Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hey
we
are
live
today
is
june
22nd,
and
this
is
our
fortnightly
community
outreach
meeting
in
this
meeting.
We
usually
talk
about
how
to
better
spread
the
word
about
backdrop
and
that
can
include
reviewing
the
tools
that
we're
using
or
the
events
that
we
have
upcoming
or
anyone
working
on
anything
outreach
related
can
add
anything
else
to
the
agenda.
Tim
cannot
make
it
today.
He's
got
another
engagement
at
the
moment,
so
we're
going
to
try
and
do
our
best
without
him.
A
We
don't
have
a
lot
on
the
agenda
for
today,
but
before
we
get
into
it,
we
can
go
around
and
do
some
quick
introductions
if
everyone
can
share
your
name
where
you're
joining
us
from
and
if
there's
anything
exciting.
You
want
to
share
with
the
group
whether
it's
on
the
agenda
or
not,
since
there's
nothing
on
youtube
right
now,
that's
totally
fine!
I
can
go
first.
My
name
is
jen
lampton,
I'm
joining
from
oakland
california
and
I
am
working
on
the
event
site
today.
Let's
see
robert,
do
you
want
to
go
next.
A
C
C
D
I've
been
working
on
feeding
a
site
after
finishing
quite
a
lot
of
content,
migration,
work
and
and
yeah,
and
also
trying
to
trying
to
test
organic
groups
as
well.
C
A
Thanks
martin,
so
goku
is
also
with
us,
but
he
can't
talk
at
the
moment
so
when
he
gets
to
a
place
where
he
can
he'll
join
us
and
do
some
introductions.
But
for
now
we'll
move
on
with
the
agenda
a
few
things
on
the
agenda.
The
first
one
was
talking
about
crm
just
a
general
overview.
We
are
trying
to
use
civvi
serum
for
our
contact
management,
and
this
will
include
the
mailing
list
which
we're
currently
doing
through
another
third
party
service
and
hopefully,
a
record
of
who
can
volunteer
for
various
different
things.
A
So
if
you
want
to
help
with
events
or
if
you
want
to
help
with
the
website,
you
want
to
help
with
everybody
else,
we'll
get
sort
of
a
database
of
people
who
are
contributing
to
backdrop
in
different
ways
and
it'll
give
us
a
better
way
to
have
a
sort
of
a
feel
on
our
community
and
who's.
Doing
what
and
that
sort
of
thing
so
sort
of
one
central
location
for
all
of
that
short
term.
We're
just
trying
to
get
the
thing
running.
A
We
want
to
put
it
on
our
live
website
and
we've
got
a
couple
of
blockers
to
getting
it
there
right
now.
The
biggest
blockers
that
we
have
it
set
up
on
our
beta
site
and
our
beta
site
is
offline,
so
we're
gonna,
try
and
figure
out.
What's
going
on,
there
usually
justin's
in
charge
of
our
servers
and
he's
often
in
the
dev
meeting.
So
we'll
ask
him
in
the
next
meeting
if
he
has
time
to
look
at
that
and
see
what's
going
on
with.
A
So
fantastic
he's
doing
it.
Now,
that's
great!
That's
great!
So
I
don't
know
if
there's
anything
else
we
need
to
talk
about
is
something
serum
related
or
not?
No.
Okay!
So
then,
before
we
started,
this
meeting
tim
asked
us
to
solve
all
the
problems
with
backdrop
live
our
next
backdrop.
Live
event
is
coming
up
mid-july,
so
that's
just
about
a
month
from
now
we
have
registration
open,
so
anyone
who
wants
to
attend
can
attend.
A
We
included
a
link
to
the
registration
in
our
newsletter
that
went
out
announcing
the
backdrop
122
release
and
we're
probably
going
to
send
another
newsletter
in
a
week
or
so
that
will
be
more
focused
on
the
not
122
news
items,
some
of
which
were
included
in
that
newsletter.
Also,
but
specifically,
backdrop
live
too
and
we'll
try
to
sort
of
make
a
bigger
push
for
getting
more
registrations.
A
So
I
don't
know
specifically
what
things
tim
wanted
us
to
focus
on,
but
I
did
want
to
mention
that
we
are
going
to
try
and
do
something
a
little
bit
different
in
this
backdrop,
live
and
that's
the
second
block,
so
block
b,
we're
going
to
try
and
reserve
for
presentations,
so
presentations
are
going
to
be
video
recorded
and
probably
live
streamed,
and
so
anyone
who
is
uncomfortable
either
being
recorded
or
you
know,
having
your
name
show
up
on
the
zoom-
is
welcome
to
either
watch
that
live
stream
instead
of
attending.
A
I
should
also
plan
on
there
being
less
discussion
and
they're.
Usually
our
discussion
sessions
are
talking
for
45
minutes.
This
is
probably
gonna,
be
talking
for
one
person
talking
for
probably
half
an
hour
or
so,
and
then
questions
and
answers
at
the
end.
So
it'll
be
more
like
a
normal,
like
drupal
camp
or
drupalcon
session
and
less
like
a
boss
or
burst
of
a
feather
gathering,
which
is
what
we
usually
do.
A
We're
gonna
reserve
the
entire
second
block
for
that,
and
hopefully
we'll
get
enough
presentations
to
fill
up
that
block
and
then
the
rest
of
the
schedule
will
be
filled
with
our
normal
discussion
so
that
we
can
still
talk
about
things
and
if
people
have
such
a
good
time
in
one
of
the
presentations
that
they
want
to
have
a
discussion
about
it,
we'll
also
be
able
to
schedule
that
later
in
the
event
to
match
it.
So
I'm
not
sure
exactly
how
we're
gonna
tell
everybody
that
things.
A
This
time,
I
imagine,
it'll,
probably
go
out
in
the
next
newsletter.
We
should
probably
write
something.
A
On
the
event
site
too,
I
was
looking
at
maybe
the
like
block
b.
We
could
put
some
information
directly
on
the
schedule
there,
so
that
people
would
know
but
yeah
just
something
to
be
a
little
clearer
about
the
fact
that
we
are
gonna
do
something
different
and
if
you
want
to
do
presentation,
there's
now
a
place
for
you
to
do
that.
So.
A
So
the
way
the
schedule
works
is
it'll
only
show
you
blocks
where
there
are
discussions
scheduled,
and
so
we
manually
created
a
bunch
of
like
tbd
discussions
to
populate
the
first
few.
A
A
Now
it's
not
complete
most
of
it
is
it's
just
the
first
few
blocks
and
it's
not
linked
in
the
menu
yet
because
I
know
that
would
probably
confuse
people,
but
if
you
know
where
it
is,
you
can
find
it
anyway.
I
think
it's
even
linked
from
the
sidebar
but
yeah
we're
working
on
that,
and
hopefully
it
will
have
placeholder
content
for
all
blocks
shortly.
D
I
noticed
and
justin's
going
to
asheville
camp
and
doing
a
module
there.
I
don't!
I
don't.
If
he's
got
plenty
of
people,
because
I
know
he
was
wanting
to
sort
of
have
have
a
support,
people,
people
who
could
help
him
with
the
contents
as
he
got
enough
people
to
to
help
him
with
that.
A
Yeah,
I
don't
know
I
sent
him
so
justin
is
doing
a
session
at
your
book
camp
asheville,
but
he's
also
doing
like
a
half
day,
training
on
backdrop,
a
training
workshop
and
I
sent
him
the
outline
for
the
training
class
that
I've
given
a
handful
of
times.
I
don't
know
if
he
wants
to
use
that
same
outline
or
not,
but
at
least
you
know
it's
available
if
he
does
there's
a
google
document
and
a
little
presentation
and
stuff
that
goes
with
it.
A
But
I
don't
know
if
he's
actually
been
working
with
anyone
else
on
creating
that
content
yet
or
not,
but
we
we
have
been
in
touch
a
little
bit
about
it,
but
yeah.
I
would
probably
get
to
reach
out
to
him
again
and
make
sure
he's
feeling
comfortable
with
everything.
A
A
A
A
There
were
a
bunch
of
people
talking
about
how
angie
did
a
session,
and
she
asked
how
many
people
in
the
room
were
still
on.
Drupal
7
and
80
percent
of
people
raised
their
hands,
and
so
there
was
this
lengthy
twitter
thread
that
happened
about
that
when
she
was
shocked.
A
That
was
the
case
and
a
whole
bunch
of
other
people
sort
of
replied
in
to
like
why
it
was
going
that
way,
and
this
article
is
sort
of
a
you
know,
spun
off
from
having
read
that
twitter
thread,
and
so
they
embedded
a
tweet
and
backdrop
has
mentioned
a
lot
in
that
twitter
thread.
So,
even
though
it's
not
in
the
article,
it's
sort
of
related
is
definitely
part
of
the
conversation.
A
C
A
Yeah
I
find
that
at
drupal
camps
and
conferences,
most
of
the
sessions
that
are
given
are
on
drupal,
8,
9
and
10,
and
there
aren't
a
lot
of
active
sessions
on
drupal
7,
which
is
interesting,
because
if
80
of
your
audience
still
has
drupal
7,
it
seems
like
there
still
should
be
drupal
7
content,
but
that
doesn't
seem
to
be
what
the
people
presenting
want
to
talk
about
or
what
the
organizers
have
been
selecting.
A
So
I
don't
know
what
that
means.
I.
D
A
I
did
a
lot
of
drupal
7
talks
for
maybe
like
two
or
three
years
after
aaa
came
out
and
then
stopped
because
it
seemed
to
not
be
of
interest
anymore,
but
yeah.
A
Maybe
maybe,
if
conference
organizers
knew
that
more
of
their
audience
were
still
running
triple
seven
stuff,
they
might
solicit
more
drupal
7
content,
but
yeah.
If
we
do
find
any
anywhere.
I
think
it
would
be
great
to
mention
backdrop
in
it,
because
that's
definitely
people
in
that
room
are
going
to
be
people
that
we
could
reach.
I
just
haven't
seen
any
of
that.
A
Yeah,
I
think
the
biggest
problem
for
us
is
finding
those
places.
I
imagine
there
are
probably
a
lot
of
user
groups
and
you
know
similar
organizations
to
ours
that
might
be
putting
on
you
know
specific
things
like
if
you
went
to
a
non-profit
event
or
a
higher
education,
or
what
have
you
there
might
be
people
there
that
we're
sharing.
A
You
know
this
is
how
our
system
is
currently
working
and
it
could
all
be
demonstrating
stuff
in
drupal
7,
but
I'm
not
sure
how
how
to
specifically
find
those
events
and,
at
those
events,
the
right
conversation,
because
if
the
conversation
is
phrased
about
like,
let
me
show
you
how
my
e-commerce
system
is
built.
They
might
the
person
giving
the
presentation
might
be
very
focused
on
the
e-commerce
side
and
not
on
the
fact
that
it's
running
on
drupal
7.
7.
A
C
A
Yeah,
I
don't
know
I
would
encourage
if
anyone
does
see
anything
to
you
know,
feel
free
to
pipe
up
about
backdrop,
and
let
people
know
about
it
if
they
don't
already,
but
it
is
hard
for
us
to
find
that
stuff
ahead
of
time.
C
D
Let's
see
laryn's
got
seems
to
be
quite
a,
maybe
it's
a
sabbatical
from
paid
work,
because
he
still
seems
to
be
doing
quite
a
bit
of
backdrop
stuff,
so
lauren's
quite
active
and
a
few
of
us
tim's
very
active,
just
just
sort
of
bringing
it
up
in
in
other
conversations,
and
I
think
that
that's
possibly
the
the
the
best
way
of
doing
it.
We
can't
if,
if
we
go
too
heavy,
we'll
just
turn
people
off.
C
I
did
a
quick
search,
drupal
7
discussions,
the
first
one
that
comes
up
is
drupal.
7
was
better
than
drupal,
9.
A
C
Of
forums
and
discussions
and
whatnot
came
up,
and
I
also
linked
it
to
just
the
past
year
for
timeline.
A
Yeah
the
first
comment
on
that
post
is:
if
you
prefer,
drupal
7,
you
should
use
spectra.
A
A
A
But
for
those
of
you
who
don't
know
goku,
he
is
a
designer
who's
going
to
be
helping
us
with
a
backdrop
brand
website
and
probably
user
interface
improvements.
He
also
has
a
lot
of
experience
in
user
interfaces
and
user
experience,
and
so
we're
really
happy.
He
found
us
via
twitter
and
is
offered
to
help
contribute
in
various
different
ways,
and
so
we'll
now
have
someone
we
can
ask
for
help
with
design
issues
when
we
get
them.
A
Yeah-
and
I
know,
there's
been
a
lot
of
discussion
in
the
cms.org
land
around
branding
for
her
main
website
also
and
so
be
good
to
hear
goku's
ideas
on
that
also.
I
know
we've
been
using
the
same
general
theme
for
a
while
with
minor
updates
here,
and
there
would
be
good
to
get
a
review
on
the
whole
thing
and
see
where
we're
at
so.
Thank
you
so
much
for
offering
to
help.
A
D
Yeah
be
good
to
see
all
the
the
ideas
come
up
with
and
have
their
fresh
ideas
on
the
on
the
website.
So
we're
really
looking
forward
to
seeing
seeing
what
ideas
you
come
up
with
yeah.
