A
Credits
the
delay,
but
welcome
to
the
backdrop
outreach
meeting
today,
we're
talking
mostly
about
backdrop,
live.
Let's
do
a
quick
round
of
introductions,
I'm
tim
st
paul
tm
coming
to
you
from
gearwood
minnesota
and
I'm
just
going
to
pass
it
along
to.
A
D
D
E
C
All
right,
I'm
luke
mccormick,
I'm
a
product
manager
and
occasional
programmer,
usually
in
northern
california,
but
right
now,
I'm
in
fort
lauderdale
florida
in
a
hotel
room.
I
will
be
doing
a.
I
will
be
leading
monitoring
whatever
a
a
a
a
session
on
low
code
to
no
code
backdrop
site
building.
I
actually
have
a
focus
group
thought
that
I
haven't
told
anybody
yet
so
we'll
maybe
see
if
that
comes
to
play
at
some
point,
let's
throw
it
over
to
joseph.
A
You
are
so
we
were
chatting
a
little
bit
about
as
we
mentioned.
This
will
be
about
backdrop,
live
we
started
talking
about
it
a
little
bit
before
we
started
to
record,
but
we
want
to
get
as
much
of
the
discussion
on
recording
as
possible.
I'm
going
to
do
a
little
bit
of
sharing
my
screen,
so
we
can
look
at
the
schedule
and
the
website
and
figure
out
what
we
need
to
do.
But
a
really
quick
summary
is
that
we
set
up
backdrop
live
as
a
an
unconference
with
fairly
low
over.
A
The
idea
has
been
to
keep
it
low
overhead
so
that
we
can
repeat
it
fairly
often,
and
you
know,
and
and
make
do
with,
who
shows
up.
We
have
all
of
us
have
been
really
busy
and
so
there's
been
less
preparation.
That's
went
into
this
upcoming
backdrop
live,
but
on
the
plus
side
we've
got
about
18
people
registered
already.
A
We
know
that
there's
a
handful
more
coming
in,
I
think
we're
shooting
for
about
30
participants
for
a
what
will
be
roughly
a
single
track
of
of
discussions
for
a
day
and
a
half
almost
now,
and
I
think
it
could
be
a
really
good
intimate.
You
know
small
scale
event
for
people
to
get
their
questions
answered.
So,
if
you're
watching
this
before
the
media
for
backdrop
live
tomorrow,
please
join
us
and
participate.
A
We
we
have
some
things
final
things
to
do
to
get
ready
some
last
minute
announcements
to
send
out
a
little
few
things
to
tweak
on
the
website.
And
let's
talk
about
that,
does
anybody?
Well,
I'm
anybody
have
a
question
or
comment.
While
I
load
up
my
screen.
G
A
Okay,
here
we
go.
This
is
our
schedule
right
now,
so
we've
got
a
f
almost
most
of
the
the
time
slots
full.
In
one
column,
these
were
scattered
into
two
columns,
but
given
given
the
status
of
things,
we
thought
it
would
be
better
to
kind
of
fill
up
one
column
than
to
have
two
half
full
columns.
A
We'll
keep
the
plan
right
now
is
to
use
our
right
this
the
same
meaning
we
use
for
our
weekly
meetings,
and
this
is
the
same
thing
we
did
for
the
last
backdrop
live,
which
is
to
use
that
as
the
general,
the
hallway
or
the
plenary
room
and
then
to
break
into
a
breakout
rooms
and
use
breakout
rooms
for
discussions.
A
That
way.
If
people
want
to
talk
in
the
hallway
or
create
a
second
breakout
room
week,
we
will
be
able
to
do
that.
We
have
well
we're
a
little
unclear
right
here
if
we'll
have
both
of
these
sessions
or
how
that's
going
to
work,
but
we
do
want
to
maintain
the
possibility
to
have
two
sessions
going
on
at
a
time,
even
though,
for
the
most
part
we
have
just
one
column.
A
A
A
We
do
have
a
few
time
slots,
we'd
love
to
fill
them
up.
So
if
anybody
is
able
to
to
handle
a
topic.
A
Either,
to
fill
out
our
room,
one
column
or
if
you
want
to
add
something
to
column
two,
we
can
go
ahead
and
do
that.
There
are
some
topic
ideas
in
the
tab
for
the
for
the
schedule
here,
along
with
a
column
where
people
have
expressed
interest,
the
idea
of
expressing
interest
is
to
sort
of
encourage
somebody
like,
for
example,
three
people
have
expressed
an
interest
in
civic
crm
and
backdrop
cms.
We
just
need
somebody
to
facilitate
that
discussion
before
we
put
it
on
the
schedule.
A
The
the
two
that
have
sort
of
read
backgrounds
have
there's
versions
of
them
on
the
schedule
already,
although
both
of
them
are
kind
of
late
at
night
for
those
of
us
in
the
us.
So
if,
if
somebody
wanted
to
repeat
those,
we
could
have
a
schedule,
a
second
session
on
the
same
topic.
That
would
be
great.
A
A
very
popular
question
is:
are
we
going
to
record
things
and
the
the
our
general
policy
is
that
we're
not
recording
the
discussions
at
backdrop?
Live?
We
may
record
the
plenaries,
like
the
welcome
session
and
it's
possible
that
we
record
a
couple
of
the
the
more
demoish
or
structured
sessions,
but
a
lot
of
these
topics
are
going
to
be
just
off-the-cuff
discussions
and
we
have
chosen
not
to
to
try
and
record
all
of
those.
So
so,
if
you
can,
please,
you
know,
participate
while
they're
live
and
yeah
I'll
leave
it
at
that.
D
A
Yep,
so
we
will
be
sending
that
link
we'll
send
an
email
out
yet
today
to
everybody
who's
registered
for
the
event
and
probably
that
link
will
be
posted
on
the
website
if
you
register
late
or
if
here's
the
thing,
if
you
have
any
questions
during
backdrop,
live
you're
having
trouble
getting
in
you've
forgotten
the
link
or
anything
like
that.
Zulu
is
the
best
place
to
go
in
terms
of
getting
a
quick
response
and
in
fact,
we
sort
of
consider
well
zoom
provides
chat
features.
A
I
encourage
folks
to
use
the
zulu
during
the
event
as
your
chat
platform
that
way,
even
people
who
aren't
participating
in
the
event
will
will
see
the
chat
plus
there's
a
better
record
of
it
afterwards,
we'll
be
able
to
go
back
and
look
at
the
chat
easily
and
zulu
up,
whereas
in
zoom
the
chat
kind
of
goes
away
after
the
event's
over.
A
So
if
you're,
sharing
links
or
asking
questions
find
us
in
zulu
anything
else.
C
A
C
Yeah
all
right
the
the
thing
I
I
I
had
a
thought
for
recession.
I
think
about
running.
I
it's
a
completely
new
topic.
So
if
there's
any
older
business
I'll
I'll
I'll
go
with
that,
but
go
ahead
I'll
I'll
fire.
I
I'd
have
thought
to
do
a
focus
group.
C
Okay,
where,
where
I
I
would-
and
this
would
probably
be
a
recorded
thing
where
I
want
to
pick
a
a
interface
piece
tentatively-
I
was
thinking
dashboard
and
and
and
try
to
run
it
as
best
as
I
remember
you
know,
I
was
trained
back
in
in
business
school
days
on
how
to
run
a
focus
group,
so
so
actually
do
that
with
this
and
and
get
some
volunteers
and
and
kind
of
go
around
and
and
do
some
blue
sky
thinking
about
interfaces
and
desires
just
to
just
to
try
to
facilitate
that
kind
of
thing.
C
A
No,
not
at
all
we,
we
were
just
modifying
the
schedule
a
few
minutes
ago,
so
we
could
add
it
either
into
one
of
the
blank
spots
in
column,
one
you
know,
or
you
could
schedule
this
in
column
two.
You
know
against.
A
So
like
three
right
now
we
have
time
nine
well
you're.
We
can
give
you
I'm.
A
F
A
This
would
be
better
with
a
small
group.
You
know,
maybe
it's
good
to
schedule
it
against
something.
A
I
think
that
our
busiest
time
slots
are
probably
probably
going
to
be
section
a
and
b
and
maybe
again
like
e
and
or
f-
I
don't
know
you
know.
Those
are
the
sort
of
morning
and
early
afternoon
in
the
us,
are
the
ones
that
got
the
most
attention
last
year
and
friday
usually
does
better
than
saturday.
So
I
expect
a
and
b
to
be
the
busiest
sessions,
and
you
know
where
we
probably
could
have
competing
sessions
and
still
be
okay.
A
No
that's
due
tomorrow.
We
start
tomorrow
morning
at
10
a.m.
Eastern,
that's,
when
backdrop
live
starts.
C
D
A
Else
want
to
suggest
a
session
here
on
the
recording
that
you
want
to
do
or
that
you'd,
like
somebody
else
to
do.
B
Okay,
well,
you
were
thinking
about
sub
themes.
Is
there
anything
being
done
with
something.
B
A
A
We
have
no
theming
related
topics,
that's
an
oversight.
I
mean.
A
Again,
given
our
sort
of
unconferency
attitude,
we
could
sort
of
just
put
a
schedule
on
here.
We
don't
have
a
lot
of
competition
like
in
these
in
these
early
morning
slots.
I
think
we're
gonna
have
seven
or
eight
people
there
and
all
we
need
is
somebody
to
to
you
know
open
the
session
and
then
start
the
discussion.
You
don't
have
to
be
prepared
for
anything,
but
we,
I
think
we
should
get
something
on
here
about
theming
and
sub
theming
and
backdrop.
A
A
A
C
A
There's
no
guarantee,
I
think,
having
a
targeted
session
on
hosting
would
make
sense.
I
was
actually
thinking
about
that,
because
there's
been
some
discussions
in
zulu
in
the
last
24
hours
about
hosting.
A
A
A
C
But
how
is
like
for
unconferences
in
general,
it
the
the
way.
The
way
they
they've
worked
in
in
real
life
is.
Is
everyone
gets
there
one
time
and
then
there's
there's
a
period
of
time
where
people
write
down
things
they
were
going
to
talk
about,
and
then
you
break
into
groups
to
talk
about
those
is
what's
our
equivalent
to
that
is.
Is
there
a?
A
A
It
works
in
the
primary
way
it
works
is
that
anybody
can
declare
a
topic.
We
don't
wait
until
the
morning
of
the
event
to
create
the
schedule.
However,
we
do
you
can
continue
to
add
things
to
the
schedule
throughout
the
event,
what
we
have
done
is
during
the
opening
session,
is
sort
of
ask
for
or
encourage
people
to
suggest
topics
that
they
want
to
talk
about
and
and
add
to
whatever
schedule
we've
already
started,
and
I
I
think
we
should
do
that
tomorrow.
A
We
do
have
a
an
opening
plenary,
it's
after
the
first
session,
just
so
that
more
people
will
be
awake
by
them.
But
during
this
welcome
session
we
could
set
aside
five
or
ten
minutes
to
give
people
a
chance
to
talk
about
what
you
know.
What
topics
are
missing
and
then
we
can
add
stuff.
A
A
E
A
A
I
threw
that
on
the
schedule,
my
idea
was
to
just
talk
about
how
the
whole
event
works.
Actually,
that
would
also
be
a
good
time
if
we've
got
something
for
first-time
participants
that
show
up
at
that.
We
could
really
kind
of
chat
with
them
about
what
they
want
to
talk
about
and
try
to
get
their
ideas
on
the
schedule
during
that
session.
But
basically,
I
just
want
to
you
know,
spend
some
time
in
a
small
group
with
anybody
who's
interested
talking
about
how.
A
Let's
you
know
something
like
this:
you
know
your
chance
to
add
topics
to
the
schedule.
Does
that
convey
what
we
need
to
convey?
Luke
sounds
pretty
good.
Okay,
that's
not
the
only
thing
we're
doing
during
that,
but
I
think
we
should
make
sure
that
we
allow
some
time
for
that.
Nate.
E
Was
that
supposed
to
be
added
to
the
session
before,
like
the
orientation?
Not
the
welcome
thing.
E
A
A
A
A
Audience
here,
and
so
I
want
to
put
that
on
the
schedule
for
this
event,
but
it's
only
one
of
several
things
that
will
be
happening.
I
think
we'll
also
be
talking
just
you
know.
What's
new
in
the
world
of
backdrop,
nate
nate
will
be
talking
some
during
this.
What
we've
done
in
the
past
has
had
somebody
from
the
pmc
and
the
core
committers.
Just
talk
about
you
know
what's
happening
in
the
backdrop
world,
but
we'll
make
sure
that
we
allocate
time
for
that.
F
A
I
would
be
fine
with
that.
I
would
be
thrilled
if
you
just
got
one
on
the
schedule,
but
if
you've
got,
if
you
added
two
or
three
that's
also
good.
F
Okay,
it's
that
so
that
in
particular
that
three
are
writing
tests
for
backdrop,
reference
module
in
core
and
then
measuring
and
monitoring
site
performance
like
I
don't
really
have
anything
prepared,
but
I've
worked
on
all
three
of
those.
So
I
I
can
talk
about
stuff.
A
A
You
know
things
like
reference:
module
reference,
module
and
core
is
not
something
that
probably
some
of
our
beginners
you
know
are
necessarily
interested
in.
So
you
know
that
might
be
a
good
thing
to
schedule
against
something
like
you
know,
intro
to
backdrop
or
something
but
okay,
but
it's
up
to
you,
you
put
it
where
you
like,
and
you
can
just
go
ahead.
F
A
Okay,
it
would
be,
I
don't
know
how
many
we
know
we
got
a
couple
of
europeans
participating
and
we
may
get
a
few
more,
especially
if
we
can
promote
some
sessions,
so
it
would
be
great
to
get
somebody
something
else
in
this
block,
especially
from
anybody
that
would
naturally
be
awake
in
those
hours.
I'm
not
going
to
ask
luke
to
do
anything
at
4am.
A
A
Has
anybody
joined
us?
They
just
joined
us,
so
nate
we're
we're
still
recording
and
we're
just
talking
about
backdrop
live
which
is
tomorrow.
The
quick
summary
for
you
is:
is
we
haven't
the
registration's
a
little
lower
than
it
has
been
at
this
time?
In
other
events,
but
we've,
I
think
we've
got
enough
people
we've
consolidated
our
topic
ideas
into
one
column
and
we
have
a
pretty
good
schedule
and
we'll
do
a
little
bit
of
last
minute
promoting
tonight,
please
anybody
that
can
post
something
on
facebook
or
twitter.
A
A
C
A
A
A
Thank
you.
Let
me
try
and
remember
how
to.
