From YouTube: Ready 2 Wear Initiative Meeting
Description
This was a meeting to report on the progress of the Ready 2 Wear initiative and to discuss final steps.
A
Sure
welcome
everyone
to
the
meeting
of
the
ready
to
wear
initiative,
as
at
least
as
some
of
us
call
it.
We
have
been
luke
and
some
others
have
been
working
on
various
aspects
of
this
for
well.
A
I
just
looked,
and
the
initiatives
were
officially
approved
at
the
beginning
of
june
end
of
may
of
last
year,
so
it's
been
about
nine
months
and
I
think
I've
gotten
the
sense
from
luke
that
he's
kind
of
trying
to
figure
out
what
the
end
point
is
and
like
how
to
wrap
up
the
work,
we're
doing
and
maybe,
if
possible
or
if
need
be,
set
any
final
goals.
A
And
so
this
meeting
is
a
little
bit
to
review
what
we've
done
so
far,
but
also
think
about
what
the
end
point
for
this
initiative
is.
If.
B
B
So
imagine
if
you
will
beautifully
formatted
powerpoint
slides
with
the
the
four
following
topics:
well,
one
one
being
just
generally
what
it
feels
like
to
to
be
involved
in
initiative,
which
will
involve
some
some
suggestions
and
notes
and
comments
along
that
line.
One's
going
to
be
a
super
brief
overview
of
what
we
wanted
to
of
of
what
I
was
envisioning.
B
B
What
what
other
aspects
we've
discovered
need
to
be
done,
that
aren't
being
done
in
initiative.
You
know
like
out
of
scope
things,
but,
but
I
I
think
I
think
one
of
the
key
findings
is
sort
of
spinning
off,
like
other
things
that
that
need
doing,
and
that
need
to
be
wrapped
around
all
right.
So
why
don't
I
share
my
screen
just
for
that
and
I
I
will
share.
A
C
B
Well,
why
not
here,
let's,
let's
take
a
sec
yeah
yeah
this
just
to
sort
of
remind
me
of
of
the
marketing
stuff
that
that
I
have
interested
in
and
I
I
don't
you
know
there,
there's
no
rhyme
or
reason
to
it
that
I'm
able
to
use,
but
but
it
just
reminds
me
that
that
stuff
is
all
still
out
there.
A
B
A
B
Yeah
yeah
all
right
all
right,
so
so
I'll
I'll.
I
won't
read
this
out.
This
is
this
is
copied
from
the
forum
post
in
forums.backdropcms.org
the
initiatives
topic.
This
is
in
there
and
you
know
the
the
vision
was
based
in
the
idea
and
really
it's
a
scratch.
I
was
trying
to
it's
an
itch.
I
was
trying
to
scratch
since
the
early
days.
B
My
very
first
introduction
to
drupal
five
years
before
the
backdrop
project
started,
which
is
that
creating
a
a
reasonable
looking
site
seemed
impossibly
hard
that
that
you
could,
you
could
do
all
sorts
of
stuff
with
with
content
and
functionality
within
drupal
and
its
children
backdrop,
but
but
presenting
it
to
to
the
world.
Always
it
always
looks
like
a
student
project
and
and
it
felt
like
there
needed
to
be
better
skins.
B
So
my
my
proposal
was
that
we
find
a
few
kind
of
ready-to-go
themes
and
and
package
them
up
and
have
them
have
them
easily
accessible
to
new
users.
So
I'm
going
to
skip
over
that
to
the
the
small
bit
that
I
added
tim
saladin
too.
B
A
B
B
What
we
call
themes
now
in
in
backdrop
has
been
transformed,
notably
from
what
themes
were
in
drupal,
and
you
know
everyone
involved
with
backdrop
project
knows
about
the
layout
manager
and
how
a
lot
of
the
a
lot
of
the
things
you
used
to
have
to
do
inside
of
drupal
themes.
B
You
now
do
in
a
much
more
friendly,
approachable
and
and
sort
of
you
know
modern
in
my,
in
my
mind
way
with
with
layout
manager,
in
terms
of
deciding
where
things
go
on
the
page
and
and
what
that
looks
like
what
it
took
me
a
while
to
to
really
grasp
based
on.
That,
though,
is
that,
is
it
my
dream
of
a
kind
of
ready
to
go?
B
Look
that
comes
out
of
the
box
isn't
possible
with
that
without
layouts,
the
that
that
you
really
need
a
a
layout
out
of
the
box
in
order
for
things
to
do
to
make
sense,
so
so
so
that
that's
ultimately,
probably
the
the
biggest
carve
out
of
the
of
the
the
ready
to
wear
project
is
that
this
is
not
just
theme.
So
we
do
need
in
fact,
as
I
had
initially
projected
a
library
of
of
finished,
ready
to
go
themes,
but
because
of
backdrops
for
a
reasonable
factoring.
B
We
also
need
redi-go,
layouts
and
layouts
kind
of
don't
mean
anything
without
content.
So
so
really
really
one
of
the
things
that
ends
up
is
end
up
kind
of
proposing
that
that,
once
we
have
theme
skins
defined
that
that
next
up
should
be
sample,
content
and
layouts
things,
so
that,
and
notably
as
a
little
project.
I
I
checked
out
various
other
things
savasani,
who
I
thought
did
I
see
him
before
on
the
caller?
He.
A
Wasn't
in
this
call?
No,
oh,
can
I
can.
I
just
offer
this
clarification
because
absolutely
layouts,
which
is
correct,
but
but
people
confuse
that
with
layout
templates
right
so
just
to
draw
that
distinction.
A
layout
template
is
what
we
have
in
core.
You
know
boxed
in
boxed
and
whatever
those
are
layout
templates,
as
you
were
just
saying,
a
layout
actually
includes
placement
of
blocks
and
and
that's
what
you're
referring
to
right.
A
C
B
Yeah
well,
one
of
one
of
the
things
that
we've
found
ourselves
referencing
during
this
whole
initiative
is
is
documentation
is,
is
that
is
that
there's
there's
definitely
pieces
that
that
a
beginner
needs
to
use
that
that
fall
heavily
in
in
the
realm
of
of
of
documentation
and
and
in
particular
kind
of
easily
overlooked
within
within
backdrop
are,
are
the
the
two
facilities
that
were
invented
for
backdrop,
that
weren't
part
of
drupal,
at
least
not
part
of
drupal
7.
B
The
the
layout
manager
and
and
also
configuration
management
is
also
sort
of
a
confusing
topic
to
beginners.
But
I'm
I'm
scope
creeping,
the
the
initial
already
scope
creep
piece
to
it.
So,
along
the
line,
we
actually
did
some
other
pieces
that
solved.
B
Some
of
the
some
of
the
desires
of
the
red
aware
project
in
that
the
the
themes,
the
themes
catalog
on
on
backdrop,
cms.org,
has
has
been
kind
of
incrementally,
improved
and
and
made
friendlier.
You
know,
as
has
larger
screen
caps
and
and
more
information
and
has
been
moving
forward
in
in
terms
of
of
making
what
themes
we
have
more
more
accessible
and
usable
so
to
to
kind
of
get
to
the.
B
Site
builders
need
to
be
all
right.
We
talked
about
that,
and
so
so
the
the
next
initiative
that
that
I'm
going
to
sort
of
propose,
spinning
off
that's
related
to
this
is
is
sample
start
out.
You
know
sample
starter
pieces
of
content
and
and
in
particular
the
joomla
project
has
a
a
pretty.
B
Or
a
pretty
compelling
example
case
of
this,
where,
where
they've
got,
you
know
four
different
sample
sites
that
roll
out
of
the
box
when,
when
you
install
and
you
can
choose
any
of
them
and-
and
you
start
out
with
something
that
you
can
use,
you
know
drupal
not
too
long
ago,
added
added
a
sample
site,
the
the
umani
recipe
site,
which
is
pretty
good
so,
but
but
that
that
that's
good,
oh
and
tim,
has
pasted
into
the
the
notes.
B
The
the
the
three
builds
of
the
sample
joomla
sites
that
that
I
installed
on
my
own
little
server
platform.
Well,
that's
I've!
I've!
I've
train
wrecked!
Through
the
closest
thing
I
have
to
like
a
prepared
presentation
here.
A
I'm
I'm
gonna
just
add
a
couple
of
things:
luke
because
you
skimmed
over
it,
but
can
you
go
screwed
up
to
the
top
of
the
agenda?
A
You
mentioned
some
of
the
things
that
have
been
accomplished
and,
like
you
mentioned
a
few
themes,
all
we've
had
five
new
themes
there
that
have
come
out
since
in
the
last
nine
months,
which
is
certainly
probably
more
than
came
out
in
the
last
three
years
so
and
I
think
those
were
at
least
inspired
by
this
initiative,
even
if
they
weren't
like
we
didn't
directly
direct
them
or
anything
yeah.
I
think
all
of
this
talk
about
ready
to
wear
and
creating
new
themes
inspired
into
godzilla
and
olaf
to
release
these
we
did
also.
A
You
know
you
started
this
process
of
porting
that
the
bootswatch
collection,
which
you
didn't
quite
get
functional,
but
what
we
did
do
is
at
least
get
the
bootswatch
connect
collection,
functional
in
the
bootstrap
light.
I
mean
your
idea.
It's.
The
bootswatch
is
a
little
bit
buried
in
in
bootstrap
light
and
hard
to
find,
and
you
were
hoping
to
make
it
easier
to
get
to
yeah.
I
think
that's
still
a
good
goal,
but
at
least
it's
functional
in
bootstrap
light
where
it
wasn't
so.
B
Can
fire
bootstrap
and
work
your
way
through
the
tabs
to
get
to
the
the
boot
swatch
examples
and
then
you've
got
you
know
15
or
20
fairly
nice
things?
Oh
wait!
I
guess
actually
one
other
thing
that
the
that
came
up
and
and
that's
kind
of
boiled,
as
sort
of
like
a
not
quite
their
project.
That's
worth
keeping
eye
on
is
a
color,
picker
and
sort
of
the
semi
ability
of
color
picker
to
to
do
a
lot
of
these
things.
B
There's
there's
presets
in
color,
picker
and
and
recipes,
but
it's
not
they're
not
fully
baked,
but
they
seem
bakeable.
B
A
A
B
C
A
Yeah
and
so
several
of
the
themes
use
the
color
module,
which
you
know,
I
think
the
goal
here
right
is
to
help
people
to
be
able
to
customize
and
make
a
site
attractive
without
having
to
write
css
and
the
color
module
within.
Some
of
these
themes
is
really
helpful,
so.
B
Yeah
yeah,
I
mean
the
the
the
the
idea
is,
that
is
it.
It
should
be
possible
to
create
a
website
without
without
having
to
dig
into
a
text.
Editor
like
it's,
not
that
that's
a
bad
thing,
but
but
but
I
I
think
I
think
that,
having
that
as
a
requirement
to
have
a
sight
up,
eliminates
90
or
more
of
the
potential
market.
A
Well,
I
feel,
like
we've,
come
quite
a
ways
in
the
last
nine
months
towards
that
which
I
think
is
a
goal,
a
good
goal,
and
I
definitely
agree
that
the
the
the
existing
with
the
existing
themes
and
tools
that
we
had
nine
months
ago.
I
think
it
was
hard
to
make
a
sort
of
professional
looking
site
without
actually
some
theming
or
you
know,
or
hacking
an
existing
theme.
Personally,
I
think
that
basis
and
core
has
too
many
little
bugs
in
it.
A
I
mean
it's,
it's
basically
sound,
but
it's
got
a
number
of
little
bugs
in
it
that
you
know
that
you
have
to
kind
of
get
in
and
some
theme
around
and
some
of
the
other
thing
and
that's
true
of
actually
most
of
the
or
was
true
of
most
of
the
themes.
We
have
a
a
few
now
that
are
just
sort
of
out
of
the
box
ready
for
for
simple
blog
sites.
A
A
One
of
the
other
developments
of
this
initiative
was
giving
the
switch
theme.
Joseph
joseph
did
the
work
on
that,
but
the
switch
theme
module
of
it
working,
which
is
really
useful
in
terms
of
being
able
to
sort
of
demo
and
test
themes.
B
Buggy
modifications
to
it
which
which,
which
might
still
end
up
seeing
this
seeing
the
light
of
the
day,
just
a
a
different,
a
different
interface
for
a
switch
theme.
B
B
All
right,
so
so
what
what
should
we
conclude
here?
What
what's
our
next
step?
So
the
the
reason
this
was
the
me
this
meeting
was
called
what
it
was
you
you're
ready
to
attempt
to
to
try
to
get
help
for
me
to
how
to
how
to
take
this
home.
So
so
I've
stumbled
within
sight
of
the
finish
line,
but
I'm
not
quite
exactly
sure
how
to
crawl
across
the
finish
line.
What
do
we
still
need
to
do.
A
So
I
know
robert's
watching
and
said
he
wasn't
going
to
talk,
but
I
just
want
to
invite
him
that
he's
welcome
to
if
he
wants
or
martin
we
I
mean
so
one
of
luke.
I
sometimes
think
sort
of
gets
frustrated
and
under
values.
What
we
did
accomplish
this
year,
because
he's
got
big
goals
and
big
ideas
which
we
haven't
been
able
that
we
haven't
been
able
to
implement.
But,
as
I
go
back
and
look
at
your
initial
statement,
you
know
you
said
an
initial
mvp.
A
And-
and
I
think
under
the
sub
points
there,
you
kind
of
focus
on
like
providing
some
documentation
and
making
that
easy
to
evaluate
themes,
and
I
mean
I
do
think
that,
like
from
that
initial
set
of
goals
that
you
set,
we
did
a
lot
of
that.
And
so
you
know
it
would
be
totally
appropriate
to
say
like
we
would.
A
Right,
I
think
if,
if
I
read
our
goals,
really
literally,
I
would
think
like
getting
the
either
the
ready-to-wear
site
in
in
a
more
usable
state
would
be,
would
would
be
helpful
in
sort
of
saying
what
we
achieved
all
of
those
goals,
but
I
don't
know
if
it's
necessary,
I
mean,
if
you
feel
like
that's
too
much
work
or
if
it's
not
you
know,
maybe
we've
decided
that
that
ready-to-wear
theme
isn't
the
site,
isn't
the
way
to
go.
A
Maybe
there's
a
better
way
to
help
people
select,
maybe
just
better
screenshots.
You
know,
but.
D
I've
got
a
couple
of
a
couple
of
thoughts
on
how
you
might
how
you
might
like
to
help
help
people
who
are
who
are
looking
for
a
ready-to-wear
site
in
the
pa,
perhaps
sort
of
on
on
the
theme
selection,
so,
whether
that's
in
it
in
your
new
bootstrap
installation,
where
you
look
at
install
new
themes
or,
on
the
oh
sorry,
the
backdrop
installation,
where
you're
looking
at
new
themes
or
on
the
backdrop
project
site,
where
you're
looking
at
the
list
of
themes,
whether
having
some
categorization,
that
would
say
this
is
this
is
deemed
ready
to
wear
and
that
you
can.
C
B
Do
I
mean
one
of
the
one
of
the
almost
obvious
things
to
have
is
is
do
we
have
a
switch
on
on
the
the
themes
page
that
you
can
search
for?
You
know
no,
it's
funny
it.
It
kind
of
came
like
you
know,
scrolling
scrolling
back
a
decade
when
I
first
got
into
drupal.
B
When
I
went
to
look
for
themes,
they
said
you
know
here
you
go
to
look
at
drupal,
slash,
themes
and
and
there's
a
checkbox
you
could
have
for
for
starter
themes
that
that
required
building
on
top
of
it,
and
I
always
wanted
you
know
the
negative
that
I
wanted
to
show
me
everything.
That's
not
a
starter
game.
A
B
By
definition,
and
and
it
was
frustrating
because
the
the
20
most
popular
themes
in
drupal
were
all
starter
themes,
so
so
checking
that
only
show
me
starter
things.
Button
did
nothing,
it
showed
you
the
same
thing
anyway,
like
you
couldn't
get
away
from
them
was
the
whole
problem.
B
D
D
Of
filters
like
most
installed
to
sort
by
most
installed
title
and
latest
release,
whether
whether
we
could
how
how
whether
we
just
need
a
a
change
requesting
someone
to
put
a
a
a
search,
filter
and
and
also
be
able
to
when
people
are
adding
themes
just
be
able
to
to
tag
them
to
say
these
are
these
are
ready
to
use
out
the
box.
A
Right
on
that
point,
early
on
in
this
initiative,
I
think
we
talked
a
lot
about
having
a
a
seal
of
approval.
Like
an
approved,
we
didn't
necessarily
call
it
ready
to
wear
theme,
but
these
are
our
recommended
themes
for
using
out
of
the
box,
and
I
think
the
intention
at
the
time
was
that
they,
you
know,
themes
that
were
pretty
solid
and
worked
without
having
to
write,
see
your
own
css.
A
A
It
isn't
like
we've
forgotten
about
it,
but
part
of
part
of
what
we
keep
thinking
about
is
how
would
we,
you
know,
make
those
decisions,
but
I
I
mean
I
would
think
that
would
be
a
really
valuable
thing
is
if
we
could
like
go
through
the
available
themes
and
list
which
ones
are
ready
to
wear
one
of
the
things
that's
been
happening
and
actually
is
getting
some
movement
very
recently
in
the
issue
queue
for
backdrop,
cms.org
is
adding
additional,
so
we
don't
have
any
filters
as
you're.
A
Looking
at
the
theme
page
right,
there's
absolutely
no
filters
right
now.
The
doc
wilmont
has
been
working
on
a
pull
request
and
he's
been
really
advocating
for
it
lately
to
allow
us
to
add
a
little
bit
more
of
information
into
the
dot
info
files
for
projects,
not
both
themes,
post
the
issue
in
slack
or
in
july.
Yet
one
of
the
the
fields
that
he's
added,
I
think,
is
steam
colors.
A
Now
I'm
a
little
bit
skeptical
on
whether
or
not
this
is
going
to
work
for
us,
but
it's
I
think
it's
something
that
wordpress
provides
when
you
go
to
the
wordpress.
Do
they
call
them
themes
or
do
they
call
them
skins
or
what
is
word?
They
call
them
teams
they
do.
Okay,
so
wordpress
themes.
I
think
you
can
like
pick
a
color
scheme
on
their
short
page,
and
at
least
I
felt
like
you
could
in
the
past.
B
A
Well
sure
I
thought
they
had
one
other
check
feature
well:
custom
colors.
You
know,
that's
probably
not
pick
a
color.
That
means
you
can
set
your
own
colors
right.
D
A
Scheme,
you
could
say,
like
I
like
red,
and
it
would
show
you
themes
that
highlighted
red
well
in
theory.
This
field
that
doc
wilbon
wants
to
add
to
the
to
the
the
info
file
would
support
that.
But
I'm
a
little
you
know
we
have
the
color
module
and
and
like
I'm,
building
in
a
number
of
sites,
use
the
color
module,
which
inherently
means
that
they
have
different
color
schemes
that
you
can
use
right
out
of
the
box.
So
like
what
would
I
pick
for
for
my
colors.
A
Exactly
so
so
I'm
a
little
bit
skeptical
about
whether
or
not
that
particular
filter
is
that
useful.
On
the
other
hand,
the
idea
that
we
could
get
a
little
bit
of
you
know
we
and
like
adding
well,
the
layout
doesn't
apply
so
that
filter
doesn't
make
sense
for
us
in
our
themes
right.
The
subject
could
certainly
having
an
approved
or
unapproved.
You
know,
like
I
don't
know.
If
I,
like
necessarily
the
word,
maybe
recommended
having
a
recommended
like
this.
A
This
theme
has
been
well
or
if
it
was
approved
for
ready
to
wear,
like
you
say
or
approved,
for
use
out
of
the
box.
A
Beginner-Friendly
something
like
that,
anyways
and
so
eve.
I
I
don't
know
that
this-
that
we
have
that
that
field
in
the
dot
info
file
right
now,
but
I
suspect
that
once
we've
gotten
this
current
pull
request
through
it'll,
be
easy,
easier
to
like
add
a
criteria
or
something
that
we
could
use
for
a
filter.
B
A
B
Know
getting
more
things
on,
but
that
being
said,
I
think
it's
terrible.
I
think
I
I
think
we
shouldn't
aim
for
catching
up
to
wordpress's
page.
I
think
we
should
aim
for
far
exceeding
it,
but
you
know
we
can
cross
that
bridge
when
we
get
to
it.
A
A
All
right
so
yeah
helping
people
find
good,
approved
or
ready
to
you
know
gen
or
beginner
friendly.
I
like
that
beginner-friendly
team
would
be
helpful
and.
A
C
The
sort
of
the
current
model
or
someone
coming
to
backdrop
for
the
first
time
is
download
and
install
backdrop,
and
once
you
have
it
up
and
running,
go
explore
themes
and
see
which
ones
you
like.
But
what
I
was.
C
B
A
Can
you
can
you
take
away
your
or
quit
sharing.
B
B
C
A
So
that
I
robert
you're
you're
right,
that
is
that
currently,
if
you
want
to
pick
a
theme,
you
are
sort
of
limited
to
well,
one
thing
you
could
do
is
you
could
use,
although
I
doubt
most
beginners
would
understand
this?
Is
you
could
go
to
that
demo
button
on
bankruptcms.org
and
you
can
install
themes
in
those
demo
sites?
A
B
A
Supporting
more
information
in
the
dot
info
files,
but
so
yes,
then
the
next
you
know
what
is
your
next
choice?
Well,
you
could
create
you
could
install
them
on
your
own
site,
that's
really
sort
of
cumbersome
and
a
pain
in
the
butt
yeah.
A
I
created
a
spreadsheet
at
one
point
that
had
some
information.
It's
gotten
a
little
bit
out
of
date,
the,
but
what
what
we
did
talk
about
was,
I
won't
I'll,
show
mine.
So
we've
worked
on
two
different
versions
of
sites.
That,
in
theory,
could
be
versions
of
something
that
people
could
use
to
evaluate
themes
now,
naturally,
I'm
going
to
log
out
well,
maybe
that
was
a
mistake,
but
this
is,
if
you
land
on
it,
it's
using
basis
and
it
had
it.
A
A
A
If
you
haven't
looked
at
this
theme
before
you
can
switch
to
different
backgrounds,
and
we
don't
have
a
good
way
for
a
unauthenticated
user
to
test
that
feature
to
try
the
different
backgrounds,
they
can
only
try
the
default
one,
but
they
could
switch
to
you
know
what's
another
laterals
kind
of
a
good
one
out
of
the
box
to
test,
so
you
can
see
what
the
lateral
theme.
A
So
this
is
the
idea
for
a
site
like
this
seems
to
make
sense
and
like
it
would
be
useful,
but
there's
a
number
of
practical
limitations
like
the
boots
watch.
We
don't
have
any
way.
Well,
that's
why
I
think
luke
started
to
try
and
port
the
bootswatch
connection
selection
so
that
you
could
look
at
any
one
of
them
individually
right
now,
you
can
pick
bootstrap
light,
but
unless
you
have
access
to
the
to
the
theme
settings,
you
can't
really,
you
know
switch
between
the
boots
watch
themes.
A
Right
so
fixing
that
would
be
helpful,
but
but
yes,
you
can
sort
of
see
what
a
boots
a
bootscrap
light
theme
looks
like
and.
C
A
Know
on
my.
A
Like
this
would
be
helpful
here,
here's
jenna's
theme
pretty
in
purple
one
to
me
a
site
like
this
is
helpful
in
that.
Just
by
like
I
can
notice
things
like
this.
I
just
turn
this
theme
on
and
realize
that.
Well,
this
theme
wasn't
really
built
for
sub
or
drop-down
menus,
because
you
can
see
it's
buggy.
If
you
have
them,
I'm
pretty
sure
jen
probably
didn't
envision
that
usage
for
this
thing.
C
C
And
I
just
haven't
yet
found
the
place
on
the
documentation
page.
It
says:
here's
how
you
get
to
this.
Like
we
have
a
user
guide.
We
have
a
developer
guide.
How
about
an
evaluating
backdrop
guide
that
tells
you
how
to
how
to
evaluate
it,
how
to
look
at
different
themes
and
how
to.
D
A
A
Well,
what
would
how
would
you
or
martin,
I
welcome
your
input
on
this?
How
would
you
either
what
to
just
forget
about
new
themes
and
new
features
to
pick
amongst
our
existing
themes
for
a
new
user?
What
would
that
look
like
any
ideas,
a
tool?
Would
it
look
like
this,
or
would
it
be
just
better
screenshots
or.
D
I
think
better
screenshots
is
is
definitely
it
would
definitely
be
a
big
improvement.
I
I
like
the
idea
of
putting
more
information
in
the
info
and
I'm
I
was.
I
was
starting
to
think
from
there.
You
could
almost
like
you
could
do
with
almost
like
a
tags
field
where
you
might
put
tags
like
beginner,
friendly,
responsive
color
changer,
though
all
the
different
kind
of
features
that
you
might
have
in
a
theme.
D
I'm
I'm
probably
not
a
complete
beginner
in
that
in
in
drupal
hours
I
was
building
sites,
so
I
was,
I
was
quite
comfortable
with
doing
a
sub
theme
and
and
just
tweaking
things,
but
in
general
I
would.
I
would
go
and
try
and
find
something.
That's
that's.
Eighty
percent
of
the
way
there.
A
D
By
by
just
in
the
early
days,
just
trying
a
few
different
themes
to
try
and
find
one
that
I
like.
D
I
think
that's
really
helpful
for
for
illustrating
to
people
what
they
can
do
and
what
what
it'll
look
like,
with,
with
a
bit
more
content
in.
B
Okay,
maybe
maybe
a
simple
change,
is
just
multiple
screenshots
for
for
for
each
theme,
you
know,
rather
than
limiting
to
one.
A
D
D
A
A
All
of
this
information
on
this
page
is
pulled
from
the
dot
info
file,
so
we
can't
just
go
in
and
edit
this
page,
which
is
why
so
you'd,
like
the
the
the
maintainer
for
snazzy,
can't
just
come
in
and
edit
their
node
to
add
extra
screenshots.
Maybe
they
should
be
able
to,
but
but
I
think
the
preferred
solution
is
to
allow
that
through
the
dot
info
file,
which
is
what
we're
moving
towards.
D
A
Yes,
that's
that's
the
reason
for
it.
Yes,
this
page,
when
you
get,
if
you
tag
a
release
for
your
theme
in
github,
this
page
automatically
gets
created.
No,
no
there's,
no
human
intervention
in
the
creation
of
these
pages.
Okay
and
in
theory,
they
stay
up
to
date.
Every
time
you
really
you,
you
know
you
tag
a
new
release.
This
page
gets
updated.
All
of
the
information
on
this
page
is
pulled
directly
from
the
dot
info
file
or.
C
A
A
So
I
wasn't
aware
of
that
problem.
Well,
I
know
luke
has
a
busy
first
week
on
his
new
gig
and
and
maybe
he
needs
to
go
now,
but
if
you
have
a
few
more
minutes,
how
do
we
can
we
make
any
more
definitive.
B
Well,
I
I
feel,
like
I
feel,
like
the
the
final
product
is
in
front
of
us.
It
just
has
like
it
there
it's
a
final
report
that
needs
a
little
editing.
A
A
B
I
I
I
think,
a
report,
a
a
document
that
kind
of
I
I
could
probably
re-listen
to
the
recording
of
this
and
take
notes
from
that
and
distill
it
into
something.
A
Okay,
well,
I
I
think
personally,
I
would
again
highlight
what
we
have
accomplished.
A
And
then
like
what
you've
done,
what
you
started
to
do
here,
which
is
with
the
what's
next,
like
what
are
the
things
we
discovered
that
need
to
happen.
B
B
Cataloging,
the
the
projects
that
have
been
spun
off
that
either
have
you
know
prototypes
or
even
just
you
know,
conceptions
and
then
a
small
list
of
sort
of
unanswered
questions.
Like
things
we
think
we
haven't
dealt
with,
but
that
we've
noticed-
and
I
I
think,
those
three
things
and
and
we
can
call
it
a
day.
A
A
To
anybody
who
might
be
watching
this
and
feeling
like
oh
but
there's
so
much
more,
that
this
initiative
could
do.
I
think
what
that
means
is
that
we
bring
this
phase
of
this
initial
or
bring
this
initiative
to
a
close,
but
that
doesn't
preclude
a
part.
Two
initiative
with
a
new
leader
that
wants
to
you
know
pick
up
on
some
of
the
recommendations
that
came
out
of
this
one.
So
that's
that's,
always
a
possibility.
The
work
isn't
done.
It's
just
this
initiative
has
sort
of
done
what
it
can
right.
A
Is
there
do
you
well
here's
what
I
would
recommend
for
a
process
which
is
that
you
draft
up
a
report,
and
you
could
just
take
this
document
if
you
like
and
build
from.
D
A
Or
you
can
start
fresh
and
then
maybe
just
submit
it
to
the
community
for
comment
and
then
I
guess
you
could
choose
to
either
incorporate
any
of
those
comments.
Or
did
you
know,
then
I
guess
you
you
decide
when
you
when
it's
finished,
but
I.
C
A
Again
for
for
martin,
robert
and
anybody
else
who
might
be
listening
about
a
year
ago,
at
this
time
we
were,
we
were
talking
about
how
to
better
address
the
bigger
problems
in
backdrop
that
don't
fit
into
like
an
issue
in
the
issue.
Queue-
and
we
came
up
with
this
idea
of
like
project
management
committee,
endorsed
initiatives
which
would
be
longer
term
projects
that
tackle
bigger
issues,
and
this
is
the
first.
It
was
the
first
time
we
did
it
and
we
submitted
a
bunch.
A
We
asked
for
recommendations
for
initiatives
and
we
picked
two
this
one
and
the.
A
Initiative,
the
telemetry
initiation
is
about
getting
collecting
better
data
about
how
people
are
using
a
backdrop
sites
to
make
core
development
decisions,
and
I
would
say
that
the
church
and
I'm
in
charge
of
that
initiative-
and
I
would
say
the
trajectory
of
both
of
these-
has
been
similar.
Where
it's
been,
we
haven't
we've
wandered
around
a
bit.
The
telemetry
initiative
probably
has
made
progress,
but
is
also
floundering
just
a
little
bit
and
I'm
in
the
same
position
of
like
trying
to.
D
A
D
A
Okay,
well
thanks.
I
hope
this
was
helpful
on
this
meeting,
especially
for
you
luke.
