want
this
to
turn
into
a
dog
and
pony
show
where
I
blame
you,
you
blame
them
it's.
I
think
the
record
just
needs
to
be
clear.
How
long
ago
this
project
started
and
where
you
had
today
the
issue
really
came
down
to.
Did
you
have
authorization
to
spend
ten
thousand
plus
dollars
to
do
an
awareness
in
the
community
and,
according
to
my
colleagues
from
the
county
executive?
U
W
G
And
we
just
just
for
I'm
sorry,
madam
chair,
if
I
may
just
for
educational
purposes,
what's
what
around
the
amount
is
that
how
much
can
you
just
well,
we
have
a.
W
Budget
for
authority
relations-
and
there
are
budgeted
amounts
for
specific
things
that
we
know
are
going
to
happen
or
anticipated
happen
and
then
there's
contingencies
for.
W
The
last
two
years
been
one
giant
contingency,
that's
all
levels
of
government,
including
ourselves,
because
we've
spent
money
on
things
that
we
never
imagined.
C
G
I
hear
it
over
and
over
it's
online,
it's
in
the
newspapers,
and
I
don't
think
any
single
person
up
here
agrees
with
that
statement.
Not
right.
One
commissioner
agrees
with
with
any
part
of
that
we
didn't
vote
in
favor
of
the
project
we
did
not,
and
nor
are
we
dismantling
the
acua,
so
I
I
just
want.
G
Maybe
you
can
help
clarify
that
for
folks,
because
language
is
coming
from
somewhere
and
it's
not
being
proactively
stopped,
you
know
you
want
to
stop
the
dump,
we're
going
to
stop
some
of
the
information
as
well.
I
guess
so
I
just
I
just
would
like
to
hear
you
answer
to
that
portion
of
it
to
speak
to
the
folks
that
are
out
here
listening
in
public
to
what
the
commissioners
actually
did
from
your
understanding.
G
G
We
also
had
our
chairwoman
came
back
another
meeting
and
clarified
for
the
record,
but
that's
not
what
we
did
just
to
clear
it
up
for
any
minds
out
there,
because
we've
read
the
newspaper
as
well.
So
we
took
the
time
in
another
meeting
just
to
clarify
that.
That's
not
what
we
did
and
sent
it
to
the
newspaper
and
told
them
that
that
that
the
report
that
the
article
that
was.
G
G
M
G
The
newspaper
article
there's
nothing,
we
can
do
more
than
what
we've
done,
you
know
and
what
we
did
was.
We
came
back
to
an
official
meeting
public
meeting
and
we
said
for
everyone
to
hear
that.
That
is
not
what
we
did
and
yet
it
still
continues,
and
so
I
I
just
think
that's
a
little
disingenuous
and-
and
you
know,
I'm
not
going
to
speak
for
any
of
my
colleagues,
but
I
personally
get
tired
of
hearing
it.
G
U
It
is
also,
in
my
opinion,
that
you,
as
the
executive
director,
need
to
clean
that
up
as
well
people-
and
I
agree
with
him
my
colleague
over
there
what's
happening
is
people
think
that
the
county
is
sponsoring
or
at
least
funding
a
transfer
station?
And
that's
not
true,
you
know
it's
not
true.
We
know
it's
not
true.
I
know
you're
not
responsible
for
what
the
newspapers
say,
but
you
also
have
employees
going
around
telling
people
that
I
do.
W
G
Good
work,
but
if
I
may
have
gotten
shared,
but
that
is
under
our
purview,
that
is
under
our
authority
if
one
of
your
employees
is
out
there
saying
something
false
about
this
commission
that
is
within
our
authority,
and
so
what
we're
saying
is
it's
in
your
authority
as
well,
so
we're
asking
you
to
handle
it
because
they're
your
employee,
so
you
you,
as
the
person
who's
in
charge
of
that
organization.
That's
your
employee,
saying
something
negative
or
false
about
this
commission.
G
W
I
Your
website
with
you
know
things
as
though
that
commissioner
parker
just
brought
up
about
the
other
commission
board
commissioners
are
trying
to
dismantle
and
do
away
with
the
hcua
there's,
there's
one
that
that's
that's
right
here,
that
it
seems
the
county
commissioners
want
to
pull
clean
water
and
clean
air
out
from
under
us.
After
all,
the
work
we
have
done
to
make
our
county
a
safer
place
to
live.
Why
on
earth?
Would
the
county
commissioner?
Do
such
a
thing?
I
And
you
know
I
mean
the
texas,
the
the
statement
is
that
long
and
it
appears
as
though
it's
coming
from
your
website
and
supposedly
it's
by
somebody
who's
being
paid
for
you
to
run.
I
would
hope
that
acua
isn't
running
a
campaign,
a
dishonest
campaign
against
the
board
of
commissioners,
because
mr
fitzpatrick
asked
to
have
an
inquiry.
I
W
About
the
issue
website
proper
is
not,
and
I
don't
believe
that
it
stopped.
The
dump
website
which
we
do
sponsor
is
I
don't
know
what
let's
say
this,
but.
I
It
appears
it
appears,
though
it
says,
with
a
little
trash
can
on
it
and
recycle
can
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
if
we,
if
we
got
a
text
to
us,
I'm
sure
you
got
it
also.
So
if
it's
somebody,
I
would
just
say,
listen,
you
know,
look
into
it
and
it's
not
true.
The
board
of
commissioners
are
not
against
acua,
you
know,
acua
does
does
a
great
job
and
have
done
a
great
job
and
have
gotten
many
many
awards
here
in
atlanta
county.
I
The
board
of
commissioners
is
not
trying
to
dismantle
acua
we're
not
trying
to
do
away
with
acoa.
I
I
don't.
I
don't
know
where
that
that
information's
even
coming
from,
but
it's
it's
dishonest,
it's
disingenuous
and
if
it's
from
someone
from
your
office
or
someone
from
outside
of
your
office,
that's
being
paid
through
the
campaign,
we're.
A
U
I
I
do
question
that
no
question
about
it,
the
bmx
that
was
then
this
is
now
and
at
the
end
of
the
day,
who
says-
and
I
repeat
this
every
meeting
just
because
planetville
government
is
interested
in
the
transfer
station-
does
not
mean
that
they're
going
to
get
dep
approved.
You
know
it.
I
know
it.
I
think
most
of
us
know
that,
but
you
can't
fault
them
for
attempting
to
bring
some
additional
revenues
into
the
communities.
U
U
On
three
occasions
he
encourages
you
with
all
due
respect.
I
I
hear
you,
I
totally
disagree
with
you.
If
you
were
against
the
dead,
you
should
have
been
against
it
from
the
door,
not
wait
for
somebody
to
apply
an
application
that
was
just
covered
cover
up,
misleading
to
the
puzzles
and
so
whatever's
going
to
happen's
going
to
happen
just
out
of
our
hands
until
whoever.
W
First
step
in
this
camp
by
the
plan
approved
by
you
by
this
commit
board
of
commissioners
and
the
accounting
executive
is
that
an
application
for
a
facility,
a
solid
waste
facility,
cycling,
trash
whatever
it
is,
must
be
authorized
and
clearly
approved
specifically
by
the
host
minister
council.
That's
step,
one
step.
One.
G
H
U
My
colleague
asked
the
question
so
if
you
don't
want
to
talk
about
the
specific
issue,
just
cut
the
meat
in
it
just
cut
it
off.
He
asked
one
question
mr
doby's
going
all
the
way
around
and
around.
If
you
don't
want
it,
we
talked
about
the
ten
thousand
dollars.
I
get
that
part.
If
that's
all
we're
gonna
do
and
the
discussion
we
get
in
the
discussion.
S
A
M
W
I
I
I
look
forward
to
the
opportunity
to
meet
with
individual
commissioners
committees
of
commissioners.
Whatever
is
the
appropriate
way
and
have
a
long,
thorough
discussion
about
any
aspect
of
this
application
and
where
it
is
and
what
our
opposition
is
to
it
what's
wrong
with
it,
what
its
impacts
are
and
then
anything
else,
questions
about
the
stars.
A
And
we
appreciate
that
we
do
and
that's
you
know,
I'm
sure
this
conversation
will
continue,
but
it
doesn't
need
to
continue
here.
We
were
talking
about
one
specific
and
greatly
appreciate
you
being
here.
We're
not
you
know
we're
not
here
to
be
judge
and
jury.
We're
just
here
to
ask
some
questions
and
do
we
have
any
other
further
questions.
I.
G
G
G
I
don't
have
a
problem
having
this
the
whole
thing
in
in
a
different
form
right,
but
we're
here
now,
and
so
we
need
to
clear
some
of
the
public
air
because
we're
talking
about
the
process-
and
you
said
step
one-
it
needs
municipal
approval
and
that's
pleasantly.
That's
the
city
of
pleasantville,
not
the
atlantic
county
commissioner's
board.
G
W
W
A
And
if
we
have
further
questions,
we
can
call
correct,
as
he
said,
I'm
sorry,
mr
debbie,
as
he
said,
we
can
call
them
individually.
We
can
call
them
and
ask
them
or
to
come
into
a
committee
whatever
that
that
is,
we
can
go
ahead
and
do
that
and
we'll
you
know
we'll
decide
or
I'll
decide
which
committee.
That
is
because
we
do
have
some
that
you're
familiar
with.
So
that's
where
I
think
we
need
to
go
from
here,
and
I
thank
you
for
answering
the
questions.
A
I
thank
the
commissioners
for
their
passion
and
wanting
answers,
but
thank
you
for
being
here.
U
Welcome
before
we
before,
I
have
one
question
for
you,
though,
that
I
deserve
the
balance
of
that
time,
but
I
promise
you
mr
bill
got
one
question
I
believe
he's
answered,
but
I
will
be
clear
last
time
we
had
a
conversation.
I
believe
it
was
here.
You
thought
that
tonight
had
five
to
seven
years,
but
you
still
believe.
That's
all
you
have
left
at
the
landfill
and
if
you
do,
the
question
is
we're
gonna.
W
W
I
don't
want
to
get
into
the
options,
because
I
think
it's
beyond
what
we
want
to
do
today,
but
I
was
more
than
happy
to
have
a
thorough
discussion
of
the
options
available
to
us
and
by
the
way,
whatever
option
it
is.
Ultimately,
it
has
to
go
through
that
same
process
I
just
described
meaning
has
to
have
signed
off
by
the
municipality,
the
swag,
the
commissioner,
the
whole
thing.
The
whole
thing.
U
Here
that
for
you,
I
I'm
a
good
question
for
myself,
mrs
bill
I'd
like
to
find
out,
I
don't
have
a
problem
doing
a
another
visit
to
the
site.
It
is
a
a
site
that
needs
to
be
looked
at
in
terms
of
how
much
time
we
really
have
left.
Is
it
really
going
to
be
six
years,
and
what's
our
alternative
after
that,
I
don't
know
if
any
of
my
other
colleagues
have
gotten
any
updates
from
you
lately.
U
W
H
C
A
M
Hi,
my
name
is
sharon
hi.
I
am
a
resident
of
pleasantville
and
also
an
employer
of
the
18y,
and
normally
I
come
to
these
meetings.
I've
been
coming
for
a
while.
I
sit
on
some
sports
with
some
of
you
and
I
never
have
anything
to
say
because
I'm
trying
to
figure
out
where
we
stood
on
this
so
I'm
there
and
where
I
stand,
I
have
spoken
to
the
mayor
about
it.
M
I'm
not
sharing
it
in
this
room,
okay,
but
I
did
take
some
offense
to
one
of
the
questions
you
posed
to
mr
goody
and
that
it
could
be
coming
from
an
employee.
M
I
am
the
director
of
human
resources
at
the
kcua
and
mr
dovey
has
held
these
many
ac
weight
camps
and
he
has
gone
around
the
organization
and
met
with
small
groups
of
people
and
gave
them
the
facts
very
much
like
what
they
did
so
that
they
had
accurate
information,
and
he
is
very
passionate
about
this
topic,
whether
it
was
pleasantville
or
any
other
area
he's
been
passionate
about
it.
M
It's
all
about
his
commitment
to
environmental
environmental
stewardship,
and
I
know
for
a
fact
if
a
employee
is
speaking,
information
is
not
correct
and
it
were
to
come
to
him
or
to
me
it
would
be
addressed
okay.
So
I
go
on
record
saying
that
sometimes,
when
we
are
speaking
in
our
communities
and
sometimes
when
you're
speaking
with
different
levels
of
employees,
could
it
be
possible
that
something
has
been
misinterpreted
or
repeated
incorrectly?
M
If
we
know
it,
we
will
clarify,
he
has
done
a
good
job.
I
am
using
the
authority.
I've
only
been
there
a
year,
so
this
whole
thing
is
very
new
to
me.
I
come
from
higher
ed,
so
it's
all
new
to
me,
okay,
and
so
he
has
educated
me
as
well
over
the
course
of
the
past
14
months.
So
I
just
want
to
assure
you
that
if
this
were
to
be
known
to
us,
thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
L
Now
I
I
actually
learned
about
recycling
and
other
sustainability
measures
from
the
acua
in
the
early
late,
mid
90s
when
they
came
to
our
schools,
and
I
I
think
we
should
continue
that
tradition.
I
think
it's
an
important
one
for
our
county
for
the
people
here
today.
How
many
people
learned
about
this
issue
from
the
acua
sir
just
try
to
address
the
chair.
I
I'm
addressing
I'm
addressing
the
whole
public
so.
L
From
the
ac,
I
think
the
county
could
do
a
much
better
job
in
their
public
participation,
including
the
time
and
the
location
of
this
of
these
meetings.
Four
o'clock
is
really
hard.
I
had
to
get
somebody
else
to
pick
up
my
daughter
from
daycare
I
had
to
take
off
for
work.
This
is
a
tough
time
for
people
to
come
and
participate
in
the
public
process.
I
think
what
the
acu
has
done
is
actually
been
a
benefit
through
the
county
because
they
held
the
meetings
at
night.
L
They
held
the
meetings
in
a
room
big
enough
for
the
public
to
participate,
and
they
have
a
spanish
translator.
So
I
think
this
is
the
model
for
what
we
should
be
doing
now.
The
county
has
the
full
authority
to
investigate.
Of
course,
I
think
that's
fully
appropriate,
but
this
I
think
we
should
take
this
as
a
model
for
how
to
actually
talk
to
the
public
and
communicate
with
the
public,
so
that
we
all
know
what's
happening
in
our
county
government
and
can
respond
appropriately.
M
J
And
I
want
to
speak
regarding
concerning
the
resolution
authorizing
the
investigation
inquiry
into
the
atlantic
county
utilities
authority
sponsored
by
commissioner
karen
fitzpatrick.
J
I
really
want
to
thank
the
individuals
on
this
commission
and
outside
who
have
taken
the
time
to
educate
the
public.
My
community
about,
what's
been
going
on
with
this
proposed
trash
debris
transfer
site
in
my
neighborhood
of
political
new
jersey,
something
elected
officials
in
pleasantville
should
have
been
doing,
and
some
of
the
commissioners
here
that
have
failed
to
do
your
actions
tonight.
Commissioner
fitzpatrick
commissioner
kersey
corsi
have
frustrated
my
community.
J
There's
been
no
transfer
transparency
from
you
and
we're
talking
about
going
in
circles
and
your
questions
just
did
that
very
action.
You
went
in
circles
these
misdirections
from
you
have
angered
us.
We
have
folks
here
tonight
being
really
against
this
debris.
That's
trash
proposal
and
I
guarantee
you
that
there's
going
to
be
many
many
many
more
and
we
will
ensure
that
this
trash
light
is
never
ever
built
in
plasma
new
jersey.
V
David
caldwell
pleasantville,
let
me
make
this
perfectly
clear,
and
I
know
everyone
in
this
room
knows
that
mr
doley
was
spending
twenty
thousand
dollars
in
support
of
this
project.
V
It
would
never
be
a
problem
with
any
of
you
up
there,
but
because
he's
informing
the
public
and
it's
not
what
you
guys
want
now
you
want
to
do
a
resolution
town
hall
meeting
a
couple
weeks
ago,
mrs
patrick,
you
were
there
and
I
know,
but
you
being
there.
The
only
thing
that
you
saw
was
what
rick
dolby
spent
money.
V
What
you
should
have
been
doing
is
get
a
resolution
together
to
get
your
colleagues
to
be
send
their
vote
when
they
were
talking
about
any
support
in
support
of
this
project.
That's
what
you
should
have
done.
Let's
get
a
resolution
together
about
the
guy
who's
proposed
this
project,
who
has
underpaid
his
work
and
was
fine
hundreds
of
thousands
of
dollars
because
he
underpaid
his
workers,
and
this
is
supposed
to
be
about
jobs
and
the
pleasantville
for
pleasantville
residents.
If
he
robbed
the
people
from
his
other
job,
what.
C
V
Fair
salary,
a
fair
job-
it's
not
going
to
happen.
Let's
do
that
resolution
about
investigating
what
happened
with
him,
not
paying
his
words
and
mr
corsey.
You
said
that
mayor
tweedle
was
the
one
who
proposed
this
thing:
you're
right
he
was,
but
that
doesn't
take
judy
ward
off
the
hook.
Judy
ward
sat
up
dead
as
the
council
president
and
was
in
agreement
with
this
project,
she's,
not
off
the
hook,
she's
just
a
guilty
sweet.
V
Now,
with
all
that
being
said,
the
meeting
that
mr
dovey
was
talking
about
in
pleasantville,
which
was
the
council
meeting
where
he
said
he
didn't
get
to
speak
because
he
didn't
get
to
speak
because
it
wasn't
supposed
to
be
a
council
meeting.
It
was
supposed
to
be
a
town
hall
meeting
for
people
to
hear
the
issues
and
city
council
did
not
want
the
public
to
get
the
information
that
they
should
have
gotten.
V
V
And
seriously,
you
guys
need
to
be
considered
about
supporting
this
thing
and
leave.
Mr
dolby
alone,
I'm
offended
that
you
will
talk
about
he's
spending
public
money
on
informing
the
public
about
what's
going
on
in
their
town
and
I'm
really
hurt
by
these
two
who
are
african-americans
and
they
want
to
run
a
dunk
in
the
town
of
in
a
minority
community
and
you're
forth.
V
Instead
of
listening
to
the
people
who
saying
they
don't
want
it,
why
don't
you
come
to
a
town,
hall,
meeting
country,
council
meetings
and
you'll
hear
the
frustration
of
the
people
of
president,
but
they
don't
want
this
thing
so
stop
trying
to
bring
it
in
pleasantville.
I'm
telling
you
it's
not
going
to
happen
because
the
people
are
waking
up
and
it's
not
going
to
be
pretty
for
you
guys.
Whoever
is
is
for
this
project
stop
it.
This
is
enough
already.
Thank
you.
Y
My
name
is
kathleen
spain.
I
hope
you
can
hear
me.
If
not,
I
can
speak
louder.
I
live
in
linwood,
I'm
one
of
the
24
communities
at
acua
services
and
services
very
well.
There
are
310
employees
that
work
at
acua
and
when
I
read
this
resolution
that
was
in
front
of
the
commission
tonight,
I
read
it
as
an
inquisition.
Y
You
need
to
be
reminded
again
what
a
wonderful
thing
that
acua
does
every
single
day
from
picking
up
our
trash
and
always
pleasantly
waiting.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
I
know
the
name
of
one
of
the
trash
collectors
who
comes
to
my
house
name
is
david.
He's
been
there
for
five
years
with
acua,
it's
not
an
easy
job
anytime.
I
need
anything
from
acua.
Y
I
happen
to
live
on
a
street
where
we
have
the
pumping
station
and
sometimes
unfortunately
it
does
make
noise.
I
can
call
anyone
from
acua
from
the
receptionist
to
the
communications
director
to
the
solid
waste
people
constantly
give
me
their
cell
phone
numbers
and
tell
me,
mrs
faith.
If
you
hear
that
exhaust
noise
again
we're
very
sorry,
we'll
take
care
of
it
and
they
always
do.
Y
I
understand
some
of
the
frustration
that
some
of
the
residents
from
pleasantville
feel
they
have
not
been
informed.
I
wasn't
personally
informed
and
understood
everything
because
I
live
in
lynnwood.
It's
separate,
unfortunately,
and
it
shouldn't
be
from
pleasantville,
but
now
I'm
starting
to
understand
what
goes
on.
I
appreciate
what
acua
has
done,
but
I
also
understand
there
are
fiscal
responsibilities
as
well.
So
I
hope
that
commissioner
fitzpatrick's
questions
were
answered
today,
but
I
must
point
out
to
you
that
this
commission
is
I'm
going
to
reiterate
it
again.
C
Y
See
the
agenda,
you
can
see
the
items
on
the
agenda
as
a
matter
of
fact,
I
read
the
february
agenda,
which
is
posted
online
and
there
are
25
items
on
there
that
have
to
do
with
fiscal
items
and
budgets
and
I'm
sure,
if
you
had
any
questions
you
could
do.
You
could
direct
your
questions
through
your
director
or,
as
it's
been
mentioned
by
our
the
president
from
hcua,
you
could
direct
those
questions
to
him.
I
think
acaoa
has
always
tried
to
be
transparent
and
always
try
to
engage
everyone,
and
I
appreciate
your
time
tonight.
R
My
name
is
lee
byron.
I
live
in
margaret.
I
just
found
this
so
confusing.
This
whole
thing
there's
no
reflection
on
on
this
commission
and
I
just
feel
compelled
based
on
what
I
heard
to
get
up
and
say
how
much
I
love
acua
as
an
excellent
organization
and
rick
will
appreciate
this.
I
started
recycling
when
I
was
19
or
20
years
old,
like
19.
R
Z
Z
We're
talking
about
mr
mr
parker
is
questioning
where
this
confusion
is
coming
from.
Look
at
this
booklet
of
city
council
resolutions
of
swac
applications
of
premature
symbolic
votes
from
the
freeholder
county
board,
mike
it's
obvious,
where
the
confusion
is
coming
from
we're
coming
from
working
class
communities
that
sometimes
don't
have
time
to
attend
city
council
meetings
because
they're
trying
to
put
a
roof
on
their
on
over
their
heads
and
put
on
the
table,
and
you
have
nobody,
nobody
from
pleasantville
city
hall.
Z
It's
unorganized
we're
having
so
much
trouble
talking
to
our
mayor,
mayor,
ward
and
finding
out
simple
stuff
she's
telling
us
she's
not
in
charge
of
the
day-to-day
operations,
then
who
is
that's
a
direct
quote
from
her
and
who
is
you
want
to
know
where
the
confusion's
coming
from?
If
it
wasn't
for
mr
dobie,
I
would
have
never
heard
about
this
issue.
Z
I
consider
myself
pretty
well
informed
sometimes,
so
I
can't
imagine
what
hundreds,
if
not
thousands
of
working-class
folks
are
going
through
and
you're
trying
to
tell
them
that
they
have
to
be
knowledgeable
on
this
and
that
they've
made
a
couple
mistakes
on
social
media
posts
mark
my
words
small
room
tonight,
pleasure
council.
Put
this
through.
You
may
have
to
take
a
vote.
You
may
not,
I'm
not
sure
what
entirely
the
squad
process
is.
Z
N
Q
Thank
you,
madam
chair,
just
to
have
a
couple
of
clarifications
couple
of
months
ago,
the
commission
meetings.
Yes,
I
did
come
with
a
pair
of
reform.
I
didn't
realize
that
was
now
going
to
be
a
topic
of
criticism
coming
prepared.
Q
Q
There
I
came
back
in
after
that
done,
and
I
did
point
out
to
mr
goldbee
at
the
time
at
the
end
of
that
meeting,
that
there
were
people
who
were
on
zoom
who
had
been
cut
off.
Q
We
are
dealing
with
various
technical
issues
at
this
time,
but
I
would
hope
that
that
would
have
been
fresh
building
recollection
and
going
on.
Commissioner,
of
course,
this
thing
I
guess
I've
known
mr
dolby
for
two
centuries,
but
the
question
was
asked:
where
were
the
minutes
for
a
meeting
where
the
campaign
was
approved?
Q
Q
I
obviously
none
of
us
can
speak
and
I-
and
I
am
not
here
as
an
advocate
for
pleasantville
or
for
mr
david
or
anyone
else.
I
have
no
financial
interest
in
this.
I've
mentioned
it
online.
I
simply
think
the
process
should
be
up
front,
but
it
says
presentation
not
presentations,
but
I
don't
know
if
we
can
find
another
example
of
a
social
media
and
political
campaign
done
by
a
governmental
body
where
the
governmental
body
doesn't
upfront,
say
what
it
is
they're
doing.
Q
C
Q
The
millions
of
dollars-
I
don't
know
if
the
executive
gets
an
individual
guide
list
of
that.
So
I'm
not
sure
what
exactly
was
approved.
But
yesterday
a
couple
of
dozen
items.
Q
Q
A
C
AA
Hi,
I
just
wanted
to
clarify
something.
There
was
some
discussion
earlier
that
our
stories
have
been
inaccurate.
I
just
want
to
point
out
to
you
I'm
reading
the
title
of
the
resolution.
You
pass.
I
believe
december
21st
resolution
in
support
of
the
development
of
a
transfer
station
in
the
city
of
plexiville.
The.
AA
AA
There
was
discussion
that
that
you
really
just
wanted
it
to
go
to
dep
for
for
a
decision,
but
the
resolution
itself
and
its
wording
did
not
say
any
of
that.
It
did
not
say
this
is
just
to
encourage
this
to
be
applied
to
dep
it
was
in
support
of
the
development
of
the
transfer
station.
AA
So
I
just
wanted
to
get
that
on
the
record,
because
I
take
it
very
seriously
when
I,
when
there's
discussion
about
inaccuracies
in
my
stories-
and
I
mean
I
know
all
you
guys-
will
love
you.
You
know.
I
hope
you.
You
know
that
this
is
something
I
do
take
seriously,
and
I
just
wanted
to
get
that
on
the
record.
U
For
the
gentleman
that
made
the
comment
about
meetings
not
being
at
four
o'clock,
we
attempted
a
year
ago
to
have
meetings
once
a
month
at
night
in
different
locations
and
the
public
would
not
come.
We
we
attempted
to
take
and
they
would
say
the
show
on
the
road
and
the
public.
You
got
five
people
there.
Four
more
county
employees
outside
the
commission
office
et
cetera,
so
we
attempted
to
do
that.
We
want
the
public
to
get
involved
what's
happening.
We
need
to
hear
from
both
sides.
I've
always
said
this
and
I
continue
to
say
folks.
U
U
We
have
attempted
to
go
to
the
public
in
different
locations.
Now
unfortunate
folks
doesn't
get
involved
just
one
particular
issue.
Whatever
that
issue
may
be,
then
they
come
raise
all
their
health.
Every
time
we
get
the
message
out,
we
don't
it
is.
I
would
love
to
continue
to
have
the
public
to
come
to
meetings
and
and
listen
we're
not
in
a
small
room,
so
the
public
can't
come
in
it's
just.
This
is
our
meeting
room,
and
so
we
we
hear
you,
but
we
attempt
to
do
that
this
year.
U
In
this
year's
calendar
we
did
not
put
any
trips
on
the
road
that
doesn't
mean
that
we
won't
come
back
and
do
a
resolution.
That
municipality
asked
us
to
come
out
and
do
it
we
work
for
the
public.
We
don't
work
within
this
four
walls
of
this
building.
We
went
to
the
public,
so
they
asked.
We
should
take
the
meetings
to
the
public
and
we've
done
that
we've
been
online,
we've
been
pledged.
We've
been
a
number
of
places.
H
We
I
have
advocated,
and
the
board
is
deported,
maintaining
a
hybrid
meeting
practice
regardless
of
pandemic
status
at
this
point,
so
that
we
can
provide
additional
access
to
the
public
as
well.
If
they
can't
leave
work.
Some
of
us
can't
leave
work,
sometimes
that
it's
a
nice
option
and
we
in
the
last
couple
of
years
have
made
a
point
of
putting
all
of
our
meetings
on
youtube
so
that
they
can
always
be
referenced
back.
H
H
A
U
A
U
The
other
day
I
wanted
to
address
mr
callaway's
comment
and
you're
right.
Nobody
says,
mayor
ward
is
off
the
hook.
I
was
just
making
sure
that
the
public
understood
that
it
started
under
mayor
tweedle,
and
if
that
was
the
case,
everybody
should
have
been
held
accountable
from
him
to
now
that
that
was
my
only
point.
Nobody
gets
to
pass.
We
don't
even
get
a
pass.
It's
just
that
everybody
needs
to
understand
where
it
started.
So
I
want
to
be
clear
about
that
man.
U
What's
my
friend,
she
don't
get
a
pass
either,
but
the
plan
was
all
of
a
sudden.
The
campaign
started
no
dump
in
pleasantville
when
it
already
has
started
a
few
years
prior
to
under
mayor
tweeter
and
acua
never
opened
their
mouth,
whether
they
were
fought
against
it
and
didn't
have
to
wait
for
the
advocate
to
file
paperwork.
That
was,
I
wanted
to
clarify
that
from
my
perspective
of
it
and
then
the
other
thing
is
that
christian
got
up
and
makes
comments
about
where
we
wanted
it.
U
U
L
U
So
it
is
what
it
is
we
will,
and
so,
at
the
end
of
the
day
again,
I
invite
the
public's
comments
and
no
question
about
it,
but
this
board
basically
strictly
said:
we
supported
pleasantville
warnings.
It's
the
conference
station
again
that
doesn't
mean
they're
gonna
get
it.
I
mean
we're
singing
the
same
song,
but
the
municipalities
talked
about
additional
revenues,
et
cetera,
et
cetera.
If
it
doesn't
go,
it
doesn't
go,
but
you
just
can't
continue
to
have
diminished
lives
and
miscommunication
misleading
people
when
it's
beneficial
to
yourself.
F
I
just
want
to
address.
I
think
it
was.
Mr
callaway
said
that
there
was
a
lack
of
transparency
and
that
you
may
feel
that
that
happened
in
pleasantville.
I
can't
I
don't
have
any
control
over
what
happens
in
pleasantville,
but
I
think
a
byproduct
of
this
agenda
item
being
on
the
agenda
was
about
the
biggest
discussion
to
the
broadest
audience
of
this
transfer
station
and
its
relationship
to
the
acua
that
has
happened
at
all
and,
like
commissioner
gatto
said
this
is
all
recorded
on
youtube.
I
If
they
watch
it,
that's
yeah,
it
really
has
doesn't
have
to
do
with
this
resolution
per
se.
But
the
comment
came
up
by
several
people
tonight
with
this
resolution.
Our
previous
resolution
that
we
immediately
passed,
I
think
we
may
need
to
amend
the
title
and
the
verbiage
of
that
resolution
to
reflect
what
our
intentions
were.
There
was
a
lot
of
conversation
that
went
on
during
that
and
maybe
the
the
title
and
the
verbiage,
as
michelle
post
stated.
G
G
Because
whether
a
project
is
good
for
human
beings
that
are
residing
in
an
area,
if
there's
something
to
do
with
the
environmental
issue,
that's
not
white
black
brown.
It's
going
to
affect
people
in
a
negative
way.
I
have
family
members.
I
have
a
lodge
that
I'm
a
part
of
a
member
of
that's
right
across
the
street
from
the
proposed
project.
I'm
there
more
nights
than
most
people.
G
So
if
there's
something
environmentally
wrong
with
what's
going
on
in
there,
that
directly
affects
me
personally,
as
well
as
some
of
my
family
members
and
friends,
so
to
to
make
a
statement
like
that.
It's
just
false
altogether,
not
to
mention
in
terms
of
trying
to
get
both
sides
of
the
information
in
front
of
the
the
the
most
people
that
I
possibly
could.
I
don't
think
you'll
have
a
hard
time
finding
anyone
else
that
has
done
more
work
on
trying
to
get
people
back
and
forth
to
rick,
dolby
and
he's
sitting
in
a
room.
G
Then
I
wasn't
a
commissioner.
I
was
a
harvard
township
committeeman,
and
so
I
had
the
it
falls
right
on
the
border
of
egg
harbor
township
I
had
the
residence
of
eckhart
township
came
to
a
carpet
township
committee
meeting
and
and
asked
for
my
support
and
getting
involved
and
getting
the
information
to
the
people.
So
I.
C
G
Because
they
came
to
our
meeting
and
asked
me
to
so
behind
the
scenes.
Some
of
you
in
this
room
know
that
I've
been
very
active
with
taking
people
back
and
forth
on
my
own
time
to
hear
both
presentations
so
that
the
public
can
make
a
decision.
Now
what
I've
said-
and
I
think
this
committee
has
said-
and
this
this
commission
has
said-
the
decision
is
on
the
people
of
pleasantville-
the
people
of
egg
harbor
township
get
to
tell
their
elected
officials
what
they
want.
G
G
Excuse
me
as
frank,
said,
commissioner:
ballast
not
the
project.
I
have
never
endorsed
this
project.
Never
I've
never
given
an
opinion,
not
one
second
one
statement
about
the
project
itself,
but
the
process
has
to
be
fair.
So
all
of
my
questions
were
what
is
the
proper
process
to
arriving
at
this
decision
and
I'm
getting
an
education
just
like
the
rest
of
you
and
I'm
learning
things
and
as
we're
going
along
and
learning
about
the
process.
G
My
concern
is
that
the
the
people
are
getting
a
fair
process
and
getting
the
information
from
both
sides,
and
and
that's
it-
that's
all
we're
doing
so.
That's
that's
my
role
that
I
played
I'm
not
endorsing
this
project,
I'm
not
against
rick
dolby,
I'm
not
against
the
acua.
That's
all
misinformation
and
that's
the
point
that
I'm
making
here
today.
G
That's
all
misinformation
and
it
needs
to
be
clear,
cleared
up
because
it's
out
there
in
the
public-
and
it's
not
true
so,
as
mr
commissioner
ballot
said,
if
there's
some
language
in
our
resolution
that
needs
to
be
adjusted,
then
let's
figure
out
how
to
adjust
it,
because
everyone
up
here
is
telling
you
what
we
did
not
do
is
vote
in
favor
of
this
project
being
done,
we
vote.
We
voted
in
favor
of
what
we
were
informed
was
the
proper
process
to
it,
getting
an
approval
or
getting
a
denial
and
rick
dolby
even
told
you
standing.
Q
A
Yes,
motion
carries
okay.
That
concludes
the
written
portion
of
our
agenda.
We
have
any
special
reports
for
committees.
H
Just
just
two
quick
things:
first
of
all,
I
wanted
to
just
recognize.
We
had
an
employee
at
atlanta
county
in
the
mental
health
association,
nicki
phillips.
H
She
just
celebrated
40
years
with
the
county
and
they
her
colleagues
very
sweet.
They
threw
a
surprise
party
to
honor
her
and
celebrate
her,
which
was
really
lovely,
and
I
had
the
chance
to
stop
in
to
present.
H
C
H
Be
very
proud
that
her
legacy
is
going
to
be
leaving
a
path
forward
for
people
who
need
to
get
the
help
that
they
need
and
getting
providing
of
those
people.
So
I
just
wanted
to
take
a
minute
I
wanted
to.
At
the
last
meeting
we
have
gone
so
late.
H
I
didn't
have
a
chance
to
do
it,
but
I
wanted
to
recognize
victor
phillips,
yeah,
I'm
very
curious
afterwards
and
and
just
from
from
a
I
thought
we
were
gonna,
have
a
representative
from
congressman
bandra's
office
here
tonight
to
give
a
few
updates.
Unfortunately,
that's
when
he
wasn't
able
to
make
it,
but
I
did
just
want
to
recognize
congressman
andrew
and
his
passion
and
intervention
in
making
sure
that
we
maintain
the
independence
of
the
faa
technical
center
here
in
atlanta
county.
H
That
is
critical
to
our
plans
for
diversification
of
our
economy
and
the
expansion
of
our
research
park
in
conjunction
with
the
faa,
and
I
don't
know
that
you
know
that
would
have
happened
if
we
didn't
have
such
an
ardent
representative
and
congressman
andrew.
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
we
we
mentioned
that
and
recognize
that,
and
I
am
told
that
the
status
of
the
federal
funding
for
the
lake
lenape
dam
is
mainland
inmate
winning
should
be,
I
think,
coming
to
a
vote
within
the
week.
H
So
we
should
know
if
we're
going
to
get
that
grant
funding
that
we
applied,
for,
I
think
very
soon,
which
will
be
hopefully
a
very
nice
thing.
C
H
F
F
Led
atlantic
cape
and
cumberland
counties,
these
are
quizzes
covered
information.
By
january
8th,
we
were
high
to
very
high
on
february
26th.
We
were
low
to
medium.
The
positivity
percentage
is
0.81
which,
as
you
know,
less
than
one
is
third,
but
the
last
thing
that
the
gentleman
who
was
sharing
the
meaning
said
was
covet
is
not
over.
The
numbers
are
not
as
low
as
anticipated,
be
careful.
F
F
I
G
And
environment
advisory
board
metal
3222
we
have
the
americorps
ambassadors,
came
to
introduce
themselves
to
everyone
which
is
pretty
cool
and
talk
about
some
of
the
projects
they
have
going
on.
We
have
two
rain
barrel
workshop.
We
have
two
rain
barrel
workshops,
one
in
april
and
one's
going
to
be
in
may
and
also
they
reported
that
they're
working
in
conjunction
with
that
commission
and
the
local
green
teams.
G
So
some
of
that
was
reported
and
some
of
the
things
that
they're
working
on
are
water
sample
water
sampling
programs
to
the
cleanup
program
at
the
wildlife
refuge
and
on
322
and
427
3
24,
I'm
sorry
in
4
27
at
7
p.m.
There
are
two
webinars
on
storm
order:
management
posted
by
ken
abel,
and
you
can
find
that
on
www.
G
I
know
you
don't
say
that
anymore,
but
dot,
j,
c,
n
d,
r,
r
dot,
org
and
also
we
heard
a
lot
of
money
being
talked
about
early
on
about
the
library.
So
I
wanted
to
report
that
as
well
with
other
subcommittees
sit
on
so
for
the
public's
information
I
probably
should
set
it
then
there,
but
a
lot.
G
Go
to
any
of
our
libraries
you'll
see
there
are
major
projects
going
on
in
our
libraries,
new
roofs,
new
heat
and
air
conditioning
systems,
hvac
systems,
so
there's
a
lot
of
updating
going
to
our
library
systems.
Right
now,
so
that's
been
taken
care
of
so
from
voted
tonight
to
the
first
reading
on
some
grant
money.
There's
a
lot
of
grant
money
coming
down
and
so
you'll
see
the
projects
already
starting
right
now
taking
place.
So
I
wanted
to
give
that
report
also
at
ed
harper
township.
I
know
we
just
got
jerry.
G
G
B
From
the
bridges
and
roads
committee
we
recently
met
discussed
a
couple
of
pressing
issues.
One
was
the
green
bank
bridge
and
mulligan
council.
That's
the
old
bridge
there
mayor.
If
you
guys
recall,
came
in
last
year,
one
we
sat
down
and
discussed
all
the
options
with
replacement
the
costs
and
the
committees
agreed
to
move
forward
with
a
full
rehabilitation
of
the
mechanical
electrical
controls,
something
that
I
wish
we
had
done.
Maybe
well.
B
We
did
do
something
in
dorset
avenue
which
we
like
to
talk
about
a
lot,
but
the
county
is
going
to
move
forward
the
process
of
design
and
make
sure
we
have
all
the
materials
in
place
before
we
do
anything
to
shut
it
down.
When
the
time
does
come,
it's
a
historic
bridge
is
from
like
1926
or
something
so
anybody
that's
been
out
there
we're
not
looking
to
replace
it,
but
we
will
do
the
upgrades.
B
The
other
issue
we
discussed
with
the
replacement
of
the
eighth
street
bridge
in
folsom.
They
had
some
issues
out
there
over
the
engineering
firm.
Originally
who
was
working
on
it.
There
were
some
concerns
on
that.
We
had
to
send
that
out
for
peer
review
because
the
costs
come
in
so
much
higher
than
we
had
anticipated.
B
We
have
a
new
engineer.
That's
looked
at
we're
going
to
probably
move
forward
with
him
coming
back
with
the
design,
so
we
can
get
that
thing
down,
but
we've
probably
been
talking
about
that
for
three
and
a
half
four
years.
It's
probably
one
of
the
oldest
ones
we
got
when
we
went
around
and
we
keep
getting
a
lot
of
calls
on
that
from
the
central
municipal
court
they
met.
The
personnel
committee
went
with
them
and
they
selected
a
conflict
municipal
prosecutor
and
a
municipal
public
defender
at
a
recent.
C
B
Or
carl
triple
king
esquire
was
selected
to
serve
as
the
conflict
municipal
prosecutor
classes
and
darren
ford
was
selected
to
serve
as
a
conflict
municipal
public
defender
on
both,
and
they
will
be
compensated
at
300
per
session.
Also,
there
were
some
hires,
those
that
height
will
be
on
the
march
29
agenda
for
approval.
The
central
municipal
court
interview
committee,
also
consisting
of
chief
judge,
tim
mcguire
and
board
administrator
tony
thomas,
completed
interviews
for
several
candidates.
He
selected
two
clerk
physicians,
clerk,
one
andreas,
artesh
and
johnny.
I
Yeah
preference
to
the
veterans
advisory
board
this
thursday
at
11
o'clock,
we'll
be
presenting
a
proclamation
to
a
commission
board
proclamation
is
a
sport
on
that.
For
the
last
two
and
a
half
years,
I
guess
it
is
they've,
been
donating
100
for
every
car
that
was
sold
there
towards
the
disabled
veterans
and
it
basically
goes
for
homeless,
vets
to
house
them,
get
the
vets
off
the
street
and
it's
been
several
thousand
dollars
over
the
last
two
and
a
half
three
years.
So
any
other
commissioner
will
speak
here.
I
11
o'clock
support
home
mayor
of
your
air
with
the
presidential
board
myself,
the
chairman
of
the
veterans,
advisory
board
and
retired
general
from
army
also.
A
Yeah
it
is,
I
was
there
when
they
proposed
that,
so
I'm
glad
to
see
that
they
actually,
you
know,
made
some
dollars
and
lockers
yeah
yeah,
it's
good
for
them
or
something
I
have
any
other
committee
reports:
okay,
seeing
none
any
unfinished
business,
seeing
none
any
new
business.
A
F
It's
new
business
this
friday
is
the
lego,
municipality's
granite
county
meeting.
I
will
not
be
able
to
be
there,
but
there
will
be
a
presentation
on
work
by
the
center
for
climate
integrity,
it's
being
done
by
atlantic
city,
councilman
shabazz.
C
F
If
the
state
won't
do
it,
then
we
have
a
lot
to
lose
and
we
should
be
having
to
pay
for
it
for
the
repairs
that
have
been
caused
by
big
corporations
who
knew
what
they
were
doing
50
years
ago
and
perhaps
even
partnering
with
the
city
of
atlantic
city.
If
they
choose
to
do
something.
H
I
The
business
yeah
yeah,
if
the
if
we're
going
right
now
continues
by
our
next
meeting.
I
would
just
ask
that
we
do
a
a
resolution,
as
the
state
senate
has
just
tried
to
pass
legislation
to
ask
the
governor
to
suspend
the
motor
fuel
tax.
That
would
help
bring
the
price
of
gasoline
down,
which
is,
is
really
hurting
the
middle
class,
and
you
know.
I
Vehicle,
but
do
has
the
ability
to
go
out
and
buy
an
electric
vehicle
just
because
gas
prices
are
going
up
so
why
this
conflict
is
going
on
overseas
if
our
governor
can
can
either
reduce
or
do
away
with
or
suspend
them
for
a
time
period
to
lower
the
price
of
gasoline
and
diesel
fuel.
A
I
actually
I
heard
they
had
that
there's
articles
saying
it
would
actually
cost
more
to
charge
the
electrical
vehicles
that
it
is.
A
We'll
now
open
the
public
comments
portion,
anyone
that
would
like
to
speak
during
public
comments.
Please
come
to
the
podium
state,
your
name,
the
town
you
reside,
you'll,
provide
it
up
to
three
minutes
to
speak
and
again,
if
you
are
attending
virtually
please
type.
Yes,
in
the
question
and
answer
box,
you
will
be
raised
from
an
attendee
to
a
panelist
when
you're
raised.
M
M
Enough,
we
are
ten
to
fifteen
thousand
dollars
behind
of
any
other
count.
We
will
be
paid
enough,
everything's
rising
besides
our
play
and
that
we
are
asking
for.
We
are
just
asking
that
we
can
just
get
some
type
of
some
type
of
income
to
satisfy
us
to
help
us
along
the
way
we
can't
get
through
stands.
M
We
cannot
see
our
our
page
is
just
not
enough.
I
don't
work
two
jobs
for
three
years
now
I
stopped
now
I'm
gonna
go
back
because
I
just
can't
work
on
one
piece,
one
paycheck
so
we're
just
asking.
If
we
can
come
to
something
understanding,
the
five
hours
seven
dollars
eight
dollars
is
just
not
enough.
Evil
minimum
wage
is
724
725
for
somebody
to
open
the
spot
hours,
that's
the
type
of
case.
M
M
AB
M
Two
years
straight,
the
only
time
I
did
work
is
when
I
was
effective.
I
told
her
that
to
my
husband
that
battles
cancer,
my
daughter
that
has
methods
when
he
was
in
service,
I
enjoy
what
I
do.
It's
not
just
a
job
for
me
to
serve
and
help
someone
else
that
cannot
help
themselves
and
to
guide
them
through
trying
to
get
housing
furniture
food.
U
M
M
M
M
M
M
M
C
S
M
M
M
M
Excuse
me
again,
don't
tell
your
co-workers,
but
yet
you
just
heard
what
miss
todd
said,
how
she
got
nobody's
listening
to
what
we
went
through.
Did
anybody
look?
We
went
harold,
hurley
put
it
up.
We
wrote
the
state
how
we
didn't
have
nothing
to
protect
us
and
then
he
also
made
a
comment
and
said
we're
protected.
Now.
M
What
about
this?
Because
we
wasn't
protected
then
so
you
don't
want
to
pay
us
and
we
wasn't
protected
if
it
wasn't
for
the
union,
we
protected
our
members.
I
ordered
the
supplies
for
my
members,
not
the
landed
county
government
and
again
why
we
keep
coming
here.
All
we're
asking
is
to
be
treated
fairly.
M
Our
lives
is
no
different
than
anybody
else's
life
that
worked.
This
pain
doesn't
and
again
from
the
fourth
floor
to
the
eighth
floor
was
home.
They
got
to
work
from
home,
but
you
know
what
they
said
to
us:
they
don't
trust
us.
So
if
you
don't
trust
us
to
work
from
home,
why
you
trust
us
to
work
in
the
building?
M
X
Good
evening,
commissioners,
I'm
also
all
dean.
I
I
was
here
once
before
something
different
and
I
had
the
opportunity
to
listen
to
some
of
the
things
that's
going
on
with
the
community
and
for
most
of
you
may
not.
I
work
with
a
lot
of
the
children,
and
I
had
an
opportunity
here
recently
to
talk
to
two
young
children
specifically,
and
they
were
telling
me
you
know
about
their
mothers.
X
X
X
We
can't
keep
doing
stuff
like
this.
If
people
have
earned
something
give
them,
what
they're
supposed
to
have
don't
keep
making
them
suffer,
don't
keep
making
them
come
up
here
week
after
week
or
whatever
the
case
is
don't
keep
making
them
do
that,
because
eventually
it
keeps
getting
picked
up
next
thing,
you're
going
to
hear
two
or
three
people
going
to
be
fired,
but
it's
not
right
because
we
do
know,
that's
what
they'll
do
you
know,
so
I'm
I'm
only
appealing
to
you
to
get
you
to
understand
that.
X
Please
don't
let
them
keep
coming
up
here.
You
know
I
will
continue
to
support
them
and-
and-
and
I
say
certain
things-
I
don't
want
to
point
out
my
brother
here
like
earnest,
but
ernest
lives
in
like
in
the
hood.
He
knows
some
of
the
things
that
go
on,
maybe
behind
closed
doors.
Maybe
he
can
share
those
things
with
y'all.
X
These
people
here
are
desperate
and
you
keep
pushing
them
back
like
going
back.
Get
out
get
out
of
here.
I
wanna
hear
that
stuff
get
out
of
here,
that's
how
they
feel
they
feel
animals.
She
said
she's
working
in
this
come
on.
You
know
I
mean
if
you
really
want
to
understand,
what's
going
on
honestly
and
I'm
not
putting
you
on
the
spot,
we're
down
there,
but
because.
X
Know
that
jerry
ross
is
not
going
down
there
and
sit
down
with
the
people
and
if
he
does
take
a
picture
of
it
and
bring
it
back
and
I'll
come
here
and
I'll
dance
for
you.
I'm
gonna
come
to
inside
you
honestly,
because
this
has
to
come
to
a
stop
most.
These
women
are
also
single,
so
I
mean
they
take
a
lot
from
people.
That's
going
on
and
I'm
appearing
right
now
also
to
the
women,
because
y'all
have
to
understand
what
it
is
about:
children
they
get
caught
up
in
fast.
I
gotta
hide
these
snakes.
X
M
X
You
know
the
statistics,
because
I
see
them
every
day.
The
number
of
these
children
that's
selling
dope
and
doing
things
is
because
they
have
no
choice.
So
I'm
just
asking
you
think
about
what's
going
on
think
about
what's
in
your
heart,
if
you
have
children,
think
about
that.
Thank
you
for
for
your
time.
God
bless
you,
and
hopefully
you
can
get
some
results.
V
Well,
anyhow,
I
wanted
to
thank
the
commissioners
again
for
the
resolution
that
was
passed
about
the
chaotic
frazier
child
molestation
thing
that
happened.
V
C
M
V
The
other
thing
was
at
that
meeting,
mr
corsi,
I
don't
know
if
he
refused
himself
or
exchanged.
Mr
solista.
I
wanted
to
know
what
was
the
conflict
that
he
had
to
extend
I'm
going
to
talk
to
the
chair,
but
obviously.
T
You're
listening
to
me
right
because
I
keep,
I
can't
tell
you
to
talk
to
the
chair,
so
look
he
refused
himself
and
it's
like
I'm
not
obligated,
in
fact
I'm
obligated
not
to
divulge
confidential
information,
so
that,
like
I
said
at
the
meeting,
there
were
people
reasons
and
I'm
just
going
to
leave
it
at
that
and
that's
all.
I
can
really
tell
you
about
jack.
V
But
usually
there's
a
conflict
and
it
must
be
some
kind
of
relationship
with
someone
that
he
was
voting
on
or
whatever.
I
know
that
he's
not
related
to
chaon
frazier
and
the
resolution
was
about
an
investigation
as
to
the
process
of
how
he
got
hired.
So
it
couldn't
possibly
have
been
a
constant
in
my
eyes.
So.
AB
Working
for
atlanta
county.
I
have
broadcast.
AB
We
are
the
lowest
paid
county
in
all
of
new
jersey.
I
know
you
guys
have
heard
it
it's
a
fact.
Every
time
that's
mentioned,
we
are
reminded
of
an
administration
that
was
in
place
before
a
lot
of
us
came
on
board,
so
we
had
no
control
over
voting.
We
had
no
control
over
any
of
that,
but
we
do
have
control
over
is
earning
the
salaries
that
we
earn.
AB
They're,
not
they're,
they're
too
much
to
qualify
for
services.
That
would
be
of
any
assistance
to
us,
the
very
services
that
we
provide
for
our
our
you
know
neighbors
our
brothers
and
sisters,
but
we
make
we
make
too
much,
but
we
don't
make
enough
to
be
able
to
live
stress
free.
AB
This
hazard
pay
money,
we
earned
it.
It
was
put
out
there
for
us
for
working
this
pandemic
and
its
hazard
pay
hasn't
means.
There
was
a
hazardous
condition
at
the
time
and
we
continue
to
show
up
this
isn't
money
that
we're
asking
for
you
to
just
give
us,
because
we
know
it's
out
there
and
you
know
we
want
it.
We
earn
that
money
by
coming
into
that
building
every
day
and
servicing
the
people
of
atlantic
county.
AB
The
county
asks
us
to
be
mindful
of
the
culture
of
atlantic
county
to
be
fair,
to
be
decent
and
upstanding
when
we
handle
our
customers
and
when
we
interact
with
each
other.
But
my
question
is:
is
who's
concerned
about
not
just
the
food
on
my
table
but
the
quality
of
the
food
on
my
table
because
of
my
salary,
who's
who's?
Taking
that
into
consideration
you
know,
and
by
us
having
to
continue
to
come
here
time
after
time
after
time,
it's
making
me
feel
as
though
the
level
of
pride
that
I
have
is
is
questionable.
AB
This
is
not
something
that
you
know.
We
we
just
want
it's
it's
almost
that
we
need
it.
Unfortunately,
you
know-
and
it's
almost
you
know
we
we
have-
we
see
panhandlers
in
the
street
that
are
asking
for
a
few
coins.
You
know
here
and
there
I've
said
it.
I
feel
like
I'm
I'm
out
there.
You
know
I'm
begging
for
something
and
that
shouldn't
be.
You
know.
I
really
don't
think
that
that
should
be.
AB
I
don't
think
that
that's
fair,
you
know
I
wouldn't
want
to
be
in
mr
del
ross's
position
just
to
to
have
to
you
know,
make
decisions
and
things
of
that
nature.
That's
not
my
job,
you
know,
and
I
I
do
feel
for
him.
You
know
when
we
show
up
and
we
bombard
the
meetings
with
these
types
of
things.
But
still
you
know
fair.
You
ask
us
to
be
fair
to
our
customers.
Please
be
fair
to
us.
We
were
there
for
you.
AB
We
represented
atlantic
county
with
the
pride,
they
really
don't
know
and
you
don't
understand
yeah.
You
know
we
spoke
on
behalf
of
entities
that
that
we
had
nothing
to
do
with
when
unemployment
was
closed.
When
social
security
was
closed.
I
listened
to
a
grown
man
cry
because
he
couldn't
afford
to
feed
his
family.
I
didn't
turn
my
ears
off.
C
AB
Y
R
Y
This
board
can
kind
of
clarify
that,
and
I
know,
there's
been
discussion
previously
on
the
resolution
tonight
that
was
withdrawn.
But
when
I
read
this
resolution
it
actually
says
resolution
in
support
of
the
city
of
pleasantville's
attempts
to
develop
a
transfer
station.
Y
It
says
in
support
of
the
city
of
pleasantville
attempts
to
develop
a
transfer
station.
Now
I
wasn't
present
at
this
meeting,
but
I
went
through
and
pulled
the
agenda
to
try
to
understand
it,
and
I
think
I
do.
I
know
there
was
language
at
the
beginning.
That
said
it
was
to
support.
So
there
was
one
word
change
you
can
find
correct
on
that
support
or
attempts
to
to
develop.
Y
Y
We
have
a
solid
waste
management
plan.
So
if
this
applicant
wants
to
bring
in
a
transfer
station,
he
must
go
through
the
solid
waste
management
plan
and
first
he
goes
to
the
solid
waste
management
plan,
and
that
goes
through
slack.
So
for
those
who
don't
know,
if
I
get
this
correctly,
swag
stands
for
the
solid
waste
advisory
committee.
There
are
a
lot
of
acronyms
that
everyone
has
to
learn
and
we
all
have
to
get
educated
on
it.
Y
So
I
think
it
would
behoove
this
commission
to
try
to
help
to
educate
all
of
the
citizens
who
live
in
atlantic
county,
maybe
for
the
first
time
they're
encountering
such
project
swac
is
supposed
to
get
an
application
from
that
trans
from
that
applicant,
and
in
this
case
it's
a
transfer
station
and
whatever
else
anyone
wants
to
call
it.
It's
a
transfer
station
that
transfer
station
has
to
be
reviewed
by
the
planning
board.
There
are
two
letters
out
there
right
now.
Y
They
are
nine
months
old,
along
with
the
application,
and
there
has
not
been
answers
on
that.
So
I
think
the
public
needs
to
understand
what
the
next
process
is,
and
I'm
hoping
this
commission
can
help
them
with
that,
and
I
appreciate
your
time
this
evening.
Thank
you
very
much,
thank
you
and,
as
we
said,
we
are
going
to
you
know
re-look
at
that
and
make
sure
it's
clear
great.
Thank
you
very
much
and
I'm
sure
that
you'll
post,
that
on
your
agenda
and
we'll
be
able
to
see
that.
Thank
you
very
much.
M
Facility-
and
I
just
want
to
say
throughout
this
pandemic-
not
that
we
go
through
one,
but
we
went
to
two
when
omicron
came
on
and
I
believe
that
people
who
work
hard
gave
their
lives.
I
really
believe
you
know,
holding
other
people's
family
members
hands
going
through
what
we
went
through
in
that
building,
and
I
believe
that
everybody
deserves
to
get
this
money.
M
No
one
can
imagine
how
or
the
toll
that
it
took
on
the
people
in
that
building,
but
everybody
stuck
together
and
did
what
they
had
to
do
to
get
everybody
through
it.
So
I
believe
that
you
know
you
should
just
think
about
some
of
these
things
that
everyone
has
endured
and
deal
with
on
the
inside
of
that
building
going
in
there
every
day,
whether
you
wanted
to
whether
you
were
scared
to
whether
you
didn't
want
to
go
to
you
had
to
get
up
and
go
to
work,
because
that
was
your
job
to
do
so.
M
X
Our
union
totally
and
rough
and
we're
all
going
through
sacrifice
of
our
time
sicknesses
everything
we
stand
strong
together.
We
have
nothing
else
to
do
about
that,
because
we're
faced
with
some
consequences
that
we
must
deal
with
and
again.
I
just
want
to
thank
everyone
who
had
much
to
say
because
it's
been
said
throughout
and
thank.
A
Okay,
we'll
close
public
portion
of
this
meeting
any
comments
for
the
good
of
the
order.
K
They
provide
services
that
we've
desperately
need
and
bought
everybody
watching
sparkly
we've
got
trash
collection,
water
sewer.
These
are
things
that
our
residents
want
and
need.
They've
done
a
great
great
job
and
they're
under
a
lot
of
pressure
right
now,
trying
to
find
employees
and
cdl
drivers
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
K
Mr
dovey
and
the
team
there
has
done
their
best
to
hold
rates
down,
and
I
I
know
that,
because
I
know
when
he
does
the
calculations
and
south
of
the
penny,
so
I
know
he's
trying
to
hold
the
rates
down,
but
but
we're
living
in
a
time
where
you
know
inflation
is
raging
and
prices
are
changing
and
wages
have
to
go
up.
K
That's
a
reality
of
what
that
is,
and
when
wages
go
up,
inflation
goes
up,
taxes
go
up
too,
but
we
need
these
vital
services.
So
I
say
mr
doby
who's
here
tonight.
You've
done
a
great
job,
keep
keep
doing
what
you're
doing
and
when
those
great
increases
come
through.
K
A
I
just
want
to
say
an
early
happy
st
patrick's
day
to
all
may
your
blessings
outnumber
the
shamrocks
that
grow
and
may
trouble
avoid
you
wherever
you
go,
and
then
I
have
one
other
thing
is
that
our
cobin
vaccination
does
have
a
new
schedule.
It
is
online
with
a
steady
decline
in
reduced
demand
for
vaccination.
Boosters
starting
today,
the
atlanta
county
division
of
public
health
modified,
its
vaccination
clinic.
The
free
vaccination
and
poster
clinics
will
be
available.
A
Both
sites
offer
the
johnson,
johnson
and
mcderner
vaccine
for
residents
18
years
and
older,
as
well
as
adviser
vaccine
adults
and
children
ages,
five
and
older,
so
those
seeking
vet
booster
shots
sugary
proof
of
prior
vaccination.
That's
all
that
I
have,
but
that
is
on
our
website.
So
everybody
could
see
nothing
else.
