exciting
announcements
this
week
before
we
get
to
the
most
exciting
announcement.
I
want
to
mention
that
I
did
a
webinar
yesterday
morning,
that
was
a
live
upgrade
from
Drupal
7
to
backdrop
with
SH
region,
which
is
a
company
that
did
meets
layouts
webinar
after
the
last
release.

So
if
you
guys
want
to
watch
that
there
is
a

in
the
meeting

today
and
will
try
and
post
that
somewhere
else
as
well,
which
was
a
little
bit
exciting
as
live
demos,
always
are
where
I
had
imported
the
old
Drupal
database
into
the
wrong
site.
So
it's

now

upgrade
and
then
I
got
like
a
hit
right.
There
was
like

finally
dropped
usage
statistics
from
the
agenda
because
we've

ongoing
issues
about
improving
the
usage
statistics.

think
that's
great,
but
usage.
Statistics
have
now
been
working

weeks
now
and
that's
solid,
which
is
exciting
and
nice
to
be
done
with
that.
Finally,
so
the
first
item
on
the
agenda
now
is
rush
for
backdrop:

we
just

installs

once

profile

standard,
testing
and
minimal
profiles,
and
then
it
just
reimport
the
database
and
config
files
each
time
and
skips
the
install
process
that
had
a
huge
impact
that
cutter
test
time
used
to
be
30
minutes
for
test
runner.
Now
it's
15,
so
that
was
that
was
awesome
like
a
solid.

our

our
test
run
time
for

taunting
me
in
the
chat
that
he
thinks
that
it
may
be
possible
me

how
much
faster
gravis
used
to
be
that
our
entire
tests
used

run
in

minutes

splitting

handles
forums,
and
I
think
that
there's
a
way
that
we
can
do
it
ourselves
on
backdrop
CMS
to

will
be
a

members
to
communicate

it'll
be
kind

the

right

about

long

them
are
really
working

us

people
who
are
new

have
a
place
to

and

for

on

be
able
to
make
one
based

modules

also
have
a
bunch

for

haven't
been
implemented

service

way
it's
set
up
right
now,
it's
using
like
taxonomy.
You
can
filter
by
a
specific
service
that
somebody
offers,
but
we
don't
have
any
designs
for
those
service
specific
page,

could
do
one
kind
of
generally
for
every
service.
Then
it
would
work
to
have
one
like
an
override
of
that
specific
for
hosting.
So
you
could
find
out
like
what
kind
of
posting
is
offered.

designs

we're
going

be
doing
our
own
backdrop.

asked
that
a
lot
at
drupalcon
and
I
think
that
the
answer
that
question
is

soon

Drupal
7

no
longer
relevant
right.
If
you
go
to
a
drupal
camp
and
all
the
talks
are
on
Drupal
8
and
nobody,
there
has
a
triple
seven
site
and
we're
talking
language
doesn't
make
any
sense
to
anyone.

we're,

course
going
to
be
branching
out
from
Drupal
conferences
or
not
only
two
in
triple
conferences,
we're
doing
open-source
conferences,
tech
conferences,
nonprofit
conferences,
things
like
Tim
econ

branching

but
there
will
be
a
point
where
it
doesn't
make
any
sense
at
all
for
us
to
go
to
a
Drupal
event
and
at
that
point
we'll
need
to
have
our
own
alternative
event.

have
a
city
con
men
or
compact
cotton,
then
I
think
draft
camps.

run
one

dependent
on
the

book
out
for
that

migrating
from
Drupal.

resources

have
the

great

with

usually

it

far
as

local
camps,
maybe
you

roll

think
about
forums.

drupal.org
facilitates
having
nodes
for
your
camp,
so
it's
a
centralized
place
where
people
can
be
aware
of

existence

camp
and
possibly
see
if
there's
momentum
to
physically
need
or
just
virtually
me
or
something.
So
maybe
that's
something
to
think
about.

group

site
is
an
organic
group
site
that
just
lets
anyone
create
any
group
and
I
was
thinking
that
that
might
be
a
little
much
to
set
up
already,
but
we
can
definitely
set
up

forum.

something
like
you
know:
local
meetups
or
community
or
whatever,
and
just
have
people
kind
of
self-organized
in
there
and
say,
like
hey
in
the
Bay
Area's.

and
if
it
starts

look
like
we
have
groups
forming
at
that
point,
we

set

kind
of

tool

people

use
meetups
or
whatever
it
is
people
want
to
do,
let's
not
build
it
yet,

facilitators
eat
as
much

focus

marketing.

little
bit
of
a
push
last
year

then
kind

lost
momentum
on
it,

any
help
we
can

queue
if
you
want
to
actually
build
things,
go
ahead
and
grab
a
clone
in
the
code
base
and
we
can
get
you
going
on
whatever
you

if
you
