Had
to
rebuild
the
castings
and
reconstruct
their
old
mortar
and
brick
in
what's
with
just
new
castings
on
top
and
then
when
they
did,
that
they
saw
that
one
one
of
them
was
undermining
actually
into
the
room,
so
they
had
to
take
that
out.
Put
dg8,
that's
grated
aggregate
for
the
base,
a
new
paving
hot
mix
asphalt
on
top.
The
grand
total
is
eight
thousand
six
hundred
and
forty
one
dollars
in
some
odd
cents,
and
they
didn't
do
we
asked
them
to
do
it.
J

Q
R
C
A
O
Yes,
the
consultant,
WSP
and
associates
have
been
working
along
with
the
ep2
there's
three
different
segments
that
they've
submitted
for
approval
and
they're
about
ready
to
present
up.
We,
the
last
piece
so
that
it
can
go
forward
to
final
designs
based
to
go
to
we're
in
conceptual
design
that
go
to
final
design,
and
that's
that's
where
we're
not
we're
not
approved,
we
haven't,
got
any
formal
approval
from
NZ.
Do
you
think
that
they
have
accepted
the
things
that
have
gone
from
the
consultant
to
them?
Over
the
last
several
weeks
they
have
been
working
diligently.
O
I
O
A
H
A
N
That
the
budget-
and
they
did
they-
opened
up
the
entire
cemetery.
20
acres,
my
teeth,
we
already
opened
up
one
acre,
you
know,
they'll,
do
the
installation
of
the
bathrooms
I
think
shout
bins
or
the
other
part
you're
working
on
the
roadway.
There's
you
remember
it's
roughly
two
miles
around
the
park
and
more
Drive
will
now
pass
me
entrance
in
and
out
and
then
the
other
half
will
be
closed
off
to
recreational
activities
and
there's
also
a
the
addition
of
columbarium
for
teenagers.
N
So
we
probably
average
I've
seen
about
230
veteran
deaths
a
year
right
now,
roughly
a
hundred
of
them
are
cremations,
and
so,
if
you,
you
know
we're
using
burial
plots
for
a
heckuva
burial
plots
for
cremation.
This
will
prevent
us
from
having
to
use
any
more
ground
will
using
the
column,
burns
I.
Think
the
first,
the
recipe.
If
you
look
at
the
design
during
seven
stars,
each
store
will
have
niches
for
said
initiative.
900.
N
It's
a
picture
really
gonna
be
nice.
You
got
me
on
the
one
issue,
that's
no
regular
course.
If
you
go
out
there
and
you
will
have
it's
an
eye-opener
when
you
go
through
there,
I
mean
I
go
out
guys
to
walk
over
time,
not
very
slow,
goo.
Well,
when
you
go
out
there
now
that
they've
taken
out.
All
of
that,
you
know
what
would
have
been
a
wooded
area
for
the
cemetery.
I
mean
it's
an
eye-opener
right
away.
The
issue
for
us,
though,
is
just
you
know.
N
It
took
us
so
long
to
get
to
this
point.
I
had
to
tell
you
sort
of
these
discussions
in
Halloween,
2007
and
2008.
By
the
time
you
go
through
the
design.
The
time
you
know
which
one
of
the
was
white
she
ate
the
permitting
it
was
like
seven
or
eight
different
kind
of
permanent
that
we
need.
It
so
focus
a
lot
to
get
here.
So
we
decided
on
this
one.
We
got
a
nice
fine,
you
see
Jack
busy
Jackson.
P
D
Everyone,
my
name,
is
Sadie
Nickerson
I
live
in
absecon,
I'm,
sorry,
I
live
on
off
one
Avenue
I've
taken
here
in
Atlantic,
County
and
first
I
would
just
want
to
thank
you
all
for
allowing
public
portion
speaking
tonight.
It's
great
that
we
can
come
to
US
citizens
to
bring
our
petitions
to
you
and
what,
in
our
request,
I
apologize.
D
I've
been
fighting
laryngitis
over
the
past
few
days,
so
I
apologize
for
my
voice,
but
I
bring
forward
to
you
tonight
we're
hoping
that
Atlantic
County
would
consider
becoming
a
New
Jersey.
Second,
amendment
sanctuary,
meaning
that
we
have
these
resolutions,
which
I
know
all
of
you
have
received.
We
even
have
some
here
tonight
that
breathe.
We
can
hand
you
that
we
knew
that
you
eat
it
in
tonight's
meeting,
so
we
brought
in
a
person.
D
But
you
know
we
want
to
put
forward
that
with
people
where
you
know
we
don't
want
these
gun
laws
that
are
in
place
that
are
coming
up.
We
are
law
abiding
citizens
and
the
gun.
Laws
that
are
in
place
only
hurts
law-abiding
citizens.
We
all
know
that
approaches
of
krokus,
because
if
they
don't
follow
the
law,
so
these
laws
are
just
hurting
us,
specifically
the
red
flag
law,
there's
no
due
process
with
the
red
flag
law
and
unconstitutional.
D
We
are
guilty
until
proven
innocent
and
that's
not
the
way
it's
supposed
to
be
so
we
have
gone
had
we
had
some
coke
Patriots
and
lawyers
right
up
this
resolution,
familiar
I'm
sure
you've
been
watching
with
what's
going
on
in
Virginia,
and
this
resolution
is
for
you
to
go
over
and
you
consider
came
a
County
just
declared
themselves
a
Second,
Amendment
sanctuary
County.
Just
last
week,
freeholder
Hayes
sponsored
that
and
brought
that
forward,
and
we
plug
hate
me
County
for
the
Hat.
D
We
have
a
couple
of
nuts
representatives
here
tonight
from
Cape,
May
and
supportiveness
for
our
our
County,
so
I
don't
want
to
be
redundant,
I
mean
you've.
Hopefully
you
had
read
the
resolutions
and
you've
read
the
letters
and
hopefully
you're
you're.
Getting.
If
you
see
you
look
will
continue
to
get.
You
know
some
some
other
letters
as
you
can
see:
I'm,
not
the
only
one
here
tonight
that
would
like
to
see
this
happen.
D
I
brought
a
few
close
friends
with
me,
so
if
you're
here
tonight
in
support
of
the
second
amendment,
I
swear,
they
please
raise
your
hands
this
way.
You
can
see
and
we
come
here.
You
know
we're
not
looking
to
be
controversial
or
anything
like
that.
It's
just
the
Second
Amendment
is
our
Second
Amendment.
It's
it's
our
right.
You
have
a
freedom
of
speech
that
you
know
everything
on
and
so
I.
Thank
you
for
all
your
time
and
we
want
to
know
what
can
we
do?
How
can
we
work
with
you
to
make
this
happen?
Q
How
you
doing
I'm
Roger
Dutch,
315,
Pennsylvania,
Avenue
and
FCP
New
Jersey
lifetime
Atlantic
County
resident
born
and
raised
I
left
for
a
little
while
little
over
11
years
in
the
military.
I've,
never
really
asked
anything
from
freeholders
politicians
or
anything
I've
contributed,
contributed
many
hours
and
years
volunteer.
Fireman's
volunteer
for
sports
I
gave
a
lot
to
this
community.
Never
in
my
life
that
I
think
in
850.
Q
I
would
be
here
as
a
combat
disabled
veteran,
please
and
begging
freeholders,
to
support
us
for
our
rights
or
god-given
rights
of
the
Constitution,
which
is
the
Second
Amendment
I've
mailed
one
to
Denis,
Levinson
I,
didn't
know
each
individual's
name.
I
apologize
for
that
I
do
have
one
here.
I
know
that
you
receive
some
but
I
like
it
on
record
that
I'm
submitting
this
one.
P
Q
That
can
go
forward,
but
once
again,
I
am
begging.
You
I'm
not
asking
I'm
begging,
never
my
life.
Thank
for
anything
I've
been
a
good
taxpayer.
Part
of
the
community
I've
worked
for
the
county,
a
government
job
now
I
still
contribute
to
give
whatever
I
could
to
the
community,
and
this
shouldn't
I
shouldn't
even
be
here
asking
for
this,
but
I'm
not
asking
I
ain't
begging
enough
enough.
S
I'm,
an
American
of
Puerto
Rican
descent
on
the
United
States
Marine
Corps
veteran,
and
a
registered
nurse
I
spent
the
majority
of
my
adult
life
protecting
and
preserving
life
in
my
community
as
a
law.
Abiding
citizen,
I
support
the
Second
Amendment
and
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States,
no
other
of
our
constitutional
rights
are
under
attack
as
the
Second
Amendment.
No
other
amendments
have
financial
burdens
placed
on
them
when
legislature
feels
comfortable
applying
those
safe
financial
to
the
voting.
Booth.
S
I
am
standing
here
before
you
today
to
ask
you
to
pass
a
resolution
to
support
the
Second
Amendment.
The
Second
Amendment
is
an
affirmation
of
an
inalienable
right
to
self-preservation.
This
is
not
a
Republican
or
democratic
issue.
Hey
this
dish
across
this
party
lines.
This
is
not,
as
the
media
likes
to
portray
about
being
a
white,
supremacist
or
gun.
Extremist
I
have
continually
watched,
as
politicians
have
claimed,
to
make
common
sense
gun
laws
year
after
year,
common
sense
seems
to
have
gone
out.
The
window
before
I
became
a
gun
owner.
S
I
too
believed
that
they
were
common-sense
laws
to
be
made.
I
did
not
listen
to
the
current
gun
owners
who
Clinton
for
every
concession
made.
10
more
will
be
asked
for
every
year.
Our
state
government
continues
to
move
the
goal
line.
They
have
continued
to
be
defined
when
an
assault
weapon
is
and
with
current
bills,
being
proposed.
Every
firearm
that
have
purchased
lelee
within
the
new
dirty
state
laws
will
be
banned
and
make
me
a
felon
as
a
registered
nurse.
My
decision
on
how
to
care
for
patients
are
in
accordance
with
evidence-based
practice.
S
Evidence-Based
practice
is
a
problem,
solving
approach,
delivery
of
health
care
that
integrates
best
evidence
from
studies
and
patient
care
data
which
put
clinician
expertise,
which
means
a
prior
to
implementing
any
type
of
programs.
We
must
first
have
evidence
showing
that
the
care
we
perform
is
based
on
accurate
data.
What
we
have
seen
is
that
these
common-sense
gun
laws
have
ignored
the
data
and
are
being
legislated
based
on
feelings.
S
Anti-Gun
groups
have
been
giving
22
points
to
legislators,
and
our
legislators
have
not
taken
the
due
diligence
to
ensure
that
the
data
they
have
been
given
it's
accurate.
There
could
be
two
reasons
for
this:
either.
There's
being
done
out
of
ignorance
or
for
political
gain,
whichever
the
reason
this
is
a
violation
our
lawmakers
make
oath
to
uphold
and
defend
the
Constitution
of
the
United
States,
so
I'm
asking
the
Atlanta
County
Board
of
Chosen
Freeholders
to
reaffirm
their
else
to
protect
or
defend
all
of
the
members
of
the
Constitution
by
passing
this
resolution.
Thank
you.
Yes,.
J
T
Turning
really
great
people
who
just
want
to
follow
the
Constitution
and
have
the
god-given
right
to
protect
themselves
and
their
family,
turning
them
into
criminals.
And
it's
and
it's
a
real
shame.
Thus
the
word
criminals,
criminals,
no
debate
laws,
you
pass
a
thousand
walls.
Okay,
the
wall,
fighting
citizens
are
the
only
ones
that
are
being
affected
by
the
negative
wet
in
a
negative,
wet.
I
can
also
tell
you
this.
Not
only
do
I
have
some
experience
in
law
enforcement.
T
I
come
from
a
long
line
of
law
enforcement
in
my
family
I'm,
a
fourth
degree
master
instructor
in
martial
arts,
I
have
far
more
experience
in
self
preservation
and
self
defense
and
afford
greater
outlook
on
it
than
people,
and
the
fact
of
the
matter
is:
is
law,
enforcement
and
everything
that
happens
after
the
fact
is
reactive
law
enforcement?
Reactive,
it's
not
proactive.
You
get
a
calls
person
with
a
gun
for
some
R.
It's
in
your
house,
you
show
up.
You
could
be
the
greatest
Police
Department
in
the
world.
T
You
show
up
then
15
minutes
later
I,
don't
know:
I
love
my
family,
I
love.
My
life
I
can't
imagine
that
whatever
party
lines
anybody
is
affiliated
with
Democratic
Republic
doesn't
matter
me.
Imagine
you
love
your
family
just
as
much
and
that
person
breaks
into
your
house
if
God
forbid
it
ever
happens.
Hopefully
it
never.
T
Will
you
change
you're
gonna
ask
for
two
things:
you're
gonna
pray
to
God,
if
you
believe
them
or
not,
and
you're
gonna
look
for
a
gun
and
if
you
don't,
you
know,
hopefully
that
criminal
is
only
there
to
steal
your
key
bit,
because
that's
that's
reality,
that
is,
that
is
really
reality
if
I'm
a
person.
Never
in
a
million
years,
okay
III
have
my
PTC
okay,
I
graduated,
the
police
academy.
I
can't
carry
a
gun
in
this
state.
T
How
ridiculous
is
that
I
can't
carry
a
gun
concealed
or
an
open,
carry
or
whatever,
but
you
know
what,
if
I'm,
the
guy
at
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
driving
down
any
road
and
I,
see
a
police
officer
in
distress
on
the
side
of
the
road
God?
Don't
you
think
that
police
officer
wants
me
to
have
the
gun?
I
could
assure
you
they
absolutely
do
I'm,
the
guy
that's
going
to
get
out,
despite
whatever
odds
there
are,
whether
I
have
a
gun
or
not.
T
There's
a
lot
of
good
people
in
this
community
there's
a
lot
a
lot
of
good,
far
more
good
people
than
there
are
criminals
and
and
to
keep
passing
these
laws
and
to
make
these
laws
only
affect
the
good
people
in
a
negative
way.
Is
it's
not
right,
and
you
know
one
last
point:
you
know
the
Second
Amendment
isn't
designed
for
deer
hunting.
Every
time
I
hear
that
argument.
I
just
went
throw
up
if
you
read
the
Constitution
and
you
have
any
kind
of
knowledge
about.
You
know
what
our
forefathers
intended.
T
A
R
A
You
know
it's
very
rare,
so
I'm
sure
that
everybody
up
here
respects
every
imbued
rate
in
the
Constitution,
the
Second
Amendment
included,
but
the
bills
that
you're
talking
about
like
the
red
flag
bells,
which
can
be
abused
to
just
decide
to
take
firearms
from
law-abiding
citizens.
There's
something
wrong
there.
So
we're
not
going
to
be
able
to
pass
a
resolution
today.
A
But
what
we're
going
to
do
is
listen
to
everybody
and
maybe
get
specific
on
the
things
that
you
absolutely
don't
want
the
state
legislature
to
do,
because
we're
creatures
of
the
state
we
at
this
level
of
legislation
cannot
affect
gun
control
in
this
county
because
it
comes
under
the
Attorney
General.
So,
even
if
our
prosecutor
today
decided,
as
Jeffrey
blitz
tried
to
do
some
years
ago
to
give
out
a
permit,
you
still
need
to
get
it
approved
by
the
Attorney
General.
A
Lesson
and
if
there
are
specific
things
and
specific
bills
that
are
going
to
make
good
citizens
criminals,
you
know
it
makes
me
laugh
when
they
make
these
laws,
because
you're
right,
good
people,
law-abiding
people
to
want
to
protect
themselves.
They
just
changed
the
magazine
from
what
was
a
12
to
10.
A
A
A
U
Q
Q
U
A
S
S
All
right
there
they're
awful
lot,
but
one
of
the
ones
I'm
concerned
with
especially
which
may
be-
and
this
is
the
problem
with
people
not
making
laws.
They
don't
understand
things
about
guns.
They
want
to
propose
a
law.
That's
gonna
make
a
semi-automatic
shotgun
illegal.
If
it
holds
more
than
five
rounds.
Right
was
edit
five
reps,
a
New,
Jersey
I-
think
we
plugged
at
three
right.
S
But
what
they
don't
understand
is
that
there's
things
called
mini
shotgun
shells
which
my
now
three
round
semi-automatic
shotgun
will
haul
up
to
six
or
seven
of
those,
thus
making
my
shotgun
that
I
use
for
a
sporting
clays
in
the
salt
weapon.
This
is
what
happens
when
people
make
laws
and
they
don't
understand
what
they're
making
laws
about.
I
And
here's
the
bill
number
there's
why
we
oppose
it
and
I
loved
your
evidence-based
information
supporting
or
denying
a
bill,
and
that
would
be
something
we
could
do
a
resolution
to
say
the
board
supports
or
doesn't
support
for
these
reasons,
and
then
we
would
send
that
to
our
legislators
as
the
voice.
So
that's
a
prime
perfect
example
of
getting
specific
to
a
bill
number.
I
A
D
D
We
know
because
of
the
process
of
things
that
you
know:
it's
not
going
to
change
the
red
flag
law,
but
just
for
us
to
go
forward
that
we
don't
want
anymore,
common
sense,
gun
laws
and
again
hate
make
County
adopted
this
resolution,
but
they
tweaked
it
a
little
bit
and
they
took
that
letter
E
off
so
I
know
mr.
Formica.
We
talked
about
that
and
and
you're
gonna
reach
out
to
them.
But
yes,
but
this
resolution
that
we
presented
here
tonight
it
has
that
letter
e,
specifically
stating
that
we
do.
D
You
know
that
this
is
not
going
to
change
any
laws.
We
know
that
we
still
cannot
conceive
carry.
We
know
that
we
can
still.
You
know,
we
can't
have
magazines
that
have
time
around
and
over.
So
thank
you
for
pointing
that
out
that
we
know
that
this
will
not
change
the
laws
that
are
already
in
place.
Thank
you.
Anyone.
B
J
B
You're
making
me
a
felon
and
there's
no
reason
to
make
me
a
thought:
I
served
in
three
branches
of
the
military
I've
stood
up
for
my
country.
I've
lived
in
this
County,
my
entire
life
I'm,
not
a
felon
or
I'm
a
criminal,
but
according
to
law
and
now,
and
we
need
to
come
together
as
a
group
of
people
to
clearly
state
them.
You
can't
push
the
ceramic
know.
Do
enough
we're
law-abiding.
V
Mike
Lee,
was
more
towards
your
heart
and
where
your
allegiance
is
what
we're
trying
to
say
here
to
trying
to
be
our
advocate
and
I
was
just
going
to.
You
know,
go
through
and
just
remind
you
if
you
weren't
score
for
us
for
us,
the
people,
you
know
I
wasn't
gonna
hit
on
any
particular
bill,
but
it
was
again
just
outlining.
You
know
why
we,
you
know
how
our
country
became
to
be
escaping
tyranny
in
the
Declaration
of
Independence.
They
listed
all
the
abuses
that
were,
you
know,
done
to
them
from
the
king.
V
You
know,
and
you
know,
I
wanted
to
just
say
it
like
we
did.
We
got
our
rights,
they
were
endowed
by
our
Creator,
an
ant
in
an
unalienable.
Some
are
inalienable
and
there's
a
ton
in
a
livable,
but
that
means
it
cannot
be
taken
away
or
denied
which
is
what's
happening
and
the
rights
are
among
them
are
like
Liberty
Liberty.
The
resolution
of
Liberty
is
the
state
of
being
free
within
society,
from
oppressive
restrictions
imposed
by
Authority
on
one's
way
of
life,
behavior
or
political
use.
V
Well,
I
think
we're
all
feeling
oppressed
right
now
from
every
all
these
gun
laws
that
are
being
created
and
thought
about
you
know
and-
and
it
was
written,
that
we
have
the
right
that
it's
a
government
becomes
destructive
of
these.
It
is
the
right
of
the
people
to
alter
or
abolish
it
and
to
institute
a
new
government.
Good
luck
with
that,
but
so
they
broke
that
in
there
you
know,
I'm
also
a
Christian.
We
opened
up
in
prayer,
you
know
in
Ephesians
6:11.
V
Even
the
Lord
gave
us
he
said,
put
on
the
full
armor
of
God,
so
that
you
can
take
your
stand
against
the
devil's
schemes.
He
also
said
on
in
13,
therefore
put
on
the
full
armor
of
God,
so
that,
when
the
day
of
evil
comes,
you
may
be
able
to
stand
your
ground
and,
after
you've
done
everything
to
stand.
Stand
firm,
then,
with
the
belt
of
truth,
buckled
around
your
waist
with
the
breastplate
of
righteousness
in
place
with
your
feet,
fitted
with
the
readiness
that
comes
with
the
gospel
of
peace.
V
In
addition
to
all
this,
take
up
the
shield
of
faith
which
you
can
extinguish
all
the
flaming
arrows
of
the
evil,
one
right
now,
the
evil
one
is,
unfortunately,
our
own
state
government.
So
we're
just
again
just
wanted
to
get
you
on
our
side
point
some
things
out
as
to
why
we
feel
the
way
we
do
and
to
please
stand
up
for
the
rights
that
were
given
to
us
in
the
beginning,
unalienable
from
God,
and
it's
even
in
the
Bible.
R
Jerzy
from
the
state
of
Pennsylvania,
when
I
retired
out
as
a
specialist
for
our
Federal
Bureau
system,
I
think
in
every
country
as
a
contractor,
Middle
East
right
now,
I
do
all
the
training
for
a
Special
Operations
Group
and
got
some
of
my
guys
with
me
and
I'm
concerned
about.
What's
going
on,
a
lot
of
people
here
haven't
stepped
off
this
continent,
see
what's
going
on
everywhere
else.
We
won't
be
giving
up
our
guns
if
we
know
what's
right
for
us.
It's
a
shame.
R
My
children
are
competitive,
long-distance
shooters
and
it's
important
to
me
that
we
continue
on
with
this
something
they
love
to
do
right
now.
It's
kind
of
scary,
I
can't
carry
in
this
state,
but
I
didn't
carry
on
an
aircraft
but
I'm
good
enough
to
qualify.
New
Jersey,
State,
Police
kind
of
confusing.
W
Getting
close
to
five
every
person
that
you
see
here,
there's
ten
others
that
would
like
to
be
right
to
see
it.
They
can't
because
you're
working
they
have
obligations.
They
have
family,
there's
also
a
lot
of
people
that
are
afraid
to
come
up
here
and
see
because
they're
afraid
of
making
themself
a
target.
W
Trust
me,
like
I,
said
we're
here
to
peacefully,
let
you
know
where
we
shall
I'm,
also
a
firearms
instructor
I'm
in
a
lot
of
my
a
lot
of
my
students
are
victims
and
they
weren't
gun
owners
before
that,
and
they
realized
that
they
needed
something
to
protect
themself
and
a
lot
of
them
also
feel
demonized.
As
the
client
I
mean.
These
are
all
good
people,
though
people
who
wouldn't
harm
a
hair
on
your
head.
You
know,
unless
they
absolutely
positively
had
no
other
alternative.
W
There's
also,
as
everybody's
probably
can
see
from
looking
around
business
is
closing,
left
and
right
around
here.
A
lot
of
people
leaving
the
state.
It's
statistically
three
hundred
people
read
the
statement
in
jersey
every
day.
This
is
one
of
the
reasons
why
people
are
leaving
and
that's
not
good
for
any
of
us
we're
losing
a
lot
of
talent,
we're
losing
a
lot
of
intelligent
people
were
losing
a
lot
of
tax
rables
we're
losing
a
lot
of
businesses
that
support
the
area.
This
is
becoming
very
oppressive,
I
myself
own
the
business
and
even
I.
W
A
A
A
A
And
there's
other
commercial
establishments
that
have
opened
up
here,
I
mean
in
no
way
you
know.
County
government
may
not
be
able
to
change.
You
know
some
of
these
things
immediately,
but
we
can
encourage
and
some
you
know
to
stop
specific
legislation.
That's
abusive,
but
in
no
way
is
this.
County
ever
I
believe
shown
anything
negative.
Tory's
got
another,
are
a
hunter
or
a
competitive
shooter.
No.
J
A
X
X
X
So
I'm
all
about
gun
safety
and
I'm
all
about
background
checks
and
making
sure
you're,
not
a
felon
or
you
haven't
been
in
a
mental
institution
against
your
pinna
against
you.
That's
it.
Okay,
we're
all
about
law-abiding
people
here,
I've
been
I've,
been
to
combat
I'm
sure
they
cover
most
of
these
other
gentlemen,
I've
pointed
to
go
to
another
human
being
and
taking
their
life.
Okay,
I!
Don't.
X
X
Time
she
was
trained
by
in
on
not
by
me
it
should
be
go
off
the
building,
but
it's
a
Middle
Township
police,
twenty
minutes
to
show
up
okay,
twenty
minutes
now,
I,
don't
got
nothing.
The
police
are
well-trained.
The
problem
is,
there's
not
enough
of
them
in
this.
If
we
had
enough
police
we'd
all
be
paying
three
times
more
than
the
now
for
profit.
Okay,
it's
just
not
feasible,
so
my
daughter
had
a
gun
the
first
time
or
even
build
out
to
have
a
one
of
those
whatever.
O
X
J
X
To
do
with
it,
the
laws
that
are
already
in
place,
I'm
gonna,
ask
anybody
to
break
the
law,
we're
just
asking
the
politicians
in
this
county
in
the
other
counties
to
stand
up
the
trend.
That's
all
just
just
make
a
statement,
that's
what
we're
asking
you
know
and
that's
what
started
in
Virginia
and
you
saw
how
peaceful
that
rally,
what
the
other
day
right,
they
let
the
place
cleaner,
hissing.
X
X
So
that's
all
you
know
we're
really
asking
the
guys
in
I
hit
baffles
me
that
a
politician
might
new
guys,
but
people
are
contrition.
That's
what
I'm
talking
about
when
I
spread
that
can
take
an
oath
to
the
Constitution
when
they
take
their
oath
of
office
and
just
forget
that
yep
I
studied
the
Constitution
I
was
an
18
year
old
kid
cuz
I
had
to
take
that
up
and
I
wanted
to
know
what
I
was
taking
a
toast.
The
Ronald
8090
care
about
it.
X
J
X
M
X
U
X
X
X
L
I've
actually
spent
eight
years
training
with
federal
law
enforcement,
Air,
Marshal,
State,
Police
and
I'm
also
cleared
for
multiple
government
jobs.
One
example
is
the
Lake
City
Airport
I've
got
more
enough
clearance
to
be
at
the
177th
Edition,
just
like
many
of
these
other.
Ladies
gentlemen,
today
the
horse
and
I've
been
denied
my
gun
race
before.
L
And
last
week's
elections
are
two
weeks
ago
a
friend
of
mine
was
murdered
in
his
own
home.
Now
I
live
three
miles
from
Egg
Harbor
Township
police.
He
lives,
maybe
another
mile
further
their
normal
response.
Time
should
only
be
about
40
minutes.
If
you
really
think
about
it.
Normally
it's
about
10
to
15
minutes
and
considering
that
you
know
my
family
has
a
business
and
their
normal
response.
Time
to
us
and
that's
they're,
getting
the
media's
reaction
and
from
the
alarm
company
15
minutes.
20
minutes
I
had
a
guy
on
our
property.
L
Throwing
beer
bottles
at
me
was
all
I
raised
on
them
with
drugs.
He
was
on.
You
know,
took
them
almost
25
minutes
to
get
there,
but
you
know
it's
I
actually
had
something
even
worse
happen
to
me.
I
was
in
my
friend,
shoes
I'd
want
to
be
able
to
protect
myself,
but
seeing
how,
in
this
state
you
can't
you
know
it
just
seems
to
be
that
it's
always
against
the
law.
Abiding
citizen,
no
matter
what
happens
and
four
years
ago,
five
years
ago
there
was
a
woman
up
in
and
I
think
Burlington
County.
L
She
was
dating
a
felon,
she
was,
you
know,
trying
to
get
a
gun
license.
She
was
a
law-abiding
citizen.
He
was
a
criminal.
She
found
that
out.
She
broke
up
with
when
he
lit
up
stabbing
her
to
death
on
her
front
lawn
yep
and
she
was
trying
to
get
a
gun
license,
and
that
was
you
know.
A
friend
of
my
ex-girlfriends
took
three
so
to
actually
hear
about
that
and
he
don't
reach.
L
L
F
I
can't
add
much
to
what's
been
said
by
the
community
of
lawful
gun
owners.
Here,
I've
been
a
walkable
going
over
under
since
age
12.
One
thing
we
kind
of
danced
around
and
I
think
it's
one
thing
it
should
be
mentioned.
We
all
know
at
this
point,
statistically
if
you
live
in
a
state
that
has
looser
regulations
as
far
as
gun
ownership,
the
crime
rates
drop
dramatically.
G
I'm
Rose
Hickerson
I,
never
Nats,
deacons
I
lived
there
for
50
years
this
country,
if
it
doesn't
get
shook
up
and
waked
up
with
the
way
it's
going.
I
am
so
afraid
that
it's
going
to
take
us
back
to
day
of
Hitler
this
country,
it's
not
going
to
be
safe.
You're
gonna
have
Hitler
running
around
again
and
killing
people
killing
my
family
killing
my
grandsons,
my
great
grandsons
I,
don't
want
it.
Please
help
us.
Please
turn
it
around.
Give
us
the
Second
Amendment
right.
Do
it
now,
don't
put
it
off?
That's
all.
H
Y
To
go
along
with
what
the
gentleman
said
about
the
Virginia
rally
that
they
had
the
other
day.
It
was
on
one
American
news
last
night
that
in
Virginia
they
have
a
murder
rate
of
5.2
people
per
100,000.
The
trying
to
adopt
law
is
very
similar
to
ours
and
very
similar
to
the
state
of
Maryland,
where
their
murder
rate
is
ten
point.
Six
per
hundred
thousand.
It's
tough,
obviously
gun
laws.
V
Q
Want
to
add
to
when
you're
saying
asking
for
specific
things
and
once
again
some
Roger
from
Absecon,
it
can
be
done,
I
can
sit
there.
Everyone
in
here
can
pull
up
numbers
and
stuff,
and
so
could
you
that's
not
what
I'm
here
asking
for
I'm
here
asking
to
adopt
the
second
amendment
sanctuary
resolution
that
we
sent
in
that's
what
I'm
asking
for
from
that.
We
can
all
together
try
to
either
stand
up
or
stop
this
tyranny.
That's
going
on
to
name
individual
things
is
just
too
many
because
they
just
keep
coming
back
years
ago.
Q
They
tried
to
outlaw
50
caliber,
which
is
muzzleloading,
which
is
a
big
money
maker
for
this
state
when
muslimah
loading
season.
So
that
means
somebody
out
muzzle
loading.
Hunting
is
now
a
feminist
I
had
to
turn
in
magazine,
so
I'm,
not
a
feminist.
When
you
mentioned
your
met,
you
had
those
eggs,
but
you
just
admitted
you're
phonus.
It's
got
a
stop,
so
I'm
not
gonna
sit
there
and
name
each
one.
They
want
50,000
insurance
for
gun
owners
in
this
and.
B
P
U
J
U
Z
K
Legislation,
do
you
want
everybody
to
know
you're
standing
behind
us
because
it's
not
over
when
this
is
done?
We're
gonna
keep
going
yes
peacefully
peacefully.
You
know
every
single
town
once
this
is
done,
we're
going
to
go
I'm.
You
know
going
lower
Township
where
I
live
and
get
my
pounders
on
we're.
Gonna
make
sure
Trenton
knows
everybody.
Y
R
Y
AA
Wasn't
gonna
I
wasn't
going
to
speak,
but
my
name
is
Melinda
brechler
I'm,
throwing
up
from
eight
Harbor
Township
I
decided
to
get
my
gun
permit
back
in
2012
or
2013
I
took
the
class
over
the
Atlantic
County
range
I
still
remember
there,
you
know
yeah
and
we
have
a
ladies
group
tickets.
Once
a
month
we
come
out.
I
think
the
third
important
thank
you
for
Tuesday
and
we
hit
safety
classes.
We
have
all
kinds
of
neat
stuff
that
we
do
so.
AA
AA
The
last
thing
was
in
my
hat
and
mic
town
a
carpet
township
where
I
live,
I
live
on
a
private
driveway.
Somebody
came
down.
My
driveway
walked
in
my
back
door
with
it
to
a
couple
with
a
gift
bag
and
walked
right
back
out
because
they
saw
me
like
I.
Don't
know
why
they
would
be
in
my
house,
because
I
I'm
down
a
private
driveway
and
for
some
way
to
come
in
your
backyard
back
door.
AA
AA
P
P
As
you
said,
the
freeloaders
and
letters
of
the
resolutions,
my
question
would
be:
have
you
sent
it
to
our
senators
assembly
vehicle
in
Atlantic,
County,
Derby,
County,
yeah
representative,
and
if
you
have
not
sent
it
to
them,
we
will
certainly
urge
you
to
do
so,
because
we
can
pass
a
resolution
all
we
want,
but
of
our
assembly.
People
in
this
region
listen.
P
I
have
not
been
approached
with
this
type
of
question,
so
to
speak,
put
as
a
high
opener
I'm
open
minded
to
it,
and
so
people
take
a
look
at
it,
but
I
think
what
we
should
do
and
I
would
encourage
you
all
to
do.
If
you
don't
do
it
collectively
those
individuals
to
notify
house
under
in
Atlantic
County
without
70
people
into
our
statement,
County
and
the
other
districts,
was
it
days
of
district
decision
and
I'm
district
9.
Those
are
so
many
people
so
wait.
P
M
I
do
want
to
say
thank
you
guys
for
coming
out
tonight
then
and
giving
us
some
more
information
on
the
issue.
I've
been
reading
up
following
your
thoughts,
so
I
don't
want
you
to
think
it's
not
happenin
I'm
carrying
legislation,
assembly
bill,
six,
zero,
zero,
three
and
I,
see
requiring
insurance
departments
and
all
the
stupidity
that
comes
with
legislation
that
overreaches
it's
really.
It's
really.
J
M
Know
the
chairman
had
indicated
we
were
looking
for
some
stuff
that
we
wanted
to
be
more
specific
on,
but
you
haven't
learned
us.
Thank
you
for
coming.
Keep
up
your
good
work,
I'm
in
agreement
with
your
position.
I
think
the
right
to
bear
arms
is
in
the
Constitution
and,
as
you
guys
stated
so
eloquently,
that's
something
that
we
all
take
an
oath
to
when
we
get
sworn
and
all
the
laws
of
the
United
States
in
the
state
of
New,
Jersey
death.
J
AB
You
for
that-
and
you
know,
talked
about
history.
The
other
part
of
our
Constitution
that
we
have
in
this
country
that
they
don't
have
in
that
cut
about
dictators
in
and
tyrants
throughout.
History
is
that
the
First
Amendment
protection
of
the
freedom
of
our
speech
and
other
feelings
that
we
have
continued
to
speak
freely,
and
somebody
mentioned
that
they
may
be
afraid
to
come
out
and
and
express
themselves
I
hope.
That's
never
the
case
in
Atlantic
County.
AB
You
know
we're
talking
about
the
Second
Amendment,
but
I
want
to
be
sure
that
the
First
Amendment
is
always
protected
as
well.
In
her
area
displays
any
differences
of
opinion,
everybody
should
be
respected
and
feel
free
to
speak.
Then
oh
I
wholeheartedly
support
the
second
man.
What
I'm
going
record
and
say
that
you've
heard
a
couple
few
ever
speak,
that
we've
had
a
policy
to
kind
of
focus
in
on
on
a
specific
legislation
that
we
can
research
that
we
can
hopefully
adjust
and
ask
our
legislators.
AB
We
have
four
legislative
districts
representing
Atlantic
County,
the
first,
the
second
eight
and
a
night
focuses
on
specific
language
that
we
can
ask
them
to
change.
Where
that
we
can
support.
So
you
know
we
ask
for
specifics.
That's
kind
of
been
our
policy
and
I
understand
that
this
one
is
slightly
different.
This
the
Second
Amendment
is
so
this
one
may
be
slightly
different,
and
maybe
we
do
this,
as
your
report
said,
take
a
look
at
some
of
the
different
languages,
but
to.
AB
AB
I
have
no
problem
to
keep
bringing
their
attention
to
and
to
say
hey,
you
know,
that's
not
gonna
work
for
us,
but
I
think
we
have
enough
information
to
meet
weekend
come
up
with
something
that
will
definitely
express
our
support
for
the
legal
gun
owners
that
the
sporting
clays
and
everything
else
that
was
addressed
here
tonight.
So
thank
you.
H
H
We
have
to
have
laws
that
allow
people
in
this
country
in
this
state
to
defend
themselves
the
sanctuary
wrong
home
and
when
I
read
these
different
court
cases,
I,
don't
like
what
I
read
people
defend
themselves.
They
can't
be
the
guilty
person,
so
that's
where
I'm
coming
from,
but
I'm
sure
that
we'll
be
taking
a
little
good
look
at
this
and
crafting
something.
H
I
also
want
to
say
too
that
the
reason
why
we
like
to
know
how
specific
bills
and
who
proposed
them
is
because,
once
we
know
who
proposed
them,
then
you
can
apply
that
pressure
and
elected
officials.
Do
many
of
us
look
at
people's
opinions
right
and
that
pressure
can
be
brought
to
bear?
Try
to
change
my
or
to
have
that
piece
of
legislation
set.
D
H
A
K
Of
the
reasons
why
we're
doing
this,
this
was
worth
we're
vetting
use
the
figure
out.
Whoever
is
underneath
threatened
to
change
these
laws,
but
it's
not
over.
When
you
get
done
signing
your
resolution,
we're
gonna
find
the
people
that
are
sending
these
things,
like
you
said,
and
get
them
out
right.
So
the
people
in
our
communities,
as
long
as
we're
doing
a
small
task
and
going
community
by
community
and
getting
you
to
sign
the
resolution,
because
we're
gonna
pick
who's
going
up
there
to
change
the
law.
Well,.
A
Know
what's
interesting
to
me
this
Pro
Shop
when
they
came
to
duck
down
which
is
running
from
Atlantic
City.
They
had
a
lot
of
places
that
they'd
to
the
put
an
expansion
three
years
ago
and
the
reason
that
they
picked
Atlantic
City
was
because
of
the
amount
of
registered
gun
owners,
hunting
licenses
and
fishing
licenses.
So
it's
amazing
to
me
that
the
NRA
seems
to
think
we're
equipped
with
a
radar.
But
you
know
for
a
long
time
and
I
know
what
you're
saying
is
true,
typically
politicians
to
tango
the
NRA
for
their
money
for
campaigns.
I
Just
to
say
that
I
think
with
her
about
a
really
good
feedback,
I
wanna
go
on
record
and
say
I'm
supportive,
the
second
moment,
as
well
as
a
daughter
of
a
hunter
and
family
member
of
many
law
enforcement
members
and
I-
think
that
some
of
us
do
want
more
information,
myself,
included
and
I
think
it
would
probably
be
best
if
we
may
be
sentenced
to
a
public
safety
committee
to
take
a
look
at
maybe
tweak
or
refine
the
resolution.
A
bit
add
some
additional
information
as
we
feel
fit
for
Atlantic
County.
A
A
But
when
you
look
at
the
masa
nations
of
government,
you
probably
can't
be
100%
successful
in
stopping
all
legislation
in
New
Jersey,
but
you
can
pick
the
ones
that
are
most
egregious
and
will
do
the
work
to
find
out
what
that
legislation
is
from
by
the
way
there
are
four
senators
and
they'd
assembly
people
that
represent
just
Atlanta
County.
You
have
four
districts,
you
there
are
little
ones,
but
so
we
have
a
plethora
of
people.
A
You
can
get
to
it's
a
good
thing
to
be
able
to
get
the
four
senators
and
eight
assembly
people
in
one
County
and
cake
me
I
can't
speak
for
you
kick
me.
People
may
know.
Maybe
it's
only
wanting
to
is
that
it
nice
so
so
will
it
take.
We
should
say
I
think
we
want
to
take
a
look
at
this
and
discuss
it
in
committee.
Obviously,
everybody
has
spoken
in
support
of
being
here
and
weren't
support
of
the
second
amendment
for
sure
and
we're
going
to
take
both
approaches.
A
You
know,
but
let's
get
the
fully
behind
it
as
a
concept,
but
we
got
a
look
at
the
specific
bills
or
the
battles
we
can
win
the
ones
that
look
like
the
red
flag
ones,
which
I
studied
in
other
states
just
see
that
this
is
cherry,
picking
who
they
don't
want
to
have
a
gun.
Take
the
gun
away
from
that's
my
humble
opinion,
there's
a
non-attorney
but
anyway
so
either.
S
One
in
Colorado
excuse
me:
did
you
see
the
red
flag
law
that
abused
it
did
in
Colorado
I
did
a
woman's
a
woman's
child
was
shot
and
police
offered
there
an
altercation?
It
was
suicide
by
cop.
Basically,
she
actually
filed
three
false
red
flag
laws
against
the
police
officer.
Take
his
gun
away.
So
there's.
U
S
Q
E
They
brought
it
on.
Are
you
taking
the
lead
here?
So
if
we
have
some
information
or
gonna
have
anything
coming
up
on
our
agenda,
we
can
give
it
you
to
get
it
out
to
everybody.
Absolutely
I
absolutely
applaud
everyone.
Here
you
have
an
opinion
and
we
want
to
hear
it.
I
mean
you
know,
there's
a
big
ear
to
your
heart
and
you're
doing
the
right
thing.
So
I
applaud
you,
because
you
also
took
time
from
your
families
and
I'm
sure
some
of
these
will
work
to
come
out.
U
P
P
L
Mr.
hood
right,
yes,
he
was
sitting
about
how,
when
easy
incidents
happen.
Well,
how
many
more
debts
do
we
really
need
to
be
these
incidents?
That's
the
real
tape,
because
how
many
more
really
gonna
actually
push
this
along?
We've
got
people
dying
every
day.
You
know
from
criminals
being
shot
and
everything
else.
You
know
it's
just
at
this
point
and
that's
enough.
You
know
I
just
like
to
at
least
express
that
on
everyone,
I
know:
everyone,
that's
probably
lost
a
friend
and
family.
O
L
When
I
help
from
some
type
of
murder,
it's
not
an
uncommon
thing
and
it
used
to
be
an
uncommon
thing.
30
40
years
ago,
it
used
to
be
common,
and
even
my
father
had
said
this
to
me,
where
kids
at
his
each
when
they
were
in
high
school
but
had
their
shotguns
in
offer
to
go
hunting
after
school
and
break.
