From YouTube: Backdrop Weekly Jan 25th
Description
Today’s development agenda: http://bit.ly/2Dr3pUu
A
A
We've
got
two
new
kinship
projects
this
week,
when
you
trail
by
path,
which
is
something
that
I
was
a
huge
fan
of
in
Drupal,
6
and
I'm,
happy
to
see
that
it's
gonna
exist
for
a
backdrop
as
well,
don't
know
if
I've
used
it
in
seven
or
not
in
a
new
project
called
add
to
Cal,
which
lets
you
add,
events
to
your
calendar,
just
super
handy.
So
thanks
guys
for
creating
and
porting
launches
for
backdrop,
we've
got
a
bunch
of
stuff
going
on
for
the
website
no
changes.
Since
last
week.
A
We've
got
some
new
sections
coming
soon,
but
not
there
yet
on
backdrop,
CMS
itself,
most
of
the
issues
we
talked
about
last
week,
but
I
did
want
to
just
give
an
update
for
those
of
you
who
are
curious
about
after
f19
and
the
imminent
release
of
backdrop.
1.9
point
one
we're
hoping
to
make
that
release
either
this
weekend
or
early
next
week,
maybe
on
Monday.
A
That
would
be
two
weeks
after
the
release
of
one
point:
9.0
just
kind
of
what
we're
shooting,
for
there
are
two
issues
that
we
want
to
include
in
one
point,
nine
point
one
or
two
fixes
for
issues.
Neither
one
is
super
urgent.
The
first
one
is
one
that
if
you
are
going
to
update
from
a
previous
version
back
up
to
one
point,
nine
and
you
haven't
logged
into
your
site-
and
you
go
to
log
in
to
your
site
to
run
an
update,
a
PHP.
A
You
can't
because
we've
changed
the
user
page
and
it
needs
some
menu
rebuilds
before
you
can
get
it
and
it
doesn't
run
the
menu
rebuild
until
after
you
run,
update
dot
PHP.
So,
even
though
you're
supposed
to
be
logged
in
before
you
update
your
code,
I
ran
into
that
problem
choice
the
night
we
release
Patrick,
1.9
and
I,
figured
if
I'm
gonna
run
into
it.
A
B
A
A
bunch
of
other
things
that
could
get
into
that
issue
if
we
have
people
working
on
them,
but
if
not,
we
will
release
this
weekend.
With
that
bug
fix
release
and
following
that
release
we
will
push
the
next
version
of
backdrop
to
Pantheon,
we'll
push
it
to
docker
and
we'll
publish
a
blog
or
publish
a
newsletter
so
that
everybody
knows
to
come.
Try
back
drop
1.9.
A
We've
got
a
whole
bunch
of
issues
on
the
table
for
1:10
that
we're
not
going
to
talk
about
now.
Cuz.
We
talked
about
them
last
week.
But
if
you
are
curious,
you're
welcome
to
check
out
check
out
today's
weekly
agenda
or
you
can
check
the
github
issue.
Checker
for
the
1.10
milestone.
I
mean
Jeff.
You
weren't
here
last
week,
but
I
added
an
item
to
this
weekly
man
agenda
for
updates.
On
the
backdrop
for
good
project
I,
don't
know
if
there's
anything.
B
A
But
on
backdrop
CMS
org,
I
unpublished
the
previous
project
node,
so
that
will
remove
it
from
the
module
install
or
in
from
the
search
page
and
I.
Add
a
placeholder
node,
which
says
this
project
has
been
moved
into
core
as
of
version.
What,
and
as
soon
as
we
get
our
search
fixed
on
the
back
trip,
see
mr.
org
say
it
should
pull
up
that
placeholder
note
when
people
are
doing
a
search
for
that
project
on
the
site.
A
So
that,
though,
if
they're
looking
for
something
like
pathauto
of
the
nodal
complex,
say
this
project
emerged
in
the
path
you
don't
need
to
install
it
on
your
backup
site,
whatever
we
know
that
those
are
not
getting
pulled
up
right
now.
There
is
an
active
issue
to
fix
that
and
it
is
a
priority
for
us.
A
So
hopefully
it'll
get
a
little
better
here
in
the
new
future,
but
if
anybody
has
any
ideas
about
other
ways
that
we
can
better
handle,
this
we're
definitely
open
to
that
and
it
looks
like
we
now
have
an
issue
open
in
the
backdrop,
contribute
now
we're
talking
about
it.
So
it's
not
issue
number
19.
So
if
you
want
to
join
in
there,
you
can,
if
anything,
super
actionable
comes
up.
That
will
create
a
new
issue
ever
it
is.
We
need
to
solve
that
problem.
A
But
yes,
there's
that
there's
a
plan,
it
can
be
revised
if
we
have
better
ideas-
and
that's
all
I
have
for
this
week-
Nate
apologizes
that
he
couldn't
be
here.
He
got
called
off
to
go
to
an
on-site
thing
with
his
team,
so
he
says
hi.
A
But
anyone
who
has
any
questions
about
anything
is
welcome
to
join
us
in
the
Gator
channel.
at
us
send
them
the
emails
info
back,
Jeff
CMS
org.
However,
you
normally
get
in
touch
with
backdrop.
People
feel
free
to
jump
right
in
we're
usually
fairly
friendly.
Oh
he's
the
forum,
any
forum
I
feel
like
the
forum
uh-huh,
but
that's
all
I
have
for
this
week
and
if
Jeff,
if
you
have
nothing
else,
we'll
go
ahead
and
call
it
there's.
A
Great
I
saw
that
tweet
I
haven't
looked
at
me
out.
There
I'll
check
it
out,
Creek,
alright!
Well
thanks
so
much
we
will
catch
you
all
next
week,
if
not
before
hi.
Everyone,
thanks
for
watching.
